Head of Financial Control - Management Accounting 3 Month Fixed Term Contract
Trainline – London

About us

At Trainline, our purpose is to empower greener travel choices, connecting people and places. Trainline enables millions of travellers to find and book the best value tickets across carriers, fares, and journey options through our highly rated mobile app, website, and B2B partner channels.

Great journeys start with Trainline 🚄

We’re Europe’s leading independent rail platform, helping millions of travellers find and book the best-value rail and coach journeys across our app, website and partner channels.

Our job is to make the green travel choice the best choice. By building a better train travel experience, we help more people choose rail - creating a positive impact for customers, our business and the planet.

We’re a team of more than 1,000 Trainliners from over 50 nationalities, working across London, Paris, Barcelona, Milan, Edinburgh and Madrid. Now is a brilliant time to join us and help shape the future of travel.

Introducing the Trainline Financial Control Team 👋

Trainline is Europe's leading independent rail platform, helping millions of travellers find and book the best value rail and coach journeys across our app, website and partner channels. Our Financial Control team sits at the heart of how we understand and run the business, owning the quality and integrity of our management accounts, balance sheet and month end processes. As Head of Management Accounts, you'll lead a team through two Senior Finance Managers, covering the P&L from Revenue to Adjusted EBITDA (one above Gross Margin, one below), acting as the go-to expert for complex accounting judgement and the person who joins the dots across Financial Control, FP&A and the wider business.

You'll scale through your team rather than through the detail, empowering them to own the underlying processes end to end while you remain accountable for outcomes and standards, acting as the escalation point for judgement calls and the driver of improvement and projects. Beyond Financial Control, you'll be a natural point of contact for cross-functional work, partnering with teams including Legal, Commercial, Product and Technology to translate complex or ambiguous problems into a clear, well documented plan. Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, you'll build broad enough knowledge across external reporting, governance, working capital and FP&A to deputise when needed, and you'll represent Financial Control with authority across the business.

In this role as the Head of Management Accounts, you will...🚄

  • Lead the team within Financial Control, principally through two direct reports, acting as a role model who coaches and mentors to build capability, delegates effectively, holds the team to a high standard of delivery and keeps development and succession front of mind

  • Act as a thought leader within the team, bringing structure and clarity to complex or ambiguous problems and documenting conclusions so they can be applied consistently across the function

  • Lead cross-functional projects from beginning to end, working with teams including Legal, Commercial, Product and Technology, setting and holding a timeline and navigating senior stakeholder relationships to land a single, well-documented position

  • Hold accountability for the smooth, timely running of month end, including balance sheet integrity, key reconciliations and working capital analysis, with the team owning execution and you providing judgement and sign off, critically reviewing management accounts output for risks, inconsistencies and control gaps and ensuring a consistently high-quality, on-time, audit-ready close

  • Act as the subject matter expert for external reporting and controls, providing technical challenge on Annual Report and Half-Year Report verification activity, owning accounting policy judgements and their documentation, and liaising with external auditors on balance sheet and reporting matters as needed

  • Be accountable for a strong internal control environment, and drive continuous improvement and automation to reduce manual effort and improve the quality of outputs

  • Hold the team accountable for effective Order-to-Cash processes across the group, maintaining strong control and discipline, while proactively identifying emerging risks or areas of complexity

  • Own the cost budgeting process in partnership with FP&A, ensuring cost centre owners work to a clear timetable, challenge assumptions and are well prepared to present to the CFO, and build a team that acts as trusted finance partners across the business, providing insight and challenge that shapes commercial decisions, stepping in personally for the most complex or senior conversations

  • Maintain strong awareness of corporate governance as a listed business, provide senior oversight of working capital performance including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, and deputise for the Group Financial Controller as required, including representing Financial Control at key forums

We'd love to hear from you if you have...🔍

  • Qualified accountant status (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience running month end, balance sheet, reconciliation and working capital processes in a complex business

  • Experience managing and developing senior finance managers or teams, including setting direction and managing performance through others, with a track record of holding teams to high standards

  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and listed-company governance, and confidence making accounting policy judgements

  • A strong track record of business partnering with senior, non-finance stakeholders to shape commercial decisions

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust quickly, manage upwards, delegate effectively and run a project from beginning to end

  • A collaborative leadership style that empowers teams to own delivery, while you stay accountable for standards and outcomes

  • Experience of ERP platforms or finance automation tools

  • Experience in a listed or multi-currency business would be an advantage, though not essential

Introducing the People Team at Trainline 👋
At Trainline, the People Team is central to supporting the company’s ambition and growth plans.

We are looking for a People Operations Advisor to join our UK People Operations team. Reporting into our UK People Operations Team Manager, you’ll work on all things HR and be responsible for supporting employees across the business and helping to make Trainline a great place to work. You’ll provide high quality support in relation to both core HR processes and ad-hoc projects and quickly become an integral part of the team and wider business.

If you’re successful in your application, you’ll be joining an enthused and high performing team, one which prides itself on providing stellar service at every stage of the employee life cycle, from on-boarding to off-boarding and everything in between.

As a People Operations Advisor at Trainline, you will...🚅

  • Provide high-quality first-line support to Trainliners and resolving HR process and policy queries professionally and within agreed SLAs.

  • Produce and maintain accurate people data, ensuring high data integrity in our HRIS (HiBob) and that updates are completed promptly. Apply a data-literate, analytical mindset to validate information and produce reports that support People Ops delivery and decision-making.

  • Deliver change alongside day-to-day People services by contributing to People Ops projects such as system enhancements, process redesign, and embedding AI-enabled solutions, while balancing inbox SLAs, operational deadlines, and project work through effective planning and prioritisation to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Work with People Business Partners to support cyclical People processes and document and implement employee lifecycle changes, including personal and contractual updates.

  • Support the preparation, validation, and processing of the monthly UK payroll, ensuring accurate and timely data inputs and alignment between HiBob and payroll workflows.

  • Deliver day-to-day benefits administration, managing enrolments and changes accurately and resolving benefit-related issues efficiently.

  • Manage employee lifecycle administration, including pre-boarding, contracts, background checks, Right to Work documentation, and visa sponsorship, ensuring employee data is accurate across systems and workflows.

  • Process People-related invoices and purchase orders accurately, partnering with accounts payable and supporting effective financial administration.

  • Support and manage the improvement, implementation, and documentation of People policies, processes, and templates, ensuring they remain up to date, user-friendly, and aligned with a tech-first, self-service culture.

Based on the sensitive nature of the role, it’s important that you bring the appropriate degree of discretion and empathy in the way you operate. To this end, you’ll be responsible for identifying escalation points and making sure that any issues are managed appropriately and are dealt with efficiently. Furthermore, being heavily involved in all our HR processes means that you’ll be ideally placed to contribute towards the development of new solutions that further enhance the quality, competence and effectiveness of our current offering.

We'd love to hear from you if you have...🔍

  • You bring a solid foundation in People Operations and are motivated to continue learning and developing in a fast-moving, tech-enabled environment.

  • Working understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and core HR processes, with the ability and curiosity to stay up to date with regulatory change.

  • Experience supporting payroll administration, including maintaining payroll data, running checks, and a working understanding of UK tax, NI, and statutory requirements.

  • Comfortable working with HR systems (ideally HiBob or similar HRIS), with a genuine interest in using technology to improve People processes.

  • Data-literate, with the ability to produce, interpret, and validate reports, ensure data quality, and use insights to support People Partners and business needs

  • Exposure to process and ways-of-working improvement, such as documenting workflows, testing system enhancements, refining templates, or supporting change implementation.

  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling people data, contracts, payroll inputs, or employee records.

  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain policies and processes confidently.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, able to manage competing priorities, balance BAU and project work, and work to agreed SLAs.

  • Confident using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel / Sheets for data handling and reporting.

We’re looking for a team player with a ‘roll your sleeves up’ attitude. A self-starter with a helpful, people-orientated demeanour and a high degree of integrity and confidentiality, someone itching expand upon their HR and payroll experience. Super-strong organisation and interpersonal skills are essential, and you’ll also bring the ability to work at pace and with agility.

An HR qualification isn’t necessary - as long as you can demonstrate your interest in HR and show a comprehensive understanding of HR processes and policies, we’ll provide you with the necessary professional development to make you an HR superhero.

This is fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR, keen to work in a fast-moving, forward-thinking technology business, and looking to develop their career. This is a UK-based role, but we also support offices in France, Spain and Italy. Experience working with employees in these countries would be helpful, but is not essential.

Senior Software Engineer - AI Foundations
Kraken – London, UK

Help us use technology to make a big green dent in the universe!

Kraken powers some of the most innovative global developments in energy.

We create the technology that redefines utilities and unlocks a new energy system of the future. By optimising renewable generation, building a more intelligent grid, and empowering utilities to deliver an exceptional customer experience, our operating system is transforming the industry worldwide.

It’s an incredibly exciting time to work in energy. Join us on our mission to improve the lives of ONE BILLION humans within the decade and shape a cleaner, better future for everyone.

AI is a key investment area for Kraken Technologies. A crucial part of this is building the shared foundations that let every team use AI well and move faster on our mission.

You'll work in AI Foundations. We build the platform that lets teams across Kraken build and run AI agents. Our work covers four areas:

  • Access: connecting people and systems to approved AI models and tools

  • Context: grounding AI in trusted Kraken knowledge, data and systems

  • Enablement: reusable building blocks for AI-powered workflows and products

  • Governance: permissions, safety, quality, cost and visibility across the lifecycle

🏡 Where you'll fit in
We're hiring Senior Software Engineers to join one of our three squads:

  • Context: Build the Kraken-specific knowledge layer to make LLMs useful. This covers our internal AI assistant, a structured "client brain" that captures client context and decisions, and pipelines that collect knowledge from tools like Notion, Slack and GitHub.

  • Tooling: deliver LLMs into people's hands. We run the AI Hub (usage insights, MCP gateway, self-serve and specialist agents), the LiteLLM gateway behind Claude Code, Codex and Claude Desktop, and secure cloud dev boxes for AI-assisted engineering.

  • Evals & Observability: covers skill evals, internal benchmarking, agent safety and guardrails, and observability for live AI runs.

Squads are flexible: when priorities shift, people move. This is a hands-on senior individual-contributor role. With your squad lead and the wider team, you'll own large parts of our platform, turn ideas into production systems, shape architecture decisions and help raise the engineering bar.

👾 What you'll own

  • Build shared AI platform services: Design, build and run Python services that other teams rely on, such as gateways, agent runtimes, knowledge pipelines and eval harnesses.

  • Build and run agents: Work out how agents are triggered, authenticated, monitored and governed across systems like Slack, GitHub, Notion and Asana. Ship both self-serve agents and specialist agents.

  • Ground AI in Kraken context: Collect, structure and serve company knowledge so agents give answers that are correct, current and safe to use.

  • Measure and prove quality: Define meaningful test cases, build evals whose results can be reproduced, and add tracing so we know how AI behaves in real use.

  • Build in safety and governance: Turn permissions, guardrails, budgets and data-access rules into software you can maintain, working with Security and TechOps.

  • Operate in AWS: Deploy and support services on AWS and Kubernetes, and make sound reliability, performance and cost trade-offs.

  • Drive adoption: Work directly with engineers and non-technical teams, run workshops, write clear docs and turn feedback into product.

  • Raise the engineering bar: Review designs and code, mentor others, and create patterns that can be reused across AI Foundations.

🧠 What you bring to the party

  • Strong senior-level software engineering: You have owned complex services end to end, from design through testing, deployment and operation.

  • Deep engineering fundamentals: Good judgement on system design, concurrency, security, testing and architecture trade-offs. Strong production Python.

  • Hands-on LLM and agent experience: You have built real things with LLMs, you know where they fail, and you use AI coding tools every day.

  • Cloud experience: You're comfortable running services in AWS and owning their reliability and scalability.

  • Product sense: You care whether people actually use what you build.

  • Clear communication: You can explain trade-offs to technical and non-technical people and challenge ideas constructively.

  • Learning agility: You pick up new tools and domains quickly in a field that changes every month.

🚀 What success looks like

  • Adoption: You ship platform features that teams across Kraken adopt and rely on.

  • Solid systems: The services you own are observable, secure, scalable and cost-aware.

  • Trust at scale: Teams can build and trust agents without rebuilding the basics.

  • Team impact: You make your squad, and the teams around it, better.

⭐️ Bonus points:

  • AI engineering: Pydantic AI, LiteLLM, LangChain, MCP servers

  • Knowledge and retrieval: RAG, search, embeddings, knowledge graphs

  • Evals and safety: Inspect AI, Ragas, OpenAI Evals, NeMo Guardrails, red teaming

  • Platform: Kubernetes, sandboxed or cloud dev environments, AWS Bedrock

  • Backend: Django

  • Observability: Datadog, OpenTelemetry

Are you ready for a career with us? We want to ensure you have the right tools and environment to unleash your potential. If you have any accommodation requests, please contact us at ----- We’ll do our best to tailor the experience to your needs so you can feel comfortable, confident and be at your best!

Whoever you are, if you like one of our jobs, we encourage you to apply as you might just be the candidate we’re looking for! At Kraken, we're creating a team of genuine, honest, empathetic people. Our people are our strongest asset and the unique skills and perspectives people bring to the team are the driving force of our success. As an equal opportunity employer, we do not discriminate on the basis of any protected attribute. We consider all applicants without regard to race, colour, religion, national origin, age, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital or veteran status, disability, or any other legally protected status.

Software Engineer II (Full-Stack) - Consumer Order Experience
Deliveroo – London, England, United Kingdom

Our Global Structure

Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we're unlocking new possibilities as one global team.

Why Deliveroo?

We're building the definitive online food company, transforming the way the world eats by making hyper-local food more convenient and accessible. We're at the forefront of an industry, powered by our market-leading technology and unrivalled network to bring incredible convenience and selection to our customers.

Working at Deliveroo is the perfect environment to build a definitive career, motivated by impact on your own development, on Deliveroo as we scale, and on the marketplace and communities we serve.

Consumer Ordering Experience owns the core purchase journey: the store page, item page, basket, and checkout flow, across both app and web. It's a global team — the surfaces we build support all of our brands: Deliveroo, Wolt, and Doordash. You'd be the team's first dedicated web/full-stack engineer, helping us build out our web experience from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Own and evolve the store, item, basket, and checkout experiences on web, working primarily in React and TypeScript
  • Contribute to backend services written in Golang — deep Go experience isn't a hard requirement, but you should be comfortable picking up a new statically typed backend language
  • Improve code structure, shape architecture, and review code across the team
  • Partner closely with your Product Manager and fellow engineers to scope and ship changes to the ordering funnel
  • Take part in the hiring process and support the growth of your teammates as the team scales

What We're Looking For

Must haves:

  • Strong full-stack experience — comfortable working across web frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Go, or similar) to unblock delivery end-to-end
  • Experience designing, implementing and rolling out A/B experiments (or strong aptitude to quickly learn our experimentation platform) — including guardrail metrics, staged rollouts and reading results
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities and short XP cycles (weeks, not quarters)
  • Strong ownership mindset — able to take a brief PRD through design, implementation, rollout and production monitoring with minimal hand-holding
  • Track record of shipping incrementally and iterating on data rather than big-bang launches
  • Willing to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to incidents

Nice to haves:

  • Experience coordinating engineers across multiple platforms (iOS/Android/Web/BE) on a single initiative
  • Active use of AI-assisted coding workflows, and interest in building reusable tooling/skills for the team

We're looking for someone London-based who can work from our office 2–3 days a week alongside the rest of the team.

Why Join Us?

At Deliveroo, you'll do work that matters—solving real-world problems in a three-sided marketplace that's constantly evolving. We're food lovers, problem solvers, community organisers, proud parents, and more, brought together by a shared drive to make things better. Working here you can expect to:

🔧 Solve meaningful problems at real scale Work on a complex, always-on marketplace that impacts millions every day.

🌱 See your impact, fast Ship, test and improve ideas quickly in a low-hierarchy, high-ownership environment.

🧠 Grow through challenge and ownership Take on big, ambiguous problems and accelerate your career with strong support.

🌎 A culture built for builders High standards, collaboration, flexible working and continuous learning.

💰 Share in the success you help create Competitive salary and equity options, so you're rewarded for the impact you make.

➡️ Want a deeper look at how we build? Check out our Tech Blog.

We aim to create a fair process that lets your skills shine—our interview typically includes 3-4 stages. Explore our Engineering Interview Guide here to help you feel confident at each stage.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We're committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.

We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.

If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you'll have the opportunity to let us know once you've submitted your application. We'll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.

If you're excited about making a real impact in a fast-moving marketplace and growing your career alongside ambitious, supportive teams, we'd love to hear from you!

Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager, Deliveroo Express
Deliveroo – London, England, United Kingdom

Our Global Structure

Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we're unlocking new possibilities as one global team.

Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager, Deliveroo Express

At Deliveroo, our mission is to transform the way people shop and eat, bringing the neighbourhood to your door by connecting customers, restaurants, shops and riders. We give people the opportunity to buy what they want, when and where they want it.

We are a technology-driven company at the forefront of the most rapidly expanding industry in the world. We are still a small team, making a very large impact, looking to answer some of the most interesting questions out there. We move fast, value autonomy and ownership, and we are always looking for new ideas.

The Team

This role sits within the New Verticals business unit on our Global Strategy, Product and Commercial team, reporting into the Head of Strategic Partnerships, Deliveroo Express with our broader team reporting up into the Director, GM of Drive EMEA and VP of EMEA Markets. We are responsible for setting the strategy and lighting up new verticals, ensuring that Deliveroo has the right to win in the new and highly competitive on-demand Grocery and Retail market. The culture within the  team is informal, fast-paced and entrepreneurial. Given the growth of the business and the senior stakeholder exposure, progression in the team can be fast.

The Role

Deliveroo Express is Deliveroo's white-label solution that allows our partners to offer on-demand delivery directly through their own online websites / apps. Imagine going onto your favourite restaurant, grocer or retailers' website and having an order delivered in as little as 20 minutes - from the customer's point of view, you're ordering directly with the restaurant / grocery / retailer, and it's simply delivered by our rapid riders. For more, please see: https://merchants.deliveroo.com/what-we-offer/deliveroo-express

As a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager in the team, you will manage the day-to-day relationships with our white-label partners, which includes leading regular performance reviews, identifying opportunities for growth and overcoming operational challenges. You will work closely with various functions of Deliveroo to share insights from partners and ensure we are developing a "best in class" value proposition. With Deliveroo Express being a new product launched in April, you will play a pivotal role in defining the on-going strategy and driving success of this proposition.

Using data to understand trends in performance and identify opportunities for operational excellence will be critical to your success in the role. You will need to be able to manage multiple projects at once, interacting with key functions such as Product, Operations and Commercial. You will use your business acumen and negotiation skills to win new business deals and build an on-going pipeline.

Working with partners of this scale, you will often overcome challenges that Deliveroo is facing for the first time, helping to shape the future of how we work with and scale our white-label partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directly own the day-day relationship with Deliveroo Express partners across all verticals - Restaurants, Grocery and Retail
  • Analyse and present insights on performance against KPIs during weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings and reviews
  • Conduct detailed analysis and extract insights to deliver operational excellence and identify ways to course-correct if needed
  • Identify opportunities to deepen and grow our partner relationships
  • Develop on-going sales strategy for Deliveroo Express including pipeline development across markets, with support from your Commercial lead
  • Conduct new business pitching and commercial negotiation for new partners, with support from your Commercial lead

Qualities We're Looking For

  1. DECISIVE AND INFLUENTIAL: you should thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable with making fast decisions, even in times of ambiguity and based on intuition. You are comfortable making recommendations and communicating them across the business persuasively. More importantly, you must have a strong desire to galvanise action within Deliveroo, thinking about the big picture but also not afraid to get into the weeds of a problem to get things done.
  2. ANALYTICAL AND COLLABORATIVE: there will be some number-crunching involved, but your role will also be about stepping back – you'll need to see the bigger picture and understand how your insights are aligned with the direction the business is heading in.
  3. COMMERCIAL: you will need to excel in building relationships with local commercial teams, and external partners and understand how best to bring our proposition to grocers and retailers. You will need to build a deep understanding of the Deliveroo P&L and operations of the business.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years' experience in an account management, grocery/retail operations or strategy / strategic partnerships role.
  • Confident in analysing data and extracting compelling and actionable insights
  • Strong operational mindset to identify opportunities for excellence and course-correct when needed
  • Partner obsessed, with effective relationship building, organisation and communication skills
  • Collaborative team player who is able to get the best out of the people around you. Able to work effectively with various teams and all levels of Deliveroo.
  • Experienced negotiator within the ability to drive mutual value for both partners and Deliveroo
  • London-based with a minimum of three days required in the office

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with FMCG / grocery / retailer e-commerce or last mile operations preferable.
  • Experience in working in a dynamic high-growth company is preferable

Senior Strategy Analyst
Lendable – London

About Lendable

Lendable is on a mission to build the world's best technology to help people get credit and save money. We're building one of the world’s leading fintech companies and are off to a strong start:

  • One of the UK’s most exciting unicorns with a team of over 800 people

  • Among the fastest-growing tech companies in the UK

  • Profitable since 2017

  • Backed by top investors including Balderton Capital and Goldman Sachs

  • Loved by customers with the best reviews in the market (4.9 across 10,000s of reviews on Trustpilot)

So far, we’ve rebuilt the Big Three consumer finance products from scratch: loans, credit cards and car finance. We get money into our customers’ hands in minutes instead of days.

We’re growing fast, and there’s a lot more to do: we’re going after the two biggest Western markets (UK and US) where trillions worth of financial products are held by big banks with dated systems and painful processes.

Join us if you want to

  1. Take ownership: you are trusted to make decisions that drive a material impact on the direction and success of Lendable from day 1

  2. Work in small teams of exceptional people: Lendies are relentlessly resourceful. We challenge the status quo to solve problems and find smarter solutions

  3. Build the best technology in-house: we use new data sources, machine learning and AI to make machines do the heavy lifting

Lendable is revolutionising the credit card industry by making financial tools accessible, intuitive, and empowering. Zable is a Mobile-App first credit card that empowers customers to build their credit score while meeting their spending and borrowing needs sustainably.

We’re looking for an analytical, commercially-minded Senior Strategy Analyst to help us grow and scale the product exponentially. This is a dynamic role where you’ll tackle high impact business problems across a number of disciplines including pricing, financial forecasting, growth, credit risk, new product development and product analytics.

You’ll help us solve our most complex multi-dimensional challenges, working cross-functionally to deliver insight-driven strategies that optimise performance, drive responsible growth, and put the customer at the heart of decision-making.

You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment where ideas matter more than hierarchy, and execution beats bureaucracy. Your work will directly influence who we serve, how we grow, and how we deliver sustainable value.

Key Responsibilities

Drive promotions & pricing strategy:

  • Develop and optimise promotional and pricing strategies through data-driven analysis and experimentation, balancing customer engagement, growth, price elasticity and profitability while continuously refining approaches based on product performance and scenario modelling.

  • Build deep insight into marketing campaign and conversion funnel performance, identifying opportunities to improve cost and conversion efficiency.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our products remain fit for purpose.

Financial forecasting & portfolio analytics:

  • Collaborate closely with the Credit Risk Analytics, Growth and Data Science teams to understand how our products and portfolio are performing at a granular sub-segment level.

  • Define key KPIs and develop detailed monitoring to track performance against these goals, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve outcomes. Use strategic analysis to shape and influence broader business strategy.

Evaluate expansion opportunities:

  • Navigate through ambiguity to assess the feasibility of new product, channel and segment expansion opportunities.

  • Create robust commercial assessment frameworks, build tooling where necessary (e.g. RoI or NPV models) and extract data to support these assessments and deliver clear, insight-driven recommendations.

Influence & execution:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Credit Risk, Data Science, Product and Growth to bring your strategies to life.

  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership - clear, concise, and backed by data.

  • Approach every conversation with an open mind, valuing the strength of ideas over ego or hierarchy.

  • Ensure your implemented strategies are working as intended once deployed in production, validating outcomes and iterating as needed.

Fast-track your career growth:

  • Opportunity to mentor and coach more junior graduate analysts, fostering their technical growth and strategic thinking.

  • Well defined career progression pathways to Manager/Senior Manager for high performers.

Your experience

Essential:

  • 3+ years of experience in an analytics role in any discipline (e.g. Growth, Credit Risk, Product Analytics, Marketing, etc.)

  • Proficiency in coding - ideally SQL and Python

Desirable:

  • Experience in an FCA-regulated financial services firm

Life at Lendable

  • Winning team: the opportunity to scale up one of the world’s most successful fintech companies

  • Flexible working: flexible approach tailored to each role. Hybrid roles require three days in-office weekly; fully remote roles include regular opportunities for in-person connection through socials and off-sites

  • Socials & connection: opportunities and events to come together, socialise, and get to know each other beyond the office walls

  • Health coverage: support for your physical and mental wellbeing, including private health cover

  • Retirement & savings: long-term financial wellbeing through retirement savings plans

  • Employee referral programme: earn a competitive bonus when you refer successful new team members

  • Office meals & snacks: enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, plus complimentary lunches prepared by in-house chefs on in-office days at select locations

  • Sustainable commuting: cycle-to-work and electric vehicle salary sacrifice schemes available in select locations

Please note: The availability and details of specific benefits vary by location and role. For more information, please speak to your Talent Partner.

Strategic delivery lead
Seccl – London

Hybrid role requiring three days a week in our London or Edinburgh office

About us

Seccl is the Octopus-owned embedded investment platform, on a mission to help more people invest, and invest well.

We’re building the infrastructure behind the next generation of investing. Our technology powers some of the UK’s most ambitious and forward-thinking banks, fintechs, financial advisers and wealth firms, giving them the software and services they need to launch and grow investment propositions at pace.

We’ve grown rapidly to reach the scale of some of the UK’s largest investment platforms. Today, more than one million people – around 5% of UK investors – rely on Seccl to power their investment experience. And we’re now expanding into Europe.

We’re proud to be part of Octopus, a group with a track record of using technology to transform established industries. Our sister company, Octopus Energy, has grown from a UK start-up into a global energy and technology business, while its now-demerged Kraken platform supports tens of millions of accounts around the world. We share that ambition to use better technology to transform an industry – replacing outdated investment infrastructure with technology that’s faster, simpler and built for the future.

Like Octopus, we’re a B Corp-certified company, with a firm belief that profit and purpose should go hand in hand. If you want to help shape the future of investing in the UK and Europe, you’ll be in good company.

Check out the Seccl website to see what we’re building and read more about our mission to shape the future of investments.

The role

You’ll join our strategic delivery team, reporting to our head of strategic delivery, and lead some of Seccl’s biggest and most complex programmes. These could include managing our entry to new markets, overseeing the onboarding of major new customers, tackling significant re-platforming projects or launching new operating models.

You’ll take responsibility for a programme end to end – turning a strategic or commercial objective into a workable plan, bringing together the right people from across Seccl and driving the decisions needed to get it delivered.

You’ll work across the business – collaborating with our product, engineering, operations, commercial, risk and finance teams, as well as directly with senior stakeholders at our customer firms. These programmes will be of significant commercial value and come with real complexity, so you’ll need to build strong relationships, make difficult calls and know when something genuinely needs escalating.

What you’ll be accountable for...

You will:

  • Own complex strategic programmes end to end, from business case and mobilisation through to launch, migration and handover

  • Build the business case, delivery plan, team and governance needed to get a programme moving

  • Lead cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, Risk, Finance and other teams

  • Drive decisions and resolve blockers, while managing risks, dependencies, scope, cost and timelines

  • Lead commercial discussions with customer firms where needed, working closely with Commercial and Legal

  • Run readiness and go/no-go decisions, then closing programmes against their original business case

This role’s for you if...

  • You have a background in financial services, fintech or another regulated industry and understand the complexity that comes with delivering significant change

  • You have experience leading large, complex programmes (such as major re-platforming or new market expansion), and understand the complexities and inter-dependencies involved

  • You’ve independently led complex, high-stakes programmes from start to finish, with accountability for delivery

  • You’re comfortable creating direction and structure where there isn’t an existing playbook, and solving problems as they emerge

  • You build strong relationships and collaborate well across teams, while being confident enough to challenge, hold people to account and make difficult decisions

  • You understand both delivery and the commercial case behind it, including cost, value and trade-offs

  • You’re strong at cross-functional dependency and risk management and know when to make the call yourself

This role isn’t for you if...

  • You want a ready-made playbook. You’ll often need to create the structure and delivery approach yourself

  • You prefer a narrow programme management remit. This role works across the business and gets into commercial and strategic decisions

  • You’re quick to escalate difficult decisions. We’ll expect you to use your judgement and operate with a high level of autonomy

  • You’d rather avoid customer-facing commercial conversations. Some programmes will involve working directly with senior customer stakeholders

What’s in it for you

We offer a generous mix of benefits designed around the things that matter to our people:

  • 💰 A salary of £85,000-£115,000, reviewed annually, plus a 6% employer pension contribution and life assurance

  • 🌴 27 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, your birthday off and paid dependant leave

  • 💙 Two volunteering days each year

  • 🌎 The option to work abroad for up to six weeks a year

  • 🌟 Secclbrate, our recognition programme offering flexible rewards including extra pay, additional holiday and increased learning budget

  • 🏅 One-month paid sabbatical after eight years

  • 🏥 Private medical insurance with AXA Health

  • 👪 Enhanced parental leave

  • 💻 MacBook and up to £500 towards your home office set-up

  • 📖 £750 annual learning budget

  • 🌻 Health and wellbeing support, including free therapy through Wellness Cloud and mental health support through Headspace

  • 🌱 Financial wellbeing benefits, including Octopus Money, the Octopus Share Incentive Plan and will writing through Octopus Legacy

  • 🎁 Perkbox, with flexible points and a range of discounts and perks

  • 🚲 Access to Cycle to Work and Octopus Electric Vehicle Leasing

Our culture

We put people first and try hard to create an environment where people feel trusted, heard and able to do their best work.

We value openness, curiosity and different perspectives. You’ll have the freedom to challenge how things are done, experiment with better ways of working and take real ownership of your impact.

Check out our Glassdoor page for the latest reviews or our LinkedIn for company updates and insights from the team.

Interview process

Interviewing is a two-way process. Our interviews are conversational, with plenty of time for you to get to know us and ask questions too.

  • First stage: an initial discussion around your relevant experience and how you work with the hiring manager and another strategic delivery lead

  • Second stage: role-specific assessment with the hiring manager and chief product officer

  • Final stage: a bar raiser interview with our chief technology officer

We review applications as they come in and may close the role once we have enough candidates to move forward. We’ll keep you updated throughout.

Everyone’s welcome

We want to build a diverse and inclusive company full of brilliant people with different skills, experiences and perspectives. All applicants will be considered without regard to age, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, family or parental status, national origin, veteran status, neurodiversity or disability.

If this sounds like your kind of thing, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick every box. We’d love to hear from you.

Every Orbital Industries product is developed using CurieOS, our AI operating system, uniting AI-automated hardware engineering with AI-designed material science to achieve breakthrough real-world performance. We also offer CurieOS to our customers and partners, extending the same platform and workflows that power Orbital Industries to their own teams and products.

As Forward Deployed Engineering Lead at Orbital you will build and lead the Forward Deployed Engineering function, owning its technical standards, delivery model and team. You are an engineering leader who builds alongside customers, not a delivery leader who manages engineers. You will deliver complex deployments hands-on while hiring and developing the team that scales this capability across Orbital's growing customer base.

First and foremost, we want to work with someone with a love of craftsmanship, continual learning and building systems that scale.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver deployments hands-on, across the breadth of industrial R&D

  • Drive customer adoption so CurieOS becomes how their scientists and engineers work day-to-day

  • Deliver complex customer deployments hands-on, writing production code, designing architectures, building integrations and debugging issues across CurieOS and customer systems

  • Own the technical quality of deployments from prototype through production, including reliability, maintainability and operational performance

  • Design and build systems that connect heterogeneous software, data and physical infrastructure, from simulation campaigns and digital twins to lab instruments, test rigs and CAD/PLM systems

  • Develop reusable integration patterns that allow CurieOS to operate reliably across complex customer environments

Own delivery end-to-end

  • Embed with customer teams to understand ambiguous, high-value R&D problems, challenge assumptions and identify where CurieOS can deliver meaningful impact

  • Translate those problems into a technical approach, milestones and acceptance criteria, making pragmatic architecture and scope trade-offs as you learn

  • Own the engagement from initial technical discovery through implementation, production deployment and adoption

  • Set KPIs per engagement (screening throughput, design-cycle reduction, experiments avoided), measure pre/post and report outcomes to executive sponsors

Build and lead the team

  • Build and lead the Forward Deployed Engineering function, owning its technical standards, engineering practices and delivery model

  • Hire, develop and manage exceptional Forward Deployed Engineers across diverse scientific and engineering domains

  • Set the technical bar through code and architecture review, and act as the escalation point for the most difficult technical decisions and production issues

  • Staff engagements based on technical complexity and individual strengths, while developing engineers into increasingly independent technical leaders

  • Codify successful approaches into reusable architectures, tooling and playbooks so the team becomes more effective as it scales

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant experience in enterprise software technical delivery or forward deployed engineering roles, you have led complex deployments and written production code alongside customers

  • Experience building a forward deployed engineering or solutions function, hiring the team, setting the standards and defining the delivery model

  • The ability to move fluidly between strategy conversations with R&D leadership and debugging sessions with engineers

  • A track record of succeeding in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where requirements evolve through direct iteration with users

  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, you still build, and your technical judgement is respected by the engineers you lead

  • A genuine interest in building software that enables breakthrough scientific and industrial applications

Orbital is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

  • Own your engagement from initial technical discovery through implementation, production deployment and adoption, including technical quality

  • Track KPIs per engagement (screening throughput, design-cycle reduction, experiments avoided) and communicate progress and outcomes to customer stakeholders

Learn and adapt

  • Rapidly upskill across unfamiliar scientific and engineering domains by collaborating with domain experts, no prior chemistry, materials, or engineering experience required

  • Codify successful approaches into reusable integration patterns, tooling and playbooks so every engagement makes the next one faster

Head of Financial Control
Motorway – London

About Motorway

Motorway is the UK's largest online car-selling platform. We connect private sellers directly with over 8,000 dealers nationwide. Our online platform helps sellers achieve great prices for their cars while giving dealers fast, reliable access to the stock they want for their dealerships. Founded in 2017, our award-winning, technology-led approach has redefined the experience of selling a car. Motorway is backed by some of the world’s leading technology investors, having raised £143 million in Series C funding.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing scale-up at a crucial phase of growth and help change an industry for the better.

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Head of Financial Control. You’ll own financial control, statutory and tax compliance, treasury and finance operations for the whole company, reporting directly to the VP Finance. You’ll be accountable for the integrity of our numbers, for a control and compliance framework that stands up to audit and diligence, and for the finance systems that let us scale without adding headcount. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Legal and Operations, and own our relationships with auditors, tax advisers and HMRC.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the integrity of Motorway’s numbers: month-end and year-end close, management accounts and IFRS statutory accounts, and the reconciliations and reviews behind them, so the exec team and board can rely on them without question

  • Set and own the control environment: financial controls, policies and delegated authorities that scale with the business, hold up to audit and keep us diligence-ready for any future transaction

  • Own tax and regulatory compliance end to end: corporation tax, VAT, PAYE, R&D relief and Companies House filings, our relationship with HMRC, and the tax treatment of new products and commercial structures before they launch

  • Lead the audit and adviser relationships: plan and run the annual audit, and manage external accountants, tax and legal advisers

  • Own treasury and cash: cash flow forecasting, working capital, banking relationships and payment controls, and the cash impact of commercial and operational decisions

  • Be accountable for the end-to-end payments, receivables and payroll cycle, setting the standards and controls the team runs to

  • Own NetSuite and the finance systems stack, and lead the move to an automated, AI-native finance function

  • Lead and develop the team: hiring, coaching, performance and succession across managers and individual contributors

About you

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with substantial post-qualification experience

  • Experience in a technology, marketplace or high-growth business, ideally one with high transaction volumes

  • Experience leading an AI or automation change in a finance function: redesigning how work gets done, not just adding tools to the existing process

  • A record of leading finance teams through growth and change and developing the people in them, with experience of both operational finance and strategic or transformation roles, and a solid grounding in project management

  • Hands-on experience of month-end close, reconciliations, and management and statutory reporting under IFRS or UK GAAP

  • Working knowledge of UK tax compliance (VAT, PAYE, R&D relief) and experience managing advisers and HMRC correspondence

  • Experience owning a cloud ERP such as NetSuite, automating manual finance processes and using data and AI tools

  • A strong grasp of working capital and cash flow forecasting, and of the cash impact of operational decisions

  • Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain finance to colleagues outside the function and to the executive team and external stakeholders

The Role:

Title: Head of People Performance

Team: People

Location: Gibraltar, UK, or Malta

We’ve spent the last five years building strong People foundations. Now we want to take them to the next level.

Our ambition is to build a next-generation People function: creative, commercially grounded, data-led, and designed specifically for how Midnite works. We’re not looking to copy an off-the-shelf HR playbook. We want to create differentiated programmes that raise the bar, reinforce our culture, and help talented people perform at their best as we scale.

As Head of People Performance, you’ll own that challenge. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, turning bold ideas into simple, credible programmes that managers use, employees trust, and the business can see the impact of.

  • Create a proactive L&D strategy that strengthens managers, develops critical capabilities, and brings Midnite’s cultural tenets to life.

  • Use performance, engagement, and retention insights to identify opportunities, test ideas, and prove measurable impact.

  • Partner directly with founders, VPs, and functional leaders—building trust, navigating resistance, and adapting your approach without compromising the outcome.

  • Own programmes end-to-end: diagnose, design, launch, embed, measure, and iterate.

The next Midniter:

  • Has built and run high-impact People programmes in a fast-moving tech scale-up and understands what high performance looks like in that environment.

  • Is both strategic and deeply hands-on—you don’t stop at the deck or framework; you make the programme work in practice.

  • Thinks creatively and challenges conventional HR approaches, while staying pragmatic and commercially focused.

  • Uses data to make decisions, tell a compelling story, and demonstrate measurable results.

  • Has the credibility and adaptability to influence founders and senior leaders, including those who may be resistant to change.

  • Thrives in ambiguity, moves at pace, and takes real ownership for outcomes.

This is a rare opportunity to shape how a rapidly scaling business drives performance, progression, learning, and culture—and to build People programmes that are genuinely Built Different.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely with product, design, and engineering stakeholders.

  • A pragmatic approach to software engineering, balancing technical excellence with delivering value to customers.

  • Comfortable owning systems end to end, from technical design and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.

  • Experience working across different parts of the stack, with the ability to build internal tools or frontend interfaces when needed.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and make pragmatic engineering decisions.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and non-technical stakeholders across different functions.

Bonus

  • Experience building Trust & Safety, content moderation, fraud detection, or abuse prevention systems.

  • Experience building guardrails or safety infrastructure for AI agents and LLM-based applications.

  • Experience deploying and integrating ML models into production applications.

  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).

  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

  • Experience with React or other modern frontend frameworks.

  • Experience with real-time data processing, event-driven architectures, or technologies such as Kafka and Redis.

  • Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.

  • Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.

  • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.

About the role

ElevenLabs moves fast - by design. We run lean, we bias toward action, and we trust our people to figure things out. That's how we've built world-leading AI products in three years with a fraction of the headcount of our peers. But speed at 200 people and speed at 1,000+ people are different challenges, and the systems, habits, and connective tissue that let a company move fast without breaking things don't build themselves.

As our Company Operations Lead, you'll own the infrastructure that lets ElevenLabs keep its velocity as it scales. Not by adding process for process's sake - but by building the right systems, in the right places, at the right time, so that the rest of the company can focus on what they do best. You'll establish the operating layer that keeps a 50-country, hybrid organization coherent; drive the strategic planning cadence that keeps leadership aligned; and deploy a lean team of strategic generalists against the company's most urgent cross-functional challenges.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Operating Cadence: Running the planning and alignment cycles that keep the company pointed in the right direction. This includes OKR planning, workforce, and headcount planning.

  • Operating System: Building and maintaining the infrastructure layer that lets the company move faster. Systems of record, org taxonomy and governance, and the knowledge management systems that ensure information flow effectively across our remote-first team.

  • AI Enablement & Agentification: Ensuring every team at ElevenLabs has the tools, access, and knowledge to work effectively with AI. You'll own the internal AI enablement framework - managing tool access and rollout, identifying where agents and automation can accelerate how functions operate, and building the learning opportunities and champions programmes that drive deep adoption. You'll work closely with Security, IT, and the Automations team to ensure what gets built is built right.

  • Operations Centre of Excellence: Defining what great operations looks like at ElevenLabs and embedding it across the company. You'll set the blueprint that makes operational excellence repeatable and deploy the team as embedded operators inside other functions, standing up best practices, up-skilling teams, and handing off cleanly once the work is done.

Requirements

We do not require formal experience, certifications, or degrees. We do require:

  • Proven experience building and leading a Strategy & Operations or BizOps function at a high-growth technology company - ideally through a meaningful scaling inflection (Series B–D trajectory or equivalent).

  • Track record of standing up functions and systems from scratch and handing them off, rather than owning a permanent queue.

  • Structured problem-solving background - strategy consulting, a BizOps or Chief of Staff seat with genuine strategic scope, or an operator role that required both systems-building and executive influence.

  • Strong AI and tooling fluency - you should be pushing the organisation on what's possible with AI enablement, not chasing it.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management: you can partner with founders and Leads and earn trust quickly in a flat, high-velocity environment.

Bonus:

  • Experience inside a company that scaled through a 200 → 2,000+ person inflection.

  • Background that spans both consulting and operator roles - you've done the thinking and the building.

  • Familiarity with knowledge management, AI agentification, or internal tooling as an operational discipline.

Location

This role is remote. London or New York preferred.

  • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.

The role

ElevenLabs runs a deliberately lean finance team across 10+ legal entities and 40+ countries. The stack is built around NetSuite, Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob and Pigment, with a BigQuery/dbt warehouse underneath. We want a close where people review exceptions and agents handle the rest. You'll own that stack, from architecture and integrations to controls and vendors. This is a builder role, not a ticket queue.

  • Run NetSuite end to end. That covers multi-subsidiary setup, chart of accounts and segments, scripting and workflows, release management, and roles and segregation of duties as we build toward public-company controls.

  • Own the integration layer: Stripe, Ramp, Deel and HiBob into NetSuite, and NetSuite into the warehouse. Month-end should reconcile by design instead of by hand.

  • Lead selection and rollout of new systems, including usage-based billing and equity administration. You'll also handle the finance setup of every new entity.

  • Build with AI, alongside our Automations and Data teams. Examples include agents and automations for invoice coding, people-cost reconciliations and accounting requests.

  • Be the systems voice in finance decisions on new pricing models, new geographies and audit readiness.

Requirements

  • You've administered a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld instance yourself, including SuiteScript/SuiteQL, saved searches, roles and releases.

  • You've owned an ERP or billing implementation or migration end to end, and you know how Stripe data flows into the ERP and into revenue recognition.

  • You build integrations, through iPaaS or code, that reconcile and alert when something breaks, and you're comfortable in SQL.

  • You understand R2R, P2P and O2C and the controls behind them, and you can work with accountants, engineers and auditors in the same week.

  • You work AI-first: tools like Claude Code or Cursor are part of your day, and you automate a workflow before you staff it.

  • Bonus: experience with Ramp, Pigment, Metronome or another usage-billing platform, Deel/HiBob, or n8n, or dbt/BigQuery; SOX or ITGC work at a pre-IPO or public company.

Growth Potential

We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:

  • Lead a Finance Systems & Automation team as the company scales.

Location

This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe, with the ability to operate in CET timezones required. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Warsaw and London.

We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

  • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.

The role

We're hiring the first dedicated owner of central FP&A at ElevenLabs. You'll own the plan of record: the consolidated company model, the budgeting cycle and the monthly reporting cadence that the CFO, CEO and board use to run the company as we prepare for IPO. Pigment is in place and our data sits in a warehouse with dashboards on top, but the company isn't fully modeled yet. You'll build the core model first, then use it to evaluate every major investment.

  • Build and own the driver-based company model and opex model in Pigment, bringing inputs from commercial, product and compute finance into one model of record.

  • Run the annual budget and quarterly reforecasts end to end, including headcount envelopes and G&A forecasting with budget owners.

  • Set up the monthly cadence of results, budget vs. actuals, functional reviews and quarterly business reviews, and prepare the financial section of the board pack.

  • Bring capital allocation discipline to large decisions on hiring, compute and strategic spend.

You're a builder who still builds the model yourself. You've likely done this at a high-growth tech company where the planning process had to be created while the business scaled, and you care about recommendations that get implemented, not only presented.

Requirements

  • You've built a driver-based company model or long-range plan from scratch and used it to drive real decisions.

  • You've run an annual budget and reforecast cycle end to end at a high-growth tech company, and turned the numbers into a clear narrative for executives or the board.

  • Strong commercial judgment: you think in unit economics and gross profit, not only revenue, and your recommendations get implemented.

  • Hands-on with a planning tool (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive or similar), comfortable with SQL and working off a data warehouse, and you use AI tools every day.

  • Bonus: experience with usage-based or consumption revenue, IPO readiness or public-company FP&A, hands-on Pigment, or building a team.

Growth Potential

We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:

  • Lead a central FP&A team as it grows toward IPO.

  • Own the planning and guidance process once we are a public company.

  • Take on broader strategic finance scope as the function scales.

Location

This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe, with the ability to operate in GMT+0 to GMT+2 timezones preferred. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Warsaw and London.

We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Senior Product Manager - Direct Hotels
loveholidays – London

Why loveholidays?

We’re on a mission to open the world to everyone, giving our customers unlimited choice, unmatched ease and unmissable value for their next getaway.

Our trailblaze together culture is what drives our success, powered by our people and the way they work. Using progressive technology, we drive cutting-edge innovation and improve how our customers discover, book and experience their holidays. You’ll have the opportunity to accelerate your growth through meaningful challenges, new experiences and the freedom to shape your own path. You’ll create impact for our future by taking ownership, contributing to shared goals and helping shape what comes next, all as part of our enhanced international community of talented, collaborative and passionate teams.

The difference you’ll make

You’ll own the products that help loveholidays grow direct relationships with hotels. By making it easier for partners to join us, manage their supply and improve their performance, you’ll help hotels achieve their commercial goals while giving our customers greater choice and value.

Our ambition is to build an industry-leading operating system for our suppliers: bringing together onboarding, day-to-day management and the insights partners need to make better commercial decisions. You’ll help turn that ambition into a clear product direction. Your initial focus will be simplifying hotel onboarding and improving how effectively we turn direct hotel supply into bookings.

You’ll be part of the Direct Hotels team, reporting to the Head of Product for Supply Platform. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Commercial, Operations and Analytics to build capabilities for hotel partners that support our broader supply strategy. The team sits within Platform, which provides shared technology and tools to help teams across loveholidays deliver the outcomes that drive value for our suppliers and experiences that delight our customers.

Your day-to-day:

  • Own the product direction and roadmap. Translate the Direct Hotels ambition into prioritised opportunities, clear outcomes and achievable delivery increments. Make informed trade-offs between supplier needs, commercial value and technical investment.

  • Understand the people using our products. Work directly with hotel partners, contracting teams and loading operations to uncover problems, test ideas and understand what will drive adoption.

  • Improve the journey from onboarding to bookable supply. Simplify how information is collected, checked and maintained, using automation and self-service where they make the experience easier to navigate and more reliable.

  • Build towards supplier self-service. Develop capabilities that progressively give hotels more control over their relationship with us, working towards connected management tools and useful commercial insights.

  • Take products from discovery through to measurable impact. Work closely with Engineering and Design to prototype, test, deliver and iterate. Explore practical applications of AI, define success measures and use evidence from adoption, supplier feedback and commercial performance to guide what comes next.

Your skillset:

  • Product ownership and strategic delivery: A track record of taking complex problems from discovery through to delivery and demonstrating meaningful user and business outcomes. The ability to connect a long-term vision to the next useful improvement, navigate uncertainty and drive delivery.

  • Supplier and user understanding: The ability to understand different users’ goals and turn complicated workflows into useful, intuitive products. Experience with B2B, supplier, partner or marketplace products would be particularly valuable.

  • Commercial and analytical judgement: Confidence connecting product decisions to growth, margin and operating costs, while considering value for both hotel partners and holidaymakers. Experience defining success measures, investigating performance and using data alongside qualitative research to make decisions.

  • Communication and technical fluency: Clear communication and the ability to align commercial, operational and technical colleagues around priorities, decisions and outcomes. Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, data and platform constraints with Engineering.

  • Experimentation and AI curiosity: A practical approach to testing ideas and applying new capabilities, including examples of how you have used or evaluated AI to improve products or ways of working.

Experience in hotel distribution or travel technology would be welcome, but is not essential. We’re also interested in people who have solved comparable supplier, marketplace or operational challenges in other industries.

The interview journey:

  • Talent intro, 30 minutes

  • First stage with the hiring manager, 45 minutes

  • Final stage with key stakeholders, including a platform case to present, 1 hour

  • Behavioural and culture conversation with the VP of Product, 45 minutes

Perks of joining us:

  • Company pension contributions at 5%

  • Individualised training budget for you to learn on the job and level yourself up

  • Discounted holidays for you, your family and friends

  • 25 days of holidays per annum (plus 8 public holidays) increases by 1 day for every second year of service, up to a maximum 30 days per annum

  • Ability to buy and sell annual leave

  • Access to our electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme

  • Cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan and eye care vouchers

Our commitment to inclusion

At loveholidays, we focus on creating an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute, grow and succeed. We value the different perspectives, experiences and ideas each person brings, because they help us work better together, challenge our thinking and make stronger decisions.

As we continue to grow and evolve, we want everyone to feel supported and able to do their best work. We’re also committed to making our hiring process accessible, so please let our Talent Acquisition team know if you need any adjustments at any stage.

Founding Account Executive - UK & Ireland
praxipal – UK & Ireland

TL;DR - We’re building the healthcare workforce for tomorrow. Our AI receptionist Luna is already automating patient communication in medical practices today. As the market leader in German and Austrian dentistry, and with major funding under our belt, we’ve now launched Luna in the UK and Ireland, and are looking for our Founding Account Executive to build on that momentum. This isn't a "follow the playbook" role. You'll be our first person on the ground: growing our UK and Irish customer base and writing the playbook that everyone after you will follow.

Why praxipal? The shortage of skilled professionals is the biggest challenge in our healthcare systems. Tens of thousands of positions remain unfilled each year, and demographic shifts are only making things worse. Medical practices rely on our AI receptionist Luna to reduce staff workload and keep care accessible for everyone. We’re growing at record speed and closed a $6.7M seed round with HV Capital.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in a high-performing team, ideally a genuinely best-in-class sales organisation

  • Ideally experience in high-velocity SMB sales: you know how to run short sales cycles, manage a high volume of deals and keep momentum without losing quality

  • A consistent top performer with a track record of beating ambitious quotas, and the numbers to prove it

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build processes from scratch rather than inherit them; startup or new-market experience is a big plus

  • Someone people trust, who builds relationships that last well beyond the signature

  • Ambitious and hungry to grow faster than any corporate career ladder would allow

  • Excellent, persuasive English, both written and spoken

  • Based in the UK or Ireland, or happy to relocate, with the right to work in either country

What You’ll Do

In short: turn our traction in the UK & Ireland into a thriving business by converting the strong demand we're seeing into customers.

  • You'll own the full sales cycle, from first conversation and demo through to negotiating and closing

  • You'll shape our go-to-market motion, working out what resonates with independent practices, dental groups and corporates, then doubling down on it

  • You'll represent praxipal at industry events and build a name for us in the UK and Irish dental community

  • You'll act as the voice of our customers, feeding insights straight to our product team so Luna is built for UK practices, NHS and private alike

  • You’ll work hand in hand with marketing, turning what you learn in customer conversations into campaigns that bring in even more of the right customers

What You’ll Get

  • A genuine founding role: build a market from (almost) zero, backed by a funded, fast-growing company that has already done it more than once

  • Room to grow with the business, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility as the UK&I team scales

  • Onboarding at our Berlin HQ to kick things off, getting to know the core team, learning the product inside out and soaking up the culture before bringing it all back to the UK & Ireland

  • Learning at the frontier of AI and healthcare, alongside a small, driven and talent-dense team

  • Regular team events and offsites with the wider praxipal team

Engineering Supervisor / Safety Technology Implementation Lead
Tended – Bromley

Are you an experienced railway professional with knowledge and experience of roles like COSS, ES and PICOP?

You already understand the track and the people who work on it. We're looking for people like you to help put new safety technology into the hands of the workforce - and to be part of a big change in how track workers are kept safe.

At Tended, we create first-of-a-kind safety systems that transform rail worker safety. Our geofencing solution has been named one of TIME's Best Inventions and has made the Digital Leaders 100 list for Geospatial Initiative of the Year. It's already out there on the track, helping to keep people away from the running line and improving on site efficiency.

Network Rail is committed to geofencing for the long term, and the rollout across the Sussex region is already underway. We're looking for an Implementation Lead to help us grow our capability on the ground..

Tasks

As an Implementation Lead, you're the bridge between Tended and our clients, guiding their teams through helping their teams get comfortable using our kit out on-site.

You'll lead key client deployments on the ground, working closely with Tended's project managers to deliver an excellent service. Success in this role depends on building strong, trusting relationships quickly - so first-class communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Our technology is used by track workers with a wide range of technical confidence. You'll develop a deep understanding of our products so you can coach users through their day-to-day challenges and until they’re confident using it on their own. Being on-site also puts you in a unique position to see how our products are really used - spotting ideas for how we can make it better and feeding improvements back to the team.

You'll need strong knowledge of the rail environment and the roles within it, and you'll either hold a Personal Track Safety (PTS) qualification or meet the requirements to obtain one. Above all, we're looking for someone proactive and approachable - person fit matters to us.**

Travel and working pattern

This is a field-based role centred on regular client site visits across the Sussex region. You'll spend at least 3 days a week in the depot and on site, with the remaining time working remotely or in person with your line manager.

Because our users work shifts, this role covers both nightshifts and dayshifts, and includes weekend and bank holiday working - flexibility to meet the needs of the business and our clients is essential.

In return, we have excellent policies covering travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses, as well as fatigue management and time off in lieu.

A full driving licence is required.

Requirements

Even if you don’t feel you have all of the requirements listed below, we’d encourage you to apply, as we’re looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow with us.

Essential

  • You have experience as an ES, ESA, COSS, Site Agent, or in a comparable on-site leadership role within the railway or a related industry.

  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to influence site teams and users, and turn them into capable users of our product. Experience of working with different roles, from track workers to site managers is desirable.

  • You are comfortable with technology and enthusiastic to develop an in-depth understanding of our products to provide on-site coaching and support to users.

  • You take a detailed approach and consistently follow established processes and procedures with accuracy.

  • You instinctively take initiative to find and fix problems, thinking out of the box to find ways to make things better.

Desirable

  • You might have practical, hands-on experience of on-the-ground delivery of new technologies, delivering to a range of different kinds of users with different levels of tech-savviness.

  • You might have experience with project management tools.

  • You might have some experience in project management disciplines such as planning, managing risks, dependencies, issues, timelines, budgets, scope, deliverables and quality.

  • You might have some commercial awareness, such as understanding how to demonstrate the value of our work to clients during delivery.

Tasks

  • You independently manage medium-scale creator campaigns end to end: brief, creative concept, casting and execution
  • You match and source creators across global markets (North America, Europe, Asia, Middle East, US) based on brand, audience and cultural fit, not just reach
  • You stay ahead of platforms, formats and creator economy trends, turning that fluency into fresh ideas clients haven't seen before
  • You negotiate rates and contract terms confidently, and work comfortably with margin, communicating it to clients when needed
  • You collaborate with Strategy and internal teams while managing client and partner communication for seamless delivery
  • You analyze performance, prepare reporting and proactively flag upsell opportunities
  • You bring a "second set of eyes" to campaigns and concepts, catching cultural, legal or exclusivity issues early, and drive creative thinking that pushes Pulse's business forward

Requirements

  • You have a solid understanding of AI, its opportunities and its challenges, and actively think about how it's shaping the industry
  • You thrive at a fast pace, comfortable spinning many plates while staying sharp on detail, both creatively and analytically
  • You are a true team player with a strong hands-on mentality, a positive attitude and the ability to motivate your team

  • Keep your commute to a minimum: you’ll find all our offices right in the city centre
  • For motivational high-paws and comforting cuddles, your four-legged friend is absolutely welcome at our offices

Forward Deployed Engineer
STRATOS Technologies Ltd. – London

We’re looking for a passionate Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team at STRATOS – someone eager to sit at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and real-world impact.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with industry leaders to embed our platform deep into their operations – transforming strategic intent into live systems that drive measurable results. In today’s world, where the last mile of implementation creates the competitive moat, you’ll be the catalyst turning software into scale.

About Us

At STRATOS Technologies, we are transforming how companies make data-driven decisions with our innovative Strategy Operating System. Our software integrates complex datasets into a unified solution, enabling businesses to strengthen their long-term strategies through clear and actionable insights.

Our founders, former business and tech executives who led a $1B division at a Fortune 500 industrial company, originally built a digital twin of their enterprise to drive synchronized planning and execution. Seeing the market’s lack of such a system, they launched STRATOS in 2022 with a bold mission: to build the world’s first strategy operating system that unifies all internal and external data into a single platform.

Today, STRATOS is a category-defining, rapidly growing startup funded extensively by high-profile investors (e.g., Accel) and trusted by nearly a dozen global industrial leaders and Fortune 500 customers. Our software integrates complex datasets into a unified solution, combining deep data integration, best-in-class workflows, and cutting-edge generative AI.

From commercial AI agents to embedded intelligence that supercharges lean teams, STRATOS enables businesses to achieve 10x productivity and strengthen long-term strategies through actionable insights. We are now expanding our team to accelerate our growth even further and help our customers outperform their competition.

Why Forward Deployed Engineering

While we have a scalable technology backbone, we believe that Forward Deployed Engineering is the future of differentiated B2B SaaS in the GenAI age. Rather than shipping static tools, we partner closely with customers to deliver dynamic, tailored solutions where value is created in the implementation layer – not just the codebase.

Tasks

  • Ensure client implementations are working successfully

  • Solve our customers’ hardest business challenges by adapting and deploying the STRATOS platform to their needs

  • Design and implement scalable generative AI workflows using platforms like Palantir AIP

  • Execute complex data integration using PySpark and other distributed technologies

  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand context, priorities, and key outcome

Requirements

  • 0-4 years of solid experience in data engineering or analytics.

  • Experience at start-up companies and/or an excitement to experience first-hand the adventure that comes with a fast-scaling tech company, alternatively experience at a top-tier consultancy.

  • The ability to translate complex and sometimes ambiguous business requirements into clean and maintainable data pipelines

  • Excellent knowledge of PySpark, Python and SQL fundamentals

  • The ability to get to grips with new technologies quickly

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in dashboarding tools, Typescript and API development

  • Familiarity with Airflow, DBT, Databricks

  • Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (e.g. Oracle, SAP) and CRM systems

Benefits

  • Equity through our stock option programme, so you share in the long-term success and growth of the company

  • A highly competitive salary

  • Direct access to Fortune 500 executives from your first months, at a level most people wait a decade for

  • Work alongside former MBB consultants and Fortune 500 executives who will teach you directly — our team is small enough that this happens in person, not through a training curriculum

  • Private healthcare

  • Pension scheme

  • 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays

  • Work from abroad — up to four weeks a year, and up to two weeks at a time

  • Hybrid office policy, with visa sponsorship available

  • A company committed to social and environmental responsibility — we pledge to be a net-zero CO₂ company and donate 1% of our revenue to social causes

Practicalities

  • London-based, 3 days a week in our Farringdon office
