Imagine amateur football finally had the platform it deserves.
Every weekend, millions of people write their own personal football stories – on pitches, in clubs and on the sidelines. We believe this passion deserves a digital home too.
That's exactly what we're building every single day.
We're looking for a Chief of Staff who works closely with Nik to structurally build out our company- & org processes.
The most important basics – so we both know if it could work.
This is how you move our mission forward every day.
We're not looking for a perfect CV. But you should recognise yourself in these points.
Not a must – but this'll definitely earn you extra points.
We want you to love joining us - and still love being part of the team a long time from now.
If you've made it this far, we hope we've managed to show you one thing: how we work, what we believe in and why this role at PREMATCH is something special.
Maybe this is exactly the moment you've been waiting for: a team that thinks big, a vision that actually moves things and the chance to help reshape amateur football digitally – together with us.
Now it's your turn.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (ISR) (f/m/x) to own the product and delivery side of LiveEO's defence and intelligence business. Sektion 4 builds AI-based ISR capabilities for German and allied defence and intelligence customers: object and change detection in very high resolution satellite imagery, 3D terrain products derived from stereo imagery, and the analytics that turn imagery into decisions. You will run our customer-facing defence products end to end from a product management perspective including analytical products as well as end user applications. You will also build the roadmap that connects different customer timelines, our concept of operations and the actual maturity of our technical components into one plan that engineering and sales both work from. This role exists because our LiveEO engineers build world class AI models and your work will help to bring them into operations and roll them out to many more end users. We need someone who can say how an analyst does the job, write requirements a military user would recognise, and hold the line on what we ship.
LiveEO is a dynamic team that thrives on big challenges and fast learning cycles. We move quickly, stay curious, and genuinely enjoy building together. We are on a mission to break the "curse of Earth Observation": turning incredible satellite data into reliable, actionable decisions that people can trust and use in real operations on scale.
You will be part of Sektion 4, LiveEO's government-solutions product team. Sektion 4 owns its roadmap and delivers funded R&D projects and defence engagements end-to-end, from research through to production, and sets its own technical direction. You will work day to day with the team's ML engineergs, full-stack engineers and geospatial data egineers, and across LiveEO with sales, pre-sales and the teams building the Twinspector satellite programme. Externally you are in front of military and agency users, partners and integrators, in workshops, requirement sessions and user tests.
As Product Manager (f/m/x), you own what we build for defence and intelligence customers, and you are accountable for it reaching them.
Own the ISR product: take our imagery intelligence application from working demonstrator to deployable product. Define the release scope, the deployment and support model for secure on-premise environments, and drive the first installation at a real user.
Run the backlog: work with the engineering team in two-week sprints. Translate operational needs into written requirements and user stories, prioritise ruthlessly, cut scope when it is the right call, and keep the team pointed at what matters.
Deliver defence projects end to end: own scope, milestones, deliverables and stakeholder communication for our customer-facing defence engagements, and take on new projects as the pipeline converts.
Build and maintain the roadmap: reconcile project timelines, our concept of operations and component readiness into one roadmap that is used to set priorities, not to describe them afterwards.
Be the ISR authority in the team: bring operational depth on the intelligence cycle, collection and tasking, and imagery exploitation. Be the person engineering asks how an analyst would really use this, and the person sales asks what we can credibly claim.
Work with users and customers: run workshops and user sessions, gather and structure feedback, demonstrate the product, and support bids and proposals with operational substance.
Professional ISR, GEOINT or IMINT background: Bundeswehr, the intelligence community, defence procurement, or an ISR role in industry.
Real operational fluency in the intelligence cycle, collection and tasking, and how imagery products are produced and consumed at a staff.
Proven ability to translate operational needs into written requirements that engineers can build from. Track record of driving work to a deadline across dependencies you did not control.
German at native or fully fluent level, and professional English.
German or European citizenship and eligibility to obtain a German security clearance (Sicherheitsüberprüfung).
Willingness to work on-site in Berlin, hybrid with at least two days per week in the office, and to travel within Germany to customers and users.
You take ownership and proactively push work forward.
You communicate clearly and collaborate smoothly within and across teams.
Pragmatic mindset: you balance operational ambition with what can actually be shipped.
You enjoy working with complexity and turning ambiguity into structure.
Product management or product ownership experience: backlog, sprint cadence, release scoping is a plus.
Project management experience in defence or publicly funded programmes (national, EU, NATO) is a plus.
Experience writing CONOPS, operational requirements or capability documents is a plus.
Familiarity with satellite imagery, remote sensing, or AI and machine learning products is a plus.
Experience delivering software into secure on-premise or air-gapped environments is a plus.
An existing valid German security clearance (SÜ2 / SÜ3) is a plus.
Working knowledge of NATO standards and interoperability for imagery and geospatial data is a plus.
The opportunity to create a product that can improve business processes and lives across the globe.
Flexible working hours and hybrid work model - we trust our employees to get their work done while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
We empower employees to drive their own career development, take initiative and have the freedom to be creative and bold.
Not an overtime culture - we take care that overtime is done only as a necessity and always offset with time off and rest.
A collaborative and learning environment - frequent internal workshops, knowledge sharing sessions, journal clubs and hackathons.
Office located in the centre of Berlin Kreuzberg with free fruit, nuts and drinks.
Potential to participate in the employee stock option program.
Urban Sports membership and BVG subsidy, corporate pension program.
A diverse and vibrant international environment of 30+ different nationalities

Integral was founded in October 2024 and is already one of the fastest-growing startups in Germany. We're building the leading AI-native platform for accounting, payroll, and tax for European SMEs, and we're looking for the sharpest people to help us get there.
As our first dedicated Senior Finance & FP&A Manager, you will build the financial planning & analysis function from the ground up and report directly to the CFO. You will own the group's forecasting and planning engine, sharpen ARR and liquidity steering, and be a core partner on fundraising, board reporting and go-to-market economics. This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role for someone who wants to build.
Planning & forecasting: Own and continuously improve the integrated business plan (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet), including consolidation logic.
Budgeting: Run the annual budget and rolling re-forecast; translate strategy into a defensible operating plan and use-of-funds.
Performance steering with KPIs & BI: Define and report the KPIs that matter and build them into our BI dashboard. Flag risks and levers early.
IR & fundraising: Support board and investor reporting and potential future funding rounds with models and investor-grade materials.
GTM & cohorts: Build and own cohort analytics tied to go-to-market (e.g. retention, payback period, LTV/CAC and margin by acquisition channel). Turn these into concrete recommendations on spend and channel mix.
Business partnering: Partner with Commercial and Service Operations leaders on unit economics, pricing, funnel efficiency and investment decisions.
Scalable processes & automation: Design processes that scale with rapid growth by using AI and agentic tooling to make planning faster, cleaner and repeatable.
Operational Finance: Own accounts payable and receivable, and drive timely, accurate month-end and year-end closes together with our tax advisory team.
Experience: 5+ years in FP&A, accounting/controlling, investment banking or a comparable analytical finance role, ideally with high-growth / VC-backed / scale-up exposure.
Modelling: Expert financial modelling; you build clean, three-statement models and defend the assumptions.
Commercial: Fluent in unit economics, recurring-revenue and cash metrics; comfortable turning messy data into decisions.
Tools: Advanced Excel/Sheets; experience with BI/planning, DATEV and AI tooling a strong plus.
Language: You operate in English and German; investor and board materials are produced in English.
Mindset: Hands-on, structured, comfortable with ambiguity and first-of-role ownership in a scaling environment.
Agentic mindset: You default to AI and agentic tools to automate the repetitive and build leverage - you think in reusable processes and systems, not one-off spreadsheets, so finance scales faster than headcount.
Qualification: Degree in finance, business or a quantitative field; CFA, MBA or qualified-accountant background welcome.
What we're not looking for
People who wait to be told what to do.
"That's not my job" energy at the handoff between teams.
Anyone who treats compliance and documentation as red tape to skip rather than the thing that protects the client.
We move fast. For the right candidate the whole process takes less than two weeks.
Virtual call with our Talent Team
Virtual Case Study based on a real challenge we're facing that you'd solve
Invitation to our office to meet the team, product, and run through your case study
Reference call
Direct line to the CFO and Co-Founder/CEO exposure
Competitive compensation package
28 vacation days per year, plus half-days on December 24 and 31
Urban Sports Club Mitgliedschaft, Sachbezüge/Coupons to over 200 partners or a Deutschland Ticket
Company pension scheme (bAV)
Modern equipment setup for your needs to succeed
Modern office in the heart of Berlin Prenzlauer Berg
Weekly team lunches on us, office BBQs, and a dinner budget for late nights after 8 p.m.
A team of 50+ (and growing) ambitious, diverse experts, 20%+ ex-founders, learning and building together
A category-defining growth story in a large, underserved market, with an AI-enabled operating model.
We value diversity and hire people based on their abilities and capabilities to succeed in this role. We welcome people of every background, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability status, political belief or marital status.

At Bliq, we are building and launching driverless vehicles for everyday life and business operations across Europe.
We are looking for a Account Executive to help bring them to customers.
You will acquire business and individual customers across European markets and own the commercial process end-to-end: identify and engage prospects, run discovery, demonstrate the product in person, design the right commercial and operating model for each customer, build proposals, negotiate, and close.
Our customers can look very different. One week, you may be discussing a fleet deployment with a taxi or car-sharing company. The next, you may be showing the vehicle to a real-estate company, law firm, mobility operator, or prospective individual customer.
This is not a role where you inherit a mature market, established category, and optimized sales playbook. Driverless technology is only getting started in Europe. You will need to understand unfamiliar customer problems quickly, figure out how Bliq can solve them, and help us discover how this technology should be sold.
You will work closely with the Commercial Lead and founders to refine Bliq’s sales playbook market by market.
ResponsibilitiesOwn the sales cycle from first conversation through signed contract
Build pipeline through targeted outbound and proactive prospecting across European markets
Run sharp discovery conversations that uncover customer operations, economics, pain points, and decision criteria
Conduct live Bliq vehicle demos and turn the experience into a compelling commercial conversation
Develop deployment concepts together with prospects, including use case, fleet size, operating model, responsibilities, economics, and rollout plan
Create proposals, commercial models, LOIs, and contracts together with the relevant internal teams
Navigate complex buying processes involving operators, management teams, fleet owners, partners, and other stakeholders
Build relationships with customers across mobility, taxi, car sharing, rental, real estate, professional services, and other relevant sectors
Own defined markets and be accountable for commercial progress within them
Keep CRM data, pipeline, next steps, and forecasts accurate
Test new segments, messages, channels, and commercial models and turn what works into repeatable processes
Work closely with the Customer Deployment team to make sure signed customers can actually be deployed successfully
Represent Bliq at customer meetings, industry events, demos, and market visits across Europe
Support B2C sales initiatives when they become part of the GTM strategy
Bring customer feedback directly into Bliq’s product, operations, and commercial decisions
Apply if this describes you:
You have at least 2 years of Account Executive or comparable full-cycle sales experience
You are a hunter and enjoy creating opportunities rather than waiting for inbound demand
You learn quickly and can become credible on a complex technical product without hiding behind technical jargon
You are excellent face-to-face and comfortable walking into an important customer meeting, running the room, and demonstrating a physical product
You are customer-first and care about finding solutions that make customers satisfied
You have strong commercial judgment and understand how to turn customer needs into a viable deal
You write clearly and can produce concise, convincing emails, proposals, and commercial documents
You are highly organized and detail-oriented; pipeline hygiene, follow-ups, and commitments do not get lost
You have CRM experience and understand disciplined sales processes
Experience with tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar is a plus
You know how to use AI to research, prepare, analyze, and move faster while keeping the thinking and customer judgment your own
You have a figure-it-out mindset and remain effective when there is no existing template for the problem
You are comfortable owning a market or commercial project and being measured by the outcome
You can work professionally in German and English; additional European languages are a plus
You are based in Berlin
You are willing to travel regularly across Europe
Experience selling hardware, mobility, automotive, physical technology, or other operationally complex products is a strong plus
This role will probably not suit you if you want an established sales process, a narrowly defined territory, a predictable product demo, or a manager telling you exactly what to do next.
It will suit you if you want to help create a category, sell something people can experience in the real world, and build the commercial machine while running it.
Sell a product people are excited about
Build Bliq’s sales playbook together with the Commercial Lead
Work directly with the founders and senior team
Own meaningful customer relationships and markets from an early stage
Work on complex deals combining technology, vehicles, operations, economics, and regulation
See deals move from your first message to vehicles operating on public roads with the customer
Fast decisions, direct feedback, and no bureaucracy
Strong compensation package with meaningful upside for performance
Significant room to grow as Bliq expands across European markets
Show us that you can sell. Generic applications tell us very little.
Tell us what you have personally owned and what results you produced.
If you have built pipeline, opened a new market, sold a difficult product, or closed an unusual deal, tell us how.
Use AI as a tool. Make sure the thinking and personality in your application are yours.

At Wandelbots, we are building NOVA, a platform that makes industrial robot programming accessible to everyone. Our Simulation team develops the technologies that allow partners, customers, and internal teams to work with photorealistic digital twins of real production environments.
This includes a pipeline that transforms real-world scans into usable 3D scenes through Gaussian Splatting, as well as a browser-based streaming platform built on NVIDIA Omniverse and Isaac Sim. Both technologies work today, but neither is yet operated as a product. Your mission is to change that.
The first step is internal standardization. We want to replace individually maintained environments and hand-crafted deployments with one reproducible, documented solution that teams can use independently: scene in, session out, without requiring the Simulation team to operate every setup.
The second step is external productization. The same capabilities need to be packaged so that partners and customers can operate them in their own environments.
E.g. with versioned releases, stable interfaces, tenant isolation, diagnostics, upgrade paths, and documentation.
You will join the Simulation team and focus on the infrastructure and operational foundations of these systems. You will not be building them in isolation: Wandelbots has an established infrastructure team responsible for shared infrastructure and platform capabilities. You will work closely with that team while owning the simulation-specific workloads, deployment patterns, and operational requirements.
This is a hands-on engineering role with room to shape architecture and make technical decisions in collaboration with the teams involved.
What you will work on
Build and operate the GPU infrastructure required by our simulation workloads, including NVIDIA GPU Operator, device plugins, driver lifecycle, and GPU sharing through MIG or time slicing
Work with the infrastructure team to integrate simulation workloads into our shared Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
Make deployments declarative and reproducible using Infrastructure as Code and GitOps, and help consolidate the tooling used across today’s environments
Own CI/CD and the container and image lifecycle for CUDA- and NGC-based workloads
Design scheduling and autoscaling for two distinct workload profiles: latency-sensitive interactive streaming sessions and compute-intensive Gaussian Splatting jobs
Turn the Gaussian Splatting pipeline into a reproducible workflow, from data capture and training to OpenUSD assets
Operate and extend our Omniverse and Isaac Sim streaming platform, including Kit App Streaming, session lifecycle, and tenant isolation
Establish the platform as an internal standard through self-service workflows, golden paths, templates, onboarding, and documentation
Prepare the solution for operation by partners and customers through packaged deployments, versioned releases, upgrade paths, and actionable diagnostics
Support deployments across cloud, on-premises, and partner-managed environments
Build meaningful observability using metrics, logs, GPU telemetry, and actionable alerting
Define the simulation-specific security and access model, including ingress, TURN and STUN for WebRTC, RBAC, secrets management, SSO, and tenant boundaries
Work closely with our robotics, product, and platform teams to ensure that the solution supports real development and customer workflows
We are looking for an engineer who is interested in how complex systems are built, deployed, and operated, not only in delivering the next application feature.
You should bring:
Experience building or operating production systems in platform engineering, infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, or systems software
Practical Kubernetes experience, including resource management, workload scheduling, and debugging distributed systems under load
Experience with Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, and CI/CD, together with the ability to evaluate tools based on the problem rather than a fixed preference
Solid knowledge of Linux, containers, and networking
Good Python skills for automation, services, and data-processing workflows
Experience with GPU workloads, or a strong technical foundation and clear interest in working with drivers, CUDA, and GPU scheduling
The ability to turn working technology into a system that other teams can use independently
A strong sense of operational ownership, including documentation, diagnostics, maintainability, and reproducibility
Very good English; German is a plus
We do not expect candidates to have prior experience with every technology in this description. A strong systems foundation, the ability to learn unfamiliar components, and an interest in this problem space are more important than matching every item. The scope and responsibilities of the role will grow with your experience.
Experience turning an internally developed system into a product that can be operated in customer-controlled environments
Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim, Kit SDK, or OpenUSD
Experience with Gaussian Splatting, NeRF, photogrammetry, or comparable 3D reconstruction pipelines
Knowledge of WebRTC, pixel streaming, or other low-latency video technologies
Python, Rust, or Go skills sufficient to contribute to existing services and infrastructure tooling
Experience with robotics or simulation, such as ROS 2 or sim-to-real workflows
Experience with multi-tenant platforms, air-gapped deployments, or customer environments with specific security and compliance requirements
Make an impact!
Work on an innovative, deep tech product that adds value to the robotics world and to society! Become a crucial part of something new, big and exciting where you can truly make an impact!

Vorhersagbarkeit & Deal Execution: Du steuerst deine Deals anhand etablierter B2B-Sales-Methodiken (z.

Join us in reshaping the future of golf! With a team of over 85 passionate people, we're dedicated to our mission in revolutionizing the golf industry one swing at a time. Our international team, based in Munich, is seeking a motivated Head of Business Operations or Senior Business Operations Manager to become part of our company in a dynamic and innovative environment. In this role, you help translate our revenue targets into an operational plan and bring five independent teams together along this plan. You are the central interface for planning, timing, and alignment in the revenue and marketing area, holding everything together. Ready to embrace your Vice?
Your CV tells us what you’ve done. We want to understand why those experiences make you the right person for this role. So make your application your own: tailor your CV, tell us about your most relevant achievement, or surprise us with a short presentation. This isn’t a design contest, we’re interested in how you think, what you bring to the table, and what you want to achieve at Vice.
Commercial numerical understanding and judgment rather than pure reporting of numbers
Fluency in spoken and written German and English
Several years of professional experience (3+ years) in business operations, consulting, chief of staff, commercial, and program management, or comparable experience in complex organizational areas is preferred
A background in performance marketing, content, or e-commerce technology is an asset but not a requirement
Organizational talent to bring five teams together, identify dependencies early on, and ensure alignment before a gap turns into a problem
Critical mindset to challenge the status quo, contribute your own ideas, and actively help shape the future rather than just following plans
Structured thinking with foresight
Strong communication skills to convince experienced team leads on an equal footing and think creatively with them about the future, while still giving them the space to apply their technical expertise
A passion for golf is a plus, but not a requirement
We embrace diversity and innovation. Our motley team comes from all backgrounds and perspectives, united by fresh and bold ideas.
Taking ownership from day one. Our ambitious vision relies on every individual stepping up to bring Vice Golf to the next level.
Make your work hours fit your life. Flexible work arrangements and remote work options cater to your work-life balance.
Grow with us. We place great emphasis on your personal development, where you benefit from not only regular performance feedback but also an annual training budget.
Escape the routine. Within the EU, you’re free to choose your workspace for two weeks a year.
Stay active. We’re invested in your well-being, subsidizing EGYM Wellpass so you can train for only 30 € a month.
Enjoy! Fuel your day with a varied selection of fresh meals and snacks from our Foodji.
Secure your (far) future! While retirement might seem distant to you, we’ve got you covered with options to enroll in our corporate pension plan.
Work hard play hard. Work on your golf skills and refine your swing on the state-of-the-art golf simulator and putting green in our office.
Enjoy the open bar. Have some Afterwork drinks on our rooftop while enjoying the view of the Alps.

#4 GET REWARDED
You will also feel our appreciation. Success bonuses are as natural as Christmas bonuses, company pension plans, and team events.
#5 ENJOY LIFE
Work time is life time. That’s why you can organize it individually with us. With flexible working hours in full or part-time, home office, and even sabbatical options.
#6 STAY HEALTHY
We want you to feel good. That’s why we have ergonomic furniture and organize health days, massages, yoga, and running groups.
#7 DEVELOP FURTHER
Your personal and professional advancement is important to us. We pay for training and coaching during working hours. Even two-year work stays at our branch in the USA are possible.
#8 WORK AT EYE LEVEL
We are all on a first-name basis, from apprentices to management. We don’t have complicated hierarchies.
#9 YOUR FAMILY IS IMPORTANT TO US
Family means being there, caring, and supporting each other. We do this with daycare subsidies and holiday care, as well as at our family summer festival.
#10 MAKE US EVEN BETTER
We want to be a great place and employer. For that, we need honest feedback.

As a remote-first company, we believe diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences fuel innovation. Here, you’ll own meaningful work, tackle challenges, and grow alongside passionate individuals dedicated to shaping the future of AI.
We are looking for a Mid-Level Security Engineer to own the hands-on engineering and operational work within our security program. You will be embedded in the Cloud Engineering team, report into the Security Officer, and work closely together to identify risks, set priorities, and drive security issues through remediation. You will act as a security enabler across all Product & Engineering.
Run our public bug bounty program: triage reports, reproduce and validate findings, communicate clearly with security researchers, and drive remediation through to closure.
Investigate reported vulnerabilities at the code level, including our Rust core, Go and Python tooling.
Enable engineers to build secure systems: provide tooling, paved-road defaults, documentation, and practical guidance so security is the easy path, not a checkpoint.
Partner with engineering teams to design, review, and verify fixes, and set clear security requirements on changes where the risk warrants it.
Harden and maintain our GitHub organization’s security posture, including secret scanning, push protection, branch protection and rulesets, dependency alerts, and code scanning, in partnership with the engineering teams that use these repositories daily.
Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts across AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and related infrastructure.
Track and report security metrics (vulnerability remediation SLAs, MTTR, patch latency, critical findings) and keep reporting current for the Security Officer.
Implement, configure, and maintain security tooling across our development and cloud environments.
Support security incident response, including investigation, containment, remediation, and follow-up.
Maintain clear, complete, and auditable records of vulnerability and incident work in our tracking systems.
Build security automation and guardrails that scale across the development lifecycle: CI/CD security checks, policy-as-code, GitHub automation, and automated cloud security controls, so secure defaults are enforced by tooling rather than review.
Participate in threat modeling and architecture reviews for new services and major changes.
We are also building out our ISMS, which creates opportunities to contribute to security-tooling evaluations, technical vendor assessments, and proof-of-concept work. Formal compliance ownership, vendor risk assessments, and customer security questionnaires remain with the Security Officer.
This is a hands-on technical role focused on security engineering, vulnerability management, and incident response. The Security Officer owns compliance, formal third-party risk assessments, and customer security questionnaires, allowing you to focus primarily on engineering work. On-call expectations are low: there is no formal rotation, though occasional availability for high-severity incidents is expected.
You can read and navigate an unfamiliar codebase (Rust, Go, Python) well enough to validate a vulnerability report, trace its impact, and judge whether a proposed fix actually closes it.
You write and maintain automation and security tooling comfortably, and can hold a credible technical conversation in code review.
Experience triaging vulnerability reports or working with a bug bounty program, vulnerability disclosure program, product security team, or similar function.
Practical knowledge of cloud and container security, particularly AWS and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with GitHub security features and securing CI/CD pipelines.
The ability to investigate alerts and vulnerabilities methodically, distinguish genuine risk from noise, and recommend proportionate remediation.
Clear written communication skills for working with external researchers and internal engineering teams.
A self-directed approach and comfort independently managing a security queue.
3+ years in a hands-on security engineering, product security, or vulnerability management role.
Nice to have
An offensive security background, such as penetration testing, CTF participation, vulnerability research, or exploit analysis.
Experience working in an open-source company or contributing security improvements to open-source projects.
Familiarity with cloud-native incident response.
A remote-first, international team working on cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
A competitive salary with additional perks.
Flexible working hours and async-friendly culture.
High ownership and real impact.
Open-source, engineering-driven culture.
Choose your own laptop equipment.
For US-based full-time employees, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k match, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus flexible PTO policy.
Qdrant is an equal-opportunity employer. We believe the best ideas come from diverse teams, and we actively welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If this role excites you but you don't check every single box, we'd still love to hear from you! We don't want to miss out on great people because of a checklist.

This is an Atlantic portfolio company.
What we're building
Factories run on machines that generate huge amounts of data, and almost none of it gets used. We're changing that. We build AI software that helps production engineers and operators turn machine data into answers: why a line is slowing down, what's causing scrap, and what to fix next. We're early and in stealth. Our two founders both held C-level roles at leading German robotics ventures. They have spent years bringing advanced technology onto real shop floors, and now they're hiring the founding core team.
Your role & responsibility
You're the person who makes our product work in the real world. You go into a plant, figure out what's actually broken, connect the data, and stay until operators use the product every day without being asked. You'll work with everyone from the machine operator to the plant manager, and with IT and OT. You own each customer from the first conversation through rollout and expansion. Berlin or home-based in Germany, with regular time in Berlin with the team. You'll spend about 20% of your time at customer sites.
What you'll do
Own deployments end to end: use-case definition, data onboarding, validation, rollout, training, and adoption
Turn messy production problems into clear data, analytics, and solution requirements
Onboard and validate machine, process, quality, and maintenance data from industrial systems
Spot data problems that only make sense if you understand the machine behind them
Build and validate KPIs, features, anomaly signals, calibration methods, and analytical workflows in Python and SQL, using statistics and time-series analysis
Run the project with the customer and our commercial lead: plans, workshops, validation sessions, and success criteria
Find the next machine, line, data source, or use case, and expand with it
Bring what you learn in the field back to the product, so each deployment makes the platform better
Help write the playbook for how we deliver, as the customer engineering team grows
You might be a fit if you
Have worked hands-on with industrial machines and production processes, in manufacturing, automation, maintenance, quality, industrial engineering, or industrial data
Know your way around PLCs, SCADA, MES, historians, production databases, quality systems, or OPC UA
Use Python and SQL to answer questions, not just to write code
Have worked with time-series data, KPIs, anomaly detection, or root-cause analysis
Communicate as well on the shop floor as in the plant manager's office
Like solving hard problems in automation and process engineering
Take ownership, work independently, and are comfortable when things are ambiguous
Are happy to travel to customer sites and have a driver's license
Speak fluent German and English
A degree is optional. A Meister, Techniker, vocational training, or real-world experience counts just as much. We care about what you can do.
We're open to experienced people who can lead deployments on their own, and to exceptional earlier-career people with strong industrial experience who learn fast.
This is not a desk job. It's hands-on and customer-facing, and you'll spend a lot of your time where the machines are.
Why now
You'll be one of the first people in the company. You'll work directly with the founders and shape how we deliver to customers from day one. What you build here becomes the way we work. We'll tell you more about the company, the founders, and our backers in the first conversation.

We build project modelling software that captures the physical and commercial detail of energy projects, front-of-meter and behind the meter, so our users can make intelligent energy decisions. Our clients have modelled over 17k projects in over 40 markets globally.
Germany is one of our most important markets. We've built a strong brand here and work with some of the most active developers, IPPs and energy companies in the country, including MaxSolar, Lintas, Suncatcher, Octopus Energy Generation, TotalEnergies and Shell.

Your main job is to own our German customer relationships. You'll make sure customers model their projects well, get real value from Gridcog and keep choosing us. You'll use your market knowledge and network to make Gridcog a trusted voice in the market, help win new customers and make sure the product works for the target customer group.
Customers (the core of the role)
Sales and marketing
Product
Much of how we operate in Germany is still being built, and you'll often be the one setting it up. There won't always be a playbook. You'll need to make calls with incomplete information, act on them and adjust as you learn. We value moving fast over getting everything perfect, and we'd rather you ship something good and improve it than hold it back.
We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team at Gridcog. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, as we believe an inclusive environment and diversity of perspective lead to innovation and success.

Teamspirit // Stay connected: What drives us is our sense of community. That's why we celebrate our Company Day once a month in our office at Potsdamer Platz, where everyone gets together in person. In addition to a comprehensive update of our C-Board, the main focus is on togetherness and the exchange of ideas over lunch and dinner together.
Transparency // We want to be transparent, also when it comes to salary: If you have any questions about a possible salary range for this position, feel free to send us an email at ----- We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Steep Learning Curve toward Core Expertise: We actively support your growth from specialist to trusted advisor. Further certifications (e.g., Databricks, Azure, AWS) are fully covered by us!
Creative Freedom & Client Contact: You will develop target architectures, facilitate architecture workshops, and advise clients on equal footing during the implementation of their Data & AI strategies.
Best-in-Class Setup: Work with state-of-the-art cloud technologies, cutting-edge tools, and premium equipment.
Genuine Team Culture: International exchange, mutual support, and flat hierarchies. We collaborate on technical concepts and enjoy celebrating success together.
Work-Life Balance & Flexibility: We embrace flexible working models—depending on the team and department, our colleagues work hybrid or remote-only. For this role, a hybrid model with 2 fixed work-from-home days per week is preferred to achieve the ideal balance of focus time and personal interaction. In the case of an absolute perfect match, we are naturally open to a full-remote option.

We have challenging tasks for you:
As a (Senior) Consultant Data & AI, you will guide our clients from the initial question to architecture and the concrete implementation of modern Data & AI solutions. You navigate confidently between consulting, architecture, and technology while taking ownership of key building blocks in our client projects.
It’s not just about implementing technical requirements. You challenge existing approaches, develop viable target visions, and help our clients anchor Data & AI sustainably within their organization and system landscape.
In detail, you will:
Advise our clients holistically on Data & AI topics and co-create tailored solutions with them
Design and evolve modern Data & AI platforms and target architectures—particularly based on Databricks as well as Azure or AWS
Analyze complex business and technical requirements and translate them into viable architecture, data, and integration concepts
Support our clients with topics such as Data Strategy, Cloud Data Platforms, Lakehouse, Data Governance, Analytics, and AI
Independently manage workstreams or key project components while structuring and driving their execution
Collaborate closely with business departments, IT, data teams, and management to align diverse requirements
Prepare, evaluate, and make architectural decisions together with our clients
Design and facilitate workshops, assessments, architecture sessions, and proofs of concept
Mentor less experienced colleagues technically and functionally while actively sharing your knowledge within the team
Co-develop best practices, standards, and reusable solution patterns for our projects
Advise clients on evolving existing platforms regarding scalability, governance, performance, security, and cost optimization
Support our sales team in client meetings, solution design, proposal creation, and the development of new project opportunities
What we are looking for
You enjoy structuring complex Data & AI topics, making technical decisions understandable, and developing sustainable solutions together with clients. You can work both conceptually and dive deep technically.
Ideally, you bring to the table:
Several years of professional experience in data engineering, data architecture, Data & AI consulting, or a comparable role
Sound experience in the design and implementation of modern cloud data platforms
Excellent knowledge of Databricks and experience with at least one cloud platform, ideally Azure or AWS
A very strong understanding of modern data architectures and concepts such as Lakehouse, Medallion Architecture, Data Mesh, or Data Products
Experience in data modeling, data integration, and data governance
Good knowledge of Python, SQL, Spark, or PySpark
The ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into understandable and actionable solution concepts
Experience in taking independent ownership of workstreams, subprojects, or larger work packages
A confident demeanor when interacting with business departments, IT, and management
Enjoyment in facilitating workshops and co-creating technical and strategic topics with clients
A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a comparable qualification
A structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented way of working
Very good German skills and good English skills
What we would also be happy to see:
Experience with Microsoft Fabric or other modern Data & AI platforms
Experience with Data Strategy, Target Operating Models, or Data Governance concepts
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and Cloud Architecture
Experience with Machine Learning, GenAI, RAG, or AI platform architectures
Initial experience in functional leadership or mentoring colleagues
Experience in presales, proposal creation, or client development
Certifications in the context of Databricks, Azure, or AWS
Are you looking to accompany clients on their transformation into data-driven organizations and turn strategic Data & AI target visions into reality?
Do you navigate confidently at the intersection of business and tech, enjoy facilitating architecture workshops, and want to take ownership of demanding project deliverables?
What awaits you with us: High-end tech & genuine appreciation:
Holistic Consulting & Creative Freedom: With us, you are not just an implementer, but a strategic partner. You advise clients on equal footing on topics such as Data Strategy, Lakehouse, Medallion Architecture, Data Governance, and GenAI.
Databricks & Cloud Excellence: We rely on modern target architectures based on Databricks, Azure, and AWS, as well as emerging tech such as Microsoft Fabric, PySpark, or RAG architectures—quality and future-proof design are top priorities.
Steep Learning Curve toward Core Expertise: We actively foster your development from (Senior) Consultant to trusted advisor. Further certifications (Databricks, Azure, AWS) are naturally fully covered by us!
Responsibility & Mentoring: You independently manage key workstreams, support clients from presales sessions to go-live, and share your knowledge as a mentor to junior team members.
Best-in-Class Setup: Work with state-of-the-art cloud technologies, cutting-edge tools, and premium equipment.
Genuine Team Culture: International exchange, mutual support, and flat hierarchies. We collaborate on architecture concepts and enjoy celebrating success together.
Work-Life Balance & Flexibility: We embrace flexible working models—depending on the team, colleagues work hybrid or remote-only. For this role, our team lead prefers a hybrid model with 2 fixed work-from-home days per week to achieve the ideal balance of focus time and personal interaction. In the case of an absolute perfect match, we are also happy to discuss a full-remote option.

ecoplanet builds the operating system for the energy transition. Our software helps European businesses cut energy costs, run more efficiently, and take the pain out of managing energy day to day. We are around 40 people and backed by EQT Ventures, HV Capital and others.
You build and run the platform the whole product sits on: the event streams, the backend services and the cloud infrastructure everything else is built on. Meter readings arrive from industrial sites across Europe, through messages or us accessing APIs. Your job is to make sure that traffic lands reliably, moves through the system in a shape other teams can build on, and keeps doing so as the number of sites grows.
You join a team of 12 engineers in two squads. Small team, real ownership, and what you build reaches customers in weeks rather than quarters.

You lead engineering at ecoplanet: 11 engineers in two squads, including two squad leads.
This is the most senior engineering role in the company. There is no CTO above you. You own the technical direction, not just the delivery of someone else's plan, and you are the engineering voice on the leadership team.
It is also a hands-on job. With a team this size you stay close to the code and the architecture. If you have been away from technical work for a few years, this might not be the right role for you.
What you will own:

At ecoplanet, we're redefining energy for tomorrow. Our mission: turn energy management into the competitive edge every European business relies on to win its market. We're building the operating system for the energy transition — cutting energy costs, improving efficiency, and streamlining operations. Backed by EQT Ventures, HV Capital and more, and built by a team full of top-tier talent.
You will build and run the data backbone the whole product sits on. Meter readings arrive from industrial sites across Europe, through messages or us accessing APIs. Your job is to get that data in clean, on time, and in a shape that dashboards, insights and forecasts can rely on.
You will join a team of 12 engineers in two squads. Small team, real ownership, and what you build reaches customers in weeks rather than quarters.
Must have:
At least 3–5 years in a data engineering role or something close to it, building pipelines other people depend on
Hands-on data science experience. You do not need a research background. You do need to have built and evaluated models yourself: enough to tell a real anomaly from noise, to judge when a finding is solid enough to put in front of a paying customer, and to know what a pipeline owes a model running in production
Solid with Python and SQL and cloud data infrastructure. You have designed and run pipelines, APIs and workflows in production
Comfortable with high-volume time-series data: ingestion, data quality, backfills, and the everyday reality of late, missing and duplicated readings
You think end to end before you go deep. When you hit a hard problem, the first instinct we want is “can a change somewhere else in the chain make this easy?” rather than heading straight into solving the hard version. A company our size cannot afford clever answers to problems that did not need solving
Clear written and spoken English. German is a plus
Nice to have:
Energy, industrial, IoT or another domain where the data comes off real hardware
Metering or device protocols, telemetry at scale, or streaming pipelines
Knowledge of a second programming language, like TypeScript or Kotlin
You run what you build: monitoring, alerting, and the occasional early morning debugging a pipeline
We don't do long forms. We don't do generic cover letters. Send us your CV and surprise us.

Please note that this opportunity requires relocation to our Milan office.
About us
Traditional banking has never really given people control over their financial life. Satispay exists to change that: to empower people through finance.
That means making financial services easy and accessible for millions of users. We started with payments, then benefits, investing, cards... and we’re not done. Not even close.
Same logic every time: find a real problem, solve it properly, then look for the next one. The destination? To build the most loved financial platform in the world.
Getting there takes leaders who own outcomes across teams, not just tasks, and set the tone for refusing the “someone else will fix this” culture. If that's how you lead, you'll fit right in.
What you'll be doing
As our Head of Brand, you'll own the creative and brand strategy end-to-end, bridging the gap between high-level storytelling and measurable business impact, ensuring our mission resonates across every touchpoint.
Here's what that looks like in practice:
Creative Production - Owning the production of creative assets, ensuring every output meets a consistently high bar of quality, craft, and brand consistency.
Brand Activation - Driving both ATL (TV, radio, OOH, print) and BTL/untraditional activations, bringing the brand to life in bold and memorable ways.
Social Media & Community - Steering our presence across existing Social media channels and new ones, while building an influencer strategy that extends our reach and relevance.
Brand Strategy & Insights - Shaping and safeguarding brand identity, and grounding decisions in research and listening, including surveys with both customers and non-customers.
Leadership & Team Rituals - Building and mentoring the team behind these pillars, establishing clear creative rituals (design reviews, sprints, feedback loops) and tools to ensure efficient, high-quality output.
Cross-functional Collaboration - Partnering closely with Growth and Product teams to align brand initiatives with acquisition goals, retention targets, and product launches.
Performance-Driven Branding - Defining and tracking KPIs for brand awareness and consideration, ensuring that even the most "creative" projects are data-informed and contribute to Satispay's overarching OKRs.
You will lead and mentor high-performing teams, collaborate closely with peers with structured communication and transparency, demonstrating a commitment to integrity and ownership.
Who we're looking for
You'll take on one of the hardest challenges at our scale: defining Satispay's identity globally while ensuring our brand initiatives directly align with acquisition and retention goals — and building the creative team and rituals that stay ahead of it as we grow. We're not looking for a caretaker of an existing setup. We're looking for someone who has built or transformed a function, made hard calls under pressure, and can say "here's the decision, here's why, here's what happened."
10+ years of experience - Proven track record in brand management or creative direction, ideally within fast-growing tech companies or top-tier creative agencies.
Strong Technical & Visual Culture - Deep understanding of design systems, rebranding processes, and multi-channel campaign production (from social media to TV/OOH).
A "Hands-on" Leader - You love to lead by example. You're not just a "manager of resources" but someone who can get into the details of a layout or a script to ensure excellence.
Data-Informed Mindset - Ability to translate brand concepts into business objectives, utilizing KPIs and OKRs to measure impact and iterate quickly.
Exceptional Communicator - Fluent in English, with the ability to simplify complex brand visions for internal stakeholders and external audiences alike.
We recognise that exceptional leadership comes in many forms. If you believe you have the vision, experience, and drive to help us shape the future of money, we encourage you to apply. We value the unique perspectives and strengths that exceptional leaders bring, even if their experience doesn't align with every listed requirement.
Why this is your place
This is a unique opportunity to leverage your experience and leadership to make a profound impact on a company poised for significant future growth. We operate on a principle of reciprocity: significant strategic impact are met with meaningful rewards and opportunities.
Own outcomes that reach millions. Lead functions where the results show up directly in the experience of 6.5M+ people and the businesses they pay every day.
Operate in high-growth. You'll make high-stakes calls without waiting for perfect information, in an environment that changes fast as we launch and scale new products.
Significant equity participation. Directly share in Satispay's success through a competitive Stock Option Plan designed to reward leadership and contribution to company growth and raise the bar for collective success.
Lead exceptional teams. Build, mentor, and collaborate with high-performing teams in a culture of ownership, collective success, and continuous improvement fueled by feedback. You will learn from the best and lead alongside founders who are hands-on.
CareAbout: how we support your impact
We move fast, and evolution never stops. It’s a fun ride, but it can be challenging. To make sure our people truly thrive, we’re committed to making their lives easier, both in the office and out in the world. That’s why we created CareAbout:
❤️ Health: private insurance for you and your family, psychological support with Serenis, mental health workshops.
💰 Financial resources: Stock Option Plan, meal vouchers, relocation support if you’re moving countries.
⚙️ Growth and development: professional development programs, internal mobility, language courses with Preply.
🌱 Flexibility: unlimited PTO, hybrid working policy*, flexible working hours.
👨👩👧 Family: enhanced parental leave, additional leave for child sickness.
*We embrace three days per week in-office (Tuesday and Thursday + 1 of your choice), with the option to request extra remote time.
Initial salary: Starting from €65,000 gross per annum
This baseline is set using objective, gender-neutral criteria for the role's core requirements. However, we do not believe in putting a ceiling on talent. The final compensation package is tailored according to your unique experience and expertise. If your skills go beyond the standard profile, apply anyway so we can discuss a package that reflects your true value.
Equal opportunity employer
At Satispay, we're proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and inclusion, welcoming individuals of all backgrounds. This opportunity is open to everyone, regardless - for instance - of race, colour, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, and national origin.

We develop innovative electronic control units for electric vehicles and stationary storage systems for our global customers. Our international team is composed of highly motivated and exceptional engineers. As a small and specialized team we are well-aware of the importance of each individual colleague and support and promote each employee according to their abilities and needs. Our office with adjacent prototype and testing lab is located in the heart of Munich at the Heimeranplatz.
This is what we stand for:
- Technological Leadership: We challenge norms, innovate quickly, and anticipate future needs. We take smart risks and learn from outcomes to stay ahead.
- Sustainability: We actively drive change for a sustainable future, aware of our impact and inspiring others to build a better world.
- Team Culture: We believe work should be enjoyable, fostering a spirit of inspiration, celebration, and teamwork across the globe.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: We embrace change, think big, and push limits with passion.
As the Head of Program Management, you will own the execution of our project portfolio from first concept to series production across Automotive, Commercial Vehicle, and Industrial BESS. That means leading teams of Project Leads, Product Owners, and Field Application Engineers, and reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer. You are an entrepreneurial leader who thrives on turning complex development roadmaps into tangible, high-quality products while balancing the unique demands of both vehicle-level and grid-scale energy storage safety and performance.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end execution of all projects, ensuring they meet milestones, budget constraints, and resource allocations. Identify cross-project synergies and manage dependencies to mitigate systemic risks.
Team Mentorship: Lead Team Leads and senior contributors to foster professional and technical growth.
Strategic Staffing: Optimize organizational structure and resource allocation across programs to balance capacity, driving throughput and profitability.
Department Alignment: Act as the primary interface for C-level management, aligning departmental goals with the overall company strategy and reporting on KPIs.
Governance & Process Design: Define and continuously optimize department processes and interfaces to other departments (Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Quality).
Conflict & Escalation Management: Serve as the ultimate internal escalation point for critical project roadblocks, and make the call.
Commercial & Technical Stewardship: Ensure that both commercial governance (contracts, deliveries) and technical maturity (e.g. V-cycle, ASPICE) stay on track across all programs.
Experience: 8+ years of leadership in Program or Project Management, specifically in automotive, battery, or power electronics. You have successfully led a "team of teams."
Education: A university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field that combines technical understanding with commercial acumen.
The "Advocacy" Trait: You are comfortable pushing back. When cross-functional goals conflict, you can mediate and make firm decisions, acting as a buffer for your team rather than just escalating or deferring.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams (interacting with HW, SW, Systems, Operations) and manage leaders (Team Leads).
Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with international Tier-1 or OEM customers and navigate C-level stakeholders.
Impact: A key leadership role (~30 direct or indirect reports) with the autonomy to shape the future of our program management organization.
Culture: A flat hierarchy that values direct, honest communication and fast decision-making over process for process’s sake.
Growth: Be at the forefront of the green energy transition, in a high-tech, international, fast-growing company.
Flexibility: Modern working conditions with a focus on results.
Our Offer & Benefits
The chance to be part of a highly innovative, agile, and unique team with prestigious customers in the automotive and battery storage sector. About the role
The Microfactory serves as our advanced internal sample shop, bridging the gap between early product design and global mass production. In this role, your main focus will be supporting day-to-day sample shop operations, executing physical engineering improvement projects, and helping build early product variants. Additionally, you will participate in special projects to support the gradual introduction of Manufacturing 4.0 / Industry 4.0 initiatives (such as smart tools and digital data capture) under the guidance of senior engineers.
Your future tasks at a glance
Sample Shop Support & Build Execution: Assist the engineering team in preparing, physically assembling, and tracking early-stage prototypes, alpha/beta samples, and variant builds within the microfactory.
Process Improvement Projects: Proactively identify baseline process bottlenecks or layout inefficiencies on the floor. Bring creative ideas to the team and collaborate directly with engineers to physically implement and execute these workplace improvements.
Equipment & Assembly Upgrades: Assist in installing, maintaining, and upgrading physical assembly fixtures, mechanical workbenches, and hardware components inside the microfactory.
Manufacturing 4.0 & Traceability Support: Support secondary engineering projects focused on smart factory tool configuration, component tracking integration (e.g., hardware scanning, torque logging), and digital work instructions.
Lessons Learned & Documentation: Help capture data, parameter records, and assembly issues encountered during sample builds to compile clear, insightful documentation for our external production partners.
What you bring with you

TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. TRM's platforms enable investigators to trace illicit activity, build cases, and construct operating pictures of threat networks. Leading agencies and businesses worldwide rely on TRM to make the world safer and more secure.
The AI Customer Success function is being built from the ground up, and this role will help define it internationally. As the first Customer Success Manager in this area, you will own the end-to-end post-sale experience for a portfolio of customers that includes some of the world’s most sophisticated cyber threat intelligence teams and investigators, national security agencies, and financial crime teams. Your mandate is not just to manage accounts—you will help establish the playbook, define what success looks like, and drive a product-led growth motion that turns new customers into long-term, expanding partners.
Build and ship a v1 onboarding playbook within the first 30 days—a practical, working version built from early customer engagements that can be iterated as you learn what drives adoption across international customer segments.
Use AI to build production CS workflows that pull from ChurnZero, Salesforce, Gong, and product usage telemetry to auto-generate account health summaries and QBR drafts—compressing hours of reporting preparation into minutes so you can spend your time on the work that actually requires human judgment.
Define and track adoption benchmarks across the portfolio—hands-on-keyboard usage, consumption rates, and account-specific success metrics—and surface at-risk accounts before renewal decisions are made.
Identify and scope the highest-impact PLG play within 60 days by working backwards from expansion targets, focusing on the one or two use cases most likely to drive consumption across the customer base.
Run executive business reviews and QBRs with senior stakeholders at government agencies and financial institutions internationally—building the trust and credibility that turns TRM from a vendor into a mission-critical partner.
Partner with ADs on expansion plays, co-own NRR targets, and build the structured path to proving value for every customer with an expiring or at-risk contract.
Close the feedback loop between customers and Product—synthesize adoption blockers, feature gaps, and new use-case opportunities into prioritized, actionable input that informs the roadmap.
Design the CS infrastructure and tooling stack that scales as the product grows—you are building the foundation the next CSM hire will inherit.
Background in cyber or cyber threat intelligence, intelligence agencies, financial crime investigations, or regulatory and compliance environments.
5+ years as an onboarding engineer, customer success manager, deployment strategist, or in another post-sale role with proven ownership of NRR, GRR, and expansion metrics—you have the track record, not just the title.
Domain credibility in cyber, national security, or financial crime—you can walk into a room of investigators and earn their trust in the first meeting, not the fifth.
Demonstrated zero-to-one builder experience—you have built a CS function, onboarding playbook, or PLG motion from scratch and can point to the specific outcomes it drove.
Production AI fluency—you have built real, repeatable AI workflows, not just experiments, that synthesize data from multiple sources into outputs that run consistently and deliver measurable results. You can show the workflow, explain the data logic, and articulate where human judgment stays in the loop.
A high level of independence—you set your own agenda, operate without needing constant direction, and ship v1 before you have all the answers.
Strong executive presence—you can run a QBR with a senior government stakeholder or financial institution executive and command the room through substance, not just polish.
Experience supporting international customers, with the ability to navigate regional, cultural, and time-zone differences.
This team focuses on TRM’s AI-driven Intel platform, supporting investigators and cyber teams working on complex cases involving cyber threats.
This is the first Customer Success hire dedicated to international customers—you will help build the function from the ground up, with high autonomy, direct access to leadership, and meaningful influence on how TRM approaches customer success globally.
The broader TRM CS organization operates distributed, not distant—async-first communication through Slack, strong documentation, and intentional synchronous time for key decisions.
You will work directly with the Head of Customer Success and Patrick South, CRO, with close day-to-day collaboration with international Sales teams and Product.
As a globally distributed team, members work across multiple time zones. This role will primarily align its working hours and customer coverage with international markets, with flexibility to collaborate across regions when needed.
Our Customer Success team is fully remote, thriving on asynchronous communication and collaboration through Slack channels and detailed documentation. We hold weekly customer syncs, biweekly health syncs, join our associated POD calls, and regularly engage with customers across international markets. As experts in our craft, we focus on providing support, driving value, and building meaningful relationships with our customers as trusted advisors. We are on the front lines of TRM, ensuring our customers get the most out of the product and bringing valuable insights back to the team.
The team moves fast and iterates—v1 ships before it is perfect, and feedback is expected to be direct and specific.
End-to-End Ownership: While there is no formal hourly rotation, you will be the primary lead for your area and responsible for customer success across international markets. This requires a high degree of agency and a commitment to seeing mission-critical tasks through to resolution, including the flexibility to handle urgent needs outside of standard hours or on weekends when they arise.
Within 30 days of joining, you ship a working v1 onboarding playbook built from your first 2–3 accounts—not a slide deck, but a live document with measurable adoption benchmarks that the account team is already using to set customer expectations.
Within 6 weeks, you share a draft success-metrics framework at 50% complete with the account team and key customers to validate direction—getting real signal on what drives credit consumption before investing further in building out the full playbook.
Within 60 days, you identify and scope the highest-impact PLG play by working backwards from expansion targets—presenting a concrete recommendation to leadership on which use case to prioritize and why, grounded in actual account data from international customers.
If you’re interested in joining TRM, we encourage you to apply directly. Every application is reviewed by our Talent team.
Before applying, review the job description carefully and highlight the experience and impact that best demonstrate the required qualifications. Please also provide thoughtful and accurate answers to the application questions, as these will be used to evaluate your qualifications for the role.
If you send your resume directly to someone at TRM, we can’t guarantee it will reach the appropriate hiring team. Applying directly is the best way to ensure you’re considered.
Our process is designed to understand how you think, solve problems, and deliver impact, while giving you the opportunity to evaluate TRM. Most interview processes include a case study, AI skills assessment, and Leadership Principles interview.
Recruiter Intro: Explore your experience, motivations, and alignment with the role.
Hiring Manager: Dive deeper into your relevant experience, skills, and impact.
First Round: Typically 1–2 interviews focused on the skills most critical to the role.
Final Round: Typically 3–5 interviews to go deeper on your craft, problem-solving, and alignment with TRM.
References: We’ll speak with former colleagues who can provide perspective on your work and impact.
Offer: If it’s a mutual fit, your recruiter will walk you through your offer and answer your questions.
Welcome to TRM: Once you sign, we’ll get you ready for your first day and onboarding.
Your recruiter will share your specific interview plan and preparation guidance along the way.

As a Software Provisioning Technician UGV (m/f/d), you will be part of our production team for unmanned ground systems at our Göppingen site and will be responsible for the software deployment, configuration, and release of Mandrill UGVs and future LAND platforms. You will ensure that every vehicle is delivered with the correct, approved software configuration, playing a key role in transforming our LAND production from prototype-based manufacturing into a robust, repeatable, and scalable serial production environment.
You will work hands-on with the vehicles while collaborating closely with Software/Firmware Engineering, Quality, Testing, and Production teams. In this role, you will follow approved work instructions, ensure full traceability of all activities, and actively contribute shop floor feedback to the continuous improvement of provisioning processes.
Install, configure, and flash firmware and software onto control units, onboard computers, and subsystems of Mandrill UGVs in accordance with approved work instructions.
Perform software and configuration verification as part of end-of-line and system testing procedures.
Manage and document software versions, configuration baselines, and release statuses while ensuring complete traceability in Operations1.
Conduct fault analysis and troubleshooting for software and configuration issues, escalating deviations through the defined quality and deviation management process.
Support the introduction of new software releases, configuration variants, and provisioning tools in close collaboration with Engineering.
Actively contribute to validation builds and Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) ramp-up activities related to software provisioning processes.
Provide shop floor feedback to improve provisioning workflows, tooling, and automation.
Work closely with Software/Firmware Engineering, Quality, Testing, and Production teams to ensure smooth handovers and rapid issue resolution.
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workplace while adhering to all relevant ESD and site-specific regulations.
Completed technical vocational training, such as Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, IT Specialist, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, several years of relevant experience in software provisioning or embedded systems.
Experience with flashing and configuring control units as well as working with diagnostic and configuration tools.
Basic knowledge of embedded systems, CAN bus communication, and version control systems (e.g., Git) is an advantage.
Confident handling of technical documentation and a highly accurate approach to digitally documenting completed work.
Strong quality mindset and the willingness to stop and escalate issues when deviations occur rather than bypassing established standards.
Structured, independent, and reliable working style with strong attention to detail.
Open and professional communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.
Good German language skills; English proficiency is advantageous for collaboration in an international environment.
We believe in the power of combined efforts: straightforward tech expertise paired with a customer-centric focus.
We are industry pioneers who are ambitious, bold, and visionary.
We push limits, think outside-the-box and strive for technological excellence to shape the future of aerial data.
We promise to be your runway for individual and professional growth.
Company pension scheme: We support you so that you can already make provisions for later.
Flexible working hours: With trust-based working hours, you are not only responsible for your working hours, but also for your work-life balance.
Mobile Work: If things get a little busy in the office, you have the option to work remotely one flexible day per week to create the right balance.
Stay active: With EGYM Wellpass, you get access to thousands of fitness and sports facilities — and of course, we subsidize the membership.
Bike-Leasing: We support you in staying environmentally mobile and healthy.
Corporate Benefits: Your opportunity for attractive offers and discounts from well-known suppliers and brands, e.g. Adidas, Apple, Expedia.

About Recare
As one of the leading German HealthTech companies, we are reshaping discharge management – technology-driven, patient-centered, and free from bureaucracy. In addition to our market-leading SaaS platform, we develop AI solutions that radically simplify processes in hospitals and for aftercare providers, relieve healthcare professionals, and refocus attention on patients. Today, we already connect two-thirds of all German hospitals with over 650 rehabilitation clinics and 25,000 nursing and homecare providers. With currently around 100 employees, we continue to grow – and we are looking for people with character who want to help us improve the healthcare system and solve administrative complexity across care journeys in Europe.
What you'll own as our Senior AI Product Designer
You'll own end-to-end design for one of our core product areas, on a platform where AI is the foundation of the product, not a bolt-on feature. Your mission is to bring consumer-grade craft to a B2B healthcare product used by clinicians and hospital administrators under real time pressure, and to help invent the design patterns for AI-native surfaces that don't exist anywhere else yet.
You design the AI-native surfaces our platform is built around, including multi-modal interfaces, agent state, uncertainty, and human-in-the-loop controls, inventing the patterns as you go rather than adapting existing ones.
You own end-to-end design for a product area – Discharge Core, Voice Desktop, Extract & Docs, Patient Overview, or Agent – taking work from a messy problem statement through to what ships in production.
You contribute to our design system, building the components and AI-specific conventions that other designers and teams build on.
You partner closely with product and engineering, shaping technical and product direction rather than being handed a spec to execute against.
You work with other designers across the organisation, bringing your input and influence beyond your own product area rather than staying inside a single team's boundary.
You hold a high craft bar in critique, lifting the standard of what the wider design team ships.
You help hold coherence across our AI Suite (Voice, Docs, Extract, Agent) and Discharge Core, so a fast-growing multi-product platform still feels like one product to the people using it.
How we design:
We're AI-native. We use AI tools daily in our own process, not just in what we design, and we want strong, opinionated views on how to wield them well.
Consumer-grade craft is the bar, even in B2B. Our users are clinicians and hospital administrators.
Human-in-the-loop by default. This is healthcare: AI proposes, people stay in control, and we design the approval and verification moments that make that real, not just a confidence score bolted on.
We ship in production, not just in Figma. Craft is judged by what clinicians actually use, so we stay close to what ships.
What to expect as our Senior AI Product Designer (m/w/d):
Purposeful work – your role will have a positive impact on patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
Company culture – we believe in flat hierarchies that promote high performance and strong team dynamics. We foster an environment characterized by mutual respect, loyalty, and recognition. Together, we strive for our goals – and expect the same from you.
Flexibility – want to pick up your child from daycare? Like to exercise during lunch? We'll support you. We are a remote-friendly company offering flexible working hours. Workations are also possible by arrangement.
Edenred card – which you can use according to your needs.
Extra vacation day – so you can celebrate your birthday with your loved ones, you'll have the day off.
Here's how we picture you as our Senior AI Product Designer (m/w/d):
You have 8+ years of product design experience, with at least 3+ years operating at Senior, Principal, or Staff altitude.
You have designed for AI and non-determinism before, and can talk concretely about how you've communicated agent behaviour, handled errors, and kept users in control, not just in the abstract.
You have owned or significantly contributed to a design system, at the level of patterns and principles rather than individual components.
You are block-shaped: equally strong across UX process, UI craft, product thinking, research, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.
You have taken features from 0 to 1 through an ambiguous problem statement to shipped code, and you're comfortable feeling like a PM or frontend developer on the days that calls for it.
You have high agency and spot gaps without being asked to look for them, including outside your own product area.
You hold a position under pressure but change it when new information warrants, rather than becoming precious about your own decisions.
You communicate confidently in English and are comfortable operating in an international environment; German is a plus but not required.
You bring a consumer-grade craft background with exceptional design; healthtech experience is a plus but not required.
If this sounds like your kind of challenge, we'd love to hear from you

What to expect as our Software Engineer – Backend (Computer Use & Integrations) (m/w/d):
In this role, you can make an impact and grow with us as Software Engineer
You'll help build Recare's Operator, our agent that gets AI-generated clinical output into hospital systems by operating their existing software the way a person would, no bespoke interface required. It's the sharp end of our integration strategy: a Windows desktop application that automates UI interactions with hospital systems, running on doctors' devices and often inside RDP or Citrix environments. The first version is already live – you'll help expand its capabilities and make it reliable in production.
You build and improve integrations between hospital systems and Recare products.
You implement and harden computer-use automation flows so they work reliably in production, including edge cases, recovery, and safety rails.
You partner with clinical domain experts to turn ambiguous workflows into shippable plans and robust implementations that solve real customers' needs.
You contribute across the stack as needed, including our Go-based gateway.
You invest in observability foundations (logs, metrics, traces) so we can trust the system in production.
How we work:
AI-native – our engineers reach for frontier coding agents every day to move fast across the whole stack, and we want strong, opinionated views on how to wield them well.
Frontier models – we build on the best models available and adopt new capabilities as they ship, not a release later.
Human-in-the-loop by default – this is healthcare: AI proposes, people stay in control, and we design the approval and validation loops that make that real.
Unglamorous foundations – engineers get the time to build the eval harnesses, guardrails, and observability that make AI trustworthy in production, not just the feature on top.
Ship and observe – always deployable, telemetry-driven, fix in the open.
Here's how we picture you as our Software Engineer
You're a builder with a hacker mindset: you default to building rather than waiting, and you're solution-oriented rather than problem-oriented.
You have professional backend experience in Go, Python, or TypeScript, and you can point to production software you shipped and owned.
You're comfortable working on integration-heavy systems: APIs, workflows, data models, auth, and real-world edge cases.
You're pragmatic about reliability: you care about monitoring, debugging, test coverage, and making systems operable.
You're excited to use AI coding agents daily and have opinions on how to use them effectively.
You're ambitious but frustration-tolerant. Hospital IT is complicated and progress is hard-won; you stay relentless, get your hands dirty, and iterate until it works.
You communicate confidently in English and collaborate well across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
Nice to have:
German language skills.
Experience with Electron or TypeScript on the desktop side.
Experience with healthcare IT systems (HIS, KIS, PVS, EMR) and interoperability standards such as HL7 v2 or FHIR.

Lead Security Engineer (m/w/d)
About Recare
As one of the leading German HealthTech companies, we are reshaping discharge management – technology-driven, patient-centered, and free from bureaucracy. In addition to our market-leading SaaS platform, we develop AI solutions that radically simplify processes in hospitals and for aftercare providers, relieve healthcare professionals, and refocus attention on patients. Today, we already connect two-thirds of all German hospitals with over 650 rehabilitation clinics and 25,000 nursing and homecare providers. With currently around 120 employees from a broad range of nations, we continue to grow – and we're now going far beyond our core business, aiming to eliminate bureaucracy and admin in hospitals with a whole portfolio of AI products.
What to expect as our Lead Security Engineer (m/w/d):
In this role, you can make an impact and grow with us as Lead Security Engineer (m/w/d):
You'll be our first dedicated security engineer: a senior IC with no team at the start. You join as Deputy CISO, report to our Director of Technology (currently acting CISO), and build security engineering from scratch. The baseline is already in place – ISO 27001, C5 Type II, regular penetration tests, and encryption in the product. AI is adding new surfaces: voice documentation, document generation, and agentic workflows. You build and own the security program, the tooling, and the security story we tell customers.
Vulnerability management – scanners and dependency updates across repos, plus the process that gets findings closed.
Partner to Platform – review security-sensitive infrastructure decisions and explore options like customer-managed keys or HSMs. Platform still owns architecture.
Certifications, technical side – control design and assessments for our ISO 27001 and C5 setup, the security case for a potential upcoming Class IIa medical device (MDR), and pentest scoping and follow-up, with regulation like the EU Cyber Resilience Act on the horizon. This is roughly a quarter to a third of the role, and we say it openly: for the right person in healthcare security, it's a draw, not a chore.
Customer security – reusable docs, evidence, and AI-assisted questionnaires, so the tenth enterprise deal costs a fraction of the first. You join the call when a hospital CISO asks something new about our AI architecture.
Incident response – process, runbooks, and escalation, and you lead when it's real. We're too small for a SOC, so you design on-call that fits a company our size. Product incidents and platform bugs have their own owners in engineering.
Company-wide security – watch the threat landscape, turn this week's supply-chain mess into concrete actions, and set the baselines IT applies to devices and accounts.
How we work:
AI-native – our engineers use coding agents every day. Security should too: scanning, evidence, questionnaires.
AI is also our attack surface – agent sandboxing, prompt injection, voice data, computer-use automation inside hospitals. We deal with security questions most companies will only meet in a few years.
Human-in-the-loop by default – this is healthcare: AI proposes, people stay in control.
Ship and observe – we ship continuously and debug from telemetry, including in the open when that's the fastest path.
Here's how we picture you as our Lead Security Engineer (m/w/d):
You're a hands-on security engineer with 6+ years across software and security engineering, and you can point to a security program (or a big part of one) you've owned.
You've been the technical counterpart through at least one ISO 27001, C5, or SOC 2 certification cycle: you've designed controls, faced an auditor, and written the technical side of a Statement of Applicability. This is a hard requirement.
You've run vulnerability management somewhere real: scanners, dependency bots, triage, and the follow-through that gets things fixed.
You follow the security scene closely (podcasts, advisories, incident write-ups) and usually have an opinion on this week's incident before it reaches the news.
You're genuinely curious about AI security – both securing AI systems (agents, sandboxing, data flows) and using AI tooling to work at leverage.
You can talk to engineers, auditors, and hospital security teams in English without a slide deck translating for you.
Nice to have:
German language skills, since our customers and the C5 world are German-speaking.
Experience in healthcare or another regulated domain.
Offensive security experience.
Security certifications such as OSCP, CISSP, or similar.

Benefits: Attraktives Gehaltspaket inkl. Aktienpaket (VSOP) sowie ein Urban Sports Club Abo.
