Rillet is the Agentic ERP built for modern finance teams. We help companies automate the most critical parts of finance, from closing the books and recognizing revenue to consolidating entities and reporting to investors. More than 600 companies run on Rillet, including Mercor, Scribe, and Function Health, and we partner with leading accounting firms including EY and KPMG.
We’re building in one of the largest software markets in the world, with the momentum to match. Rillet has raised more than $200M, is valued at $1B, and is backed by Sequoia, a16z, ICONIQ, Bain Capital Ventures, Oak HC/FT, and other leading investors. We’re using that backing to build the financial infrastructure for the next generation of companies and help every business run its numbers at the speed of AI.
Rillet’s pace is not for everyone. Intelligence is table stakes. To succeed here, you need extreme speed, agency, and flexibility.
The people who thrive at Rillet do not wait for assignments. They internalize the mission, design a strategy, and bring back results that are better, faster, and more creative than a manager could have asked for.
Our work revolves around our customers. The people who succeed here are energized by delivering what matters most, even when it was not part of the original plan.
Rillet is built on deep accounting expertise, and it takes people from many disciplines to build a category-defining company. You do not need to be an accountant to thrive here. You do need to care deeply about the problems we solve and the impact our customers can create. Together, we combine the precision of accounting with the speed, creativity, and ambition of AI-native software to power the financial core of the world’s fastest-growing companies while redefining what finance teams should expect from their software.
As our Founding Account Executive in the UK at Rillet, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how high-growth companies run their finances. Your mission is to drive revenue growth by building deep, strategic relationships with CFOs, finance leaders, and accounting teams — helping them realize the full potential of Rillet. You’ll work with everything from fast-scaling startups to global enterprises, tailoring your approach and refining your craft along the way.
This role blends business acumen, strategic sales expertise, and a strong grasp of AI-powered automation — empowering the world’s most ambitious companies to achieve zero-day close and operate with real-time financial clarity.
Build the GTM playbook
You’ll play a key role in building the playbook and driving our GTM motion. Specifically, you’ll refine our process playbook, run message tests, perform ROI comparison analyses, experiment to find new and unexpected channels, and more. You’ll take full ownership with a scrappy approach and double down when you see signs of success.
Execute relentlessly
Work cross-functionally to provide front-line prospect feedback to founders and product teams in near real-time. Perform strategic, personalized outreach to priority accounts and drive opportunities forward from SQL to signed deal. You’ll roll up your sleeves and accelerate velocity.
Represent Rillet
You’ll be the face of the company — applying high customer empathy and structured problem-solving to ensure every prospect interaction is exceptional. You’re comfortable selling to users with deep finance and accounting expertise and will deepen your domain knowledge in the process.
4–5+ years of AE experience at a top-tier SaaS startup, with a track record of driving complex, multi-threaded deals from discovery to close. Experience with ERP is a plus.
Exceptional communicator and relationship builder who simplifies complex concepts, earns executive sponsorship, and champions customer success.
Proactive self-starter who hustles, drives initiatives beyond core responsibilities, and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Trusted product expert and customer advocate who guides clients through evaluations, deployments, and adoption of AI solutions.
Strategic operator who builds pipeline, quantifies business value, and drives measurable ROI for clients.
Detail-oriented collaborator who delivers actionable feedback to internal teams to improve product and process outcomes.
Previous experience as a Founding AE is also a plus.
Grow with us. Take meaningful ownership, expand your scope, and make an impact as Rillet scales.
Competitive pay and meaningful equity. Be rewarded for the value you help create.
Benefits that support you. We offer competitive benefits designed to support your health, wellbeing, time away from work, family, and long-term financial goals.
Better together. We value collaboration, connection, and spending meaningful time together as a team. We regularly create opportunities to connect through team meals, events, and company gatherings.

With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a skilled, tech-savvy Legal Operations Specialist to join our fast-paced legal team. As a core member of the department within a leading payment processing company, you will help drive operational excellence, scale our legal tech stack, and streamline workflows.
The ideal candidate helps bridge the gap between legal expertise, technology, and data-driven efficiency. You will be responsible for managing our complex contract ecosystems, optimising team collaboration tools, and leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to design modern, automated legal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal Tech Stack & Automation Strategy: Support the administration, integration, and continuous improvement of our legal technology tools, with a heavy emphasis on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
Atlassian Ecosystem: Support the legal department's Jira infrastructure. This includes assisting with the design, maintenance, and optimisation of workflows in Jira Service Management (JSM) for legal intake, helping manage Jira Spaces, and building out a comprehensive, user-friendly knowledge base in Confluence.
AI & Process Engineering: Proactively identify opportunities to embed AI and machine learning tools into everyday legal operations, supporting the development and implementation of AI-driven efficiencies (e.g., automated contract review, AI search optimisation, legal operations chatbots, and automated triaging) to help reduce cycle times.
Workflow Optimisation: Evaluate existing legal processes, identify bottlenecks in the payment processing legal pipeline (e.g., merchant agreements, vendor contracts, regulatory tracking), and engineer streamlined, scalable workflows.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Design dashboards and generate metrics within Jira and CLM tools to track legal spend, turnaround times, contract volumes, and team capacity. Present actionable insights to legal leadership.
Vendor & Resource Support: Help manage relationships with legal tech vendors (e.g. Brightflag) and ensure the team is maximising the value of industry resources (e.g., CLOC, ACC).
Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Legal Operations, ideally within a fintech, payment processing, or highly regulated corporate environment.
Experience working with enterprise CLM systems (e.g., Ironclad, LinkSquares, Icertis, or Conga), including template building and workflow routing.
Good working knowledge of Jira, specifically designing custom workflows, queues, and SLAs in JSM, helping manage Jira Spaces, and structuring documentation in Confluence.
Experience using generative AI tools, prompt engineering, or AI-backed legal tech features to build efficiencies, automate repetitive tasks, and analyse legal data.
General understanding of the legal operational challenges unique to payment processing, financial services, or tech companies.
Preferred Skills & Core Competencies
Tech-Forward Mindset: Instead of simply using tools, look for ways to make them talk to each other. Experience with integrations (APIs, Zapier) is a massive plus.
Problem-Solving & Agility: Ability to thrive in a high-volume, rapidly changing corporate environment.
Project Management: Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to manage and support multiple tech implementation projects simultaneously (PRINCE2 qualification a plus, but not necessary).
Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical or legal requirements into clear, user-friendly processes for cross-functional stakeholders such as Product, Sales and Compliance.

With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
About the role
We are looking for an AI Product & Transformation Lead to build the next generation of AI-enabled ways of working across Legal and Enterprise Risk. Please, note experience within Legal or Risk would be useful, but it is not essential. We are particularly interested in people who combine strong AI product, technical, operational or design instincts with enough domain empathy to build trusted solutions.
This is a hands-on AI role for someone who enjoys turning emerging technology into products and capabilities that people genuinely use. You will lead discovery with lawyers, risk professionals, legal operations and business stakeholders, identify high-value opportunities, and turn them into practical AI solutions.
You will not be working only at the level of strategy. You will build and ship AI products, agents, automations, workflows and playbooks; test what works with end users; learn quickly; and create the conditions for other people across Legal and Enterprise Risk to build as well.
You will be embedded in the Legal and Enterprise Risk organisation and partner closely with Compliance, Technology, Data, Information Security and other enabling functions to scale AI capabilities safely across the business.
What you will do
Build and scale AI products:
Lead structured discovery with Legal and Enterprise Risk teams to identify high-value AI opportunities, recurring friction, manual work and decision bottlenecks.
Turn real user problems into clear use cases, lightweight prototypes and scalable solutions.
Build, configure or product-manage AI-enabled tools, agents, workflow automations, self-service experiences and knowledge systems.
Take solutions from idea to pilot to adoption, including testing, iteration, documentation and handover.
Balance speed and experimentation with appropriate controls for confidentiality, privilege, data protection, security and legal risk.
Help others build products:
Make practical AI-building skills accessible to lawyers, risk professionals and Legal Operations colleagues through hands-on sessions, guides and coaching.
Establish an AI builder community or similar forum for sharing use cases, prompts, prototypes, lessons and reusable components across Legal and Enterprise Risk.
Apply AI to improve how work gets done:
Map and redesign workflows across Legal and Enterprise Risk, using AI to improve speed, quality, consistency and capacity.
Create repeatable processes, templates, playbooks and operating rhythms that reduce unnecessary manual effort.
Design better ways to capture, organise, retrieve and reuse organisational knowledge through AI-enabled search, summarisation and assistance.
Identify opportunities to improve intake, triage, matter management, contract workflows, reporting and business self-service.
Establish simple measures of impact, such as time saved, cycle-time reduction, quality improvements, user satisfaction and adoption.
Build alignment and momentum
Own a prioritised AI product and use-case pipeline based on user need, value, feasibility, adoption potential and risk.

Company Description
We’re Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.

Checkout.com is looking for an enthusiastic Engineer I to join the team responsible for People (HCM) systems.
Their day-to-day focus will be on the integrations that connect Workday with the wider Checkout.com technology ecosystem. This is an early-career role for someone ready to operate independently with guidance — owning the day-to-day reliability, support, and continuous improvement of People Tech integrations rather than only handling basic break-fix work.
You'll partner closely with the People Team, Finance Technology and Global Corporate Technology teams to keep critical people data flowing accurately across Workday, our ERP, and other downstream platforms. You'll help ensure integrations are stable, well-documented, and scalable as our people processes evolve.
Support the build, maintain, and enhance integrations between our Finance (ERP) and People (HCM) systems, including Workday, and the broader Checkout.com tech stack
Independently triage, diagnose, and resolve integration failures and data discrepancies within SLA, escalating when issues exceed defined complexity thresholds
Support with the development of Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, Workday Studio and Workday Orchestrate
Partner with Finance and People stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable, well-documented integrations
Support the data flows behind critical processes including Joiner/Mover/Leaver, payroll, vendor master, AP, and GL postings
Monitor integration health, build alerting for failures, and proactively address recurring issues before they impact stakeholders
Support Workday and ERP release cycles through impact analysis, regression testing, and change management
Author clear technical documentation, integration runbooks, and knowledge base entries to support the team and downstream users
At least 1 year's experience in any integration or technical field with a desire to specialise in Workday integrations. Training will be provided for those who are less workday experienced.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English, with the ability to coordinate seamlessly with finance and global technology teams
Experience building integrations between platforms in a fast-paced corporate environment, with a track record of acting with urgency and ownership.
Experience with Workday’s integration tooling (EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, Studio, Orchestrate)
Basic knowledge of integration patterns and technologies: REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, XML, XSLT, JSON, and middleware platforms (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi)
Tooling Awareness: Expertise with market-leading Finance and People systems such as Workday, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or ZIP
Creative problem-solving skills with a strong customer service mindset, a positive can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn and develop. Capable of researching independently to find solutions to various integration issues.
Basic awareness of SOX, audit, and data privacy considerations in financial and HR systems is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English, with the ability to coordinate seamlessly with Finance, People, and global technology teams..

About the Company
Why We Built Lyric: Supply chains are more critical and complex than ever. Every day, large enterprises navigate trillions of possible decisions that could impact the bottom line. Powerful algorithms and AI can address these problems, yet most organizations struggle to leverage supply chain AI at scale. The current SCM technologies are either rigid, limited-scope point solutions or custom solutions built in-house, which demand immense expertise and investment.
That is…until now.
Enter Lyric: Lyric is an enterprise AI platform built specifically for supply chains, offering the best of both worlds:
Out-of-the-box AI solutions for optimizing networks, allocating inventory, scheduling routes, planning fulfillment capacity, promising orders, propagating demand, building predictions, analyzing scenarios, and more, plus
A platform-first approach that empowers both business and technical users with end-to-end product composability, leveraging no-code tools, their own code, or even forking our code to build and refine supply chain decision intelligence
With Lyric, enterprises no longer have to choose between flexibility and speed, they get both.
The Mission: We’re building a new era in supply chain with the team best equipped to lead it. With over 20 years at the intersection of supply chain and algorithms, we developed a deep conviction that global supply chains needed something like Lyric. Since our inception in December 2021, that conviction has been validated time and time again.
Today, a growing number of Fortune 500 companies, including Smurfit WestRock, Estée Lauder, Coca-Cola, and more, are innovating on their own terms with Lyric. We can’t wait to see what our customers, both current and future, are empowered to build with us next. Come build with us!

🏋️♀️ The Skinnify Story
Our founder Christian grew up in Frankfurt, Germany. Looking around, he noticed something striking: so many of the women in his life — his mom, his sister, his friends — wanted to get fitter, lose weight, and build muscle, but kept running into the same wall. They didn't have the time, the motivation, or the consistency to make the gym work.
The idea hit him during his own workout. He was using resistance bands and thought: what if these were built into everyday clothing? What if women could get the benefits of resistance training passively — while walking the kids to school, cooking dinner, or sitting at their desk? Fitness without the extra time or effort.
The idea was personal too. Christian was a difficult kid growing up and put his mom through a lot. She barely had time for herself, let alone the gym. He built Skinnify for women like her: busy, hardworking, often overlooked — so they could do something good for their bodies just by getting dressed.
🛍️ Our Products
What started with a single product — leggings with built-in resistance bands — has grown into a full collection of resistance-integrated clothing: leggings, sleeves, shoes, and more. We're on a mission to revolutionize how women do fitness by turning daily life into a workout.
🌟 Skinnify's Core Values
💡 Innovation – We design new, groundbreaking clothing with built-in resistance to revolutionize fitness.
🔥 Effectiveness – Our products help people burn more calories & get fitter with every step.
🌍 Accessibility – We make fitness accessible to everyone — even the busiest and least motivated.
🎉 Fun – We make exercise feel effortless and enjoyable.
✅ Quality – Our products are built to last — high-quality, durable, and reliable.

We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.</p> <p><strong>About Beneficial Deployments</strong> </p> <p>Beneficial Deployments ensures AI reaches and benefits the communities that need it most. We partner with nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven organizations to deploy Claude in education, global health, economic mobility, and life sciences — focusing on raising the floor for those who need it most.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We're looking for an Applied AI Engineer to join our Beneficial Deployments, Life Sciences team. This is a partner-facing role: you'll support nonprofits, research institutes, academic medical centres and public-sector funders as they use Claude to get treatments to patients with rare and neglected diseases, where there is little or no commercial incentive to fund development.</p> <p>The role focuses on clinical development, where we think Claude can help these partners today. Trials in these diseases have small patient populations, investigator-led or nonprofit funding and little operational support, and they often stall on protocol quality, operational risk and site start-up. Claude can help teams design better trials and start them sooner. Much of this work is drug repurposing: testing new uses for approved, usually off-patent or generic medicines, whose known safety profiles can let a good hypothesis reach patients years sooner than a new molecule.</p> <p>You'll advise and embed in partners' teams, building alongside their engineers, scientists and clinicians.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work with partners' trial teams to design, review and prioritise clinical trials with Claude: drafting and reviewing protocols and statistical analysis plans, and flagging enrolment and operational risks.</li> <li>Build and validate tools that help partners find new uses for approved, mostly off-patent medicines in rare and neglected diseases, from literature, omics and patient data, and assemble the evidence so the partner can decide the next step.</li> <li>Build reusable infrastructure other institutions can adopt (MCP servers for biomedical data sources, agent skills, benchmarks grounded in real clinical questions), and feed what you learn in the field back to product, engineering and research.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Hands-on clinical development experience: designing, running or analysing clinical trials, or assessing clinical evidence to decide which programmes go forward (for example due diligence or asset evaluation). Drug repurposing work as part of that is a strong plus, as is having contributed to a regulatory submission for a trial.</li> <li>Comfort with biomedical data: literature, omics, and real-world patient data (health records, registries, claims), ideally inside secure or trusted research environments.</li> <li>Strong engineering skills: you can take an LLM-powered tool from prototype to production code, and write evals to measure it.</li> <li>Experience working directly with external partners or customers in a technical role.</li> <li>Clear written and verbal communication: docs other institutes can use without you, and results clinicians trust.</li> <li>A scrappy mentality: you're comfortable in ambiguity, wear several hats, and do what it takes to get a result for a partner.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. </p> <p>For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.</p></div><div class="title">Annual Salary:</div><div class="pay-range"><span>£225,000</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>£255,000 GBP</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><h2><strong>Logistics</strong></h2> <p><strong>Minimum education: </strong>Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience</p> <p><strong>Required field of study: </strong>A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience</p> <p><strong>Minimum years of experience: </strong>Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position</p> <p><strong>Location-based hybrid policy:</strong> Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. IonQ is making quantum platforms more accessible and impactful than ever before. </p></div><p><strong>Location:</strong> Oxford, England, UK</p> <p><strong>Working pattern: </strong>Hybrid</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Role:</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a Staff Platform Engineer to join the Quantum System Infrastructure team at IonQ, based in our Oxford office. In this role, you will be responsible for the platform that our engineering and science teams use to build, test and deliver quantum systems to customers, contributing to the team's mission of applying DevSecOps principles to deliver reliable, secure and observable infrastructure, on-site and in the cloud.</p> <p>As a Staff Engineer you will play a leading role in shaping the clusters, pipelines, monitoring and remote development environments that support our work in building the world's most advanced quantum systems. You'll have the opportunity to drive meaningful work in a unique environment, operating alongside the physicists and engineers who build those systems, and see vacuum chambers, cryostats and lasers in action on site.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>In this position, you will build and run the infrastructure behind our quantum systems, on-site and in the cloud, so the teams who build them can ship changes quickly and safely. You'll have the opportunity to shorten the time from a code change to a running quantum system, contributing directly to the delivery of quantum systems to our customers. As a senior member of the team, you will take on central roles in strategic projects for the Platform team, and will lead on defining, driving and implementing them. </p> <p>You'll work with a wide range of partners and internal customers across IonQ's locations: physicists, lab technicians, firmware and software engineers, IT, product management and production SRE. You'll talk to them, see where they get stuck and fix the cause.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Run and evolve the Kubernetes platform behind each quantum system, and the release process that promotes software onto it (k3s, ArgoCD, Helm)</li> <li>Make CI faster and more reliable for every engineer, including our scarce hardware-in-the-loop and FPGA build runners and build caches (GitHub Actions)</li> <li>Make our systems observable: define dashboards and alerts as code for quantum system hardware such as lasers, cryogenics and vacuum, and move them onto IonQ's shared observability platform with our production Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) colleagues (Grafana, OpenTelemetry)</li> <li>Give every engineer and physicist a ready-to-use remote development environment, on-site or in the cloud, that works with our quantum system hardware</li> <li>Keep our on-site and cloud infrastructure secure, recoverable, reproducible and reviewable as code (OpenTofu, Atmos), from secrets and access to certificates and identity, and work with IonQ's infrastructure team on shared cloud services</li> <li>Lead technical decisions and write the runbooks and guides that let other teams change the platform safely themselves</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <p>To be successful, you will need hands-on experience running Linux infrastructure in production, ideally both on-premises and in the cloud, with infrastructure as code, Kubernetes and CI/CD. We're looking for someone who can diagnose problems across the whole stack, from a storage fault to a failing pipeline to a development environment that will not start, who treats observability and security as part of the job rather than an afterthought, and who can lead a piece of work from design to rollout within a fast-moving, highly technical team. You will write mostly Python, shell and OpenTofu. Our product code is Rust and Python: your job will be to make it build and test faster rather than write it.</p> <p>Our platform spans our on-site quantum systems, and many changes reach live quantum systems. Every change goes through review and automated validation before it is applied, so we value people who plan for rollback, test against the real system and write down what they learn. Experience with AI coding tools is helpful, as is an interest in quantum computing though prior experience is not required.</p> <p>You’d be a great fit with:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years in a Platform, DevOps or Site Reliability role, running Linux systems in production</li> <li>Infrastructure as code with Terraform or OpenTofu</li> <li>Running containerised workloads on Kubernetes in production</li> <li>Building and speeding up CI/CD pipelines, ideally in GitHub Actions</li> <li>Observability and security for production systems: monitoring, alerting, secrets and access control</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <p>Be part of a team that’s shaping the future of quantum. We offer more than just a role, you’ll join a world class community of scientists, engineers and innovators working to unlock the full potential of quantum computing.</p> <p>We offer a range of benefits, including opportunities to further your career alongside industry leaders, a competitive salary with IonQ stock options, an annual performance bonus, generous annual leave, flexible hybrid working, private medical and dental insurance for you and your family, and much more.</p> <p>Join us and be part of the future of quantum computing.</p> <p>We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.</p> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Compensation will vary based on individual factors such as education, qualifications, and experience of the final candidate(s), specific office location, and calibration against relevant market data and internal team equity. Using our world-leading trapped-ion technology, we're building the most powerful, accurate and reliable quantum systems to tackle problems that today's supercomputers cannot solve.</p> <p>We're looking for an enthusiastic and highly technical Software Engineer for our Non-Realtime Controllers team who will thrive in our dynamic cross-disciplinary environment.</p> <p>In this role, you will be responsible for<strong> </strong>working closely with our software engineers, our systems team, and our quantum scientists to build and operate the software that controls the hardware surrounding our quantum computers, contributing to the team’s mission of enabling our systems team to operate the physical quantum computers and our science teams to experiment building towards fault tolerant computation. CuspAI is the frontier AI company on a mission to solve the breakthrough materials needed to power human progress. While nature took billions of years to perfect molecules, we are harnessing AI to unlock trillion-dollar materials breakthroughs in months, not millennia. Our founding team is the most cited in the world, comprised of world-class researchers in AI, chemistry and engineering.
We are working on some of the hardest and most important challenges including energy, clean water, the future of compute, and carbon capture, and this is just the start of what our 'search engine' for next-generation materials will unlock.
We invite you to be part of a diverse, innovative team at the intersection of AI and materials science, working to create impactful partnerships that drive innovation, scalability, and industry collaboration. This work matters. Your work matters.
We’re on the cusp of the on-demand materials era. Join us.
Due to ongoing growth and demand, we’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to build relationships and lead materials design engagements with potential partners in Europe.
Early stage, big market. Materials are a trillion-dollar problem, and most R&D organizations are only starting to use AI.
You shape it from day one. You'll help decide who we work with, how we go to market and which partnerships make it grow.
Build the pipeline
Identify and reach R&D, materials and chemicals teams at US industrial companies that can benefit from direct access to our AI and data.
Own your pipeline end to end, from the first conversation to a signed agreement.
Use your network and market knowledge to open doors in key innovation hubs such as the Bay Area, Boston, Texas and the Research Triangle.
Close and grow partnerships
Understand each team's materials challenges and turn them into clear, compelling proposals together with our scientists and Technical Program Managers.
Negotiate commercial terms and bring agreements to signature.
Turn first engagements into lasting relationships, and spot where a partner can do more with us.
Shape how we go to market
Help decide which customer types and sectors to focus on first, based on what converts fastest.
Bring what you hear in the market back to our product, research and leadership teams.
Help build the processes, materials and playbook that the wider team will use as we grow.
Represent CuspAI at industry events and conferences.
Someone who has sold to or partnered with R&D, chemicals or materials organizations, and who enjoys building something new more than running a process that already works.
8+ years in partnerships, business development or sales roles selling to industrial R&D, materials, chemicals or semiconductor organizations.
Experience bringing digital R&D tools to scientific teams, for example materials informatics, lab data platforms (ELN, LIMS) or simulation software.
A track record of sourcing and closing B2B deals with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
A network among R&D and business leaders at US industrial companies.
The ability to explain AI and computational concepts clearly to scientists and business leaders alike.
Comfort with ambiguity, and the drive to build structure from scratch in a fast-growing startup.
Willingness to travel regularly within the US and to Europe.
An advanced degree in chemistry, materials science, physics, chemical engineering or a related field.
Experience at a company working in materials informatics, scientific software or AI for R&D.
Experience building a market or commercial function from the ground up.
This role is based in the UK ideally London or Cambridge or Berlin oder Amsterdam, ideally near a major materials, chemicals or semiconductor hub. Expect regular travel to customer sites and to our offices in the UK and Europe (30 - 40 %)
A competitive salary: We value and reward impact and growth
Equity in CuspAI: You have a stake in the success of the company
Time off to stay fresh: 28 days holiday (DE, NL, UK) or 21 days holiday (JP, SG, US), in addition to local public holidays
‘Gold Standard’ parental leave: 26 weeks (primary caregiver) and 12 weeks (secondary caregiver) at full pay - we look after you and your family while we work on the most important materials discovery problems together
Professional development budget: We invest in your career development so you can stay up to date with the latest industry knowledge or add to your skills to increase impact and growth
Solve meaningful problems: See how your work has a direct impact on advancing materials science and solving sustainability and climate-related problems through the creation and application of bleeding-edge SOTA technology and revolutionary techniques
True interdisciplinary teamwork: Be part of a deeply collaborative environment bridging AI research, computational chemistry, and experimental science - work with world-class researchers and engineers who enjoy sharing knowledge and supporting each other
Join us in shaping the future of materials with AI. Together, we can create groundbreaking solutions for a more sustainable world.
CuspAI is an equal opportunities employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. We do not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, religion or belief, ethnic or national origin, disability, age, citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy or related condition (including breastfeeding), veteran status, or any other basis protected by applicable law.
We actively encourage applications from all backgrounds and value the unique perspectives and contributions that diversity brings to our team.
Please let us know if you require any specific adjustments during or after the interview process. We will do everything we can within reason to accommodate.

Detection alone is not security. Every day, security teams are forced to make critical decisions on incomplete data. Binalyze changes that. Our platform, AIR, gives investigators the full picture, turning alerts into understanding in minutes, not days. We’re scaling globally and building the category-defining investigation platform the industry has been missing.
Partners are central to how we bring that value to market. We’re looking for a commercially driven Channel Account Manager to grow Binalyze’s VAR and reseller ecosystem, turning signed partners into active sellers and creating repeatable partner-led revenue.
This is a hands-on commercial role, not a partner-programme administration role. You’ll build strong relationships with priority partners, create joint business plans, generate pipeline and help partners identify, progress and ultimately own Binalyze opportunities across their customer bases.
What you’ll do
Activate existing signed VAR and reseller partners and grow the partner ecosystem.
Build commercial relationships with priority partners and their sales teams.
Create and execute joint business plans with clear pipeline and revenue goals.
Build mindshare so Binalyze is actively positioned by partner sellers.
Identify, qualify and progress opportunities across partner customer bases.
Work with Binalyze sellers on strategic joint opportunities where appropriate.
Enable partners to identify, develop and close their own Binalyze opportunities over time.
Recruit new partners selectively where there are clear capability, coverage or market gaps.
Run regular partner pipeline and performance reviews.
Measure success through active partners, partner-generated pipeline and partner-generated ARR.
Coordinate with Binalyze technical teams to ensure partners receive effective technical enablement.
What you’ll bring
Proven channel, partner, alliances or indirect sales experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity or enterprise technology.
A track record of activating VAR, reseller or MSSP partners and generating partner-sourced or partner-influenced revenue.
Experience creating and executing joint business plans, including pipeline, revenue targets and performance reviews.
Strong commercial sales skills and the ability to coach partner sellers through qualification, deal progression and close.
Confidence working with direct sales teams while maintaining a partner-first approach.
The ability to build relationships with sales leaders and front-line sellers.
A data-led approach to pipeline, conversion and ARR.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to have
Cybersecurity, digital forensics, incident response, SOC, EDR or related security-technology experience.
Experience with MSSPs or security-focused VARs and resellers.
Experience helping to build or scale an indirect sales motion in a high-growth SaaS business.
Familiarity with CRM and partner-management tools.
What we offer
Generous annual leave plus wellbeing days and your birthday off.
Private medical insurance, including family cover.
Home office setup support.
Monthly wellbeing and entertainment allowances.
Wellbeing support through Oli.
Fully remote and flexible working.
Benefits are tailored by location; we’ll share full details during the hiring process.
We’re committed to building a team that reflects a wide range of backgrounds, perspectives and experiences. If you don’t meet every requirement listed, we’d still encourage you to apply.
If this sounds like the kind of commercial challenge you’d like to spend your time on, we’d love to hear from you.

Are you an experienced railway professional with knowledge and experience of roles like COSS, ES and PICOP?
You already understand the track and the people who work on it. We're looking for people like you to help put new safety technology into the hands of the workforce - and to be part of a big change in how track workers are kept safe.
At Tended, we create first-of-a-kind safety systems that transform rail worker safety. Our geofencing solution has been named one of TIME's Best Inventions and has made the Digital Leaders 100 list for Geospatial Initiative of the Year. It's already out there on the track, helping to keep people away from the running line and improving on site efficiency.
Network Rail is committed to geofencing for the long term, and the rollout across the Sussex region is already underway. We're looking for an Implementation Lead to help us grow our capability on the ground..
As an Implementation Lead, you're the bridge between Tended and our clients, guiding their teams through helping their teams get comfortable using our kit out on-site.
You'll lead key client deployments on the ground, working closely with Tended's project managers to deliver an excellent service. Success in this role depends on building strong, trusting relationships quickly - so first-class communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Our technology is used by track workers with a wide range of technical confidence. You'll develop a deep understanding of our products so you can coach users through their day-to-day challenges and until they’re confident using it on their own. Being on-site also puts you in a unique position to see how our products are really used - spotting ideas for how we can make it better and feeding improvements back to the team.
You'll need strong knowledge of the rail environment and the roles within it, and you'll either hold a Personal Track Safety (PTS) qualification or meet the requirements to obtain one. Above all, we're looking for someone proactive and approachable - person fit matters to us.**
Travel and working pattern
This is a field-based role centred on regular client site visits across the Sussex region. You'll spend at least 3 days a week in the depot and on site, with the remaining time working remotely or in person with your line manager.
Because our users work shifts, this role covers both nightshifts and dayshifts, and includes weekend and bank holiday working - flexibility to meet the needs of the business and our clients is essential.
In return, we have excellent policies covering travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses, as well as fatigue management and time off in lieu.
A full driving licence is required.
Even if you don’t feel you have all of the requirements listed below, we’d encourage you to apply, as we’re looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow with us.
Essential
You have experience as an ES, ESA, COSS, Site Agent, or in a comparable on-site leadership role within the railway or a related industry.
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to influence site teams and users, and turn them into capable users of our product. Experience of working with different roles, from track workers to site managers is desirable.
You are comfortable with technology and enthusiastic to develop an in-depth understanding of our products to provide on-site coaching and support to users.
You take a detailed approach and consistently follow established processes and procedures with accuracy.
You instinctively take initiative to find and fix problems, thinking out of the box to find ways to make things better.
Desirable
You might have practical, hands-on experience of on-the-ground delivery of new technologies, delivering to a range of different kinds of users with different levels of tech-savviness.
You might have experience with project management tools.
You might have some experience in project management disciplines such as planning, managing risks, dependencies, issues, timelines, budgets, scope, deliverables and quality.
You might have some commercial awareness, such as understanding how to demonstrate the value of our work to clients during delivery.

We’re looking for a passionate Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team at STRATOS – someone eager to sit at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and real-world impact.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with industry leaders to embed our platform deep into their operations – transforming strategic intent into live systems that drive measurable results. In today’s world, where the last mile of implementation creates the competitive moat, you’ll be the catalyst turning software into scale.
About Us
At STRATOS Technologies, we are transforming how companies make data-driven decisions with our innovative Strategy Operating System. Our software integrates complex datasets into a unified solution, enabling businesses to strengthen their long-term strategies through clear and actionable insights.
Our founders, former business and tech executives who led a $1B division at a Fortune 500 industrial company, originally built a digital twin of their enterprise to drive synchronized planning and execution. Seeing the market’s lack of such a system, they launched STRATOS in 2022 with a bold mission: to build the world’s first strategy operating system that unifies all internal and external data into a single platform.
Today, STRATOS is a category-defining, rapidly growing startup funded extensively by high-profile investors (e.g., Accel) and trusted by nearly a dozen global industrial leaders and Fortune 500 customers. Our software integrates complex datasets into a unified solution, combining deep data integration, best-in-class workflows, and cutting-edge generative AI.
From commercial AI agents to embedded intelligence that supercharges lean teams, STRATOS enables businesses to achieve 10x productivity and strengthen long-term strategies through actionable insights. We are now expanding our team to accelerate our growth even further and help our customers outperform their competition.
Why Forward Deployed Engineering
While we have a scalable technology backbone, we believe that Forward Deployed Engineering is the future of differentiated B2B SaaS in the GenAI age. Rather than shipping static tools, we partner closely with customers to deliver dynamic, tailored solutions where value is created in the implementation layer – not just the codebase.
Ensure client implementations are working successfully
Solve our customers’ hardest business challenges by adapting and deploying the STRATOS platform to their needs
Design and implement scalable generative AI workflows using platforms like Palantir AIP
Execute complex data integration using PySpark and other distributed technologies
Collaborate directly with clients to understand context, priorities, and key outcome
0-4 years of solid experience in data engineering or analytics.
Experience at start-up companies and/or an excitement to experience first-hand the adventure that comes with a fast-scaling tech company, alternatively experience at a top-tier consultancy.
The ability to translate complex and sometimes ambiguous business requirements into clean and maintainable data pipelines
Excellent knowledge of PySpark, Python and SQL fundamentals
The ability to get to grips with new technologies quickly
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Experience in dashboarding tools, Typescript and API development
Familiarity with Airflow, DBT, Databricks
Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (e.g. Oracle, SAP) and CRM systems
Equity through our stock option programme, so you share in the long-term success and growth of the company
A highly competitive salary
Direct access to Fortune 500 executives from your first months, at a level most people wait a decade for
Work alongside former MBB consultants and Fortune 500 executives who will teach you directly — our team is small enough that this happens in person, not through a training curriculum
Private healthcare
Pension scheme
25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays
Work from abroad — up to four weeks a year, and up to two weeks at a time
Hybrid office policy, with visa sponsorship available
A company committed to social and environmental responsibility — we pledge to be a net-zero CO₂ company and donate 1% of our revenue to social causes
Practicalities
London-based, 3 days a week in our Farringdon office
