We’re Heidi.
We're building the future of healthcare by giving every clinician the earth's finest AI Care Partner. Our platform has absorbed the administrative chaos of 175 million patient visits and supported 67 million clinical hours. Today, we support 2.8 million patient sessions a week across 190+ countries, in 110 languages and over 200 specialties.
Healthcare systems are failing us; clinicians spend more time on documentation than on patients, and the human connection that makes medicine worth practicing is eroding. Our mission is simple: double the world’s capacity for care and strengthen the human connection at its heart.
We found product-market fit with a freemium medical scribe that clinicians love. Now, we're expanding. Every task a clinician hands to Heidi is a patient who feels more attended to, a health system unclogged, and a clinician who gets to be a clinician again.
We’ve grown annual recurring revenue from $1 million to $50 million in two years.
To go further, we’ve secured US$340 million: a $100 million Series C led by Blackbird, with Phoenix Court, Point72 Private Investments and Headline, alongside a $240 million growth investment led by General Catalyst’s Customer Value Fund.
If you want to join us in doing work worth shipping, jump in.
The role
This is a commercially focused GTM Operations role supporting Heidi’s UK and European markets. You’ll report to the Head of GTM Operations and work closely with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Finance, as well as our central Analytics and GTM Engineering teams.
Your job is to turn commercial direction into an operating model the region can actually use. When leaders agree how we should forecast, segment accounts, organise territories or manage the customer lifecycle, you’ll build the models, processes, reporting and tooling that make it work day to day.
Doing that well means working beyond the CRM. You’ll use HubSpot, Databricks and Omni to bring together commercial and product data, pressure-test assumptions and turn what you find into better decisions and processes.
This role suits someone who enjoys both sides of GTM Operations: working through commercial problems with leaders, then doing the hands-on work to make the solution stick.
What you’ll do
Turn commercial plans into working operations. Partner with the Head of GTM Operations and regional leaders to operationalise decisions on segmentation, territories, coverage, capacity, quotas and commissions. Build the models, processes and operating cadences that allow teams to execute them consistently.
Connect the full customer lifecycle. Build and improve the processes between Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, from lead management and pipeline creation through onboarding, adoption, renewal and expansion. Make ownership and handoffs clear, and ensure each team has the information it needs from the others.
Strengthen commercial execution. Improve how we inspect pipeline, forecast revenue and understand customer health, retention and growth. Help embed methodologies such as MEDDIC into the way managers and teams run deals—not just the fields they complete in HubSpot—and drive adoption of the changes you introduce.
Use data to support commercial decisions. Query existing datasets in Databricks, build reporting in Omni and connect CRM, product and commercial data to understand performance. Build the recurring reporting the region needs, investigate issues in more depth when required and explain what changed, why it matters and what action it suggests.
Keep the GTM engine running. Maintain HubSpot and the regional GTM stack, including pipelines, routing, workflows, reporting and data quality. Resolve issues quickly and partner with central teams when something needs a global fix.
What you'll need
Hands-on GTM Operations experience. You’ve worked in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations or Sales Operations and have practical experience with core processes such as forecasting, territory and quota planning, lifecycle management and CRM workflows. We care more about the ownership and judgement you’ve developed than a fixed number of years.
Strong commercial judgement. You can reason across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, understand the drivers of acquisition, conversion, adoption, retention and expansion, and distinguish an interesting data point from something the business should act on.
Confident with data. You can write SQL, navigate a warehouse such as Databricks and work with a BI tool such as Omni. You’re comfortable interrogating existing datasets, validating the output and turning the result into a clear recommendation. Experience building core warehouse models is not required.
A strong, credible operator. You can take an agreed commercial approach and turn it into a workable model, process or system change. You communicate clearly, challenge assumptions with evidence, bring the right people with you and follow through until the change is adopted.
A practical, tool-fluent systems thinker. You understand how process, data, tooling and team behaviour interact. You’re confident in HubSpot and have worked with tools such as Clay, Gong, outbound platforms, enrichment providers and CPQ/CLM systems, or can get productive in them quickly.
How we show up
Build for the next decade, not next quarter. Our targets are outrageous on purpose. The world's health doesn't have the luxury of incrementalism.
Lead, don't wait. We treat tomorrow's problems today. Sometimes we build what's needed before it's wanted, and we're fine with that.
Follow the evidence. Trust the patient. We pursue truth relentlessly. But when the subjective and objective disagree, we treat the patient, not the numbers. Ego is a comorbidity we can't afford.
Own the outcome. Everyone here carries the company. Raise problems with solutions, solve them end-to-end, and never be a bystander.
Ship, measure, go again. A button today, a workflow tomorrow. More iterations beat better planning. We're precise at pace, not reckless.
Live in clinicians' reality. Not the ideal workflow, the twenty-patients-before-lunch actual one. We build for exhausted humans, and we'd better be decent ones while we do it.
Why Heidi?
You’ll join a team measured on real-world impact, not press cycles. We live and breathe the challenges of modern health systems, and are laser-focused on exacting the change we’d like to see. We’re medicos, engineers, builders and designers who’ve felt (on every side of the equation) what non-care feels like, the moral and practical toll as a provider or receiver.
Building what we’re building isn’t always easy. Standard tech playbooks routinely fail in healthcare, and the friction of the medical system will test your perseverance. But we didn’t choose easy, we chose a purpose-driven mission that actually matters. We hold ourselves to a higher standard because healthcare demands it. If you join Heidi, you recognize that the deeper question isn’t whether AI can solve the global healthcare crisis, but whose hands will shape it.
True A-players progress extremely fast here. The nature of the scale-up game is demanding, but we value sustainable performance and mental health. You're trusted to perform, and you set your schedule. We operate on outcomes > inputs, not process theatre. We all take the bins out, metaphorically and literally.
We take care of you.
We offer health and dental cover, a £700 annual learning and development budget, a £100/month health and wellness allowance, a £500 home office budget, 26 weeks paid primary parental leave and 18 weeks paid secondary parental leave, fertility support up to £7,000, four weeks of work from anywhere per year, and serious equity.
We chose to open-source our benefits hub, if you care to take a peek.

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
Location: Europe remote or London hybrid
Synthesia is used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. The largest deployments now run thousands of creators across dozens of markets, languages, and compliance regimes. What decides whether those accounts expand or stall is not another avatar - it's whether admins, legal teams, and programme owners can actually stay in control.
We're looking for a Staff (L6) Product Designer to own that layer end-to-end: workspace setup and governance, the content lifecycle, and the analytics and integrations that close the loop. This is the work that turns a proof of concept into a seven-figure renewal, and right now it is wide open.
You'll operate as a senior IC: setting direction, influencing roadmap decisions (not just contributing), shaping bets with Product and Engineering leaders, and raising the bar on how we think about enterprise design problems.
Own the Enterprise surface end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration - often dealing with ambiguity. You'll reach out to the right stakeholders, get the right eyes in the room, and make decisions independently.
Design complex governance and compliance systems that give admins, legal teams, and compliance officers genuine control and transparency. Examples include:
Permission models and role hierarchies that scale across thousands of creators without collapsing into chaos.
Audit log experiences that make compliance auditable - not just for the system, but for the humans who need to understand what happened.
Workspace setup and identity workflows that integrate with real enterprise infrastructure (SSO, SCIM, MCP).
License and billing models that admins can actually understand and manage at scale.
Analytics and reporting that tell admins whether their deployment is working as intended.
Work with technical constraints and possibilities. You'll develop fluency in APIs, widget architectures, developer hub patterns, and how backend systems shape what's actually achievable in the UX. You're not designing in isolation from engineering - you're designing in partnership with it.
Drive pragmatic iteration. You'll scope ruthlessly, build POCs to get signal early, and iterate based on what you learn from enterprise customers.
Set a design vision for our Enterprise surface and influence adjacent product areas to stay coherent. As things scale across SSO, compliance, analytics, and billing, you're keeping the mental model consistent.
Significant experience designing complex, large-scale product surfaces - ideally admin dashboards, governance layers, analytics platforms, or other domains where system thinking matters.
Technical fluency. You understand APIs, integrations, how services communicate, how widgets and developer hubs work. You can read a technical architecture doc and understand the constraints it creates for design. You don't need to be an engineer, but you think like one.
Systems thinking: not just about interaction flows, but about enterprise systems. You understand how identity systems, compliance regimes, and scale constraints shape what's actually possible in the UX. You think in mental models and multi-step workflows, not single screens.
Comfort operating in ambiguity: you can turn unclear and fast-moving problem spaces into crisp direction, and you do not wait for perfect clarity.
Excellent communication in design reviews and cross-functional decision-making contexts.
Experience designing workflows where trust, transparency, and user control are central - helping users feel confident in AI-driven outputs rather than confused or excluded.
The ability to leverage feedback from users and customers to ensure the product continues to meet real needs - including enterprise users with high stakes around quality, compliance, and scale.

Kyra is an enterprise influencer marketing platform working with brands like SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse. Our platform manages the full lifecycle — creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
📍London (Hybrid)
💰 Competitive, dependent on experience
The Opportunity
You will be work on of one of Kyra's largest and most complex global enterprise accounts: a fast-moving, multi-category consumer brand with 12+ sub-brands, 35+ active stakeholders, and campaigns running simultaneously across multiple regions.
Your job is to keep delivery tight, keep the client happy, and be a safe pair of hands on a flagship account. This is not about growing or expanding the account. The commercial relationship is locked in. The job is world-class servicing at enterprise scale.
What you'll do:
Work on the global account relationship across 12+ sub-brands and multiple regions. Stay organised across a volume of comms, briefs, and stakeholders that is genuinely unusual.
Orchestrate cross-functional teams: creative, paid media, creator partnerships, and product. You are the connective tissue. If something drifts, you see it early and fix it.
If something drifts (performance, scope, relationship, or timeline) you see it early and fix it. No surprises. Steady, organised ownership.
🎯 Co-own the Relationship Work on client relationships across product launches, seasonal campaigns, and always-on programmes. Multi-thread across their teams. Build trust at every level. Have direct conversations when performance needs to improve.
📈 Turn Insight into Strategy Translate campaign data into clear, executive-level recommendations using AI to move from raw numbers to narrative faster. Present performance against KPIs (engagement, EMV, sales lift, affiliate impact) and explain what it means.
🔍 Work On Delivery End-to-End Lead client onboarding for new briefs: build decks, verify SOW accuracy, coordinate internal teams, demo the platform. Manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and execution across our full product suite, including Always-On creator partnerships, Pulse campaigns, Makers (CGC), Amplify+ (paid boosting), Seeding+, and License+. With 6+ briefs running simultaneously, operational precision is everything. Keep work on-brand, on-time, and within margin.
📊 Protect & Grow Revenue Lead post-campaign analysis: run internal post-mortems, build PCA decks, present performance narratives. Work on exec-ready reporting (QBRs/EBRs). Reporting should inform decisions, not just recap them.
🛡️ Keep the System Tight Keep tracking clean. Watch capacity. Fix what's inefficient. Make sure client feedback doesn't get lost. Feed client insights back into product development.
Feed Insight Back into Product Surface client needs, pain points, and feature requests back into the product team. You are the closest person to how the client actually uses the platform.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has:
8+ years in influencer or creator marketing
Campaign execution experience. You have actually run creator marketing activations, not just managed client relationships from a distance.
Enterprise account servicing at scale. Multi-stakeholder, high-volume, complex. You have managed accounts with this many moving parts before.
Exceptional organisation. The volume of comms, briefs, regions, and stakeholders on this account is unusually high. Getting lost is easy. You don't get lost.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. You'll work on learning, build internal relationships proactively, and don't wait to be told what to do.
Strong hands-on campaign experience, with real fluency in TikTok.
AI fluency, applied. Our platform is AI-powered and you'll be expected to get up to speed fast and use it daily for client summaries, performance narratives, and campaign analysis. We're looking for people already comfortable using AI tools in their workflow, so the learning curve is the platform, not the concept.
Comfortable working across project management tools (Asana, Airtable, Slack) and reporting dashboards.
CPG or multi-category consumer brand experience is a plus.
Bonus if you're English and Spanish bilingual speaking.
You should be commercially sharp, operationally reliable, and able to speak confidently about the accounts you've managed.
Traits That Matter
Proactive. Organised. Adaptable. Self-starting. Comfortable with ambiguity.
You don't wait for problems to land. You see them coming and act. You don't need rigid processes or hand-holding. Tools, product, and ways of working evolve constantly here, and you thrive on that.
You're willing to say "I don't know" and go find out. You take feedback well. You build trust fast.
Nice to have
If you speak one of these languages - Spanish, French, German, Italian
What Success Looks Like What Success Looks Like
By Month 1: You have full context on all active sub-brands, briefs, and stakeholders. You've built a strong working relationship with the Campaign Director and the internal pod. The client knows your name and trusts you to run things.
By Month 3: Delivery is running smoothly across all regions. You work on reporting and client comms without oversight. Post-campaign analysis is sharp and drives clear recommendations. Internal teams come to you, not around you.
By Month 6: The account is in better shape than when you arrived. Stakeholder satisfaction is high. Nothing has been dropped. Leadership trusts your judgement completely

<p>If you enjoy using mathematics and code to investigate difficult questions, you could make a direct contribution to Optiver’s success in global markets. As a Graduate Quantitative Researcher, you’ll work across the full research process, from framing the question and choosing the data to building, testing and deploying models. Machine Learning is central to the work, whether you’re extracting signals, forecasting prices or modelling relationships. Our data, compute and production infrastructure let you test ideas quickly, understand where they fail and decide what to investigate next.</p> <p>Our researchers believe in academic discourse and invite fellow researchers, traders and engineers to challenge each hypothesis. Different perspectives help improve the question, the model and how it performs in production. Through constant testing, analysis and refinement, you’ll help our quantitative models adapt as markets evolve.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p> <p><strong>Your onboarding </strong></p> <p>You’ll participate in <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ONPObMHh-k8">Global Optiver Academy</a>, a structured onboarding programme for graduates. It gives new joiners a shared foundation in how Optiver trades, builds systems, and manages risk before they move into their teams. As part of your onboarding, you'll gain exposure to the AI tools and technologies that support research and development across the business. </p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities </strong></p> <p>Depending on the team you join, you'll own the research end to end. That could include:</p> <ul> <li>Building models for pricing, forecasting and signal discovery, choosing the statistical, mathematical or Machine Learning methods that best fit the problem.</li> <li>Working across petabytes of market, order-flow and unstructured data to find signals that improve strategies as conditions change.</li> <li>Monitoring models in production and using live behavior to refine your assumptions and decide what to investigate next.</li> <li>Using deep learning and AI-enabled workflows to shorten the loop from hypothesis to evidence.</li> <li>Working directly with researchers, traders and engineers to shape problems and understand how system constraints affect performance.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></p> <p>We're looking for aspiring Quantitative Researchers who are versatile and creative in innovating and suggesting new solutions. You possess C1-level German communication skills (both written and spoken) and are comfortable collaborating in English within our diverse, international office.
An independent, team-oriented and reliable way of working is a given.
Don’t take this list as prescriptive: it’s just to give you a sense of who might do well at the job. We’d still love to hear from you if you don’t hit every point on the list, or if you have other experience.
Your mission:
You are responsible for the overall customer satisfaction and ensure that customer inquiries via phone, email or web chat are handled promptly and efficiently.
You answer questions about our products, the application process and our service in general, supporting both new and existing customers.
You assist entrepreneurs in completing their applications and providing the necessary documents required for a credit decision.
You collaborate with various teams within iwoca to achieve the best outcome for our customers.
You proactively participate in the development of iwoca by providing regular insights on customer feedback, opportunities to improve our processes or new offerings from our competitors.
Work-life balance is incredibly important at iwoca and we offer flexible working so you can make better use of your free time. This is a hybrid role in which you can split your time between the office and home.

About Us
Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is the intelligent platform for travel and spend management. Built to tackle the time-consuming, manual work that gets in the way of real work, our tools automate everything from travel bookings to expenses, invoice processing, and more. By eliminating this shadow work that wastes hours, erodes morale, and saps innovation, we're on a mission to power real work, with real impact.
We're trusted by more than 12,000 companies worldwide, including Bolt, GoCardless, and Fabletics, and we're tackling the 7 hours of lost productivity per employee each week, a $1.7 trillion problem.
Founded in 2015, Perk has grown into a global company of more than 1,800 people across 12 offices globally, with headquarters in London and Boston. We combine innovation, control, and simplicity to transform how businesses work and how people feel at work.
At Perk, we're driven by our values, like being an owner, delivering a 7-star experience, and working as one team. We value curiosity, purpose, and mindset, not just knowledge, to unlock the power in your potential. Our talent team brings together leading minds from the travel, fintech, and SaaS industries, representing over 70 countries. If you're excited about having a real impact and shaping how millions of people experience work, we'd love you on the team.
Visit www.perk.com to learn more.
As a Technical Web Specialist, you’ll be the connective tissue between our web team and the rest of the business. This role exists because great websites aren’t just built — they’re coordinated, prioritised, and protected from chaos. Sitting at the intersection of Marketing and Web Development, you’ll own the intake and lifecycle of web requests, ensure every project is properly scoped before it touches the dev queue, and support the team in delivering an ambitious web roadmap.
But this role doesn’t stop at coordination. You’ll also be hands-on in the quality of what we ship — reviewing copy and UX before pages go live, supporting CRO initiatives, and acting as a critical second pair of eyes on every significant release. You care as much about whether a page converts as whether it launches on time.
If you’re someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity, understands how a website is actually built, and can hold your own in a room with developers, designers, and marketers alike, this is your role.
Technical Ownership & QA
Build and ship pages/components directly in Storyblok CMS: component configuration, staging, QA, and production deployment across market versions
QA every release technically — rendering, functionality, and cross-browser/device behaviour, not just copy and visual polish
Use AI tools as a core part of daily production work (drafting, layout variants, QA support), and know where AI output still needs a human check, particularly around localisation nuance and experiment validity
Request Triage & Scoping
Own intake for web requests: qualify, triage, and estimate technical complexity and dependencies before anything is scoped or scheduled
Enforce briefing standards and know enough technically to explain why a brief is incomplete
Decide what can be handled directly vs. what needs to go to the development team, and write specs the team can act on without excessive clarification
Project Coordination
Act as day-to-day PM between the development team and business stakeholders: track scope, delivery, and risk
Maintain the web backlog and sprint board with clear status, ownership, and blockers
Support CRO initiatives: help build A/B test setups, document hypotheses, and track experiment results
Process & Reporting
Maintain intake templates, briefing standards, and triage criteria
Produce regular status updates and pipeline reports for the Head of Web and wider leadership
Must-haves
2 to 4 years in a web operations, technical/digital project management, or web production role, ideally with hands-on CMS or front-end exposure — not purely marketing coordination
Working technical literacy: solid HTML/CSS fundamentals, understanding of how a CMS is structured (Storyblok, Contentful, Webflow or similar), staging vs. production workflows, and what a QA process actually checks
Comfortable using AI tools hands-on in production (prompting for drafts, QA’ing AI output) and able to articulate where AI isn’t reliable enough to trust unsupervised
Product/project-management instincts: can scope a request, size complexity, sequence competing priorities, and brief external developers with minimal hand-holding
Confident translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and comfortable pushing back on a brief or a deadline when needed
Strong written communication: a clear brief, a precise QA note, a concise status update
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with Storyblok or a comparable headless CMS
Familiarity with web analytics or conversion tracking concepts
Exposure to A/B testing/CRO tools, or basic SQL
Experience briefing or QA’ing a development team
Basic understanding of Core Web Vitals / page performance
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals as they intersect with web production
Receive competitive compensation and equity ownership in Perk
Rest and recharge with 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
Take control of your physical health with private medical cover and voluntary dental insurance from Bupa, and discounted gym memberships with GymFlex
Plan for your future with our qualifying earnings company pension plan with Aviva
Know that your loved ones are protected financially through your Life Insurance if the worst were to happen
Rest assured that you’re covered by income protection in case you experience a long-term sickness or absence
Leverage tax-efficient cycle and electric car schemes with Cycle2Work & Octopus
Join our unforgettable Perk events, including our spectacular annual summer party
Always feel supported with Spring Health, our market-leading wellbeing partner, providing fast, comprehensive access to 12x therapy and 12x coaching sessions for you and your loved ones
Focus on your family with 12–16 weeks’ paid parental leave
Contribute to your community with 16 paid hours per year to spend volunteering for your dearest charitable causes
Broaden your horizons with up to 20 “Work from Anywhere” days per year
Stay savvy with access to a wide variety of discounts and rewards
Follow your passions and take a four-week, fully paid sabbatical once you reach 5 years
Let us help you move to one of our hubs with relocation support
AI at Perk
AI is embedded in how we work across every function. The tools you'll use day-to-day are AI-enabled so you can move faster and spend more time on the work that matters. In practice, that means using AI to research and prioritise accounts, draft and refine outreach, handle customer interactions more effectively, synthesise information, and cut through shadow work - the invisible tasks that pull people away from the work only they can do - so you can focus on relationships and outcomes.
How We Work

We're trusted by more than 12,000 companies worldwide, including Bolt, GoCardless, and Fabletics, and we're tackling the 7 hours of lost productivity per employee each week, a $1.7 trillion problem.

The Opportunity:
We are building a new team of Data Product Partners to bridge the gap between business needs and complex data systems, ensuring our data assets are trustworthy, discoverable, impactful and truly solve user problems.
As a Senior Data Product Partner (DPP), you will be the driving force behind the impact of our data team with the Perk business. You will move fluently between business and data worlds, making critical decisions rooted in both user needs and technical reality. Your goal is to move beyond simply providing solutions to proving demonstrable business impact.
Role Title: Senior Data Product Partner
Reporting To: Manager, Data Product Partner
Core Mandate: Be the primary data consultant, fixer, strategist, and relationship manager for a specific business domain (e.g. Customer Care, Finance, Marketing, Revenue, Spend & Control, Travel)
We are open to either Regular or Senior profiles
What You’ll Do:
Relationship Management and Strategy
Develop Business Data Strategy: Collaborate with business leaders to define how data can drive their strategic goals, solve critical challenges, and uncover new opportunities
Identify and Qualify Value: Proactively identify high-impact use cases and data initiatives that will generate maximum measurable value (e.g., revenue increase, cost reduction, efficiency gain) for the partner business unit
Act as the primary translator across all disciplines, explaining the same concept differently to different data team roles and executives
Proactively manage expectations and define the appropriate scope and flexible roadmaps
Develop Product Sense for Data, anticipating common data quality issues, recognising when simpler solutions are better, and strategically saying "no" to requests that compromise our aligned vision
Publicise and amplify the work that has been done to drive adoption of and learning from our solutions
Coach teams to be able to self serve their own preliminary investigations
Demand Shaping and Portfolio Management
Focus on defining what to build and why (Data Product Partner) rather than how (AE/ DA/ DE/ DS/ DG). Ensuring that we built the right thing - vs the Data Team Lead owning did we build the thing right
While the Data teams own the timeline estimates, the DPP defines the urgency, the required business target date and the prioritisation, which then influences how the Craft team approaches the estimate
Shape and Prioritise Demand: Work with business stakeholders to clarify their data needs, translating vague requests into well-defined, measurable projects and technical data requirements that can be handed over to the Data Teams
Manage the Business Unit's Data Portfolio: Oversee the pipeline of data projects, data products and initiatives relevant to their business unit, ensuring alignment with capacity and strategic priorities. Work closely with Data teams to evaluate technical tradeoffs with potential business impact
Conduct Value Realisation Tracking: Continuously monitor and report on the actual business outcomes and ROI delivered by completed data projects and products
Ad-Hoc Analysis, Triage & Intake Management
The Data Product Partner is the first line of response for data questions from the business and plays a critical role in determining the right level of effort and ownership
Conduct initial ad-hoc analysis where appropriate, including lightweight SQL queries, exploratory analysis in Looker as well as quick validations, sanity checks, and hypothesis testing
Use this initial analysis to answer simple, time-sensitive business questions directly, clarify the underlying problem and assess feasibility, data quality, and potential impact
Triage and prioritise ad-hoc requests by determining whether the request can be resolved quickly vs. requires deeper analytical or engineering work. Escalate and hand over well-defined requests to Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science or Data Governance when needed. Provide clear context, urgency, and success criteria to downstream teams
Actively identify recurring ad-hoc requests that indicate a gap in existing dashboards or data products, a need for improved data quality, documentation, or enablement or an opportunity to convert reactive work into scalable data products
Consultation and Enablement
Provide Data Consulting: Offer expert advice to business stakeholders on data availability, appropriate methodologies, and the interpretation of data insights
Drive Data Literacy and Adoption: Champion the use of data tools and insights within the business unit, coaching teams on how to effectively integrate data into their daily decision-making processes
Proactively surface observations, trends, or risks as nuggets of insight
Bridge the Data-to-Action Gap: Ensure that insights are clearly communicated, translated and embedded into concrete business actions and process changes
Ensure that the pain points of Data Quality gaps are identified and prioritised within the Data Team

About Everfield
Everfield buys, builds, and grows European vertical market and specialist software companies, providing them with the tools they need to move to the next level. Our mission is to foster ambition, fuel growth, and unlock opportunities for Europe’s software ecosystem.
Companies in the Everfield ecosystem follow a decentralised model, maintaining their team, brand, and offices, while focusing on what they do best - building products and supporting customers. Everfield provides support in talent acquisition, HR, and access to a team of experts in building and growing European B2B SaaS companies who consult on financial and operational topics. Founded in 2022, Everfield has an ecosystem presence in 9 countries, and growing.
About Us
CIM Software builds manufacturing and ERP software used by manufacturers across the UK and beyond. Our established products, Cim50 and Cim200, are the recommended manufacturing solutions for Sage 50 and Sage 200. We are also developing Cim360.cloud, a new SaaS ERP platform that takes our manufacturing expertise into the cloud.
We were acquired by Everfield in 2025, which gives us the stability and backing of a larger group while keeping the close-knit, hands-on culture of a specialist software company.
About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on role at the heart of a close-knit support desk. You will be one of the people our direct customers and reseller partners turn to when they need help, taking ownership of 1st and 2nd line cases across our full product range. No two days look quite the same: you will resolve what you can yourself and work with the wider team on the trickier problems, building your product knowledge as you go.
We are looking for someone with solid Sage 200 support experience who wants to broaden across our wider product range over time. There is genuine manufacturing ERP expertise to build here, and a clear path to grow as you develop and as we bring Cim360.cloud to market.
AI tooling is part of how we work, and you will be encouraged to use and build your skills with modern AI assistants as part of the day job.
What you will do
Work the incoming support queue, handling 1st and 2nd line cases across our product range for both direct customers and reseller partners, by phone, email, and ticket.
Work closely with the rest of the support team, lending your weight across the desk during busier periods to keep response times sharp for customers and partners.
Diagnose and resolve issues directly where possible, working from the knowledgebase and your growing product knowledge.
Investigate configuration and data issues, including running SQL queries where needed.
Escalate the more complex cases clearly, with good detail and reproduction steps.
Keep cases updated and communicate clearly with both customers and partners throughout.
Contribute to the knowledgebase so common issues become easier to resolve over time.
Who We Are Looking For
Solid, demonstrable Sage 200 support experience in a 1st or 2nd line role.
Strong customer service skills and clear written and verbal communication.
A methodical, calm approach to troubleshooting and case ownership.
Comfortable working with databases, with at least basic SQL skills.
Exposure to Cim200, Sicon Manufacturing, or Sage 200 Manufacturing.
Understanding of manufacturing concepts (BOMs, works orders, stock control).
Experience supporting Sage or business software, whether in-house, for a software vendor, or at a Sage partner.
Confidence using AI tools to investigate issues and draft responses, with the appetite to develop these skills further.
Flexible working: office, hybrid, or fully remote to suit you.
A varied role spanning our full product range and both direct and partner customers.
A clear path to build deep, specialist manufacturing ERP knowledge and progress into more senior support.
Genuine opportunity to use, leverage, and skill up in modern AI tooling as a core part of the job, not a side experiment.
The backing of the Everfield group alongside a small, expert, close-knit team.
An active Employee Council, giving the team a forum to put forward ideas and suggestions and help shape how we improve as a business.
Company-subsidised private healthcare scheme.
• 26 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
• Electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme. Cycle to work scheme.
• Access to our employee benefits and discounts programme.
We are an equal opportunity employer and ensure that no applicant is subject to less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, gender identity, marital status, race, colour, nationality, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, responsibilities for dependants, physical or mental disability. Any hiring decision is made based on skills, qualifications and experiences.
We look forward to receiving your application!

Detail-oriented approach with excellent proofreading, editing, and content quality assurance skills.
A proven track record of collaborating effectively with Subject Matter Experts and cross-functional teams to gather high-stakes information quickly.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing content priorities across multiple workstreams.
Working knowledge of KM metrics and reporting (content freshness, coverage, search success, deflection) and the ability to communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.
Experience supporting a new team or product launch, where knowledge and process are being built in parallel.
Understanding of learning design, instructional writing or adult learning principles.
Familiarity with workflow automation, AI-assisted content creation, emerging knowledge technologies, and AI-assisted search or chatbots for knowledge sharing.
Experience working with crypto and blockchain products, with an understanding of their operational and regulatory considerations.

ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
We're looking for a Product Marketer to join the ElevenAPI team. ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models. You'll own API and model launches end to end, from positioning and messaging to docs, demos, sample code, and launch-day execution. You'll work hand in hand with research and engineering to understand and benchmark our models, then partner with Developer Growth, Content, and Partnerships to craft the messaging. You'll also be the voice of the developer inside the company, pulling insight from usage data, community feedback, and conversations with builders to shape both the roadmap and how we show up.
Experience in product marketing, product, or growth for developer tools, APIs, or infrastructure products, with a track record of leading high-impact launches
Technical enough to build with our APIs, read the docs critically, and go deep with researchers and engineers on what makes a model or feature different
Deep empathy for developers, with an instinct for what earns their attention and trust (and what makes them tune out)
Sharp, clear writer who can turn complex technical capabilities into positioning and messaging that resonates with builders
Self-starter with strong ownership, a bias toward action, and a high bar for quality, clarity, and impact
Hands-on engineering background, or experience as a developer or technical founder
Experience building developer communities or running developer-focused campaigns and events

We're looking for an experienced partnerships leader to build and scale ElevenLabs' Public Sector Partner Programme in North America — bringing together resellers, VARs, and systems integrators who help deploy our technology across federal agencies, state and local governments, and education institutions.
You'll own the public sector partner strategy end-to-end — from building relationships with leading SIs and VARs with established public sector practices, to onboarding, enabling, and activating them to sell and deliver ElevenLabs products into government and education accounts.
This is a 0→1 build: you'll design partner incentive and enablement models tailored to the procurement and compliance realities of the public sector, generate qualified pipeline through partner-led opportunities, and scale the programme against North America growth targets — while owning day-to-day execution and partner performance.
Partner-Sourced & Influenced Revenue: closed-won ARR through VARs, SIs, and channel partners reaching at least 20% of North America public sector revenue
Partner-Sourced Pipeline: qualified pipeline created through partners, with a focus on enterprise and agency-level opportunities in federal, SLED, and education
Revenue-Producing Partners: number of partners actively generating pipeline, opportunities, or revenue each quarter
Time-to-First Revenue: speed from partner onboarding to first sourced opportunity and first closed-won deal
Strategic Account Penetration: new agency and institution relationships unlocked through partners that ElevenLabs would've struggled to access directly
10+ years building and scaling SaaS or Cloud solutions into public sector markets, with a deep network across federal, SLED, and education that you can leverage from day one
4+ years owning VAR and SI partnerships in the public sector, with proven experience driving joint account planning, co-sell motions, and revenue — not just relationship management
Deep familiarity with government procurement cycles, contract vehicles (e.g. GSA schedules, BPAs), and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, FISMA, StateRAMP)
A builder mindset — experience creating partner motions from 0→1, rather than inheriting a mature programme
Comfortable working with technical, API-driven products, and able to explain complex concepts to partners and agency stakeholders
Bonus: Mix of 3–4 years in direct public sector sales + 3–4 years in partnerships or channel; prior experience at a company scaling into gov-tech from a commercial base
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

We’re hiring a Paid Media Manager to scale our paid acquisition across the full funnel and every segment—self-serve, developer, and enterprise–for emerging channels (e.g. Reddit, Snap, programmatic, et al). This role owns strategy and execution across the paid funnel, from channel mix and budget to creative testing and landing-page alignment, and is expected to find profitable, scalable growth through experimentation and data-driven decision making.
The ideal candidate is platform agnostic, with proven, hands-on experience across multiple paid channels. You should be as comfortable optimizing for self-serve signups as you are for demo requests and lead quality, and as fluent in creative testing as you are in attribution and CAC math. This role is highly cross-functional and will partner closely with creative, lifecycle, landing-page, product marketing, and sales to drive impact.
Own full-funnel paid media strategy and execution across self-serve, developer, and enterprise segments
Build scalable systems for paid acquisition, with strong attention to CAC, payback, and pipeline/conversion quality
Manage channel mix and budget allocation across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
Partner with creative on ad concepts and run a high-velocity creative testing program
Work with landing-page, lifecycle, and sales teams to align full-funnel journeys
Move fast: run A/B tests, analyze performance, iterate quickly, and document learnings
Instrument tracking, attribution, and reporting so paid impact is measurable end-to-end
Elevate experimentation velocity and platform diversity to uncover untapped growth
Proven track record of scaling paid programs profitably across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels
Hands-on platform expertise—you’ve personally built and optimized campaigns, not just managed an agency
Strong analytical chops—you understand attribution, tracking, and LTV vs CAC math without needing a second opinion
Experience running creative testing and collaborating closely with creative teams on high-performing ads
Experience aligning campaigns to full-funnel journeys across self-serve and sales-led motions
Clear communicator with the ability to write high-intent copy and brief creative
You thrive in scrappy, high-ownership environments and are confident building systems from the ground up
Experience marketing to technical audiences (e.g., developers, APIs, infrastructure)
Familiarity with both self-serve and sales-led motions
Experience standing up reporting systems or collaborating with data/BI teams
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
Lead the paid media function across all channels and segments as the team scales
Expand into broader growth or demand generation leadership
Move into full-funnel growth strategy or a channel-owner leadership role
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in NA and EU. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Dublin, London, New York, and Warsaw.

Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page to understand what drives us and how we work.
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken’s Consumer Creative & Design team owns end-to-end creative execution for Kraken Consumer and Krak. Our disciplines cover performance ad creative, 2D and 3D design, motion design, AI video creative and web design, turning growth strategy into creative that converts across paid, owned and organic surfaces. We work closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content & Social, Lifecycle and our regional leads, holding the line on brand and messaging quality on everything that ships.
As our Senior Performance Video Creative, you concept, produce and ship paid video for Kraken and Krak. You ideate, generate, edit and ship, and you treat gen AI as a core production method rather than a novelty. You take a project from idea to a finished, approved, multi-market asset set, and you bring a real feel for what people stop on, share and screenshot.
You report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, who gives you direction, feedback and cover in reviews. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. Senior here means craft and speed leadership: you set the bar for paid video on the team, work with AI-enabled processes, collaborate closely with other Krakenites in and outside the team, and are the person others come to with video questions.
Own paid video for Kraken Consumer across product launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity.
Build for channels like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X. You know what wins where, and you build to each platform’s specs and native feel.
Concept and cut performance video so campaigns ship as complete cross-format sets.
Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video, and know when AI is the fastest route to a great ad and when it isn’t. Keep your tooling current as the models change, and build repeatable workflows the rest of the team can reuse.
Bring ideas to briefs rather than executing them literally. Pitch culturally timely, internet-native concepts that nobody asked for, including experimental ones alongside BAU work, and build the winners into creative pillars we can keep using.
Version and localize video at scale across markets, languages, formats and regulatory requirements. In a typical month you’ll have roughly a dozen workstreams in flight at once, most spanning several formats and several markets.
Build creative with testing in mind. Performance Marketing owns test design, cadence and readouts. You own the creative response: reading the results, forming a point of view on why a variant won, and turning that into the next round of hooks, concepts and cuts.
Flex into AI-assisted paid static when a campaign calls for it, working from the team’s brand baselines.
Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to get work approved without losing the idea.
Hold a high craft bar on your own work and keep your files clean enough for other people to build on.
5+ years in performance video creative at a high-volume in-house team or performance agency, ideally in fintech, crypto, gaming or another regulated category.
A portfolio submitted with your application. Paid video above all, with the brief or objective alongside the work and the result where you’re able to share it. Include two or three full video cuts, at least one AI-generated or AI-assisted piece with a short note on what was tooling and what was you, and one concept you tested where you can talk us through what the data said and what you changed.
Real video skills, from concept to finished, sound-designed cut.
High-level command of gen AI video and image tooling, with shipped work to show for it.
Platform-native instincts across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You can explain why the same idea needs a different build on each one.
Experience inside a structured creative testing program. You’re fluent in the metrics your creative moves (thumb-stop rate, hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS), you can tell a real winner from low performers, and can translate test results into a creative decision.
Fluency in internet and meme culture, with comedic instincts and a feel for what’s about to feel dated.
Speed without sloppiness. Comfortable with fast turnarounds, several review rounds and late changes.
Comfort working inside regulatory constraints, with work that survives risk warnings, disclaimers and market-specific requirements.
A solid copywriting instinct for scripts and on-screen text. Plain language, value first, no hype and no jargon.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.

About SchemeServe
SchemeServe is insurance software like no other.
Hosted in the cloud for MGAs, brokers and insurers, the SchemeServe platform boasts unique flexibility, unstoppable innovation and truly Obsessive Support.
Started in 2000 by our CEO, Adam, SchemeServe has grown from strength to strength, never having taken outside investment. We're proud of how far we've come and how loyal we've stayed to our Core Values.
We're fully remote (we were doing it before it was fashionable!), although we get together twice a year for Team Retreats.
We prize self-development and encourage everyone to keep learning and challenging themselves. Free books? Mentoring? Professional development? You got it.
We also offer flexible working, paid charity days, a fantastic, relaxed and open company culture and free biscuits through the post.
We genuinely believe this is the best place you could ever work.
If you're excited, good! So are we.
Come and join the Insurtech revolution!
Principal Backend Engineer
UK Remote
We're looking for an exceptional Principal Backend Engineer to help make backend engineering across SchemeServe better.
You'll be one of the most technically experienced engineers in the organisation and the CTO's primary technical partner for backend engineering, helping shape our architecture, engineering principles and technical direction.
But this isn't primarily a feature delivery role and your job isn't to personally build everything you help design.
Your real job is to make our engineering organisation better at building great software.
You'll work alongside engineers and teams, helping solve difficult problems, challenging their thinking and developing their technical skills and judgement.
This is a deeply technical role.
You'll need the depth to understand complex backend systems, architecture, security, performance, resilience and maintainability; review designs and implementations; spot risks; and challenge experienced engineers.
But technical knowledge alone isn't enough.
We want someone who understands there isn't always one "correct" way to build software.
Patterns, standards and best practices are useful tools. They aren't commandments.
We care about finding the most appropriate solution to the problem in front of us.
That means understanding the problem, business, existing platform, risks and likely future – and making pragmatic decisions based on the trade-offs.
Sometimes the right answer will be a new service or technology.
Sometimes it'll be improving what we already have.
Sometimes the boring solution really is the best solution.
We're quite comfortable with that.
Success in this role comes through influence rather than authority.
We don't want every difficult technical decision to end with:
"We'd better ask the Principal Engineer."
If an engineer proposes an approach you disagree with, we don't just want you to replace it with your own.
Understand their thinking. Ask questions. Challenge assumptions. Explore the trade-offs. Share your experience.
And be prepared to change your own mind too.
The goal is to leave that engineer better equipped to solve the next problem, not just holding the answer to this one.
Your technical impact should multiply through the people around you.
You'll remain close enough to the code to understand what's actually happening and occasionally roll up your sleeves to prototype, investigate a difficult problem or unblock a team.
But if after a year you've personally written loads of brilliant software while everyone around you is working exactly as they were before, we haven't succeeded.
Our platform has been evolving for more than 25 years.
At its heart is a mature C# .NET Framework 4.7 monolith, alongside an expanding ecosystem of modern C# .NET 10 and TypeScript services.
Our backend estate includes:
We're continuing to modernise, but we're not interested in modernisation for modernisation's sake.
We aren't trying to win an award for having the most fashionable architecture diagram.
We want a secure, reliable and maintainable platform that can support SchemeServe for many years to come – and we want you to help us decide what should evolve and, just as importantly, what doesn't need changing.
You'll work closely with our CTO and engineering teams to:
You'll need:
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who asks:
"What's the right solution for us?"
rather than:
"What's the way everyone else is doing it?"
Nice To Have
You don't need to tick every box.
If you've got the technical depth, judgement and ability to make engineers around you better, we'd rather have a conversation than lose a great candidate because you haven't used one particular technology.
Within your first year:
Ultimately, we don't want SchemeServe to become dependent on you for every difficult technical decision.
We want SchemeServe to become better at making those decisions because you're here.
Friendly, supportiv...

Are you an experienced railway professional with knowledge and experience of roles like COSS, ES and PICOP?
You already understand the track and the people who work on it. We're looking for people like you to help put new safety technology into the hands of the workforce - and to be part of a big change in how track workers are kept safe.
At Tended, we create first-of-a-kind safety systems that transform rail worker safety. Our geofencing solution has been named one of TIME's Best Inventions and has made the Digital Leaders 100 list for Geospatial Initiative of the Year. It's already out there on the track, helping to keep people away from the running line and improving on site efficiency.
Network Rail is committed to geofencing for the long term, and the rollout across the Sussex region is already underway. We're looking for an Implementation Lead to help us grow our capability on the ground..
As an Implementation Lead, you're the bridge between Tended and our clients, guiding their teams through helping their teams get comfortable using our kit out on-site.
You'll lead key client deployments on the ground, working closely with Tended's project managers to deliver an excellent service. Success in this role depends on building strong, trusting relationships quickly - so first-class communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Our technology is used by track workers with a wide range of technical confidence. You'll develop a deep understanding of our products so you can coach users through their day-to-day challenges and until they’re confident using it on their own. Being on-site also puts you in a unique position to see how our products are really used - spotting ideas for how we can make it better and feeding improvements back to the team.
You'll need strong knowledge of the rail environment and the roles within it, and you'll either hold a Personal Track Safety (PTS) qualification or meet the requirements to obtain one. Above all, we're looking for someone proactive and approachable - person fit matters to us.**
Travel and working pattern
This is a field-based role centred on regular client site visits across the Sussex region. You'll spend at least 3 days a week in the depot and on site, with the remaining time working remotely or in person with your line manager.
Because our users work shifts, this role covers both nightshifts and dayshifts, and includes weekend and bank holiday working - flexibility to meet the needs of the business and our clients is essential.
In return, we have excellent policies covering travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses, as well as fatigue management and time off in lieu.
A full driving licence is required.
Even if you don’t feel you have all of the requirements listed below, we’d encourage you to apply, as we’re looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow with us.
Essential
You have experience as an ES, ESA, COSS, Site Agent, or in a comparable on-site leadership role within the railway or a related industry.
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to influence site teams and users, and turn them into capable users of our product. Experience of working with different roles, from track workers to site managers is desirable.
You are comfortable with technology and enthusiastic to develop an in-depth understanding of our products to provide on-site coaching and support to users.
You take a detailed approach and consistently follow established processes and procedures with accuracy.
You instinctively take initiative to find and fix problems, thinking out of the box to find ways to make things better.
Desirable
You might have practical, hands-on experience of on-the-ground delivery of new technologies, delivering to a range of different kinds of users with different levels of tech-savviness.
You might have experience with project management tools.
You might have some experience in project management disciplines such as planning, managing risks, dependencies, issues, timelines, budgets, scope, deliverables and quality.
You might have some commercial awareness, such as understanding how to demonstrate the value of our work to clients during delivery.
