About Airwallex

Airwallex is the AI-native financial operating system for a real-time, intelligent economy. More than 675,000 businesses, including McLaren Racing, Qantas, SHEIN, and TikTok, use us, directly or through our platform partners, to run their financial operations or build and monetize financial products of their own.

We started in Melbourne in 2015 to build the infrastructure global commerce runs on. We're the regulated backbone behind global payments: not by accident, but by design. A decade plus, 85+ licenses, and a financial infrastructure spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

We're co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore, with more than 2,300 people across 27 offices. We hire builders with founder-level energy, people who move fast with good judgment, dig in with real curiosity, and make calls from first principles rather than waiting to be told what to do. Read our operating principles to see it in full.

About the team

The Regulatory & Compliance team helps Airwallex grow responsibly as a global financial platform. We work at the intersection of law, regulation, risk, and business execution, partnering closely with teams across the company to navigate complexity, enable growth, and protect the trust our customers, partners, and regulators place in us. It’s a team for people who are thoughtful, practical, and energized by solving hard problems in a fast-moving, highly regulated environment.

What you'll do

This is a high-impact role within Airwallex’s Regulatory Legal & Compliance organisation. As Senior Manager, Regulatory Strategy & Operations, EMEA, you will help turn strategic regulatory priorities into coordinated, measurable delivery across our EMEA business.

You will work closely with Regulatory Operations, Regulatory Compliance, Regulatory Legal, Risk, Financial Crime Compliance, Product, Engineering, Finance and Operations. You will bring structure to complex initiatives, align stakeholders across functions and geographies, and help build the operating models, governance and execution discipline required to support Airwallex’s continued growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of strategic regulatory projects across EMEA, from defining the problem and developing the approach through implementation, tracking and benefits realisation.

  • Translate strategic priorities into clear plans, milestones, dependencies, decision points, owners and measurable outcomes.

  • Coordinate cross-team and cross-functional initiatives involving Regulatory Operations, Regulatory Compliance, Regulatory Legal, Risk, Financial Crime Compliance, Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations and other business teams.

  • Establish effective governance for complex programmes, including steering committees, working groups, status reporting, risk management, issue escalation and decision tracking.

  • Work with Regulatory Operations, Regulatory Compliance and Regulatory Legal to facilitate effective delivery of key regulatory programmes, while maintaining clear ownership across each function.

  • Help strengthen the interfaces between Regulatory Legal, which advises on the legal and regulatory requirements, Regulatory Compliance, which focuses on how Airwallex operationalises those requirements, and the first-line business teams responsible for execution.

  • Coordinate preparation for regulatory examinations, inspections, audits, information requests and supervisory engagements, including timelines, evidence gathering, stakeholder alignment and follow-up actions.

  • Identify operational bottlenecks, duplicated activity, unclear accountabilities and delivery risks, and develop practical recommendations to improve efficiency, consistency and scalability.

  • Define and monitor programme metrics, delivery dashboards and management information that provide senior leaders with a clear view of progress, risks, dependencies and regulatory readiness.

  • Prepare concise, decision-ready papers, presentations, dashboards and recommendations for senior leadership and governance forums.

  • Facilitate senior stakeholder discussions, resolve competing priorities and ensure decisions result in clear action and follow-through.

  • Capture lessons learned from regulatory programmes, examinations, audits, monitoring activity and regulatory interactions, and use them to improve future delivery.

  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to the Regulatory leadership team, bringing structured problem-solving, sound judgment and a strong bias toward execution.

Who you are

We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Significant experience leading complex strategic, regulatory, compliance, risk, transformation or operational programmes.

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across a matrixed, international organisation.

  • Strong project management skills, including programme planning, governance, dependency management, risk management, issue resolution and delivery tracking.

  • Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop practical recommendations and translate strategy into executable plans.

  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes across functions and geographies.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level materials and presenting complex issues clearly.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to synthesise regulatory, operational and commercial information into clear decisions and actions.

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership and maintain momentum across multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

  • A pragmatic, collaborative and low-ego approach to working with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Product, Engineering, Risk and other business teams.

  • Experience in financial services, payments, fintech, technology or another highly regulated industry.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience as a strategy or management consultant, or in a comparable internal strategy, transformation or programme management role.

  • Experience delivering regulatory change, compliance transformation, licensing, market-entry, regulatory engagement or operating-model initiatives.

  • Familiarity with regulatory obligations, controls, regulatory reporting, governance, risk frameworks or GRC tooling.

  • Experience working with Regulatory Operations, Regulatory Compliance and Regulatory Legal teams to deliver regulatory programmes.

  • Experience supporting regulatory examinations, audits, information requests or supervisory engagements.

  • Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Data or Operations teams to improve processes or implement automation.

  • Experience in a global payments, cross-border payments, electronic money, banking, digital assets or other financial services environment.

  • Relevant qualification in business, finance, economics, law, risk, compliance, operations or project management.

Applicant Safety Policy: Fraud and Third-Party Recruiters

To protect you from recruitment scams, please be aware that Airwallex will not ask for bank details, sensitive ID numbers (i.e. passport), or any form of payment during the application or interview process. About the team

The Marketing team at Airwallex drives brand awareness and customer engagement through innovative and strategic campaigns. We work to communicate the value of our financial solutions, attract new customers, and strengthen relationships with existing ones. By leveraging data-driven insights and creative strategies, we ensure Airwallex stands out in a competitive market. Our team is passionate about telling the Airwallex story and supporting the company’s growth and success.

What you’ll do

Most strategy roles hand you a slide deck. This one hands you the keys.

You'll get the kind of access most people wait a decade for: a direct line to the growth engine, work that spans every function, and the freedom to own ambiguous, high-stakes problems end to end.

And you won't do it the old way. We arm our people with AI to move faster than teams ten times our size, modeling, researching, and shipping at a pace that creates an unfair advantage.

If you want to do the best work of your career on problems that actually matter, build with us.

How you'll make impact

Own the lifecycle growth strategy for Airwallex’s self-serve small-business customers, helping them move from onboarding and KYC through activation, first transaction and deeper product adoption. You’ll turn customer, product and behavioural data into practical growth opportunities, then design and run evergreen campaigns, experiments, automations and AI-enabled workflows that improve conversion, go-live activation and expansion across products without dedicated sales coverage.

  • Lead Lifecycle Strategy: Design the end-to-end lifecycle engagement and build scalable lifecycle journeys for self-serve customers in EMEA and products without dedicated sales coverage.

  • Own Digital Channels for Self-Serve: Lead the strategy and operational health for email, push, and in-app messaging. Ensure these high-impact channels are optimized to deliver personalized engagement and consistent growth across managed regions.

  • Drive End-to-End Campaign Execution: Transform high-level lifecycle strategies into high-performing programs. Design and optimise evergreen campaigns, experiments and automations that improve conversion, go-live activation and expansion. Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Data and regional teams to turn customer, product and behavioural data into measurable growth opportunities

  • Regional Funnel Accountability: Take full ownership of E2E growth metrics within your region. Leverage deep-dive quantitative analysis to identify high-impact opportunities for experimentation, ensuring data-driven decision-making at every touchpoint.

  • Drive Regional Experimentation: Initiate and lead a high-velocity experimentation roadmap within your region, testing innovative tactics to uncover local growth levers and scale successful pilots into global frameworks.

  • User-Centric Communication: Champion a "customer-first" messaging philosophy, delivering personalized and compelling content that resonates with users and reduces friction throughout the lifecycle.

Who you are

We’re looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience leading growth initiatives across the customer lifecycle.

  • Experience in a product-led growth (PLG) environment, with a strong customer-first and customer-centric mindset.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign, product and behavioural data, identify trends, prioritize campaign ideas and develop data-backed recommendations.

  • Experience working with high volumes of data and communicating clearly through data and analytics.

  • Hands-on experience designing and executing lifecycle or CRM programmes that drive customer conversion, activation, retention and product adoption.

  • Experience running A/B tests and applying structured experimentation to improve performance.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Clear and structured communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners, especially across Sales, Marketing and Data Science.

  • A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a track record of getting things done and delivering impact in fast-paced environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech or product-led growth; high-scale B2C experience will also be considered.

  • Experience with AI-enabled tools, agents, workflow automation or connecting multiple tools to improve execution.

  • Experience with SQL or close collaboration with data teams.

  • Hands-on experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing.

  • Experience working across global markets and turning regional initiatives into scalable global programmes.

You'll thrive here if

  • You own the outcome and you don't wait for permission to fix what's broken.

  • You're comfortable with ambiguity. Give you a problem, not a prescription, and you'll run with it.

  • You default to action. You'd rather course-correct in motion than wait for perfect clarity.

  • You connect dots across functions and hold the big picture without losing grip on the details.

  • You enjoy working closely with people across multiple countries and time zones as part of one connected, global team, including flexing your hours occasionally to make that connection work.

Associate Director, Payments/Scheme Economics
Airwallex – NL - Amsterdam

Who you are

We are looking for an Associate Director, Payments/Scheme Economics to own the integrity, visibility and management of Airwallex’s payment costs, starting with card scheme fees and interchange fees across Visa and Mastercard.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Finance, you will be the subject matter expert on scheme economics, translating complex and rapidly changing network rules into accurate system configurations, financial outcomes and business decisions. You will ensure we understand what every payment should cost, that those costs are accurately reflected across our systems and financials, and that we systematically identify opportunities to improve payment economics as we scale.

Over time, the remit will expand across other card schemes, local payment methods and the broader payments cost base.

What you’ll do

  • Own scheme economics and rule interpretation: Maintain deep expertise across scheme fees, interchange and network rules. Interpret scheme bulletins, operating regulations and fee schedules, translating changes into clear financial, product and operational requirements.

  • Ensure accurate payment cost configuration: Translate complex scheme rules into fee tables, eligibility criteria and transaction-level logic. Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure cost calculation, allocation and customer billing accurately reflect current network rules across markets and payment flows.

  • Protect payment cost integrity: Establish robust governance, testing and controls across scheme configurations. Reconcile expected costs against actual network charges, identify anomalies and leakage, and drive root-cause resolution.

  • Build granular visibility into payment economics: Develop robust models and analytics across markets, products, payment methods and transaction types, creating a clear view of unit economics, margin drivers and cost movements.

  • Drive structural cost and margin optimization: Identify, quantify and execute opportunities to improve economics through transaction qualification, BIN routing, cost configuration, and other levers. Partner with Product, Finance and Commercial teams to prioritize the highest-value opportunities.

  • Shape pricing and commercial decisions: Translate underlying payment economics into recommendations for customer pricing, product design, new market launches and commercial strategy, ensuring growth is supported by sustainable unit economics.

  • Build scalable infrastructure and automation: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to strengthen cost engines, fee allocation logic, dashboards and automated controls. Apply AI and advanced analytics to accelerate rule interpretation, detect anomalies and surface optimization opportunities.

  • Own complex scheme economics issues: Serve as the escalation point for scheme pricing, interchange and rule-related questions, working directly with Visa, Mastercard and other payment partners where required.

What you’ll bring

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in payments, acquiring, issuing, card networks, payment infrastructure or related roles, ideally within a global PSP, acquirer, scheme, issuer or fintech.

  • Deep knowledge of card payment economics, particularly Visa and Mastercard interchange, scheme fees, transaction qualification and network rules.

  • Strong ability to operationalize complex payment rules, translating fee schedules and network requirements into system logic, configurations and controls.

  • Experience with payment cost systems and controls, including interchange tables, scheme fee logic, BIN-based rules, transaction attributes or similar payment configurations.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, including experience working with transaction-level data, economic modeling and reconciliation of expected versus actual payment costs.

  • Strong commercial judgment, with the ability to connect detailed payment mechanics to pricing, product decisions and margin optimization.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ownership, with the discipline required to manage complex rules where small errors can create meaningful financial impact at scale.

  • Strong cross-functional execution, with the ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, Finance, Data, Operations and external payment partners.

Airwallex – NL - Amsterdam

The Merchant Services team partners with our clients to realise their full potential through the adoption of Airwallex products that drive their growth and success. Within Merchant Services, our Spend and card implementation specialists sit at the heart of how customers design, launch, and scale their global spend programmes on Airwallex.

We influence revenue growth across our Spend and issuing portfolio and collaborate with sales, strategy, product, and engineering teams to provide the best experience for our most valued customers. Our team works alongside commercial teams throughout the pre‑sales, solution design, and integration stages, then owns the orchestration from contract signature through go‑live and early adoption. We are committed to empowering businesses with the tools they need to run high‑performing, compliant, and scalable spend programmes across APAC.

What you’ll do

As the Senior Solutions Engineer for our Spend Team, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of complex Spend and corporate card implementations that bring our global spend management products to life for enterprise and high‑growth customers across EMEA. You will turn agreed business requirements and solution designs into actionable implementation plans, orchestrating cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver on time, on scope, and to a high quality bar.

You’ll sit at the intersection of Sales, Merchant Services, Solutions Engineering, Product, Operations, Risk and external partners (e.g. networks, processors, manufacturers), ensuring that every phase from pre‑sale through go‑live and early spend activation runs smoothly.

This role is based in Amsterdam (3 days in office), with implementation coverage across EMEA.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal teams on high-value implementations and expansions, shaping integration approaches, system configuration, and overall solution design.

  • Partner with activation / onboarding and account management teams to translate customer requirements into scalable architectures, particularly where ERP, HRIS, and API integrations are core to the rollout.

  • Work with sales teams on technical discovery to understand customer systems, data flows, and workflows, and recommend a best-fit integration blueprint, including when and how to leverage APIs and third-party connectors.

  • Work hands-on with customers to troubleshoot integration hurdles and guide them through complex configuration decisions, focusing on designing robust, maintainable implementations rather than writing code directly.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the broader integration ecosystem (e.g. HRIS and accounting partners), collaborating with Sales, Product, and partners to close gaps and improve integration coverage.

  • Create and maintain internal documentation, playbooks, and lightweight tooling that make it easier for the wider team to support integration-heavy use cases at scale.

  • Channel customer pain points and integration feedback into Product and Engineering, influencing the roadmap and prioritisation of features that materially improve implementation outcomes.

Who you are

We’re looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project/program management, managing complex, multi‑stakeholder technology or financial services implementations.

  • 4+ years of client‑facing delivery or professional services experience in a high‑paced environment (e.g. SaaS, fintech, consulting, systems integration, enterprise implementation).

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering cross‑functional projects with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and job functions, including C‑level executives, technical teams, and operations.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including the ability to lead steering meetings, write clear status updates, and influence decisions without direct authority.

  • Experience delivering ERP, accounting system, or expense platforms (e.g. Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, Xero) implementations and the associated data flows (GL, cost centres, entities, card feeds).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Hands‑on experience working with or alongside integration engineers, solution architects, or technical program managers on API‑based integrations, including familiarity with common web, SSO, and ERP integration concepts.

  • Formal training or certification in project management or agile delivery (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master), and comfort setting up operating rhythms such as stand‑ups, steering committees, and executive readouts.

  • Experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts as part of a broader account team, including navigating commercial sensitivities while protecting delivery quality and scope.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment, balancing structured methodologies with pragmatic decision‑making to keep complex projects moving forward.

It's a team for people who are thoughtful, practical, and energized by solving hard problems in a fast-moving, highly regulated environment.

What you'll do

As the Senior Manager, Obligations Management, you will manage and continue to develop the central governance infrastructure used to identify, catalog, and track regulatory and financial partner requirements across Airwallex’s global footprint.

As part of a global central team, you will own the design, development, and day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the global obligations register, mapping statutory, regulatory, and financial partner requirements to internal compliance controls and accountable owners. You will also manage the institutional RFI knowledge base and central global audit register, helping ensure traceability of control performance and disciplined tracking of issues through verified closure.

You will work closely with Regulatory Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Internal Audit, Second-Line Risk, and other cross-functional stakeholders to translate legal and regulatory requirements into a structured, data-driven, and audit-ready compliance inventory. This role is well suited to a practical operator who can bring structure to complex information, improve processes, and drive consistent execution across a distributed global organization.

This role has a global mandate and can be based in EMEA (UK or NL).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and continuously improve the central Global Obligations Register, cataloging international regulatory rules, statutory requirements, and Tier-1 financial partner obligations alongside their respective compliance controls

  • Partner with Risk and Compliance stakeholders to ensure mapped controls and reporting obligations are structured for effective independent monitoring, validation, and testing

  • Manage and evolve the centralized global RFI knowledge base, synthesizing input from Regulatory Compliance teams and curating consistent, well-supported evidence portfolios for banking partners and regulatory bodies

  • Maintain the global central audit register, tracking internal audit findings, external examination gaps, and material regulatory issues, and driving timely accountability for remediation and closure

  • Partner with Regulatory Legal teams to incorporate legal interpretations and horizon-scanning insights, keeping the obligations registry current and reducing the risk of compliance gaps or control drift

  • Establish and improve operating procedures, data standards, governance routines, and reporting for obligations management, RFI responses, and audit issue tracking

  • Identify opportunities to replace manual trackers and spreadsheet dependencies with scalable GRC tooling, workflow automation, and compliance dashboards; support implementation and adoption with relevant stakeholders

  • Coordinate and influence regional and cross-functional contributors to maintain consistent central standards while reflecting local regulatory requirements

  • Produce clear management reporting and concise analysis on obligations coverage, control mapping, RFI readiness, audit issues, remediation progress, and emerging risks

Who you are

We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, internal audit, operational risk management, or a related discipline within a highly regulated financial services, fintech, or banking environment

  • 3+ years of experience managing a compliance inventory, regulatory obligations framework, audit issue program, RFI process, or GRC workstream in a multi-jurisdictional environment

  • Demonstrated experience building or maintaining compliance matrices, mapping internal controls to regulatory requirements, managing audit or examination issues, and coordinating evidence or RFI responses

  • Strong ability to translate complex regulatory or legal requirements into clear processes, data structures, ownership models, and actionable reporting

  • A high-ownership, systematic approach to problem-solving, with strong written communication and corporate drafting skills

  • Proven ability to influence and coordinate regional and cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed organization without relying solely on formal authority

  • Experience improving operational processes and implementing practical tooling, workflows, or reporting solutions in a fast-growing environment.

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Policy, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related analytical discipline

  • Juris Doctor (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or a master’s degree in Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, or Business Administration

  • Professional designation such as Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or an equivalent GRC-related credential

  • Experience working within a high-growth cross-border payments company, top-tier neobank, or API-driven digital platform handling high volumes of regulated transactions

  • Direct experience selecting, deploying, or configuring Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software to support regulatory mapping, evidence management, issue remediation, or workflow automation

  • Experience leading projects or mentoring colleagues in obligations management, regulatory change management, compliance operations, audit, or related programs

AI Engineer
Gain – Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands

Who are we?

Gain is the Private Markets Super App, a connected global platform transforming how leading investors, advisors, and corporates source, evaluate, and execute deals. By combining investment-grade intelligence, AI-powered workflows, and proprietary data in one unified platform, Gain enables top deal teams to move faster, reduce risk, and build conviction with confidence.

Gain is trusted across more than $1 trillion of private capital, used by 100% of MBB and Big Four firms, and by 80% of the world’s top 20 M&A advisory houses.

Recognized for fast innovation and impact, Gain has been named both US and EU Data Provider of the Year by PE Wire, awarded Global Financial Market Review’s Best Use of AI in Finance, and ranked in Sifted’s Top 100 Fastest-Growing Companies, the Forbes 1000, and the Deloitte Technology Fast 50. Gain operates globally with offices in New York, London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Warsaw, and Bangalore.

How we work

We build AI for our customers, not for its own sake. Every project starts from a clear benefit to the people using Gain, and ideas without one don't get built, however interesting the technology. If that's how you like to work, you'll fit in well. Model choices follow the evals. We don't commit to one LLM provider; we measure, and use whichever model gives our customers the best results.

What will you do?

The work is roughly half LLM agents and half custom ML, leaning slightly toward agents.

  • Build and improve agents that find company data points on the web using search, page navigation and structured extraction tools, and that weigh conflicting sources before committing to an answer.

  • Develop, improve and retrain the models that predict company financials such as revenue and EBITDA, and the likelihood and timing of buy and sell events.

  • Design and maintain evaluation suites, both offline against reference sets and live in production, so we can measure quality and switch between LLM providers to balance output quality and cost.

  • Ship your work into our production services, trace where pipelines fail, and fix the weakest links first.

  • Design with resources in mind. Our engineering team runs the infrastructure, but you choose solutions with their compute, memory, bandwidth and model costs in view.

By month six you'll know each of our agent pipelines end to end, how to evaluate them and where they most need improving. You'll also know our custom ML models well enough to improve them or retrain them on new data.

Who are you?

  • At least 3 years of building both custom ML models and LLM-based pipelines or agents, with work that ran in production rather than only in demos.

  • Solid modelling fundamentals: feature engineering, validation that holds up on new data, and knowing when a model needs retraining.

  • A habit of measuring before claiming. You can build an evaluation set and tell an honest improvement from a lucky one.

  • Strong Python, including async code.

Nice to have: experience with noisy or conflicting data sources and financial or private-company data.

The stack

  • Core: Python (async, fully typed with Pydantic) and FastAPI

  • LLMs: multiple providers behind our own provider-agnostic layer, with Pydantic AI for typed agents. We add new models when they prove themselves on our evals.

  • Web data: agents that gather data points through web search, page navigation and structured extraction tools

  • Database: PostgreSQL with pgvector

  • Evals and observability: Pydantic Evals and Logfire

  • Cloud and tooling: GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud Tasks), Docker, GitHub Actions

What do we offer?

  • Competitive base salary and annual bonus linked to your performance / OKRs

  • Attractive benefits including health & wellbeing allowance, work-from-home budget, learning & coaching benefits, etc.

  • Flexible hybrid working model with 3 days per week in our Amsterdam office

  • Healthy work-life balance allowing for planability and personal commitments

  • Chance to grow with the company gaining increasing responsibilities, supported by lots of coaching and a feedback-driven approach

  • Tremendous learning and career progression opportunities

  • International environment with hubs in New York, London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Warsaw, and Bangalore

  • Culture of trust, ownership and standard of excellence and a fun working atmosphere with regular outings and events

  • Post product-market fit and aspiring unicorn status - this is an excellent time to join & grow with us!

Zij-instroomtraject Trailermonteur
BAS Group – Veghel, Noord-Brabant, Nederland

  • Onderhoud, controle en montage aan verschillende soorten trailers;

  • Rem- en veersystemen controleren, onderhouden en repareren;

  • Onderdelen vastzetten, monteren en vervangen aan carrosserie, chassis en elektrische systemen;

  • Lassen en constructiewerkzaamheden (na interne opleiding);

  • Een instapsalaris tussen €2.850 en €3.850, afhankelijk van leeftijd, kennis en competenties, vastgesteld tijdens het sollicitatieproces;

  • Intensieve begeleiding tijdens het hele traject;

  • Sterke secundaire voorwaarden: goed pensioen, reiskostenvergoeding, collectieve zorgverzekering en een spaarregeling;

  • Een flexibel werkrooster, aangepast aan jouw wensen (parttime werken is bespreekbaar);

  • Volop aandacht voor vitaliteit via ons BAS Fit sportprogramma en dagelijks vers fruit in de kantine;

Jij:

  • Hebt interesse in techniek;

  • Wilt heel graag een nieuw vak leren;

  • Werkt graag met je handen;

  • Bent nieuwsgierig en leergierig;

  • Pakt je eigen ontwikkeling zelf op;

  • You work closely with Engineers, the Product Owner and business colleagues, asking the questions needed to fully understand the customer value and intended outcome before translating it into a concrete technical solution.

  • Een medior rol met eigenaarschap over je eigen werk en zichtbare impact binnen een productteam;

  • Veel ruimte om te leren van ervaren Engineers en door te groeien in technische verantwoordelijkheid;

  • Directe samenwerking met product, business en andere technische disciplines;

  • Ruimte om te experimenteren met AI, cloud-native technologie en moderne engineeringpraktijken;

  • Interne en externe opleidings- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden binnen een internationale en dynamische werkomgeving;

  • De mogelijkheid om zelf je device te kiezen: een MacBook of Windows-laptop;
