About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us achieve our ambitious goals within the DACH market. As an SDR, you must be a persevering and focused professional. Reporting to the SDR Team Leader, your focus will be feeding our sales funnel by qualifying and engaging with prospective Perk customers. This is an excellent opportunity to join Perk, be part of a fresh but seasoned A-players Sales Team, and be in a position with substantial professional development possibilities. What You'll Do
Run outreach campaigns using a combination of phone, email, and social touches;
Qualifying the leads during a phone call (making sure that they meet all the requirements we are looking for in clients), engaging them and scheduling them for further consultations on the account director’s calendar;
Understand the needs of our target prospects and articulate the value that Perk provides;
Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in Salesforce;
Acquire expert knowledge of Perk;
Work closely with the marketing team in developing new ways to increase awareness of Perk and to evolve and improve the lead qualification process;
Conduct high-level discussions with Office Managers, CFO or Travel Managers to explain the Perk Value Proposition.
What We're Looking For
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both spoken and written. Being a native German speaker with high fluency in English is a must;
Ability to build great credibility over the phone with prospects;
Good understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle;
A goal-oriented person with strong character and perseverance;
Hungry and ambitious, yet ethical and sound;
Able to work as an individual contributor, but bearing in mind you are part of a team;
You have a customer-centric mindset;
You are proactive and capable of thinking outside the box to generate leads.
You must have legal authorization to work in Spain.

AI at Perk
AI is embedded in how we work across every function. The tools you'll use day-to-day are AI-enabled so you can move faster and spend more time on the work that matters. In practice, that means using AI to research and prioritise accounts, draft and refine outreach, handle customer interactions more effectively, synthesise information, and cut through shadow work - the invisible tasks that pull people away from the work only they can do - so you can focus on relationships and outcomes.
We don't expect you to be an AI expert, but we do expect you to be curious and intentional about it. The bar is judgment: knowing when AI makes your work better, when to verify what it produces, and when to rely on your own expertise instead.
We'll ask about how you use AI in your interviews, not to test tool knowledge, but to understand how you think about it. That reflects how we work every day.
During your first 6 months with us, you'll be in the office five days a week. It's how we set you up to succeed early: hands-on coaching on live calls and constant access to your manager while you're learning the role. Once you've completed probation, you move onto our standard IRL-first schedule of three days a week.
Once you've completed probation, you move onto our standard hybrid schedule of 3 days a week in the office, 2 days from home.
How We Work
At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in the value of meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, creativity and ultimately making us a great place to work.
