Als Onepilot-Agent sind Sie ein freier Mitarbeiter, der den Kunden unserer Kunden bei ihren Problemen hilft.

Nachdem Sie E-Learning-Schulungen für Ihre Kunden absolviert haben, erhalten Sie Zugang zu einer Wissensdatenbank für jeden einzelnen Kunden. Die Onepilot-Technologie und diese Wissensdatenbank ermöglichen es Ihnen, effektiv auf die Anfragen unserer Kunden zu reagieren, die per E-Mail, Chat oder Anruf eingehen.

Sie arbeiten von zu Hause aus und werden für jedes gelöste Ticket bezahlt. Der Preis für jedes Ticket hängt von der Komplexität des Tickets und Ihrem Standort ab. Er schwankt zwischen 0,40€ und 2€.

Aufgaben

Als Onepilot-Agent arbeiten Sie auf freiberuflicher Basis und unterstützen die Kunden unserer Auftraggeber bei ihren Anliegen.

Nach einer E-Learning-Schulung zu den jeweiligen Kunden erhalten Sie Zugang zu einer Wissensdatenbank für das jeweilige Projekt. Mit Hilfe unserer Technologie und dieser Wissensdatenbank sind Sie in der Lage, Anfragen per E-Mail, Chat oder Telefon effizient zu beantworten.

Sie arbeiten komplett ferngesteuert und werden pro gelöstes Ticket bezahlt. Der Preis pro Anfrage hängt von der Komplexität, der Bearbeitungszeit und Ihrem Standort ab und liegt zwischen 0,40 € und 2 €. Im Durchschnitt verdienen unsere Agenten zwischen 15 € und 20 € pro Stunde.

Tasks

The Role

We are looking for a commercially sharp, attention to detail Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist to own and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads. This is a detail-oriented role; you will be digging into hard data, finding root causes (assisted by Claude AI), and directly impacting our clients' bottom lines.

What You'll Be Doing

• Data-Driven Strategy: Analyse complex data sets to identify growth bottlenecks and commercial opportunities for 7 and 8-figure ecommerce stores.
• Campaign Architecture: Build, optimise, and scale high-performing campaigns across Paid Search & Paid Social.
• Commercial Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, communicating performance data clearly and translating technical metrics into business ROI.
• Managed Channels: Google Ads (80%), Microsoft Ads (10%), Meta Ads (10%)
• Client Load: You won't be flying solo. You'll be the lead and main point of contact for around 5 of our PPC accounts, working alongside our CTO, a Google Ads Premier Partner with 22+ years in UK ecommerce, who manages the other half of the book. A direct line to one of Scotland's most experienced ecommerce operators, and the room to grow into leading the wider PPC function as we scale.

The Martech Stack

You will regularly work with (hands-on) and master:

• Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax & Demand Gen)
• Microsoft Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax)
• Meta Ads (Prospecting & Retargeting)
• Advanced Google Analytics (GA4)

Requirements

The Essentials (About You)

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of commercial ecommerce performance marketing experience. Due to the high stakes of managing budgets for 7 and 8-figure turnover clients and acting as a lead boardroom consultant, this level of extensive, multi-year, hands-on experience is an absolute business requirement.
• Education: Degree level or equivalent business experience.
• Certification: Google Ads Certifications are mandatory (live or lapsed are both acceptable).
• Numerically Strong: You have a strong commercial acumen and high attention to detail. You live in spreadsheets, GA4, ad platform analytics, and you love data storytelling.
• AI-Augmented Workflow: You are highly comfortable leveraging modern AI tools (e.g. Gemini Pro, Claude Pro/Max or ChatGPT Business) to optimise your daily productivity and output.
• Communication: Strong presentational and client communication skills are essential.
• Location & Compliance: Candidates must be physically based in the UK and hold the right to work without restriction.
• Please note: Candidates progressing to the interview stage will be required to complete a live technical interview (approx 40 mins).
