Gain operates globally with offices in New York, London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Warsaw, and Bangalore.
What will you do?
We are expanding our Intelligence Origination team into Credit. This team is responsible for sourcing proprietary, transaction-level credit intelligence across live and announced private equity-related transactions. Unlike traditional newsrooms, our model is data-first, capturing structured intelligence rather than producing news stories.
You will play a pivotal role in expanding our real-time credit intelligence coverage. The focus is on the completeness, accuracy and speed of data capture - not editorial output. Your mission is to cultivate a trusted network of off-record sources, including lenders, investment bankers, private equity sponsors, advisors, consultants and lawyers, to uncover proprietary market intelligence.
The insights you gather will be transformed into clean, machine-readable data that powers our platform and forms the backbone of our clients' origination and transaction analysis workflows.
You'll speak with market participants on a background-only basis, surfacing intelligence that rarely enters the public domain. Working closely with our analysts and research teams, you'll help convert raw market insight into structured, scalable data that fuels client workflows and supports better investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
In your role, you will:
Build and maintain a network of sources - including lenders, investment bankers, sponsors, advisors and lawyers
Conduct daily off-record, high-trust conversations to surface non-public credit intelligence
Ensure high-quality sourcing of proprietary datapoints that feed directly into the Gain platform
Collaborate closely with our in-house analysts and research teams to ensure data completeness, consistency and structured format
Support the expansion of our real-time transaction tracker and contribute to internal market intelligence sharing
Who are you?
You have:
2–4 years of relevant professional experience and strong knowledge of private credit, leveraged finance, M&A, private equity, restructuring, or a related field
Experience sourcing market intelligence - in journalism, research, origination, investor relations or a related field
A background in covering deals in private credit, distressed debt/restructuring, high-yield bond and leveraged loan offerings is preferred but not necessarily essential
Skilled at cultivating senior-level sources and handling off-record, background-only conversations
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both in-person and remotely
High attention to detail and ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
Comfortable operating independently as part of a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team
What do we offer?
Competitive base salary and annual bonus linked to your performance
Attractive benefits including private medical insurance, health & wellbeing allowance, work-from-home budget, learning & coaching benefits, etc.
Flexible hybrid working model with 3 days per week in our London office
Healthy work-life balance allowing for planability and personal commitments
Chance to grow with the company gaining increasing responsibilities, supported by lots of coaching and a feedback-driven approach
Tremendous learning and career progression opportunities
International environment with hubs in New York, Amsterdam, London, Frankfurt, Warsaw, and Bangalore
Culture of trust, ownership and standard of excellence and fun working atmosphere with regular outings and events
Post product-market fit and aspiring unicorn status - this is an excellent time to join & grow with us!
Does this sound like a perfect match?
We are proud of our wonderful product and believe it has lots of potential. We are growing fast and having fun while building our platform and company. Does this sound like a team you would like to become a part of? We are excited to get to know you and show you what we do!

UFORCE exists to make aggression unaffordable.
Founded in Ukraine and headquartered in London, UFORCE is a defence-technology company with operations across Europe, the United States and Asia.
UFORCE builds uncrewed vessels, ground robotics and aircraft, autonomy software, and the command-and-control layer that operates them together. Each platform is deployable on its own, and stronger as part of the system. Its product lines include the MAGURA family of uncrewed surface vessels, the NEMESIS family of strike platforms, the LIUT family of ground robotic platforms, and counter-UAS systems.
UFORCE is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to help build and operate the cloud infrastructure platform behind our sovereign mission operations teams. You’ll make it safer and easier to deploy, upgrade, and run UFORCE services in on-premises environments, including sites with limited or no internet connectivity.
You’ll combine hands-on infrastructure engineering with practical operational ownership: automating deployments, strengthening reliability, and making sure customer IT and partner operations teams can run the platform with confidence. You’ll work closely with Platform Engineering, Security, and customer-facing teams, with a focus on solutions that are secure, supportable, and usable in the field.
Build and improve deployment and maintenance automation for on-premises environments, including infrastructure as code, packaging, environment validation, and preflight checks.
Make releases and upgrades work reliably in offline or restricted-network settings: manage artifacts and versioning, define validation gates, and document staged rollout and rollback procedures.
Develop repeatable deployment patterns for VM-based, Kubernetes-based, and mixed environments, and document when and how to handle deviations.
Establish and maintain an observability baseline for constrained environments, including useful metrics, logs, alerts, and dashboards. Make alerts actionable and link them to clear runbooks.
Define and operationalize service-level objectives and change-safety practices such as smoke tests, rollout checks, and rollback-first procedures.
Respond to incidents across deployed environments, coordinate diagnosis and communication, and turn lessons learned into improvements to automation, monitoring, and operations.
Create and maintain operational playbooks, troubleshooting guides, escalation paths, and maintenance workflows for customer IT and partner operations teams.
Partner with engineering and security teams to identify operational risks early and ensure new platform capabilities are ready to deploy and support.
Coach teammates on practical reliability habits, including debugging, alert quality, incident follow-through, and documentation.
Significant hands-on experience operating production infrastructure or services in SRE, platform engineering, or infrastructure engineering.
Experience building and maintaining infrastructure as code with Terraform or a comparable tool, including safe practices for testing and applying changes.
Practical experience with Kubernetes, virtual-machine platforms, or both; an understanding of deployment and upgrade challenges in constrained environments.
Experience designing or operating observability systems for metrics, logs, alerts, and dashboards, including environments that cannot rely on SaaS services.
Ability to design safe release, upgrade, and rollback workflows and to make them usable through clear operational documentation.
Strong incident-response skills: you can investigate ambiguous symptoms, prioritize checks, coordinate with stakeholders, and follow through on corrective actions.
Clear written and verbal communication, especially when explaining technical risks, procedures, and trade-offs to engineering and operations partners.
A practical, ownership-oriented approach to reliability: you improve the system and close the loop from incident to prevention.
Experience with air-gapped, on-premises, or strongly segmented enterprise or defense environments.
Experience supporting deployments operated by customer IT teams, third-party operations teams, or managed service providers.
Familiarity with enterprise identity integrations such as Active Directory, LDAP, or SSO, as well as secrets management and auditability.
Experience defining service-level objectives and improving reliability through incident reviews and measurable follow-up.
Familiarity with security or compliance constraints and how to balance them with safe, supportable operations.
Standard environment setup and refresh becomes faster and more repeatable, with a path to completing common footprints in less than a day.
Upgrade and rollback procedures are validated, well documented, and executable by partner operations teams with limited SRE support.
New deployments have usable dashboards and actionable alerts quickly, supported by reusable configuration and runbooks.
Customer and partner operations teams resolve more routine issues independently, while recurring incidents lead to durable engineering improvements.
The nature of combat has changed.
Tomorrow’s battlefield success depends on autonomy, speed, and adaptability.
And UFORCE is ready.
Are You?

Nous is a household AI agent. It takes over the bills and admin people don't have time for and acts for them: switching energy, buying insurance, cancelling forgotten subscriptions, managing the family calendar. Nearly 250,000 UK households have signed up, and another joins every minute.
We think the real value of AI isn't writing amazing cover letters, it's doing useful things in the real world for real people. That's the hard part, and a brilliant product is only half of it. An energy switch takes weeks, so our agents run on long-running workflows, not a single chat turn. Cancelling a subscription means a browser agent handling the code Apple sends to your phone. Buying insurance meant getting our regulatory principal comfortable with an agent doing it end to end (a UK first), which comes down to knowing exactly when the LLM should hand over to rules because a mistake would cost someone real money.
We're about 30 people running one agent across energy, broadband, mobile, insurance, mortgages and subscriptions (with more being added), each with its own suppliers, rules and ways of going wrong. With far more problems than people, a person or small team owns each one end to end, from spotting it in the data or a customer conversation to shipping the fix. And because the agent acts, you find out quickly whether the fix worked.
Everyone builds here: a product engineer launched our subscription cancellation product within a couple of months of joining, and a PM rebuilt our WhatsApp agent.
And it's working. We're growing more than 20x year on year, with a market-leading NPS above +80, and we manage well over half a billion pounds of household spending. We've raised more than $30M from Heartcore, Mosaic and a who's who of entrepreneurs who founded Monzo, GoCardless, lastminute.com and Onfido. But the real draw is the team - ask anyone here why they joined and you'll get some version of "to do great work with really smart people".
The goal is household life that's simpler, cheaper and fairer, and most of that is still to build.
What Nous does for members can feel simple: helping them understand their bills, save money, and avoid admin. Delivering that reliably at scale is much harder.
You’ll join the Operations team at the heart of the business, working on the difficult real-world problems that sit between our members, our product, external suppliers and the systems that make Nous work.
This is not a traditional customer operations role. You’ll spend time close to our members, understanding their questions, investigating things that have gone wrong and learning in detail how our service works. We think that matters: the best systems are usually built by people who have seen the underlying problems first-hand.
But we don’t want you simply to get faster at doing manual work. We want you to spot the pattern, understand why the problem exists, and help build a better way of doing it.
That might mean redesigning a process, building an automation, using AI to remove repetitive work, querying data to understand what is happening, improving an internal tool, or working with Product and Engineering on a more fundamental fix.
You don't need to arrive knowing all of the tools we use. We care much more about how quickly you learn them.
We’re looking for someone early in their career who is unusually curious, quick to learn and good at figuring things out. You might already have built automations or small products yourself. You might instead have worked in operations, consulting, product, analytics or another demanding environment and found yourself constantly looking for better ways to do things.
Either way, we want someone who gets excited by a problem they don't immediately know how to solve.
You’ll have a lot of support from experienced operators, engineers and product people, but also be given a lot of responsibility unusually early in your career. The aim is for you to quickly become someone who can take an undefined operational problem, understand it properly and build a robust solution.
It’s a rare chance to learn how a fast-growing technology company actually works from the inside while building the systems that allow it to scale.
You’re smart, curious, ambitious and unusually high-agency.
You don't need a long list of technical tools on your CV. We care much more about how you think, how quickly you learn and what you do when you encounter something you don't understand.
You’ll probably thrive here if you:
Have roughly 1–3 years of experience in a demanding environment such as a startup, operations, consulting, product, analytics or similar
Learn unusually quickly and enjoy tackling problems you haven't seen before
Are technically curious and actively experiment with AI and new tools to make yourself more effective
Have evidence that you like building things, whether that's automations, side projects, spreadsheets, scripts, internal tools, processes or something completely different
Are comfortable getting into the detail and tracing a problem until you understand what is really happening
Can take something messy and ambiguous and impose structure on it
Are naturally empathetic and enjoy understanding what a customer actually needs
Communicate clearly and directly
Are comfortable working directly with customers and frontline problems, and see that as a source of insight
Take ownership rather than waiting to be told exactly what to do
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants a steep learning curve, real responsibility and the chance to work as part of a team solving difficult problems.

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
The role
ClickUp's Cloud Platform team builds scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AWS infrastructure, with a heavy focus on Amazon EKS, that stays ahead of product and enterprise growth. Our goal: product velocity is never blocked by platform constraints. As a Senior Software Engineer, you leverage AI to design, build, and operate the compute, networking, and infrastructure-as-code foundation that powers ClickUp for millions of users.
What you'll do
Build and scale AWS infrastructure and reusable platform abstractions that simplify development, with a strong focus on Amazon EKS, networking, and self-hosted services.
Identify improvement opportunities and emerging risks, and propose novel solutions that improve reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency before constraints become blockers.
Automate shard buildouts and implement Terraform guardrails and hardened ingress that reduce incidents.
Scale systems for multi-shard, multi-region growth while meeting compliance attestations (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc), disaster recovery, and enterprise security requirements.
Partner with SRE, Security, product, AI, and enterprise teams to bridge infrastructure and product engineering.
Own the reliability of Cloud Platform itself: on-call, incident response, postmortems, runbooks, and prevention.
Use AI tooling daily to accelerate development, testing, IaC, operations, and investigations, and help the team raise its AI leverage.
What we're looking for
6+ years building and operating large-scale distributed systems with a focus on infrastructure and cloud, especially compute foundations.
Deep, hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting Kubernetes in production, including control-plane, node, and networking issues, ideally Amazon EKS at fleet scale.
Strong AWS experience: EKS, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, VPC networking, IAM, S3, KMS. Bedrock is a plus.
Multi-account AWS (20+ accounts) experience, including Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, VPC routing, DNS, and load balancing.
Infrastructure-as-code at scale with Terraform (CDK experience is a plus).
Fluent coding in at least one language (Go, Python, or TypeScript/Node.js preferred).
Experience with hybrid monolith/microservices architectures.
Experience operating data stores at scale, such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, S3, and Redis/Valkey.
Track record of improving infrastructure reliability and efficiency and implementing security guardrails.
Strong production debugging across application and infrastructure boundaries, clear written communication, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
Daily AI user with concrete examples of how AI supercharged your engineering workflow.

Plenty of good analysts hit the same wall: you query the data but never build the pipelines, you’re boxed into one lane, and more scope means waiting your turn. Here, it’s the opposite.
Taptap Send moves billions of dollars a month across 6 of 7 continents. We’re probably the largest, fastest-growing money movement business you’ve never heard of. Cards, wallets, business-to-business payments, institutional payments, and new markets are all launching now, and each needs its data, reconciliations and reporting built from scratch. That’s your work.
You’ll own the external reports the business can’t operate without, then automate them into reliable, reusable dbt models. From day one you’ll work with Finance, Compliance, Treasury, Product and Data Engineering to make sure every number is modelled correctly.
Own external reporting: deliver the datasets behind month-end close and regulatory reporting, on time, every cycle.
Automate: turn multi-day manual work into scheduled pipelines, runbooks and dbt models, so it only gets done once.
Get ahead of launches: build reports and reconciliations as each product and market goes live, before anyone asks.
Be first line for data requests: build models so people and AI agents can answer repeat questions themselves.
Keep data trustworthy: build tests, checks and alerts that catch reconciliation breaks and stale data before they become incidents.
Share what you know: peer-review code and join our weekly meetups.
Grow as fast as you’re able. We hire for potential, not years of experience. On a lean, talent-dense team, you’ll own real work early and take on more the moment you’re ready.
Go from querying data to designing systems. Data, product or business analyst? You don’t need to be an analytics engineer yet. Build the pipelines behind the numbers, and learn dbt, testing, automation and AI tooling from senior analytics engineers.
Don't get boxed in. Own the reporting, automate it, then take on our biggest problems wherever they sit. Your hiring manager started in Finance and has since worked across Partner Ops, Fraud, Compliance, Reconciliation and Product.
See the whole business. You’ll follow a transfer from the moment a customer taps send, through partner payout and reconciliation, to the report a regulator reads.
Own numbers that matter. Auditors and Finance rely on what you build. This isn’t a dashboard role.
Put more money in families’ hands. Remittances are a lifeline for millions of families and are worth more than all foreign aid. Every report you automate helps us keep transfers cheap and reliable.
1-2+ years in a data or analytics role
A technical or quantitative degree, or equivalent experience
Strong SQL and experience wrangling messy, complex data
Some experience automating repetitive work (e.g. scripts, scheduled jobs)
A strong sense of ownership: when something is broken, ownerless or late, you step in, fix it, and make sure it doesn’t happen again
Reliability under deadlines, a “no task too small” attitude, and comfort chasing stakeholders
The right to work in the UK
Nice to have: startup or scale-up experience, Python or R, dbt, Looker or Mode, and something you’ve built, at work or on the side, because the manual way annoyed you.
Sound like you? Apply, even if you don’t tick every box. We’d love to meet you.

At V7, we’re building AI platforms that help humans do their best work, at incredible scale and speed. Our mission is to turn human knowledge into trustworthy AI, making complex tasks faster, smarter, and more accurate. We’re growing fast, backed by leading investors and AI pioneers (including the minds behind Transformers and Gemini).
You'll own how V7 looks and feels to the world, across both the marketing site and the product itself. This is a product and brand design role first: you'll be setting the visual direction, designing the product experience and making sure the two hang together.
Our design team is small and sits close to engineering. Designers here work directly with the people building the product, and the loop between a design decision and it appearing in the codebase is short.
A lot of this currently sits with contractors or is spread thinly across the team. You'll pull it in-house and become the person who owns the brand and the product's design language.
You'll help shape our design system and the front-end refactor that sits underneath it, defining the components and patterns everyone else builds on. Engineering will do the heavy lifting on implementation, but you'll be the one deciding what good looks like.
Own the marketing site end to end in Framer, including the parts most people skip: CMS collections, dynamic content, responsive behaviour and interaction states.
Design product UI against our design system, from early exploration through to polished, buildable specs, working alongside engineers rather than throwing designs over the wall.
Define motion and interaction: animation, empty and loading states, transitions, and the detail that makes a product feel finished. Where it's quicker to tweak it yourself in the codebase, you can.
Take on genuinely new surfaces that don't have a pattern yet, like visualising the Context Graph: nodes, edges, and how a knowledge graph should actually read on screen.
Run an AI-first workflow: exploring variants in Claude Design, generating specs in Cursor, using whatever tooling gets you from idea to something real fastest. Fast because of the tooling, not despite it.
You're a product and brand designer with real craft. Your portfolio shows strong visual instincts and thoughtful product thinking, and you can hold a coherent direction across web, marketing and product.
You know Framer properly, CMS collections and all, and you can build a page that looks good and reads well without hand-holding, with the kind of animation and polish that lifts a brand.
You can work inside a design system: extending components, keeping things consistent, and knowing when something genuinely needs a new pattern versus reusing what's there.
You're comfortable enough around code that opening a pull request in Cursor or similar to fix a spacing issue or adjust a component doesn't scare you. That's a bonus, not the job. You're a designer who can get hands-on when it helps, not an engineer who happens to design.
You treat AI tooling as core to how you work, using it to amplify your output and move faster rather than keeping it at arm's length.
V7 champions equality and inclusion because diverse teams build better products. Don't check every box? Apply anyway — we value what makes you unique and will support you through the process, just let our Talent team know how they can help.
Compensation: £70K – £100K • Offers Equity

Lendable is on a mission to build the world's best technology to help people get credit and save money. We're building one of the world’s leading fintech companies and are off to a strong start:
One of the UK’s most exciting unicorns with a team of over 800 people
Among the fastest-growing tech companies in the UK
Profitable since 2017
Backed by top investors including Balderton Capital and Goldman Sachs
Loved by customers with the best reviews in the market (4.9 across 10,000s of reviews on Trustpilot)
So far, we’ve rebuilt the Big Three consumer finance products from scratch: loans, credit cards and car finance. We get money into our customers’ hands in minutes instead of days.
We’re growing fast, and there’s a lot more to do: we’re going after the two biggest Western markets (UK and US) where trillions worth of financial products are held by big banks with dated systems and painful processes.
Take ownership: you are trusted to make decisions that drive a material impact on the direction and success of Lendable from day 1
Work in small teams of exceptional people: Lendies are relentlessly resourceful. We challenge the status quo to solve problems and find smarter solutions
Build the best technology in-house: we use new data sources, machine learning and AI to make machines do the heavy lifting
We’re looking for a full-stack Python engineer to join our Central Operations team.
Central Ops sits across our core products (Cards, Loans and Motor), focusing on shared operational challenges and opportunities. We build a mix of internally facing web applications and robust automations to help our Operations teams deliver great outcomes for customers, efficiently and at scale.
It’s a broad space: Operations makes up roughly half of our employee headcount and covers everything from day-to-day customer support up to complex areas like Fraud and Fincrime prevention. As our customer base grows rapidly, our role is to help ops keep pace without relying solely on headcount growth. We make intelligent, pragmatic use of AI where it adds real value, working closely with Product, Data Science and Analytics to deploy solutions that genuinely support our ops agents.
You’ll have real ownership from an engineering perspective, shipping features that are used daily by Ops teams. It’s an evolving space at Lendable, and what you build will help shape both our tools and our technical direction.
Some examples of things we’ve built recently:
Rebuilt our Ops QA admin system from the ground up, replacing an off-the-shelf tool with something tailored to our needs
Deployed a pipeline to summarise customer calls into concise notes using LLMs, automatically surfaced in ops admin panels — removing the need for manual note-writing
More than doubled the number of complaints processed by agents through a combination of targeted AI automation and improved UX
We’d consider the following essential to the role:
You have 8+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
Solid experience with Python in a web application context. You have some experience with web frameworks like FastAPI, Django or Flask. We use FastAPI.
Experience with Javascript/Typescript and a modern JS framework such as React, Angular or Vue.js. We generally use React & NextJS. You can build a frontend that's good enough for internal tooling
Strong engineering principles & practices: design patterns, testing, clean code and a good reviewer
Previous experience working in a product-focused team
A keen desire to want to learn and input into a highly collaborative team
You use AI tools like Copilot, Cursor, Claude or others in your day-to-day coding
The following are also a plus, but by no means essential. If you don’t meet all of these, please apply anyway!
Exposure to Domain Driven Design, Message-Driven Systems and Event Sourcing
Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS
SQL, and finding your way around data schemas
Shipping containerised software with Argo, Kubernetes, Docker and Terraform

Winning team: the opportunity to scale up one of the world’s most successful fintech companies
Flexible working: flexible approach tailored to each role. Hybrid roles require three days in-office weekly; fully remote roles include regular opportunities for in-person connection through socials and off-sites
Socials & connection: opportunities and events to come together, socialise, and get to know each other beyond the office walls
Health coverage: support for your physical and mental wellbeing, including private health cover
Retirement & savings: long-term financial wellbeing through retirement savings plans
Employee referral programme: earn a competitive bonus when you refer successful new team members

Interview process
A 30 minute introductory call
Take Home Task
Technical Interview
Cultural/behavioural interview
Office meals & snacks: enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, plus complimentary lunches prepared by in-house chefs on in-office days at select locations
Sustainable commuting: cycle-to-work and electric vehicle salary sacrifice schemes available in select locations
Please note: The availability and details of specific benefits vary by location and role. For more information, please speak to your Talent Partner.

As a Data Platform Engineer, you'll work alongside senior team members to tackle complex challenges, while taking ownership of your own areas of the problem, in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same. The role is fundamentally about problem solving: understanding business challenges, breaking them down, and delivering pragmatic, scalable solutions.
You’ll work closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams, operating with a high degree of autonomy. That means proactively gathering context, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring work lands effectively.
Data Platform sits at the centre of the business, with a real opportunity to shape how teams interact with data. The focus is on enabling fast, iterative analytics, moving from idea to insight quickly, while maintaining strong foundations around reliability, cost, and security.
You’ll work across a broad set of technologies as we evolve the platform. Experience is helpful, but not essential:
Languages: Python, SQL, Terragrunt, JavaScript
Cloud: AWS (primary), some GCP
Warehouse & Storage: Snowflake, S3/Parquet
Data & ETL: dbt, Fivetran
Platform & Infra: Kubernetes, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Argo, GitHub Actions, HashiCorp Vault
Observability: Datadog, Grafana
Dashboarding: Preset
Other: Claude
Strong fundamentals and the ability to apply them pragmatically:
Solid programming ability (Python or similar)
Strong experience with Snowflake (or similar warehouses)
Good understanding of software engineering patterns and architectures
Experience building data-intensive systems
Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
Infrastructure as code (Terraform ideally)
CI/CD best practices
Familiarity with modern data architectures (Lambda/Kappa)
Just as importantly, how you work:
A self-starter who takes ownership and drives work forward
Strong problem solver who focuses on understanding before building
Good judgement on build vs buy decisions
Comfortable working in ambiguity and shaping direction
Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
Able to manage multiple streams of work without losing momentum
Pragmatic, balancing speed with scalability and reliability
Actively looks to improve ways of working, including leveraging AI tooling
Initial call with Talent team
Hiring manager call
Technical interview
Final interview with VP of Platform
Winning team: the opportunity to scale up one of the world’s most successful fintech companies
Flexible working: flexible approach tailored to each role. Hybrid roles require three days in-office weekly; fully remote roles include regular opportunities for in-person connection through socials and off-sites

About Us
Since 2003, Luzern eCommerce has been helping leading global brands grow their online business. We partner with brands including Panasonic, Reebok, Stokke, KIKO, Next, Twining's, Canon, Bondi Sands and Philips, helping them accelerate growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences across major marketplaces including Amazon and Zalando, branded webstores and social platforms.
Backed by significant investment, Luzern is an international, technology-led eCommerce business with anambitious growth strategy. Our AI-enabled Channel Optimizer platform, combined with our eCommerce expertise, helps brands manage and grow their presence across increasingly complex digital channels.
As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for talented people who enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and want to play an active role in the next stage of Luzern's development.
The Senior eCommerce Content Strategist owns content strategy and execution across Amazon and the wider commerce ecosystem for Luzern's enterprise brand clients. Amazon is the primary focus — listings, A+/Premium A+ Content, Brand Store and related content — but the role is deliberately platform-agnostic in outlook, extending strategy and content guidance to other marketplaces, retailer sites (e.g. Tesco, Zalando,Otto) and D2C.
The role is audit-led: content strategy is built from a structured read of customer and platform signals — reviews, search terms, AI-generated summaries, and the queries customers put to AI assistants and platform agents — combined with a quality assessment of current content (using a framework such as IDQ or equivalent) against Best-in-Class competitors and audience requirements. Strategy, messaging and content requirements follow from that evidence base, rather than from assumption.
A defining part of the role is thinking beyond traditional platform search: strategies must consider how content needs to be structured and prepared to be discovered and surfaced by generative AI assistants (e.g ChatGPT) and in-platform shopping agents (e.g. Amazon's Rufus), alongside conventional marketplace and retailer search algorithms.
The role sits as the senior content specialist within a small delivery pod, working alongside an SEO Executive and Designers. It carries direct client-facing responsibility: estimating, briefing, managing feedback and contributing to proposals and is responsible for reviewing the pod's output before it reaches the client. It does not carry resourcing, project management or formal line management responsibility.
What You’ll Be Doing
Content Audits & Quality Assessment
● Signal analysis: analyse customer reviews, search terms, AI-generated summaries, and the queries customers and AI agents put to platforms (e.g. Rufus prompts), to understand what content needs to do and where current content falls short.
● Quality benchmarking — review current platform content and score it against a content quality framework (e.g. IDQ or equivalent), benchmarking against Best-in-Class competitors and audience requirements.
● Findings to action — translate audit findings into a clear, prioritised view of content requirements that feeds directly into strategy.
Content Strategy Development
● Amazon content ownership- develop and own content strategy and execution for listings, A+/Premium A+ Content, Brand Store and related Amazon content, as the role's primary focus.
● Cross-platform extension — extend strategy and content recommendations to other marketplaces, retailer sites (e.g. Tesco, Zalando, Otto) and D2C storefronts, adapting to each platform's content rules, algorithm and customer behaviour.
● Strategic framework - from audit findings, develop comms objectives, key messages and a messaging hierarchy for each client or category.
● Content requirements - define the content requirements, imagery and copy needed to deliverthe strategy, and the frameworks/guidelines the team and client can act on.
● Wireframes & mock-ups - develop A+ and Brand Store wireframes and mock-ups in collaborationwith the Designer, turning strategy into an executable creative direction.
AI & Agentic Discoverability
● AI-ready content — build content strategies that account for how product and brand content is read, ranked and surfaced by generative AI assistants (e.g. ChatGPT) and in-platform shopping agents (e.g Rufus), alongside traditional search.
● Point of view — keep Luzern's thinking on AI/agentic discoverability current, and translate emerging platform and LLM behaviour into practical, sellable content recommendations.
● Alignment with SEO — partner with the SEO Executive so keyword and search strategy and content structure are aligned across traditional and AI-mediated discovery.
Testing & Performance Monitoring
● A/B testing — recommend and run A/B tests (e.g. on A+ Content, Brand Store, imagery and messaging) to determine the most effective executional approach, rather than relying on opinion or precedent.
● Monitoring set-up - set up monitoring using Compass (or equivalent) to measure content effectiveness and implementation.
● Reporting on impact — track and report on content performance against strategy objectives, feeding learnings back into future audits and strategy.
Creative Briefing & Review
● Strategic foundation - develop the strategy and messaging that underpins paid social, display and
marketplace advertising content.
● Creative briefs - write and own briefs for Designers producing static and video ad assets, translating strategy into clear creative direction.
● Creative review - review creative output against the brief, brand guidelines and platform requirements before client delivery.
Client Management
● Client-facing delivery - present content strategy, recommendations and audit findings directly to client stakeholders.
● Estimates & scoping - prepare estimates and scopes of work for content workstreams.
● Briefs — shape and write content and creative briefs in response to client requirements.
● Feedback management — manage client feedback through to resolution, balancing client expectations against strategy and platform best practice.
● Proposals — contribute to and help prepare proposals and pitch content for new and existing client business.
Quality & Output Review
● Senior review — review the SEO Executive's and Designers' work before it is sent to the client, checking it against strategy, brand guidelines and platform requirements.
● Direction — give feedback and direction to keep output consistent and on-strategy.
AI-Enabled Working
● AI as a working method — use AI tools proficiently for content and competitive audits, for generating recommendations, and for producing or accelerating creative and written content — not only as a subject of strategy.
● Continuous improvement — identify and recommend where AI tools can improve the speed or quality of content production and audit work across the team.
What You Bring to the Role
● Proven experience in Amazon content strategy and execution (listings, A+/Premium A+ Content, Brand Store, Amazon Posts), ideally within an agency or managed services environment.
● Working knowledge of content requirements across at least one other marketplace or major retailer platform (e.g. Tesco, Zalando, Otto) and D2C.
● Experience running content audits — analysing reviews, search terms, AI-generated summaries and customer/AI-agent queries — and scoring content quality (e.g. IDQ or equivalent) against best-in-Class standards.
● Experience translating audit findings into content strategy: comms objectives, key messaging, messaging hierarchy, and content requirements for imagery and copy.
● Experience developing or briefing A+ and Brand Store wireframes and mock-ups, working closely with designers.
● Experience designing and running A/B tests to determine the most effective executional approach, and setting up performance monitoring (e.g. Amazon Compass or equivalent) to track results.
● Strong understanding of how AI assistants and platform shopping agents (e.g. ChatGPT, Rufus)surface and rank product content, and how content should be structured to support this.
● Confident, credible client-facing communicator — comfortable presenting strategy, leading feedback conversations, and owning estimates and proposals.
● Experience briefing creative teams for paid social/display advertising, across both static and video formats.
● Demonstrable, hands-on use of AI tools for research, auditing and content production, not just familiarity in principle.
● Strong copywriting and content editing skills, with a close eye for brand and platform compliance.
● Comfortable reviewing and giving constructive feedback on the work of SEO and design peers.
Desirable
● Experience across multiple international marketplaces or retail media platforms.
● Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, to collaborate effectively with the SEO Executive.
● Experience contributing to new business pitches or proposals.
● Category experience relevant to Luzern's enterprise brand client base.
What We Offer
● Competitive salary and benefits
● Hybrid Working Model
● Great working environment with a passionate, collaborative team
● Continuous learning & career development
● The opportunity to work with some of the world's leading brands across the most exciting marketplaces
We are committed to equal opportunities and welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates. If you require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, please let us know.
