Project Manager, Gaming Localization Production
LILT (Production) – Remote

Remote

About the Role

We're looking for a Project Manager to own the day-to-day delivery of a large-scale localization program for a multinational gaming publisher. This customer ships localized content across dozens of titles, platforms and languages, and the program spans in-game text, marketing and UA content, cinematics and trailers, and supporting print and digital collateral.

You'll act as a key operational point of contact for the account, coordinating linguists, DTP and video specialists, and internal stakeholders to hit release-critical deadlines. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who has managed localization programs for a game publisher before and is comfortable owning complex, multi-workstream schedules under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of localization projects for the account, from initial quoting and scoping through scheduling, resourcing and budget tracking, to final delivery and invoicing, across multiple concurrent titles and languages.

  • Manage transcreation and marketing localization workstreams, ensuring tone, intent and cultural nuance are preserved for user acquisition, marketing and in-game copy.

  • Coordinate subtitling, voiceover (AI and human) and video localization for trailers, cinematics and other video assets, including timing, rendering, editing and final QC of localized video files.

  • Oversee desktop publishing (DTP) workflows for localized packaging, manuals and marketing collateral, working with DTP specialists to maintain layout fidelity across languages.

  • Run thorough linguistic and mechanical/functional QC on every project, tracking issues to resolution and feeding recurring themes back into style guides, glossaries and linguist onboarding.

  • Act as the day-to-day customer contact for delivery matters, managing a smooth workflow from quoting through local market review to completion, surfacing risks early and running status/retrospective calls.

  • Manage high-volume, high-stakes workstreams within the account, building strong customer relationships and driving overall customer satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain project schedules and resourcing plans across Workfront, Google sheets, and JIRA.

  • Manage content intake, review cycles and publishing workflows in coordination with the customer's content and web teams.

  • Use LILT-proprietary AI localization tools and build/maintain customer-specific translation memories and termbases to maintain consistency and leverage across projects.

  • Support vendor management, including onboarding and evaluating linguists and other specialist vendors for the account.

  • Support other project managers on the account, sharing best practice on production workflows and quality standards.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience as a project manager in the localization industry, with direct experience delivering programs for a game publisher or games customer.

  • Hands-on experience managing transcreation, subtitling, DTP, video rendering/editing and linguistic/mechanical QC workflows concurrently across multiple languages.

  • Strong working knowledge of AEM, Workfront and Jira (or directly comparable content, work-management and issue-tracking tools).

  • Practical experience with AI localization tools and translation memory / terminology management.

  • Confident user of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for reporting, tracking and customer-facing documentation.

  • Experience managing high-volume, high-stakes customer accounts, with excellent stakeholder management across internal teams, linguists and customer contacts.

  • Comfort with budget tracking and vendor/linguist management as part of day-to-day delivery.

  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple concurrent, deadline-driven workstreams.

  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication in English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with additional localization or workflow platforms beyond those listed above.

  • Familiarity with quality frameworks such as ISO 17100 or ISO 9001.

  • Experience working with global, multi-time-zone teams.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to work on high-profile, high-visibility programs for a global brand.

  • A remote-first, collaborative team culture spanning EMEA and beyond.

  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI-powered localization technology.

AI Platform Engineer
ITQ – Beverwijk, Noord-Holland, Netherlands

Build the AI environments that organizations can actually use

Many AI roles stop at a model, an experiment, or a demo. At ITQ, the work actually begins after that. We build the environments in which AI can run securely, scalably, and manageably. Not isolated proof-of-concepts, but mature AI platforms for organizations that take their data, security, and continuity seriously. Think of environments for LLMs, model training, inference, and governance, designed for production.

Organization

At ITQ, we’re building an AI capability that’s growing rapidly and becoming increasingly sophisticated. We combine technologies like OpenShift AI, SUSE AI, and VMware Private AI Services into a single Private AI approach, with a focus on sovereignty, governance, and operational control.

You’re joining at a time when AI is still in full flux, so you’ll not only be contributing but also helping to shape how we move forward—in terms of content, technology, and as a team.

The Role

As an AI Platform Engineer, you’ll work on the technical foundation for serious AI applications. You won’t be working on a single model, use case, or internal product. Instead, you’ll build diverse AI environments across multiple sectors, each with unique requirements for security, compliance, scalability, and governance. You’ll ensure that AI doesn’t remain stuck at the idea stage but is implemented in environments ready for real-world use.

You design, build, and manage infrastructure for AI and machine learning workloads. You work on Kubernetes-based environments for training, deployment, runtime, and operations. In doing so, you use tools such as Kubeflow, MLflow, and ClearML, and work with platforms such as OpenShift AI, SUSE AI, and VMware Private AI Services.

You’ll work for clients in sectors including government, healthcare, telecom, transportation, and financial services. Sometimes you’ll build a new AI environment from the ground up. Sometimes you’ll improve an existing landscape. Sometimes you’ll ensure that AI tools can be used safely and in a controlled manner within the boundaries of a complex organization. The core remains the same: you make AI workable in production.

Examples of projects you can actually build:

  • For a leading satellite manufacturer in Belgium, we designed and implemented an enterprise Kubernetes platform on vSphere, built on the CNCF open-source stack as a governed foundation for GPU-accelerated AI and ML workloads. Using tools such as Harbor, FluxCD, OPA Gatekeeper, NVIDIA GPU Operator, and NVIDIA AI Enterprise, we made training and inference pipelines production-ready.

  • For a national public transportation organization, we built a sovereign AI platform on internal Kubernetes, featuring an Agent and MCP Gateway, JWT and CEL-based RBAC, an MCP Registry, and a custom governance UI. This allowed engineers to work with approved AI tools without taking data outside the organization.

What do you bring to the table?

You have a strong interest in AI and want to help build the environments where AI can actually be used. Perhaps you come from a background in platform engineering, Kubernetes, or cloud-native infrastructure and want to shift your focus more toward AI. Or maybe you already have experience with AI platforms or MLOps. It’s important that you have a solid grasp of the technical fundamentals:

  • Kubernetes and container orchestration, including deployment, troubleshooting, and day-2 operations

  • Linux and cloud-native fundamentals such as networking, storage, and security

  • An IaC mindset, with experience in Ansible, Terraform, and GitOps tooling

  • A genuine curiosity about how models are served, scaled, and monitored

  • The ability to work independently in client environments while contributing to a growing AI practice

Knowledge of ML or MLOps, experience with model training and fine-tuning, and experience with RAG, LLM serving, agentic frameworks, or GPU infrastructure are a plus.

What you’ll get

You’ll join a growing team where AI is truly a strategic focus. You’ll work on concrete AI projects across multiple sectors and have ample opportunity to develop your expertise.

You can count on a robust onboarding program, challenging projects, access to the AI Lab, a Claude subscription, opportunities for certification and professional development, a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a hybrid work model based on ITQ.

Ready for What’s Next?

Do you want to build AI environments that not only sound smart, but are also truly usable, secure, and scalable?

Then we’d love to get to know you. And let’s show you what’s already up and running, what we’re building now, and where you’ll fit in.

Talent Acquisition Partner
Channable – Utrecht, Utrecht, Netherlands

About the role

We are looking for a true hiring partner for our operations and commercial teams. Culture is critical for our success and you will help shape it. Do you enjoy building strong partnerships by advising and guiding hiring managers and candidates across multiple markets? If so, this is a role for you!

In this role, you’ll manage the full hiring cycle for your own designated departments, where you have a lot of ownership to evolve their hiring engine. You will hire across our main office in Utrecht as well as our offices in the US, Denmark & Berlin. That means you will navigate between different business needs, hiring cultures and candidate expectations, while providing a great experience for everyone involved.

Our People Team consists of 3 sub-departments; Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience and HR. Over the years we built a strong foundation, so you will not start from scratch. This role is for someone who can easily step into existing processes but also proactively challenges what can be improved.

If you love hiring and want to grow in a team where your voice matters, we’d love to hear from you.

What you will do

  • Own the full hiring journey for Operations, Support, Customer Success, Marketing and Sales roles.

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor on hiring decisions, not just coordinating.

  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners to ensure a smooth, connected candidate experience.

  • Follow established hiring processes, while proactively identifying opportunities to improve them.

  • Manage your workload with transparency, by setting realistic timelines, communicate clearly on priorities and push back when you need to protect quality.

  • Track and analyse your recruitment metrics to spot patterns and improvements, and contribute to the team's reporting efforts.

  • Contribute to ongoing improvements on how we hire, in our candidate experience, process efficiency and use of AI & automation.

  • Work on employer branding strategy and initiatives.

About you

You take pride in the quality of your work and care deeply about the candidate experience. You are structured enough to follow the process but also know when to be flexible. Speed matters to you but not at the expense of quality.

You work well in a team, and bring energy and enthusiasm to your work. You share what you learn, ask for feedback and show curiosity about the industry and how tools and AI can raise the bar.

You know that hiring is not just about matching a CV, but also about having a strong understanding of the business, team dynamics and finding the best fit.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-5 years recruiting experience (preferably in-house), ideally in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

  • Proven track record in hiring across commercial and operations functions.

  • Experience in hiring across multiple countries or markets.

  • Strong stakeholder advisory skills; you can challenge hiring managers while keeping a good relationship.

  • Confident in using ATS tools (we use Recruitee), and LinkedIn.

  • Proactive in problem-solving; you see blockers early and propose solutions rather than waiting for others to tell you.

  • Able to prioritise when everything feels urgent.

  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.

  • Based in the Netherlands, and available at least 4 days / 32 hours per week.

  • You have a valid work permit for the Netherlands or EU citizenship.

  • You are able to work at least 2 days a week from our Utrecht office.

Who are we?

Being part of our team means working with diverse and fun people who trust and help you along the way. Channable was founded 10 years ago in the heart of Utrecht. We are now a strong team of +250 diverse individuals, more than +40 nationalities, and a brand new and vibrant HQ in Utrecht, serving customers all over the globe. • Funding & Investor Relations team: develop a compelling, forward-looking equity story that reflects both current performance and long-term potential. You will serve as the primary spokesperson for Fastned's financial health, leading earnings calls and maintaining strong relationships with analysts, shareholders, and investors.

  • Business & Financial Control team: partner with Country- and Functional Directors to evaluate the business cases for new markets, charging stations, joint ventures, and other expansion initiatives, ensuring rigorous financial discipline and cost efficiency underpin every growth decision.

  • Risk & Audit team: build structures that protect against financial fraud and operational risk. Represent the Management Board in Audit Committee meetings and actively drive the embedment and maintenance of internal controls as an integral part of all organisational activities.

  • Tax team: meet tax compliance and the maintenance of a tax control framework across all countries, covering corporate income tax, transfer pricing, and VAT.

  • Serve as the executive owner of Fastned's sustainability strategy, ensuring it is credible, auditable, and aligned with both regulatory requirements, the company's long-term mission and B Corp obligations.

  • Management Board Member: Serve as a full member of the Management Board, carrying statutory responsibility for Fastned's financial governance, risk management, and sustainability reporting, and knowing when to accelerate growth and when to apply disciplined challenges.

Who we are looking for

  • A financial leader (RA, CPA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) with proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leadership role in a listed scale-up or high-growth environment, preferably in infrastructure, energy, mobility, or another capital-intensive sector.

  • Ability to articulate a long-term financial vision and translate it into clear near-term actions.

  • Bring a healthy appetite for risk combined with rigorous financial discipline: knowing when to accelerate and when to challenge.

  • Affinity with Fastned's mission: a genuine belief in the energy transition.

Chief Commercial Officer
Fastned – Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands

Fastned is on a mission to accelerate the transition to electric mobility. Since 2012, we have been building and operating a rapidly growing network of iconic fast-charging stations across Europe, powered entirely by solar and wind energy. We operate over 400 stations across nine countries, with an ambitious goal of reaching 1,000 stations by 2030.

We are not building infrastructure for its own sake. Every station we open is a tangible step in the transition away from fossil fuels, and a bet that the commercial case for clean energy is as strong as the moral one.

Fastned has spent nearly 15 years building something that did not exist before: a premium, pan-European fast-charging network, built on green energy, with a brand that stands for "accelerating the transition to e-mobility."

The network is scaling. What this moment demands is commercial leadership to turn that network into a durable, high-performing business. We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to join our Management Board and own that challenge.

The Role

The CCO is responsible for Fastned's commercial performance across Europe. That means owning the full commercial logic of the business: where we position the network, what we charge for it, how we further build our brand, what propositions we take to fleet operators and business customers, and what policy environment we need to grow. These are not separate functions to be managed in parallel. They are interconnected commercial decisions, and the CCO is the executive who holds that logic together.

The commercial organisation comprises four domains, each led by a Director: Network Development, Growth, Marketing & Communications, and Public Affairs. These are strong, experienced leaders running capable teams, collectively over 100 people. The CCO sets the strategic direction that makes each domain more effective, and creates the cross-functional alignment that turns individual domain performance into commercial momentum.

The overriding commercial objective is clear: €1 million revenue per station by 2030, achieved by becoming the leading charging brand across all markets - the #1 choice for both B2B and B2C customers - through the right locations, fleet deals, and strong brand presence.

What We Are Looking For

  • You are an executive with a track record of building and scaling commercial organisations across multiple European markets in a listed scale-up or high-growth environment.

  • You have led at the top level, built propositions that win, closed deals that matter, and created the structures and cultures that sustain commercial performance over time.

  • You are a genuine people leader who inspires, challenges, and develops the people around you.

  • We are open to candidates from a wide range of industries. The EV and energy sectors are evolving fast, and we believe the sharpest commercial thinking can come from outside as much as from within. What matters is that commercial leadership is your core competency, that you have operated at scale, and that you bring the kind of outside perspective that raises ambition.

  • You connect strategy to execution - not by controlling the details, but by creating the clarity and accountability that allows a strong organisation to move decisively. You build followership across functions, across markets, and externally with customers, partners, institutional investors, and public affairs stakeholders.

  • You are as comfortable in the boardroom as you are in the market.

  • You have a genuine affinity with Fastned's mission and a belief in the energy transition.

Join us in building a better future!

Fastned is a company with a mission that matters and a team that is genuinely building something new. As CCO, you will join the Management Board of a listed European scale-up at one of the most exciting inflection points in its history.

Our benefits include:

  • A seat on Fastned's Management Board with real mandate and strategic ownership.

  • Based in one of our offices in Amsterdam (HQ), Brussels, Gent, or Köln, with regular travel across our European markets.

  • For the base salary we follow our Management Board Remuneration Policy. Within the defined salary scope of this policy, we offer a base salary of €160K–€213K for this position.

  • Stock option plan - we believe in shared value creation.

  • Attractive pension plan, fully covered by Fastned.

  • Company bonus plan.

  • 29 holidays. Additionally, we give you 2 "Mission Days" to contribute to Fastned's mission or support a cause that matters to you.

  • Fully electric company car.

  • Yearly training budget of €3,000.

  • Access to the mental health platform Nilo Health, including 10 sessions with a psychologist of your choice.

  • Urban Sports Club subscription.

  • Additional parental benefits above the legal minimum, including coaching via Foundtree.

  • Access to the Women's Health platform Flouria.

  • Daily lunches, snacks, and drinks at our office locations.

  • Company events year-round, including an exciting yearly trip abroad with all employees.

Senior Project Development Manager
Fastned – Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands

Join Fastned at the forefront of Europe’s electric vehicle and charging infrastructure revolution! We are building a network of 1,000 fast-charging stations across Europe, and we are looking for a Senior Project Development Manager to help us get there. Together with 400+ colleagues from over 40 nationalities, spread across 10 countries, we drive change in the energy transition. What sets us apart is our focus on reliability, sustainability and the energy transition. We have been awarded “Best Charging Network” in the UK, France, Switzerland and the Netherlands, further establishing Fastned as a leading player in the field. This is your opportunity to make a lasting impact!

The role

Fastned’s Network Development team finds and secures locations, develops bids and proposals to tenders and supports the growth of our European charging network. As the team and markets grow, we need to continuously improve the way we work across Network Development. The Projects & Excellence team helps Network Development deliver this growth efficiently and effectively across markets.

You will join the Projects & Excellence team within Network Development as a Sr Project Development Manager. Your focus will be the “excellence” part of the team, centered around building practical solutions that enable Network Development to improve, scale and deliver more effectively. You will lead complex, cross-functional projects from initial problem definition through to implementation. These projects may involve  improving processes, collaboration, tools, ways of working, or decision-making across Network Development.

What you’ll be doing

What makes this role distinctive is its end-to-end strategic scope: you will anticipate the challenges of scaling Fastned’s network, identify and frame the most important opportunities, develop practical solutions based on that, and lead them through implementation and adoption, rather than handing off strategy, design or change execution to others.

Project Management and delivery

  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects which improve quality, efficiency and governance of the work of Network Development and Tender Management.

  • Take projects from initial problem definition and discovery through to solution design, testing, rollout and follow-up.

  • Create clear project plans, milestones, decision points and ownership

  • Work constructively with stakeholders at all levels, create alignment around a shared goal and guide them through the change.

  • Lead the analytical framing of complex bottleneck, growth challenges or efficiency blockers, using data and stakeholder input to assess options, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, and translate the findings into actionable recommendations and decisions aligned with Fastned’s strategy and Network Development priorities.

Building scalable solutions through process and continuous improvement

  • Challenge our current processes like our tender or site validation process and identify bottlenecks, duplication, unclear handovers and avoidable manual work.

  • Design practical improvements, such as new workflows, templates, playbooks, decision frameworks or guidelines.

  • Build a habit of continuous improvement across Network Development, rather than treating each project as a one-off exercise.

Additionally, you will also support more junior colleagues in their projects and share your experience, while remaining an individual contributor without formal people-management responsibilities.

You will report to the Projects & Excellence Lead in the Network Development and collaborate closely with colleagues across Fastned. The role offers a lot of autonomy and also requires the confidence to ask questions, make decisions and create clarity where there is not yet a defined playbook.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for someone who combines structured project management with a practical improvement mindset and who enjoys working in our small and highly collaborative Projects & Excellence team.

Your track record

  • 6+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects from problem definition through to hands-on implementation.

  • Proven experience in excellence topics like improving business processes, ways of working or operating models.

  • You know how to translate an unclear problem into a structured approach, involving the right stakeholders and delivering a practical solution.

  • As we are in a scale-up phase, you are comfortable working in an environment where priorities change and the answer is not always known from the start.

  • You are comfortable working with data and your analytical understanding helps you to read data, identify patterns, assess options and turn data into decisions.

  • Your commercial and strategical thinking helps you to understand the effects that your decisions have on the wider business.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Open for regular travel within Europe to support the business locally when needed.

Senior Finance Project Manager
Fastned – Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands

Fastned exists because twelve years ago, driving an electric car across Europe meant planning your route around whether you would make it. We have spent since 2012 building the answer: a fast-charging network you can actually rely on, running entirely on solar and wind. More than 400 stations across nine countries now, on our way to 1,000 by 2030. Every one of them is a bet that clean energy wins on the commercial case as well as the moral one, and so far the bet is paying off. Building that network takes more than construction. It takes the teams behind it, and those teams are being built right now, which means you would have a hand in deciding how the work gets done rather than stepping into something already settled.

Charging stations do not get built without someone financing them. As Senior Finance Project Manager you will lead the projects that pay for Fastned's growth, starting with a structured finance and bank financing re-tender in the Netherlands that reaches into construction, network development, public affairs and every corner of Finance. You will run the steering committee, bring the right people into the room, and keep something this size moving. This is a role for someone who is energised rather than daunted by that, and who would rather make complex work happen than be the specialist inside it.

The role

We are looking for a Finance Project Manager to lead and coordinate large, strategically important projects with a significant financial impact on Fastned.

This is a cross-functional role at the heart of the Finance domain. You will work across several finance disciplines and collaborate closely with stakeholders throughout the business. Examples of projects include bank financing, M&A execution, treasury management systems, strategic financing initiatives, and other complex projects requiring strong financial analysis, coordination and execution.

You will bring structure to complex topics, connect the right experts, and ensure that projects progress from analysis and decision-making through to implementation. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and offers broad exposure to Fastned’s business, financing strategy and growth ambitions.

What you will do

  • Lead and coordinate large finance projects involving multiple disciplines, stakeholders and workstreams.

  • Manage projects from initial scoping and analysis through to execution and completion.

  • Coordinate contributions from teams such as funding and treasury, investor relations, financial planning and analysis, controlling, accounting, tax, and legal where relevant.

  • Prepare high-quality financial analyses, business cases, models and decision materials for senior management and other stakeholders.

  • Assess the financial impact, risks, opportunities and dependencies associated with strategic projects.

  • Translate complex financial and business topics into clear recommendations and actionable plans.

  • Establish project governance, timelines, milestones, decision points and reporting.

  • Identify issues early, manage dependencies and ensure timely escalation when required.

  • Support bank financing projects, including financial analysis, preparation of financing materials, lender coordination, negotiations and execution.

  • Support M&A execution, including financial analysis, due diligence, transaction planning and post-completion activities.

  • Contribute to strategic financing and capital allocation projects.

  • Work with internal and external advisors, lenders, investors and other counterparties when required.

  • Help improve the way Fastned manages cross-functional finance projects and embeds learnings into recurring processes.

What you bring

  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience in finance, investment banking, transaction services, corporate finance, consulting, project management or a comparable field.

  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and assess the financial implications of strategic decisions.

  • Experience with bank financing, M&A transactions, due diligence or other high-impact corporate finance initiatives.

  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.

  • The ability to work independently, create structure in ambiguous situations and drive projects forward.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders.

  • A pragmatic and hands-on approach, combined with sound judgement and attention to detail.

  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.

  • A relevant university degree in finance, economics, business administration, engineering or a related discipline.

  • Professional fluency in English. Additional European languages are a plus.

Your working style

You are comfortable operating in a fast-growing and changing environment. You naturally bring clarity to complex situations and are able to connect strategic objectives with practical execution. You take ownership, communicate proactively and build trust across teams.

You are not limited by organisational boundaries. Instead, you enjoy working with different finance disciplines and business functions to deliver outcomes that matter. You combine intellectual curiosity with a strong sense of responsibility and are motivated by Fastned’s mission to accelerate the transition to electric mobility.

Join us in building a better future!

We work hard to change the world, but we don't forget to recognise & celebrate our successes, big and small. We put a focus on work-life balance, provide you with genuine work flexibility and have family-friendly policies in place.

Our benefits include:

  • Stock option plan - we believe in shared value creation.

  • Attractive Pension plan fully covered by Fastned.

  • Company bonus plan.

  • 29 holidays. Additionally, we give you 2 ‘Mission Days’ you can use to contribute to Fastned’s mission or to support a cause that is important to you.

  • Fully electric company car.

  • Yearly training budget of € 3000.

  • Access to the mental health platform Nilo Health including 10 sessions with psychologists of your choice.

  • Urban Sports Club Subscription.

  • Additional parental benefits above legal minimum, including coaching via Foundtree.

  • Accessibility to Women's Health platform Flouria.

  • Daily lunches, snacks & drinks are provided at our office locations

  • Company events year-round, including an exciting yearly trip abroad with all employees.

Product Manager Digital Commerce
S4D – Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands

About S4D and the Digital Commerce Team

We build the technology behind quick-service restaurants across Europe and beyond. Our platform connects point of sale, kitchen display systems, e-commerce, self-service kiosks, delivery management and aggregator integrations into one ecosystem, so every order flows smoothly from menu browsing to doorstep delivery.

Data drives our direction and technology is what our essence is. We want to innovate and build the best Digital Commerce ecosystem out there for the QSR industry. Therefore, DC is one of our core strategic pillars and we’re investing heavily in a new platform with state-of-the-art technology that is future-, and with that, AI-ready.

You think AI is taking over jobs? Nope - we believe it’s accelerating opportunities instead, allowing to solve problems smarter and faster and therefore we’re at the forefront of AI with Agentic Agile at the core of this role.

What you’ll do in short, beyond the standard Product Manager role

  • Help shape the CPTO's Strategy & Vision and turn it into the DC roadmap, backlog and sprints, from 2 weeks to 18 months.

  • Act as a growth partner for our customers. Monitor their day-to-day data and help their marketing and digital teams get more out of their DC setup, from conversion to loyalty.

  • Get your hands dirty with prototyping. Use vibe-coding to visualize your ideas, and get feedback from customers before a single ticket is created.

  • Know our customers better than they know themselves. Take their feedback and turn it into product-led ideas that solve problems they didn't know they had:

  • Keep improving the way product, tech, and data work together.

Moreover

  • You own the vision and strategy for the Digital Commerce platform, together with the CPTO. You share it clearly, so everyone knows where DC is heading and why.

  • You find problems, friction points and unmet needs using data, research and direct feedback. You keep an eye on market trends, competitors and new tech, AI included, to improve how guests discover, engage with and order through our platform.

  • You work closely with Operations to understand what really matters to our customers. You turn their needs into requests that fit the product strategy, and you're confident saying no when something doesn't fit the product-led roadmap.

  • You turn fuzzy problems into clear hypotheses, prototypes and scoped initiatives. Then you take them all the way from early discovery through build, launch and iteration.

  • You team up with Engineering, Design, Data and the other PMs to build and ship new DC initiatives. You get everyone aligned on priorities, handle dependencies across teams and keep delivery on track.

  • You build a strong relationship with Design and bring a good eye for it, so our guest experiences stay simple, coherent and distinctive.

  • You translate customer, business and technical input into clear, well-structured tickets that engineers can pick up and deliver without guesswork.

  • You own and prioritise the DC backlog based on strategy, OKRs, customer needs and discovery findings. You work with the DC Team Lead on feasibility, sequencing and trade-offs, while keeping the customer and business outcome front and centre.

  • You define the DC metrics that matter and track them across key customers to see how the platform performs as a whole. You design and run A/B tests that improve the product and give us insights to help customers get more out of their DC setup.

What you bring

  • 3+ years experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on digital e-commerce products

  • A solid feel for dashboards, analytics, reporting, and data products.

    • Google Analytics skills

    • cart conversion, checkout conversion, payment success, AOV & UPT, ec.

  • The ability to translate messy input into clear direction.

  • Confidence working with both technical and non-technical counterparts.

  • A hands-on mindset and a bias for getting things done.

  • Enough structure to keep things moving, and enough flexibility to adapt when needed.

  • Knowing AI beyond simple prompts

  • Knowing the difference between Product Vision and shipping features

  • Clear communication and presentation skills at all levels, from customers to leadership

  • Understand the UX & UI team and be able to apply synergy and improve designs

Hybrid Work Culture

We believe face-to-face collaboration is essential for great teamwork and problem solving. That's why we're looking for a colleague who is happy to join the team at our Amsterdam Zuidas office 2-3 days a week.

AI-native product management
We believe AI will fundamentally change how product, engineering and infrastructure teams discover new opportunities. Also in how we make decisions and deliver value to our customers in an advanced, smart and high-paced environment. AI is in our daily workflows and we are transitioning towards Agentic Agile. You will be one of the Product Managers contributing to this transformation.

Why this role rocks

You’ll have a real impact on how the product team works every day, and on how customers experience the product through data. If you enjoy being the person who makes things click behind the scenes and makes insights visible on the front end, this is your kind of role.

Internal Auditor - Data Security & AI
bunq – Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands

Ready to Get Shit Done?

At bunq, we're building a bank that lives in the cloud, handles billions of transactions, and now integrates AI into our operations—all while keeping our user's data and trust intact. To operate at this scale and speed without compromising security, we need an Internal Auditor focused on Data Security & AI to audit our security controls, validate our AI governance, and ensure every system we build is resilient and trustworthy.

As an Internal Auditor – Data Security & AI, your mission is to strengthen bunq's security and AI governance posture by auditing data protection controls, assessing AI model risks, identifying vulnerabilities before attackers do, and ensuring our security practices evolve as fast as our technology.

Take Ownership

As an Internal Auditor - Data Security & AI, you'll own:

  • Audit security controls across infrastructure, applications, and operations, assessing access controls, encryption, monitoring, incident response, and third-party security effectiveness.

  • Build an AI governance audit program that evaluates model development, bias testing, monitoring, transparency, and regulatory alignment (AI Act, NIS2).

  • Identify and prioritize security and AI risks, conducting vulnerability assessments, pen test reviews, and model audits to surface gaps before they're exploitable.

What You'll Work on Right Away

  1. Security Control Assessment: Audit bunq's critical security infrastructure (cloud environment, API security, data encryption, access management) and validate the effectiveness of controls; deliver a risk-prioritized remediation roadmap.

  2. AI Model Governance Program: Design and execute bunq's first AI audit program, evaluating model development practices, data quality controls, bias testing, monitoring, and transparency, identifying governance gaps and building a scalable AI audit framework.

  3. Data Protection & Privacy Audit: Conduct a comprehensive audit of bunq's data handling practices across all systems, assessing compliance with GDPR, data minimization principles, and data retention policies.

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • Security audit expertise: Hands-on experience auditing cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), application security, or operational security in fintech/high-security environments.

  • AI governance basics: Familiarity with AI risk frameworks (NIST AI RMF), model risk management, or ML/AI system audits (emerging expertise is fine if you're ready to grow).

  • Technical understanding: You grasp encryption, APIs, cloud architecture, and data flows well enough to ask smart audit questions.

  • Risk prioritization: You design efficient audits, gather evidence, and present findings with impact—not just checklists.

  • Fluency in English (ideally multilingual for our multi-market operations).

Curious to see how we make life easy? - try the bunq app, it only takes 5 minutes to sign up.

    Robotics Software Engineer (3D Bin-Packing & Optimization)
    Mujin – Best, Netherlands

Are you ready to shape the future of industrial robotic systems?    Mujin is transforming how industrial robots perceive, plan, and execute work by bringing real-time intelligence to the factory floor through MujinOS, our hardware-agnostic, software-defined automation platform.  We are seeking a talented Robotics Software Engineer (3D Bin-Packing & Optimization) to join our European engineering team and contribute to next-generation logistics automation solutions. In this role, you will develop advanced spatial and packing algorithms that feed directly into MujinOS-powered robotic systems — enabling optimal container and bin utilization, smarter loading/unloading, and efficient warehouse workflows.    Position: Robotics Software Engineer (3D Bin-Packing & Optimization)
    Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement robust algorithms for 3D bin packing, container/trailer loading, and space optimization — ensuring maximal utilization and compliance with physical and operational constraints.
  • Work with spatial reasoning, 3D geometry, collision detection, and geometric data structures (e.g., for crates, pallets, container interiors).
  • Integrate packing logic with MujinOS’s real-time motion planning and digital-twin workflows to feed downstream robotic behavior.
  • Collaborate with robotics, perception, and systems teams to ensure that packing algorithms align with robot kinematics, motion planning, and real-world operational constraints (weight, stacking rules, fragile items, rotation limits, etc.).
  • Profile, test, and optimize algorithms for high performance and scalability — able to run in real time or near-real time in high-throughput logistics environments.
  • Work closely with operations, product management, and customers to translate ambiguous or variable real-world constraints into robust, production-ready technical solutions

  • Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and C++.
  • Deep understanding of algorithms, computational geometry, spatial data structures, bin/packing / space-optimization problems, or operations research.
  • Familiarity with optimization frameworks or ability to design custom heuristics/solvers (heuristics, meta-heuristics, constraint or combinatorial optimization).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to convert ambiguous real-world constraints (logistics/trucking/warehouse rules) into concrete, maintainable software.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset; comfortable working in cross-functional teams combining software, robotics, operations, and product stakeholders.
  • Exposure mixed-SKU palletizing, container loading/unloading, or dynamic storage/packing systems.
  • Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written).

  • Nice to Have
  • Experience in logistics, warehouse automation, robotics, or supply chainsystems.
  • Familiarity with robotic control pipelines, motion-planning frameworks, or integration of algorithms into autonomous systems.
  • Experience with 3D visualization tools or frameworks (for simulation or debugging).

  • Recruitment Process
  • Coding Assessment
An online technical assessment including a short quiz and coding exercises focused on problem-solving, C++/Python fundamentals, and basic linear algebra.

    Senior Manager, European Enterprise Marketing
Funded.club – Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands

We are looking for a strategic, commercially-minded Senior Marketing Manager to lead Instacart Enterprise's go-to-market efforts across the UK and Europe. This is a foundational, full-funnel role — spanning brand, demand generation, sales enablement, partnerships, and events — that requires someone who can set strategy and execute it. You will be the primary marketing point of contact for our European commercial organization, working in close coordination with US-based BD, product marketing, growth marketing, PR, and partnerships teams. The role reports into the US. This is a remote position based in the Netherlands. You MUST be based in the Netherlands

    About the Team

Instacart Enterprise provides grocery retailers with the technology they need to operate and grow modern retail experiences — online and in store. Our products include Storefront Pro (e-commerce), Caper (AI-powered smart carts), FoodStorm (order management), and Fulfilment Pro (last-mile and fulfilment operations). We are at an early and consequential stage of our European expansion, with anchor deployments underway and a growing pipeline across the UK, France, Spain, Italy and Germany.

    About the Role

    • Own the European marketing strategy end-to-end: set the approach, manage the roadmap, and report on performance against commercial objectives including pipeline contribution and deal support
    • Deeply understand the European grocery technology landscape — including the competitive set, retailer buying dynamics, and the market-by-market nuances that shape how decisions get made
    • Adapt and maintain localized brand and product narratives, as well as sales enablement assets, for priority markets (UK, FR, ES, DE) that will resonate with our target audience.
    • Coordinate with the growth marketing team and local agencies to plan and execute full-funnel digital campaigns, including paid search, LinkedIn, programmatic, and trade media placements.
    • Oversee EU website localization and optimization efforts to ensure Instacart Enterprise has a credible, locally relevant digital presence
    • Develop a thought leadership and content marketing strategy in collaboration with PR that provide Instacart with independent, data-led credibility in European markets
    • Work with the partnerships team to develop co-marketing materials and joint GTM programs with referral partners including consulting firms, complementary technology companies, and trade associations
    • Manage on-the-ground event logistics and stakeholder coordination for European trade shows and proprietary/partner events, working with the central events team and local vendors to ensure seamless execution

    About You

    • 8–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing at a SaaS or enterprise technology company, with meaningful experience owning marketing in a specific geography or international market
    • Proven track record of introducing technology into new or nascent markets — building brand awareness, establishing credibility, and generating pipeline where little existed before
    • Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and how marketing supports multi-quarter enterprise deals
    • Experience with partner marketing strategies, including co-marketing and channel sales
    • Proven ability to develop market-specific positioning and messaging that adapts a global platform narrative for local buyer needs and language
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize complex products into compelling narratives and crisp sales tools
    • Highly organized with strong project management skills — comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams across internal teams and external vendors
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across time zones and functions, and to influence stakeholders without direct authority
    • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with a high degree of ambiguity and a bias for action

Experience of any of the following would be a PLUS:

    • Experience marketing enterprise technology to grocery or food retail audiences
    • Familiarity with the European grocery retail landscape
    • Fluency in one or more European languages (a plus, not a requirement)
    • Experience in a high-growth or expansion-stage company

    Financial Data Sales Associate, EMEA
Databento – Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands

The financial industry is growing at a record pace, but our data providers are still stuck in the past — with cumbersome onboarding processes, complicated APIs, slow infrastructure, and expensive licensing costs.

Databento is the market data platform for modern finance. The company provides real-time and historical data across futures, options, and equities through a unified API. By owning the entire market data stack end-to-end, Databento is the first platform of its kind to combine the performance and reliability demanded by the world's leading trading firms with a dramatically simpler developer experience. Our team includes alumni of Two Sigma, Citadel Securities, Flow Traders, Tower Research, PDT Partners, SIG, and other top quantitative firms.

We accommodate 100% remote work, with teammates living around the globe and paid in their local currency.

    Responsibilities

As a Financial Data Sales Associate based in the EMEA region, you will oversee the full scope of sales at Databento. This includes the following:

    • Own the technical sales process, from answering technical customer inquiries and providing data samples to solving data-related issues that our customers raise.
    • Create common examples and use-cases with market data, with examples in Python, C++, and/or Rust.
    • Gather customer feedback, testimonials, case studies, and more.
    • Establish and maintain accurate, timely, and documented forecasting and record-keeping procedures, keeping our CRM up-to-date and organized.
    • Build a network of executive relationships across the industry and with key partners and customers.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
    • Collaborate across teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.

    Desired Qualifications

The ideal candidate has experienced the end-to-end sales pipeline, including top-of-funnel, upselling, channel sales, customer success, and forecasting. Below are other skills that we look for:

    • Understand and communicate with our user base of developers and quants.
    • Experience with quant trading and market microstructure.
    • Extreme attention to detail and record-keeping, as well as the ability to automate processes in HubSpot.
    • Professional communication skills that align with the tone of an institutional financial product.
    • White-glove management of the sales cycle with continual buy-in from the customer, discovering the user's pain points, signs of friction, being honest when our product isn't the best fit, not being too pushy or salesy, and knowing when to continue vs. back off.
    • Readiness to work within a startup environment with limited resources and personnel.
    • As a bonus: Active usage of GitHub, knowledge of enough C++, Python, and/or Rust to help answer client inquiries.

    Notice about phishing scams

Be cautious of phishing scams impersonating Databento that offer fake job interviews and request purchases. Official emails come only from us.greenhouse-mail.io (our ATS). Any other domains (e.g., databento-careers.com, databento.online) are fraudulent.

    --

Databento, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status, or genetics. In addition to federal law requirements, we comply with applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in every location where we operate. This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training. Pursuant to applicable laws, we consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records. If you need an accommodation, please let us know.

Our recruiting data suggests that underrepresented applicants often downplay their skills. Even if your experience doesn't exactly match the qualifications listed, we still want to hear from you. Please apply!

    Senior/ Lead AI Deployment Engineer
    celonis – Amsterdam

<div class="content-intro"><p>Celonis is the trusted platform to industrialize Enterprise AI. At our core is the Celonis Context Model — which combines process data, business knowledge, and intelligence into a living digital twin of the enterprise that AI can actually understand, turning AI's operational blind spots into operational clarity. World's leading companies trust Celonis and its global ecosystem of partners to make their AI agents, people, systems, and processes work together, achieving transformational outcomes. We believe there's a massive opportunity to unlock global productivity and sustainability by giving AI the context to understand how every business process really works. Join our mission to make processes work for people, companies, and the planet.</p></div><p><strong>The Team</strong></p> <p>Celonis Services is the delivery engine of our Celonis Customer Organization, responsible for turning the Celonis platform into measurable, business-critical outcomes for our customers. In the AI era, our role has elevated: as AI agents like our own Apollo take on more of the technical build, our people focus on the work that drives real impact—understanding our customers' business-critical problems, designing the solutions that solve them, and quantifying the value delivered. Our Deployment Engineers and Deployment Architects pair deep domain and industry expertise with serious platform mastery and AI-augmented delivery, directing agentic systems while owning the judgment, architecture, and customer relationships that AI cannot replace. We deliver faster and smarter than ever, and we own the outcome: solution go-live, solution adoption, initial value realization support and the long-term success of our customers.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>As a Senior/ Lead AI Deployment Engineer, you are the backbone of Celonis delivery. You lead the hands-on implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers, combining platform expertise with AI-augmented workflows to deliver high-quality outcomes, fast. You use Celonis’s AI deployment tools as your primary instruments - directing agents to build data models, generate analyses, and configure operational solutions, while applying your own judgment to validate outputs, adapt to customer context, and ensure business relevance.</p> <p>This is not a traditional consulting role where you build everything manually. You are an AI-augmented delivery professional: you specify what needs to be built, direct AI agents to execute wherever possible, validate the results, and iterate with the customer. <strong>You generate value by understanding the customer’s business, translating their needs into technical specifications and solutions, and ensuring the platform delivers measurable impact.</strong></p> <p><strong>The Work You’ll Do</strong></p> <p><strong>Initiate and Connect</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct business discovery workshops to translate customers’ strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases</li> <li>Collaborate with the customer’s IT and business stakeholders to define project scope, data requirements, and success criteria</li> <li>Ensure data connectivity and extraction pipelines are properly configured, working with specialist resources if required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Build &amp; Value</strong></p> <ul> <li>Direct AI deployment agents (Apollo) to build data models, process analyses, KPIs, and dashboards - writing clear specifications and validating agent outputs against business requirements</li> <li>Build and configure Celonis solutions across the platform: Process Intelligence Graph, data transformations, process analysis, operational solutions, and AI-powered insights</li> <li>Identify process inefficiencies and root causes using Celonis technology, always in close collaboration with the customer</li> <li>Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and alignment with customer context - applying domain knowledge where the AI cannot</li> <li>Lead value creation workshops and define measures to improve process inefficiencies</li> <li>Define and build KPIs measuring the customer’s success and quantify business impact</li> <li>Design and build operational solutions to drive value, adoption and improve process conformance</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;Rollout, Adoption, and Handover</strong></p> <ul> <li>Enable key customer users to use and extend the solution independently, setting the foundation for long-term adoption</li> <li>Manage project outcomes against timelines, scope, and customer expectations</li> <li>Train and demonstrate to customer users, guiding them on the path to sustained value</li> <li>Document solution design decisions and configurations for future reference and handoff</li> </ul> <p><strong>Domain &amp; Industry Depth</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain deep expertise in one or more process domains (e.g., Supply Chain, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, IT Service Management) or industry verticals</li> <li>Translate domain knowledge into scalable solution patterns, reference architectures, and best practices that the broader team can leverage</li> <li>Proactively identify and standardize high-value use cases within your domain, collaborating with Product and Business Apps teams to shape the platform roadmap</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Makes This Role Different in the AI Era</strong></p> <ul> <li>You work with AI agents as your primary tools - your job is to direct, validate, and refine their output, not to write every line of code or build every analysis manually</li> <li>You need strong specification and context engineering skills - the ability to translate a customer’s ambiguous business need into a precise instruction that an AI agent can execute correctly</li> <li>You are expected to continuously learn and adapt as AI capabilities evolve, experimenting with new approaches and sharing what works with your peers</li> <li>You balance speed with quality - AI accelerates execution, but you own the judgment calls on whether the output is right for this customer</li> <li>You think in sustainable software solutions. While AI agents will generate first results quickly, you need to ensure that the operational solutions you build in Celonis are robust, user friendly, maintainable, and scalable</li> </ul> <p><strong>The Qualifications You Need</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 4-7+ years in Management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting within software vendors, consulting firms, or system integrators.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Platform skills: </strong>Ability to build and configure solutions on the Celonis platform, including data modeling, process analysis, KPI definition, and automation. Proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python.</li> <li><strong>AI fluency: </strong>Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.). Ability to write clear specifications, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and iterate effectively. Experience with prompt engineering or context engineering is a strong plus.</li> <li><strong>Business and process domain expertise : </strong>Strong understanding /deep expertise (based on seniority level) of enterprise business processes and financial metrics. Knowledge of standard ERPs (SAP, Oracle) and process areas (Inventory Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable) is a strong plus.</li> <li><strong>Consulting skills: </strong>Ability to steer customer workshops, present findings to management, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver outcomes in the face of adversity and ambiguity. Comfortable working with both technical and business audiences.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Analytical mindset: </strong>Excellent problem-solving skills with a value-driven orientation. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and quantify business impact.</li> <li><strong>Learning agility: </strong>Willingness to continuously develop expertise through experimentation. Comfort with ambiguity and evolving tools.</li> <li><strong>Education: </strong>Bachelor’s or Master’s in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.</li> <li><strong>Languages: </strong>Fluency in English required. Additional languages are a plus.</li> <li><strong>Travel</strong>: Willingness to travel to customer location up to 50%, according to customer requirement and project delivery phases.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>What Celonis can offer you:</strong></p> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Pioneer Innovation:</span> Work with the global leader in Process Mining and the Process Intelligence Graph to shape the future of AI-driven business operations.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Ownership from Day 1:</span> Every full-time "Celonaut" is an owner, receiving Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and merit-based refresh grants.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Unrivaled Family Support:</span> Benefit from our inclusive parental leave policy—24 weeks of fully paid leave for primary carers and 12 weeks for supporting carers, available from your first day of employment.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Work-Life Integration:</span> Enjoy Unlimited PTO (in applicable regions) and generous PTO globally, as well as a flexible hybrid work model that balances remote focus with vibrant office collaboration.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Continuous Growth:</span> Elevate your skills through our 70-20-10 learning framework, mentorship programs, and access to a dedicated learning platform.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Holistic Well-being:</span> Prioritize your health with subsidized Wellhub memberships, mental health counseling, and dedicated "Wellness Weeks" that prioritize work/life balance.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Drive Sustainability:</span> Participate in annual Impact Days, where you receive paid time off to volunteer for community and environmental causes with your local office, or virtually.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Global Inclusion &amp; Belonging:</span> Find community through our Inclusion Think Tank and participate in our annual Inclusion Days, ensuring every voice is heard and valued.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Value-Driven Impact:</span> Join a mission-led organization where our core values—Live for Customer Value, The Best Team Wins, We Own It, and Earth Is Our Future—drive every decision.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About Us:</strong></p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1264">Celonis is the trusted platform to industrialize Enterprise AI, empowering organizations to analyze, design, and operate AI-driven processes.
