Own commercial partner success end-to-end and be fully accountable for delivery against agreed outcomes.
Serve as the trusted primary counterpart for a portfolio of strategic commercial partners.
Clarify and define what success looks like for partners beyond contract language.
Advocate for partners internally and represent the company externally with equal clarity and credibility.
Drive delivery through influence, not authority — coordinating across AI, chemistry, automation, and lab teams.

Resolve ambiguity, manage trade-offs, and maintain project momentum across complex technical workstreams.
Communicate early and clearly when risks or changes arise to protect trust and keep expectations aligned with reality.

Direct exposure to founders and meaningful ownership of critical systems.
No visa sponsorship available.

Own go-to-market plans for every meaningful product release and execute them across the right channels.
Turn product updates into compelling narratives that explain why new features matter — and to whom.
Develop and maintain positioning that clearly differentiates the product for different buyer personas (e.g. enterprise IT leaders vs. AI leads) and markets.
Create clear, high-quality product content: comparison pages, capability overviews, one-pagers, and campaign explainers.
Work directly with customers, support tickets, and sales calls to surface what users truly value.
Enable sales and customer success with strong framing, collateral, and ready answers to difficult product questions.
Help define category positioning for enterprise AI as the market and product continue to evolve.

Excellent writing skills with a focus on clarity over cleverness.
Strong habit of engaging customers directly to surface value and translate insights into marketing and sales assets.
Comfortable participating in product reviews without needing to be an engineer.
A bias towards owning problems end-to-end rather than waiting for briefs.
Collaborative, kind approach to teammates and customer-facing stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves:
Regular use of AI tools for research, drafting, and content synthesis as part of your workflow.
Willingness and ability to be on camera or participate in public-facing demos and presentations.
Experience targeting or marketing to German enterprise IT buyers (including the German Mittelstand).

You'll design and ship agentic AI systems that observe, decide, and act on real-world property operations — with humans in the loop.
This is a full-stack, ownership-heavy role at the intersection of product thinking and engineering execution. You won't be handling tickets — you'll be driving outcomes end-to-end, modernizing legacy systems, and turning messy operational workflows into reliable, autonomous software.

Operate with high agency and ownership to deliver results rapidly and safely.
Required:
Demonstrable engineering experience you can walk through during the hiring process.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React for full-stack development.

Please note: No visa sponsorship is available. Candidates must be eligible to work in Germany without sponsorship.
Salary range: $90,000 – $110,000 USD annually
Lean, accountable team focused on outcomes over process
High ownership and direct impact on a core product
Work at the cutting edge of applied AI in a real-world operational domain

A Y Combinator–backed enterprise AI SaaS startup (Seed stage, SF-headquartered, 11–50 people) is hiring a Founding Deployment Strategist to lead its European expansion from Munich. You will work directly with the CEO to turn large enterprises into AI-native operators — combining hands-on agent development, high-touch customer partnership, and team-building to drive measurable AI adoption across complex organisations.
This is a founding-level role with end-to-end ownership, a direct line to the top, and significant scope to shape both the product roadmap and the European team as the company scales.
Lead the European go-to-market rollout from Munich, partnering directly with the CEO on strategy and execution.
Diagnose high-leverage AI opportunities within enterprise accounts and prioritise the highest-value use cases for each customer.
Build initial agents and automated workflows to prove value quickly, then drive adoption organisation-wide.
Run agent hackathons and coach C-suite stakeholders on AI transformation strategy and rollout planning.
Navigate complex enterprise politics — identify champions, remove blockers, and cultivate relationships across all seniority levels.
Serve as the voice of the customer to product and engineering, advocating for critical features and improvements.

Required:
Native or near-native German (spoken and written) for executive-level collaboration and communications.
Deep, hands-on experience shipping AI agents, workflows, or production ML/AI features in enterprise settings.
Proven track record leading enterprise AI deployment programmes — strategy, implementation, and impact measurement.
Strong understanding of model selection, routing, evaluation design, data residency, and integration architecture.
Demonstrated ability to manage and influence C-suite stakeholders; polished executive-level communication and presentation skills.
Experience building and leading cross-functional deployment teams in high-ambiguity, fast-moving environments.
Commercial sharpness with experience influencing revenue outcomes — renewals, expansion, and account growth.
High ownership, high agency, low ego — with a strong bias for action and rapid prioritisation.
Based in Munich or genuinely ready to relocate.
Nice to have:
Background at a top-tier consulting firm, enterprise software company, or research institution.
Prior experience in a founding or early-stage operator role at a B2B SaaS or AI startup.
This is an on-site role based in Munich, Germany. The company also has a presence in San Francisco. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

No-code agent building and multi-agent orchestration across a virtual workforce.
200+ ready-to-use integrations with popular business tools, plus custom HTTP API / MCP server connectors.
Support for leading AI models (OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) with no vendor lock-in.

Build, hire, and lead a team of ~4 product designers — setting standards for craft, speed, and strategic impact.
Establish design as a strategic partner in the product trio alongside product management and engineering.
Drive company-wide user understanding through UX research best practices and ongoing advocacy for real user problems.
Collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (PM, Engineering, C-suite).
Required:
6+ years of product design experience, with at least 2+ years in design leadership and people management at high-growth technology companies.
Deep experience designing data-heavy, workflow-driven products — able to make information density an asset rather than a liability.
Proven ability to build and maintain design systems and component architectures for complex software products.
Genuine fluency with AI as a design material — a clear, articulate point of view on LLMs, agents, and automation in product UX.
Demonstrated experience designing UX for AI/LLM-driven products and agent-driven workflows, translating complex AI concepts into clear UI for non-experts.
Strong systems thinking: you design in frameworks and patterns, not just individual screens.
Demonstrated ability to move fluidly between strategic leadership and hands-on craft.
Strong collaborator with product and engineering, with solid stakeholder management and communication skills up to C-suite level.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Nice to have:

This is a founding Solutions Engineer position at a fast-growing, early-stage AI startup in Munich. The company builds AI-powered software that automates quoting and order processing for distributors and manufacturers — integrating directly into enterprise ERP and CRM systems to help sales teams close more deals with less manual effort.
As the first Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical cornerstone of enterprise sales: owning proof-of-concepts, resolving integration and architecture concerns, and translating complex product capabilities into tangible value for customers. You will sit at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering, directly shaping how the company wins complex deals and influencing the product roadmap.
Own the technical side of every major deal, from the first demo through to a signed customer.
Deeply understand customer workflows to identify the use cases that best demonstrate product value in their specific context.
Join sales conversations as the credible technical counterpart on topics including integrations, data handling, security, and architecture — resolving blockers that stand between the customer and a buying decision.
Build demos and proof-of-concepts on real customer data, creating prototypes that prove the product works in practice, not just in ideal conditions.
Feed structured deal insights back to the product and engineering teams, distinguishing between demo-only requests, quick customer-specific builds, and core product needs.
Required
2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Customer Success, Technical Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
Native-level German and strong English communication skills — able to present confidently to senior stakeholders and stay composed when a live demo is put to the test.
Proficiency in JavaScript and Python; comfortable writing code to build convincing proofs and prototypes.
Solid experience with APIs, integrations, and system/integration architecture (familiarity with ERP or CRM ecosystems is a strong plus).
A track record of identifying the real problem behind a customer request and making abstract products feel tangible through demos that help close deals.
Commercial judgment: ability to read a room, spot the real blocker, and move deals forward.
Willingness to work fully on-site in Munich in a high-intensity, early-stage environment.
Nice to Have
Background in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution sectors.
Experience with enterprise security standards, GDPR considerations, or data compliance discussions in a sales context.
Prior experience in an early-stage startup where SE playbooks didn't yet exist.
Salary: €90,000 – €200,000 per year (depending on experience).
Visa sponsorship is available.
High-ownership role with significant influence over product direction and company trajectory.
Munich, Germany — fully on-site.
This is not a remote or hybrid role; in-person presence is a core part of the culture.

This is a rare founding GTM opportunity at a fast-moving pre-seed healthtech startup based in Berlin. You'll be the first dedicated B2B Sales hire — there is no playbook yet, and your job is to write it. You'll own the full commercial motion from day one: building pipeline, closing deals, and feeding real market signal back into product and pricing.
The company offers a personalized health operating system built around comprehensive biomarker diagnostics, clinician-reviewed insights, and year-round concierge support. On the B2B side, the platform powers corporate wellness programmes, insurer partnerships, clinic integrations, and a Diagnostics-as-a-Service API for partners. You'll be selling into employers, insurers, clinics, and corporate wellness buyers — deal sizes ranging from €10k to €500k+.
This role requires full-time, on-site presence in Berlin (Monday–Friday). Remote work is not available for this position.
Build and own the end-to-end B2B pipeline — outbound prospecting, inbound handling, and strategic partnerships — entirely autonomously.
Run the full sales cycle: discovery → demo → negotiation → close, managing complex multi-stakeholder deals.
Set up and operate the sales tech stack from scratch (CRM, enrichment, automation, sequencing, and signal tooling).
Partner directly with the founding team to define ICP, refine pricing and packaging, and shape go-to-market strategy for B2B channels.
Capture and relay voice-of-customer insights to inform product roadmap and operations.
Develop scalable outbound motions using AI-first workflows and data-driven approaches.
Must-haves (dealbreakers):
2+ years closing complex B2B deals (€10k–€500k+) with a proven, demonstrable track record — preferably in healthtech, corporate benefits, insurance, or premium SaaS.
Native German and fluent English — the majority of prospects are German-speaking; German proficiency is mandatory.
Eligible to work in Germany without visa sponsorship (no visa sponsorship is available).
Proven zero-to-one or early-stage experience — you've built or grown something from scratch, not just scaled a playbook at a later-stage company.
Comfortable operating as a founding seller or first AE in a founder-led, fast-moving environment.
Required skills & experience:
Hands-on proficiency with modern sales tooling: Attio, HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, n8n, Lemlist, Notion, Linear and AI-first workflows.
Ability to build and manage a full B2B pipeline autonomously (outbound, partnerships, inbound).
Experience negotiating pricing, packaging, and contracts with founders and executive stakeholders.
Strong technical fluency — you can configure tooling, build automations, and iterate quickly without waiting for support.
Nice to have:
Background or genuine interest in healthtech, corporate benefits, or insurance.
Experience translating customer feedback into product and operational improvements.
Track record with AI-augmented or data-driven sales workflows.
All-in OTE: €50,000–€60,000 annually (base + variable; total package)
Founding-team level ownership and influence over company direction
Direct collaboration with co-founders on strategy, product, and pricing
Berlin, Germany — on-site, Monday to Friday
In-person presence is a firm requirement for this role
No visa sponsorship available; candidates must already be eligible to work in Germany

We're an early-stage, venture-backed AI-native healthtech startup building an intelligent operating system that empowers nurse practitioners to launch and run their own independent clinics. Our platform replaces fragmented, manual healthcare infrastructure with a single, cohesive system — so clinicians can focus on care, not paperwork.
We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack to build and own core product functionality across the stack. You'll design and implement the systems that power reliable clinical and operational workflows — from backend services and APIs to the frontend experiences that clinicians use every day. This role reports to the CTO.
You do not need prior healthcare or FHIR experience. We care more about strong engineering fundamentals, sound technical judgment, and the ability to ramp quickly on a complex domain.
Work arrangement: Hybrid — 3 days per week in our New York City office.
Build and own product features across the stack using Python, Django, React, and Next.js
Design and implement systems behind clinical and operational workflows, including scheduling, messaging, and practice operations
Build APIs, application logic, and integrations with clinical and third-party systems
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and clinical stakeholders to turn complex workflows into intuitive software
Debug and resolve production issues across the frontend, backend, and infrastructure
Design systems that remain reliable, maintainable, and predictable as the product scales
Contribute to system design, technical planning, architecture discussions, and code reviews
Incorporate AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) into your daily development workflow
Backend: Python, Django, django-ninja, Django Channels (async-first)
Frontend: Next.js, React
Data: PostgreSQL, pgvector, Redis
Clinical: Medplum, FHIR, WebSockets
Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Datadog, GitHub Actions
Required (5–8 years of experience):
Strong ability to design and own backend services and APIs — including data modeling, service architecture, scalability, and reliability
Frontend development experience building usable, intuitive UI/UX for real users
Experience with asynchronous processing and workflow design for reliable, real-world operational tasks
Experience building integrations and interfaces between internal and external systems to support end-to-end workflows
Deep commitment to reliability, correctness, and writing maintainable, testable code
Based in New York City and available for a hybrid work schedule (3 days/week in office)
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Nice to have:
Familiarity with FHIR, Medplum, or clinical data standards
Experience at a healthtech, care delivery, or clinical operations company
Comfort operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment with a small engineering team
Salary: $160,000 – $205,000 per year
Equity participation
Visa sponsorship: Not available — candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
New York City, NY — Hybrid (3 days per week in office). Candidates must be local to or willing to relocate to the New York City area.

Join a small, high-velocity team building an AI-powered pricing platform that helps B2B companies continuously optimize their pricing strategy and improve deal outcomes. The AI recommends prices; expert Pricing Architects stay in the loop on high-stakes calls. Your mandate is to build the evaluation systems and feedback loops that let the AI earn more of that trust over time. This is applied AI on a problem where quality is directly measurable in customer revenue.
Design and build eval harnesses and benchmarks that use tracked pricing outcomes as ground truth for AI recommendations.
Own LLM infrastructure and model routing across multiple frontier providers (Anthropic, Google) with explicit cost/latency/quality tradeoffs.
Maintain EU data-residency boundaries for EU customer model calls, ensuring compliance with applicable data regulations.
Extend an MCP server so LLM agents — including customers' own agents — can programmatically drive the platform.
Build observability and feedback loops that surface where the AI earns or loses trust from human reviewers.
Bridge non-deterministic engineering concepts clearly to less technical stakeholders (sales, customer success, leadership).
Required
8+ years of software engineering experience with strong, recent production LLM depth.
Demonstrated track record of shipping and owning LLM-powered product features in production — not research-only work.
Has personally built evals and observability for LLM systems (not just consumed someone else's dashboard).
Comfortable operating across the full stack: TypeScript/Python, FastAPI, GCP, and modern LLM tooling.
Strong communicator who can make non-deterministic engineering concepts legible to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Experience with MCP or building tools/integrations for LLM agents.
Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Braintrust, Langfuse, or OpenRouter.
Background in a domain where correctness is audited — pricing, billing, payments, or similar.
Experience at a seed-stage or founding-team environment; comfort with AI-assisted coding workflows (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
Languages & Frameworks: TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI
Infrastructure: GCP, Pulumi, Cloudflare Pages, MongoDB Atlas
AI/LLM Tooling: FastMCP, Langfuse, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini
Salary: €130,000 – €165,000 annually
Equity: Meaningful employee stock option plan (ESOP)
Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
This is a fully on-site role based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Candidates must be able to work on-site; remote work is not available for this position.

Solid knowledge of German accounting standards (HGB) and familiarity with IFRS.
Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance or automate finance workflows.
Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Willingness to work on-site in Berlin.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Power BI) or low-code/no-code platforms.
Experience supporting or building ERP or treasury system architecture.
Salary: €50,000 – €60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Opportunity to shape and own the finance function at a high-growth technology company.
Direct collaboration with senior leadership and meaningful strategic impact from day one.
A dynamic, international team environment in central Berlin.

Munich-based hybrid with lots of flexibility.
C1 or C2 German language is essential.

Secfix is run by a 100% remote team with hubs in Munich, Berlin and London. We’re a high-performing team looking for passionate, execution-focused, owners to help us automate security and compliance for modern companies and become the European compliance automation leader.

About the Role
We’re hiring an SMB Account Executive to run our fast-moving SMB sales motion in the DACH region.
This is a plug-and-play, high-velocity motion — around 80% of your pipeline comes to you inbound or pre-qualified by our BDR team, so most of your time is spent qualifying, demoing, and closing rather than prospecting from scratch.
This is an ideal first AE role for a BDR (ideally already promoted to Senior BDR) with ~1–2 years of experience who is hungry to make the jump into a closing role or an experienced AE who enjoys the high-velocity SMB sales cycle.
What You'll Do:
You will play a big role in one of the biggest levers we have for growing the company: generating demand and closing deals. We don’t (and can’t afford to) micro-manage. We have gathered many best practices and will give you full context on things that work. You will:
Own and drive net-new revenue across SMB accounts in DACH, working primarily from inbound and BDR-sourced pipeline (~80%), while self-generating the rest (~20%)
Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close on a fast, ~30-day average sales cycle
Run structured discovery and demo calls, qualifying leads efficiently against a clear framework
Engage SMB decision-makers (founders, ops leads, and similar)
Translate compliance and security topics into clear, fast business value
Collaborate closely with the BDR team, product, and onboarding
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot
Share market feedback to help refine SMB qualification, pitch, and playbook
About You:
~1–2 years of experience as a BDR, ideally already promoted to Senior BDR, looking for your first AE role; or an experienced AE who enjoys the high-velocity SMB sales cycle
Competitive and hungry to close deals
You live sales and are always looking to learn and improve — we’re not looking for a fully “finished” or multi-threading-capable seller, the role will develop that
Comfortable operating in a fast, high-volume, demo-driven sales motion
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in German
Coachable — you’ll be closely supported and coached by our Head of Sales
Familiarity with sales tools (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo) is a plus
Munich-based, or willing to be for in-person interview and onboarding stages
Nice-to-have:
Some exposure to demo calls or closing, even informally

Hi — I'm Grigory, co-founder and CTO at Secfix.
How do you feel about owning a feature from the first customer conversation to the version that's live on production — writing the spec yourself, pairing closely with engineers through the build, and overseeing your design shipped on production exactly the way you designed it? If that sounds like the right shape of the job — designer who owns, not designer who hands off — read on.
I've spent most of my career believing the best designers aren't the ones with the prettiest Figma files. They're the ones who can frame a problem, write a spec, sit with engineers through the build, and own that what shipped is what they designed. Our founding product designer, Ghada, has been doing exactly that since we started. The engineering team has doubled and we're shipping faster than we ever have. We're hiring the second designer because there's more good work to do than one person can hold — and we'd rather ship twice as much than slow down.
Over 1.78 million SMBs in Europe need to comply with security frameworks — ISO 27001, GDPR, TISAX, SOC 2 — just to sell to enterprise customers. The process is manual, painful, and takes over a year. We automated it.
Our platform integrates with a company's full tech stack — AWS, Azure AD, Jira, GitLab, GCP, and more — automatically extracts compliance evidence, and guides teams to certification in weeks instead of months. Our fastest customer certified in 4 weeks instead of the industry-standard 12+ months.
We've raised €17M in total (€12M Series A), backed by Alstin Capital, Neosfer (Commerzbank), and Bayern Capital. We're on a profitable trajectory, growing fast, and building the team that will take us to European market leadership.
This space is not threatened by AI, it's amplified by it. Compliance requires deep domain expertise combined with automation. Our new AI product (CISO AI) is just getting started, and there's a huge amount of product design work ahead: agentic workflows, intelligent evidence collection, context-aware policy generation, and more.
Compliance software has historically been built like the audit it automates — heavy, defensive, ugly. We're building something else. The customer is a real person trying to ship audit-ready evidence on a Friday afternoon. The product should respect their time, automate the boring parts, and make the rest feel calm.
Quality is the product. Most of our category competes on feature lists. We compete on craft. A clear empty state, a sync that doesn't lie, a settings page that holds together at eleven permission tiers — these are the things customers feel before they can name them. Design at Secfix is not what wraps the product. It's most of what makes it work.
We expect strong design skill, strong product thinking, and the ability to hold your own in a technical discussion. You work in a small team — usually with one or two engineers — and pair closely from the first prototype through to production. You own the project from beginning to end.
Alongside the features you ship, you do three things that make everyone else faster:
Maintain the components and patterns that make design fast.
Own how the team ships. We have no PMs. You write the specs, run the ticketing workflow, keep engineers unblocked.
Build the tools and skills — Cursor rules, design QA skills, prompt templates — that let engineers do good design work without you in the room.
The leverage is doing all four well. Doing only one is the wrong shape.
No PMs. Designers and engineers run product. You talk to customers, frame the problem, write the spec, decide what ships.
Small temporary teams. You plus one or two engineers per project. Whoever is closest to the problem leads.
Design leads the logic, engineering tests feasibility. You bring the V1. Engineers push back on what's expensive or risky, start ahead with system design. They help spot edge cases. You adjust it fast. We get from v1 to v4 in matter of hours or few days.
Prototype-grade, not wireframes. Real components, real states, real copy. Sometimes an LLM-built prototype before Figma. The component library stays current because the speed of design depends on it.
Handoff is the beginning, not the end. You're in the engineering channel. You review the PR. You verify on production. Staging QA is the first gate, not the last.
In-sync culture with thoughtful coms mindset. Loom for reviews, Notion for specs, quick loops in Gather where written coms doesn’t cut it, all happening in the same time zone. Team mates are reviewing things quick. Engineers and designers spend under two hours weekly meetings.
AI is part of the craft. We use Claude to pressure-test ideas, draft specs, surface edge cases, write test cases. Not to skip thinking.
Month 1. Ship your first design to production. Get into the codebase, the customer language, the way we write specs. Sit on customer calls.
Month 2. Own a full feature end-to-end. Customer conversations, problem framing, Figma, spec, engineer pairing, PR review, production verification.
Month 3 and beyond. Push the design system forward. Start building the tools and skills that make engineers faster at design. Improve the product design process. The bar is yours to defend.
8+ years designing B2B SaaS desktop applications as Staff/Principal Product Designer or similar. Dense interfaces — tables, filters, permissions, settings pages.
You've been the only designer, or one of two or three, in companies under 50 people at least once before. You know how to set the bar without a design org behind you.
Your portfolio is "I," not "we." You can name the engineer you paired with on each feature, the design decision you defended through the build, and what happened when the feature reached users.
You communicate clearly and concise in English: in Slack, in docs and on a call.
You're fast in Figma with or without AI. You’re already in a serious relationship with LLMs.
You treat engineering feasibility as input, not constraint. When an engineer says "three weeks, here's why," you find the version that's 80% as good and ships next week.
You're comfortable doing product work without the PM title.
You hear feedback and come back the next day with something better. You don't spend the hour in between defending the version that's already outdated.
Salary + equity based on experience. The offered compensation depends on the individual's qualifications assessed during the interview process.
Generous equity. Everyone is an owner.
26 days holiday + local public holidays.
Comprehensive health insurance.
€1,000 annual personal development budget.
Remote workspace and co-working budget.
Latest equipment.
Team summits 1-2x per year. Recent ones: Costa Brava, Austrian Alps, Milan.

Secfix is run by a 100% remote team with hubs in Munich, Berlin and London. We’re a high-performing team looking for passionate, execution-focused, owners to help us automate security and compliance for modern companies and become the European compliance automation leader.
We’ve just raised our $12M Series A and are backed by top VCs, including Alstin Capital, Neosfer (Commerzbank), and Bayern Capital.
About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Information Security Specialist to strengthen our compliance function as Secfix scales into more frameworks, mid-market customers, and a growing compliance team. This role sits at the intersection of compliance delivery, content, and team support. You'll own the compliance knowledge that lives inside our platform, mentor our junior compliance specialists, support our customer success team, and act as the senior compliance voice for customers, auditors, and product. You'll work closely with our co-founder & CISO and our CS Lead. This is a high-impact role with real influence on how Secfix delivers compliance: both as a service to customers and as content inside our app.
What You'll Do:
You will own one of the most important pillars of Secfix: the quality and breadth of our compliance offering. We don't (and can't afford to) micro-manage. We've built strong foundations and will give you full context on what works. You can test new approaches, but at the end of the day, you have full ownership of how you deliver results (with a strong support network from within and outside the company). You will:
Own and drive the compliance roadmap inside the Secfix platform across different compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, TISAX, SOC 2, GDPR, NIS 2, DORA, ISO 27017/27018, ISO 42001, C5, and more as we expand)
Implement ISO 27001 and adjacent frameworks end-to-end for customers
Mentor and upskill the compliance team: sharing expertise, reviewing work, and helping drive consistency in audits and customer deliverables
Conduct internal audits directly for strategic and complex customers, and review the internal audits performed by junior team members to drive quality and consistency
Act as a compliance partner to CSMs and sales reps: fast, reliable support for customer questions, and joining customer calls when deep expertise is needed
Own the quality of compliance content in the platform (including creating policies, evidence templates, Compliance enable playbooks for our CSMs, security awareness trainings and more)
Close framework gaps and incorporate auditor feedback into both team practice and platform improvements
Partner with product and engineering to translate compliance gaps into structured product work
Collaborate closely with CS, Product, and Founders to align compliance, customer, and roadmap priorities
Deepen relationships with our existing certification partners and train auditors on the Secfix platform so they can confidently use it during customer audits
To be qualified for this role, you must have the following:
German (C1/C2) and English (fluent) is a must for this role
5+ years of hands‑on information security and GRC experience in B2B SaaS
Led 3+ successful ISO 27001 certification projects as an implementer and/or auditor at a startup or mid-market company
Hands on experience with a GRC platform like Secfix, or similar GRC platforms
Cloud infrastructure readiness across AWS, Azure, and GCP; experience with posture analysis and remediation planning
Strong project management skills with the ability to break down ambiguous initiatives into concrete deliverables, prioritizes ruthlessly, and ships
Excellent written communication, especially in producing clear, precise compliance content for diverse audiences (auditors, founders, engineers)
Strong ownership mindset: operates as a senior individual contributor without waiting for direction
Bonus:
Experience implementing one or two additional compliance frameworks (e.g. SOC 2, GDPR, NIS 2, etc.)
Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues in a compliance, audit, or GRC context
Experience in a startup environment is a plus

Experience working with mid-market accounts or more complex sales cycles
A strong ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes, not just activities
Excellent communication skills in German (C2 level) and strong English skills
Confidence engaging multiple stakeholders across different functions
Strong relationship-building skills across functions
A structured, strategic approach to account development
A data-driven mindset and comfort working with KPIs and CRM systems
A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree

Experience in B2B SaaS, security, compliance, or regulated industries
Experience leveraging industry events for pipeline generation
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo
Experience in an early-stage startup (Series A–B)

Unsere Mission
Zu unseren Produkten gehören u.a. Indoor Farming-Anlagen, Anbaumaterialien und Vermarktungskonzepte.
Unser Impact
Must Have
Nice to Have
Arbeitsort

Project Background:
Margins 2 Markets (M2M) is building key components of an effective waste management system in three ecologically valuable coastal regions: Raja Ampat/Sorong (Indonesia), Tamil Nadu (India), and Zanzibar (Tanzania). These regions face similar challenges: remote and growing coastal communities, insufficient waste management infrastructure, limited access to recycling markets, and increasing plastic pollution from tourism and population growth, driving marine litter and threatening biodiversity, fisheries, and local livelihoods.
The project establishes regional collection, pre-processing, and recycling infrastructure, including Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs) and pre-processing sites, and connects these to national and international recycling markets. It combines this physical infrastructure with digital traceability systems, incentive schemes for waste collectors, training, occupational health and safety measures, and transparent payment systems. The overarching goal is to prevent approximately 40,000 tonnes of plastic waste from entering coastal and marine ecosystems and to develop a replicable model for other coastal regions.
Key infrastructure includes:
Work Package 3
“Create Sustainable Jobs and Support Financial Inclusion,” requires that CleanHub's social standards and project safeguards be assessed against the Responsible Sourcing Initiative Harmonized Framework, with any gaps addressed through training and capacity building for CleanHub country teams and implementing partners in each of the three target regions.
What we are looking for:
Clean Hub is looking for a consultant to align the Margins to Markets (M2M) programme's social standards and safeguards with the Responsible Sourcing Initiative (RSI) Harmonized Framework, and to deliver the related training and workshop support under Work Package 3 of the programme.
The scope below reflects the three activity areas already defined for this engagement under WP3. No activities have been added beyond what is required to deliver them.
Work Package 3.1 Gap Assessment Against the RSI Harmonized Framework
Work Package 3.2 Training and Technical Support
Work Package 3.3 Partner Convenings
Mandatory:
Preferred:
Existing relationships with government or civil society counterparts in the target regions
Experience with informal waste worker livelihoods, financial inclusion or plastics value chains specifically
Experience facilitating in-person workshops with multi-country, multi-organisation audiences
Period of performance: aligned with the M2M Work Package 3 implementation timeline, to be agreed with CleanHub (2026-2030)
Contract type: fixed-price against the deliverables in Section 4
Travel: six trips (three international, three in-region)

Unser Team: klein, jung, kurze Wege – deine Ideen landen direkt beim Geschäftsführer.
Dann lass uns reden. Kein Anschreiben nötig – schick uns deinen Lebenslauf und zwei, drei Sätze, warum der Job dich reizt.

We are looking for a curious and analytical engineer to help drive our data products forward, with a focus on our footfall data products. You will work on challenging data engineering and data science problems involving large-scale geospatial datasets, designing robust processing pipelines while also contributing to the design and evolution of the data products themselves.
This is a role for someone who enjoys understanding complex systems, thinking critically about trade-offs, and building solutions that are both technically sound and maintainable. Rather than simply implementing predefined tasks, you will be expected to investigate problems, challenge assumptions, and develop thoughtful solutions.

Who Will Enjoy This Role?
This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys solving difficult technical problems rather than applying standard solutions. Many of the challenges involve balancing correctness, scalability, performance, and maintainability across complex datasets and processing pipelines.
The technologies we use can be learned. What matters most is the ability to think rigorously, ask good questions, and continuously push for improving the systems and solutions we work with.
Why You’ll Love Working at Targomo
If you’re excited about using AI and data to guide smarter business decisions and want to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment we’d love to get to know you and please send us your CV in English!
