Our Global Structure

Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we're unlocking new possibilities as one global team.

About the team

Deliveroo connects millions of consumers with the restaurants and brands they love. Our Integrated Marketing team sits at the heart of how we bring those relationships to life — combining customer insight, commercial opportunity and creativity to drive growth for Deliveroo and our partners.

Within Central Integrated Marketing, the Merchant & Ads team sets the global strategy for how we partner with merchants to help them grow on our marketplace and create compelling reasons for consumers to choose Deliveroo. This is an opportunity to shape Deliveroo's global approach to merchant partnerships, building high-impact collaborations with some of the world's most recognised and loved brands. This will be a hybrid role - working 3 days a week from our London HQ.

About the role

  • Owns the New Verticals merchant and ads marketing strategy end to end, reporting into the Merchant & Ads Integrated Marketing Director.

  • Responsible for the creation and deployment of New Verticals merchant marketing playbooks across co marketing, promotions, and ads.

  • Responsible for the creation and deployment of the New Verticals sell in strategy and associated sell in materials for adoption by local teams.

  • Supports local marketing teams with key enterprise merchant relationships at the global level, and supports local New Verticals marketing initiatives.

What you'll be doing

Ads & Monetization Strategy

  • Own the New Verticals specific ads and monetization strategy across owned and external surfaces, feeding into the global monetization strategy.

  • Lead pricing, packaging, and investment decisions for merchant advertising in your category, in partnership with Commercial and Finance.

Category Playbook: New Verticals

  • Own and evolve the New Verticals merchant marketing playbook, setting how co marketing, promotions, and advertising work for grocery and retail merchants globally.

  • Lead change initiatives that improve how New Verticals merchant marketing works, bringing Local Integrated Marketing and Functional Marketing along with you.

Key Merchant Relationship Management

  • Support local marketing teams with key enterprise merchant relationships at the global level, and support delivery of priority New Verticals marketing initiatives with those merchants.

  • Act as the senior escalation point for merchant issues that cross multiple markets or functions.

Cross Functional Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to Merchant S&O and Commercial for New Verticals, translating category priorities into marketing and ads strategy.

  • Represent New Verticals in cross functional forums, shaping the roadmap for merchant facing and ads facing surfaces.

Sell In Strategy & Sales Enablement

  • Own the sell-in strategy for New Verticals merchant and ads programmes, defining how Commercial and Local teams pitch these programmes to merchants.

  • Oversee the sell in materials, case studies, and proof points for New Verticals, using performance data to continuously refine them.

Central Strategy & Market Coordination

  • Own delivery of the New Verticals merchant marketing goals, coordinating a consistent strategy across all Deliveroo markets.

  • Report on New Verticals merchant and ads marketing performance to senior stakeholders, own specific business metrics, and lead course correction when needed.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally including merchant marketing, retail media, ads, or category marketing in a consumer or marketplace business.

  • Track record of owning the marketing strategy for an entire team or category, and resolving complex delivery challenges that span multiple teams or functions.

  • Experience managing people, and comfortable managing other people managers as your team grows.

  • Strong commercial acumen, seen as a go to expert for merchant or ads marketing, using business and financial data to make sound decisions in ambiguous situations.

  • Confident communicator, able to present complex ideas to large groups and flex your style for directors and department leadership.

  • Skilled at establishing and owning cross functional partnerships, using relationships and creative thinking to work through conflict.

  • Proven ability to lead change initiatives that improve how a team or category works, bringing others along with you.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesise complex, cross functional inputs into a clear plan and narrative.

GTM Operations
Heidi – London

We’re Heidi.

We're building the future of healthcare by giving every clinician the earth's finest AI Care Partner. Our platform has absorbed the administrative chaos of 175 million patient visits and supported 67 million clinical hours. Today, we support 2.8 million patient sessions a week across 190+ countries, in 110 languages and over 200 specialties.

Healthcare systems are failing us; clinicians spend more time on documentation than on patients, and the human connection that makes medicine worth practicing is eroding. Our mission is simple: double the world’s capacity for care and strengthen the human connection at its heart.

We found product-market fit with a freemium medical scribe that clinicians love. Now, we're expanding. Every task a clinician hands to Heidi is a patient who feels more attended to, a health system unclogged, and a clinician who gets to be a clinician again.

We’ve grown annual recurring revenue from $1 million to $50 million in two years.

To go further, we’ve secured US$340 million: a $100 million Series C led by Blackbird, with Phoenix Court, Point72 Private Investments and Headline, alongside a $240 million growth investment led by General Catalyst’s Customer Value Fund.

If you want to join us in doing work worth shipping, jump in.

The role

This is a commercially focused GTM Operations role supporting Heidi’s UK and European markets. You’ll report to the Head of GTM Operations and work closely with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Finance, as well as our central Analytics and GTM Engineering teams.

Your job is to turn commercial direction into an operating model the region can actually use. When leaders agree how we should forecast, segment accounts, organise territories or manage the customer lifecycle, you’ll build the models, processes, reporting and tooling that make it work day to day.

Doing that well means working beyond the CRM. You’ll use HubSpot, Databricks and Omni to bring together commercial and product data, pressure-test assumptions and turn what you find into better decisions and processes.

This role suits someone who enjoys both sides of GTM Operations: working through commercial problems with leaders, then doing the hands-on work to make the solution stick.

What you’ll do

  • Turn commercial plans into working operations. Partner with the Head of GTM Operations and regional leaders to operationalise decisions on segmentation, territories, coverage, capacity, quotas and commissions. Build the models, processes and operating cadences that allow teams to execute them consistently.

  • Connect the full customer lifecycle. Build and improve the processes between Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, from lead management and pipeline creation through onboarding, adoption, renewal and expansion. Make ownership and handoffs clear, and ensure each team has the information it needs from the others.

  • Strengthen commercial execution. Improve how we inspect pipeline, forecast revenue and understand customer health, retention and growth. Help embed methodologies such as MEDDIC into the way managers and teams run deals—not just the fields they complete in HubSpot—and drive adoption of the changes you introduce.

  • Use data to support commercial decisions. Query existing datasets in Databricks, build reporting in Omni and connect CRM, product and commercial data to understand performance. Build the recurring reporting the region needs, investigate issues in more depth when required and explain what changed, why it matters and what action it suggests.

  • Keep the GTM engine running. Maintain HubSpot and the regional GTM stack, including pipelines, routing, workflows, reporting and data quality. Resolve issues quickly and partner with central teams when something needs a global fix.

What you'll need

  • Hands-on GTM Operations experience. You’ve worked in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations or Sales Operations and have practical experience with core processes such as forecasting, territory and quota planning, lifecycle management and CRM workflows. We care more about the ownership and judgement you’ve developed than a fixed number of years.

  • Strong commercial judgement. You can reason across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, understand the drivers of acquisition, conversion, adoption, retention and expansion, and distinguish an interesting data point from something the business should act on.

  • Confident with data. You can write SQL, navigate a warehouse such as Databricks and work with a BI tool such as Omni. You’re comfortable interrogating existing datasets, validating the output and turning the result into a clear recommendation. Experience building core warehouse models is not required.

  • A strong, credible operator. You can take an agreed commercial approach and turn it into a workable model, process or system change. You communicate clearly, challenge assumptions with evidence, bring the right people with you and follow through until the change is adopted.

  • A practical, tool-fluent systems thinker. You understand how process, data, tooling and team behaviour interact. You’re confident in HubSpot and have worked with tools such as Clay, Gong, outbound platforms, enrichment providers and CPQ/CLM systems, or can get productive in them quickly.

How we show up

  • Build for the next decade, not next quarter. Our targets are outrageous on purpose. The world's health doesn't have the luxury of incrementalism.

  • Lead, don't wait. We treat tomorrow's problems today. Sometimes we build what's needed before it's wanted, and we're fine with that.

  • Follow the evidence. Trust the patient. We pursue truth relentlessly. But when the subjective and objective disagree, we treat the patient, not the numbers. Ego is a comorbidity we can't afford.

  • Own the outcome. Everyone here carries the company. Raise problems with solutions, solve them end-to-end, and never be a bystander.

  • Ship, measure, go again. A button today, a workflow tomorrow. More iterations beat better planning. We're precise at pace, not reckless.

  • Live in clinicians' reality. Not the ideal workflow, the twenty-patients-before-lunch actual one. We build for exhausted humans, and we'd better be decent ones while we do it.

Why Heidi?

You’ll join a team measured on real-world impact, not press cycles. We live and breathe the challenges of modern health systems, and are laser-focused on exacting the change we’d like to see. We’re medicos, engineers, builders and designers who’ve felt (on every side of the equation) what non-care feels like, the moral and practical toll as a provider or receiver.

Building what we’re building isn’t always easy. Standard tech playbooks routinely fail in healthcare, and the friction of the medical system will test your perseverance. But we didn’t choose easy, we chose a purpose-driven mission that actually matters. We hold ourselves to a higher standard because healthcare demands it. If you join Heidi, you recognize that the deeper question isn’t whether AI can solve the global healthcare crisis, but whose hands will shape it.

True A-players progress extremely fast here. The nature of the scale-up game is demanding, but we value sustainable performance and mental health. You're trusted to perform, and you set your schedule. We operate on outcomes > inputs, not process theatre. We all take the bins out, metaphorically and literally.

We take care of you.

We offer health and dental cover, a £700 annual learning and development budget, a £100/month health and wellness allowance, a £500 home office budget, 26 weeks paid primary parental leave and 18 weeks paid secondary parental leave, fertility support up to £7,000, four weeks of work from anywhere per year, and serious equity.

We chose to open-source our benefits hub, if you care to take a peek.

Product Designer, Enterprise (Staff-level / L6)
Synthesia – London

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.

As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.

Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.

Location: Europe remote or London hybrid

The role:

Synthesia is used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. The largest deployments now run thousands of creators across dozens of markets, languages, and compliance regimes. What decides whether those accounts expand or stall is not another avatar - it's whether admins, legal teams, and programme owners can actually stay in control.

We're looking for a Staff (L6) Product Designer to own that layer end-to-end: workspace setup and governance, the content lifecycle, and the analytics and integrations that close the loop. This is the work that turns a proof of concept into a seven-figure renewal, and right now it is wide open.

You'll operate as a senior IC: setting direction, influencing roadmap decisions (not just contributing), shaping bets with Product and Engineering leaders, and raising the bar on how we think about enterprise design problems.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration - often dealing with ambiguity. You'll reach out to the right stakeholders, get the right eyes in the room, and make decisions independently.

  • Design complex governance and compliance systems that give admins, legal teams, and compliance officers genuine control and transparency. Examples include:

    • Permission models and role hierarchies that scale across thousands of creators without collapsing into chaos.

    • Audit log experiences that make compliance auditable - not just for the system, but for the humans who need to understand what happened.

    • Workspace setup and identity workflows that integrate with real enterprise infrastructure (SSO, SCIM, MCP).

    • License and billing models that admins can actually understand and manage at scale.

    • Analytics and reporting that tell admins whether their deployment is working as intended.

  • Work with technical constraints and possibilities. You'll develop fluency in APIs, widget architectures, developer hub patterns, and how backend systems shape what's actually achievable in the UX. You're not designing in isolation from engineering - you're designing in partnership with it.

  • Drive pragmatic iteration. You'll scope ruthlessly, build POCs to get signal early, and iterate based on what you learn from enterprise customers.

  • Set a design vision for our Enterprise surface and influence adjacent product areas to stay coherent. As things scale across SSO, compliance, analytics, and billing, you're keeping the mental model consistent.

You should apply if you bring:

  • Significant experience designing complex, large-scale product surfaces - ideally admin dashboards, governance layers, analytics platforms, or other domains where system thinking matters.

  • Technical fluency. You understand APIs, integrations, how services communicate, how widgets and developer hubs work. You can read a technical architecture doc and understand the constraints it creates for design. You don't need to be an engineer, but you think like one.

  • Systems thinking: not just about interaction flows, but about enterprise systems. You understand how identity systems, compliance regimes, and scale constraints shape what's actually possible in the UX. You think in mental models and multi-step workflows, not single screens.

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity: you can turn unclear and fast-moving problem spaces into crisp direction, and you do not wait for perfect clarity.

  • Excellent communication in design reviews and cross-functional decision-making contexts.

  • Experience designing workflows where trust, transparency, and user control are central - helping users feel confident in AI-driven outputs rather than confused or excluded.

  • The ability to leverage feedback from users and customers to ensure the product continues to meet real needs - including enterprise users with high stakes around quality, compliance, and scale.

At Synthesia we expect everyone to:

  • Put the Customer First

  • Own it & Go Direct

  • Be Fast & Experimental

  • Make the Journey Fun

You can read more about this in this public Notion page: https://synthesia.notion.site/How-we-work-at-Synthesia-f794caa72f8446efb6be22b551ce0fa2

Benefits

  • A flexible, remote friendly role based out of Europe or one of our hubs in London, Copenhagen, Munich, or Zurich.

  • 25 days of annual leave + public holidays in the country where you are based.

  • A generous referral scheme.

  • Work from home set up.

  • At Synthesia, you can work from anywhere (within reason) in the world for up to 60 days per year!

  • A huge opportunity for career growth as you’ll help shape a market-defining product.

Senior Client Solutions Manager - Influencer Marketing (Freelance) | UK
Kyra – UK

About Kyra

Kyra is an enterprise influencer marketing platform working with brands like SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse. Our platform manages the full lifecycle — creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

📍London (Hybrid)
💰 Competitive, dependent on experience

The Opportunity

You will be work on of one of Kyra's largest and most complex global enterprise accounts: a fast-moving, multi-category consumer brand with 12+ sub-brands, 35+ active stakeholders, and campaigns running simultaneously across multiple regions.

Your job is to keep delivery tight, keep the client happy, and be a safe pair of hands on a flagship account. This is not about growing or expanding the account. The commercial relationship is locked in. The job is world-class servicing at enterprise scale.

What you'll do:

  • Work on the global account relationship across 12+ sub-brands and multiple regions. Stay organised across a volume of comms, briefs, and stakeholders that is genuinely unusual.

  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams: creative, paid media, creator partnerships, and product. You are the connective tissue. If something drifts, you see it early and fix it.

  • If something drifts (performance, scope, relationship, or timeline) you see it early and fix it. No surprises. Steady, organised ownership.

🎯 Co-own the Relationship Work on client relationships across product launches, seasonal campaigns, and always-on programmes. Multi-thread across their teams. Build trust at every level. Have direct conversations when performance needs to improve.

📈 Turn Insight into Strategy Translate campaign data into clear, executive-level recommendations using AI to move from raw numbers to narrative faster. Present performance against KPIs (engagement, EMV, sales lift, affiliate impact) and explain what it means.

🔍 Work On Delivery End-to-End Lead client onboarding for new briefs: build decks, verify SOW accuracy, coordinate internal teams, demo the platform. Manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and execution across our full product suite, including Always-On creator partnerships, Pulse campaigns, Makers (CGC), Amplify+ (paid boosting), Seeding+, and License+. With 6+ briefs running simultaneously, operational precision is everything. Keep work on-brand, on-time, and within margin.

📊 Protect & Grow Revenue Lead post-campaign analysis: run internal post-mortems, build PCA decks, present performance narratives. Work on exec-ready reporting (QBRs/EBRs). Reporting should inform decisions, not just recap them.

🛡️ Keep the System Tight Keep tracking clean. Watch capacity. Fix what's inefficient. Make sure client feedback doesn't get lost. Feed client insights back into product development.

Feed Insight Back into Product Surface client needs, pain points, and feature requests back into the product team. You are the closest person to how the client actually uses the platform.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 8+ years in influencer or creator marketing

  • Campaign execution experience. You have actually run creator marketing activations, not just managed client relationships from a distance.

  • Enterprise account servicing at scale. Multi-stakeholder, high-volume, complex. You have managed accounts with this many moving parts before.

  • Exceptional organisation. The volume of comms, briefs, regions, and stakeholders on this account is unusually high. Getting lost is easy. You don't get lost.

  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. You'll work on learning, build internal relationships proactively, and don't wait to be told what to do.

  • Strong hands-on campaign experience, with real fluency in TikTok.

  • AI fluency, applied. Our platform is AI-powered and you'll be expected to get up to speed fast and use it daily for client summaries, performance narratives, and campaign analysis. We're looking for people already comfortable using AI tools in their workflow, so the learning curve is the platform, not the concept.

  • Comfortable working across project management tools (Asana, Airtable, Slack) and reporting dashboards.

  • CPG or multi-category consumer brand experience is a plus.

  • Bonus if you're English and Spanish bilingual speaking.

You should be commercially sharp, operationally reliable, and able to speak confidently about the accounts you've managed.

Traits That Matter
Proactive. Organised. Adaptable. Self-starting. Comfortable with ambiguity.

You don't wait for problems to land. You see them coming and act. You don't need rigid processes or hand-holding. Tools, product, and ways of working evolve constantly here, and you thrive on that.

You're willing to say "I don't know" and go find out. You take feedback well. You build trust fast.

Nice to have

If you speak one of these languages - Spanish, French, German, Italian

What Success Looks Like What Success Looks Like

By Month 1: You have full context on all active sub-brands, briefs, and stakeholders. You've built a strong working relationship with the Campaign Director and the internal pod. The client knows your name and trusts you to run things.

By Month 3: Delivery is running smoothly across all regions. You work on reporting and client comms without oversight. Post-campaign analysis is sharp and drives clear recommendations. Internal teams come to you, not around you.

By Month 6: The account is in better shape than when you arrived. Stakeholder satisfaction is high. Nothing has been dropped. Leadership trusts your judgement completely

💟 Support

If you have a condition or require an adjustment to our interview process - please let us know so we can make adjustments to support you. Please note that when you submit an application or resume, your data will be processed in line with our privacy policy.

    Principal of backend
    SchemeServe Limited – Chelmsford

    Remote

    About SchemeServe

SchemeServe is insurance software like no other.

Hosted in the cloud for MGAs, brokers and insurers, the SchemeServe platform boasts unique flexibility, unstoppable innovation and truly Obsessive Support.

Started in 2000 by our CEO, Adam, SchemeServe has grown from strength to strength, never having taken outside investment. We're proud of how far we've come and how loyal we've stayed to our Core Values.

We're fully remote (we were doing it before it was fashionable!), although we get together twice a year for Team Retreats.

We prize self-development and encourage everyone to keep learning and challenging themselves. Free books? Mentoring? Professional development? You got it.

We also offer flexible working, paid charity days, a fantastic, relaxed and open company culture and free biscuits through the post.

We genuinely believe this is the best place you could ever work.

If you're excited, good! So are we.

Come and join the Insurtech revolution!

    Principal Backend Engineer

    UK Remote

We're looking for an exceptional Principal Backend Engineer to help make backend engineering across SchemeServe better.

You'll be one of the most technically experienced engineers in the organisation and the CTO's primary technical partner for backend engineering, helping shape our architecture, engineering principles and technical direction.

But this isn't primarily a feature delivery role and your job isn't to personally build everything you help design.

Your real job is to make our engineering organisation better at building great software.

You'll work alongside engineers and teams, helping solve difficult problems, challenging their thinking and developing their technical skills and judgement.

    What We Mean By Principal

This is a deeply technical role.

You'll need the depth to understand complex backend systems, architecture, security, performance, resilience and maintainability; review designs and implementations; spot risks; and challenge experienced engineers.

But technical knowledge alone isn't enough.

We want someone who understands there isn't always one "correct" way to build software.

Patterns, standards and best practices are useful tools. They aren't commandments.

We care about finding the most appropriate solution to the problem in front of us.

That means understanding the problem, business, existing platform, risks and likely future – and making pragmatic decisions based on the trade-offs.

Sometimes the right answer will be a new service or technology.

Sometimes it'll be improving what we already have.

Sometimes the boring solution really is the best solution.

    We're quite comfortable with that.

    How You'll Lead

Success in this role comes through influence rather than authority.

We don't want every difficult technical decision to end with:

"We'd better ask the Principal Engineer."

If an engineer proposes an approach you disagree with, we don't just want you to replace it with your own.

Understand their thinking. Ask questions. Challenge assumptions. Explore the trade-offs. Share your experience.

And be prepared to change your own mind too.

The goal is to leave that engineer better equipped to solve the next problem, not just holding the answer to this one.

Your technical impact should multiply through the people around you.

You'll remain close enough to the code to understand what's actually happening and occasionally roll up your sleeves to prototype, investigate a difficult problem or unblock a team.

But if after a year you've personally written loads of brilliant software while everyone around you is working exactly as they were before, we haven't succeeded.

    The Technical Challenge

Our platform has been evolving for more than 25 years.

At its heart is a mature C# .NET Framework 4.7 monolith, alongside an expanding ecosystem of modern C# .NET 10 and TypeScript services.

    Our backend estate includes:

    • .NET Framework and modern C#/.NET.
    • TypeScript services.
    • Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL and Redis.
    • Azure cloud infrastructure.
    • Cloudflare platform services.
    • API-first architecture.
    • Git-based development workflows.

We're continuing to modernise, but we're not interested in modernisation for modernisation's sake.

We aren't trying to win an award for having the most fashionable architecture diagram.

We want a secure, reliable and maintainable platform that can support SchemeServe for many years to come – and we want you to help us decide what should evolve and, just as importantly, what doesn't need changing.

    What You'll Do

You'll work closely with our CTO and engineering teams to:

    • Shape our backend engineering strategy, architecture and technical direction.
    • Help engineers make better technical and architectural decisions.
    • Develop sensible engineering principles and guardrails without replacing good judgement with rules.
    • Guide the continued evolution of our monolith and modern service-based platform.
    • Coach and mentor engineers, developing their technical skills and judgement.
    • Review significant designs and architectural decisions and challenge unnecessary complexity.
    • Champion security, quality, testing, observability, resilience and performance.
    • Identify technical risks and help teams navigate them.
    • Evaluate technologies and patterns based on their value to SchemeServe rather than their popularity elsewhere.
    • Balance long-term engineering quality with short-term business needs.
    • Occasionally contribute directly to implementation when that's genuinely the best way to help.
    • Be a generally awesome person.

    What We're Looking For

    You'll need:

    • Deep expertise in modern backend engineering and strong commercial C#/.NET experience.
    • Strong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems and API design.
    • Experience with mature legacy applications and modern service-oriented architectures.
    • Strong cloud architecture experience, ideally Azure.
    • Excellent understanding of databases, security, testing, maintainability and modern software delivery.
    • Experience shaping engineering principles and practices across teams.
    • A track record of making engineers around you better through mentoring, coaching and technical leadership.
    • The ability to challenge experienced engineers constructively without becoming a gatekeeper.
    • Strong opinions, loosely held – the confidence to challenge and the humility to change your mind.
    • Excellent communication and the ability to influence without relying on authority.
    • Excellent technical judgement, balancing quality, complexity, risk, cost and business value.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who asks:

"What's the right solution for us?"

    rather than:

"What's the way everyone else is doing it?"

    Nice To Have

    • Experience modernising large monolithic applications.
    • Commercial TypeScript backend experience.
    • Cloudflare or edge technology experience.
    • SaaS platforms at scale.
    • Financial services, insurance or another regulated industry.
    • Observability, platform engineering or SRE experience.
    • AI-assisted development and engineering productivity tooling.

You don't need to tick every box.

If you've got the technical depth, judgement and ability to make engineers around you better, we'd rather have a conversation than lose a great candidate because you haven't used one particular technology.

    What Success Looks Like

    Within your first year:

    • Engineers are making stronger technical and architectural decisions with greater confidence.
    • Our engineering principles are understood rather than blindly followed.
    • Technical discussions are constructive, pragmatic and result in clear decisions.
    • Security, reliability, maintainability and performance concerns are identified earlier.
    • We've made sensible progress modernising our platform without adding complexity for complexity's sake.
    • You've made a lasting positive impact on both our software and the people who build it.

Ultimately, we don't want SchemeServe to become dependent on you for every difficult technical decision.

We want SchemeServe to become better at making those decisions because you're here.

    Why Join SchemeServe?

    • Fully remote UK-based role.
    • Twice-yearly company retreats.
    • Flexible working.
    • Dedicated professional development support.
    • Paid charity days.

    Friendly, supportiv...

Engineering Supervisor / Safety Technology Implementation Lead
    Tended – Bromley

Are you an experienced railway professional with knowledge and experience of roles like COSS, ES and PICOP?

You already understand the track and the people who work on it. We're looking for people like you to help put new safety technology into the hands of the workforce - and to be part of a big change in how track workers are kept safe.

At Tended, we create first-of-a-kind safety systems that transform rail worker safety. Our geofencing solution has been named one of TIME's Best Inventions and has made the Digital Leaders 100 list for Geospatial Initiative of the Year. It's already out there on the track, helping to keep people away from the running line and improving on site efficiency.

Network Rail is committed to geofencing for the long term, and the rollout across the Sussex region is already underway. We're looking for an Implementation Lead to help us grow our capability on the ground..

    Tasks

As an Implementation Lead, you're the bridge between Tended and our clients, guiding their teams through helping their teams get comfortable using our kit out on-site.

You'll lead key client deployments on the ground, working closely with Tended's project managers to deliver an excellent service. Success in this role depends on building strong, trusting relationships quickly - so first-class communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Our technology is used by track workers with a wide range of technical confidence. You'll develop a deep understanding of our products so you can coach users through their day-to-day challenges and until they’re confident using it on their own. Being on-site also puts you in a unique position to see how our products are really used - spotting ideas for how we can make it better and feeding improvements back to the team.

You'll need strong knowledge of the rail environment and the roles within it, and you'll either hold a Personal Track Safety (PTS) qualification or meet the requirements to obtain one. Above all, we're looking for someone proactive and approachable - person fit matters to us.**

    Travel and working pattern

This is a field-based role centred on regular client site visits across the Sussex region. You'll spend at least 3 days a week in the depot and on site, with the remaining time working remotely or in person with your line manager.

Because our users work shifts, this role covers both nightshifts and dayshifts, and includes weekend and bank holiday working - flexibility to meet the needs of the business and our clients is essential.

In return, we have excellent policies covering travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses, as well as fatigue management and time off in lieu.

A full driving licence is required.

    Requirements

Even if you don’t feel you have all of the requirements listed below, we’d encourage you to apply, as we’re looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow with us.

    Essential

    • You have experience as an ES, ESA, COSS, Site Agent, or in a comparable on-site leadership role within the railway or a related industry.

    • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to influence site teams and users, and turn them into capable users of our product. Experience of working with different roles, from track workers to site managers is desirable.

    • You are comfortable with technology and enthusiastic to develop an in-depth understanding of our products to provide on-site coaching and support to users.

    • You take a detailed approach and consistently follow established processes and procedures with accuracy.

    • You instinctively take initiative to find and fix problems, thinking out of the box to find ways to make things better.

    Desirable

    • You might have practical, hands-on experience of on-the-ground delivery of new technologies, delivering to a range of different kinds of users with different levels of tech-savviness.

    • You might have experience with project management tools.

    • You might have some experience in project management disciplines such as planning, managing risks, dependencies, issues, timelines, budgets, scope, deliverables and quality.

    • You might have some commercial awareness, such as understanding how to demonstrate the value of our work to clients during delivery.

Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist & Performance Marketer
    INDEZ – Glasgow

    Remote

    Key Information

    • Location: 100% Remote (Must be physically based in the UK)
    • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
    • Work Week: Flexible 35-hour week (Core hours 9am–5pm)
    • Holidays: 38 days of total annual leave (28 days holiday + 9 statutory days + your birthday)
    • Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 for 35 hour week (equivalent to £51.4k - £62.8k for 40 hour week)

    About INDEZ

We are INDEZ - a premier Scottish Ecommerce Growth Agency dedicated to scaling ambitious omnichannel B2C and B2B merchants. As a Google Premier Partner and the organisers of the national Ecommerce Scotland conference, we don't just participate in the industry; we help shape it.

We drive growth, revenue, and profit for a select portfolio of 7-figure and 8-figure Omnichannel B2C & B2B merchants. We are a compact, high-performance team, valuing culture and stability over the unsustainable 'venture-backed burnout' mindset.

    Tasks

    The Role

We are looking for a commercially sharp, attention to detail Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist to own and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads. This is a detail-oriented role; you will be digging into hard data, finding root causes (assisted by Claude AI), and directly impacting our clients' bottom lines.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Data-Driven Strategy: Analyse complex data sets to identify growth bottlenecks and commercial opportunities for 7 and 8-figure ecommerce stores.
    • Campaign Architecture: Build, optimise, and scale high-performing campaigns across Paid Search & Paid Social.
    • Commercial Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, communicating performance data clearly and translating technical metrics into business ROI.
    • Managed Channels: Google Ads (80%), Microsoft Ads (10%), Meta Ads (10%)
    • Client Load: You won't be flying solo. You'll be the lead and main point of contact for around 5 of our PPC accounts, working alongside our CTO, a Google Ads Premier Partner with 22+ years in UK ecommerce, who manages the other half of the book. A direct line to one of Scotland's most experienced ecommerce operators, and the room to grow into leading the wider PPC function as we scale.

    The Martech Stack

You will regularly work with (hands-on) and master:

    • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax & Demand Gen)
    • Microsoft Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax)
    • Meta Ads (Prospecting & Retargeting)
    • Advanced Google Analytics (GA4)

    Requirements

    The Essentials (About You)

    • Experience: Minimum 4+ years of commercial ecommerce performance marketing experience. Due to the high stakes of managing budgets for 7 and 8-figure turnover clients and acting as a lead boardroom consultant, this level of extensive, multi-year, hands-on experience is an absolute business requirement.
    • Education: Degree level or equivalent business experience.
    • Certification: Google Ads Certifications are mandatory (live or lapsed are both acceptable).
    • Numerically Strong: You have a strong commercial acumen and high attention to detail. You live in spreadsheets, GA4, ad platform analytics, and you love data storytelling.
    • AI-Augmented Workflow: You are highly comfortable leveraging modern AI tools (e.g. Gemini Pro, Claude Pro/Max or ChatGPT Business) to optimise your daily productivity and output.
    • Communication: Strong presentational and client communication skills are essential.
    • Location & Compliance: Candidates must be physically based in the UK and hold the right to work without restriction.
    • Please note: Candidates progressing to the interview stage will be required to complete a live technical interview (approx 40 mins).

    Benefits

    Why Join INDEZ?

"We care about exceptional results, not hours spent sitting in a chair."

    • Remote Freedom: Work from anywhere in the UK with a team that has mastered remote collaboration.
    • Team Days: Since we're a remote team the only team day that you'll need to attend is the annual Ecommerce Scotland conference in Glasgow. All travel expenses and hotel will be paid for.
    • Work-Life Balance: Flexible 35-hour week (Core hours 9am–5pm) with the genuine flexibility to scale down to a 28-hour (4-day) week to support family life.
    • Exceptional Leave: 38 days of total annual leave (28 days holiday + 9 statutory days + your birthday off).
    • Premium Gear: A dedicated budget for a high-spec work laptop (MacBook, Dell XPS, etc.) after your probation (3 months), plus top-tier noise-cancelling headphones for deep "flow state" work. Capable company laptop will be provided from day one.
    • Cutting-Edge AI Access: Full access to cutting edge LLMs. All staff get access to the latest Gemini models via Google Workspace, plus additional access to Claude Pro/Max.
    • Financial Security: 5% employer pension contribution (66% higher than UK statutory minimum 3%) and comprehensive Life Cover.

Apply today if you're looking for a fully remote position with fantastic benefits.
