🎯 Job Board

Product Owner
Handpicked – Breda, Noord-Brabant, Nederland

De toekomst van digital commerce vormgeven. Jij pakt de regie.

Bij Bluebird Day helpen we ambitieuze merken groeien.

  • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau met minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Product Owner aan bureauzijde (of binnen een complexe, multi-brand e-commerce omgeving);

  • Kennis van moderne e-commerce ecosystemen (zoals Magento, Shopware, Commercetool of Shopify Plus) en een goed begrip van integraties met PIM, ERP en CRM;

  • Ervaring met Product Discovery en datagestuurd werken. Je gebruikt analytics, A/B-testresultaten en user feedback om de backlog scherp te prioriteren op ROI;

  • Je bent een sterke, tactische gesprekspartner voor het management van de klant. Je bewaakt de balans tussen klantwaarde, de technische capaciteit van je team en de project-scope;

  • Diepgaande kennis van Scrum/Agile en ervaring met tools zoals Jira en Confluence;

  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar de inzet van AI in je vak, je experimenteert ermee in je dagelijkse werk en je vindt het leuk om voorop te lopen in die transitie;

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.600 en €6.100, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring;

  • Goede apparatuur ter beschikking incl. keuze voor je eigen systeem;

  • 26 vakantiedagen op fulltime basis;

  • Een vrij besteedbaar thuiswerkbudget van €750,-. Zo zit jij er ook thuis comfortabel bij;

  • Vrijheid is voor ons heel belangrijk, ook in hoe we onze werkdagen indelen. Daarnaast werken we (bijna) allemaal hybride. Voor jou geldt dat dus ook;

  • Structurele ruimte voor ontwikkeling: persoonlijke coaching, een jaarlijks opleidingsbudget van €1.000,- en toegang tot het Handpicked University programma;

  • Een dedicated AI-ontwikkelprogramma, maandelijkse AI-kennissessies en interne hackathons om bij te blijven én vooruit te lopen;

  • Kom je bij ons werken? Dan wordt ook je direct mede-eigenaar! Je ontvangt gratis certificaten van Handpicked. Zo is Handpicked van ons allemaal;

  • Dagelijks een uitgebreide en verse lunch, heerlijke belegde broodjes op vrijdag en Tosti Wednesday;

  • Een lease fietsplan (inclusief e-bikes!);

  • Kleurrijk, ruim kantoor inclusief rooftop bar, met uitzicht op de Bredase kerk;

Creative Technologist (AI & Innovation)
Handpicked – Breda, Noord-Brabant, Nederland

  • Een salaris tussen de €3.300 en €5.000 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur), afhankelijk van jouw ervaring;

  • Hybride werken: werken op ons sfeervolle kantoor in Breda, en de ruimte om thuis te werken;

  • Een budget van € 750,- voor je thuiswerkplek zodat jij er goed bij zit als je thuis aan het werk bent;

  • Reizen op jouw manier: een NS Business Card of met je auto tegen een reiskostenvergoeding (wanneer je buiten Breda woont);

  • Persoonlijk ontwikkelplan en kennissessies met zowel interne als externe sprekers om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen;

  • 26 vakantiedagen, pensioenregeling en leasefietsregeling;

  • Verse lunch op kantoor;

  • Aandelen van Handpicked;

Data Analist E-commerce
My Jewellery – 's-Hertogenbosch, Noord-Brabant, Nederland

Jouw taken

  • Je ontwikkelt een betrouwbare analyticsomgeving en je zorgt voor eenduidige definities voor commerciële KPI's zoals conversie, omzet, marge en returns;

  • Je bouwt datamodellen en dashboards voor website-, app-, funnel- en productperformance;

  • Je analyseert conversie, funnelprestaties, productcategorieën en commerciële kansen en vertaalt deze naar concrete adviezen;

  • Je bouwt AI coding oplossingen om je eigen werk efficiënter en effectiever te maken;

  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van data, onderzoekt verschillen tussen databronnen en zorgt voor betrouwbare inzichten;

  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen e-commerce, digital of product analytics;

  • Je hebt goede SQL-vaardigheden en kunt zelfstandig datamodellen, analyses en dashboards ontwikkelen;

  • Je weet commerciële vraagstukken te vertalen naar bruikbare inzichten en durft stakeholders kritisch te adviseren;

  • Je hebt kennis van statistiek en experimentanalyse en begrijpt hoe je conversie en commerciële KPI's meet en verbetert;

  • Ervaring met A/B testen, conversie optimalisatie en product analytics is een sterke pré;

  • Ervaring met dbt, Python of web- en app-tracking is een pré;

  • Je woont in Nederland.

Process Engineer Supply Chain en Fulfilment
My Jewellery – 's-Hertogenbosch, Noord-Brabant, Nederland

  • Je analyseert de volledige fysieke flow, met het warehouse als primaire focus. Je onderzoekt onder meer inbound, opslag, orderverwerking, outbound, vervoerders en retouren, zodat je ook oorzaken buiten het warehouse meeneemt;

  • Je modelleert capaciteit en verschillende orderprofielen, voert bottleneckanalyses uit en gebruikt operationele data om de werkelijke oorzaak van problemen vast te stellen;

  • Je ontwerpt verbeteringen in processen en automatisering, onderbouwt keuzes met scenario’s, businesscases en verwachte opbrengsten en prioriteert op impact en haalbaarheid;

  • Je vertaalt een ontwerp samen met Operations, IT en leveranciers naar duidelijke requirements, test de oplossing en begeleidt de implementatie in de operatie;

  • Je werkt en denkt op wo-niveau, bijvoorbeeld vanuit Supply Chain, (Industrial) Engineering, Process engineering, Logistiek of een vergelijkbare richting;

  • Je hebt circa 3 tot 7 jaar ervaring in process engineering, continuous improvement of operational excellence en kunt aantoonbare verbeteringen in operationele processen laten zien;

  • Je kent complexe, geautomatiseerde warehouse-, fulfilment- of productieomgevingen en begrijpt hoe systemen, material handling of robotics en de dagelijkse operatie op elkaar ingrijpen;

  • Je bent kwantitatief sterk: je analyseert operationele problemen met data, bepaalt de kernoorzaak en ontwerpt oplossingen waarvan je de impact kunt onderbouwen. Je werkt vaardig met Excel;

  • Je kunt zelfstandig van analyse en procesontwerp naar implementatie en aantoonbaar resultaat gaan. Je schakelt daarbij inhoudelijk met IT en leveranciers over requirements, testen en het verbeteren van prestaties;

Supply Chain Lead
Bloomon – Amsterdam

bloomon is turning the flower industry on its head – for the better. How? By disrupting the traditional supply chain!  We skip the auction and wholesale, to shorten the journey for our flowers.  And we harness technology, brand and innovation to deliver gifts and subscriptions that delight our customers across Europe.   We launched in Amsterdam in 2014, and in 2021 joined forces with Bloom & Wild, the UK's fastest growing ecommerce company (according to the Financial Times).  Our group is backed by top tier investors and is now home to a family of 3 strong brands, Bloom & Wild, bloomon and Bergamotte.  Together, we’ve delivered over 20 million orders (and counting!), making us the largest direct to consumer flower business in Europe.   Our vision is to create the destination for making life a little more thoughtful and beautiful. And we won't stop at flowers and plants. Starting with the Bloom & Wild brand, we're expanding our gifting offering to other categories like cakes, candles and cocktails. This is all part of our ambition to build Europe's #1 direct to consumer gifting destination.    We care wildly about people and our planet. Which is why we’re so proud to be a certified B Corp™ – committed to making long-term positive change for our community, and the world around us.   🛠️  Procurement Team @ Bloom & Wild Group You’ll be joining the engine room of Bloom & Wild’s fastest-growing categories. While we are known for our flowers, our Procurement team provides the operational and supply chain foundation for our non-horticultural range. From fresh-baked treats and luxury hamper components to home, lifestyle, and the essential packaging that delivers the "wow" moment.

Our team is divided into two clear pillars: Strategic Procurement and Stock Planning. As the Stock Planning Lead, you will report to the Head of Procurement & Inventory, acting as the architect of our operational procurement function and building the scalable systems we need to grow.

We are a team that "cares wildly" about impact. Working closely with partners across the business, we ensure the infrastructure is in place to support their vision. Our focus is on delivering perfect availability, optimising inventory health, and enabling rapid range expansion through robust operational processes. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a function from the ground up and see your work directly fuel our success as we scale.

⚙️ What you'll be doing:
  • Build & Scale the Function You’ll be the architect of our non-horticultural stock planning strategy. This is a "build from scratch" opportunity where you will set the vision for how we scale, demonstrating the ability to turn rapid business growth into a sophisticated, high-performing operational machine

  • Master Stock Availability: You will lead your team to ensure optimal stock levels across all sites, balancing high availability with the need to minimise waste and holding costs. Navigating multi-site space constraints, you’ll work in lockstep with our Warehouse teams and Strategic Procurement Managers to ensure our supply is as efficient as it is reliable.

  • Develop & Automate: Build scalable, custom, automated supply chain and inventory tools and develop AI workflows to eliminate manual data entry and calculation tasks. You will lead the development of  agile, spreadsheet-based solutions while mapping the transition to long-term, robust systems.

  • Process & KPI Leadership Develop standardised processes and frameworks, leading weekly KPI reviews to shift the function from reactive problem-solving to proactive inventory and risk management. You’ll define what "success" looks like for the department.

  • Team Transformation & Development Provide oversight, coaching, and mentorship to a team of stock planners, transitioning them from manual execution to analytical decision-making. You will build internal succession and resilience, ensuring the team is equipped to handle increasing complexity.

  • Strategic Growth & Inventory Control De-risk the launch of new ranges by ensuring our operational infrastructure is mature enough to handle increased SKU counts. You'll collaborate with the commercial team to ensure right-size inventory levels to protect availability, de-risk peak periods, and release trapped cash, while developing third-party relationships (charities/discounters) to manage excess stock.

  • Operational Execution: Support with planning and execution when needed to ensure continuity (especially when issues occur or in peak times)

  • 3PW Performance Management: Measure and manage performance of our 3PW partner against agreed SLA terms

  • Supplier Performance: Build internal operational performance reporting and supplier tiering, put in place initiatives to improve operational supplier performance.

  • ✅ You’ll love this role if you…
  • Experience in a procurement, purchasing, supply chain or supply planning role, with experience leading a team
  • Have a proven track record in supply chain scalability - You have experience managing exponential growth of SKUs by using technology and automation to absorb increasing complexity
  • Are tech-savvy and systems-oriented - You have strong capabilities in building automated tools using G-suite and other platforms, and have been leveraging AI to increase your impact in this area
  • Are a strong leader and mentor - You excel at coaching team members, fostering a performance culture centered around accountability and ownership of results and know how to manage your stakeholders effectively.
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset - You are adept at identifying system limitations and establishing continuous feedback loops with your team to resolve and automate them further
  • Are proactive and hands-on - You are willing to be a direct contributor to enable scale , rolling up your sleeves to understand operational tasks to a high standard and covering gaps during peak periods or illness
  • Are commercially and data-driven
  • You are motivated by protecting margins, eliminating P&L leakage driven by manual errors, and right sizing inventory levels to optimise working capital and cash flow.
  • These are some of the skills and experience we think will enable success in this role, but please don’t worry if you are missing some of these. We’re committed to building a team made up of different strengths, skills and experiences, so if you’re excited about our values, passionate about what you do and would like to join us in doing things more thoughtfully, we’d love to hear from you.   🏡 Belonging at Bloom & Wild Group We know that we learn through our differences, and building a diverse team has always been central to creating the best experience for our customers.  We value all backgrounds, perspectives, ideas and experiences, and encourage everyone to share their opinions openly within our caring and inclusive team.   🧭 Our ways of working We do things a little bit differently. • Stay ahead of the platform: stay up to date with best practices and market insights, particularly with Google, to prepare for upcoming changes, test new features and champion the latest innovations.

  • Champion AI in search: maintain deep, practical knowledge of modern AI within search engine marketing – platform-level generative AI features, algorithmic updates and LLM-driven search behaviours – and share what you learn with the wider marketing team.

  • Be the go-to expert: act as the go-to person for paid search across the marketing team – mentoring junior colleagues, sharing learnings (e.g. through Lunch & Learns) and giving constructive feedback on paid search work outside your direct remit.

  • Protect share of voice: proactively monitor the competitor landscape, ensuring market share of voice, especially through peak trading moments.

  • ✅ You’ll love this role if you…
  • Are an expert in Google Paid Search: You have extensive, hands-on experience managing Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns at scale (experience with Microsoft Advertising or App Campaigns is a bonus).

  • Are fluent in tracking and analytics: You are comfortable working with analytics tools, conversion tracking, and Google Merchant Center, and feel confident navigating privacy- and consent-driven changes to measurement.

  • Love data and reporting: You are a data-driven decision-maker who thrives on deriving insights. You are comfortable using both in-platform tools and Tableau to analyze performance across our custom-built, proprietary e-commerce stack (non-Shopify).

  • Have agency management experience: You have a proven track record of managing third-party agencies to drive results and maintain strategic alignment.

  • Are proactive and hands-on: You take full responsibility and initiative to get things done, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.

  • Are curious and adaptable: You love figuring out new tech, testing, learning, and trying new things, often taking the initiative to optimize and improve existing processes.

  • These are some of the skills and experience we think will enable success in this role, but please don’t worry if you are missing some of these. Mendix, a Siemens business, powers hybrid agentic workforces by enabling organizations to build, scale and orchestrate agents and applications faster by combining low-code, AI, data, and integrations into a unified platform.

    The Technical Solutions Marketing team builds technical credibility for Mendix through validated architectures, reusable proof points, and real-world implementations. • Design and maintain complex integration architectures across enterprise platforms and data systems.

    • Ground GTM positioning and storytelling in validated technical proof points, supporting high-impact moments like executive demos and analyst briefings.

    • Demonstrable, hands-on experience designing and building agentic AI systems in production-realistic environments (tool use/function calling, orchestration/planning, multi-agent patterns where appropriate).

    • Strong practical knowledge of LLM application architecture, including retrieval (RAG), grounding, prompt/system design, and structured outputs.

    • Experience implementing evaluation and reliability loops (test harnesses, offline/online evals, monitoring, feedback, iteration) and guardrails (safety, policy, data controls).

    • Proven ability to integrate agentic workflows with enterprise systems and data (APIs, events, identity, governance) and to design complex integration architectures.

    • Strong background in system architecture and end-to-end solution delivery (security, scalability, reliability, observability, deployment readiness).

    • Experience with enterprise platforms and ecosystems (Siemens stack a plus), data platforms, and modern AI tooling.

    • Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into reusable patterns, reference architectures, and clear technical narratives for GTM and customer contexts.

    • Strong communication and collaboration skills across Product, GTM, engineering, and customer stakeholders.

    • Mendix experience is a plus.

    What Success Looks Like

    • Lighthouse customer implementations that prove value, de-risk adoption, and generate validated technical proof points.

    • Packaged assets (patterns, blueprints, components, playbooks) reused across GTM and adopted by Services/partners for repeatable delivery.

    • Reliable, scalable demo and workshop environments that consistently showcase complex AI/data/integration scenarios.

    • A strong feedback loop into Product and PMM informed by real customer builds.

    Why this role

    This role sits at the intersection of deep technical work and real business impact, and plays a central part in how Mendix's AI and integration capabilities are proven, packaged, and scaled.

    You will design and validate the architectures that become the foundation for how customers adopt the platform, how Services delivers at scale, and how GTM tells a credible technical story.

    • Demonstrated commitment to quality and a sense of responsibility for the impact your work has on developers and end users who depend on it

    • Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience

    Preferred:

    • Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) or React Native and understanding of offline challenges specific to mobile environments

    • Knowledge of WebAssembly (WASM), including its performance characteristics and browser compatibility constraints

    • Experience with JVM-based languages (Scala, Java, or Kotlin) relevant to runtime synchronization layers

    Product Manager- Workflow
    Mendix – Rotterdam

    About Siemens Digital Industries Software

    Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.

    Position Overview

    We are looking for a visionary Product Manager to own the evolution of our Workflow and Business Process Management (BPM) capabilities. In this role, you'll drive customer and business value by defining and delivering product strategies and roadmaps that translate market opportunities into measurable outcomes. You’ll partner with customers to compose product-market fit and build deep expertise across the Mendix ecosystem. You'll form partnerships to deliver a portfolio of BPM capabilities that deliver maximum value. This includes AI capabilities as first-class citizens in workflows. You'll lead the product journey from initial conceptualization through launch and beyond, collaborating closely with customers to shape business orchestration capabilities through Mendix's workflow and microflow engines. You bring hands-on experience with how business process/workflow engines are built and operated — not just how they're marketed.
    Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Workflow orchestration capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals and the agentic enterprise vision.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify emerging trends, competitive opportunities, and product differentiation in business process orchestration.
  • Develop and prioritize the product roadmap for workflows and micro-flows, balancing customer feedback, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Partner directly with engineering on workflow-engine architecture decisions (state management, task assignment, versioning, error handling) — not just feature scoping.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and improvements to the Workflow portfolio.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product adoption across enterprise customers.
  • Manage product-market fit by closely engaging with key customers and user communities to validate product concepts, gather feedback, and build positive relationships.
  • Supervise product performance metrics and KPIs, using data-driven insights to advise decision-making and optimize product outcomes.

  • Qualifications:

  • Comfortable reading system/architecture diagrams and discussing trade-offs (e.g., synchronous vs. asynchronous execution, state persistence) directly with engineers.
  • Demonstrated success innovating for and together with customers, including management of product-market fit.
  • Excellent communication and collaborator management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment. Be able to present clear and concisely.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into product strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Software Engineering required; equivalent hands-on technical experience (e.g., prior software engineering role) considered in lieu of degree.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated product management experience with a proven track record of defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for platforms, frameworks, or developer experiences.
  • Proven track record building, managing, or architecting a business process management (BPM) or workflow orchestration platform (e.g., Camunda, Pega, IBM BPM, jBPM, Appian).
  • Background in generative AI or agentic AI through education, software development experience, or personal projects.
  • Familiarity with the Mendix platform or low-code development ecosystems.
  • Experience in enterprise software or SaaS product management.
  • Why Us?

    At Siemens Software, flexibility is how we work—hybrid by default, built on trust and autonomy. Together, 30,000 people across more than 200 countries build technology that shapes the real world. Marketing Associate - Netherlands
    Tandem Health – Leiden

    Build something monumental for Healthcare!

    At Tandem Health we’re reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians - is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care.

    We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you!

    As a Marketing Associate at Tandem Health, you will own and drive local marketing execution in the Netherlands. This is one of our most strategically important markets. We acquired Juvoly in January 2026, and we‘re now the Netherlands' largest AI medical scribe, with 1,500+ GP practices (about 35% of Dutch primary care).

    In the Netherlands, Tandem has significant market share and is growing fast in primary care. We are now also building the same standing in the segments where we are still early: hospitals, occupational health, mental health, elderly and long-term care as well as the social domain. This role owns the local marketing that makes that happen. You will lead how Tandem shows up to Dutch healthcare professionals. Your job is to make Tandem a brand that the market knows, understands, and trusts.

    This role suits a marketer who combines strategic judgment with hands-on delivery, works close to the product, sales, and MedOps teams, and values clarity and credibility over noise.

    What you will do

    Local marketing execution and ownership

    • Own and execute the Dutch marketing plan across brand, demand generation, content, events, and launches, with the move to the Tandem brand as the organising thread.

    • Support the ongoing development and evolution of the Tandem brand across relevant marketing channels and customer touchpoints, working closely with the NL leadership and central Marketing teams.

    • Ensure all Dutch-language communication is native, precise, and aligned with Tandem's brand and the NL messaging guide: lead with time saved, use "HIS" with GPs, and keep the tone personal and pragmatic. Keep the warmth Juvoly is known for as the voice moves to Tandem.

    • Act as the primary marketing partner for the Dutch commercial, medical operations, and customer success teams who carry the brand into every customer conversation.

    Campaigns, launches, and market activation

    • Run demand campaigns for the Dutch market, for example around government funding like the Doorbraakmiddelen and our "Tijd voor zorg" (Time to Care) Kit for practices that have not yet adopted our product Use each campaign to build awareness of the Tandem brand, for example by hosting it on the Tandem site, and shift paid media, events, and visibility toward Tandem over time.

    • Support local execution of product launches, brand communications, PR moments, and partnerships, and help ensure customers and prospects receive clear and consistent communication as Tandem evolves.

    • Adapt central narratives and campaigns to the Dutch market with strong local judgment.

    • Own field marketing: conferences such as NedHIS, care group and regional roundtables, and targeted events.

    • Work with sales on outbound and lead follow-up (Attio, Lemlist, Clay), improving speed to lead.

    Proof points and sales enablement

    • Build and maintain a structured inventory of Dutch customer testimonials, quotes, and case studies. Collect quotes, NPS, and feedback from migrated practices, and use them to show customers that moving to Tandem works.

    • Support longer, trust-based sales cycles with relevant assets and proof points.

    • Keep competitive messaging current . The core angle: our product works with any EHR and understands clinical context, beyond transcription. Make sure this message carries across the Juvoly and Tandem brands.

    • Track external legislation that affect our messaging, such as funding schemes on zorgakkoorden.nl, and keep our claims accurate.

    Cross-functional collaboration and insight

    • Work closely with sales, MedOps, product, and customer success in the Netherlands.

    • Collaborate with Marketing, Comms, and Growth teams across Europe, and with Legal, People, and Product, so the Dutch brand stays consistent with the wider Tandem brand and customer commitments.

    • Provide structured market insights and feedback to inform positioning, messaging, EHR integration priorities, and roadmap decisions. Report how customers and prospects react to the rebrand: brand recognition, concerns, and churn signals.

    What you bring

    • Native-level Dutch (written and spoken).

    • Strong professional English (working language).

    • 3 to 5 years experience in B2B marketing, ideally SaaS, health tech, medtech, or other regulated industries (including internships, student projects, or freelance work).

    • Experience in complex stakeholder environments and longer sales cycles.

    • Strong ownership mindset, structure, and attention to detail.

    • Comfort balancing strategy with hands-on execution, including change communication where existing customers need reassurance (a rebrand or migration is a strong plus).

    • Familiarity with Dutch healthcare (huisartsen, care groups, EHR vendors) is a strong plus.

    What we offer

    • Competitive salary, reviewed as you grow, plus stock options

    • 30 days of holiday

    • Paid parental leave

    • €1,000 annual health & wellbeing budget, plus mental-health support whenever you need it

    • A real learning budget and internal growth paths - build your career without leaving Tandem

    • Fully AI native company - let our agents do the grunt work

    • Two company off-sites a year, plus a team budget for the things that bring you closer

    • State of the art office in the heart of Leiden, your choice of IT equipment

    Applying

    We building a team that reflects the world we want to change, and we welcome applicants of every background.

    We adopt a continuous selection process, so please make sure to apply with your CV in English.

    Culture at Tandem

    Head of Sales - Netherlands
    Tandem Health – Leiden

    Build something monumental for Healthcare!

    At Tandem Health we’re reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians - is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care.

    We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you!

    About the Role

    You build and lead The Netherlands' sales engine. You’ll give input into target setting to the director NL, own target fulfillment, hire, coach and manage the sales team in the day to day, and install a selling culture that wins in a relatively greenfield market. This is a player-coach role at an early, fast-moving stage - you’re close enough to the deals to lead by example, and senior enough to build the machine.
    Additionally, you will support on our largest deals, growing into personally developing and owing our largest accounts. Which means you will also carry an individual quota in addition to managing our daily sales operations.

    What you’ll do

    • Own the NL revenue target and the forecast behind it

    • Monitor and steer for rapid pipeline progress, track delivery against forecast, define, own and implement corresponding metrics

    • Hire, coach and develop a team of SDRs, AEs and SAEs

    • Build a repeatable, high-performance sales motion - qualification guidelines, playbooks, enablement rhythm

    • Set and hold the selling culture: point of view, domain mastery, drive

    • Partner across Marketing, MedOps and Partnerships to keep the pipeline healthy end to end

    • Report into the Director NL and help shape the regional GTM strategy

    What you bring

    • 8+ years in B2B sales, including several years building and leading sales teams
    • Experience selling digital medical products / medical SaaS to clinicians initially in the outpatient sector and then in larger hospitals or at hospital chains - e.g. practice-management/EHR systems, DiGAs, scheduling software, AI imaging, telemedicine
    • A track record of scaling both revenue and teams - and the numbers to back it
    • A player-coach mindset that fits an early-stage, hands-on environment
    • The lead-from-the-front selling style described in “How we sell,” and the ability to teach it
    • Native-level Dutch and C1/C2 English

    How we sell (our culture)

    We hire salespeople who lead, not ones who wait for a script:

    • You bring a point of view - you help a clinician see their documentation burden in a new light, instead of listing features.

    • You tailor the message to whoever is across the table: practice owner, chief physician, or administration.

    • You lead the conversation and put the hard topics - including price - on the table early, rather than hoping they don’t come up.

    • You are relentless about results and back what you say with numbers.

    What we offer

    • Competitive salary, reviewed as you grow, plus stock options

    • 30 days of holiday

    • Paid parental leave

    • €1,000 annual health & wellbeing budget, plus mental-health support whenever you need it

    • Fully AI native company - let our agents do the grunt work

    • Two company off-sites a year, plus a team budget for the things that bring you closer

    • State of the art office in the heart of Leiden, & your choice of IT equipment

    At Tandem Health we’re reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians - is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care.

    We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you!

    Every day, physicians across The Netherlands lose hours to documentation instead of patients. Tandem gives that time back - and clinicians actually use it. That’s rare in health tech, and it changes the way you sell: you’re not convincing people they have a problem, you’re showing them a better way to work.

    We’re building the Dutch market properly - a real product with real pull, backed to win, and a sales team being built right now. If you want to contribute something being built for healthcare in the right way, this is the room to be in.

    About Tandem

    Tandem builds AI that gives time back to physicians, therapists and nurses. Our team of clinicians, psychologists and AI engineers builds close to the reality of care - pairing modern technology with medical expertise to cut administrative load and free up time for patients.

    • 200+ people, founded August 2023

    • $160m raised, backed by leading European VCs (EQT, Northzone, Kinnevik) and angels from companies like OpenAI

    • Product already live and in daily clinical use across Europe in +10,000 healthcare organisations (1500 in The Netherlands)

    About the role

    At Tandem Health, we’re building a clinician copilot that gives time back to care teams so clinicians can focus on patients. Tandem works with 50ish care groups in the Netherlands, i.e. regional networks that dozens of GP practices belong to. Many of those practices already use Tandem; most don't yet. Your job: win over the rest, practice by practice. As our European footprint expands, this role can grow into with the scale of the commercial team.

    What you’ll do

    • Own the full cycle: qualify, demo, negotiate, close

    • Run a high throughput of meetings while keeping every conversation consultative, not transactional

    • Present the product to clinicians and decision-makers and translate their documentation pain into a clear reason to act

    • Manage relationships through to a live, happy customer, working closely with your SDR and MedOps

    • Stay engaged in your customer relationships long term, update and upsell them on new developments and features

    • Feed what you hear in the market back to product

    • Represent Tandem at events across the region

    What you bring

    • 1+ years of full-cycle B2B sales, previous experience in field sales, door-to-door prospecting, or territory-based commercial roles.

    • A track record of hitting and beating quota - and you can prove it with concrete numbers

    • The consultative, lead-from-the-front selling style described in “How we sell”

    • Native-level Dutch and C1/C2 English

    Bonus points

    • Experience selling to healthcare professionals (clinics, private practices, care providers) or working in regulated environments.

    • Experience in digital products, SaaS, or technology that improves professional workflows.

    Location & way of working

    Netherlands-based · Hybrid · Fully Leiden-based preferred

    Compensation

    Competitive base + uncapped OTE

    You plan and lead kick-off meetings, quarterly check-ins, and year-end reviews, ensuring that renewals never come as a surprise to either the client or us.

    You identify risks early—such as declining usage, changing stakeholders, or dissatisfaction—and take action before they escalate into churn risks.

    You spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities and pass them on to the appropriate colleagues; you do not handle sales yourself.

    You collaborate with the support and implementation teams to ensure a consistent experience for all clients.

    You recognize recurring patterns in adoption or complaints and share these insights with the product and support teams.

    Who you are:

    You excel at structuring a large, diverse client portfolio, prioritizing based on risk and value rather than who shouts the loudest.

    You are data-driven, using usage metrics and signals to prepare for client conversations.

    You are proficient in both Dutch and English.

    You thrive in a fast-growing environment where processes aren't yet fully defined, and you enjoy helping to build them.

    We are looking for a Project Lead to join our Implementation team in the Netherlands. You will own the successful deployment of Tandem in large organisations, from planning through go-live and adoption.

    This is a hands-on role with real autonomy. You will coordinate clinicians, hospital leadership, IT teams and colleagues across Tandem to make complex deployments happen. You will own the outcome, while having significant freedom in how you get there.

    Because we are scaling quickly, you will also help shape how we implement Tandem. We don't have every process figured out yet, and we want someone who enjoys creating structure, solving problems and making things work better.

    Who you are

    • You are motivated by improving clinical workflows and reducing clinician admin burden.

    • You are structured, proactive and highly accountable. When given a complex objective, you create the plan, figure out what needs to happen and make sure it happens.

    • You are operationally strong and capable of running implementation plans end-to-end, including stakeholder alignment and structured project management.

    • You work well in a fast changing environment and know when a situation calls for judgement rather than a standard approach. You enjoy taking ownership and turning complexity into action.

    • You are analytical enough to break down complex problems, but practical enough to get into the details. You don't just flag problems. You work out what needs to happen next and drive it forward.

    • You likely have 3+ years of experience in a demanding environment such as management consulting, technology, healthcare operations, a start-up or scale-up, or project/programme management.

    You bring:

    • Strong project management and organisational skills

    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication

    • A strong bias towards action and ownership

    • The ability to work independently and structure ambiguous problems

    • Professional fluency in Dutch and English

    Healthcare or hospital experience is a plus, but not required.

    What you will do

    • Own large, mainly hospital, deployments end-to-end, including project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder alignment

    • Coordinate clinicians, hospital leadership, IT and internal teams to keep deployments moving

    • Prepare and support teams through training and go-live, including regular on-site work across the Netherlands

    • Drive adoption after go-live and work with clinical champions to identify and address barriers

    • Proactively identify and resolve issues, bringing the right people together when you need support

    • Work closely with internal specialists such as MedOps and TechOps, who own parts of the implementation that fit their expertise, while you drive the project and remain accountable for the overall outcome

    • Improve our implementation approach by developing better processes, tools and ways of working as we scale

    What you will get

    • Real ownership and autonomy from day one

    • The opportunity to directly shape how AI is adopted in healthcare

    • The change to grow your career while making a meaningful impact on the future of healthcare within a fast-growing European healthtech scale-up

    • Exposure to clinicians, hospital leadership, technology and commercial teams

    • Competitive salary and quarterly bonus

    • Regular team events and an international, high-performing team

    Location

    We believe the best ideas happen when we're together. This is a full-time role based in Leiden, the Netherlands.

    This role involves regular travel across the Netherlands and may include extended on-site periods during go-lives.

    Culture at Tandem

    • Drive adoption within contracted care groups: our agreements may be at group level — you’ll help onboard and activate individual GP practices.

    • Map and manage stakeholders: identify decision makers and influencers within each practice and the care group.

    • Run structured outreach: sequence-based emailing/calling, follow-ups, meeting scheduling, and event support.

    • Support onboarding coordination: ensure practices are prepared for rollout (logistics, training times, identifying champions).

    • Maintain a clean pipeline: keep CRM up to date and report weekly on adoption progress and blockers.

    • Collect feedback from the field: capture common objections, workflow needs, and product insights to share with the team.

    Nice to have

    • Experience selling into Dutch primary care, care groups, or healthtech.

    • Familiarity with EHR workflows in GP settings.

    • Experience supporting rollouts/adoption (not just net-new sales).

    Location

    What you will get

    • The opportunity to grow your career while making a meaningful impact on the future of healthcare within a fast-growing European healthtech scale-up

    • Competitive salary

    • Regular team outings and social events

    • A dog-friendly office

    People Analyst
    Mollie – Amsterdam

    Build with us

    Since 2004, we've had one clear goal: to make payments and money management effortless for every business in Europe. Today, more than 250,000 companies use Mollie to get paid, manage money and grow, with products designed to be simple, scalable, and dependable. With 950+ Mollies across 14+ locations, we care deeply about autonomy and craft. So we work in small teams, with real ownership, and we trust you to make the right decisions. We're building for the long term, so we provide the tools you need, processes you can rely on, and a balanced work environment to help you do work you're proud of. Sound like your kind of place? Let's build together.

    Your impact

    The Planning & Analysis domain empowers the organisation with accurate, granular insights and drives proactive decision making that stays aligned with our growth plans and cost envelope.

    This role is fundamental in connecting long term workforce strategy to daily execution. You will translate hiring, attrition and spend signals into clear guidance for the People & Places (P&P) team, talent acquisition and the business leaders they support.

    You will be the trusted business partner and numbers person for P&P leadership, helping them prioritise where to focus and how to measure success.

    What you'll ship

    • Own how Mollie tracks, measures and forecasts headcount, including the headcount model, hiring plan, attrition and open role view, and the link between headcount and budget.

    • Lead the analytical response to our most important workforce questions, such as sizing hiring needs, stress testing plan assumptions, and building the case for new teams and locations.

    • Build and own models that break headcount and people cost down into their key drivers (hiring pace, attrition, mix, seniority, location), giving P&P and senior leaders the visibility to prioritise and act with confidence.

    • Walk P&P through the trends in people data and the story behind them, including spend and other relevant metrics such as People OPEX, Places costs and vendor spend.

    • Own the people and headcount view end to end in our monthly business reviews and in the annual planning cycle.

    What you'll bring

    • 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, workforce planning or people analytics, ideally within a high growth fintech, tech or payments company. Your academic background is in a quantitative or business field.

    • You are very comfortable using AI tooling in your daily work, and this is a must. You use it to accelerate your output, pressure test your thinking, automate recurring work and remove the grunt work that gets in the way of insight.

    • Strong modelling skills in Google Sheets or Excel, and familiarity with HRIS and data visualisation tools (HiBob, Workday, Omni or similar). You can reason about headcount, attrition, cost per head and hiring funnel metrics without the concepts needing to be explained.

    • Experience with Pigment, our planning tool, or with a comparable planning platform (Anaplan, Adaptive, or similar).

    • You are action oriented by nature. Your analysis does not stop at describing what happened. You formulate a recommendation and stand behind it.

    • You handle sensitive people data with discretion and good judgement.

    Grow your way

    At Mollie, growth is personal. We believe everyone should have the chance to develop their skills, explore new challenges and shape their career on their own terms.

    You'll get regular feedback and performance reviews to support your development, with fair and transparent salary reviews along the way. Many Mollies move into new roles or take on new projects to stretch themselves, and we actively hire from within to help you take the next step.

    No matter if you're aiming for promotion, exploring a different career path or building new skills, you'll be supported with the tools, trust and opportunities to grow your way.

You'll work closely with product teams as they build and enhance offerings like card issuing, bank accounts, instant transactions, and new payment methods, making sure every new product holds up against regulations without adding risk for our customers. You'll also screen new tools and vendors entering the organisation, owning the security angle (think authorization and authentication) while working alongside Compliance on every new product.

    As a senior member of a small team, you'll bring technical depth and help colleagues earlier in their risk careers build theirs too, especially as AI becomes a bigger part of how Mollie operates. • Partner with colleagues to build new or updated products, manage and deploy IT assets and implement risk and security controls while ensuring adherence to relevant regulations (DORA, PSD2, GDPR, AI Act, CRA, NIS2, etc.). Drive efficiencies and adherence to relevant governance and champion them across the organisation,

    • Together with the senior stakeholders of Risk and Compliance set out second line risk priorities and initiatives,

    • Foster a strong risk culture across the entire organisation; support a growing organisation in all relevant areas,

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes in internal/external audits and certifications (PCI-DSS, SOC2, etc.),

    • Translate complex regulations into actionable guidance, championing a risk culture that balances commercial success with compliance.

    What you’ll bring:

    • Experience - 7-10 years of relevant experience

    • Technical comfort - at ease with different technology platforms and can dive into technical documentation and system architectures. Working understanding of engineering, security technologies, culture, tools and best practices.

    • Communication skills - excellent written and verbal abilities to explain risk decisions to both technical and business stakeholders;

    • Can do attitude and creative problem solver - the second line needs to be creative in finding solutions to maintaining security in a growing organization

    • Customer focus - always consider customer impact when making security and risk decisions;

    • Inquisitive approach - ready to experiment, always looking for better ways to solve problems. Curiosity towards new technologies (AI included) is highly appreciated.

    Strong preference for:

    • Payments/fintech experience - understanding of financial or payments-related technical solutions.

    • Certified CISSP or CISM, and/or cloud certification (GCP), network or other relevant security and technical certification

    • Advanced University Degree in Information Technology, or another relevant technological study

    This isn't a siloed accounting role. You'll work hands-on with live, high profile projects, helping shape how new products and integrations are accounted for from the ground up. • Experience managing complex accounts, including revenue, cost of sales, provisions and taxes

    • Strong knowledge of IFRS and Dutch GAAP, along with tax accounting experience including CIT, VAT and WKR

    • Experience with month end and year end close processes

    • Comfortable presenting financial information to senior stakeholders and handling pushback

    • Able to work independently and take ownership, almost like running your own mini function
