Unser Hiring-Prozess:
Interview mit HR (30 Minuten)
Interview mit unserem Head of Customer Success (30 Minuten)
Challenge (wird dir vorab zugesendet, damit du dich in Ruhe vorbereiten kannst)
Referenzgespräch (als letzten Schritt sprechen wir mit einer Referenz von dir)

What do we do?
Paddle offers digital product companies a completely different approach to their payment infrastructure. Instead of assembling and maintaining a complex stack of payments-related apps and services, we’re a Merchant of Record for our customers. That means we take away 100% of the pain of payment fragmentation. It’s faster, safer, cheaper, and, above all, way better.
We’re backed by investors including KKR, FTV Capital, Kindred, Notion, and 83North and serve over 6000 software sellers in 245 territories globally.
The Role:
Our InfoSec and IT teams are looking for a Staff Systems Engineer to lead and innovate at the intersection of infrastructure, security, and automation. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a digital-first, collaborative environment and is passionate about building resilient, secure, and scalable systems. You’ll be a technical leader across both our InfoSec and IT teams, driving the evolution of our systems landscape in both our Enterprise IT and Product environments. At Perplexity AI, we are building products that push the boundaries of how people find, reason, and learn information. The scale and speed of our mission demand a team that thrives in environments of rapid iteration and constant discovery. As a Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of shaping the talent foundation that fuels our growth.
This is not a traditional Recruiting role. We are looking for a builder with strong technical grounding, a genuine passion for the craft of sourcing, and the ability to operate with creativity and precision in an environment where constant change and ambiguity is the norm. You will partner closely with hiring managers, and engineers to identify, engage, and inspire world-class talent, helping build a team capable of solving some of the most challenging problems in AI today. What You'll Do
Full-cycle recruitment for engineering and research roles across EMEA Search, AI and Infrastructure
Build outbound first pipelines: advanced research, talent mapping across frontier labs and academia, referrals, AI-assisted automation, and creative outreach
Partner with hiring managers and engineers to calibrate profiles with accuracy and nuance, and to sharpen the bar as our teams evolve
Act as a candidate's first introduction to Perplexity, telling an authentic and compelling story about our mission, product, and culture
Track and analyze pipeline data to continuously improve sourcing strategy, and build your own tooling where off-the-shelf falls short
Operate with agility as priorities shift hard-to-fill roles, new pillars, and compressed timelines are the norm
What You Bring
4 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
A sourcing-first track record: you fill hard roles through outbound and talent mapping
Strong technical literacy comfortable, holding credible conversations with senior engineers
A builder's instinct for AI: eager to adopt new tools, automate your own workflow, and experiment with how AI can make recruiting faster and sharper
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners
A mindset that thrives on curiosity, iteration, and impact, aligned with Perplexity's ethos of building what has never been built before

Tired of retail pharmacy?
Imagine working in a modern, technology-enabled online pharmacy where you can focus on accuracy, quality and patient safety—without standing behind a retail counter, selling OTC products or being interrupted every few minutes.

What will you be doing?
Carrying out accuracy checks on dispensed medicines, ensuring full compliance with legal, operational and safety standards
Taking ownership of the end-to-end dispensing process — not just your part of it
Maintaining clear, accurate prescription records and escalating discrepancies without hesitation
Actively mentoring junior colleagues and helping to build a team culture rooted in accountability, safety and quality
Staying sharp on professional development, best practice and regulatory changes — because you want to, not because you have to
Working with pace and purpose alongside the wider pharmacy team to ensure every patient gets exactly what they need, when they need it

Full-time contract: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, & Saturdays as either overtime or on a shift basis.
Generous Leave: 25 days holiday (rising to 27 after year one and 30 after year two) + 8 bank holidays

Hybrid in London - one or two office days per week
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to build the systems that power iwoca’s German business.
You’ll join the Operations Engineering team, a cross-functional group that builds the proprietary tools (like our CRM) that our German operations staff use every day. You’ll own high-impact projects from the ground up, using your technical experience and curious mindset to improve how we serve small businesses while also helping to level up the wider engineering team.
The company
Small businesses move fast. Opportunities often don’t wait, and cash flow pressures can appear overnight. To keep going, and growing, SMEs need finance that’s as flexible and responsive as they are.
That's why we built iwoca. Our smart technology, data science and five-star customer service ensures business owners can act with the speed, confidence and control they need, exactly when it's needed.
We’ve already cleared the way for 100,000 businesses with more than £4 billion in funding. Our passionate team is driven to help even more SMEs succeed, through access to better finance and other services that make running a business easier. Our ultimate mission is to support one million SMEs in their defining moments, creating lasting impact for the communities and economies they drive.
The team
The Operations Engineering team is a cross-functional group consisting of three full-stack engineers and one product manager. The team works closely with the Operations, Operations Strategy and Analytics teams to deliver impactful changes across the wider Operations function. The team builds and maintains the internal systems – including tools for underwriting, notifications, and account management – that power iwoca’s German market. They support more than 70 colleagues across sales, credit, and collections who rely on these tools every day.
As the German business grows, the Operations Engineering team is moving beyond small improvements and into reworking how work is done. By reducing manual steps and improving how information flows through the company, the team directly influences how quickly other teams can act, how reliably iwoca can support its customers, and where we can most effectively spend human effort.
The role
You’ll work on the systems that internal teams rely on to serve customers. You’ll take an initial problem, engage with stakeholders, and develop solutions through to delivery and see the outcome in daily use. You’ll design and build full-stack services that support core operational workflows, including customer communication, underwriting, and collections.
Simplify workflows: You’ll decide when and what to automate, translating operational needs into reliable code that reduces manual effort.
Evolve the architecture: You’ll identify ways to modernise our systems, managing trade-offs to keep them dependable as they scale.
Advocate for quality: You’ll be a key part of the team, using code reviews and design sessions to advocate for better engineering practices and staff user experiences.
Expand your scope: You’ll join a growing team that supports individual ownership, offering you opportunities to lead projects end-to-end, developing your commercial judgement.
The requirements
Essential:
Proven track record designing and building backend systems using Python, with the ability to work across front-end codebases, particularly React or TypeScript, to deliver projects end to end.
You use AI (like Cursor, Claude Code or similar) in your daily flow—whether for work or for fun. You use it to blast through boilerplate and research, so you can focus on the hard parts: complex architecture, rigour, and high-stakes decision-making.
Experience working with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL or similar, with an understanding of performance and maintainability considerations.
Able to use lateral thinking to anticipate technical challenges and to improve existing systems that support complex workflows.
A track record of taking work from an initial problem through to delivery, including shaping solutions, making trade-offs, and iterating based on how systems are used.
Strong communication skills to be able to explain complex technical topics in simple terms and to articulate and influence decision making within the team.
Bonus:
Knowing how to scale systems: Familiarity with working on internal tools or platforms used by large operational teams.
Framework experience across Python and TypeScript such as Django, FastAPI and React.
Modern deployment experience: Working with CI/CD pipelines or deployment workflows.
A data-driven mindset: Using data or metrics to assess whether changes have had the intended effect.
The salary
We expect to pay from £75,000–£90,000 for this role. But, we’re open-minded, so definitely include your salary goals with your application. We routinely benchmark salaries against market rates, and run quarterly performance and salary reviews.
The culture
At iwoca, we prioritise a culture of learning, growth, and support, and invest in the development of our team members. We value thought and skill diversity, and encourage people to explore new areas of interest, adopt better tools – including AI – and apply sound judgement so our products and decisions improve over time.
The offices
We put a lot of effort into making iwoca a great place to work:
Offices in London, Leeds, Berlin, and Frankfurt with plenty of drinks and snacks.
Events and community-led groups, including running groups, padel, and monthly ping-pong and pool competitions.
The benefits
Flexible working hours.
Medical insurance from Vitality, including discounted gym membership.
A choice between a dedicated dental plan or a health cash plan that reimburses everyday medical expenses.
A private GP service (separate from Vitality) for you, your partner, and your dependents.
25 days’ holiday per year, an extra day off for your birthday, the option to buy or sell an additional five days of annual leave, and unlimited unpaid leave.
A one-month, fully paid sabbatical after four years.
Instant access to external counselling and therapy sessions for team members that need emotional or mental health support.
3% Pension contributions on total earnings.
An employee equity incentive scheme.
Generous parental leave and a nursery tax benefit scheme to help you save money.
Electric car scheme and cycle to work scheme.
Two company retreats a year: we’ve been to France, Italy, Spain, and further afield.
And to make sure we all keep learning, we offer:
A learning and development budget for everyone.
Company-wide talks with internal and external speakers.
Access to learning platforms like Treehouse.

At Tandem Health we’re reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians - is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care.
We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you!
About the role
We’re hiring a Project Delivery Specialist to help Tandem scale how we roll out our product in the real world, across the NHS and private healthcare providers.
You’ll own the day-to-day delivery of implementations: building clear plans, keeping everyone aligned, unblocking issues fast, and making sure go-lives land smoothly with strong adoption.
This job is ideal for somebody early in their career and you’ll work closely with our Medical Operations team and partner across Product, Engineering and Commercial to deliver rollouts that feel effortless for customers and that genuinely improve how clinicians work.
Own delivery, end-to-end: run multiple implementations in parallel - keeping timelines, actions and outcomes crystal clear.
Build rollout plans that actually work: lead structured 60–90 day implementation plans from kickoff through go-live and early adoption, with clear milestones and measurable success criteria.
Keep stakeholders aligned: bring together customer teams (clinical leads, ops, IT/digital, governance) and internal teams (Medical Ops, Product, Engineering, Commercial) and make sure everyone knows what’s happening, what’s next, and what “good” looks like.
Run a clean project rhythm: set up weekly check-ins, steerco updates where needed, and crisp status reporting and manage dependencies.
Spot risk early, unblock fast: identify issues before they become blockers, escalate intelligently, and drive resolution so customers feel supported and confident.
Make go-lives stick: coordinate readiness across training, comms and support; work with Medical Ops on-site when needed; track adoption in the weeks after launch and drive actions to improve engagement.
Turn learnings into repeatable playbooks: help us standardise what great delivery looks like - templates, checklists, rollout packs, comms, and best practices that scale.
You’ve delivered rollouts before: in Delivery / Project / Implementation / Customer Onboarding roles, owning projects end-to-end.
You’re great with people and progress: confident working with senior and frontline stakeholders, setting expectations, and keeping momentum through ambiguity.
You bring structure: you’re comfortable with implementation plans, governance, RAID, dependencies and reporting - and you’re the person who keeps everything moving.
You understand healthcare environments (ideally): experience in the NHS and/or private healthcare, and a feel for how many stakeholders and constraints exist in real clinical settings.
You’re calm under pressure: when things change (and they will), you stay focused and practical.
You communicate clearly: concise updates, strong written docs, and the ability to translate complexity into action.
You’re happy to travel: frequent trips to customer sites across the UK, with occasional trips to Stockholm.
Experience delivering digital health / SaaS implementations in regulated settings.
Familiarity with NHS governance / IG (e.g., DPIA, DCB standards, DTAC).
You’ve built playbooks or repeatable delivery processes that helped a team scale.
You’re curious about AI - not just the tech, but what it takes to implement it responsibly in practice.
We adopt a continuous selection process, so please make sure to apply with your CV in English.
Our interview process consists of stages:
Screening interview with Talent Acquisition
First interview with our Head of Medical Operations UK&I
Case study with MedOps + Project Delivery Specialists
Working Day - Join us in the London office for a day to experience our culture firsthand, collaborate with our team, and see how you work in action.
Competitive salary & company stock options
30 days/year of paid vacation
£800 wellness budget per year
Generous Parental leave top-up for new parents
Private Medical Insurance to stay healthy
Mental health support through our partner Mindler
Pension program
Social and team-building activities (off-sites, after works, winter/summer parties)
An opportunity to make a real positive impact in the world of healthcare
Work with some of the best minds in AI, healthcare, and engineering.
We review our benefits packages on a regular basis and might modify our benefits from time to time.
At Tandem, we move fast, think big, and take ownership. We're a high-performing, diverse team with a shared drive to change the future of healthcare - and we’re just getting started.
Our culture is built on action, ambition, and learning. You'll be trusted to take the lead, challenge yourself, and make an impact from day one. We believe real growth happens when you're stretched, supported, and surrounded by smart, passionate teammates who want to win together.
Even though we’re spread across countries, we come together often in Sweden for team meetings, social events, and offsites - blending global reach with real human connection.
We hire for talent, potential, and attitude - valuing different backgrounds and fresh perspectives. Great ideas come from everywhere, and we’re building a team that reflects the world we want to change.
Tandem handles sensitive patient data and will conduct a background check before hiring any candidate.

Build with us
Since 2004, we've had one clear goal: to make payments and money management effortless for every business in Europe.
Today, more than 250,000 companies use Mollie to get paid, manage money and grow, with products designed to be simple, scalable, and dependable.
With 950+ Mollies across 14+ locations, we care deeply about autonomy and craft. So we work in small teams, with real ownership, and we trust you to make the right decisions.
We're building for the long term, so we provide the tools you need, processes you can rely on, and a balanced work environment to help you do work you're proud of.
Sound like your kind of place? Let's build together.
Your impact
Treasury is where Mollie's balance sheet takes shape, this team makes sure that our balance sheet is safe, well-funded and resilient. You, as Treasury Manager, will be one of the first people building the Asset & Liability Management (ALM) function for Mollie.
This is a genuine 0-to-1 role. There is no legacy ALM framework to maintain, no existing ILAAP to update, no established models to inherit. You'll help design and build the liquidity risk framework, the interest rate and credit spread risk approach, and the funding and balance sheet strategy. Your work will feed directly into Mollie’s licence application and, once authorised, into how Mollie actually manages its liquidity and funding risks.
You'll work closely with our product teams, Finance, and Risk Domains and your analysis will be seen by senior leadership and, eventually, by our regulator. As Mollie moves from application to operation, your scope will grow from building the framework to running it.
What you'll ship
Build and own the core building blocks of Mollie liquidity risk framework, including the ILAAP, LCR/NSFR monitoring, and liquidity stress testing.
Develop Mollie’s approach to interest rate risk and credit spread risk in the banking book (IRRBB/CSRBB), from risk identification through to models, limits and hedging strategy.
Contribute to the design of Mollie’s funding and balance sheet strategy, including deposit mix, funding diversification and balance sheet construction.
Build the Contingency Funding Plan and related early-warning indicators, so Mollie knows exactly what to do under stress before it needs to.
Produce clear, well-documented policies, methodologies and models that will stand up to scrutiny from DNB/ECB, external auditors, and Mollie's own second and third lines of defense.
Support senior leadership (ALCO or its future equivalent) with the analysis, reporting and recommendations it needs to make sound balance sheet decisions.
Partner with Risk, Finance and our external advisors, to make sure Treasury's frameworks are consistent with Mollie’s wider risk appetite and governance.
What you'll bring
Around 5+ years of experience in Treasury, ALM or balance sheet risk management, ideally within a bank, though experience in a fintech, PSP or consultancy building similar frameworks is also relevant.
Solid working knowledge of liquidity risk (LCR/NSFR, ILAAP) and/or interest rate risk in the banking book (IRRBB/CSRBB). You don't need to be deep in both, but you understand how they connect to the balance sheet as a whole.
Comfort building models and frameworks from a blank page. You're not looking for a well-worn playbook, you're excited to write the first one.
Strong quantitative and Excel/financial modelling skills, with the discipline to document your logic clearly enough that someone else, including a regulator, can follow it.
The ability to explain complex balance sheet risk topics clearly to non-specialists, and the confidence to defend your recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Genuine curiosity about how AI can speed up the parts of this work that don't need a human, so more of your time goes toward judgment and design.
Grow your way
At Mollie, growth is personal. We believe everyone should have the chance to develop their skills, explore new challenges and shape their career on their own terms.
You'll get regular feedback and performance reviews to support your development, with fair and transparent salary reviews along the way. Many Mollies move into new roles or take on new projects to stretch themselves, and we actively hire from within to help you take the next step.
No matter if you're aiming for promotion, exploring a different career path or building new skills, you'll be supported with the tools, trust and opportunities to grow your way.
Unlock your full potential and join us to eliminate financial bureaucracy.
If you're excited by the idea of building a bank's Treasury function from scratch, for Mollie and for thousands of businesses across Europe, we'd love to hear from you. Apply with your CV (in English) using the form below.
Want a peek behind the scenes? Check out what life at Mollie is really like.

Your impact
You'll own the post-sales integration phase for Mollie's largest and most complex deals, taking full responsibility from contract signature through go-live and the handover that follows. That means acting as the central point of contact for the merchant and every internal Mollie team involved, setting out the activities, owners, and timelines needed to get each implementation live.
You'll coordinate closely with sales, sales engineering, onboarding, compliance, product, and other teams to resolve issues as they come up, using your technical understanding to assess merchant problems, work through documentation, and route issues to the right place. You'll keep merchants, digital agencies, and internal stakeholders informed with regular updates, and you'll monitor progress against the agreed go-live date so you can act early when timelines are at risk.
This is a newly formed function that's now expanding into new markets. That means you'll have genuine influence over how the role and its processes take shape, working closely with a flat, collaborative team where good practice is shared regardless of hierarchy.
What you'll ship
Own the post sales integration phase for Mollie's largest and most complex deals, from handover through testing to go live
Run kickoffs with internal and external stakeholders, setting go live dates and keeping progress on track
Organise and track testing, raising issues and feedback as they surface
Coordinate across sales, product and engineering colleagues, as well as with merchants directly, to keep everyone aligned
Keep agreed go live dates on track, since delays mean missed revenue
Maintain documentation and playbooks that make delivery predictable and scalable
What you'll bring
At least 3 years of relevant experience in implementation, project management, onboarding, delivery, or a similar customer-facing role.
Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce is a plus
Proven experience managing complex implementations from contract signature through go-live and handover.
Solid understanding of APIs, integrations and technical documentation, with the ability to investigate implementation issues and work with technical teams.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including managing timelines, blockers, dependencies and multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Structured, proactive and pragmatic approach, with strong ownership and the confidence to challenge when needed.
Excellent communication skills in English

OUR MISSION
To become the car-changing destination of choice. By combining technology, media and deep automotive expertise, we've turned how people buy, sell, advertise and lease cars on its head.
What started as a simple reviews site is now one of the largest online car-changing destinations in Europe. Last year alone we grew over 50% with nearly £3bn worth of cars bought on site, while £1.8bn of cars were listed for sale through our Sell My Car service.
In 2024 we went big and acquired Autovia - creators of AutoExpress and Evo magazines - doubling our audience overnight. Together we now have one of the biggest YouTube channels in the world with almost 10m subscribers and over 1.1 billion annual views, while we sell 1.2 million print copies of our magazines and have an annual web content reach over 350million.
And we’re a long way from done!
THE ROLE
Carwow is hiring an Account Management Team Lead to join our Get Your Car (New Market) Partner Success team, focused on car buying. This is a player-coach role with your time split roughly 50/50. Half of it goes on leading and coaching a team of 3 Account Managers, and half on managing your own portfolio of dealer groups. You'll report into the Franchise Account Management Manager and be measured on hitting revenue and retention targets across both your team and your own portfolio.
This role is based in our London office three days a week, with travel to dealer partners as needed.

To become the car-changing destination of choice. By combining technology, media and deep automotive expertise, we’ve turned how people buy, sell, advertise and lease cars on its head.
What started as a simple reviews site is now one of the largest online car-changing destinations in Europe. Last year alone we grew over 50% with nearly £3bn worth of cars bought on site, while £1.8bn of cars were listed for sale through our Sell My Car service.
In the last couple of years we have gone big and acquired both Carwow Leasey, a leasing broker, and Autovia, creators of AutoExpress and Evo magazines, doubling our audience overnight. Together we now have one of the biggest YouTube channels in the world with almost 10m subscribers and over 1.1 billion annual views, while we sell 1.2 million print copies of our magazines and have an annual web content reach of over 350 million. We also launched our successful Sell My Car business in Germany. We are continually driving to make Carwow the go-to destination for people looking to change their car.
And we’re a long way from done!
Our fantastic legal team has been compared to a set of high-performance tyres, enabling Carwow to drive and corner at high speeds whilst keeping Carwow firmly on the road in all conditions. As the business pushes forward with bold ambitions, the legal team’s purpose is clear: to drive Carwow’s growth with integrity and confidence – and that’s where you come in!
We are a platform that sits right in the middle between consumers and OEMs/Dealers in the car-changing journey. Datasits at the heart of everything we do and we want to commercialise it responsibly.
As Senior Privacy Counsel, you will be Carwow’s dedicated in-house privacy lawyer and operational privacy lead, playing a pivotal role in enabling the business to grow and scale at pace with integrity. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a complex, high-growth and data-thirsty marketplace business.
We are looking for a Senior Privacy Counsel who wants to do more than provide legal advice from the sidelines. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing legal function as our first dedicated in-house privacy hire, taking ownership of the day-to-day privacy programme while acting as a senior legal and strategic advisor to the business as it sharpens its privacy governance programme and steers towards further growth and an exit.
We are not at “Day Zero”. We currently have an external DPO, established policies, templates, a RoPA and a risk register.
We need a tech-fluent privacy lawyer who is equally comfortable advising and doing: someone who can interpret complex legal requirements, exercise sound legal judgement and provide pragmatic advice, but who will also roll up their sleeves and build, operate and continuously improve the mechanisms that make privacy work in practice.
You will have the mandate to lift the lid on our technology stack, validate our data flows, identify legal and operational privacy risks and work directly with our Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing and commercial teams to keep the business safe and moving fast.
Privacy governance and framework development: Own, develop and maintain Carwow’s enterprise privacy governance framework, encompassing internal policies, ROPAs, privacy notices, risk registers, retention schedules and associated controls. Interpret applicable legal requirements and ensure our documentation and processes reflect the reality of Carwow’s technology stack and processing activities, leading remediation where discrepancies or risks are identified.
Legal advice and business partnering: Act as Carwow’s principal in-house legal advisor on privacy and data protection matters. Develop strong business partnering relationships across Marketing, Media, Product, Engineering, Data and other parts of the business, providing pragmatic, risk-based legal advice that enables commercial objectives while appropriately managing privacy risk. Provide advice to senior management and support the General Counsel in updating the Company’s Senior Leadership Team and Executives as needed.
Culture & Training: Build a strong internal perception of privacy as a “trust builder”. Design and deliver role-specific training that is engaging, commercially relevant and free of unnecessary legal jargon, helping teams understand both their legal obligations and how to apply them in practice.
Breach response: Lead the privacy aspects of data breach and incident response, working cross-functionally to investigate incidents, assess legal and regulatory risk, determine notification obligations and oversee remediation. Liaise with the external DPO, regulators and other relevant stakeholders as appropriate.
DPAs, DSAs and data contracting: Draft, review and negotiate DPAs, DSAs and other data protection provisions and agreements arising from commercial arrangements. Provide practical legal advice on controller/processor relationships, data sharing, international transfers and related privacy risks.
DSARs and individual rights: Own and continuously improve Carwow’s processes for responding to data subject rights requests, ensuring requests can be handled lawfully, efficiently and with minimal disruption to the business. Provide legal guidance on complex or sensitive requests where required.
Retail Media and Ad Tech: Provide legal and operational privacy support on new commercial propositions looking to leverage Carwow’s data for third-party audience targeting, segmentation and advertising. Advise on the appropriate use of personal data, profiling, consent and data-sharing structures and help design commercially workable and legally robust mechanisms for using and sharing data.
Product, Data and Technology: Work closely with Data & Insights, IT, Engineering and Product teams throughout the product lifecycle to embed Privacy by Design. Lead or support privacy assessments, identify legal and operational risks in new products and processing activities, and translate complex technical data flows into clear, risk-based advice for the General Counsel, Executives and wider business.
Operationalise Compliance: Own and operate core privacy compliance processes, including DPIAs, LIAs and data-sharing assessments. Look continuously for opportunities to integrate these into existing business workflows, with an eye on making compliance proportionate, scalable and automated wherever possible.
Regulatory developments: Monitor and interpret relevant developments in privacy, data protection, digital regulation and related areas, assess their impact on Carwow and translate new legal requirements into practical changes to products, policies, controls and business processes.
Corporate work: Provide privacy legal support on M&A, funding and other corporate transactions, including conducting privacy due diligence, identifying material risks and supporting remediation and integration activity.
AI and emerging technology: Advise on the privacy implications of AI and emerging technologies adopted or developed across the business, while supporting the development of practical governance mechanisms that allow Carwow to innovate responsibly.
Multi-jurisdictional: Support Carwow’s businesses across the UK, Germany, Spain and Portugal, advising on relevant local and European privacy requirements and working with external counsel where specialist local advice is required.
A qualified lawyer, admitted to practise in England & Wales or another relevant UK or European jurisdiction, with significant experience advising on privacy and data protection matters.
Significant experience working in-house, balancing legal and regulatory requirements with commercial objectives and operating as a trusted advisor to the business.
Strong working knowledge of UK and European data protection law, with the ability to interpret legislation, regulatory guidance and emerging issues and translate them into clear, practical and commercially workable advice.
Experience not only providing privacy legal advice but also building, operating or materially contributing to a privacy programme, including areas such as DPIAs, RoPAs, privacy notices, data rights, retention, incident response and privacy governance.
The ability and willingness to work autonomously as Carwow’s principal in-house privacy specialist, moving comfortably between complex legal analysis and hands-on operational delivery.
Passionate about the intersection of AI and privacy, with an interest in how to safeguard the organisation during technology adoption while also leveraging AI to enhance and automate privacy operations.
A team player with a growth mindset, high EQ and low ego, excited to be part of a scale-up, high-growth company where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
To be able to work in a fast-paced environment with teams that move and pivot quickly.
Fluency in English and strong written and verbal communication skills, together with a proactive, persuasive and adaptable manner.
Driven to ensure the Legal & Compliance Team is viewed as a genuine partner to the business, with the initiative and credibility to build relationships across functions and at senior levels.
Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
A track record of working effectively with all levels of an organisation, including senior management and executives.
Experience working in a tech platform or marketplace environment.
Experience in Mar-Tech or Ad-Tech.
Experience in the automotive industry.
Experience advising on AI governance or wider digital regulation.
Experience supporting organisations operating across multiple European jurisdictions.
A CIPP/E and/or CIPM qualification from the IAPP, or equivalent demonstrable privacy expertise.

To become the car-changing destination of choice.
By combining technology, media and deep automotive expertise, we’ve transformed how people buy, sell, advertise and lease cars.
What started as a simple reviews site is now one of Europe’s largest car-changing destinations. Over 10 million customers have used carwow to buy and sell cars, with £3bn worth of cars bought and £1.8bn listed for sale last year alone.
In 2024, we acquired Autovia — creators of Auto Express and evo — doubling our audience overnight. Today, our brands reach over 350 million users annually and generate 1.1bn+ YouTube views, influencing how millions of drivers choose their next car.
And we’re a long way from done.
This role sits within GYC (Get Your Car) Advertising, a fast-growing commercial team responsible for building Carwow’s Used and New Car Advertising business.
The two markets are at very different stages:
New Car Advertising is a mature, high-performing product with strong market fit and limited competition.
Used Car Advertising is an emerging channel — competitive, fast-moving, and still being proven.
We operate like a startup within a startup:
small team
high ownership
evolving products and processes
limited structure by design
As a BDR, you’ll help build the foundations of this business by creating high-quality outbound pipeline, shaping how we approach dealers, and defining what “good” looks like from the ground up.
Your mission is to create qualified pipeline from cold outbound outreach, focused initially on Used Car Advertising, and set the sales team up to win.
This role is not about closing deals or working warm leads.
It’s about discipline, resilience, and learning — building strong sales fundamentals in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.
Cold-call and message independent dealers and retail groups
Open relevant commercial conversations about Used Car Advertising
Book qualified meetings only for BDMs
Ask structured discovery questions
Understand dealer context (stock size, sales velocity, appetite to invest)
Disqualify early when there’s no fit
Learn how carwow demand works
Develop an understanding of used-car dealer economics
Improve messaging and objection handling through repetition and feedback
Hit clear daily and weekly activity targets
Maintain accurate CRM records
Protect BDM time by avoiding low-quality meetings
Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
Clear, concise communicator
Able to follow structure and process consistently
Curious about how businesses make money
Coachable and open to feedback
Resilient and focused under pressure
Previous outbound sales or customer-facing experience
Exposure to automotive, marketplaces, or performance-led products
Desire to progress into more senior commercial roles over time
If you’re looking for inbound or warm leads
If you dislike repetition and outbound activity
If you prefer closing over qualifying
If you need heavy structure and certainty from day one
This role is ideal if you want to learn outbound sales properly, build real commercial skills, and progress over time into broader Used and New Car Advertising roles.
If you’re resilient, curious, and ready to build from scratch, we’d love to talk.

Carwow is Europe’s leading car-changing destination, transforming how people buy, sell, advertise, and lease cars through technology, media, and automotive expertise. From our beginnings as a reviews site, we’ve grown into one of the largest online marketplaces—facilitating nearly £3bn in car purchases and £1.8bn in sales listings last year alone. In 2024, we acquired Autovia (AutoExpress and Evo), doubling our audience and expanding our reach to 10 million YouTube subscribers, 1.2 million magazine sales, and 350m+ annual online readers. And we’re only just getting started.
You’ll drive carwow’s buying platform adoption by winning and onboarding independent motor traders and franchise dealer groups through consultative selling and tailored demos. This is a phone-first role focused on high-volume outreach, with the flexibility to step into the field when it helps close key deals. You’ll be responsible for securing new partners, getting them bidding and buying quickly, and working with Account Management to maximise long-term growth.
Sign up new dealers and drive adoption - bidding and buying - on the Sell My Car platform.
Generate new business via cold outreach and inbound leads, primarily over the phone, with occasional field visits when required.
Identify and develop opportunities to upsell additional services such as transport, wallet, stock funding, and other upcoming propositions.
Approach potential partners and build strong, long-term business relationships.
Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure a smooth handover once accounts are up and running, and support in reactivating dealers who have become inactive.
Deliver engaging and persuasive pitches at all levels—from GMs and Group Buyers to Business Owners and Sole Traders.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and manage data effectively.
Please note: We know no candidate will tick every box, so if you feel you’re a strong fit but not an exact match, we’d still love to hear from you. Ideally, you’ll have:
Experience in a similar role within the automotive retail industry (essential).
A driven, hard-working mindset with the ability to adapt to change in a fast-growing, scale-up environment.
A hunter mentality with a passion for prospecting and developing new partnerships.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with proven business development experience.
Confidence in working with data to spot opportunities and risks, and to support growth strategies (without needing to be a data expert).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the flexibility to adapt to different audiences.
Ability to work with CRM tools, such as Salesforce.

Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and the People Operations team is the engine that keeps their experience running smoothly. We’re looking for a support in an upcoming German project for the next 6-12 monts. As our People Operations Executive for Germany, you'll own the accurate, on-time running of our monthly German payroll and be the trusted first point of contact for our German employees' questions on pay, benefits, and everything across the employee lifecycle.
This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone who takes real pride in getting things right, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and genuinely enjoys making colleagues feel looked after. You're fluent in German and English, bring hands-on experience of German payroll and employment regulations, and are comfortable handling administrative tasks as part of your responsibilities. You'll be the person who turns it into something reliable, organised, and even better than you found it, using AI and smart tooling to work faster and smarter.
This is a great opportunity to build your career in People Operations: you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of German payroll and the employee lifecycle for Germany, with support and guidance from the wider People Operations team as you grow into a more senior, more autonomous role.
Payroll:
Own the end-to-end processing of our monthly German payroll accurately and on time, from gathering inputs (new starters, leavers, changes, bonuses/commission, absence) through to submission and reconciliation)
Act as the point of contact for our German payroll provider, resolving queries and making sure everything ties out each cycle.
Ensure payroll compliance with German payroll and employment legislation (income tax, social security contributions, and other statutory requirements) and keep on top of regulatory changes.
Maintain meticulous payroll records and support year-end processes and statutory reporting requirements for Germany.
Employee queries & support:
Be the friendly, reliable first responder for questions from our German employees on payroll, benefits, and lifecycle matters, resolving them promptly and clearly in German and English so everyone feels supported.
Advise employees on people policies and processes, escalating the genuinely complex or sensitive with good judgement and discretion.
Spot recurring questions and turn them into self-serve answers, FAQs, and clearer documentation.
Benefits:
Administer our benefits programmes for German employees day to day, including enrolments, changes, leavers, and provider liaison.
Help employees understand and make the most of what's on offer.
Support benefits renewals and improvements, keeping records accurate throughout.
Employee lifecycle:
Process joiners, leavers, and employee changes within Germany, and deliver a smooth, engaging experience across the full lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes, family leave, and offboarding.
Prepare accurate documentation (contracts, letters, changes to terms) in line with German employment regulations, and keep our HRIS (Hibob) clean and up to date at all times.
Make sure every touchpoint feels considered, so people have a great experience from day one to their last day.
Data, systems & admin:
Keep our people data accurate, consistent, and audit-ready. You'll treat data quality as non-negotiable.
Produce clear, reliable reports and pull basic insights to support decision-making.
Use AI tools and automation to reduce manual effort, speed up admin, and improve accuracy.
Continuous improvement:
Take ownership of your processes and proactively look for ways to make them simpler, faster, and more reliable.
Suggest and implement improvements to workflows and documentation, leaving things better than you found them.
2+ years' experience in a People Operations / HR administration/payroll role, ideally within a scale-up or high-growth, fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Hands-on experience processing German payroll and a solid working knowledge of German payroll and employment regulations. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
Exceptional attention to detail. Accuracy is the thing you're known for, and you double-check by instinct.
Not put off by admin. You find satisfaction in doing high-volume, detailed work well and consistently.
Highly organised. You juggle multiple priorities and deadlines calmly and never let things slip.
Solution-oriented. You take problems off people's plates, research answers independently, and come up with fixes, not just flags.
Comfortable with AI. You actively use AI tools to work more efficiently and are keen to find new ways to apply them.
Strong communicator. Warm, clear, and helpful, with the discretion to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Confident with people systems and spreadsheets, and quick to pick up new tools.

Make sure UK Leasing always has the best-priced, best-covered deals in the market, so our sales team can draw more leads and convert more of them. This means owning the overall competitiveness of our marketplace, the deals every partner lists on it as well as Leasey's own, not just our own broker's position. You are the pricing engine behind the offer set: you find where we are missing competitive supply, own the ratebooks that power the marketplace, keep pricing accurate day to day, and guide Procurement and the Marketplace commercial team on where to find deals and at what price.
Analyse funder ratebooks and the Carwow marketplace to identify demand-supply whitespace, and guide the Procurement team on where to focus their supply-finding and at what price points.
Own and manage all ratebooks, including building custom ratebooks where a supplier does not provide one, and continually improving the efficiency of that process.

Join us on a mission to transform how 300+ commercial and operations professionals work every day - by putting Salesforce at the heart of our business.
As part of the Business Innovation team, you won’t just maintain a system - you’ll contribute the evolution of our internal platform strategy. Your role is to empower teams by removing friction, replacing redundant tools, and ensuring Salesforce becomes a single source of truth for how we operate and grow.
We’re looking for someone who sees beyond config and code - someone ready to take ownership, drive adoption, and shape the future of our platform. You’ll play a key role in bringing every user fully onto Salesforce, embedding best practices, and preparing the business to harness automation and AI at scale.
If you’re a Salesforce admin - with the vision to drive impact and the skills to bring others with you - this is your opportunity.

Act as point of contact for complex platform issues, ensuring rapid root-cause resolution and clear communication.
Lead the full lifecycle of enhancements: scope requirements, design solutions, configure and build, test, and deploy.
Own the configuration of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud — including custom objects, automation logic, validation rules, permission structures, and reporting models.
Actively manage technical debt and ensure long-term platform scalability.
Lead the implementation and optimisation of integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems to ensure data flows are reliable, secure, and aligned with operational workflows.
Lead training sessions and create enablement materials tailored for end users, power users, and stakeholders to drive platform adoption and accountability.
Partner with admins, analysts, and developers to plan and deliver cross-functional features across sales, customer operations, and commercial teams.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views to support business reporting needs.
Support UAT, bug resolution, and user onboarding for all new platform capabilities.
Identify and implement opportunities for process automation using Flow, approval workflows, and custom notifications.
Have 5+ years of Salesforce administrator experience, with strong hands-on knowledge of Flows and declarative tools.
Understand how to balance technical debt, speed, and clean design in a fast-paced environment.
Thrive in cross-functional teams and are comfortable working with stakeholders across sales, operations, and support.
Have experience working in agile environments using tools like Asana.
Are proactive, pragmatic, and focused on outcomes, not just shipping code.
Have a good understanding of process automation tools (e.g., Flows, Validation Rules) and are confident creating robust and scalable solutions to achieve business goals.
Are able to create reports, dashboards, and list views for various use cases and business stakeholders.
Have Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent hands-on credibility.
Work closely with AI/automation and Ops teams to streamline high-volume or high-touch workflows.
Experience in a development capacity, including working with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Being a part of Carwow Group means championing drivers and the automotive industry, acting as a disrupter and never being afraid to fail (but learning fast when we do!).
Our team of 600 employees across the UK, Germany, Spain and Portugal are revolutionising car-changing and we are fast expanding our mission across every single brand and country we operate in, so jump in!
THE ROLE
This is a director role running the operating engine behind our commercial teams. Carwow sells cars in two ways: Sell My Car, where drivers sell their car to dealers, and Get Your Car, where they buy or lease their next one. As Director, GTM & Revenue Operations you own the operating model those commercial teams run on: the go-to-market process, the enablement and quality that get people productive, the systems they work in (Salesforce and the wider commercial tech stack), the analytics that forecast the commercial number, and the programme management that lands cross-functional change. The function covers five areas: GTM Operations, Sales Enablement, Tooling & Platform, Rev-Ops Analytics and Program Management. You report to the VP, Marketplace Operations and sit close to both the numbers and the commercial teams you serve. You make the commercial motion work; the commercial teams own the selling and the relationships.
This is a builder's role as much as a running one. You inherit a team of three (programme management, sales enablement and platform) and a clear mandate to grow the function to what the business needs. Shaping and hiring that team, and making the case for it, is central to the job. The commercial org has recently brought its Sell My Car and Get Your Car teams into a single account-management function serving one dealer network, so you'll run one operating model across both products (a unified Salesforce, aligned targets and comp, consistent enablement and quality) and get the last of that integration to steady state. The function has already moved real numbers here, reworking the sales process, standing up sales-engagement tooling and sharpening enablement, and your job is to take that further.
You own the operating model, process, enablement, the systems requirement and the forecast. The commercial organisation owns the relationships, the selling and delivery against the number. You design the targets, compensation and territory structures with commercial leadership and you shape decisions through the strength of the operating case. In your first year, success looks like a forecast that's trusted and accurate, new hires productive faster, a consistent quality bar across the combined team, and the platform and process the org runs on every day.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will own the commercial operating model and the team that runs it, working hand in glove with the commercial organisation, Workforce Management, the trading leads, and the analytics and data teams that support the whole function.
Own GTM operations: define the go-to-market playbook, pipeline and commercial process across both marketplaces, and, with commercial leadership, design the targets, compensation and territory / account structures that tie individual attainment to the business outcome. Own capacity and headcount planning with Workforce Management.
Own sales enablement and quality: build the onboarding and ramp-to-productivity structures, a standard readiness sign-off, org-wide QA and calibration, and ongoing L&D for both individual contributors and leaders, so new hires get productive faster and quality holds across the organisation.
Own the requirements for the commercial systems and tooling: direct Salesforce as the commercial system of record, owning the process and workflow design, prioritisation and the roadmap to bring the whole commercial org onto one platform, plus the sales-engagement and automation tooling (e.g. Groove), AI-assisted workflows and the performance dashboards the teams run on. You own the requirement and how the commercial org runs on the platform; the platform itself, its build and administration, sits with the tech org, who you partner with and direct.
Own revenue-operations analytics and forecasting: produce a forward-looking commercial forecast that feeds trading and reconciles to Finance's P&L view, own the operational reporting that diagnoses what the volume and operational teams are driving into the number, and provide the evidence base behind comp and performance decisions. You own the operational read and set the requirement; you partner with Finance and the central analytics and data teams, who own the build.
Own program management: run the commercial PMO, from end-to-end discovery and sizing of new initiatives through governance (charters, RACI, risk and impact), so cross-functional commercial programmes land on time with clear ownership.
Build the function: shape and hire the team the function needs across the five areas, from a starting base of three, and make the case for the investment. Run the combined Sell My Car and Get Your Car commercial operation as one, a single dealer view, one operating model, and consistent process across both products.
Get more out of the team with AI and automation: mature how the commercial org operates with AI-first tooling and automation, so manual workflows disappear and the org gets the answer without a person in the loop.
Feed the operating rhythm: own the commercial-motion input into the weekly operating cadence and the read up to Finance, trading and the CEO, with a clean, leadership-ready view of where the pipeline sits and where it is heading.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Please note: We know that no candidate will be a perfect match for everything here, so please apply if you're close to the brief. If you meet most of the essentials, we'd like to hear from you.
The essentials:
A track record of leading a revenue-operations, commercial-operations or GTM-operations function at scale, in a marketplace, growth or B2B sales context
Breadth across the operating model: you've owned, or closely partnered on, most of GTM process, enablement, commercial systems and analytics, and you understand how they fit together
Strong CRM fluency with Salesforce as a system of record: you can set the requirements, shape the data model and process, and direct a platform team, not just keep it clean
Commercial process and incentive design: targets, compensation, territory and capacity planning tied to business outcomes
A people leader and builder: you've grown a multi-disciplinary team from a small base, hired well, and set a clear bar
Analytical and data-fluent: comfortable in a forecast and a pipeline model, and drawing honest conclusions from the numbers
How you'll work (we'll explore these in interview):
Fluent and curious with AI: you use it to work faster and help a team adopt it
Comfortable running a cross-functional PMO, with charters, RACI and clear risk management
Credible with senior stakeholders: you make a well-evidenced case and hold it under challenge, and you influence across teams you don't own
Self-directed: you turn an ambiguous problem into a plan, with a bias for action
Intellectually honest: you surface the hard truth early rather than the comfortable answer late
Nice to have:
Hands-on Salesforce administration or architecture (certification a plus), CPQ, and sales-engagement / revenue-intelligence tooling (e.g. Groove, Outreach)
SQL / data warehouse fluency
Marketplace, two-sided platform or automotive experience
Process-improvement or operational-excellence training (e.g. Lean Six Sigma), especially paired with a commercial background
INTERVIEW PROCESS
Phone screen with a member of the Talent Team
First round interview with the hiring manager focussed on prior experience
Second round made up of a case study presentation on a revenue-operations problem (we'll send the brief in advance and give you time to prepare)
Situational/company values interview with senior members of the leadership team
Final round interview with a member of the Exec team
We want everyone to do their best thinking, so if you'd like any adjustments to the process, just let us know.

This role is directly accountable for owning, building and developing our relationship with automotive brands in the UK. With a dedicated portfolio of brands, this role enables autonomy, responsibility and ownership. Tasked with continuing to build and grow both the breadth and depth of our relationships, the Brand Partnerships Managers are empowered to strategise, develop and execute individual strategies for each brand in their portfolio - tailoring both our proposition and approach to ensure we drive value for our partners and innovation between automotive brands and Carwow.
Relationship building, creative thinking and balancing short-term milestones as well as a long-term vision for each brand are critical in success. The role works closely with our Head of OEM & Media and a wider team of Brand Partnerships Lead, providing support and development.
Alongside the dedicated portfolio the role also plays a key part in paving the future of both the OEM & Media business and Carwow by providing critical feedback from our partners to ensure we continuously develop our products and propositions.
This is a partnership-focused role - Direct ownership of our partner relationships, new partner pitches and building rapport. The end goal is to expand the depth and breadth of Carwow’s partnerships with automotive brands in the UK
Creation and delivery of coherent and professional partnership pitch decks
Using data and insight to make your pitches come alive with client-relevant data and information
Proactively managing our client partnerships and ongoing projects - from working with manufacturers to create and deliver marketing campaigns, brand experiences or retailer engagement.
Working closely with our Commercial Team to ensure the effectiveness and success of our partner brand campaigns
Ensuring successful delivery of projects by working collaboratively with other teams at Carwow and spotting potential problems before they arise
A natural ability to tell engaging and impactful stories
Evidence and experience of sales & partnerships experience within Tech or Automotive industries (highly preferable)
An eye for detail and a creative approach to solving challenges faced by car manufacturers and their partners
Experience meeting and building rapport with C-Suite / Senior individuals both internally and externally
Ability to manage projects and initiatives from start to finish, including the conceptualisation, implementation and reporting of concurrent projects
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to build a cohesive story for our clients using Carwow’s vast reserves of data
Incredible organisation skills - you’ll be juggling lots of clients who are all in different stages and all require different approaches
An understanding of the world of marketing and media would be a bonus, although not essential
Step 1: Initial meeting with Talent Partner
Step 2: Hiring Manager interview
Step 3: Case Study
Step 4: Skills Interview
Step 5: Values interview
Competitive comp package
28 days' holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 35 with length of service, plus extras for house moves, weddings and more!
Employee-friendly share options
Pension scheme via Royal London - up to 5% company contribution
Vitality private healthcare insurance
Life Assurance - 4x annual salary
Monthly coaching sessions with Spill - our mental wellbeing partner
Inclusive parental, partner and shared parental leave, including up to 20 weeks' full pay maternity and shared parental leave, and 8 weeks' full partner pay, as well as fertility treatment and pregnancy loss policies
Bubble childcare support and discounted nanny fees for little ones
'Work from abroad for a month' annual scheme
Generous learning and development budget
£500/€550 home office budget
Diversity and inclusion is an integral part of our culture. The Executive Assistant is a highly organised, proactive and collaborative partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. Combining high-quality executive support with seamless coordination, this role sits at the heart of the business and offers unique exposure to strategic decision-making across a fast-growing, international company. You’ll bring structure to a fast-moving environment, balancing effective forward planning with practical, methodical and hands-on execution. Beyond day-to-day support, you’ll have the opportunity to improve executive processes, coordinate high-impact company initiatives and help the leadership team operate at its best.
Executive Partnership
Partner closely with the CEO to manage priorities, schedules, and day-to-day operations.
Own the CEO's calendar and travel, resolving diary conflicts against agreed priorities.
Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing documents, and meeting materials.
Communicate and work with external parties, including customers, the company board, and potential future investors.
Executive Operations
Coordinate the operating rhythm of the Executive Leadership Team.
Organise leadership meetings, planning sessions, quarterly offsites, and company events.
Capture decisions, maintain action logs, and follow up with owners until actions are closed.
Review the leadership meeting calendar each quarter and recommend where meetings or reports can be consolidated or dropped.
Use AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency, check for accuracy, and advocate for their use to streamline internal processes.
Company Operations
Work with the CFO and relevant parties to own the companywide communications for Goals, including clear updates, robust practices and effective measurement and reporting.
Support the CRO in establishing and maintaining an effective operating cadence, including coordinating GTM leadership meetings, cross-functional sessions and team events.
Partner with the People Team to deliver key projects and initiatives that contribute to the company’s success, including supporting company-wide meetings and All Hands.
Use company knowledge to identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating where appropriate.
Impact & Ownership - delivers high-impact work and takes accountability for outcomes
Ownership and follow-through: takes end-to-end accountability for outcomes rather than tasks, closing loops without needing to be chased.
Executive judgement: prioritises well on the CEO's behalf on day-to-day matters, and knows what to handle independently and what to escalate.
Anticipates rather than reacts: surfaces decisions, risks, and dependencies before they become urgent.
Delivers to deadline: flags slippage early rather than absorbing it silently.
Growth & Innovation - brings game-changing solutions that drive growth
Continuous improvement: actively simplifies processes and adopts better tooling, including AI, to increase leadership leverage.
Commercial awareness: understands the business model and company priorities well enough to sequence competing demands sensibly and flag when something important is at risk.
Structure in ambiguity: turns vague requests into clear plans, checklists and timelines for the work they are coordinating.
Team & Collaboration - works effectively and constructively toward collective goals
Influence without authority: secures commitment from senior stakeholders and follows up on outstanding actions without relying on positional authority.
Communicates concisely and in writing, leading with a recommendation rather than an open question.
Manages upwards with confidence, raising issues and blockers directly with senior leaders.
Discretion and trust: handles sensitive information and difficult conversations with complete confidentiality.
Schedules are planned in advance, with conflicts resolved proactively and without requiring their involvement.
Leadership meetings are supported by clear agendas circulated in advance, with actions assigned, documented and completed by agreed deadlines.
Project progress, ownership and risks are kept up to date and readily visible to the Leadership Team.
Company events and All Hands meetings are delivered smoothly, on time and within budget.
At least one executive or company-wide process is measurably improved or simplified each quarter.

This is a high-impact, new business role for an enterprise seller who knows how to navigate complex organisations, engage senior Finance and Tax leaders, and build momentum across multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
You’ll own opportunities from prospecting through to close, working with CFOs, Heads of Tax, Transfer Pricing leaders and other senior stakeholders at some of the world’s largest multinational organisations. With our average customer generating $7B+ in annual revenue, these are complex, high-value conversations where strong discovery, commercial acumen and the ability to build a compelling business case matter.
You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll partner closely with our SDRs, Transfer Pricing Subject Matter Experts, Marketing, Customer Success and Leadership teams to win strategic accounts and expand Aibidia’s presence across the region.
Aibidia, founded in 2018, provides the technology that enables multinational enterprises to make more considered transfer pricing decisions. Our connected, end-to-end platform provides organizations the ability to take full control of their business and implement considered tax strategies across the entire group. With over 5,000 legal entities managed on our platform and an average revenue of 7 billion Euros among our clients, we are dedicated to helping the world’s largest enterprises transform their cross-border business management, leading to healthy global business.
Own complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement and discovery through to negotiation and close.
Build and manage a pipeline of strategic multinational accounts across the UK and European markets.
Sell £100k+ enterprise opportunities into Finance and Tax organisations, engaging stakeholders including CFOs, Heads of Tax and Heads of Transfer Pricing.
Develop relationships across multiple levels of an organisation and effectively multi-thread complex buying committees.
Lead consultative discovery to understand customers’ business challenges and translate them into compelling commercial cases for Aibidia.
Navigate enterprise procurement, security, legal and commercial processes to move opportunities towards close.

Collaborate with SDRs, Subject Matter Experts, Customer Success, Marketing and Leadership throughout the sales process.
Represent Aibidia at industry events, executive meetings, webinars and roadshows across your territory.
Maintain strong pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy and deal management, and play an active role in shaping our enterprise sales motion as Aibidia continues to scale.
6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with meaningful experience selling into enterprise organisations.
A track record of owning and closing six-figure, complex enterprise deals.
Experience navigating long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, functions and decision-makers.
Confidence engaging and building credibility with C-level and senior executive buyers.
Strong discovery skills and the ability to uncover business problems, quantify value and develop compelling business cases.
A demonstrable record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong prospecting skills and a willingness to create opportunities rather than relying solely on inbound or SDR-generated pipeline.
Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Experience using a structured enterprise sales methodology such as MEDDPICC.
A collaborative mindset and comfortable owning your number while bringing the right internal experts into opportunities.
Comfortable operating in a fast-growing environment where you’ll have autonomy and the opportunity to influence how we sell.
Previous experience selling into CFO, Finance, Tax or other enterprise financial functions.

Sell a sophisticated enterprise platform to some of the world’s largest multinational companies.
Own meaningful, high-value opportunities and build senior relationships within global organisations.
Work alongside experienced Transfer Pricing specialists who bring deep domain credibility to the sales process.
Help shape our enterprise GTM motion rather than simply inherit an established playbook.
Build your career within an international, fast-growing SaaS company transforming a traditionally underserved technology category.
Benefits & Perks:
💰 Share in Aibidia’s success – Enjoy a competitive compensation and incentive package that rewards your contribution.

We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles, working closely with hiring managers to build pipelines, run a rigorous process, and close strong candidates in a market where the best people have options. You'll operate with real autonomy over your reqs and be expected to build process, not just execute one handed to you.
Your Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruiting & Ownership
Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles, from intake through offer, ensuring a consistent and high-quality candidate experience at every stage
Manage offer strategy and negotiation in partnership with hiring managers and leadership, keeping compensation and equity consistent with internal bands
Track time-in-stage across your pipelines and proactively unblock stalled candidates rather than waiting for a hiring manager to flag it
Hiring Manager Partnership & Process Design
Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate the interview process, and align on what a strong hire actually looks like for each position
Build and refine scorecards, structured interview kits, and screening criteria specific to each function you own
Coach and calibrate interviewers on assessment standards, turning subjective impressions into structured, defensible hiring decisions
Pipeline & Sourcing
Build and manage a healthy, prioritized pipeline across inbound and outbound channels, balancing sourcing effort against proven high-yield channels
Run proactive outbound sourcing for specialist or hard-to-fill roles instead of relying on inbound alone
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors where used, including scoping engagements and monitoring fee exposure
Data & Process
Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and requisition data in Ashby, supporting reliable reporting on pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-hire
Flag process gaps or bottlenecks early, and contribute directly to the tools and playbooks the Talent function is still building out
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally spanning both technical and non-technical hiring
Experience recruiting in a startup or fast-growth environment, comfortable owning a high volume of live reqs with limited support
No specific degree requirement; track record matters more than credentials
Skills
Strong command of structured interviewing and competency-based assessment, not just informal impression-based screening
Proven ability to source and close passive candidates through outbound channels, not just manage what comes in
Comfortable partnering directly with hiring managers and pushing back when a process or bar needs to change
Fluent in an ATS (Ashby or equivalent), with the discipline to keep data clean and reporting-ready
Additional Skills / Nice to Have
Experience recruiting for robotics, hardware, or deep-tech companies
Experience recruiting across multiple geographies, particularly EU and US
German fluency
Experience building recruiting processes from scratch rather than only operating within an existing one
Wellpass (gym membership)
Flexible working hours
A motivated team and an open corporate culture
Competitive compensation and excellent career development opportunities

Gorilla is the margin intelligence platform for energy retailers. We help some of the largest energy companies in UK, Europe, the US, and Australia understand where they make and lose money, from portfolio level down to individual customer contracts.
We are entering a phase where protecting and growing our existing customer base matters as much as winning new logos. Our annual renewals represent millions in recurring revenue, and every one of them is an opportunity to deepen the relationship, expand into new modules, and prove the compounding value of our platform.
You'll own the full commercial lifecycle of Gorilla's existing customer accounts - renewals, pricing, commercial strategy, and expansion - across a portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts, primarily UK-based, with accounts also across Europe, the United States and Australia. This is a farmer role, not a hunter role: you're not chasing new logos, you're running 6–12 months ahead of every renewal, building the pricing and expansion strategy for each account, and turning retention into growth. There's no fixed playbook here.Every account sits on its own pricing history, so the role calls for real commercial creativity, not just process execution. You'll own a book of roughly £3-4m of annual renewals, measured on renewed ARR and expansion revenue from day one. Today this work sits with the CSM and the exec team on top of everything else. This hire gives our existing customers the dedicated commercial attention they deserve and frees leadership to focus on new business.
You'll own renewal negotiations, pricing and packaging, contract amendments, upsell strategy, and commercial QBR content, working closely with our Customer Success Manager, who owns product adoption and day-to-day customer engagement. When usage data shows a customer nearing capacity, you build the upgrade case. When adoption is strong, you open the expansion conversation. When there's risk, you shape the retention strategy. You turn commercial signals into growth.
Own the full commercial renewal process across our Enterprise and Strategic accounts, maintaining a clear, accurately forecasted pipeline of timing, risk, and expected ARR.
Build a bespoke commercial strategy for each account — using usage data, market context, and each customer's pricing history to develop compelling business cases for additional modules and deeper integration.
Act on signals surfaced by the Customer Success Manager, building the expansion case commercially before renewal conversations start.
Map and manage multi-stakeholder accounts, from economic buyer to day-to-day champion, and know how to navigate the politics between them.
Lead the commercial component of QBRs and strategic reviews, translating adoption data into a value narrative and handle the harder conversations, including contract amendments, pricing corrections, and telling a customer why a price is going up.
Partner with our energy consultants and solution consulting team to quantify expansion value and build credible ROI narratives for customer stakeholders.
Feed customer and market insight back into Product and Marketing: what customers value, what they're asking for, and where the energy market is heading.
Real commercial creativity - the ability to build a bespoke pricing and expansion case, including quantification of the past and extrapolation of the future ROI and, from a blank page for every account, rather than executing a standard playbook. This is the single most important trait for this role.
Proven ownership of enterprise SaaS renewals and expansion, with six-figure+ deal sizes, measured on retained and expanded ARR; managed through relationships with 6-10 people buying committees at various layers of the customer’s organisation.
A strategic eye for growth levers others miss, whether that's a regulatory shift creating urgency, a new business unit that needs what we offer, or a competitor stumble that opens a door.
Strong negotiation instincts, equally comfortable presenting to a VP of Commercial or holding firm with a sophisticated procurement team.
Experience in energy, utilities, or another complex regulated vertical is a strong advantage. Our customers are energy leaders, portfolio managers and pricing leaders who expect their vendors to understand their world. If you don't come from energy, you can show you'll get there fast.
Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies - we useMEDDPICC for deal scoring.
Structured and proactive by nature, working ahead of renewal dates rather than reacting to them.
Flexible ways of working – We’re a hybrid-first company, with offices designed for collaboration and connection. Where there isn’t a Gorilla office nearby or regular travel to an office isn’t practical, we support remote working. From day one, you'll be equipped with the best laptop for your role, so you have everything you need to do your best work.
At Gorilla, we don't just watch the energy transition happen, we help make it viable. We build the intelligence layer that lets energy retailers see, steer, and protect their margins, giving them the financial clarity and operational room to invest confidently in renewables, storage, and flexibility. It's serious work with real impact on a cleaner energy system, and we have some fun along the way.
Core Benefits - Wherever your location, you can expect a generous PTO allowance and health insurance coverage.
At Gorilla, you'll work with genuinely sharp people on hard problems that matter. As we build the category leader in Energy Margin Intelligence, there's real room to leave your mark and grow your scope alongside the company. Lifelong learning is part of our DNA, and we care about your individual dreams and ambitions, beyond just work.
International Travel: We host Gorilla Company-Wide Gatherings where we all get a chance to see each other in real life. Past locations have included Belgium, Portugal, the Netherlands, and Spain.

About SchemeServe
SchemeServe is insurance software like no other.
Hosted in the cloud for MGAs, brokers and insurers, the SchemeServe platform boasts unique flexibility, unstoppable innovation and truly Obsessive Support.
Started in 2000 by our CEO, Adam, SchemeServe has grown from strength to strength, never having taken outside investment. We're proud of how far we've come and how loyal we've stayed to our Core Values.
We're fully remote (we were doing it before it was fashionable!), although we get together twice a year for Team Retreats.
We prize self-development and encourage everyone to keep learning and challenging themselves. Free books? Mentoring? Professional development? You got it.
We also offer flexible working, paid charity days, a fantastic, relaxed and open company culture and free biscuits through the post.
We genuinely believe this is the best place you could ever work.
If you're excited, good! So are we.
Come and join the Insurtech revolution!
Principal Backend Engineer
UK Remote
We're looking for an exceptional Principal Backend Engineer to help make backend engineering across SchemeServe better.
You'll be one of the most technically experienced engineers in the organisation and the CTO's primary technical partner for backend engineering, helping shape our architecture, engineering principles and technical direction.
But this isn't primarily a feature delivery role and your job isn't to personally build everything you help design.
Your real job is to make our engineering organisation better at building great software.
You'll work alongside engineers and teams, helping solve difficult problems, challenging their thinking and developing their technical skills and judgement.
This is a deeply technical role.
You'll need the depth to understand complex backend systems, architecture, security, performance, resilience and maintainability; review designs and implementations; spot risks; and challenge experienced engineers.
But technical knowledge alone isn't enough.
We want someone who understands there isn't always one "correct" way to build software.
Patterns, standards and best practices are useful tools. They aren't commandments.
We care about finding the most appropriate solution to the problem in front of us.
That means understanding the problem, business, existing platform, risks and likely future – and making pragmatic decisions based on the trade-offs.
Sometimes the right answer will be a new service or technology.
Sometimes it'll be improving what we already have.
Sometimes the boring solution really is the best solution.
We're quite comfortable with that.
Success in this role comes through influence rather than authority.
We don't want every difficult technical decision to end with:
"We'd better ask the Principal Engineer."
If an engineer proposes an approach you disagree with, we don't just want you to replace it with your own.
Understand their thinking. Ask questions. Challenge assumptions. Explore the trade-offs. Share your experience.
And be prepared to change your own mind too.
The goal is to leave that engineer better equipped to solve the next problem, not just holding the answer to this one.
Your technical impact should multiply through the people around you.
You'll remain close enough to the code to understand what's actually happening and occasionally roll up your sleeves to prototype, investigate a difficult problem or unblock a team.
But if after a year you've personally written loads of brilliant software while everyone around you is working exactly as they were before, we haven't succeeded.
Our platform has been evolving for more than 25 years.
At its heart is a mature C# .NET Framework 4.7 monolith, alongside an expanding ecosystem of modern C# .NET 10 and TypeScript services.
Our backend estate includes:
We're continuing to modernise, but we're not interested in modernisation for modernisation's sake.
We aren't trying to win an award for having the most fashionable architecture diagram.
We want a secure, reliable and maintainable platform that can support SchemeServe for many years to come – and we want you to help us decide what should evolve and, just as importantly, what doesn't need changing.
You'll work closely with our CTO and engineering teams to:
You'll need:
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who asks:
"What's the right solution for us?"
rather than:
"What's the way everyone else is doing it?"
Nice To Have
You don't need to tick every box.
If you've got the technical depth, judgement and ability to make engineers around you better, we'd rather have a conversation than lose a great candidate because you haven't used one particular technology.
Within your first year:
Ultimately, we don't want SchemeServe to become dependent on you for every difficult technical decision.
We want SchemeServe to become better at making those decisions because you're here.
Friendly, supportiv...

Are you an experienced railway professional with knowledge and experience of roles like COSS, ES and PICOP?
You already understand the track and the people who work on it. We're looking for people like you to help put new safety technology into the hands of the workforce - and to be part of a big change in how track workers are kept safe.
At Tended, we create first-of-a-kind safety systems that transform rail worker safety. Our geofencing solution has been named one of TIME's Best Inventions and has made the Digital Leaders 100 list for Geospatial Initiative of the Year. It's already out there on the track, helping to keep people away from the running line and improving on site efficiency.
Network Rail is committed to geofencing for the long term, and the rollout across the Sussex region is already underway. We're looking for an Implementation Lead to help us grow our capability on the ground..
As an Implementation Lead, you're the bridge between Tended and our clients, guiding their teams through helping their teams get comfortable using our kit out on-site.
You'll lead key client deployments on the ground, working closely with Tended's project managers to deliver an excellent service. Success in this role depends on building strong, trusting relationships quickly - so first-class communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Our technology is used by track workers with a wide range of technical confidence. You'll develop a deep understanding of our products so you can coach users through their day-to-day challenges and until they’re confident using it on their own. Being on-site also puts you in a unique position to see how our products are really used - spotting ideas for how we can make it better and feeding improvements back to the team.
You'll need strong knowledge of the rail environment and the roles within it, and you'll either hold a Personal Track Safety (PTS) qualification or meet the requirements to obtain one. Above all, we're looking for someone proactive and approachable - person fit matters to us.**
Travel and working pattern
This is a field-based role centred on regular client site visits across the Sussex region. You'll spend at least 3 days a week in the depot and on site, with the remaining time working remotely or in person with your line manager.
Because our users work shifts, this role covers both nightshifts and dayshifts, and includes weekend and bank holiday working - flexibility to meet the needs of the business and our clients is essential.
In return, we have excellent policies covering travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses, as well as fatigue management and time off in lieu.
A full driving licence is required.
Even if you don’t feel you have all of the requirements listed below, we’d encourage you to apply, as we’re looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow with us.
Essential
You have experience as an ES, ESA, COSS, Site Agent, or in a comparable on-site leadership role within the railway or a related industry.
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to influence site teams and users, and turn them into capable users of our product. Experience of working with different roles, from track workers to site managers is desirable.
You are comfortable with technology and enthusiastic to develop an in-depth understanding of our products to provide on-site coaching and support to users.
You take a detailed approach and consistently follow established processes and procedures with accuracy.
You instinctively take initiative to find and fix problems, thinking out of the box to find ways to make things better.
Desirable
You might have practical, hands-on experience of on-the-ground delivery of new technologies, delivering to a range of different kinds of users with different levels of tech-savviness.
You might have experience with project management tools.
You might have some experience in project management disciplines such as planning, managing risks, dependencies, issues, timelines, budgets, scope, deliverables and quality.
You might have some commercial awareness, such as understanding how to demonstrate the value of our work to clients during delivery.

Key Information
About INDEZ
We are INDEZ - a premier Scottish Ecommerce Growth Agency dedicated to scaling ambitious omnichannel B2C and B2B merchants. As a Google Premier Partner and the organisers of the national Ecommerce Scotland conference, we don't just participate in the industry; we help shape it.
We drive growth, revenue, and profit for a select portfolio of 7-figure and 8-figure Omnichannel B2C & B2B merchants. We are a compact, high-performance team, valuing culture and stability over the unsustainable 'venture-backed burnout' mindset.
