The Senior Paraplanner is the technical engine room of our advice service. You take the output of the advice engine, the fact find data, and the rest of the case context, and you make sure that when an Advisor speaks to the customer — or when a plan is released — everything is in order, suitability is clearly evidenced, and the documentation tells a coherent story.
You are the senior practitioner in the Paraplanning team, working closely with the Head of Proposition who owns the advice policy and proposition. You set the day-to-day quality bar for suitability writing, lead on the most complex cases, coaching less experienced Paraplanners, and acting as the technical bridge between the Paraplanning team, the Advisors and the engine team.
Case work and suitability
Lead on complex cases — particularly those involving pension consolidation, drawdown and multiple pots — preparing the case before the advice is presented to the customer.
Take the engine-generated plan and ensure the suitability report supporting it is accurate, complete and reads well for the customer — clear on objectives, recommendations, risks, costs and the rationale.
Run pre-meeting case reviews with Advisors, flagging anything in the fact find or plan that needs attention before the customer call.
Support Advisors during the QA review of engine-generated plans, particularly on cases flagged for a higher level of review.
Standards, templates and tooling
Develop and maintain the suitability report templates and suitability wording required by the advice engine for each customer circumstance. Being clear what disclosures should be generated and when these should be presented, in line with the House Rules. Ensuring any changes or template developments are signed off by the Head of Proposition and follow governance protocols.
Own the day-to-day quality of suitability reports against the standards set by the Head of Proposition — and feed back where standards need to evolve based on what you see in real cases.
Work with the Head of Proposition and the Advisor Management System product team on improvements to workflows, fact find prompts, and the way evidence is captured and surfaced.
Translate findings from QA, audit and compliance monitoring into Paraplanner team training and case-level coaching.
Team leadership
Coach and develop less experienced Paraplanners — running case studies, providing feedback on suitability reports, and supporting their progression and qualifications.
Set the bar for what good paraplanning looks like in a digital-first model — this is new territory and you'll help define it.
Triage work into the Paraplanner team alongside the Head of Proposition, balancing case complexity against SLAs and capacity.
Working across the service
Contribute to advice policy and House Rules discussions — bringing the paraplanner's eye on what is clear, fair and not misleading for the customer.
Support Risk & Compliance on monitoring activities, root cause analysis and remediation, recognising that paraplanning acts as a first-line risk control in our model.
Be the go-to technical voice for Money Guides and Financial Advisers on complex queries, helping them stay clearly on the right side of the guidance/advice boundary.
Essential
Substantial paraplanning experience in a regulated advice firm, ideally including pension consolidation and drawdown cases.
Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4), with appetite to keep building qualifications.
Strong technical knowledge of UK pensions, ISAs, investment products, and the tax treatment of each.
A genuinely high bar for written quality — your suitability reports should be the kind that customers can read and understand.
Experience coaching, mentoring or leading other paraplanners.
Comfortable working with structured data, advice software and a digital case file — this is not a paper-based practice.
Desirable
AF7 or equivalent advanced pension qualifications.
Chartered or working towards Chartered status.
Experience of contribution to or owning templates, checklists or advice logic in a scaled-advice or robo environment.
Opportunity to join a fast-growing, award-winning and super ambitious company
Work with a friendly team of highly motivated individuals
Be in an environment where you are listened to and can actually have an impact
Thriving collaborative and inclusive company culture
Company pension scheme
Company bonus scheme
Personal Annual Learning and Development budget
Private Medical Insurance
Health Cash Plan – cashback on everyday healthcare like dental and opticians
Cycle to work scheme – spread the cost of a new bike and accessories
CycleSaver – save on bike-share subscriptions and have a more sustainable commute
Wellhub subscription to a variety of gyms and wellbeing apps

At Moneybox, our mission is to give everyone the means to get more out of life. We’re guided by our belief that wealth isn’t about the money, it’s about the means to more: more freedom, opportunities, possibilities, and peace of mind.
Moneybox is an award-winning wealth management platform, helping nearly two million people build wealth throughout their lives, whether they're saving and investing, buying their first home, or planning for retirement.
And now Moneybox is building the means to help more people in more ways - through personal financial advice. We believe that great advice should be available to everyone, at every stage of life, and that technology can help us deliver it with the care, clarity and accountability people deserve.
We're building a new kind of advice service from the ground up, and the people who join us now will help shape how millions of people plan for their future.
The Senior Financial Advisor is one of the most experienced practitioners in the advice team. You are the technical anchor for complex cases — particularly pension consolidation and drawdown — and you carry significant accountability for the quality and suitability of advice we deliver to customers.
You will work alongside the Advice Engine rather than replacing it: the engine generates the plan, and you ensure it is right for the customer. You will also play a leading role in shaping the House Rules that govern advice outputs. You will coach less experienced Advisers and Money Guides, and be the senior point of escalation for the team to deliver good advice outcomes. You may have line manager responsibility for a team of Financial Advisers.
Customer-facing advice
Running video consultations, collecting information & establishing customer goals, walking customers through their plan, answering questions and helping them feel confident about their next steps.
Handle the most complex escalations from the support team — vulnerable customers, customers with multiple pension pots, customers where suitability needs to be carefully assessed, and customers who need to be off-boarded with care.
Make final calls on whether a customer should be off-ramped from the service, documenting the rationale clearly and ensuring the customer leaves the interaction with a good outcome and a clear next step.
Respond to customers flagged as insistent, doing the right thing for the customer while protecting them and the firm.
Quality assurance and oversight
Review engine-generated plans against our suitability standards within the agreed SLAs, signing off plans for release.
Review flagged customer cases before their plan is released, deciding whether to further fact find, off-ramp or release the plan.
Carry out QA checks on advice given and calls delivered by other Advisors and on customer interactions handled by the support team, feeding findings into the T&C scheme.
Own a portfolio of QA themes (e.g. drawdown suitability, vulnerable customer handling) and report findings into governance forums.
Shaping the service
Provide expert input into the House Rules — the restrictions and parameters that govern what the advice engine can and cannot recommend.
Work with the Risk & Compliance team on stress testing the advice model, including operational and technological stresses, not just market scenarios.
Partner with Product on improvements to the fact find, suitability report and Advisor Management System based on what you see in real customer cases.
Contribute to compliance monitoring activities and represent the advice team in governance and audit meetings as required.
Leadership and development
Act as the senior technical reference point for Advisors, Paraplanners and Money Guides — the person the team turns to on hard cases.
Coach and develop less experienced Advisers, including supporting their T&C progression, observing customer calls and providing structured feedback.
In specific circumstances, the role will include direct line management of 1 or more Financial advisers
Help shape recruitment, onboarding and ongoing competence frameworks as the team scales.
Essential
Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (QCF Level 4) or equivalent, with significant additional qualifications in pensions — (AF7) or equivalent is required given the drawdown remit.
Substantial post-qualification experience as a regulated advisor, with a strong track record of delivering retirement and at-retirement advice.
Deep technical knowledge of UK pensions, drawdown, tax-free cash sequencing, ISAs and the tax treatment of investments and pensions.
Demonstrable experience of QA, file checking or T&C supervision — you've reviewed other people's advice and can articulate what good looks like.
Comfortable operating in a restricted advice environment and explaining the boundary between advice and guidance clearly to customers and colleagues.
Fluent with the Consumer Duty regime and able to evidence good customer outcomes in your day-to-day work.
Desirable
Chartered or working towards Chartered Financial Planner status.
Experience working in or alongside an automated or robo-advice environment, or in a hybrid advice service.
Experience contributing to House Rules, advice models or other forms of advice logic.
Opportunity to join a fast-growing, award-winning and super ambitious company
Work with a friendly team of highly motivated individuals
Be in an environment where you are listened to and can actually have an impact
Thriving collaborative and inclusive company culture
Company pension scheme
Company bonus scheme
Home office furniture allowance
Personal Annual Learning and Development budget
Private Medical Insurance
Health Cash Plan – cashback on everyday healthcare like dental and opticians
Cycle to work scheme – spread the cost of a new bike and accessories
CycleSaver – save on bike-share subscriptions and have a more sustainable commute
Wellhub subscription to a variety of gyms and wellbeing apps
Enhanced parental pay & leave
25 days holiday + bank holidays with additional days added with length of service.

Working closely with our Data Engineering lead, you’ll act as a senior technical partner and take significant ownership of our data platform, architecture and engineering standards. This is a hands-on role, but one with broad influence across Engineering and Insight.
You’ll need to be comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy, making pragmatic technical decisions and taking ownership from problem definition through to production.

The Senior Coaching & Advice Service Manager leads Moneybox's team of Financial Coaches and Advice Coaches — the shared service that gives customers a human relationship alongside our digital capability, whether they're being coached through a non-advised decision or guided through our regulated advice journey.
This is a deliberately shared service. Coaches provide non-advised coaching to customers on behalf of Digital Moneybox Limited, segmented by conversation complexity and qualification level; Advice Coaches support customers through our regulated advice journey, and can flex into coaching activity based on capacity.
You'll own the team, its competence and quality standards, and how technology — including video calls and AI — supports every customer conversation, before, during and after the call.
You will report directly to the Director of Advice, working closely with the Senior Financial Advisers and the Head of Proposition across the wider Advice leadership team.
You'll lead and grow the Coaches and Advice Coaches team end-to-end — from day-to-day people leadership and competence, through to the technology and processes that shape the customer experience they deliver.
Team leadership & competence
Line manage the Coaches and Advice Coaches team, providing day-to-day leadership, coaching and support to a growing group of customer-facing colleagues.
Build and own the T&C scheme for the Coaches and Advice Coaches team — training standards, sign-off criteria and record-keeping — working in partnership with the Director of Advice, who holds overall T&C oversight, so every Coach and Advice Coach is signed off for the conversations they're qualified to have.
Design and build out development pathways and onboarding plans as the team scales, giving new joiners a fast, confident ramp and existing team members a clear route to progress.
Manage performance against KPIs, coaching individuals and the team as a whole to consistently strong outcomes.
Support team development plans and career conversations, including the natural progression from Financial Coach through Advice Coach towards a Financial Adviser pathway.
Customer outcomes & quality
Own service quality across both the coaching and advice-service experience — the standards the team is held to, and how consistently they're delivered.
Ensure the team delivers good customer outcomes consistent with Consumer Duty, across both non-advised coaching and advice-service support.
Monitor and report against agreed SLAs and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT), identifying trends early and acting on them.
Feed insight from customer interactions back to the wider Moneybox team — Product, Risk & Compliance, Investment and the Advice leadership team — to drive continuous improvement.
Growing the team
Own recruitment for the Coaches and Advice Coaches team, building the pipeline and capability needed as Moneybox's coaching and advice services scale.
Build out the Adviser & Coach Academy — a structured development and progression route from Coach to Advice Coach to Financial Adviser — so a growing share of our future Adviser recruits are homegrown from our own coaching pool.
Forecast and plan headcount and segmentation — by qualification level and conversation complexity — against demand.
Optimising the experience with technology
Own the end-to-end customer experience delivered by the team, and evolve it using technology — including video calls, Intercom and AI — to support customers before, during and after their conversations.
Identify where AI and automation can improve pre-call preparation, on-call support (e.g. real-time prompts, next-best-action) and post-call follow-up, working with Product and Technology to implement them.
Test and iterate new tools and ways of working, sharing what works — and what doesn't — with the wider team.
Essential
Proven experience leading a customer-facing team in financial services or a similarly regulated environment.
Track record of managing to KPIs, SLAs and customer satisfaction metrics, with a data-driven approach to improving them.
Experience building training, competence and development frameworks for a growing team, including onboarding.
Experience recruiting and scaling a team, including workforce planning and segmentation by skill level.
Comfortable using technology — including video calling, CRM and AI tools — to improve customer experience, and confident identifying where new tools should be introduced.
Level 3 certificate in Financial Services (or equivalent), or RO1 & RO4, with a genuine commitment to working towards a Level 4 qualification if not already attained.
Strong understanding of Consumer Duty and a genuine instinct for good customer outcomes.
Desirable
Level 4 qualification in Financial Planning (or equivalent) already attained.
Experience operating in a digital-first advice or coaching model.
Experience partnering with Product or Technology teams to design AI-supported customer journeys.
Background working alongside, or within, a regulated advice team (Financial Advisers, Paraplanners).
Team leadership, coaching huddles, T&C reviews and cross-functional work with the wider Advice team.
Expect a regular cadence of 1:1s, coaching huddles and QA reviews with your team, alongside cross-functional work with Product and Technology on the tools that shape the customer experience.
Opportunity to join a fast-growing, award-winning and super ambitious company
Work with a friendly team of highly motivated individuals
Be in an environment where you are listened to and can actually have an impact
Thriving collaborative and inclusive company culture

Company bonus scheme

Job Brief
At Moneybox, our mission is to give everyone the means to get more out of life. This role will be responsible for our payments & transfers products and features. Ensuring customers can seamlessly and easily navigate and manage their payments and transfers, delivering efficiency and scale as we grow.
We’re an award-winning wealth management platform, helping over 1.5 million people build wealth throughout their lives, whether they’re saving, investing, buying their first home, or planning for the future.
In our Core Product Team, we look after the platforms, intelligence, and propositions that help every customer grow long-term wealth.
We’re guided by our belief that wealth isn’t about the money, it’s about the means to more - more freedom, opportunities, possibilities, and peace of mind.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Core Product Team, helping shape how customers create, manage and execute payments and transfers.
This role will be focused on both improving and enhancing the customer experience and ensuring our operational processes remain efficient and secure. You’ll span design & execution of new features and services, whilst experimenting with journey improvements plus building the back-end functionality and systems that support our infrastructure.
Reporting to the Head of Product for Core, you’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, Insight, and Customer Support to identify customer problems, shape product improvements, and deliver simple, effective, and compliant experiences.
This role would suit someone who is customer-focused, structured, analytical, and comfortable working with complex financial products. You don’t need to be a payments expert from day one, but you should be motivated to build strong domain knowledge and help customers feel more confident about navigating their finances.
Own and maintain the Payments & Transfers roadmap, working with the Head of Core Product to ensure priorities are clearly linked to customer needs, business goals, and product strategy.
Identify, frame, and prioritise customer problems, using data, research, customer feedback, operational insight, and commercial context to decide where the team should focus.
Lead product discovery for new opportunities, exploring customer needs, possible solutions, risks, dependencies, and success measures before moving into delivery.
Define clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, customer outcomes, and success metrics so Engineering, Design, and wider stakeholders are aligned on what we are building and why.
Work closely with Engineering and Design throughout delivery, making trade-offs, unblocking decisions, managing scope, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality customer experiences.
Improve key parts of the Moneybox Payments & Transfers experience, including how customers set up payments, transfer, contribute, understand their progress, and stay engaged over time, plus the back-end operational systems that support these experiences.
Partner with Compliance, Legal, Operations, Marketing, Insight, and Customer Support to ensure product changes are compliant, operationally robust, clearly communicated, and designed with good customer outcomes in mind.
Monitor product performance and customer behaviour, using insight to identify opportunities to iterate, optimise, and improve the experience over time.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders, sharing priorities, progress, decisions, risks, trade-offs, and results in a way that keeps teams aligned.
Essential
3+ years’ experience in Product Management, ideally delivering digital customer experiences that improve conversion, engagement, retention, or customer understanding.
Strong customer and product judgement, with the ability to understand customer needs, break down complex problems, and turn them into useful product experiences.
Strong analytical capability, with confidence using data, research, and customer insight to identify opportunities, define success metrics, and make evidence-led product decisions.
Experience working closely with Engineering and Design teams to define requirements, make trade-offs, and deliver high-quality customer-facing products.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain problems, decisions, risks, and recommendations clearly to different audiences.
Good judgement in a regulated or complex environment, with an understanding of the importance of customer trust, risk management, and good customer outcomes.
High ownership and curiosity, with a proactive approach to driving work forward and a willingness to build knowledge of pensions, retirement, and long-term financial planning.
Nice to have
Experience in fintech, financial services, wealth, payments, transfers, or another regulated environment.
Experience with experimentation, funnel optimisation, behavioural insight, or product-led growth.

Moneybox engineering serves more than 2M customers and runs a live service handling over 20M API requests a day. We have agreed a company-wide AI Platforms strategy, backed by a business case, and we are now building the team to deliver it. This is a newly created function and you will be its first hire.
The Head of AI Platforms & Deployment is a player-manager role reporting to the Engineering Director, owning both sides of that strategy: the AI Platforms capability pillars (control, monitoring and sandboxing; agentic workflow orchestration; knowledge capture) and the AI Deployment team of forward-deployed engineers who put AI to work on real business problems. You will be hands-on from day one - enabling business deployment of AI with the tools we have today - whilst also building and delivering a business-driven, multi-year AI platforms strategy and hiring and managing the team that executes it.
Why now:
Own the AI platform strategy. Risk management, horizon scanning, supplier selection and vendor management, business case ownership, and benefits realisation through a coherent, business-driven delivery roadmap that is trusted by stakeholders across Moneybox.
Build and lead the AI Deployment team. Hire, line-manage and set the engagement priorities and delivery standards for a team of forward-deployed AI engineers, working alongside embedded specialists while we hire. Grow into managing both the platform and deployment sub-teams as the function expands.
Own perimeter safety in an AI-native world. Set and own our defensive AI strategy, with execution carried out in collaboration with Tech Ops. Our Principal Cloud Architect, who owns overall cloud strategy, is a key partner.
Own AI platforms and costs. Harnesses, tooling, cost management, forecasting and optimisation (including usage-based pricing shifts), and the staff access model. This includes:
Own model hosting and scaling. Hosting and scaling for AI and model workloads, including the customer-facing models behind our Aurora financial guidance service, with execution in collaboration with Tech Ops. Model safety and performance for customer-facing AI is shared with our Decisioning and Data Science teams: they own what happens inside the model, you own everything surrounding it.
Enable the do-ers. Give departments a working answer for using AI today - clear guardrails on what is allowed now and fast risk assessment rather than blanket restriction - and make sure demand arrives through the front door.
This role is explicitly not ML model development or data science, general cloud infrastructure ownership, or general engineering delivery - although our squads and engineering leads are customers of the platforms you build.

Moneybox serves more than 2M customers and runs a live service handling over 20M API requests a day. We have agreed a company-wide AI Platforms strategy and are building a new AI Deployment team to deliver on it. This is the first of several Senior AI Deployment Engineer hires, reporting to the Head of AI Platforms & Deployment.
You will be a forward-deployed senior engineer who unlocks AI-driven solutions to business problems: an expert in deploying AI and using it safely, not an ML modeller. The work is mainly Python across the modern AI engineering stack - harness engineering, skills and tool building, agent workflows and orchestration, agent hosting and sandboxing, guardrails, evals, RAG and context engineering, and tokenomics (cost, latency, model selection). Production-grade LLM system experience is the core requirement.
You will work on three types of project:
Departments across Moneybox are already building AI tools themselves - we want to provide them with a safe path to load-bearing use at scale. This role catches that demand and matures it properly.
In your first three months we expect your first departmental engagements to be selected on feasibility and delivered with measurable business value - time saved, cost avoided, risk removed - and at least one ML-built capability deployed to production with proper evals, monitoring and cost controls.
This role is explicitly not ML model training or data science, and it is not a chatbot-prompting generalist: this is production software engineering with AI at its core.

Moneybox has thrived owing to its strong culture; as a Director, you are core in helping maintain this culture through living and promoting the Moneybox values.
The role is a trusted advisor to the VP Finance, but also has direct exposure to our Chief Executive Officers and Chief Operating Officer. You’re expected to deliver in the role:

We’re looking for a Data Product & Analytics Engineering Senior Manager to join the Data & Insight team on a permanent basis. This role is dedicated to lead a team of four Analytics Engineers and own the roadmap for the development of our analytical data products.
You will be responsible for identifying, shaping and prioritising the data capabilities we need, orchestrating their delivery across multiple teams, and leading the Analytics Engineers who will design and implement them. This role combines Data Product Management, Analytics Engineering leadership and data architecture.
Manage and develop a team of four Analytics Engineers across different levels of seniority.
Provide technical direction, coaching and context while creating an environment where engineers retain ownership of solution design and implementation.
Work with the team on modelling and architecture decisions, challenge proposed approaches, identify opportunities for reuse and simplification, and ensure solutions align with our target data architecture.
Coach engineers at different levels, helping them improve not only their technical capabilities but also their understanding of business problems, architectural thinking and ownership of data products.
Define and maintain a prioritised roadmap covering new data models, data marts, dimensions and attributes, governed metrics, and architectural improvements.
Drive the transition towards more centralised and trusted data models, reducing duplicated transformation logic and creating reusable representations of core business entities, facts, dimensions, metrics and relationships.
Take requirements from problem definition through discovery, architecture, prioritisation, delivery, quality assurance, adoption and ongoing ownership.
Coordinate dependencies across Product Engineering, Data Engineering, Insights, Reporting and other teams. Ensure upstream changes and ingestion requirements are identified early enough to support downstream data delivery.
Understand the underlying problem behind stakeholder requests and determine whether the right solution is a new attribute, metric, model, mart or enhancement to an existing data product.
Someone comfortable building technical solutions as you are communicating them to non technical stakeholders
A strong previously hands-on Data Engineer and/or Analytics Engineer.
A clear communicator with experience translating business problems into scalable data products and technical requirements.
Excited about fintech and the particular challenges that come with a regulated, app-first, long-consideration financial product.
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced environment where the brief sometimes evolves mid-sprint.
5+ years of experience with data architecture and analytical data modelling.
Experience with modern transformation frameworks such as dbt and cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake or equivalent.
Experience leading, mentoring or technically guiding Data/Analytics Engineers.
Understanding of the complete data lifecycle from source applications and ingestion through transformation, semantic modelling and consumption.
Experience managing roadmaps and prioritising competing business, architectural and technical requirements.
The ability to communicate comfortably with both engineers and senior business stakeholders.
If you meet most but not all of the above, we’d still encourage you to apply.
Desirable
Knowledge of data quality, testing, lineage, documentation, ownership and governance practices.
Experience working in a regulated industry, ideally financial services or fintech, with an understanding of how governance, controls and regulatory requirements influence data architecture and delivery.
Experience with Databricks and dbt, particularly designing or evolving a centralised transformation/modelling layer.
Experience managing dependencies across Product Engineering, Data Engineering and Analytics teams, particularly where delivery requires changes to upstream applications or event/data generation.

Purpose of the Role
Motortech AI is growing across dealer groups, OEM programmes and international markets. The business does not yet have a formal presales function or established presales structure. This role provides dedicated customer-facing sales and technical support while helping the business introduce practical, consistent and repeatable ways of working.
The Solutions Consultant works closely with sales, product, implementation and senior technical colleagues to support customer discovery, product demonstrations, solution discussions and proposal development. The role combines commercial awareness with practical technical knowledge, helping customers understand how AIME can address their needs while ensuring requirements, assumptions, risks and dependencies are captured clearly.
The role will help develop early presales templates, materials and working practices through hands-on experience. Accountability for overall presales strategy, complex architecture decisions and high-risk commercial decisions remains with senior leadership and relevant specialists. The Solutions Consultant is expected to manage assigned activities with appropriate autonomy, use emerging standards and previous examples wherever possible, and escalate unfamiliar, strategic or technically complex matters promptly.
• Support qualified sales opportunities by participating in customer meetings, discovery sessions, solution discussions and follow-up activities.
• Conduct structured discovery to gather customer objectives, business requirements, technical requirements, operational constraints, integration needs and success criteria.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations that connect AIME capabilities to the customer’s business and operational priorities.
• Work with sales colleagues to understand opportunity context, qualification information, stakeholders and agreed next steps, and complete assigned presales actions within agreed timescales.
• Translate customer requirements into clear presales outputs, including discovery summaries, solution descriptions, proposals, integration assessments, scope inputs, presentations and RFP responses.
• Explain product capabilities, APIs, data flows and standard integration approaches clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assess standard and moderately complex integration requirements using available product information, technical documentation, prior examples and guidance from specialists.
• Identify technical, delivery or commercial risks and escalate novel integrations, strategic OEM requirements or material areas of uncertainty to the appropriate senior colleague.
• Respond to routine technical questions and common customer objections using product knowledge and agreed messaging, seeking specialist support where required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer requirements, decisions, risks, actions, assumptions and technical dependencies throughout the sales cycle.
• Prepare structured handover documentation for implementation, including agreed scope, requirements, stakeholders, open questions and dependencies, and support the transition at contract signature.
• Help establish practical presales foundations by contributing to discovery templates, demo materials, proposal content, FAQs, integration guidance, handover checklists and objection-handling resources.
• Test and refine emerging presales materials through use, capture lessons learned and recommend straightforward improvements to senior stakeholders.
• Share recurring customer requirements, integration themes, product gaps and sales feedback with product, implementation and technical colleagues.
• Build and maintain knowledge of AIME, relevant Keyloop products, customer environments, automotive retail processes and the technologies used in the role.
• Relevant experience in a customer-facing B2B SaaS, software or technology environment, ideally involving solutions consulting, technical sales, sales engineering, implementation, customer success or technical account management.
• Experience supporting sales opportunities through customer discovery, product demonstrations, technical discussions, workshops, proposal development or solution scoping.
• Practical understanding of APIs, software integrations, data flows and common enterprise systems such as CRM, DMS or ERP platforms.
• Experience gathering, documenting and translating customer business and technical requirements into clear outputs for commercial and technical audiences.
• Understanding of the stages of a B2B sales cycle and the contribution presales activity makes to customer evaluation and opportunity progression.
• Experience communicating with commercial, operational and technical stakeholders and adjusting the level of detail to suit the audience.
• Experience working in an environment where processes, templates or ways of working are developing, with evidence of contributing practical improvements.
• Experience using CRM, presentation, demonstration or sales-enablement tools is desirable.
• Experience in automotive technology, dealer systems, OEMs, franchise groups or automotive retail would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Customer-focused and commercially aware, with the ability to connect customer needs to relevant product value.
• Confident in preparing and delivering product demonstrations, solution presentations and structured discovery conversations.
• Able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and translate business requirements for technical colleagues.
• Sound technical judgement when reviewing standard integration requirements, technical documentation and previous solution examples.

The Professional Services Domain Lead is a senior PS leader with end-to-end accountability for performance, commercial execution, and delivery quality within their domain. The Domain Lead is the authoritative voice on how Keyloop's domain products are scoped, sold, delivered, and continuously improved. They work alongside Regional Delivery Managers to drive consistent execution, and with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure the domain portfolio is commercially compelling, operationally fit for purpose, and delivered with repeatability at scale.
Operating globally and cross-functionally, this role drives the domain's PS execution, ensuring a tight interlock with all functions within the domain to execute on the domain's mission, whilst driving and adopting the core PS standards in delivery excellence. The domains are a critical operating model with the responsibility to deliver the Keyloop Fusion growth plan specific to their domain.
Underpinning everything is a commitment to customer outcomes — ensuring every engagement drives meaningful software adoption and delivers the business value customers contracted Keyloop to provide
1. Domain Performance & Commercial Execution
• Own the commercial performance of the domain across all regions — revenue, margin, utilisation, and time to value.
• Drive domain pipeline in partnership with Sales and Account Management; contribute to scoping, commercial positioning, and SOW governance to ensure engagements are profitable, deliverable, and set up to achieve customer outcomes from day one.
• Lead domain performance reviews; hold a clear view of in-flight delivery risk, forecast accuracy, and margin at all times.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the domain — upsell, expansion, and new use cases — recognising that customers who achieve strong outcomes on the Keyloop Fusion platform are Keyloop's most powerful commercial lever.
• Ensure PS days within Keyloop Traction programmes and Customer Success Plans are correctly scoped, tracked, and delivered to commercial commitments within the domain.
2. Fusion & Keyloop Platform: Commercial & Delivery Performance
• Drive the commercial performance of the domain's Keyloop product portfolio — spanning the relevant Fusion and Keyloop DMS products within scope — ensuring domain delivery contributes to PS revenue, margin, and time to value targets.
• Own the PS delivery proposition for the Keyloop products within the domain: ensure engagements are correctly scoped, commercially structured, and delivered to a consistent, repeatable standard that drives genuine customer outcomes — not just project closure.
• Work with Sales and Account Management to position domain-relevant Keyloop product implementations compellingly — translating product capability into clear commercial value and realistic delivery commitments.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure Keyloop Fusion platform products within the domain are implementation-ready: surfacing gaps in delivery readiness, configuration complexity, and integration requirements.
• Ensure consultants across all regions are equipped to deliver the relevant Keyloop product engagements within the domain confidently — with the methodology, tooling, and domain knowledge to execute at scale.
3. Delivery Excellence & Methodology
• Define and own delivery methodology, reference configurations, and reusable solution components for the domain — ensuring consistency, quality, and accelerated time to value across all engagements.
• Ensure domain delivery is outcome-validated, not just task-completed — every engagement should close with evidence that the customer is using the Fusion platform effectively and has achieved the outcomes they were promised.
• Partner with Regional Delivery Managers to ensure high-quality, consistent execution of domain projects globally; act as the escalation point for complex, early adopter, and at-risk engagements.
• Drive down rework and delivery variance by building repeatable, well-documented delivery patterns that consultants can execute without reinventing the wheel.
• Lead domain input into Keyloop Traction tier design — ensuring Launch, Accelerate, and Supercharge tier definitions reflect realistic, high-quality domain delivery with clear customer outcome criteria at each tier.
4. Customer Outcomes, Adoption & Success
• Champion Keyloop's mission to set customers up for success — ensuring every domain engagement is designed, delivered, and measured with that outcome at its centre.
• Define what good looks like for customer software adoption within the domain: the benchmarks, adoption milestones, and outcome indicators that signal a customer is genuinely succeeding on the Fusion platform.
• Ensure adoption and outcome validation is built into domain delivery methodology — not left to Customer Success to pick up post go-live.
• Work closely with Customer Success to track domain customers through the adoption curve; identify patterns where customers are underperforming against expected outcomes and feed those insights back into delivery approach.
• Ensure smooth, knowledge-rich handovers from PS delivery into Customer Success and Support.
• Use customer outcome data to continuously improve domain delivery.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Product: Provide structured, evidence-based feedback from PS and customer engagements to influence the domain roadmap.
• Engineering: Work with R&D and Fusion platform engineering to ensure solution feasibility, delivery scalability, and that products are ready for implementation at pace.
• Sales: Support commercial conversations, scoping reviews, and customer-facing positioning for domain-specific engagements.
• Customer Success & Support: Ensure smooth handover from PS delivery into CS and Support; share domain knowledge that helps CS and Support teams accelerate adoption.
• PS Ops: Collaborate on forecasting, capacity planning, and tooling to ensure domain activity is accurately reflected in operational reporting.
6. Capability Building & Knowledge
• Own the domain knowledge base within PS — ensure consultants across all regions have the skills, materials, and structured training needed to deliver domain engagements confidently.
• Identify capability gaps within the global PS delivery community for the domain; design and implement targeted development to close them.
• Build and maintain a domain centre of excellence: best practices, lessons learned, delivery patterns, and configuration guides.
• Drive the onboarding and accreditation of co-delivery partners and GDC teams on domain delivery standards.
7. Automation, Digitisation & Continuous Improvement
• Lead the identification and implementation of automation opportunities within domain delivery.
• Monitor delivery performance data to surface patterns, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities; translate insight into action.
• Champion a continuous improvement culture within the domain: structured retrospectives, feedback loops from customers and consultants, and rapid iteration on what isn't working.
• Contribute to Keyloop PS thought leadership — bringing domain expertise to market positioning, customer education, and internal capability.
Essential
• Senior leadership experience in Professional Services within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Demonstrable commercial acumen: experienced in revenue management, margin accountability, scoping, and contributing to the sales cycle.
• Deep domain expertise within the relevant Keyloop product area — able to operate as the authoritative voice on implementation approach, configuration, and customer outcomes.
• Proven ability to drive delivery consistency across geographically distributed teams.
• Strong cross-functional influencing skills: able to work effectively with Product, Engineering, Sales, and CS without direct authority.
• Experience operating in or contributing to hub or centre-based delivery models.
• Data-driven: uses performance insight to manage, improve, and hold teams to account.
Desirable
• Knowledge of the automotive dealer or vehicle retail industry.
• Experience with productised PS frameworks and tiered onboarding models.
• Familiarity with delivery automation tooling and digitised project delivery workflows.
• Experience with the Keyloop Fusion platform, Fusion products, or Keyloop DMS solutions.
What 'Great' Looks Like in This Role
• Owns the domain like a P&L — clear on the numbers, the risks, and what needs to happen next.
• The go-to person for Regional Delivery Managers when a domain engagement is complex, at risk, or commercially sensitive.
• Trusted by Product and Engineering to represent what customers actually need — not just what consultants find hard.
• Builds a domain delivery community that raises its own bar — through shared knowledge, honest retrospectives, and high standards.
• Treats customer outcomes as the real definition of delivery success — every engagement is measured by whether the customer is genuinely succeeding on the Fusion platform, not just whether the project closed.
• Brings commercial and delivery insight to every cross-functional conversation.

The PS Operations Director is the CDO's execution partner on both operational performance and strategic transformation. This is one of the most senior and consequential roles in Keyloop PS — responsible for running the operational engine of the PS organisation while simultaneously driving the Services 2.0 change agenda that will take PS from a cost centre to a growth engine.
Day to day, this role owns the operational infrastructure that keeps PS performing: financial reporting, resource management, utilisation, commercial governance, and the Services Sales Desk. Strategically, this role owns the execution of the transformation roadmap — workforce distribution into RDCs and GDCs, productised services operationalisation, AI and automation adoption, and the operating model changes that will deliver Keyloop's PS margin and growth targets.
The PS Operations Director is a change agent and operational executor — as comfortable driving a transformation programme as owning the weekly performance cadence. This role sets the pace for the PS organisation, holds it to account, and ensures the distance between strategy and execution is as short as possible.
1. CDO Execution Partner: Operations & Strategy
2. Financial Performance & Commercial Discipline
3. Workforce Strategy & Delivery Centre Execution
4. Productised Services Operationalisation
5. PS Transformation Agenda
6. Operational Infrastructure & Reporting
7. Cross-Functional Engagement & Stakeholder Management

About Allica Bank
Allica is the UK’s fastest growing company - and the fastest-growing financial technology (Fintech) firm ever. Our purpose is to help established SMEs, one of the last major underserved opportunities in Fintech.
Established SMEs are the backbone of local communities - representing over a third of our economy - yet have been largely neglected both by traditional high street banks and modern fintech providers.
Department Description
Payments is where our customers feel Allica every single day. We’ve built an award-winning business current account for established SMEs that pairs genuinely great technology with bestin-class customer experience – and goes beyond payments to make running a business’s finances simple and painless.
You’ll be part of the Payments Tribe, supporting the squads that together cover the full product. Product, engineering, design and data work side by side, in close partnership with Distribution, Operations, Compliance and Risk. Our job is to take the complex problems SMEs face, the ones the big banks have neglected for years, and solve them with simple, elegant products. If you want to see your work ship quickly and make a real difference to UK SMEs, this is the place to do it.
Role Description
As Product Analyst, you’ll help shape and deliver our Business Rewards Account and its card and payment features, working alongside the Senior Product Owner and the wider Tribe.
You’ll turn data, customer feedback and business requirements into clear insight and well-defined user stories, so the squads build the right things – and builds them well.
Success looks like decisions backed by evidence, a sharp and well-prioritised backlog, and processes that are simpler and more automated than when you found them.
It’s a great opportunity to learn product ownership inside a high-growth bank, with real scope to grow your product career.
Principal Accountabilities
Support the Senior Product Owner in defining and delivering features for our business current account, from discovery through to release
Gather, analyse and document requirements from Distribution, Operations, Compliance and Risk, turning them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Help maintain and prioritise the squad and wider Tribe backlogs, keeping them aligned to the roadmap and product and business OKRs
Track and report on product performance – such as balances, usage and customer behaviour – and surface insights that inform decisions
Gather and analyse customer feedback, then propose and lead product improvements
Work day-to-day with engineers and designers to clarify requirements, answer questions and test what’s delivered
Manage relationships with key vendors to keep delivery focused and on track
Map and improve processes, spotting opportunities to simplify and automate
Keep product documentation, tracking and risk logs accurate and up to date, flagging issues early
Use AI tools to build and ship small changes to production

Plinth is a fast-growing tech startup working with charities, foundations and local government. Small and local charities are highly effective but largely hidden. They have no spare time and no spare money. We're building the tools these organisations need and shining a light on the work they do. Read more on our blog.
🚀We're growing fast. 3-4x this year. We get 7+ new clients a month and we're shipping new features every few days. This means things move quickly and your work directly shapes how we scale. You'll have real responsibility from day one.
❤️It's really impactful work. Our clients are charities and grassroots organisations across the UK, and soon internationally. When you help them succeed with our platform, you're directly amplifying their impact. Every successful onboarding means a charity spends less time fighting with their systems and more time on their actual mission.
🤝You'll work with impressive people. Our team is talented, collaborative and slightly strange(?). We value impact, speed and openness. We work in person in our office in Old Street because we genuinely enjoy each other's company (most of the time). It’s a high trust, creative space where if you think something's a good idea, you just go do it.
Work both fast and slow: You'll navigate slow public sector procurement cycles one minute, then help us ship a new feature over lunch the next. The whiplash is intense but it keeps things interesting.
Keep it real: You'll be getting the train to community centres and youth clubs where the heating doesn't work and where the paint is peeling off the walls. It’s rarely glamourous. You need to be willing to meet clients where they are, literally and figuratively.
Listen to problems, ignore solutions: Clients will tell you exactly what they think they need. Your job is to understand the actual problem and guide them to what will really work, even when they're convinced they already know the answer. This requires self-confidence, understanding of the platform and genuine listening in equal measure.
Teach people: Most of our clients don't love shiny gadgets. If you're the kind of person who enjoys teaching your gran to use a smartphone, this is ideal. You need to explain some fairly complex systems clearly without being condescending and still getting user adoption
Automate and document yourself away:🤖 We're small and growing fast. Build systems and processes that make your job increasingly redundant. There’s always plenty more to do.
Understand the difference between "urgent" and 🚨 URGENT — When you're managing 4-8 concurrent client projects and everyone thinks their issue is critical, you need to distinguish between what must happen for launch versus what can wait. This is harder than it sounds.
Grow with the role: we need someone who is comfortable with our clients and team doubling every 6 months. Your role will rapidly change to reflect that, but it leaves you with lots of room to grow in responsibility.
We’d expect a few years experience in something like the following:
Coaching / Tutoring: You know how to meet people where they are and guide them to better outcomes
Hospitality management: Service mindset, de-escalation skills, managing expectations when things don't go to plan, letting the customer think they’re right when they aren’t
Event/production management: Used to juggling moving pieces, keeping stakeholders calm, making last-minute pivots when things go wrong
Community organising/activism: Already comfortable in the spaces you'll be visiting, get the mission, used to working with limited resources
Consulting: You're used to parachuting into chaos, extracting actionable tasks, and keeping multiple clients calm simultaneously
User research/UX: Good at understanding what people actually need versus what they say they need, synthesising feedback into actionable insights
Knowledge of the charity sector is a significant advantage, whether that’s as an employee, consultant or as a long term volunteer.
It would also definitely be helpful if you have any technical experience to help with managing data migrations.
Importantly, This is a list of suggestions.
If you have experience in only some of this, or have only some of these skills, please do apply anyway.
Speed of getting customers successfully using Plinth: From signed contract to actively using the platform and seeing value.
Positive recommendations: Clients recommending us positively to their networks — it’s a big source of our growth.
Increasing use of Plinth: Clients expanding how they use the platform over time, not just maintaining baseline usage
Client Onboarding (70%) — Lead onboarding from kick-off to go-live. Break down complex projects into clear phases. Manage timelines, priorities, and expectations across 7+ new clients per month. Stay on top of new features we ship every few days. Push back when needed and teach anyone regardless of background.
Operations & Process Improvement (30%) — Audit and optimise our support systems (expect to manage Intercom chat a couple of days a week). Refine onboarding workflows. Keep documentation current. Work with engineering to communicate what's urgent versus what's just a problem. Track feature requests across clients and synthesise them into product improvements.
Salary: £42,000 - £75,000 depending on experience
Equity as part of your package
Location: In-person, Old Street, London
Quick (20-30 min) call with Chris as a sanity check
First interview with Chris and a co-founder
Long (2-3 hour), quite intense, in-person interview — meet the team, do tasks, respond to case studies, be challenged

TLDR: Plinth builds software for charities, foundations and funders. 2,000+ UK organisations use us, we add 7+ clients a month, and we ship constantly. HR, security, legal and finance currently sit with one person. That stops working at our next size. We're hiring someone to own a chunk of it: recruitment operations, contracts and invoicing, and the paperwork behind our ISO 27001 certification. You don't need to have done security or legal work before. You need to be the kind of person who picks up something unfamiliar, works out how it should run, then runs it properly.
Recruitment operations. The pipeline end to end. Keeping our tools current, booking interviews, wrangling schedules, first-pass CV screening, and working with team leads to build the tasks candidates get set. Candidates never wait on us
Contracting and invoicing. Contracts out, chased, signed and filed. Invoices raised and paid. Unglamorous, and it matters that someone holds it
Security administration. We're going through ISO 27001 now, and keeping a certification is more work than getting one. Reviews on a schedule, evidence that has to exist, paperwork that has to be generated. You own that calendar and it doesn't slip
Security questionnaires. Customers send long ones and they hold up deals. You'll answer them with support from the team and our internal tooling, and build a reusable answer bank so the tenth takes an hour instead of a day. You don't need to be a security expert. You do need to be confident enough to learn out loud
Automating the repeatable bits. A lot of this job is the same task on a loop, and a lot of it shouldn't be. Doing something by hand for the tenth time is a bug you're responsible for. You'll build the templates, automations and AI workflows that take it off your plate, then move on to harder work
Making the role bigger. Ops is four functions and one and a half people. As we grow, you're first in line for whatever you've shown you can hold
You're the organiser. The one who books the group holiday, runs the spreadsheet and gets everyone to actually pay. That instinct is most of this job
You'll have a go at unfamiliar work. We'll hand you a contract, a security review, or a process nobody has written down. You won't be on your own with it, but we need someone whose instinct is to attempt it, ask a colleague to check it, and be better at it next time, rather than wait to be shown
You've probably done this shape of job. EA, team assistant, ops coordinator, office manager, practice manager. Somewhere you were the reliable centre of a lot of moving parts
Nothing gets quietly dropped. Interviews, invoices, an ISO review and a half-finished questionnaire, all live at once, none of them missing
You write clearly and fast. To candidates, to customers' IT teams, to a lawyer. Warm, plain, no waffle
Discretion. You'll be close to salary data, contracts and personal information from day one
You use AI properly. You've used Claude or similar beyond chatting: drafting, summarising, first passes at questionnaires, small workflows you built yourself. If you've touched Claude Code or automation tools, say so. It's how a small ops team keeps up with a company doubling every six months
Exposure to ISO 27001, SOC 2 or Cyber Essentials, from any angle
Experience with recruitment
Experience with contracts, procurement or finance admin
Charity, funder or local government background
Recruitment runs without the Chief of Staff touching the logistics
ISO reviews and evidence are on schedule and audit-ready, with no scramble the week before
Security questionnaires come back in days, from a library you built, and stop blocking deals
The tasks you did by hand in month one are automated, templated, or gone
You own things outright that nobody else needs to think about
Location: London, Old Street (4 days a week in office)
Hours: Full time
Salary: c.£50,000 depending on experience
Reports to: Chief of Staff, who leads operations

Introducing the Trainline Financial Control Team 👋
Trainline is Europe's leading independent rail platform, helping millions of travellers find and book the best value rail and coach journeys across our app, website and partner channels. Our Financial Control team sits at the heart of how we understand and run the business, owning the quality and integrity of our management accounts, balance sheet and month end processes. As Head of Management Accounts, you'll lead a team through two Senior Finance Managers, covering the P&L from Revenue to Adjusted EBITDA (one above Gross Margin, one below), acting as the go-to expert for complex accounting judgement and the person who joins the dots across Financial Control, FP&A and the wider business.
You'll scale through your team rather than through the detail, empowering them to own the underlying processes end to end while you remain accountable for outcomes and standards, acting as the escalation point for judgement calls and the driver of improvement and projects. Beyond Financial Control, you'll be a natural point of contact for cross-functional work, partnering with teams including Legal, Commercial, Product and Technology to translate complex or ambiguous problems into a clear, well documented plan. Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, you'll build broad enough knowledge across external reporting, governance, working capital and FP&A to deputise when needed, and you'll represent Financial Control with authority across the business.
In this role as the Head of Management Accounts, you will...🚄
Lead the team within Financial Control, principally through two direct reports, acting as a role model who coaches and mentors to build capability, delegates effectively, holds the team to a high standard of delivery and keeps development and succession front of mind
Act as a thought leader within the team, bringing structure and clarity to complex or ambiguous problems and documenting conclusions so they can be applied consistently across the function
Lead cross-functional projects from beginning to end, working with teams including Legal, Commercial, Product and Technology, setting and holding a timeline and navigating senior stakeholder relationships to land a single, well-documented position
Hold accountability for the smooth, timely running of month end, including balance sheet integrity, key reconciliations and working capital analysis, with the team owning execution and you providing judgement and sign off, critically reviewing management accounts output for risks, inconsistencies and control gaps and ensuring a consistently high-quality, on-time, audit-ready close
Act as the subject matter expert for external reporting and controls, providing technical challenge on Annual Report and Half-Year Report verification activity, owning accounting policy judgements and their documentation, and liaising with external auditors on balance sheet and reporting matters as needed
Be accountable for a strong internal control environment, and drive continuous improvement and automation to reduce manual effort and improve the quality of outputs
Hold the team accountable for effective Order-to-Cash processes across the group, maintaining strong control and discipline, while proactively identifying emerging risks or areas of complexity
Own the cost budgeting process in partnership with FP&A, ensuring cost centre owners work to a clear timetable, challenge assumptions and are well prepared to present to the CFO, and build a team that acts as trusted finance partners across the business, providing insight and challenge that shapes commercial decisions, stepping in personally for the most complex or senior conversations
Maintain strong awareness of corporate governance as a listed business, provide senior oversight of working capital performance including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, and deputise for the Group Financial Controller as required, including representing Financial Control at key forums
We'd love to hear from you if you have...🔍
Qualified accountant status (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience running month end, balance sheet, reconciliation and working capital processes in a complex business
Experience managing and developing senior finance managers or teams, including setting direction and managing performance through others, with a track record of holding teams to high standards

Introducing the People Team at Trainline 👋
At Trainline, the People Team is central to supporting the company’s ambition and growth plans.
We are looking for a People Operations Advisor to join our UK People Operations team. Reporting into our UK People Operations Team Manager, you’ll work on all things HR and be responsible for supporting employees across the business and helping to make Trainline a great place to work. You’ll provide high quality support in relation to both core HR processes and ad-hoc projects and quickly become an integral part of the team and wider business.
If you’re successful in your application, you’ll be joining an enthused and high performing team, one which prides itself on providing stellar service at every stage of the employee life cycle, from on-boarding to off-boarding and everything in between.
As a People Operations Advisor at Trainline, you will...🚅
Provide high-quality first-line support to Trainliners and resolving HR process and policy queries professionally and within agreed SLAs.
Produce and maintain accurate people data, ensuring high data integrity in our HRIS (HiBob) and that updates are completed promptly. Apply a data-literate, analytical mindset to validate information and produce reports that support People Ops delivery and decision-making.
Deliver change alongside day-to-day People services by contributing to People Ops projects such as system enhancements, process redesign, and embedding AI-enabled solutions, while balancing inbox SLAs, operational deadlines, and project work through effective planning and prioritisation to ensure reliable delivery.
Work with People Business Partners to support cyclical People processes and document and implement employee lifecycle changes, including personal and contractual updates.
Support the preparation, validation, and processing of the monthly UK payroll, ensuring accurate and timely data inputs and alignment between HiBob and payroll workflows.
Deliver day-to-day benefits administration, managing enrolments and changes accurately and resolving benefit-related issues efficiently.
Manage employee lifecycle administration, including pre-boarding, contracts, background checks, Right to Work documentation, and visa sponsorship, ensuring employee data is accurate across systems and workflows.
Process People-related invoices and purchase orders accurately, partnering with accounts payable and supporting effective financial administration.
Support and manage the improvement, implementation, and documentation of People policies, processes, and templates, ensuring they remain up to date, user-friendly, and aligned with a tech-first, self-service culture.
Based on the sensitive nature of the role, it’s important that you bring the appropriate degree of discretion and empathy in the way you operate. To this end, you’ll be responsible for identifying escalation points and making sure that any issues are managed appropriately and are dealt with efficiently. Furthermore, being heavily involved in all our HR processes means that you’ll be ideally placed to contribute towards the development of new solutions that further enhance the quality, competence and effectiveness of our current offering.
We'd love to hear from you if you have...🔍
You bring a solid foundation in People Operations and are motivated to continue learning and developing in a fast-moving, tech-enabled environment.
Working understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and core HR processes, with the ability and curiosity to stay up to date with regulatory change.
Experience supporting payroll administration, including maintaining payroll data, running checks, and a working understanding of UK tax, NI, and statutory requirements.
Comfortable working with HR systems (ideally HiBob or similar HRIS), with a genuine interest in using technology to improve People processes.
Data-literate, with the ability to produce, interpret, and validate reports, ensure data quality, and use insights to support People Partners and business needs
Exposure to process and ways-of-working improvement, such as documenting workflows, testing system enhancements, refining templates, or supporting change implementation.
Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling people data, contracts, payroll inputs, or employee records.
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain policies and processes confidently.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, able to manage competing priorities, balance BAU and project work, and work to agreed SLAs.
Confident using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel / Sheets for data handling and reporting.
We’re looking for a team player with a ‘roll your sleeves up’ attitude. A self-starter with a helpful, people-orientated demeanour and a high degree of integrity and confidentiality, someone itching expand upon their HR and payroll experience. Super-strong organisation and interpersonal skills are essential, and you’ll also bring the ability to work at pace and with agility.
An HR qualification isn’t necessary - as long as you can demonstrate your interest in HR and show a comprehensive understanding of HR processes and policies, we’ll provide you with the necessary professional development to make you an HR superhero.
This is fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR, keen to work in a fast-moving, forward-thinking technology business, and looking to develop their career. This is a UK-based role, but we also support offices in France, Spain and Italy. Experience working with employees in these countries would be helpful, but is not essential.

Help us use technology to make a big green dent in the universe!
Kraken powers some of the most innovative global developments in energy.
We create the technology that redefines utilities and unlocks a new energy system of the future. By optimising renewable generation, building a more intelligent grid, and empowering utilities to deliver an exceptional customer experience, our operating system is transforming the industry worldwide.
It’s an incredibly exciting time to work in energy. Join us on our mission to improve the lives of ONE BILLION humans within the decade and shape a cleaner, better future for everyone.
AI is a key investment area for Kraken Technologies. A crucial part of this is building the shared foundations that let every team use AI well and move faster on our mission.
You'll work in AI Foundations. We build the platform that lets teams across Kraken build and run AI agents. Our work covers four areas:
Access: connecting people and systems to approved AI models and tools
Context: grounding AI in trusted Kraken knowledge, data and systems
Enablement: reusable building blocks for AI-powered workflows and products
Governance: permissions, safety, quality, cost and visibility across the lifecycle
🏡 Where you'll fit in
We're hiring Senior Software Engineers to join one of our three squads:
Context: Build the Kraken-specific knowledge layer to make LLMs useful. This covers our internal AI assistant, a structured "client brain" that captures client context and decisions, and pipelines that collect knowledge from tools like Notion, Slack and GitHub.
Tooling: deliver LLMs into people's hands. We run the AI Hub (usage insights, MCP gateway, self-serve and specialist agents), the LiteLLM gateway behind Claude Code, Codex and Claude Desktop, and secure cloud dev boxes for AI-assisted engineering.
Evals & Observability: covers skill evals, internal benchmarking, agent safety and guardrails, and observability for live AI runs.
Squads are flexible: when priorities shift, people move. This is a hands-on senior individual-contributor role. With your squad lead and the wider team, you'll own large parts of our platform, turn ideas into production systems, shape architecture decisions and help raise the engineering bar.
👾 What you'll own
Build shared AI platform services: Design, build and run Python services that other teams rely on, such as gateways, agent runtimes, knowledge pipelines and eval harnesses.
Build and run agents: Work out how agents are triggered, authenticated, monitored and governed across systems like Slack, GitHub, Notion and Asana. Ship both self-serve agents and specialist agents.
Ground AI in Kraken context: Collect, structure and serve company knowledge so agents give answers that are correct, current and safe to use.
Measure and prove quality: Define meaningful test cases, build evals whose results can be reproduced, and add tracing so we know how AI behaves in real use.
Build in safety and governance: Turn permissions, guardrails, budgets and data-access rules into software you can maintain, working with Security and TechOps.
Operate in AWS: Deploy and support services on AWS and Kubernetes, and make sound reliability, performance and cost trade-offs.
Drive adoption: Work directly with engineers and non-technical teams, run workshops, write clear docs and turn feedback into product.
Raise the engineering bar: Review designs and code, mentor others, and create patterns that can be reused across AI Foundations.
🧠 What you bring to the party
Strong senior-level software engineering: You have owned complex services end to end, from design through testing, deployment and operation.
Deep engineering fundamentals: Good judgement on system design, concurrency, security, testing and architecture trade-offs. Strong production Python.
Hands-on LLM and agent experience: You have built real things with LLMs, you know where they fail, and you use AI coding tools every day.
Cloud experience: You're comfortable running services in AWS and owning their reliability and scalability.
Product sense: You care whether people actually use what you build.
Clear communication: You can explain trade-offs to technical and non-technical people and challenge ideas constructively.
Learning agility: You pick up new tools and domains quickly in a field that changes every month.
🚀 What success looks like
Adoption: You ship platform features that teams across Kraken adopt and rely on.
Solid systems: The services you own are observable, secure, scalable and cost-aware.
Trust at scale: Teams can build and trust agents without rebuilding the basics.
Team impact: You make your squad, and the teams around it, better.
⭐️ Bonus points:
AI engineering: Pydantic AI, LiteLLM, LangChain, MCP servers
Knowledge and retrieval: RAG, search, embeddings, knowledge graphs
Evals and safety: Inspect AI, Ragas, OpenAI Evals, NeMo Guardrails, red teaming
Platform: Kubernetes, sandboxed or cloud dev environments, AWS Bedrock
Backend: Django
Observability: Datadog, OpenTelemetry
Are you ready for a career with us? We want to ensure you have the right tools and environment to unleash your potential. If you have any accommodation requests, please contact us at ----- We’ll do our best to tailor the experience to your needs so you can feel comfortable, confident and be at your best!
Studies have shown that some groups of people, like women, are less likely to apply to a role unless they meet 100% of the job requirements. Whoever you are, if you like one of our jobs, we encourage you to apply as you might just be the candidate we’re looking for! At Kraken, we're creating a team of genuine, honest, empathetic people. Our people are our strongest asset and the unique skills and perspectives people bring to the team are the driving force of our success. Are you an experienced railway professional with knowledge and experience of roles like COSS, ES and PICOP?
You already understand the track and the people who work on it. We're looking for people like you to help put new safety technology into the hands of the workforce - and to be part of a big change in how track workers are kept safe.
At Tended, we create first-of-a-kind safety systems that transform rail worker safety. Our geofencing solution has been named one of TIME's Best Inventions and has made the Digital Leaders 100 list for Geospatial Initiative of the Year. It's already out there on the track, helping to keep people away from the running line and improving on site efficiency.
Network Rail is committed to geofencing for the long term, and the rollout across the Sussex region is already underway. We're looking for an Implementation Lead to help us grow our capability on the ground..
As an Implementation Lead, you're the bridge between Tended and our clients, guiding their teams through helping their teams get comfortable using our kit out on-site.
You'll lead key client deployments on the ground, working closely with Tended's project managers to deliver an excellent service. Success in this role depends on building strong, trusting relationships quickly - so first-class communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Our technology is used by track workers with a wide range of technical confidence. You'll develop a deep understanding of our products so you can coach users through their day-to-day challenges and until they’re confident using it on their own. Being on-site also puts you in a unique position to see how our products are really used - spotting ideas for how we can make it better and feeding improvements back to the team.
You'll need strong knowledge of the rail environment and the roles within it, and you'll either hold a Personal Track Safety (PTS) qualification or meet the requirements to obtain one. Above all, we're looking for someone proactive and approachable - person fit matters to us.**
Travel and working pattern
This is a field-based role centred on regular client site visits across the Sussex region. You'll spend at least 3 days a week in the depot and on site, with the remaining time working remotely or in person with your line manager.
Because our users work shifts, this role covers both nightshifts and dayshifts, and includes weekend and bank holiday working - flexibility to meet the needs of the business and our clients is essential.
In return, we have excellent policies covering travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses, as well as fatigue management and time off in lieu.
A full driving licence is required.
Even if you don’t feel you have all of the requirements listed below, we’d encourage you to apply, as we’re looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow with us.
Essential
You have experience as an ES, ESA, COSS, Site Agent, or in a comparable on-site leadership role within the railway or a related industry.
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to influence site teams and users, and turn them into capable users of our product. Experience of working with different roles, from track workers to site managers is desirable.
You are comfortable with technology and enthusiastic to develop an in-depth understanding of our products to provide on-site coaching and support to users.
You take a detailed approach and consistently follow established processes and procedures with accuracy.
You instinctively take initiative to find and fix problems, thinking out of the box to find ways to make things better.
Desirable
You might have practical, hands-on experience of on-the-ground delivery of new technologies, delivering to a range of different kinds of users with different levels of tech-savviness.
You might have experience with project management tools.
You might have some experience in project management disciplines such as planning, managing risks, dependencies, issues, timelines, budgets, scope, deliverables and quality.
You might have some commercial awareness, such as understanding how to demonstrate the value of our work to clients during delivery.

We’re looking for a passionate Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team at STRATOS – someone eager to sit at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and real-world impact.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with industry leaders to embed our platform deep into their operations – transforming strategic intent into live systems that drive measurable results. In today’s world, where the last mile of implementation creates the competitive moat, you’ll be the catalyst turning software into scale.
About Us
At STRATOS Technologies, we are transforming how companies make data-driven decisions with our innovative Strategy Operating System. Our software integrates complex datasets into a unified solution, enabling businesses to strengthen their long-term strategies through clear and actionable insights.
Our founders, former business and tech executives who led a $1B division at a Fortune 500 industrial company, originally built a digital twin of their enterprise to drive synchronized planning and execution. Seeing the market’s lack of such a system, they launched STRATOS in 2022 with a bold mission: to build the world’s first strategy operating system that unifies all internal and external data into a single platform.
Today, STRATOS is a category-defining, rapidly growing startup funded extensively by high-profile investors (e.g., Accel) and trusted by nearly a dozen global industrial leaders and Fortune 500 customers. Our software integrates complex datasets into a unified solution, combining deep data integration, best-in-class workflows, and cutting-edge generative AI.
From commercial AI agents to embedded intelligence that supercharges lean teams, STRATOS enables businesses to achieve 10x productivity and strengthen long-term strategies through actionable insights. We are now expanding our team to accelerate our growth even further and help our customers outperform their competition.
Why Forward Deployed Engineering
While we have a scalable technology backbone, we believe that Forward Deployed Engineering is the future of differentiated B2B SaaS in the GenAI age. Rather than shipping static tools, we partner closely with customers to deliver dynamic, tailored solutions where value is created in the implementation layer – not just the codebase.
Ensure client implementations are working successfully
Solve our customers’ hardest business challenges by adapting and deploying the STRATOS platform to their needs
Design and implement scalable generative AI workflows using platforms like Palantir AIP
Execute complex data integration using PySpark and other distributed technologies
Collaborate directly with clients to understand context, priorities, and key outcome
0-4 years of solid experience in data engineering or analytics.
Experience at start-up companies and/or an excitement to experience first-hand the adventure that comes with a fast-scaling tech company, alternatively experience at a top-tier consultancy.
The ability to translate complex and sometimes ambiguous business requirements into clean and maintainable data pipelines
Excellent knowledge of PySpark, Python and SQL fundamentals
The ability to get to grips with new technologies quickly
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Experience in dashboarding tools, Typescript and API development
Familiarity with Airflow, DBT, Databricks
Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (e.g. Oracle, SAP) and CRM systems
Equity through our stock option programme, so you share in the long-term success and growth of the company
A highly competitive salary
Direct access to Fortune 500 executives from your first months, at a level most people wait a decade for
Work alongside former MBB consultants and Fortune 500 executives who will teach you directly — our team is small enough that this happens in person, not through a training curriculum
Private healthcare
Pension scheme
25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays
Work from abroad — up to four weeks a year, and up to two weeks at a time
Hybrid office policy, with visa sponsorship available
A company committed to social and environmental responsibility — we pledge to be a net-zero CO₂ company and donate 1% of our revenue to social causes
Practicalities
London-based, 3 days a week in our Farringdon office
