Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, past $15M ARR, with a 80+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our new New York office.
We're looking for a FP&A Manager to join as the analytical backbone of our Finance team. This is a strategic finance role: you'll own the financial model, run forecasting cycles, define the KPI framework, and produce the dashboards and finance packs that leadership and the board use to steer the business. Working alongside the Head of Finance, you'll partner with commercial leads on budget ownership and spend decisions, support investor reporting and fundraising, and collaborate with our Business Systems Lead to shape the data infrastructure. You'll have a seat in strategy discussions and real influence over how we think about growth - if you've spent a few years in FP&A at a B2B SaaS company and want more ownership and impact, this is it.
Maintain and evolve the company’s financial model end to end: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and headcount plan
Run monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, including reforecast vs. budget variance analysis
Build scenario and sensitivity analyses to support business decisions - revenue segmentation, cohort analysis, pricing, hiring, opex, international expansion
Own the KPI framework: define, track, and report on the metrics that matter across the business
Tie the financial model directly into business rhythm, monthly and quarterly goal steering with commercial leads
Build and maintain management dashboards in collaboration with the Business Systems team
Partner with department heads on budget ownership, headcount tracking, and spend variance
Translate financial data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for non-finance stakeholders
Steer the month-end close process across the business and coordinate with our external accounting firm
3–5 years in FP&A or strategic finance at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup or scale-up - you’ve worked closely with commercial teams and understand how software businesses operate
Strong financial modeling skills - you build models from scratch, not just maintain templates. Excel is your home turf
Experience with investor reporting, board materials, and fundraising support
Comfortable as a power user of BI tools and dashboards (Chartmogul, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
An exceptional communicator who can present numbers to non-finance stakeholders and turn data into decisions
Previous IB or VC analyst experience
Experience with multi-entity setups or US business context (we’re expanding internationally)
Python or SQL skills for querying data from other systems
Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe’s fastest-growing Series A startups
A strategic seat at the table, you’ll be in the room where decisions are made
Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
Regular team events and off-sites
Paid Meal & Uber home when working late
The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin
Compensation: €80K – €100K • Offers Equity

Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
Taxfix is going AI-first with full speed - and Finance at Taxfix is leading by example: We are looking for an expert professional who will be leading both the transformation of financial processes and implementation of AI in the Taxfix financial systems infrastructure. The focus is on improving our core operational finance processes further through automation and best-in-class practices - and to keep evolving them as AI reshapes what's possible both inside and outside our company and its AI-native platform.
This role demands subject matter expertise in finance, technology, and leadership across dialogues with senior leaders, product and technology experts, as well as incumbent finance team to ensure both planning and implementing of the financial systems infrastructure roadmap over time while ensuring resilience, compliance, cost effectiveness, and scalability.
Your impact will be visible across the firm including the most senior stakeholders. You'll define and own the roadmap end-to-end, from architecture decisions and change, to hands-on ERP configurations and design decisions, on to bespoke additions and refinements to all financial systems, while further embedding automation and AI into how financial systems and the Finance team operate at Taxfix. As part of this transformation you will lead a dedicated and highly motivated team.
This is in essence an architectural role where you are the finance team’s anchor co-evolving the a financial system total that meets growth in product complexity, R&D and infrastructure development, as well as strategic ambition. As such, the ability to sketch out a finance roadmap and implementation game-plan amidst such strategic context and growth ambition is key. This is paired with senior stakeholder management and delivering implementable projects with the day-to-day team.
The ideal candidate has a double spike amidst this context: historically a finance professional by training and with first-hand expertise across all core finance processes (order-to-cash, record-to-report, procure-to-pay), followed by years of hands-on finance systems work, automation and ERP experience blending more recently into AI, advanced analytics, business process workflows, and finance transformation projects. Your accounting literacy and sensitivity for audit-ready data and systems are matched by your technical depth.
the “other way round” works just as well: a data engineer or leader with a more technological background by training, historically, to meanwhile having transitioned into complex business and finance projects. As such, core finance processes including treasury and financial planning systems with reconciliation procedures are ingrained in your way of thinking and working, and by now you have been responsible for financial systems for years in your current role. You have been delivering results across financial system builds utilizing Precoro, Netsuite, Pigment, Chargebee and Abillify or similar, as well as driven wider best practices across accounting and treasury system transformations, all of which are complemented by more advanced developments of the last 2-3 years around AI workflows, vibe coding, business process and systems transformation put to work.
All of these render you a “builder” of the near future at Taxfix: a leader across topic and strategic dialogues for finance with company leadership internally and with strategic partners delivering financial technology to Taxfix externally.
Map the current finance systems landscape across all Taxfix countries, identify improvement areas, and design the target architecture - owning integration patterns, data flows, and system boundaries across the full stack
Drive the transformation of core finance processes through AI & automation and integration of best-in-class tooling across our systems spanning revenue recognition, accounting, treasury, and billing - from vendor selection through to go-live
Make AI-powered automation a first-order priority, identify the highest-leverage opportunities across the controllership, and build up integrated core workflows - all of it not as an afterthought
Continuously evaluate emerging AI and finance technology to ensure we're always running the best systems available - and staying at the forefront of technology and efficiency
Define and sequence the multi-year finance transformation roadmap, balancing strategic ambition with pragmatic delivery, resilience, scalability and cost effectiveness when driving system design decisions and strategy
Build a systems architecture that meets institutional-grade standards: robust controls, clean audit trails, and access governance expected of a mature, regulated business while navigating resource allocation for finance systems, source of truth data model, reconciliation paths, API connectivities, all of which in an international setting
Co-own the control layers across finance systems incl. month-end close, revenue recognition, and multiple KPIs across all core finance processes
Act as the primary liaison between Finance, Engineering, Product, and external partners - translating finance requirements into technical reality
Lead system oversight and control across finance systems and strategically govern and document key processes - in particular monthly closing and chargebacks
Ensure our client solutions and ecosystem of products are continuously supported by a financial infrastructure that can be considered best in-class with built-in audit readiness
10+ years of relevant experience spanning finance operations and finance systems such as billing platforms or payments infrastructure, with deep ERP implementation and change expertise, and proven ownership of technological systems across high-stakes, time-sensitive change projects and workflow automation in multi-entity environments
Proven experience integrating, migrating or upgrading ERP platforms with multiple vendors and strategic partners, e.g. with focus on subscription systems - you understand order-to-cash and revenue recognition at a system level, not just conceptually
Track record owning AP/AR automation and treasury system implementations, including integration design
Genuine fluency with AI in a finance context - you know how to separate hype from leverage and have built automation that stood the test of time
Strong controllership knowledge across accounting close, consolidation, VAT, inter-company, and cash management
Familiarity with governance and controls landscape, audit readiness and reporting standards of a scaled, institutionally mature organization
Builder's instinct: you see fragility in a process and feel compelled to fix it - with systems, automation, or both
Professional technical qualifications matter (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent standards in finance - or engineering); strong practical experience and demonstrated results delivery carry equal weight
You'll own the full transformation arc - from assessing best-in-class against company requirements, designing and planning implementation projects and thereby continuously evolving finance in an AI-driven world where automation handles the repetitive work and every core process runs on best-in-class tooling. If that's the kind of work that gets you out of bed, let's talk.
A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.

bunch is building the backbone of private markets. We are enabling next-gen fund operations with one integrated system that combines secure data infrastructure, AI-powered workflows and expert fund services. If you value ownership, growth through real responsibility, and working with a thoughtful, ambitious team, this role might be for you.
As a senior member of the Founders' Office at bunch, you will take the company's highest-priority projects from "we need to do this" to done, owning cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
Your Role
Lead high-importance, high-urgency strategic projects end-to-end — defining the problem, coordinating stakeholders (including senior leadership), running the analysis yourself, and driving projects to completion
Take charge of initiatives that cut across departments, stepping into commercial, product, or operations as needed to ensure alignment and delivery of outcomes
Conduct opportunity assessments to provide recommendations that support the Founders in identifying new areas for growth and evaluating new markets, business lines, and products
Depending on scale, run one large project with multiple workstreams or several projects in parallel
Identify what the company should work on next and make it happen
About you

Independent and proactive — you identify what needs to happen and move it forward without waiting for direction
Able to bring the right people in early, build alignment across functions and with senior stakeholders without needing authority, and manage multiple workstreams without dropping balls
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills — able to break down ambiguous problems, identify root causes, and turn data into actionable insights
Experienced in designing and executing analyses end-to-end, QA'ing your own work rigorously, and delivering outputs that drive decisions
Structures recommendations with a clear "so what" — quantifies trade-offs, flags risks, and proposes a preferred path
Comfortable pushing back on work that doesn't serve the company's top priorities, including your own
Curious about new tools and quick to adopt what makes you faster — AI-assisted research, drafting, and analysis — while understanding their limits and building your own workflows around them
Fluent English required; German is a plus

comstruct is building the agentic workforce for European construction. Our agents turn paper delivery notes, fragmented invoices and offline supplier decisions into structured, real-time data and live decisions, embedded inside the largest contractors in Europe and the US. To accelerate this journey, we secured a €12.5M seed financing round from 20VC and Google Ventures, along with top European investors.
comstruct builds AI agents for construction. Our platform automates the entire flow from the bill of quantities to the fully verified invoice: RFQs and supplier matching, bid comparison and negotiation, framework contracts and orders, digital delivery notes, invoice verification and sustainability reporting. We're looking for exceptional talent to help us bring this to an industry that still runs most of it by hand.
As our Founding Customer Support Engineer you own what happens after go-live: you keep our customers' integrations running and their teams using comstruct every day.
When a delivery note doesn't map to the right project, a 3-way match fails, or data stops flowing from a customer's SAP, you own the problem end to end. You dig into logs, APIs, and data flows to find the root cause, prepare and ship smaller pull requests yourself, and work closely with engineering on more complex fixes. When you're not deep in a technical problem, you're on calls with customers, making sure the teams that went live keep using comstruct in their daily work.
You're the person the customer calls when something breaks and the one who makes sure it doesn't break again. Inside comstruct you're the voice of the customer: you spot the feature gaps that surface in real use and prioritize with the Product Engineering team which ones get built.
The deeper you get into how the product works and where it falls short, the more the door opens to move into a Forward Deployed Engineer or Product Engineering role and ship those fixes and features yourself.
Own inquiries end-to-end: Our customers run some of the largest construction sites in Europe. When something breaks, it's real: trucks, deliveries, invoices, deadlines.
Automate support with our own agents: We sell AI agents; support is a function where we also deploy them internally. You'll work out which parts of the flow an agent can handle and where the human touch still wins.
Ship the fix when it's yours to ship: Small PRs, config and mapping changes, data repair scripts, clearer error handling. Reviewed by engineering, shipped by you.
Kill recurring issues: Every ticket is a data point. You spot the patterns, bring them to Product Engineering with evidence, and push for the change that makes that ticket class disappear.
Build the support foundation: Playbook, macros, help center, internal runbooks. You won't inherit a finished system. You'll write the first version of it as you learn, with the founders and engineering behind you.
Report what matters: Time to first response, time to resolution on integration breaks, and how many recurring issue classes you eliminated. You consistently share where we stand with Customer Value Engineers and the wider team.
1 - 2 years in a technical, customer-facing role: Customer Success or Support Engineer, Solution Engineer, Implementation, TAM or similar.
You're comfortable in APIs, logs, SQL and data flows and can debug across systems you didn't build. You know when an issue is the integration, the data or the product.
You can explain a failed integration to an engineer and to a non-technical customer stakeholder, and both walk away clear.
You want to understand how the product works under the hood instead of treating it as a black box.
You are willing to work five days a week from our Munich office with occasional customer travel.
You are native in German and fluent in English.
Nice to have: Ideally, you have initial experience with Construction Tech, Supply Chain or Logistics SaaS experience; early-stage startup experience (<50 employees) where you built processes from scratch.
A path into building: This role is a launchpad. As you learn how customers use the product and where it breaks, you can grow into a Forward Deployed Engineer or Product Engineering role and build the fixes and features yourself.
Real ownership, twice over: Equity options on top of a competitive salary and the freedom to own your work and build things from the ground up, not execute someone else's plan.
Learn from the best: Direct mentoring from our Co-founder & CTO Dominik Brosch, plus access to engineering mentors through our network with Google Ventures and 20VC.
Build at the frontier: Early access to the latest LLMs and SDKs, any AI productivity tools you need and top-notch hardware.
Invest in yourself: A dedicated development budget for certificates, conferences and everything that makes you grow with the company.
Feel at home: Relocation support for your move to Munich, daily dinner options with the team, Wellpass subscription and yearly offsites - the last ones took us to Mallorca, Italy and Portugal.

Enterprise Architecture scheitert selten an fehlenden Frameworks.

Lead Product Engineer (a)

Are you passionate about biomass feedstocks as a means to decarbonise heavy industry applications? Do you bring expertise in the technical, economic and climate policy aspects of biomass availability, processing and use? Are you excited to work in a diverse, multi-disciplinary and international team? Then, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Reaching a climate-neutral industry will require unprecedented investments in a wide range of GHG mitigation technologies, due to the sector’s inherent complexity and regional diversity. While a significant share of emissions can be reduced by advancing energy efficiency and expanding direct electrification powered by renewable energy, there is also the need for more complex and costly measures as well as alternative feedstocks for processes, where biomass and hydrogen technologies can be implemented. To tap into this potential, climate-effective biomass uses in industry require thorough understanding of availability and costs across different regions to give recommendations on policies that help to decarbonise industry in a competitive way, incorporating ecological sustainability boundaries. Under the umbrella of the Agora Think Tanks, Agora Industry develops politically feasible and science-based strategies and solutions for the transformation to climate neutrality – in Germany, Europe, and internationally. As a think tank and policy lab we facilitate a productive exchange of ideas amongst stakeholders from politics, business, science and civil society. As a non-partisan, non-profit organisation funded by foundations and public institutions, we are independent of corporate and partisan interests. Our exclusive mission is to serve the climate and the common good.To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in.

Remote
Notabene is building infrastructure that's transforming how money moves in the digital economy. We're evolving beyond our compliance foundations to enable the next generation of digital financial services between regulated institutions with unprecedented efficiency. With nearly 50 employees across 14 countries and having recently closed our Series B round last November with support from leading investors including Y Combinator, DRW, F-Prime, Jump Capital, Castle Island, and Green Visor Capital, we're looking for people like you to help shape the future rails of the crypto industry.
Location:
US-based, Remote East Coast
Notabene is planning on going through its first external financial statement audit, covering the fiscal years ending January 2026 and January 2027. You will own that process. You will also own the close, the books, and the accounting policy for a two-entity, multi-currency business whose revenue includes subscription fees, usage-based transaction billing, and a payments network take rate that has no clean accounting precedent anywhere.
The accounting function is already substantially built. Close runs, the books are in order, and readiness work for the audit is well underway. What we need is someone to own it, finish it, and take it through the audit, while raising the standard on policy and documentation as the business gets more complex. You will be the most senior accounting voice in the company, reporting to the VP of Finance, with one direct report and a set of external providers. You will not have a large team before late 2027, and that is deliberate. Capacity here comes from better systems and better automation, and you will be the one deciding what those look like.
Notabene has a clean audit opinion on both fiscal years, with no material weaknesses and no second cycle on auditor requests
The close hits its calendar consistently, starting with the revenue close landing on time
Revenue recognition is documented in a written memo that stands up in fieldwork, rather than living only in the billing system configuration
Multi-entity consolidation and FX translation run cleanly enough to survive audit scrutiny, with intercompany and CTA tied and supported
Payroll allocation across departments and software development capitalization are written policy applied consistently, not judgment applied after the fact
Key accounting controls are documented, operating, and evidenced
At least two accounting processes that are manual today run without a person in the loop, and still hold up under audit
Audit. Run the readiness assessment, build the remediation plan, contribute the technical view on which firm we engage, and then own the auditor relationship day to day.
Close and reporting. Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close across Notabene Inc. and Notabene GmbH. Produce GAAP financial statements, consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and FX translation under ASC 830.
Technical accounting. Write the positions and the memos. ASC 606 across three revenue models, ASC 350-40 for internal-use software capitalization, ASC 718 for stock compensation expense, and whatever emerges as stablecoin payment revenue matures.
Revenue and billing systems. Own Tabs as the billing and revenue system of record, including contract configuration, usage data integrity, and the bridge from Tabs to the general ledger.
Cost accounting. Build the payroll allocation method for people whose work splits across functions, and the capitalization policy for development work, so departmental margin reflects where effort actually goes.
Controls. Design and implement controls over revenue, cash, procure to pay, and payroll. Not SOX. Controls that operate, are evidenced, and can be walked by an auditor.
Automation. Evaluate the accounting stack and the processes running on it with a bias toward automation, including agentic tooling where work is rule-bound and high volume. Categorization, reconciliation matching, usage validation, and collections follow-up are the obvious places to start.
Accounting operations. Own AR and collections with your direct report, plus AP and payroll accounting. Employee onboarding and HRIS administration sit with People, not with you.
Tax. Own US tax compliance in coordination with our external advisers, including the income tax provision and sales tax. Coordinate Swiss compliance with our local accountants.
External providers. We produce revenue in-house, our Swiss accountants produce their piece, and our outsourced firm assembles the close. You will own the checklist, the policies, and the reconciliations, so providers execute against a Notabene-owned close rather than holding it themselves.
Experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Senior Accounting Manager at a venture-backed company, with a track record of raising the standard on process rather than just running what exists
You have taken a company through a first external audit and can describe specifically what broke and what you did about it
Month-end close ownership across two or more legal entities in different currencies
Deep, hands-on ASC 606, applied to at least one revenue model without clean precedent, and defended to an auditor
You operate in the detail. You build the calendar, do the reconciliations, and touch the ledger
Experience developing a small team or a single direct report
Active CPA license
Usage-based or consumption billing experience, particularly Tabs, Metronome, Maxio, or similar
Public accounting background, especially audit
Software development capitalization under ASC 350-40, including the time capture that makes it auditable
Experience replacing manual accounting work with automation, and a clear view on what should stay manual
Swiss entity experience, including CHF functional currency and Swiss statutory or VAT exposure
Digital assets, payments, or regulated financial services exposure
Flexible Remote Work: Work from anywhere! $1000 WFH Stipend: Use within your first year of employment. MacBook Pro: Procured by you and your manager to find a model that meets your needs. Unlimited PTO: We trust you to take as much holiday as you need. Country-Specific Benefits: Statutory offerings and contributions, managed via our employer-of-record.
If you strongly believe this role is for you, please apply. Notabene considers a broad array of candidates, including those without blockchain experience. Whether you're returning to work after a gap in employment, or taking the next step in your career path, we will be glad to have you on our radar.
Notabene is proud to be an equal employment workplace and an affirmative action employer. By valuing inclusion and diversity of all forms, we strictly prohibit and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, ancestry, citizenship, sexual orientation.

At Tandem Health we’re reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians - is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care.
We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you!
You care about making complex systems actually work, not just in theory, but in practice - across teams, stakeholders, and real-world constraints. In previous roles, you were likely the person who brought clarity to messy situations: aligning engineers, partners, and product teams to get things shipped.
At Tandem, you'll drive how our platform connects with the external systems used across French and European healthcare - owning and driving some of the most critical technical initiatives we have. You'll be based in our France office, working alongside the local team, in close collaboration with our central Integrations team in Stockholm. A big part of the role is deeply understanding both sides: the capabilities and constraints of external systems, and those of our own platform. From that understanding, you'll find ways to integrate them and shape concrete proposals for how integrations should work, together with external partners.
You move fast, but not carelessly. You know how to break down complex problems, prioritize what matters, and keep momentum across multiple workstreams. You're comfortable going deep technically when needed, understanding APIs, data flows, and system constraints, while still keeping the bigger product picture in mind.
This is a high-impact role where you'll not only deliver projects, but shape how we build and scale technical products at Tandem.
Lead integration work with external partners and healthcare systems, ensuring high-quality, scalable implementations.
Map external systems against our own platform and propose concrete integration designs to external partners.
Act as the central point of coordination between engineering, partnerships, and external stakeholders, bridging the local team in France and the integrations team in Stockholm.
Translate complex technical requirements into clear priorities, plans, and deliverables.
Work closely with engineers to understand APIs, data models, and system architecture, and ensure solutions are robust and aligned with our platform.
Identify bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and keep projects moving at high velocity.
Build and improve how we work - establishing processes, templates, and frameworks for integrations and technical delivery.
Ensure strong visibility across stakeholders - tracking progress, surfacing risks, and communicating clearly.
Support our sales organisation in answering technical questions from our customers.
Experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in a SaaS, platform, or healthtech environment.
Strong ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives involving both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Technical fluency - comfortable discussing APIs, authentication, integrations, and system design with engineers.
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing clarity or momentum.
Ability to anticipate, assess, and manage risk in projects, from scoping through to delivery.
Strong communication skills, you can translate technical complexity into clear decisions and direction.
A product mindset - you care about building the right thing, not just delivering on time.
Native level german speaking.
Bonus Points
Experience in tech sales, enterprise sales, or enterprise software delivery
Experience working with healthcare systems or regulated environments
Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or other healthcare data standards
Experience working with platform or API products
Some hands-on technical experience (e.g. scripting, debugging, light coding)
Experience scaling integration processes or working with multiple external partners
We believe the best ideas happen when we're together. This role is based in our Munich office, where you will work primarily on-site with the local team, while collaborating closely with colleagues at our HQ in Stockholm.
We adopt a continuous selection process, so please make sure to apply with your CV in English.
Our interview process consists of 4 stages:
Screening interview with Talent Acquisition
Technical interview with some of our Engineering team
Follow-up interview with one of our Team Leads
Home case and presentation at our Munich office - Join us for a lunch, a discovery meeting and a presentation to experience our culture firsthand, collaborate with our team, and see how you work in action.
At Tandem, we move fast, think big, and take ownership. We're a high-performing, diverse team with a shared drive to change the future of healthcare - and we’re just getting started.
Our culture is built on action, ambition, and learning. You'll be trusted to take the lead, challenge yourself, and make an impact from day one. We believe real growth happens when you're stretched, supported, and surrounded by smart, passionate teammates who want to win together.
Even though we’re spread across countries, we come together often in Sweden for team meetings, social events, and offsites - blending global reach with real human connection.
We hire for talent, potential, and attitude - valuing different backgrounds and fresh perspectives. Great ideas come from everywhere, and we’re building a team that reflects the world we want to change.
Tandem handles sensitive patient data and will conduct a background check before hiring any candidate.

Langdock exists to change the way the world works, bridging the gap between what technology can do and what people actually do with it. We bring all leading AI models into one secure, model-agnostic platform and make them usable across entire organizations. Over 10,000 companies use our platform every day, from fast-growing startups to some of Europe's largest enterprises. Their employees open Langdock to draft strategies, analyze documents, or automate workflows - helping them to work smarter, think more creatively, and reach their full potential.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between technology and adoption. We build a secure, model-agnostic AI platform that helps companies put AI to work across their entire organization. From chat and agents to integrations, workflows, and our API, we give teams the tools to augment and automate their work.
We apply the same ambition internally. We want to be the most productive company in the world, and that means continuously improving how we work, not simply adding more people to existing processes.
Help Langdock understand what drives growth, and engineer the data foundations and systems that make those answers reliable.
We are hiring our first dedicated RevOps Engineer (Data & BI) to give Revenue Operations the capacity to own both commercial data architecture and the processes connecting our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
At Langdock, commercial teams are technical and dedicate ~30% of their time to building. This means frontline workflows are designed and maintained close to the people using them. RevOps shifts focus toward more complex cross-functional challenges: architecting our commercial data model, delivering robust BI, and engineering seamless inter-team processes.
Your ownership of the core data domain will create the room to scale growth projects, account handovers, CRM standards, and renewal/expansion architectures.
The role combines two core focus areas:
~70% Applied Data & BI: Connect commercial, product, and billing data, build reliable models and reporting, and investigate questions that shape commercial decisions. You will own initiatives from initial business questions through modeling, validation, and analysis, helping teams act on the results.
~30% Cross-Functional RevOps Systems & Processes: Help design and improve how teams collaborate - from lead lifecycle stages and Sales-to-CS handovers to renewal, expansion, and billing processes. Working alongside the functional teams, you will clarify responsibilities, define required data touchpoints, and turn agreements into working, automated systems.
Langdock moves fast. This split provides a starting baseline, while priorities will evolve as our product portfolio and commercial organization scale. You will also take on high-impact special projects around growth initiatives and commercial operations.
Architect shared commercial data & BI: Connect customer, product, and revenue data across systems (CRM, billing, product databases, and GTM tools); maintain consistent core metrics; and provide reliable, actionable reporting.
Build in-house revenue & billing logic: Own and refine our revenue tracking, billing data reconciliation, and lifecycle metrics so leadership and commercial teams can rely on one source of truth.
Support commercial planning and measurement: Provide clean definitions and data models to inform company goals, quotas, commission/compensation structures, forecasting, and account development.
Investigate growth drivers: Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, and Engineering to explore key commercial questions, uncover pipeline/expansion bottlenecks, and validate hypotheses.
Optimize GTM funnels & lifecycle workflows: Define clear cross-team handoffs (e.g., Lead-to-Opportunity, Sales-to-CS, renewals, and expansions), ensuring clean CRM hygiene and minimal friction.
Leverage AI and modern automation internally: Use Langdock agents, automation tools, and CRM integrations to eliminate repetitive manual operational tasks and feed internal learnings back into our product.
You write clean, performant SQL with confidence and have hands-on experience combining data from disparate, sometimes messy sources into resilient relational models.
You treat data with an engineering mindset: you don't just write ad-hoc queries, you build sustainable data workflows, test edge cases, validate outputs, and document your work so others can build on top of it.
You think commercially and are curious about what makes businesses grow. You understand B2B SaaS mechanics and distinguish vanity dashboards from data that drives commercial decisions.
You have practical experience with CRM systems (such as HubSpot), modern billing data, and automation tools.
You build with AI. You have hands-on experience using AI and automation tools to solve real problems and streamline operational work.
You can listen to ambiguous business questions from sales, CS, or leadership, translate them into clear technical requirements, and communicate analytical findings with clarity.
Calm urgency. We move fast without chaos. We stay calm, fix what matters, and avoid unnecessary noise. We focus on solutions rather than complaints and make sure sleep, health, and sports keep our decision-making sharp.
Ambitious execution. We love building fast and with ownership. We aim to be the most productive company in the world. Learning, shipping, and improving bring us joy. Everyone is expected to ask questions, take initiative, and deliver reliably.
Caring ownership. We care deeply: about each other, customers, and the world around us. We act with empathy, sincerity, and long-term thinking. And we have fun along the way while spending time in the office together.
We work from our Berlin office at Greifswalder Straße 212, where all of us work together in person, surrounded by people building AI products and infrastructure every day. Everyone works together in person because the hardest problems get solved faster at a whiteboard than in a Slack thread. Conversations happen faster, problems get solved quicker, and we actually know each other.
Days start at 8:30. Lunch and dinner are catered in the office. We look after ourselves, run, go to the gym, and take care of ourselves—gym membership and coaching resources are part of the standard package. Health is not separate from work here; it is part of how we work well.
The vibe is calm but intense. No one is yelling or panicking. But everyone is working hard on things that matter.
Salaries are transparent and tied to levels, not negotiation. All roles include equity.
We will figure out the right level together based on your experience and scope. Levels are about the work you own, not your title or years of experience. We narrow down the expected salary range early in the process.
When you apply, we would love to see an example of a data model, analysis, or workflow automation you've built. Tell us what problem it solved, how it works, and what you learned.
We move fast, and most hiring processes finish within two weeks.
If this sounds like your kind of work, we would love to meet you.
Compensation: €65K – €80K • Offers Equity

Our mission is to bridge the gap between technology and adoption. We build a secure, model-agnostic AI platform that helps companies put AI to work across their entire organization. From chat and agents to integrations, workflows, and our API, we give teams the tools to augment and automate their work.
We apply the same ambition internally. We want to be the most productive company in the world, and that means continuously improving how we work, not simply adding more people to existing processes.
The people we hire are one of the biggest determinants of what Langdock can become. We set a high bar, and finding people who raise it takes curiosity, persistence and genuine care for the work.
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll help us find and hire exceptional people across the company. You won’t just work from a job brief and wait for applications. You’ll learn how our teams work, partner with hiring managers to understand what they need, find people who might thrive here and help them make an informed decision about Langdock.
You don’t need to have done all of this before. We’re looking for someone with strong judgement, initiative and a real desire to master the craft of hiring. You’ll have support from the team as you take on increasingly complex searches and grow into a trusted partner to our hiring managers.
Understand the role before you start the search. Learn what a team is building, what the new hire should make possible and what great performance would look like. Ask questions, get close to the work and help turn that understanding into a clear candidate profile.
Find people we wouldn’t otherwise meet. Research talent markets, identify promising candidates and write thoughtful outreach that gives them a genuine reason to get to know Langdock. Build relationships for future roles as well as current searches.
Help run searches from start to finish. Work across Engineering, Product, GTM and Operations. Partner with hiring managers on search strategy, sourcing, candidate conversations and process coordination, gradually taking greater ownership of searches as you build experience.
Help us make better hiring decisions. Work with the team to define what we need to assess, prepare interviewers and keep evaluations grounded in evidence. Share what you’re noticing in the pipeline and speak up when something doesn’t add up.
Build an AI-native way of working. Use AI to improve research, sourcing, preparation and coordination. Experiment with agents and workflows, identify repetitive work worth automating and use the time saved to build better judgement and stronger relationships.
You genuinely enjoy finding and understanding people. You’re curious about what makes someone excellent at their work and motivated by helping them find the right opportunity.
You have a high bar and are willing to do the work to meet it. You care about making the right hire, not just closing a role quickly. When a search isn’t working, you’re ready to learn why and try a better approach.
You’re curious about how businesses and teams work. You want to understand why a role matters, what a team is trying to achieve and how the right person could make a difference.
You learn unfamiliar subjects quickly. You’re excited to understand what distinguishes a great engineer, salesperson or operator. You ask thoughtful questions and don’t stop at surface-level requirements.
You take ownership without pretending to know everything. You bring structure, follow through and raise questions early. You’re comfortable forming a point of view, getting feedback and improving it.
You’re curious about AI and like building better workflows. You already experiment with AI or are eager to go deeper. You’re interested in what technology can improve—and where human judgement and personal attention matter most.
You might come from recruiting, sourcing, operations, a founder’s office or another hands-on role. Years of experience in Talent Acquisition are not a prerequisite. What matters most is your judgement, your initiative and your commitment to becoming excellent at this work.

Gorilla is the margin intelligence platform for energy retailers. We help some of the largest energy companies in UK, Europe, the US, and Australia understand where they make and lose money, from portfolio level down to individual customer contracts.
We are entering a phase where protecting and growing our existing customer base matters as much as winning new logos. Our annual renewals represent millions in recurring revenue, and every one of them is an opportunity to deepen the relationship, expand into new modules, and prove the compounding value of our platform.
Reporting to Tommy Mortberg, our Director of Commercial, you will be the energy trust layer through the sales cycle for the German market. As the sales-focused member of Gorilla's Energy Expert family, you combine deep German energy-market expertise with strong analytical and communication skills to accelerate deals with German energy retailers, turning technical and commercial complexity into a compelling, winnable case for Gorilla.
This is a deal-focused, customer-facing pre-sales role. You will run discovery, deliver workshops and tailored demos, build business cases and manage RFP responses on opportunities that need deep product and industry knowledge, then hand over clear solution documentation to delivery. You won't do cold outreach; you come in where your expertise has real impact, and you support and mentor our Sales Engineers along the way.
Responsibilities
Lead the solution and domain side of complex German opportunities, working closely with Account Executives on deal strategy to grow new ARR.
Run discovery workshops with senior practitioners and executives, framing pain in the customer's own commercial and regulatory language.
Build business cases and value narratives that connect Gorilla's capability to measurable margin, risk and efficiency outcomes.
Own the domain-heavy sections of RFP and RFI responses and help shape the win theme.
Work with CSMs and Account Managers to surface new use cases and cross-sell opportunities, driving NRR growth.
Ensure smooth presales-to-delivery handover, setting realistic expectations and protecting customer trust.
Share patterns from your deals, such as loss reasons, product gaps and German regulatory shifts, with Product and leadership, with a recommendation attached.
Support and mentor Sales Engineers on complex use cases and tailored demos, and collaborate with Marketing on insightful content.
German language: Fluent, professional-level German. This role is open to German speakers only.
German market experience: Hands-on experience working with German energy providers and expert knowledge of the German energy retail market.
Energy domain expertise: Deep functional expertise in energy retail pricing, forecasting and portfolio management.
Executive presence: The ability to deliver compelling demos and presentations and build trust from practitioners to senior executives.
Commercial, value-based thinking: You connect capabilities to measurable business value and position Gorilla effectively against competitors and alternatives.
Consultative approach: An insight-driven, consultative style, with composure and curiosity under pressure.
Ownership: You own your prioritisation, turn a clear direction into a plan and deliver it, and thrive in a scale-up.
Flexible ways of working – We’re a hybrid-first company, with offices designed for collaboration and connection. Where there isn’t a Gorilla office nearby or regular travel to an office isn’t practical, we support remote working. From day one, you'll be equipped with the best laptop for your role, so you have everything you need to do your best work. Note that semi-frequent travel is required for this role, across Europe and beyond.
At Gorilla, we don't just watch the energy transition happen, we help make it viable. We build the intelligence layer that lets energy retailers see, steer, and protect their margins, giving them the financial clarity and operational room to invest confidently in renewables, storage, and flexibility. It's serious work with real impact on a cleaner energy system, and we have some fun along the way.
Core Benefits - Wherever your location, you can expect a generous PTO allowance and health insurance coverage.
At Gorilla, you'll work with genuinely sharp people on hard problems that matter. As we build the category leader in Energy Margin Intelligence, there's real room to leave your mark and grow your scope alongside the company. Lifelong learning is part of our DNA, and we care about your individual dreams and ambitions, beyond just work.
Regular company off-sites: We host Gorilla Company-Wide Gatherings where we all get a chance to see each other in real life. Past locations have included Belgium, Portugal, the Netherlands, and Spain.

Who are we?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
In this role as a Solutions Architect (SA) for Cohere in the DACH region, you will play an instrumental part in growing Cohere’s defence business across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the wider European region, with Germany as the main focus. You will partner with account executives, our partner ecosystem and executive leadership to help the region's defence and security organisations adopt AI securely and at scale, building on Cohere's success with organisations in defence and the public sector. These customers need AI that runs on their own infrastructure, often air-gapped or at the tactical edge, and that can handle classified information.
SAs at Cohere sit at the cross-section of Forward Deployed Engineering and AI transformation. Our SAs embody the following traits:
Technical experts in the field
Trusted advisors to customers and colleagues
Product evangelists of Cohere technology
Thought leaders in pushing the frontiers of applied AI
Responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of customer problems, mapping them to Cohere solutions, and working closely with our partners as the trusted technical advisor who owns the technical relationship with our stakeholders. By leveraging your expertise, you will help to increase the adoption of Cohere products, both internally and externally, and will gather valuable insights and feedback from customers to help shape the future of our products.
In this dynamic and demanding role, you will need to be both a strategic thinker and a builder. You will personally lead the design and deployment of customer pilots that showcase the impact of our technology to strategic enterprise and government customers.
You will own the customer's technical narrative end to end, from discovery and architecture to pilot results and business case, and bring structured customer feedback back to our Product and Engineering teams.
A typical day at Cohere might include:

We're looking for a highly analytical, data-driven Director of Customer Lifecycle (CRM) who will architect a sophisticated, machine-learning-adjacent customer lifecycle engine designed to maximize long-term retention and engagement across our global user base.
Your mission is to bring structure, rigorous experimentation, and algorithmic scalability to a CRM system that is complex by nature — with many entry points, diverse user flows, and a high bar for automation. You will sit at the intersection of marketing, product, and data science, moving comfortably from high-level retention strategy to hands-on pipeline and campaign execution.
Own Lifecycle Architecture & First-Day Experience: Own the full CRM strategy, with a heavy emphasis on mapping day-0 (d0) user behavior to optimize early-stage retention and long-term user monetization.
Build Algorithmic Personalization: Move beyond static batch-and-blast and basic segmentation. You will collaborate with Data Science to deploy predictive logic, user-level personalization models, and behavioral triggers across Email, Push, SMS, and In-App.
Drive Rigorous Experimentation: Establish a world-class testing culture. You will design, execute, and analyze systematic experiments that look past surface-level metrics to measure true incrementality and downstream KPI impact (e.g., Day-30, Day-90 retention).
Partner on Data Schema: Work directly with Data and Engineering to design, audit, and optimize the CRM data schema, ensuring real-time event tracking is clean, correctly mapped, and actionable.
Execute & Scale: While you own the strategy, you are also the primary operator in the early stages. You will build, troubleshoot, and optimize complex logic loops and API-triggered campaigns yourself.
Data Fluency & Measurement Rigor: You speak the same language as data scientists. You have a deep understanding of statistical significance, multi-variant testing, and how to isolate incremental lift.
Hands-on Platform Mastery: Mastery of omnichannel orchestration platforms (e.g., Braze). You have a proven track record of personally building complex liquid logic, API-triggered webhooks, and multi-step Canvas flows without needing an intermediary team to execute for you.
Complex Data Architecture Instincts: You know how to structure customer data so it scales. You can pinpoint exactly when a downstream personalization failure is an execution problem versus an underlying data pipeline or schema issue.
High-Volume B2C Experience: Experience managing high-volume engagement at companies with large, active user bases where lifecycle complexity is real and data clean-room hygiene is paramount.
Bonus: Experience overhauling a fragmented, "spaghetti-logic" CRM setup into a clean, scalable lifecycle engine, or experience writing basic SQL to query your own engagement data.
Full Stack & Hands-on Ownership: You take complete accountability for the post-install world. If a flow breaks or a tracking event drops off, you are eager to jump into the data logs, diagnose the issue, and fix it yourself.
Product-Led Retention Mindset: You look at CRM through a product lens. You understand that great retention starts at onboarding (d0) and that communication instruments are an extension of the product experience.
Thrive in Building Phases: You are comfortable working in a high-growth environment where data frameworks are still evolving. You can hold a vision for predictive, automated systems while building tight, pragmatic short-term workflows that don't add technical debt.
Own Our Growth: We offer all Berlin-based employees equity in Almedia to truly be a part of our success.
Scale With Almedia: Grow alongside a startup that has been profitable from day one.
Central Berlin Office: Work from a fully-stocked modern office built for collaboration, accessible from all around Berlin.
Other Benefits: Transport subsidy, breakfasts and lunches, language learning, Urban Sports Club, and more.
We believe in fostering talent, evaluating all skill levels during the hiring process, and providing a clear path for growth. Almedia is an equal opportunity employer. We embrace and celebrate diversity, and encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply.
Compensation: €120K – €180K • Total Comp: 220k

At praxipal, we are building an AI-powered healthcare admin workforce to address the global shortage of medical staff.
Medical assistants are too valuable to spend their days chasing callbacks, cleaning up schedules, sending repetitive messages, or wrestling with invoicing and documentation workflows. Staff should spend time on patients. That’s why we build Luna.
Our AI receptionist, Luna, answers and automates phone calls and she’s loved by more than 100 medical practices. Right now, we’re expanding her from calls to end-to-end patient communication across any channel. Over the next years, we’ll grow her into an AI worker that automates all administrative processes in medical practices, embedded directly into the systems teams already use.
We’re backed by one of Europe’s leading investors and are one of the fastest growing healthtech startups in Germany. Our team has previously worked and studied at Palantir, Amazon, SAP, the University of Cambridge, and Hasso Plattner Institute.
We are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to take technical ownership of our most important customer deployments.
This is a hands-on role with end-to-end responsibility for customer deployments and technical success.
You will work directly with a subset of our customers, configure and customize our product to their specific environments, and ensure that Luna works reliably in real-world healthcare settings. You will also build automations and internal tooling that allow the forward deployed engineering team to onboard customers faster and more reliably over time.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer reality.
The role is on-site in Berlin and requires fluent German.
Core Responsibilities
(You will be the primary owner and decision-maker for the customers you support.)
Own the technical onboarding of new customers, from first deployment to stable production usage
Configure and customize Luna to fit different practice setups, workflows, and constraints
Implement customer-specific solutions where necessary and feed recurring patterns back into the core product
Act as the technical point of contact for your customers when things don’t behave as expected
Identify friction in onboarding and customer operations and build automations or tooling to remove it
Project-Based Work
Build internal tools, scripts, and automations that help scale forward deployed engineering
Support Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing with technical insights, analytics, and targeted improvements
Help investigate and resolve production issues affecting customers, and turn learnings into lasting fixes
Must-Have
Hands-on programming experience
Proven ability to own software or technical systems end-to-end
Comfortable working directly with customers on technical topics
Fluent German (spoken and written)
Looking forward to working on-site in Berlin in a fast-moving environment in build-mode
Nice-to-Have
Strong hands-on programming experience in TypeScript and/or Python
Prior experience in startups or scale-ups
Experience with observability and debugging tools (e.g. Sentry, Grafana, Langfuse)
Prior responsibility for customer-facing technical work
Experience improving operational or onboarding processes through automation
Location: Berlin (100% on-site)
Competitive compensation: €65,000–€90,000 total compensation (cash + equity)
Office perks: A beautiful workspace in Berlin Mitte, complete with a ping pong table, PlayStation, and VR setup.
Team bonding: Regular get-togethers, happy hours and offsites.
Mobility: Deutschland-Ticket Jobticket
Health and productivity: Free dinners, subsidized lunches and sponsored Urban Sports Club subscription.
If you want to shape the next generation of healthcare software with us, apply now.
Compensation: €65K – €90K • Offers Equity

The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.
n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
We're looking for an experienced design manager to lead our Product Design team.
This is a management role. Your job is to develop designers, raise the quality of the work, and make sure design has real influence on where the product goes. It is not a player-coach role, and it is not a step up for a strong IC looking for their first management position. We need someone who has already managed product designers and can do it well from day one.
n8n is a powerful, flexible technical tool, which means the problems your team tackles are complex. Design decisions have to account for diverse user workflows, technical constraints, and how changes ripple across the whole platform. You'll need enough craft depth to recognise excellent work, challenge it constructively, and help designers get better. The team needs a manager whose design judgment they trust.
You'll manage a team spanning product designers, design engineers and user researchers at a range of seniority levels, working across our product areas. You'll work alongside our other design manager. You'll report to our VP of Product until our Head of Design joins the team. That search is running now.
More than 80% of workflows built on n8n involve AI agents, and we're widening from a developer audience to a broader set of builders. That shift is the central design problem here, and your team is at the centre of it.
🎯 Your main goal is to build a Product Design team that consistently produces excellent work and shapes how n8n's product evolves. Here's what that involves:
Run regular, high-quality 1:1s and coach designers, design engineers and researchers across different levels.
Own performance management: evidence-based reviews, honest feedback, and real support for anyone who isn't where they need to be.
Help people understand what's expected at their level and what growth looks like, evolving our progression framework for Product Design.
Hire excellent designers as the team grows, and broaden the range of backgrounds and perspectives on the team.
Set and hold a high standard across problem framing, user understanding, interaction design, information architecture and visual craft.
Facilitate design critiques and reviews that measurably improve the work, and help designers think beyond the feature in front of them.
Develop designers' judgment and autonomy rather than becoming the final approval layer for every decision.
Keep a holistic view across features and product areas, identifying inconsistencies, recurring UX problems, and opportunities for more coherent patterns.
Work with the team to address fragmentation systematically rather than feature by feature.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership so design contributes early to problem definition and product direction, not late to execution.
Help designers influence product decisions through strong reasoning rather than positional authority.
Improve how the team works across critique, collaboration, decision-making and knowledge sharing, introducing structure where it helps the team scale and resisting process that slows things down.
Worth being direct, because it's the question every good candidate asks. This is a management role: developing designers, raising the bar, and making design count in product decisions is the job, and that's where your time goes.
You'll stay close to the craft in critiques, in reviews and in the detail of the work, and you'll occasionally pick up design work yourself. When that happens it sits outside the squads and varies with the period: an exploratory concept, a gap during someone's leave, a problem that needs a first pass. It is not a 50/50 split, and if what you want is to keep a squad's worth of delivery alongside managing the team, this isn't the role.
👥 Proven design management: You've managed product designers in a product-led technology company for 3+ years, with a team of five or more. This is not a first management role.
🧭 Running a team well: You've run effective 1:1s, evidence-based performance reviews and difficult feedback conversations, including with people who weren't performing. You've built or improved a career progression framework for designers, and you're comfortable with the administrative side of managing a team rather than treating it as overhead.
📈 Growing people: You coach and mentor, you run critique that changes the work, and you can point to specific designers who got measurably better or grew in scope while reporting to you.
🎨 Design taste and judgment: Your own craft is strong enough that designers trust your read on quality, you can articulate what separates adequate design from excellent design, and you'll step into the work directly when the situation calls for it.
🎯 Hiring: You've hired designers consistently well, you know where good design talent is and how to attract it, and you can tell the difference quickly.
🤖 AI fluency: You use AI tools hands-on in your own work and in how your team designs, and you have an informed view on designing AI-enabled products. AI agents are the product here, so this one is not optional.
🛠️ Technical products: You've managed design teams in B2B SaaS, developer tools, workflow automation or similarly technical products.
🧠 Technical mindset: You don't need to write code, but genuine curiosity about what's happening underneath (APIs, webhooks, data structures, how workflows actually execute) earns you credibility with engineers here.
👩💻 Designing for developers: You've designed products for developers, technical operators or other sophisticated users.
🔭 Systems view: You can step back from individual projects to spot patterns and UX problems across a broader product experience.
🤝 Influence without authority: You bring Product and Engineering peers with you through reasoning rather than positional authority.
📊 Scaling teams: You've grown a design team through a period of rapid company growth.
🌍 Distributed teams: You've managed designers in remote-first or highly distributed organisations.
🔓 Open source: You've worked on open-source or community-driven products.
🌱 Inclusive hiring: You've meaningfully broadened the diversity of a design team through how you hire.
We'll tell you the whole shape of it upfront, and there's very little homework.
Screening call with our recruiter. 45 minutes, no prep.
Leading designers with the hiring manager, 75 minutes. You'll present for 20 minutes on a team you built, grew or turned around. Reuse existing material; it shouldn't take more than two or three hours. We don't need case studies of your own design work.
Live critique and coaching, 60 minutes. We'll send you a real piece of n8n design work 24 hours ahead. You'll critique it, then have a coaching conversation with the designer who made it. No preparation beyond reading it and trying the product.
Conversation with our VP of Product, and a culture call with Jan, our CEO. 45 minutes each, same day where we can.
Meet two or three of the designers you'd be managing. Not scored; it's for you as much as for us.
We'll also ask for two references, one of them a former direct report. A portfolio is welcome if you have one, though we know not every design manager keeps theirs current.
At n8n, your work won't disappear into a slide deck. You'll lead design for a product that hundreds of thousands of builders use to automate real work, sitting right where developer tools, AI agents and no-code interaction models meet. The design problems are genuinely hard and largely unsolved.
You're inheriting an established team with strong designers, not building from zero, and there's real room to shape how the team coaches, critiques, grows and works with Product and Engineering, rather than inheriting a rigid design organisation. You'll stay close enough to the craft to influence quality directly, while your main job is making the designers around you better.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile app growth and monetization, challenging the status quo of adtech by redefining how apps acquire users and generate revenue. Our two products, Playtime Arcade and adjoe Ads, sit at opposite ends of the mobile advertising spectrum: rewarded engagement and programmatic in-app advertising. Together they run on 13% of the world’s smartphones, connecting advertisers, publishers, and hundreds of millions of users, with one goal: making mobile advertising work better for everyone in the ecosystem.
Next-Gen Machine Intelligence for Auctions & Real-Time Bidding
The Data Science Research team builds the foundational algorithms that govern real-time bidding, budget pacing, and allocation mechanics across our products. Operating as a horizontal deep-tech layer, the team leverages advanced AI—specifically reinforcement learning, objective-based optimization, and control theory—to deliver critical systems that perfectly harmonize advertiser ROI, platform health, and user relevance. These frameworks scale adjoe’s products beyond standard industry limitations, utilizing behavioral and transactional data from over 770 million users.
The team operates at the intersection of high-load, low-latency engineering, auction mechanism design, and state-of-the-art machine learning. Acting as the company’s internal science bar raiser, they translate complex business constraints into mathematical objectives. The stack is optimized for high throughput: PyTorch for training deep learning and RL models, distributed architectures for large-scale Bayesian inference, Trino and Athena for querying massive user-behavior data lakes, and dedicated GPU infrastructure. The full lifecycle of these AI capabilities is owned by the team—from academic paper translation and offline prototyping to deploying core algorithmic frameworks built to sustain ultra-low latency, real-time production environments evaluating tens of thousands of requests per second.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
PhD or equivalent research depth, with a production track record. You have a PhD in CS, Statistics, Math, or Physics (or an MSc with extensive industry research) and a track record of peer-reviewed publications in fields like Computational Advertising, Auction Theory, Mechanism Design, or Game Theory. You’ve spent 4+ years optimizing complex systems through automated algorithms in AdTech, marketplaces, or high-frequency trading.
You translate research into production, not just prototypes. You distill SOTA research into robust, production-ready code optimized for sub-millisecond latency. At adjoe, that means architecting sophisticated auction mechanics, real-time bidding engines, and allocation algorithms serving millions of requests across a stack built on 770 million users.
Deep expertise in Reinforcement Learning and Optimization. You have hands-on, deep theoretical and technical expertise in objective-based optimization, control theory, or RL applied specifically to bidding, pricing strategy, and budget pacing under extreme production constraints.
Mastering high-dimensional data at scale. Large-scale Bayesian inference and handling sparse, high-dimensional advertising data are core to your work. You are strongly proficient in Python and related stacks, and know exactly how to architect scalable data pipelines to feed real-time optimization models.
Raises the technical bar around them. You lead architectural debates, collaborate tightly with Product Managers and Engineers to map business goals to mathematical objective functions, mentor junior scientists, and drive the team’s research direction without needing a roadmap handed to you.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Serving 2,000+ Distinct Ad Experiences With Sub-Second Time to Interactive
The rewarded ad experience is where the value exchange becomes real, the second a user decides whether to engage or scroll past. The Catalog team owns that moment, designing how users discover and interact with the most relevant ads. With over 200 million monthly visits, there's no room for slow rendering or poor personalization. Performance and relevance have to be perfect on every request.
The system runs on AWS Spot Instances spare compute capacity that can disappear at any moment, yet our system is built to stay online without any interruption for the user. Backed by Kubernetes with event-driven autoscaling, everything is tuned for millisecond-level data retrieval so the experience never feels slow, even at 200 million monthly visits. The frontend is built on React and Vite, leveraging Code Splitting and Tree Shaking to keep core bundles lean and Time to Interactive under a second. On top of that, a config-driven engine lets the team customize the entire ad experience or run A/B experiments per more than 2000 games on the fly, ensuring the right ad reaches the right user while continuously moving conversion rates in the right direction.
Production Golang Systems Expertise: You bring 5+ years of backend development experience, including at least 3 years writing Go in production distributed environments. You will build and maintain our +99% Go microservice architecture—interfacing with our TypeScript/React frontend—to reliably handle 2+ million daily publisher interactions and scale beyond hundreds of millions of monthly active users.
High-Throughput Event Streaming: You have hands-on experience designing asynchronous microservice communication using event buses like Kafka, SQS/SNS, and Kinesis. You will build pipelines to collect billions of daily API events and aggregate them into our data lake for sub-second querying.
High-Scale Data & API Optimization: You understand database internals and low-level web standards (HTTP protocol, Encoding, Regular Expressions). You will optimize queries across hundreds of terabytes of data across DynamoDB, MySQL, Druid, and Athena to reduce API response times and expose transparent, well-documented open APIs to enterprise partners.
Data Science & Algorithmic Integration: You quickly grasp complex technical topics and applied mathematics. You will partner directly with our Data Science team to translate and integrate machine learning algorithms into adjoe’s core application, optimizing real-time ad targeting.
Collaborative Technical Communication: You communicate fluently and precisely in spoken and written English. You will actively participate in peer code reviews and technical knowledge sharing across an international backend engineering team.
Plus: Infrastructure & Cloud Tooling: Hands-on experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code), Docker containerization, or serverless infrastructure.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.

Today's small businesses need a capital provider that keeps pace with their growth ambitions. Traditional financing options are slow, cumbersome and often out of reach. That's why we built Wayflyer.
Our technology allows us to assess businesses in minutes, generate financing offers that reflect their growth potential and send funds in as little as 24 hours. To date, we've deployed over $6bn to thousands of businesses worldwide, backed by Tier 1 banks like J.P. Morgan.
You'll be collaborating with ambitious colleagues from around the world. We have offices in Dublin, London, New York, Charlotte, Berlin and Sydney.
The challenge
We've deployed over $6bn to small businesses that traditional banks were too slow, too rigid, or too disinterested to back. Now we're growing fast, and we need a world-class sales team to continue the momentum, finding the founders who need us before they know we exist.
What you'll actually do
You'll be the first voice a lot of founders ever hear from Wayflyer. That matters. Your job is to cut through the noise - smart outreach, real conversations, and get the right businesses in front of our Account Executives. You'll qualify funding needs, build genuine rapport with founders, and figure out pretty quickly that the best reps here aren't order-takers. They're curious, they hustle, and they care about getting it right.
What this role could turn into
We'll be honest -this isn't a role we're hiring you to stay in forever. It's a launchpad. Most BDRs move into Account Executive or Customer Success roles within 12–18 months, and we plan for it actively through our Revenue Academy - a structured programme that builds the skills, deal exposure, and commercial fluency you need before you ever step into your next seat. Your manager isn't just hitting you with pipeline reviews; they're invested in where you want to go and what it takes to get there.
We're building careers here, not just filling headcount. The people who thrive with us are the ones who are hungry to grow - and we take it as our responsibility to make sure the path is there when they are.
Who thrives here
You've worked in a target-driven environment before and you didn't just survive it, you wanted more. You're the kind of person who reads a rejection email and immediately thinks about what to try differently. You spot problems outside your lane and you can't help yourself. You'll probably end up doing things that aren't in this job description. That's not a warning, it's the point.
We hire for range
We care more about trajectory than tenure. Relevant sales experience is important, but what we're really looking for beyond that is someone who's hungry, commercially sharp, and genuinely excited by the challenge. Fluent English & German is a must. Startup experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
Location and working policy
📍 Berlin, hybrid (3-4 days per week in the office)
The good stuff
25 days off, plus public holidays. Equity - because you should own a piece of what you're building. Generous parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers. 60 days a year to work abroad from wherever you want.
By submitting your application, you acknowledge that Wayflyer Limited will process your personal data for the purpose of evaluating your suitability for the role. Such processing is based on the need to take steps prior to entering into a potential employment agreement. Our goal is to have a solar system on every roof, a storage unit in every house, and an electric car in every garage. Enpal makes this possible with an integrated total solution for decentralized energy—from solar systems and battery storage to wall boxes, smart meters, and heat pumps. At the heart of it all is our AI-powered platform Enpal. One+, which intelligently connects thousands of systems and efficiently optimizes electricity procurement and feed-in on the energy market.
Are you ready for solutions that are more than just a promise and bring real quality of life to thousands of households every day? What you create at Enpal will deliver clean electricity tomorrow and bring about lasting change in how we use energy.
Enpal is transforming its ERP landscape from a traditional D365 F&O setup into an Agentic Enterprise, a clean D365 core with an AI-native execution layer on top. AI-native product squads, organized by E2E process domain (D2O, O2C, P2P, SCE, R2R, MDG), replace traditional workstream towers. Each squad includes a Business Intent Owner (BIO), a Technology Orchestrator, Context Engineers, and Harness Engineers. This role sits in ERP Engineering and is a core contributor to building the agentic operating model that will power Enpal at scale.
As Engineering Manager ERP, you lead the team responsible for the technical heart of Enpal's agentic enterprise: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and the AI-native execution layer being built on top of it. You are both a technical leader and a people manager. You steer the transition from a heavily customized, fragmented D365 landscape to a clean-core, max-standard platform and you build the engineering capability to deliver agentic extensions, integrations, and agent harnesses at the speed the transformation demands.
TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP & ARCHITECTURE
Define and execute the ERP engineering strategy: transition from a customized D365 landscape to a clean-core, max-standard platform with agentic extensions built within clean-core guardrails
Evaluate the current D365 F&O landscape: architecture, customization debt, integration patterns, performance, data quality, and adjacent system dependencies and define the transformation path forward
Own the technical architecture for the agentic layer: agent harnesses, MCP/A2A integration standards, runtime pipelines, guardrails, and monitoring infrastructure
Ensure all D365 customizations are reduced to the minimum, only where legally required or business-critical, and that every extension decision is tested against clean-core fit, cost efficiency, and platform alignment
DELIVERY & ENGINEERING EXCELLENCE
Oversee end-to-end D365 F&O development and integrations: clean technical design, code quality, documentation standards, and release governance
Implement strong DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for smooth, predictable releases and deployments, including agentic build, test, and ship cycles
Design and scale integrations with Enpal's broader tech ecosystem: CRM (Salesforce), IoT, Azure, Snowflake, Aryza, Kyriba, and the Microsoft AI platform (Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric)
Ensure the D365 core is the trusted system of record: deterministic ledger, traceable decisions, full audit trail, the foundation that makes agentic operations trustworthy
PEOPLE LEADERSHIP & TEAM BUILDING
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of ERP developers and engineers, including hiring, onboarding, and developing talent as Enpal scales across 30+ legal entities
Foster a culture of engineering excellence and ownership: AI-native delivery mindset, clean-core discipline, and continuous improvement
Balance innovation, scalability, and operational stability across a fast-growth environment with continuous business unit onboarding
Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Senior ERP Architect, or Technical Lead with strong people leadership in a modern engineering environment
In-depth expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX/AX2012, including customization, integration, and architecture
Proven experience conducting independent ERP technical assessments and translating findings into actionable roadmaps
Deep expertise in D365 F&O architecture, LCS, Azure DevOps, and integration design
Hands-on background in software engineering (C#, X++, .NET, Azure, or similar cloud-based stacks)
Experience with or strong interest in agentic AI engineering: MCP/A2A standards, agent harness design, LLM integration, or AI-native delivery models
Deep understanding of core ERP process domains (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement) and the ability to translate business complexity into clean technical architecture
Experience building and leading teams that deliver scalable, stable, and high-performing systems in a fast-growth environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical domains
Fluent in English; German is a plus
Are you interested even if you don't meet all the requirements? Apply anyway! We look forward to discovering your potential—regardless of whether your experience meets every single requirement. ☀️
Enpal is pioneering the Agentic ERP: a clean D365 core with an AI-native execution layer delivered at pace. The Engineering Manager is the technical owner of that platform. You are not maintaining a legacy system; you are building the engineering foundation for an agent-operated enterprise. The quality, speed, and discipline of your team's delivery directly determines whether the transformation succeeds.

Joining our DACH Key Accounts team alongside your teammates in Munich and Frankfurt, you will own the full new business sales cycle and sell directly to a wide variety of enterprise corporations across diverse industries (such as energy, pharma, biotech, telecommunications, etc.).
As a quota-carrying strategic seller, your primary goal will be to grow sales and revenue through the acquisition of new strategic enterprise accounts and the expansion of existing ones. You will act as an impactful industry expert, generating demand, navigating complex 6 to 9-month sales cycles, and displacing incumbents by utilizing deep discovery and consultative selling frameworks.
Compensation package: 50% base salary; 50% performance-based variable.
Industry-leading sales culture: Ideals ranks among the Top-5% of companies on RepVue, as rated by sales professionals. You’ll be empowered with dedicated Sales Enablement, RevOps, DACH Marketing support, and a structured onboarding ramp.
Stable growth: You’ll join a profitable, bootstrapped SaaS company that is positioned to deliver 5x revenue expansion and reach unicorn status in the next 5 years. The deals you close will shape Ideals' footprint in Germany and feed into our global scaling ambition.
Sales motion built on regional nuance: You’ll be part of a European-headquartered org, with over 18 years of selling in the VDR business. You'll drive GTM in the region we understand deeply, backed by a product that already powers 10%+ of global M&A activity.
Proactively build and manage a pipeline focused on the acquisition of new strategic enterprise accounts (new logos)
Conduct solution-based sales engagements, including client meetings, executive presentations, and product demonstrations (face-to-face and virtual)
Maintain "White Space" analysis and execute strategic initiatives to upsell and cross-sell within the existing customer base
Develop and deliver comprehensive business cases that quantify the cost of inaction and address customer priorities, pain points, and ROI
Structure, negotiate, and close complex deals, guiding corporate clients step-by-step through enterprise procurement, security compliance, and legal processes
Orchestrate multi-threading strategies to navigate enterprise politics, establishing strong relationships with C-Suite executives and key stakeholders across various verticals
Keep an accurate track record of personal sales activities in the CRM, including methodical mid- and long-term forecasting
Provide relevant customer feedback to the product development team and collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Inbound Sales to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
4–7 years of demonstrable quota-carrying success in B2B sales
Proven track record of managing lengthy or complex enterprise sales cycles
Significant experience selling directly to C-level executives (CxOs) and multi-threading within large enterprise organizations
Clear understanding of, and practical experience with, consultative sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDPIC, SPIN, Challenger)
Exceptional business communication skills, enabling you to execute executive storytelling, challenge the status quo, and handle complex contracting negotiations
High learning agility, analytical thinking, and commercial curiosity to quickly grasp the nuances of various corporate industries

We're a smart hydration company rebuilding an industry that still runs on sugar water and single-use packaging.
Filtered water, functional flavors, zero bottles. Still, sparkling, cold, and hot. All poured from one tap. We create hydration people want to reach for, starting with the workplace where we help teams thrive.
As an AI-native company, we build at speed. In 2025, Aquablu ranked 2nd in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 (Netherlands) and 30th in the Sifted 250 (Europe), both rankings of the fastest-growing companies by revenue growth. In 2026 we were named a winner of Maya's Culture 100 Europe Awards as one of the best workplaces to thrive in.
Growing that fast and thriving comes down to our people. Our team is our biggest asset and one that we’re proud of. We’re committed to maintaining our vibrant culture as we continue to grow.
Aquablu is looking for a Senior Account Executive / Market Lead to open the German market for our direct sales channel. You are the first Aquablu seller on the ground in Germany and you own the market end-to-end: you generate the pipeline, close the deals, work directly with our Facility Management and Contract Catering partners, and shape how we go to market in Germany.
This is a senior individual-contributor role with a clear entrepreneurial mandate: build. It is designed for a country builder or a former sales manager who wants to go back into a closing seat, own a market, and grow into leading the German team once the numbers justify it.
You are based in or around Frankfurt am Main, Berlin or Cologne/Düsseldorf.
Germany is yours to build
Own the German direct territory and build the pipeline that hits target. Work your named accounts, run your own outbound into end clients and the FM/CM layer, answer inbound within SLA, and qualify every meeting your BDR books.
Run the full cycle with SPICED. You'll lead discovery, demo to every stakeholder in the room, set up pilots with success criteria agreed upfront, and take Pay-Per-Drink proposals through negotiation to signature. HubSpot stays current, and your monthly forecast holds up when someone pushes on it.
Shape the German go-to-market plan with Marketing, from positioning and ABM to content and events. Sit down together every month and read the funnel.
Write the German playbook and make it the way the team sells. Coach the BDR Germany, build the case for the next German hires, and be ready to lead them when they arrive.
6–10 years of B2B full-cycle sales, with a proven record of carrying and beating a new-business target in a recurring-revenue or hardware-enabled-SaaS model
You have built before: opened a country, region or segment, or led a sales team and you now want to own a market as an individual contributor with a path to lead it
Fluent German, business-fluent English: you sell and contract in German and work in English with the Amsterdam team
Customer-centric seller: you run a structured, SPICED-based process from discovery to decision — you diagnose the customer's situation and impact before you pitch, and you build consensus across a buying committee without a single sponsor handing you the deal
Pipeline builder: you know how much pipeline your target requires and you generate it your own outbound, fast inbound conversion, BDR meetings as a bonus, not the plan
FM / Contract Catering / Workplace Services experience: you know how the FM layer, the site manager and the end-client Facilities or Procurement lead interact and who decides
Marketing-literate: you shape what the German buyer needs to hear and co-design campaigns and events for your market
Resilient, autonomous, mobile: office and field, regular travel across Germany, periodic weeks at Amsterdam HQ
Experience working hand-in-hand with Marketing on ABM and local demand generation
Background in sustainability, workplace experience or food & beverage services
FM / Contract Catering / Workplace Services experience: you know how the FM layer, the site manager and the end-client Facilities or Procurement lead interact and who decides
You will be part of a young, fun and ambitious team which aims to change the way people consume water!
💰 A yearly salary between €65k – €88k base salary with a 70/30 OTE structure
🌴 26 paid holiday days
📈 Equity through our Aquablu for All plan — everyone shares in what we’re building
🌱 Healthy (heavily discounted) lunches
💪 Urban Sports Club membership
🚀 Access to the Corporate Benefits platform for endless savings
🚆 Travel compensation >10km
👴 A pension plan by Zwitserleven.
💧 Endless amount of our very own flavoured water !

Join Autonomous Teaming Solutions and build next-generation autonomous robotic systems for demanding real-world environments. You will take end-to-end technical ownership and responsibility of a mission-critical robotics product where perception, system performance, and reliability directly impact operational success.
As Principal Engineer, you carry overall technical responsibility. You have the final word on architecture, integration and deployment - and you carry the consequences when the system fails. No project manager above you. You decide, you deliver. You work directly with company leadership, not as a career step, but because you are the deepest technically. Your place is still in the team: building, not reporting.
How we work
Clear ownership, everything else is bureaucracy. Every system has exactly one owner with the final word. No V-model, no phase gates, no sign-off meetings. Requirements get challenged, not worked through. Delete first, then simplify, then accelerate - in that order.
Our milestones are binary. Testing happens in the field, not in simulation.

This role owns the data foundation of our perception systems end-to-end — the layer that directly determines model performance in real-world environments. You'll set the technical direction for how we collect, curate, and continuously improve the datasets behind object detection, working as a senior technical partner to ML, perception, and robotics teams — turning raw, messy sensor data into reliable, production-grade systems at scale.
You will take full ownership of the ML data lifecycle — from architecture decisions on ingestion and pipelines, through labeling strategy and QA, to driving continuous, metrics-informed dataset improvement — and will be expected to bring judgment and prior experience to how this is done, not just execute a defined process.

You will split your time between keeping a live platform reliable and secure and turning business processes into production-ready AI workflows. This is a hands-on role for an engineer who enjoys building across the stack, solving production issues, and taking ownership of security and reliability.
What you’ll do :
Platform development and operations
You are a hands-on software engineer who can move between backend development, frontend work, and platform operations. You enjoy turning an unfamiliar process into working software, then making it secure and reliable enough for production.
