🎯 Job Board

Assistant General Counsel – Product and Regulatory Legal (EU)
Kraken – United Kingdom

Building the Future of Open Finance

Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.

Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page to understand what drives us and how we work.

The team

Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.

Join our Product and Regulatory Legal team, embedded with Kraken's Product, Design and Engineering teams to ship novel products and experiences that accelerate the global adoption of crypto. We are a tight, experienced group of lawyers from a diverse range of tradfi, fintech and crypto backgrounds who move fast, stay curious and take pride in the commercial accountability of our advice, partnering directly with Product, senior leadership and Compliance to chart clear, defensible paths to launch and to keep our licensed entities running smoothly.

This is a senior product-facing legal role for the European Union. You will be the lawyer the business trusts on questions that cut across several regimes at once: for example, a single product such as a tokenised equity, a card, or an institutional custody and prime brokerage service can touch the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive ("MiFID II"), the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation ("MiCA"), the Payment Services Directive ("PSD2"), the Electronic Money Directive ("EMD2") and banking rules at the same time. You will bring clarity on which regime applies, what it requires, and how to launch within it.

The opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Product Legal, you will act as a senior legal adviser to European leadership on new products, licensing structure and regulatory strategy.

  • Own cross-functional product counselling for European Union launches from discovery to design, launch and iteration, giving Product, Engineering, Compliance and leadership decision-ready advice with clear options and risk trade-offs

  • Advise on the regulatory perimeter and classification of new offerings across MiFID II and the Markets in Financial Instruments Regulation ("MiFIR"), MiCA, the European Market Infrastructure Regulation ("EMIR"), payment services and electronic money rules, and banking regulation, including where an instrument or service falls between regimes (for example tokenised securities, crypto-asset derivatives, margin and financing, and stablecoin-linked products)

  • Advise on payments and electronic money offerings, including the Krak card and account propositions, safeguarding, open banking and account-access obligations, and the developing Payment Services Directive 3 and Payment Services Regulation framework

  • Advise on banking-related questions that arise in the European Union, including bank partnerships and sponsor-bank arrangements, deposit-taking and lending perimeter questions, the Capital Requirements Regulation and Directive, and the interaction of these rules with our custody, prime brokerage and financing products

  • Monitor and interpret European Union legislative and supervisory developments, take part in consultations and industry association work where appropriate, and translate their significance for the business proactively

  • Draft and negotiate client-facing terms and conditions, taking clear, business-aligned positions

  • Act as gatekeeper for European Union outside counsel engagements: scope the work, estimate and manage cost, and sign off before matters go externally

  • Mentor and develop more junior lawyers in the team, set quality standards for plain-English, risk-based advice, and act as a senior sounding board for colleagues across the Regulatory Legal team

  • Use AI-assisted tools (for example Enterprise GPTs) to speed up regulatory analysis, first drafts and matter tracking, and to build self-service tools that let stakeholders answer commoditised legal and regulatory questions themselves

  • Advise on anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing requirements affecting products, including the Transfer of Funds Regulation ("Travel Rule") and the new European Union anti-money laundering package, and on market abuse, conduct, outsourcing and operational resilience obligations, including the Digital Operational Resilience Act ("DORA")

  • Lead or oversee licensing, authorisation and variation workstreams in the European Union, including scoping requirements, mapping pathways, supervising outside counsel, preparing application materials and managing regulator interactions

What you bring

  • Qualified lawyer admitted in Ireland, England and Wales, or another European Union Member State

  • 15 or more years' post-qualification experience ("PQE") in financial services regulatory law, gained at a regulated financial services institution (for example a bank, payment institution, broker-dealer, exchange, central counterparty or crypto services provider) or at a leading law firm supporting such clients, ideally with in-house or direct product counselling experience

  • Deep, current knowledge of several of the following, with real depth in at least two: MiFID II and MiFIR (investment services, market structure, derivatives and conduct), MiCA (crypto-asset services, custody, trading platforms and stablecoins), European Union payment services and electronic money regulation, and European Union banking regulation

  • Demonstrated ability to analyse novel products against overlapping regimes and give a clear view on classification and perimeter, including in areas where the rules are unsettled or supervisors have not yet spoken

  • Direct experience managing senior regulator relationships, including notifications, information requests, supervisory correspondence and examinations

  • Working knowledge of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, outsourcing and operational resilience obligations, including DORA

  • Proven ability to instruct, supervise and manage the cost of outside counsel across multiple jurisdictions

  • Outstanding analytical, drafting and organisational skills, with crisp, plain-English writing

  • Ability to distill complex legal and regulatory issues into clear, actionable guidance for non-lawyer stakeholders and for senior leadership

  • A pragmatic, commercially accountable approach to legal and regulatory risk that gives stakeholders a useful range of options and a clear recommendation

  • Experience mentoring or managing lawyers, and the judgement to know when to escalate

  • Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving, remote environment

  • Familiarity with using AI tools such as Enterprise GPTs to increase the efficiency of legal services

Nice to haves

  • Experience advising on tokenised securities and the European Union Distributed Ledger Technology Pilot Regime

  • Experience with EMIR, including the clearing obligation, margin for non-centrally cleared derivatives and transaction reporting

  • Experience with prime brokerage, securities financing, margin lending or institutional custody

  • Experience advising on the United Kingdom cryptoasset regime or other non-European Union frameworks that intersect with European Union operations

  • Experience supporting regulatory aspects of corporate transactions, such as change-of-control notifications and entity migrations

  • Experience with European Union data protection and consumer protection rules as they apply to financial products

  • Fluency in a second European language

  • An authentic interest in crypto and digital assets, and familiarity with Payward's and competitors' products

Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.

We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

Our commitment

Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.

Staff Brand Designer - Consumer
Kraken – United Kingdom

Building the Future of Open Finance

Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.

Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page to understand what drives us and how we work.

The team

Kraken's Consumer Creative & Design team owns end-to-end creative execution for Kraken Consumer and Krak. Our disciplines cover performance ad creative, 2D and 3D design, motion design, AI video creative and web design. We turn growth strategy into creative that converts across paid, owned and organic surfaces. We work closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content & Social, Lifecycle and our regional leads, and we hold the line on brand and messaging quality on everything that ships.

The opportunity

As our Staff Brand Designer, you come to the table with a strong design vision and set the visual standard for Kraken. You design static and 3D work for launches, campaigns and always-on activity, and you make sure it looks like one brand wherever someone meets it. You can take a brief or proactive idea to a finished, approved asset set, and you're equally comfortable building a clean, systemized layout in Figma and modeling and rendering a hero 3D asset in Cinema 4D.

You report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, who gives you direction, feedback and cover in reviews. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. Senior here means craft and ownership: you set the bar for brand and 3D quality on the team, you build systems others can work from, and you're the person colleagues come to with design questions.

What you'll do

  • Design static 2D and 3D creative for Kraken Consumer and Krak across product launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity.

  • Concept, model, light, texture and render 3D assets in Cinema 4D, from hero visuals to reusable asset libraries and templates.

  • Apply and extend the Kraken Consumer brand across surfaces, from organic social, lifecycle and web to illustration and foundational projects like key visual updates, keeping everything cohesive and recognizable without making it repetitive.

  • Design initiative-specific work, including a distinct look and partner-branded assets for launches such as IPOs, and purpose-built illustration for go-to-market and product moments.

  • Build scalable systems: Figma component libraries, marketing templates and modular campaign kits with localization-ready layouts, so other designers, other teams and our automated workflows can produce on-brand work quickly.

  • Use AI-assisted production as a core part of how the brand gets made, and know when it speeds the work up and when it doesn't.

  • Bring ideas to briefs rather than executing them literally. Push back with a point of view when a brief is unclear or the idea can be stronger.

  • Version and localize work across markets, languages and formats, with layouts that hold up under translation and market-specific requirements.

  • Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to get work approved without losing the idea.

  • Collaborate closely with our motion, web, performance and AI video designers so 3D and static work travels well across formats.

  • Hold a high craft bar on your own work and give clear, constructive feedback on others'.

What you'll bring

  • 7+ years of brand, static and 3D design experience at a high-volume in-house team or agency, ideally in fintech, crypto or another regulated category (a competitor or similar company is a big plus).

  • A portfolio that proves it, submitted with your application. Include the brief or objective alongside the work and the result where you're able to share it. We'd like to see brand and static work, at least one 3D piece with a short note on your process, an example of work you adapted for multiple formats or markets, and an example of a system or template set that other people built from.

  • Command of Cinema 4D and the surrounding 3D workflow (modeling, lighting, materials, rendering), with shipped work to show for it.

  • Expert-level Figma: components, auto layout, variables, and files that are easy to hand off and build on.

  • Strong layout, hierarchy, type and composition that hold up at small sizes and in multiple languages.

  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted production tools, and good judgment about where they belong in a workflow.

  • Comfort working inside regulatory constraints, including layouts that accommodate risk warnings, disclaimers and market-specific requirements without compromising the design.

  • Working fluency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects for light motion).

  • Speed without sloppiness. You're comfortable with fast turnarounds, several review rounds and late changes.

  • A solid instinct for plain language and clear communication: value first, no hype, no jargon.

  • Curious about investing and crypto at a minimum, and able to make the space legible to others.

Head of Organic Growth, Kraken Pro
Kraken – United Kingdom

Building the Future of Open Finance

Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.

Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page to understand what drives us and how we work.

The team

Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world’s longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. Offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.

Kraken Pro is where serious traders live. Millions of them. But a great product only wins if the right traders find it, trust it, and actually fund an account. Right now, our organic engine isn’t pulling its weight.

You’re going to fix that.

The opportunity

We’re seeking a hands-on Head of Organic Growth to own how Kraken Pro gets discovered and how curious traders become active ones. At Kraken, understanding our brand ethos, mission, and the traders we serve is essential. Organic is where brand and acquisition meet.

We’re looking for a player-coach who moves fast but thinks long-term, gets in the weeds while leading from the front, and knows that traffic means nothing if it doesn’t convert. This role demands sharp B2C acquisition instincts, a product-first mindset, an obsession with UX, and a self-starter attitude.

  • Own organic acquisition. Build and run the strategy across SEO, content, social, community, referrals, and partnerships to bring high-intent traders to Kraken Pro.

  • Find out if people convert. Map the funnel from first touch to first trade, report on it clearly, and figure out where traders drop off and how to win them back.

  • Make UX your edge. Work with Product and Design to audit and improve landing pages, sign-up flows, onboarding, and in-product moments. Great acquisition dies in bad UX, and you know it.

  • Acquire through brand. Make every growth channel a brand-building one. Reach is easy to buy; trust is what makes traders stay.

  • Know the product cold. Use Kraken Pro like a trader would, understand what makes it better, and turn those strengths into growth levers.

  • Lead a lean, scrappy team. Set direction, coach, and unblock a small team, while staying hands-on enough to ship, test, and fix things yourself.

  • Test and learn. Run experiments across channels and funnel steps, double down on what works, and kill what doesn’t.

  • Report what matters. Build clear dashboards and insights that show leadership what’s driving growth, what isn’t, and what to do next.

  • Ship responsibly. Partner with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years in B2C acquisition or growth marketing, ideally in fintech, crypto, trading or gaming with experience in a player-coach role leading a small team.

  • Product savvy. You understand how products work, why people use them, and how to turn features into growth.

  • UX instinct. You can spot friction in a flow from a mile away and brief Product and Design on how to fix it.

  • High AI competency. Enabling you to multiply your impact and keep up with demand.

  • Analytical rigor. Comfortable with funnels, cohorts, attribution, and experimentation, and able to turn data into decisions and clear stories.

  • Speed under pressure. Markets don’t wait for approval cycles and neither do you.

  • Range as a marketer. SEO, content, social, lifecycle, partnerships. You know enough about each to direct the work, and you can roll up your sleeves when needed.

  • Taste. Knowing which channels and tactics not to pursue is as valuable as knowing which to scale.

  • Familiarity trading culture, and the language traders use.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared growth goal.

Senior Software Engineer – AI Infrastructure

The AI Infrastructure team builds and operates the production systems that power intelligent agents at scale. This team sits at the foundation of the agent platform, ensuring that model inference, orchestration, and execution layers are reliable, observable, and performant under real-world load.

Working closely with the Agent Systems team and broader infrastructure partners, this group owns the core primitives that enable agents to safely operate across internal systems. The environment is high-scale and high-stakes — systems serve millions of users and must meet strict reliability, latency, and correctness standards.

This is a deeply production-oriented team. Engineers here combine strong systems thinking with applied ML infrastructure experience, building in Rust and operating services where performance and failure modes matter.

The opportunity

  • Design and build the infrastructure layer powering AI agent systems in production

  • Develop high-performance Rust services that handle model inference, orchestration, and execution

  • Architect scalable systems capable of supporting millions of users and high request throughput

  • Build reliable ML infrastructure and MLOps patterns for model deployment, evaluation, and monitoring

  • Define guardrails, observability, and failure handling for agent-driven workflows

  • Optimize latency, throughput, and cost across inference and orchestration layers

  • Partner closely with the Agent Systems team to translate experimental prototypes into hardened production systems

  • Contribute to foundational infrastructure decisions in a high-scale, high-impact environment

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience building and operating high-scale production systems

  • Strong proficiency in Rust and systems-level programming

  • Deep understanding of distributed systems, reliability engineering, and performance optimization

  • Experience operating services serving millions of users or high-throughput workloads

  • Familiarity with ML infrastructure, model serving, or MLOps in production environments

  • Experience designing observability, monitoring, and failure recovery systems

  • Strong collaboration skills working across infrastructure and applied engineering teams

  • High ownership mindset in high-stakes production environment

Nice to haves

  • Experience building infrastructure for agent-based or LLM-powered systems

  • Background in high-performance networking, async systems, or low-latency architectures

  • Experience with container orchestration and cloud-native infrastructure

  • Familiarity with evaluation frameworks and model performance monitoring at scale

  • Experience working in fast-moving 0→1 or platform-building teams

Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.

Clinical AI Engineer
Heidi – London

We’re Heidi.

We're building the future of healthcare by giving every clinician the earth's finest AI Care Partner. Our platform has absorbed the administrative chaos of 175 million patient visits and supported 67 million clinical hours. Today, we support 2.8 million patient sessions a week across 190+ countries, in 110 languages and over 200 specialties.

Healthcare systems are failing us; clinicians spend more time on documentation than on patients, and the human connection that makes medicine worth practicing is eroding. Our mission is simple: double the world’s capacity for care and strengthen the human connection at its heart.

We found product-market fit with a freemium medical scribe that clinicians love. Now, we're expanding. Every task a clinician hands to Heidi is a patient who feels more attended to, a health system unclogged, and a clinician who gets to be a clinician again.

We’ve grown annual recurring revenue from $1 million to $50 million in two years.

To go further, we’ve secured US$340 million: a $100 million Series C led by Blackbird, with Phoenix Court, Point72 Private Investments and Headline, alongside a $240 million growth investment led by General Catalyst’s Customer Value Fund.

If you want to join us in doing work worth shipping, jump in.

The role

We’re looking for a doctor who has moved into AI and can code, to join Clinical AI R&D as a Clinical AI Engineer. You’ll sit inside a product pod and own the evidence for its product: define the evaluation before anyone builds, run it to a standard a journal reviewer would accept, keep watching the product once it ships, publish what the evidence shows, and change the product when the evidence says to.

The pod’s engineers can change the product but can’t judge whether a discharge summary missed something a consultant would catch. Clinicians can make that call but can’t open a pull request. You do both, and you treat the gap between a model’s output and good clinical practice as the thing you’re here to measure and close.

The loop doesn’t end at launch. You stay with the product for its life in market.

What you’ll do

  • Design the evaluation. Define evaluations for greenfield products to an academic standard: endpoints, comparators, ground truth, sample size, analysis plan. Set the bar before the result arrives.

  • Build the measurement. Build, optimize and validate the LLM judges and rubrics that score the product at scale. Report their agreement with clinician ground truth, not their convenience, and retire the ones that drift.

  • Run it and write it up. Execute the evaluation, do the statistics, and write it up once in a form that serves the pod, the regulatory file and an academic submission.

  • Run post-market surveillance. Monitor output quality in production and respond to regulatory feedback with data. Our clinical safety team triages complaints and incidents; you’re their counterpart in the pod, working out what their findings mean for the product and what should change.

  • Fix what the evidence finds. Prompt and rubric changes, evaluation harness changes, code changes in the pod’s codebase, shipped through the pod’s normal review and release process.

  • Publish. Contribute to peer-reviewed literature on the translational benefit of the product.

  • Be the clinician in the room. Catch the output that reads well and is wrong. Hold the line on clinical nuance when a shortcut would ship faster.

What you'll need

  • A medical degree and clinical practice with independent clinical judgment. This role runs on medical nuance, and this requirement doesn’t flex.

  • Academic depth. Study design, inferential statistics, agreement and reliability measures, sample size, handling of multiple comparisons. Thesis or publication-level work, not a methods module.

  • Experience evaluating medical software or clinical AI, including building or validating LLM-as-judge pipelines.

  • Enough engineering to work in a production codebase. Read it, understand what a change will do, make the change in Python or TypeScript, and get it through review. Prompt engineering and AI-assisted coding are daily tools here, and they’re the floor, not the ceiling.

  • Independence. You can run a project for weeks with light direction, and you say early when it’s stuck.

  • Clear writing. Evaluation reports, surveillance summaries and manuscripts are the primary output of this role.

Nice to have

  • Post-market surveillance or vigilance work under a medical device framework (TGA, MHRA, FDA or EU MDR). Appetite to learn counts for more than existing depth.

  • Peer-reviewed publications on clinical AI or LLM evaluation.

  • Machine learning background beyond prompting, such as fine-tuning or classical model evaluation.

  • Specialty depth in an area Heidi is moving into.

  • An academic or clinical-site network able to host a study.

How we show up

  • Build for the next decade, not next quarter. Our targets are outrageous on purpose. The world's health doesn't have the luxury of incrementalism.

  • Lead, don't wait. We treat tomorrow's problems today. Sometimes we build what's needed before it's wanted, and we're fine with that.

  • Follow the evidence. Trust the patient. We pursue truth relentlessly. But when the subjective and objective disagree, we treat the patient, not the numbers. Ego is a comorbidity we can't afford.

  • Own the outcome. Everyone here carries the company. Raise problems with solutions, solve them end-to-end, and never be a bystander.

  • Ship, measure, go again. A button today, a workflow tomorrow. More iterations beat better planning. We're precise at pace, not reckless.

  • Live in clinicians' reality. Not the ideal workflow, the twenty-patients-before-lunch actual one. We build for exhausted humans, and we'd better be decent ones while we do it.

Why Heidi?

You’ll join a team measured on real-world impact, not press cycles. We live and breathe the challenges of modern health systems, and are laser-focused on exacting the change we’d like to see. We’re medicos, engineers, builders and designers who’ve felt (on every side of the equation) what non-care feels like, the moral and practical toll as a provider or receiver.

Building what we’re building isn’t always easy. Standard tech playbooks routinely fail in healthcare, and the friction of the medical system will test your perseverance. But we didn’t choose easy, we chose a purpose-driven mission that actually matters. We hold ourselves to a higher standard because healthcare demands it. If you join Heidi, you recognize that the deeper question isn’t whether AI can solve the global healthcare crisis, but whose hands will shape it.

True A-players progress extremely fast here. The nature of the scale-up game is demanding, but we value sustainable performance and mental health. You're trusted to perform, and you set your schedule. We operate on outcomes > inputs, not process theatre. We all take the bins out, metaphorically and literally.

Our Benefits

  • Equity from day one. When Heidi wins, you win. You'll share directly in the success you help create.

  • Your health, covered. Comprehensive private medical and dental cover through Bupa, plus 24/7 mental health, coaching and wellbeing support through Sonder and a £100/month Healthy Heidi’s stipend.

  • Global parental leave. 26 weeks paid for primary carers and 18 weeks for secondary carers, subject to eligibility.

  • Fertility support. £7,000 one-off payment, eligibility applies.

  • Learning & development. £700 per year for courses, books, memberships, conferences and more.

  • Home office budget of £500 one-off to set up a workspace you actually want to work in.

  • Recharge days after major milestones and busy periods so you can reset and come back strong.

  • Work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year, wherever the world takes you.

  • Clinical leave. 10 days per year for eligible clinical roles to maintain accreditation and requirements.

  • Flexibility that works. A hybrid environment, with 3 days in the office.

Heidi’s commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Heidi is dedicated to creating an equitable, inclusive, and supportive work environment that brings people together from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Our strength is in our differences. We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are proud to welcome all applicants as we're committed to promoting a culture of opportunity for all.

Principal Product Designer (Ventures)
Deliveroo – London, England, United Kingdom

Our Global Structure

Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we're unlocking new possibilities as one global team.

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Product team defines how millions of people experience Deliveroo, turning complex marketplace challenges into simple, high-impact solutions. Working at the intersection of data, design and engineering, we set direction, prioritise what matters most, and deliver outcomes that move the business forward.

We're looking for a Principal Product Designer to join our Ventures team in London. You'll be the senior design voice on an early-stage product, taking it from first concept to a test-market launch and shaping it for global scale.

About Ventures

Ventures is DoorDash's internal incubator, where we build the next generation of businesses adjacent to our core. We fund small teams with a strong sense of ownership and grow the investment as they hit clear milestones. Early on, teams build a Minimum Lovable Product and prove product-market fit in a single country. Successful initiatives graduate to new resources and new markets, with the chance to become the next billion-euro businesses at DoorDash. Ventures teams are scrappy and ambitious, chase goals that almost feel too ambitious, and thrive on a startup mentality and a high tolerance for ambiguity. We're now placing bigger and more diverse bets than ever, and we need people with equal ambition and drive to build and scale, or sunset, some of our biggest experiments yet.

What You'll Be Doing

Vision & Influence

  • Define the design vision and strategy across several Ventures products, deciding what to build at product-area level and sequencing work across teams.

Staff Product Designer (Ventures)

We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to join our Ventures team in London.

Direction & Influence

  • Set the design direction for a new product, turning customer and business inputs into a clear point of view and roadmap, deciding what to build.
  • Become an expert on local market needs, shaping the experience around how customers and partners behave in each place.
  • Partner with product, engineering, operations and commercial leaders as a trusted advisor who shapes the roadmap.
  • Build like a founder: shape success metrics, share weekly updates and present at key business reviews.

Craft & Delivery

  • Build a differentiated experience that competes with the best in a crowded market where customer expectations are high.
  • Design a scalable foundation for complex journeys such as payments, onboarding and matching supply with demand.
  • Turn regulation into design, working with legal, finance and operations to make complex constraints feel simple.
  • Raise the craft bar by mentoring designers, hosting critiques and building reusable systems and AI-assisted tools.

What You'll Need to Thrive

  • 0-1 Ownership: Proven experience taking at least one product from 0-1, across a new product, market or startup.
  • Craft Mastery: A portfolio of high-fidelity, shipped work that moved measurable outcomes.
  • Product Thinking: You balance customer needs, business goals and feasibility, and frame ambiguous problems.
  • Bias for Action: You'd rather ship and learn than polish in isolation.
  • Systems and AI Fluency: You design reusable systems, prototype with AI and coach peers to do the same.
  • Strategic Influence: You mentor designers and win over partners with differing priorities.

Project Co-ordinator
Radiant – UK

Project Coordinator

Location: London, with travel across Europe · Reports to: Delivery Manager · Team: Delivery

Company Overview:

Radiant is redefining how AI infrastructure is built.

We design and operate AI-native cloud platforms engineered for sovereignty, performance, and scale. Our infrastructure powers GPU-native workloads, multi-tenant control planes, and high-performance AI systems designed for the most demanding environments.

We are not building a generic cloud. We are building purpose-built AI infrastructure — from powered land, to compute, to software.

As we scale, we're building this organisation from the ground up. We're looking for people who'd rather build the playbook than inherit one — who are comfortable doing the work themselves as well as directing others, and who can adapt as fast as our strategy does. This is a startup model: attitude and adaptability matter more to us than years of experience or the size of team you've previously managed.

This is a client-side role supporting our Delivery Manager across data centre construction projects, with exposure to executive stakeholders, EPCs, contractors, cost consultants, equipment OEMs, and the teams receiving each completed site.

What You'll Do

You'll own governance and reporting across Radiant's live construction projects, for all RIBA stages, supporting multiple sites across regions from our London base. You'll work directly with the Delivery Manager, running the project controls and taking ownership of building new ones where gaps appear.

Key Responsibilities

Programme and Governance

  • Own the governance cadence — agendas, pre-reads, minutes, action logs and decision registers — and chase overdue items without waiting to be asked.

  • Track programme milestones, stage gate criteria and critical path dependencies across multiple sites, flagging slippage early.

  • Maintain risk and issue logs, making sure every item has an owner, a mitigation and a date.

Procurement and Contractors

  • Track long-lead items against programme dates and escalate risk to energisation early.

  • Be the day-to-day interface with contractors and consultants: progress meetings, RFIs, submittals and change requests.

Cost

  • Keep a close eye on monthly costs against budget, tracking forecasts and change across each site.

  • Review interim payment valuations submitted by the Project Manager and cost consultant ahead of our approval, checking them against progress, programme and budget, and raising queries early.

Reporting and Information

  • Produce clear regular reporting for senior stakeholders.

  • Keep project documents, drawings and correspondence organised and easy to find.

Build the playbook

  • Help define Radiant's project controls templates, reporting standards and lessons-learned routines from scratch.

What You Bring:

  • Attitude matters more to us here than number of years of experience.

  • Experience in construction projects, on the contractor, consultant or developer side.

  • A working understanding of the design and construction lifecycle (RIBA Stages 2–6 or equivalent).

  • Comfort with numbers — budgets, forecasts and payment valuations — and the confidence to question them.

  • Comfort building routines and templates from experience rather than inheriting mature ones.

  • We're hiring for the instinct to spot problems early and follow them through, not years of managing a project office.

  • Clear writing and confidence chasing contractors, consultants and suppliers.

  • Willingness to travel to sites across Europe at short notice as projects demand; this is not a purely desk-based role.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Data centre or other mission-critical infrastructure experience.

  • Familiarity with scheduling and document control tools.

  • APM PMQ, PRINCE2, or equivalent.

Qualities we look for:

  • Set the standard: Every single day, you spot opportunities to constructively shake things up.

  • Inspire the change: There's no blueprint for the future. You'll embrace challenges and change.

  • You're real and you're true to yourself: We cherish and celebrate diversity so you'll feel right at home whoever you are and whoever you're talking to, you treat everyone the same.

  • Get stuck in: You'd rather be building than overseeing. Our strategy will keep evolving, and so will you — attitude and adaptability matter more to us than a fixed playbook or a big team behind you.

IT Operations Systems Assistant
Radiant – London

Reports to: People Manager / Operations team

Location: London / UK preferred (hybrid — office access is a bonus, not required)

This is a startup model: attitude and adaptability matter more to us than years of experience or the size of team you've previously managed.

This is a cross-functional role requiring strong technical, commercial, and delivery capabilities, with exposure to executive stakeholders and our EOR and benefits providers, regional legal and finance partners, and every hiring manager relying on one people function as we scale.

What You'll Do

You will provide day-to-day operational and technical support across Radiant's IT systems, hardware, and end users. The role acts as a first point of contact for IT support requests and plays a key part in keeping core systems, devices, and user accounts running smoothly, securely, and in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Service desk and user support

  • Act as first point of contact for IT support requests, logging, triaging, and resolving tickets, escalating to senior colleagues where appropriate

Systems and account administration

  • Administer user accounts through the joiner, mover, and leaver process, including account creation, permission changes, and timely deactivation of access

  • Assign and track software licences, ensuring allocations remain accurate and cost-effective

Hardware and asset management

  • Build, configure, and deploy laptops and mobile devices for new starters

  • Maintain an accurate IT asset register, tracking equipment from procurement through to secure disposal

  • Arrange repairs, replacements, and warranty claims with external suppliers

Security and compliance

  • Perform periodic audits of systems access

  • Support day-to-day security practices, including multi-factor authentication setup, access reviews, and prompt removal of leaver access

  • Follow established IT policies and procedures, and flag risks, incidents, or recurring issues to senior colleagues

  • Handle accounts, access, and company data with care and in line with data protection obligations

Documentation and continuous improvement

  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles, user guides, and internal process documentation

  • Identify recurring issues and contribute suggestions to improve systems, processes, and the end-user experience

Principal/Staff Security Engineer
Radiant – UK

About Radiant

Radiant is redefining how AI infrastructure is built. We design and operate AI-native infrastructure platforms engineered for sovereignty, performance, and scale — powering GPU-native workloads, multi-tenant control planes, and high-performance AI systems for the most demanding environments. We are building purpose-built AI infrastructure from powered land, to compute, to software.

As we scale our operations and deploy capital into the next generation of AI infrastructure, we are looking to expand our finance team with leaders who can combine technical strength with execution excellence and are driven to build.

Radiant was established by Brookfield, a leading global alternative asset manager with over US$1 trillion of assets under management across real estate, infrastructure, renewable power and transition, private equity and credit. Brookfield's global relationships, investment expertise and access to long-term institutional capital provide Radiant with a differentiated platform from which to develop, finance and operate AI infrastructure assets. This combination of entrepreneurial execution and institutional sponsorship enables Radiant to pursue large-scale GPU and AI infrastructure opportunities globally.

About the Role

Location: UK (occasional travel to data centre and test environments, confirm exact cadence) | Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent | Reports to: VP Information Security

We're looking for a Principal/ Staff Security Engineer to join Infosec, reporting to our VP InfoSec. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role. You will need a deep, technical understanding of Kubernetes clusters, network architecture and access controls to manage our production environment.

As we move toward owning and operating more of our own data centre footprint, the accuracy of our firewall policies, network access controls and technical security testing matters more than ever. This role will build our internal penetration testing capability, so testing becomes more targeted and accurate over time, working alongside our external testers rather than replacing them. What You'll Do

Security Testing & Audit:

  • Audit firewall policies and network access controls across the estate.

  • Conduct internal penetration testing, working alongside our external penetration testing partners.

  • Build a penetration testing strategy and cadence that improves accuracy and coverage over time.

  • Identify and help remediate security gaps found through testing and audit.

Production Estate & Technical Depth:

  • Build and maintain a deep, working understanding of our production environment, including Kubernetes clusters, network architecture and access controls.

  • Investigate technical issues directly and dig into root cause, rather than relying on reported findings alone.

  • Support the VP Infosec on controls testing across the Production Estate.

Access & Environment Management:

  • Own and maintain SSO and systems access configuration.

  • Build and maintain penetration testing environments, including small Kubernetes clusters as needed.

  • Maintain the tooling and infrastructure supporting security testing.

Collaboration:

  • Work proactively across engineering teams to avoid becoming a single point of knowledge or failure.

  • Document processes, findings and configurations so knowledge is shared, not siloed.

  • Partner with the Head of Security Operations on shared governance, risk reporting and security testing.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong Kubernetes experience, with the technical depth to investigate and resolve issues directly.

  • Experience auditing firewall policies and network access controls.

  • Experience conducting or coordinating penetration testing.

  • Comfortable maintaining and operating security tooling and environments on an ongoing basis.

  • Strong written communication skills, given the solo nature of the role.

  • Experience operating as the sole security engineer, or within a small security team.

Nice to Have

  • Network engineering experience or strong networking fundamentals.

  • Background in data centre environments, or related infrastructure environments.

  • Experience with AI security specifically.

  • Exposure to compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2, and an understanding of how technical controls map to audit evidence.

Why Join Radiant

  • Build Radiant's internal penetration testing capability at a moment when our security and compliance obligations are scaling fast, as a Brookfield portfolio company moving into owned data centre operations.

  • Work directly with our VP Infosec and Head of Security Operations, protecting both our corporate and production estates.

  • Be part of a team whose work protects the infrastructure powering sovereign and enterprise AI deployments globally.

  • Develop your career in a Brookfield backed company with resources, mentorship and genuine growth opportunities.

Datacentre Operations Engineer
Radiant – London

About Us

Radiant is powered intelligence, delivering scalable, high-performance compute infrastructure purpose-built for AI and HPC workloads. Operating across global data centres, we run mission-critical environments where uptime, throughput, and ultra-low latency are non-negotiable.

Role Overview

We are seeking a deeply technical, hardware-passionate Datacentre Operations Engineer to execute on-the-ground operations for our new East London deployment—Radiant's newest AI infrastructure site. This role focuses on delivering precise, repeatable physical practices—including advanced smart-hands support, complex cabling, and hands-on operation of high-density, air-cooled compute systems—to guarantee world-class SLAs on next-generation hardware architecture.

Working closely with Infrastructure (HPC) SRE, Network Engineering, and Datacentre Strategy teams, you will uphold uncompromising standards across East London's data centre floor, spanning multiple data halls. • Contribute to site-level capacity management operations, maintaining accurate records of power, space, and cooling utilisation

  • Support capacity planning activities by providing accurate as-built data and flagging infrastructure changes to the Lead and relevant teams

  • Manage on-the-ground assets from point of purchase and delivery through lifecycle management and disposal, owning asset management within Radiant's CMDB system

Infrastructure & Facilities

  • Handle RMAs and support requests within Radiant's Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to meet customer contract SLAs

  • Contribute to ongoing maintenance, fostering compliance and leveraging strong vendor partnerships

  • Operate cooling, power distribution (including busbar and PDU infrastructure), and other critical data centre technologies to maintain high operational standards

  • Develop and maintain datacentre/hardware management SOPs, ensuring continual alignment with Radiant's governance and compliance requirements

Service & Operational Excellence

  • Apply ITSM frameworks: Incident, Major Incident, Change Management, and service improvement

  • Operate and support services 24x7x365 for production environments as part of a structured on-site shift rotation—working 12-hour shifts across a 4-team pattern with two engineers on shift at all times—to meet tight customer SLAs

  • Prioritise and triage incident and smart-hands workload ensuring tight SLA coverage is maintained with a small on the ground team

  • Contribute to Incident postmortem analyses, root cause analysis, document learnings, and automate remediations

  • Communicate technical decisions clearly to stakeholders and customers

  • Champion a culture of: do, document, automate

  • Willing to cross train and upskill in Infrastructure/Platform SRE practices

  • Willing to travel across EMEA to support future datacentre onboarding and train in new technologies

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering, or 5+ years of directly relevant industry experience in data centre operations

  • 3+ years of experience in data centre operations, HPC, or related roles

Technical Solutions Specialist
Omnea – London

Our Mission

At Omnea, we’re reinventing how enterprise businesses operate, starting with the most painful parts: procurement – where a single purchase can drag on for months, trigger 50+ emails, and pull in Finance, Legal, Security, and IT just to get something approved.

We’ve raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel to change that. Our AI-native platform connects every person, step, and system so buying is fast, safe, and efficient – one place to request, automated approvals and renewals, real-time supplier risk, and complete spend visibility.

The opportunity is massive. Every enterprise on the planet has this problem and nobody has solved it. We’ve 10x’d ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and are trusted by global enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. We’re now the 4th fastest growing startup in Europe & the Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company To Work for.

Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team includes ex-founders operators who’ve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. You’ll work alongside leaders like Ben, Abs, Sabrina, and Rebe.

Find out more about the team and life at Omnea here.

The Role

We're looking for our Founding Technical Solutions Consultant to join our high-performance team.

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you’ll be the critical bridge between Product and Customer teams. You’ll align Omnea’s platform with customer needs, dive deep into technical configurations, troubleshoot complex integration challenges, and help shape the future of procurement.

You’ll work directly with some of the world’s leading tech companies (like Spotify, TeamViewer, McAfee, Pleo, and more), helping them unlock the full potential of Omnea.

You’ll be joining us at a pivotal time. We’ve just raised $50M in Series B funding from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, Accel, Point Nine, and First Round Capital. In the past year we’ve grown revenue 5x, tripled our customer base, and maintained >99% retention with enterprises like Spotify, Wise, Albertsons, Adecco, and McAfee. Our team is small but high-calibre -- it took over 10,000 interviews to hire our first 50 Omneans.

Now we’re scaling fast and building the category of AI Supplier Relationship Management. And we are looking for the best Technical Solutions Consultant out there to help turn procurement into a true competitive advantage!

What You Can Expect

  • Be part of the “SWAT Team” for complex solutions at Omnea.

    • You’ll help the Customer team accurately digest customer requirements, overcome technical barriers, refine complex configurations, and tackle integration challenges to ensure a seamless Omnea implementation. You’ll also assist the Commercial team by rapidly creating solutions for sophisticated demos.

  • Serve as our first line of defense for customer requests and issues.

    • You'll provide an unreasonable level of support to help our customers achieve their goals - even when those goals extend beyond direct use of our platform - in order to drive positive emotional sentiment across the customer base. You’ll help own Customer Experience, managing the delivery and prioritisation of Eng support tickets.

  • Be the vital link between our customers and the product roadmap.

    • You'll collaborate with the Omnea Product team to share feedback and insights from customer interactions, helping shape future product development. This involves working closely with them to prioritise, scope, and deliver features that reduce churn and drive upsell, informed by a thorough analysis of Customer asks. You'll also assist with writing Product tickets to define engineering requirements and manage their delivery.

  • Become the go-to source of knowledge about the Omnea product within the company.

    • You'll accurately and diligently record observations and thought processes to maintain a deep understanding of Omnea’s architecture, setup, and capabilities - allowing you to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences, internally and externally.

  • Create the “source code” for doing things excellently in our team.

    • You’ll lead continuous improvement efforts for our internal tools and processes, to ensure we are exceptional and efficient at what we do. This includes helping develop and refine the Omnea Knowledge Repository, managing our Product Accreditation, and creating Customer Training/Support materials. You’ll also produce and maintain technical materials to assist with Customer implementations and project work (Onboarding Workflows, Workflow Templates, Form Templates, Technical Documentation).

About You

You’re ambitious and hard-working, and will succeed at whatever you put your mind to. You make up for any potential lack of experience with intelligence, grit, and a constant growth mindset. You have natural hustle and know how to get things done.

  • You have 3–8+ years of experience in a performance-driven environment.

Technical Solutions Engineer

The Role

AI is changing what "technical support" means at a fast-growing SaaS company. The old model was reactive: wait for a ticket, dig through logs, escalate up a chain until someone senior enough could unblock it. Increasingly, the first pass on an integration failure or a broken workflow can be directed rather than done line by line by hand: AI can trace through logs, draft hypotheses, and suggest fixes fast.

The job shifts with it. Instead of grinding through every stack trace yourself, you direct AI to accelerate the investigation and apply what AI can't: judgment on whether a fix is safe to ship into a live enterprise environment, whether the root cause is actually fixed or just patched, and whether this is a one-off or a pattern worth escalating to Product.

As Omnea's Technical Solutions Engineer, you're the senior technical presence sitting between Customer, Product, and Engineering. You own Omnea's most complex customer-facing technical problems end to end - gnarly integrations, cross-system issues, escalations nobody else can crack. You're the person the team calls in when something's on fire, and you're just as comfortable stepping into a customer's implementation when it gets technical.

This is a foundational hire. You'll set the technical bar for how Omnea supports enterprise customers, and help define how the function grows from here.

What You'll Do

  • Own the hardest technical problems: Lead investigation and resolution of Omnea's most complex customer issues - integrations, configuration edge cases, cross-system bugs. Direct AI to accelerate the first pass, then apply the judgment AI can't: is this safe to ship, is the root cause actually fixed.

  • Be the SWAT team between Customer, Product, and Engineering: Act as the senior escalation point when an issue is beyond what the Customer team can resolve alone, and the technical voice in the room when Product and Engineering need to understand what's really happening on the ground.

  • Get technical inside implementations: Step into live implementations when they hit technical complexity - tricky integrations, custom logic, unusual data flows - and work directly with the implementation team to get them unstuck.

  • Feed the product roadmap: Spot patterns across the issues you resolve and turn them into clear, well-scoped input for Product and Engineering, so the same problem doesn't need solving twice.

  • Build the standards as you go: Document what you learn, build the tooling and playbooks for triaging and resolving complex technical issues, and raise the bar for technical quality as the team grows around you.

What's Different About This Role

  • You'll spend more time directing AI through the first pass of an investigation than manually tracing every log line yourself. AI narrows down the likely cause fast; your job is confirming it's right and safe to act on.

  • Writing a sharp, specific brief for what you want AI to investigate or fix is now a core skill, not a nice-to-have.

  • Judgment on production risk matters more, not less: AI can suggest a fix in minutes, but you decide whether it's safe for a live enterprise environment.

  • You'll keep experimenting with AI tooling as it evolves, and bring what works back to the rest of the team.

About You

We don't expect you to have done this exact job before.

TL;DR: you're a technical, customer-facing problem-solver who's as comfortable elbow-deep in an API integration as you are explaining what went wrong to a CFO's technical lead.

  • 3-8+ years in a customer-facing technical role - technical support engineering, solutions engineering, implementation, or similar - at a fast-growing SaaS company

  • A technical background: a Computer Science or Engineering degree, prior experience as a software developer or engineer, or strong hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, and system integrations

  • Strong systems intuition: comfortable diving into unfamiliar platforms, reasoning about architecture, and figuring out where in a complex system something's actually broken

  • Comfortable directing AI tools to speed up investigation and first-draft fixes, with the judgment to know what to trust and what to double-check

  • An excellent communicator who can flex between a technical deep-dive with an engineer and a clear explanation for a non-technical stakeholder

  • Entrepreneurial and comfortable with ambiguity: you want to help build the standards and playbook for this function, not just follow one that already exists

  • High ownership: when something's broken, you own it through to resolution, and you raise your hand for the hard problems rather than waiting to be assigned them

At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't quite match the full job spec! And regardless of your race, religion, colour, gender, or anything else! Client Partner
Odin – London

Odin is building the investment infrastructure for the future of private markets.
We believe capital is one of the most powerful tools for shaping the world - and more people should know how to put it to work. Our mission is to make it radically easier to raise and deploy capital, so that anyone, anywhere, can back the companies and ideas they believe in.

Our first product is a full-stack platform for launching and running private investment firms, allowing you to run everything from your phone - think Shopify for VC and PE. We handle all the infrastructure: from legal structuring and investor onboarding to KYC/AML, payments, tax, reporting, and exits.

We're already trusted by over 10,000 angels, VCs, and founders. We administer over $750m in assets, covering investments from pre-seed to series E. This includes household names like ElevenLabs, OpenAI, SpaceX, xAI, Anduril, etc. but also new companies creating everything from synthetic brains to small nuclear reactors.

Why we're hiring

  • We're on track for roughly 700 deals a year and $750m in investment flowing through Odin in 2026. The goal is 7,000 deals a year.

  • Inbound is already around 70 new leads a month and climbing. You won't be cold calling. The demand is here, and your job is to turn it into deals.

  • Our customers are angels, syndicate leads and fund managers backing the most interesting companies in the world. When they're doing a deal, you're the person they call.

  • Every customer you bring in becomes part of your book, and your commission grows with it.

  • You'll be one of the first people in our commercial team, shaping how we sell as we scale from here.

What you'll own

  • Converting inbound: A steady flow of inbound lands with you every week. You decide quickly which leads have a real deal behind them and turn them into their first deal on Odin, spending your time where it pays off.

  • Getting every deal to close: You own the deal from first conversation to close, and the customer knows you as their person at Odin. Ops, compliance and legal do the work; you run the deal, know exactly what's closing this week and what's in the way, and make it happen. That's the trust that brings customers back.

  • Your book: Every customer you bring in is yours, and so is their next deal. Over time you build a book of investors backing some of the most interesting companies in the world, and it compounds.

  • Building how we sell: You'll help write the playbook: how we qualify, run first calls, use Attio and Claude, and what we automate. When you find a better way, it becomes how the team works, and you grow as the team does.

What we're looking for

  • High-volume inbound sales experience: At least 3 years in a fast, short-cycle SMB or mid-market sales motion, handling lots of inbound and closing against a target, rather than working two enterprise deals a quarter. That could be in tech, but recruitment, ad sales or anywhere else with a fast inbound motion.

  • Extremely organised: You're juggling new leads, live deals and existing customers at once. You prioritise ruthlessly, move fast, and nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Commercial instinct: You read between the lines on a first call, ask the right questions and follow the smoke to find the fire. You can tell a live deal with a closing date from someone browsing.

  • You do what you said you'd do: Customers trust you because you get back to them when you said you would, with the answer they needed.

  • Credible with experienced investors: Comfortable on a call with a seasoned GP or at an event full of them.

  • You'd rather shape it than inherit it: The role is clear, and how we do it is still being built. You want a hand in building it.

  • Big plus: private markets exposure: VC, angel syndicates, fund admin or an SPV platform. Useful, but not required. You'll learn SPV mechanics and fund structuring fast here, and it's rare, valuable expertise to have.

How we work

There are five things we care about deeply:

  1. Reason from the ground up: Seek to understand what is true by always asking why. Do not trust convention or experts.

  2. Speed begets speed: We work fast. Speed compounds, it's the best form of defensibility, and it's energising to be around. If you work slowly, or tolerate slow work around you, you do not belong at Odin.

  3. Take ownership: Do not wait for permission to do things. Find the answer, force the thing into existence and hold others to an extremely high standard - the same standard you hold yourself to.

  4. Brutal honesty: If work doesn't meet the bar, people need to hear it, and the right people want to.

  5. Truly excellent customer service: Be a stickler for detail in every single interaction a customer has with us, and always strive to make this experience better, smoother, faster.

This role is probably not for you if

  • You want long enterprise sales cycles and a handful of big deals;

  • You want a fully built playbook to plug into before you can perform;

  • You're uncomfortable asking for business, or disqualifying someone who isn't worth your time;

  • You'd rather hand a customer off once the first conversation is done;

Salary

£75k base + £75k on-target commission (£150k OTE)

Hiring process

Four stages: an intro call with our Head of People, a call with our Head of GTM, a task, and a final with our founders. Detailed feedback within 24 hours of each one.

Location & ways of working

We're a London-based team. This role works closely with ops, compliance, legal and the founders, and the speed we run at makes that much easier in person. At least three days a week in the office.

Benefits

  • Health: Private health insurance (Vitality), paid sick leave including support for pregnancy loss and fertility treatments

  • Parental Leave: Enhanced maternity, adoption, paternity and partner leave

  • Pension: 4% employer contribution with salary sacrifice options

  • Time Off: 25 days annual leave, 2 wellness days and flexible bank holidays (33 days total)

  • Work From Anywhere: Up to 6 weeks per year working from anywhere globally

  • Birthday Leave: An additional day of leave

Staff Solutions Architect
Twelve Labs – United Kingdom

Who we are

Video is 90% of the world's data. Most of it is invisible to machines.
TwelveLabs builds the intelligence layer to change that. Our multimodal AI models understand video the way humans do — across sight, sound, and motion — and power production-scale AI workloads across media, entertainment, sports, security, and government.

We have raised more than $210 million from NEA, Radical Ventures, Amazon, NVIDIA, Snowflake, Databricks, Index Ventures, NAVER Ventures, Korea Investment Partners, Quadrille Capital, Red Bull Ventures, and AI pioneers including Fei-Fei Li, Silvio Savarese, and Alexandr Wang.

We are a global company, headquartered in San Francisco with offices in Seoul, New York, and London, and employees around the world. We believe the differences in our cultural, educational, and life experiences make our products stronger. Building technology that understands the world in all its complexity requires people who see it from every angle. We are looking for individuals who are driven by hard problems and want their work to matter. Come build it with us!

About the Role

We're hiring a Solutions Architect to help our strategic customers unlock the full potential of video AI. Acting as the dedicated technical resource for key accounts, you'll drive solution design, implementation guidance, and the co-development of innovative applications that showcase the capabilities of our multimodal foundation models.

You'll provide expert technical guidance while collaborating with Sales, Product, Partnerships and Engineering teams.

This is a highly self-directed and creative role where you'll need to thrive in an unstructured, rapidly expanding and evolving environment.

Candidates must be able to travel up to 10% of the time annually to attend conferences, off-site meetings, and other business-related events as required by the role. This role may require participation in on-site interviews and/or completion of in-person onboarding processes.

In this role, you will

Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing technical expertise, scoping use cases, and supporting the implementation of video AI applications with technical stakeholders at startups and enterprises.

Own technical relationships with strategic customers, ensuring successful integrations, resolving complex technical challenges, and driving adoption across their organizations.

Guide customers on best practices for leveraging TwelveLabs APIs to create secure, scalable, and differentiated video understanding experiences.

Serve as the first line of defense for design, security, compliance, and architecture questions, escalating complex requirements to internal experts as needed.

Create and maintain documentation, implementation guides, and FAQs for common customer requirements and technical challenges.

Gather customer feedback and represent the voice of developers and enterprises to internal teams, helping shape product roadmaps and future capabilities.

You may be a good fit if you have

Have 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Engineer.

Have experience working with hyperscalers (AWS preferred, with hands-on experience supporting customers building on Amazon Bedrock; Azure, GCP, or other cloud providers also welcome).

Demonstrate a strong understanding of and experience working with LLMs, multimodal AI, REST APIs, Python, JavaScript, and modern application development, with a deep understanding of video workflows and video workloads.

Have experience driving customer implementations from kickoff through production launch, with a track record of building trusted technical relationships.

Are an exceptional communicator who can translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders and debug integration issues with engineering teams.

Operate with high horsepower, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-changing environment with evolving priorities.

Bring a collaborative, humble attitude with an eagerness to help customers and internal teams succeed.

Even if there are a few checkboxes that aren't ticked through your prior experience, we still encourage you to apply! If you are a 0-to-1 achiever, a ferocious learner, and a kind and fun team player who motivates others, you will find a home at TwelveLabs.

We welcome applicants from all walks of life and are committed to equal-opportunity employment. We cherish and celebrate diversity not just because it is the right thing to do, but because it makes our company much stronger.

Engineering Supervisor / Safety Technology Implementation Lead
Tended – Bromley

Are you an experienced railway professional with knowledge and experience of roles like COSS, ES and PICOP?

You already understand the track and the people who work on it. We're looking for people like you to help put new safety technology into the hands of the workforce - and to be part of a big change in how track workers are kept safe.

At Tended, we create first-of-a-kind safety systems that transform rail worker safety. Our geofencing solution has been named one of TIME's Best Inventions and has made the Digital Leaders 100 list for Geospatial Initiative of the Year. It's already out there on the track, helping to keep people away from the running line and improving on site efficiency.

Network Rail is committed to geofencing for the long term, and the rollout across the Sussex region is already underway. We're looking for an Implementation Lead to help us grow our capability on the ground..

Tasks

As an Implementation Lead, you're the bridge between Tended and our clients, guiding their teams through helping their teams get comfortable using our kit out on-site.

You'll lead key client deployments on the ground, working closely with Tended's project managers to deliver an excellent service. Success in this role depends on building strong, trusting relationships quickly - so first-class communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Our technology is used by track workers with a wide range of technical confidence. You'll develop a deep understanding of our products so you can coach users through their day-to-day challenges and until they’re confident using it on their own. Being on-site also puts you in a unique position to see how our products are really used - spotting ideas for how we can make it better and feeding improvements back to the team.

You'll need strong knowledge of the rail environment and the roles within it, and you'll either hold a Personal Track Safety (PTS) qualification or meet the requirements to obtain one. Above all, we're looking for someone proactive and approachable - person fit matters to us.**

Travel and working pattern

This is a field-based role centred on regular client site visits across the Sussex region. You'll spend at least 3 days a week in the depot and on site, with the remaining time working remotely or in person with your line manager.

Because our users work shifts, this role covers both nightshifts and dayshifts, and includes weekend and bank holiday working - flexibility to meet the needs of the business and our clients is essential.

In return, we have excellent policies covering travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses, as well as fatigue management and time off in lieu.

A full driving licence is required.

Requirements

Even if you don’t feel you have all of the requirements listed below, we’d encourage you to apply, as we’re looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow with us.

Essential

  • You have experience as an ES, ESA, COSS, Site Agent, or in a comparable on-site leadership role within the railway or a related industry.

  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to influence site teams and users, and turn them into capable users of our product. Experience of working with different roles, from track workers to site managers is desirable.

  • You are comfortable with technology and enthusiastic to develop an in-depth understanding of our products to provide on-site coaching and support to users.

  • You take a detailed approach and consistently follow established processes and procedures with accuracy.

  • You instinctively take initiative to find and fix problems, thinking out of the box to find ways to make things better.

Desirable

  • You might have practical, hands-on experience of on-the-ground delivery of new technologies, delivering to a range of different kinds of users with different levels of tech-savviness.

  • You might have experience with project management tools.

  • You might have some experience in project management disciplines such as planning, managing risks, dependencies, issues, timelines, budgets, scope, deliverables and quality.

  • You might have some commercial awareness, such as understanding how to demonstrate the value of our work to clients during delivery.

Influencer Marketing Manager
Pulse Advertising GmbH – London

You live and breathe creator marketing. You understand how it really works today, and you're hungry to shape where it goes next. As a Manager in Influencer Marketing at Pulse, you'll have every opportunity to succeed, both operationally and as a team leader. You'll independently run our campaigns from concept to execution to reporting: turning a client brief into an original creative idea, casting the right creators to bring it to life, and proving the impact with data. We love what we do and are constantly evolving. Do you have the right drive? Then start a new chapter of your career with us.

Tasks

  • You independently manage medium-scale creator campaigns end to end: brief, creative concept, casting and execution
  • You match and source creators across global markets (North America, Europe, Asia, Middle East, US) based on brand, audience and cultural fit, not just reach
  • You stay ahead of platforms, formats and creator economy trends, turning that fluency into fresh ideas clients haven't seen before
  • You negotiate rates and contract terms confidently, and work comfortably with margin, communicating it to clients when needed
  • You collaborate with Strategy and internal teams while managing client and partner communication for seamless delivery
  • You analyze performance, prepare reporting and proactively flag upsell opportunities
  • You bring a "second set of eyes" to campaigns and concepts, catching cultural, legal or exclusivity issues early, and drive creative thinking that pushes Pulse's business forward

Requirements

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in the social media field, including a minimum of 2 years in influencer marketing
  • You have a deep, current understanding of how creator marketing works today, including platforms, formats and cultural shifts, plus sharp instincts for which creators fit which brief
  • You have a proven creative muscle, coming up with original campaign concepts and knowing how to pair them with the right creators to make them land
  • You are data driven and confident with budget responsibility, comfortable negotiating rates and working with margin and CPM, ROI and KPIs are second nature to you
  • You're experienced with creator marketing tools such as CreatorIQ, Captiv8 or Tribe and comfortable managing these alongside manual campaign sheet work
  • You have a solid understanding of AI, its opportunities and its challenges, and actively think about how it's shaping the industry
  • You thrive at a fast pace, comfortable spinning many plates while staying sharp on detail, both creatively and analytically
  • You are a true team player with a strong hands-on mentality, a positive attitude and the ability to motivate your team

Benefits

  • Time to pack your bags for Paris, London, Milan, Hamburg or Berlin: you’re welcome to work abroad from any of our office locations
  • We love to see you grow: our careers coach is on hand for one-to-one coaching sessions and team workshops
  • We work hard and play hard, bringing our global team together to collaborate, learn from one another and celebrate our successes
  • Don’t fancy the office today? Our hybrid remote policy lets you work from home two days a week
  • Keep your commute to a minimum: you’ll find all our offices right in the city centre
  • For motivational high-paws and comforting cuddles, your four-legged friend is absolutely welcome at our offices

Exactly what you’ve been looking for? Then show us how much PULSE POWER you’ve got and send us your application.

Forward Deployed Engineer
STRATOS Technologies Ltd. – London

We’re looking for a passionate Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team at STRATOS – someone eager to sit at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and real-world impact.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with industry leaders to embed our platform deep into their operations – transforming strategic intent into live systems that drive measurable results. In today’s world, where the last mile of implementation creates the competitive moat, you’ll be the catalyst turning software into scale.

About Us

At STRATOS Technologies, we are transforming how companies make data-driven decisions with our innovative Strategy Operating System. Our software integrates complex datasets into a unified solution, enabling businesses to strengthen their long-term strategies through clear and actionable insights.

Our founders, former business and tech executives who led a $1B division at a Fortune 500 industrial company, originally built a digital twin of their enterprise to drive synchronized planning and execution. Seeing the market’s lack of such a system, they launched STRATOS in 2022 with a bold mission: to build the world’s first strategy operating system that unifies all internal and external data into a single platform.

Today, STRATOS is a category-defining, rapidly growing startup funded extensively by high-profile investors (e.g., Accel) and trusted by nearly a dozen global industrial leaders and Fortune 500 customers. Our software integrates complex datasets into a unified solution, combining deep data integration, best-in-class workflows, and cutting-edge generative AI.

From commercial AI agents to embedded intelligence that supercharges lean teams, STRATOS enables businesses to achieve 10x productivity and strengthen long-term strategies through actionable insights. We are now expanding our team to accelerate our growth even further and help our customers outperform their competition.

Why Forward Deployed Engineering

While we have a scalable technology backbone, we believe that Forward Deployed Engineering is the future of differentiated B2B SaaS in the GenAI age. Rather than shipping static tools, we partner closely with customers to deliver dynamic, tailored solutions where value is created in the implementation layer – not just the codebase.

Tasks

  • Ensure client implementations are working successfully

  • Solve our customers’ hardest business challenges by adapting and deploying the STRATOS platform to their needs

  • Design and implement scalable generative AI workflows using platforms like Palantir AIP

  • Execute complex data integration using PySpark and other distributed technologies

  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand context, priorities, and key outcome

Requirements

  • 0-4 years of solid experience in data engineering or analytics.

  • Experience at start-up companies and/or an excitement to experience first-hand the adventure that comes with a fast-scaling tech company, alternatively experience at a top-tier consultancy.

  • The ability to translate complex and sometimes ambiguous business requirements into clean and maintainable data pipelines

  • Excellent knowledge of PySpark, Python and SQL fundamentals

  • The ability to get to grips with new technologies quickly

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in dashboarding tools, Typescript and API development

  • Familiarity with Airflow, DBT, Databricks

  • Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (e.g. Oracle, SAP) and CRM systems

Benefits

  • Equity through our stock option programme, so you share in the long-term success and growth of the company

  • A highly competitive salary

  • Direct access to Fortune 500 executives from your first months, at a level most people wait a decade for

  • Work alongside former MBB consultants and Fortune 500 executives who will teach you directly — our team is small enough that this happens in person, not through a training curriculum

  • Private healthcare

  • Pension scheme

  • 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays

  • Work from abroad — up to four weeks a year, and up to two weeks at a time

  • Hybrid office policy, with visa sponsorship available

  • A company committed to social and environmental responsibility — we pledge to be a net-zero CO₂ company and donate 1% of our revenue to social causes

Practicalities

  • London-based, 3 days a week in our Farringdon office
