About Swap
Swap is the infrastructure behind modern agentic commerce. The only AI-native platform connecting backend operations with a forward-thinking storefront experience.
Built for brands that want to sell anything - anywhere, Swap centralises global operations, powers intelligent workflows, and unlocks margin-protecting decisions with real-time data and capability. Our products span cross-border, tax, returns, demand planning, and our next-generation agentic storefront, giving merchants full transparency and the ability to act with confidence.
At Swap, we’re building a culture that values clarity, creativity, and shared ownership as we redefine how global commerce works.
About the role
Our agentic storefront is an AI shopping experience that helps shoppers discover, decide, and buy through natural conversation.
As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll be a technical leader on the team building it. You’ll set direction for several engineering teams, take on the hardest cross-cutting problems, and stay hands-on in the code that matters most. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Data, and engineering leadership to turn ambitious goals into practical plans, and you’ll help the engineers around you do their best work.
Responsibilities
Lead large initiatives that run for several quarters and involve multiple teams, from first scoping through to production.
Write exemplar code in critical paths, setting the implementation bar for the wider group.
Review important designs from other teams, helping engineers balance quality, speed, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
Define and uphold operational standards for the group: monitoring, availability, scalability, security, release safety, and cost awareness. Help lead serious incidents and follow through on the right fixes.
Lead tool evaluations and architecture migrations, making build-vs-buy trade-offs explicit.
Use AI well beyond the basics, and push back on AI-generated complexity so code health holds as we speed up.
Own the business result of your work. Define success metrics, monitor after launch, and challenge constructively when something won’t move the needle for merchants.
Mentor Senior Engineers and below, and lead or join senior-level interviews.
Write and improve the documentation others rely on, such as architecture direction, decision records, and runbooks.
Requirements
Significant experience (typically 8+ years) building and shipping production software, with a record of leading complex initiatives that cross team lines.
Deep expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js, including architecting REST and/or GraphQL APIs and distributed systems.
Comfort outside your home language and stack. We expect Staff engineers to be T-shaped.
Strong relational database, data modelling, and SQL skills, plus familiarity with NoSQL.
Experience designing for reliability and scale in the cloud, with solid CI/CD, observability, and incident-response practices.
Hands-on experience with LLMs or agentic systems, or a track record of picking up new technology fast and applying it sensibly.
Daily use of AI coding tools, with a sense for when to trust them and when not to.
Experience in eCommerce systems and platforms is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication. You can explain trade-offs in business terms to any audience.
A team player with a bias for ownership: you bring a solution along with the problem, and work isn’t done until it’s live and stable.
What we offer
💰 Competitive base salary: Pay that reflects your experience and the impact you’ll have, reviewed regularly as you grow with us.
📈 Stock options: Own a piece of what we’re building. As a high-growth scale-up, you’ll share in the upside as the company grows.
🏖️ Generous PTO: Competitive annual leave, with public holidays on top, plus your birthday off so you can celebrate properly.
🏥 Private healthcare: Comprehensive private medical cover, so you can get the care you need quickly.
🏦 Pension contributions: Company contributions to help you build long-term financial security.
🧘 Wellness benefits: Support for your physical health and wellbeing, so you can look after yourself in the way that works for you.
💚 Mental health support: Access to mental health resources and support, because looking after your mind matters as much as your body.
👶 Enhanced maternity and paternity leave: Extra support when you’re growing your family, so you can focus on what matters most.
🏡 Flexible working: Choose how and where you do your best work, with the trust and autonomy to manage your own time.
✈️ Work abroad for 4 weeks a year: Take your laptop somewhere new for up to four weeks each year, whether that’s family, travel, or a change of scenery.
🎉 Quarterly team offsite budget: A dedicated budget each quarter for your team to get together, connect, and have fun.
🍻 Thursday happy hour: Wind down the week with your colleagues at our Thursday happy hour, held across all of our locations.
🥞 Breakfast Mondays: Start the week with a good meal and good company.
Diversity & Equal Opportunities:
We embrace diversity and equality in a serious way. We are committed to building a team with a variety of backgrounds, skills, and views. The more inclusive we are, the better our work will be. Creating a culture of equality isn't just the right thing to do; it's also the smart thing.

Encord is the universal data layer for AI that helps 300+ AI teams train and run models on the right data. Our platform indexes, curates, annotates, and evaluates data across the full AI lifecycle, from development through production.
Trusted by Woven by Toyota, AXA, UiPath, Zipline, and more. We're an ambitious team of 100+ working at the frontier of AI and have raised $60M in Series C funding from Wellington Management, CRV, Next47 and Y Combinator.
We're hiring a Quality Systems Lead to own how Encord measures the quality of the human data we deliver to frontier AI labs, physical AI companies and enterprise AI teams — the standard itself, the systems that evaluate against it, and the audit function that produces the ground truth behind both. Data quality is what our customers buy. As we scale across data types — image and video, document, medical, LLM evaluation, robot teleoperation, egocentric capture — quality coverage cannot scale linearly with headcount. So this role has two halves that make each other work. You will build automated evaluation: model-assisted and LLM-based screening, agreement analysis at scale, anomaly and drift detection across annotation output. And you will build and run a dedicated audit team of around ten specialists in India, whose judgements become the labelled ground truth that trains and calibrates that automated layer. As coverage automates, the audit team moves up to the cases models can't judge and to generating gold sets for each new data type we take on. It is an unusual combination — engineering and consistent QC operations in one person — and it is the combination the job needs. You will also have an advantage your counterparts elsewhere in the industry don't: Encord owns the platform this work runs on, so the measurement you build can become native capability in the product rather than internal tooling.
Build automated dataset quality evaluation and root-cause detection — model-assisted and LLM-as-judge screening, agreement analysis at scale, anomaly and drift detection across annotation output
Hire, train, calibrate and manage a dedicated audit team of around ten specialists based in our India operation, held to inter-rater agreement and catch rate rather than volume audited
Turn audit output into labelled ground truth that trains and validates the automated layer, and manage the ratio of automated to manual coverage deliberately over time
Own the quality standard for every data type we deliver — written rubrics with worked edge cases, golden sets, and acceptance criteria agreed with the customer, alongside the Special Projects lead, before the first batch ships
Build scoring systems that rank annotator and reviewer performance and feed routing, staffing and offboarding decisions
Set the pass thresholds that certification gates on, so nobody works a project queue without having demonstrated they meet the standard
Report quality KPIs to leadership, and into the reporting our Special Projects leads take to customers: accuracy against client spec, inter-annotator agreement, rework rate, cost of rework, and coverage
Work with Project Management on remediation — you produce the measurement and the diagnosis, production owns fixing the project, and the standard stays independent of the people being measured
Own the unit economics of quality: cost per audited unit, and the coverage you buy per pound spent
Partner with Product and Engineering to bring quality measurement into Encord platform as native capability
You build and you operate. You'll write the evaluation pipeline, and you'll also run the weekly calibration session with ten auditors in another country
Your instinct on a coverage problem is to automate it — you reach for a model, a heuristic or a better sampling design before you reach for more auditors
Statistically literate in a practical way: sampling design, agreement statistics, and the judgement to spot a metric being optimised against rather than met
You can hold a calibrated standard across a distributed team you don't sit with — you know that ten uncalibrated auditors produce ten standards
A strong writer. Much of this job is producing rubrics a distributed workforce can follow without you in the room
You hold a standard under commercial pressure, and you bring the evidence that makes it stick with a delivery team or a client
Systems thinker: as interested in why a failure recurs across projects as in this project's defect rate
4+ years owning both technical and operational outcomes in a data, AI or service delivery environment where quality was measured rather than asserted
Hands-on Python and SQL. You build the analysis and the tooling rather than specify it for someone else
Practical experience applying models to a quality or evaluation problem — LLM-as-judge, model-assisted QA, automated evaluation, anomaly detection or classifier-based screening
Sampling methodology and agreement statistics (Cohen's and Fleiss' kappa, F1 against ground truth) applied to real production data
Experience hiring, training and managing a team, ideally an audit, review or QA team, and ideally distributed
Track record of building a quality framework or function, including the reporting leadership and customers run on
Bonus: direct experience of annotation, evaluation or model-training workflows, and of what frontier AI labs accept as evidence of quality
Bonus: a STEM degree, or a background in data science or research engineering
Bonus: multilingual delivery and linguistic quality assessment
Competitive salary, commission, and equity in a high-growth startup
Strong in-person culture — most of the team works from our London office 4+ days/week
25 days annual leave + UK public holidays
Annual learning & development budget
Travel for customer visits, events, and conferences across the UK and Europe
Company lunches twice a week
Monthly socials & bi-annual team offsites

Encord is the universal data layer for AI that helps 300+ AI teams train and run models on the right data. Our platform indexes, curates, annotates, and evaluates data across the full AI lifecycle, from development through production.
Trusted by Woven by Toyota, AXA, UiPath, Zipline, and more. We're an ambitious team of 100+ working at the frontier of AI and have raised $60M in Series C funding from Wellington Management, CRV, Next47 and Y Combinator.
We're hiring Technical Program Managers in London to run Encord's highest-stakes human data projects end to end — the work for frontier AI labs and physical AI companies, in specialist domains such as medical imaging and robotics, and the data types we are running for the first time. These are the projects where the technical complexity is highest and where a mistake is expensive.
You will work at the point where machine learning requirements become annotation work: translating what a research team actually needs into workflows, standards and instructions that a specialist workforce can execute at volume, then holding the result to a measurable standard.
This is the load-bearing role in the business, and it is a hands-on one. You will know your projects' annotation standards better than anyone at the company, teach them to the annotators producing the work, decide who works on what, judge who is performing and who should come off, resolve the edge cases nobody anticipated, and answer for the delivery timeline. You will run several projects at once, and you will own how they are run.
Own delivery of your projects end to end — throughput, quality and timeline
Translate complex machine learning requirements into clear annotation workflows, and design the process that produces the data the model actually needs
Become the deepest expert at Encord on your project's annotation standards, and the person who resolves ambiguity and edge cases as they surface
Maintain quality through process refinement, auditing and structured feedback loops, rather than through inspection at the end
Train annotators onto the project and keep them improving — building the material yourself until our Learning & Development Specialist is in place
Coach your annotation teams: give them the context behind the task, not only the rules, and develop their skills as the work gets harder
Measure annotator performance and make the calls it implies: who continues, who needs retraining, who comes off the project
Allocate tasks and manage the queue so that throughput and quality targets are met together rather than traded against each other
Instrument the project at launch with the Quality Systems Lead — acceptance criteria, sampling plan, reviewer ratio — so it is measurable before the first batch ships
Produce the delivery reporting for customers, and surface risk early enough that something can still be done about it
Partner with Product and Engineering on process and tooling improvements, and feed recurring problems back into the playbooks, into training and into the platform
You go deep on the detail. Your instinct is to read the whole specification and annotate fifty items yourself before you assign anyone else
Execution-oriented: you are measured by what shipped, not by what was planned, and you would rather fix a workflow than document one
Analytically rigorous. You work in numbers — throughput, quality rate, utilisation — and you notice when one is being bought at the expense of another
Technically fluent enough to work with ML teams on what they need and why, and to pull your own data rather than wait for it
You make people calls on evidence rather than on impression, and you can have the difficult version of that conversation
Organised under real load: several projects, several time zones, and requirements that move
A clear writer and a strong cross-functional communicator. Most of the workforce delivering your project you will never meet in person
Entrepreneurial: when a date is at risk your first move is to re-plan, not to escalate, and you invent the process where none exists
Genuinely interested in AI and in what the data you are producing is actually for
3–7 years of professional experience, ideally combining operational delivery with analytical work — AI data or annotation operations, strategy consulting, or data and operations roles at leading technology companies
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder workflows, with responsibility for the outcome rather than the coordination
Working proficiency in Python or SQL
Direct experience managing, coaching or performance-managing a distributed workforce
Track record of holding quality and throughput at the same time, with the numbers to show it
Experience translating a detailed technical specification into instructions other people can follow
Bonus: direct experience of annotation, evaluation or model-training workflows
Competitive salary, commission, and equity in a high-growth startup
Strong in-person culture — most of the team works from our London office 4+ days/week
25 days annual leave + UK public holidays
Annual learning & development budget
Daily lunches and dinners
Travel for customer visits, events, and conferences across the UK and Europe

We connect industry leaders and innovators through unparalleled networking opportunities and renowned brand experiences, including VIP dinners, exclusive breakfasts, and bespoke 1 to 1 meeting packages. Join our dynamic team to drive complex commercial partnerships and fuel our next phase of growth.
The Role
As a Senior Sponsorship and Partnerships Executive, you will play a pivotal role in securing and scaling high-value commercial partnerships with leading B2B brands. This role centers heavily on managing, nurturing, and strategically extracting deep value from a focused portfolio of major accounts, alongside acquiring new strategic logos.
Rather than chasing transactional ad sales, you will own a core account portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor to unlock six-figure potential through consultative, content led sponsorship packages such as custom research reports, multi-channel webinars, and strategic content syndication tailored to our professional leadership ecosystems. You will work closely with cross-functional product, content, and event teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution of every campaign.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Stewardship and Value Extraction: Own and strategically manage an established, high-value account portfolio. Deepen relationships to maximize account lifetime value, retention, and multi-product expansion.
Strategic Growth and Acquisition: Balance portfolio farming with targeted hunting, bringing net-new enterprise logos into our community ecosystems.

Revenue Performance and Forecasting: Consistently hit and exceed ambitious revenue targets with pipeline rigor, accurate forecasting, and a results-driven mindset.
What We Are Looking For Requirements
Proven track record in sponsorship sales, ideally within B2B media, events, or community led businesses, not just ad sales or programmatic.
Comfortable owning and growing large accounts with six-figure deal sizes, with the commercial instinct to spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities across a portfolio of products.
Equally strong at hunting new business as they are at deepening existing relationships, this role needs someone who can do both, not just one or the other.
Able to sell consultative, content led sponsorship packages including webinars, research reports, and content syndication rather than relying on rate cards or simple media buys.
Adaptable and commercially curious, someone who keeps pace with shifting market conditions, learns new verticals quickly, and can speak credibly to senior marketing and product leaders.
Experience with Asana or project management tools is desirable.
34 days’ paid holiday including UK Bank holidays and a day off on your birthday.
Flexible working hours: our core hours are 10am–4:30pm, with the flexibility to structure your working day between 8am and 8pm around when you work best.

A growing personal L&D budget (starting at £500 per year and increasing with tenure to £3,000 per year).
Dedicated L&D or volunteering time: one paid day every quarter to invest in your development or support a cause you care about.
Unlimited access to our internal Academy: including courses, learning resources and professional certifications.
We are committed to creating a workplace that is free from discrimination and bias, and where everyone has equal opportunities to succeed and contribute. We acknowledge that our work here is never done - and we promise to continue striving for inclusivity every day.
Encouraging diverse backgrounds and unique perspectives, applications are welcomed regardless of whether every listed requirement is fully met.

Fireworks is the platform for specialized intelligence, enabling companies to build, train, and serve AI models tailored to their own data, workflows, and products. Founded by the team behind PyTorch and backed by AMD, Atreides, Benchmark Capital, Index Ventures, Lightspeed, NVIDIA, Sequoia Capital, and TCV, Fireworks powers production AI with hundreds of state-of-the-art open models across text, image, embedding, audio, and multimodal workloads. Today, Fireworks is a Series D company valued at $17.5 billion, bringing together an ambitious, collaborative team that's building the future of enterprise AI.
As a Member of Technical Staff on the EMEA field team, you build on top of one of the largest inference platforms in the world. The work spans the stack: capabilities on top of inference and serving, tooling around fine-tuning and post-training of LLMs, and the product our region’s customers need that the core platform team will not take on. You are first and foremost an excellent software engineer; that is what we are testing for. You prefer building product to being customer-facing, and that is exactly right for this role, though you are welcome to join customer work when it interests you.
Treat this as a flexible role: a bucket for exceptional builders at different levels of experience rather than a fixed job spec. There is no specific seniority requirement; anywhere from 3 to 10 years of experience can fit.
What we value most is first principles thinking: reasoning about unfamiliar problems from the ground up rather than from playbooks. You will be evaluated on this directly in the interview process, and strength here can outweigh gaps elsewhere in your background.
Build: Design and ship product capabilities end to end, from ambiguous need to running in production.
Build on Inference: Create capabilities on top of the serving stack: routing, model controls, observability, and whatever a deployment turns out to need.
Build on Training: Ship tooling around fine-tuning and post-training of LLMs, from data pipelines to evaluation, working alongside our applied ML engineers.
Own Regional Capability: Turn EMEA-specific requirements into product, working with core platform where the line is unclear.
Engineering Quality: Set the engineering bar for the regional team; your code is the reference.
Agentic Development: Use coding agents and AI tooling as a core part of how you build, with judgment about when to trust the output.
Optional Customer Work: Join deployments or customer conversations when useful or interesting; never required.
First principles and critical thinking: the ability to break down novel problems and reason to a solution without a reference implementation. This is the primary interview signal and can outweigh other qualifications.
Excellent software engineering: depth in backend systems and infrastructure, and a track record of shipping production systems you owned.
Strong coding skills in Python and at least one systems language.
Fluent in AI-assisted and agentic engineering: uses coding agents and AI tooling as a core part of how you build, and knows when to trust the output and when not to.
Genuine interest in inference and AI infrastructure.
Solve Hard Problems: Tackle challenges at the forefront of AI infrastructure, from low-latency inference to scalable model serving.
Build What’s Next: Work with bleeding-edge technology that impacts how businesses and developers harness AI globally.
Ownership & Impact: Join a fast-growing, passionate team where your work directly shapes the future of AI—no bureaucracy, just results.
Learn from the Best: Collaborate with world-class engineers and AI researchers who thrive on curiosity and innovation.
Fireworks AI is an equal-opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all innovators.

You pair with Account Executives to close: scoping pilots, setting success criteria, and running the technical side of the commercial conversation. At signature, you take the account and stay on it, driving adoption and expansion over years rather than quarters, so AEs can move to the next deal. This role suits entrepreneurial, technically credible operators; founder and founder CEO backgrounds are a strong fit.
What we value most is first principles thinking: reasoning about unfamiliar problems from the ground up rather than from playbooks. You will be evaluated on this directly in the interview process, and strength here can outweigh gaps elsewhere in your background.
Account Ownership: Own the customer relationship and commercial outcome from signature onward, including adoption, expansion, and renewals.
Deal Support: Partner with AEs pre-signature on pilot scoping, success criteria, and technical-commercial framing.
Delivery Cadence: Run the operating rhythm of the account across the customer's and Fireworks' teams (FDEs, AMLEs, product, support).
Value Realization: Translate customer goals into concrete deployment milestones and make sure they land.
Expansion Strategy: Identify and drive new workloads, teams, and use cases within existing accounts.
Voice of Customer: Represent account needs internally with enough technical precision to be actionable.
First principles and critical thinking: the ability to break down novel problems and reason to a solution without a reference implementation. This is the primary interview signal and can outweigh other qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent technical depth.
3+ years in roles combining technical substance with commercial ownership (deployment strategy, technical consulting, founder, forward deployed, or similar).
Strong technical credibility: able to hold your own with customer engineering leadership and our field engineers, and to reason about AI infrastructure tradeoffs.
Track record of owning outcomes over long horizons, not handing off after the sale.
Excellent judgment, communication, and stakeholder management with senior audiences.
Founder or founding team experience, especially as CEO or commercial lead of a technical product.
Experience deploying or operating AI/ML products in production with enterprise customers.
Experience navigating enterprise constraints in EMEA (procurement, data residency, GDPR, EU AI Act).
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Airwallex is the AI-native financial operating system for a real-time, intelligent economy. More than 675,000 businesses, including McLaren Racing, Qantas, SHEIN, and TikTok, use us, directly or through our platform partners, to run their financial operations or build and monetize financial products of their own.
We started in Melbourne in 2015 to build the infrastructure global commerce runs on. We're the regulated backbone behind global payments: not by accident, but by design. A decade plus, 85+ licenses, and a financial infrastructure spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
We're co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore, with more than 2,300 people across 27 offices. We hire builders with founder-level energy, people who move fast with good judgment, dig in with real curiosity, and make calls from first principles rather than waiting to be told what to do. Read our operating principles to see it in full.
Hiring Location: London (Hybrid Mode)
Total Compensation: 140,000 to 200,000 GBP
The Founders’ Lab turns ambitious, ambiguous ideas into financial products that can be tested with real users. You’ll combine software engineering and product judgement to move from executive vision to working software quickly, with ownership across the full product lifecycle.
Partner directly with the CEO and global leadership to turn strategic visions and disruptive AI capabilities into functional, market-ready financial software in weeks, not quarters.
Shape product direction by synthesising business requirements, regulatory realities, user needs and emerging technology. You won’t just build to a specification — you’ll help define what to build and why.
Run rapid proofs of concept, deploy products to live users, test market fit and balance fast iteration with sound technical foundations.
Deliver end-to-end solutions across the stack, from backend architecture and API design through to frontend polish, putting useful products in the hands of global users.
Build clean, maintainable software from ambiguous executive direction, with complete end-to-end ownership across both product and engineering.
You'll work from our London office three days a week.
6+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong foundation in backend architecture and the ability to work confidently across the full stack when needed.
A track record of personally shipping products from scratch in a high-growth startup, corporate innovation lab or greenfield environment.
Strong product and commercial judgement, with the ability to challenge assumptions and evaluate technical decisions through the lens of user experience and business impact.
A pragmatic, resourceful approach to problem-solving, with a track record of finding creative paths around institutional and technical roadblocks.
Comfort working with high ambiguity and translating high-level strategic or executive direction into clean, maintainable software.
Experience building software that uses generative AI, large language models or intelligent workflow automation.
Experience in fintech, payments, compliance or money-movement infrastructure.
Experience as a startup founder, founding engineer or technical lead of a rapid-prototyping team.
You own the outcome and you don't wait for permission to fix what's broken.
You're comfortable with ambiguity. Give you a problem, not a prescription, and you'll run with it.
You default to action. You'd rather course-correct in motion than wait for perfect clarity.
You're not precious about your ideas. You push hard for what you believe in, but you pivot fast when the data says otherwise.
You value in-person collaboration and are happy being in the office three days a week.
The Founders’ Lab is Airwallex’s elite internal innovation hub. Operating like an agile startup backed by our global network, we partner directly with our CEO and Co-Founder to architect, build, and ship next-generation Fintech AI Innovations and 0-to-1 product lines.
We don't build in isolation, nor do we over-engineer for theoretical problems. Our mandate is high-velocity validation: we take raw, ambitious, and ambiguous concepts from the executive suite, build the MVP, and deploy it onto our global financial infrastructure to test with real users.
We look for High-Agency Builders. There are no layers of middle management or rigid ticketing queues here. You will hold complete end-to-end technical and product ownership—wearing the hat of a Product Manager to define the what and the why, and acting as a lead engineer to build the how.
To protect you from recruitment scams, please be aware that Airwallex will not ask for bank details, sensitive ID numbers (i.e. passport), or any form of payment during the application or interview process. All official communication will come from an @airwallex.com email address. Please apply only through careers.airwallex.com or our official LinkedIn page.
Airwallex does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms/recruiters. Airwallex will not pay any fees to search firms/recruiters if a candidate is submitted by a search firm/recruiter unless an agreement has been entered into with respect to specific open position(s). Search firms/recruiters submitting resumes to Airwallex on an unsolicited basis shall be deemed to accept this condition, regardless of any other provision to the contrary.
Airwallex is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We value diversity and anyone seeking employment at Airwallex is considered based on merit, qualifications, competence and talent. We don’t regard color, religion, race, national origin, sexual orientation, ancestry, citizenship, sex, marital or family status, disability, gender, or any other legally protected status when making our hiring decisions. LemFi (Series B) is building the go-to financial app for the Global South.
Moving to a new country shouldn’t mean starting from zero. That's why our team of 400+ spanning 20+ countries is building a financial ecosystem that helps immigrants stay connected to home, build stability, and create wealth regardless of where they are from or where they live.
What began as fast, affordable remittances is now evolving into a complete platform for multi-currency accounts, payments, credit, and long-term financial growth.
With millions of users across the globe, we process over $1B in monthly transactions to 30+ countries, proving that borders shouldn't limit financial opportunity.
LemFi is expanding fast, and Pakistan is one of the most important diaspora corridors we are building for. This role sits at the centre of that ambition. You will own growth outcomes end to end for your market, acting as both strategist and hands-on operator, embedded in the community we serve, travelling across the UK to show up where it matters, and pulling every lever from grassroots events to data-led campaign optimisation.
You will work closely with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Operations, and you will be the loudest internal voice for the user. If LemFi's product, messaging, or positioning is not landing with your communities, you will be the first to know and the first to fix it. This is a role for someone who owns outcomes, not activities, and who finds energy in ambiguity rather than being slowed down by it.
Own user acquisition targets for Pakistan end to end - online and offline - and be accountable for the numbers, not just the effort.
Build and execute acquisition strategies tailored to the Pakistani community, using data and insight to optimise against KPIs and cut what is not working fast.
Lead community-driven initiatives - events, meetups, forums - that build genuine trust and advocacy for LemFi, not just brand awareness for its own sake.
Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with organisations and businesses that move the needle on user growth, ensuring every partnership delivers measurable value.
Conduct ongoing market research to understand what your users actually need, and turn those insights into clear, actionable recommendations for Product and Marketing.
Serve as the internal voice of the user - represent community perspectives in decisions about features, messaging, and positioning, and push back when LemFi gets it wrong.
Use AI tools to streamline research, content, and reporting so more of your time goes to high-impact work in the field and less to admin.
Proven track record in growth, sales, or marketing in a fast-paced environment, with clear evidence of hitting ambitious targets.
Strong analytical skills - you read data, spot what it is telling you, and adjust your approach without waiting to be asked.
Strong cultural awareness and understanding of the Pakistani diaspora community in the UK, with the ability to build authentic trust with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrable experience leading community engagement, including events, partnerships, grassroots activations, with a track record of delivering tangible outcomes
Established relationships and networks within Pakistani diaspora organisations, community groups and stakeholder networks in the UK
Excellent communicator who can influence partners, community leaders, and internal teams with equal confidence.
Self-directed and comfortable operating with ambiguity - you do not need a detailed playbook to make progress.
Willing to travel regularly across the UK, including occasional weekends, to represent LemFi where our communities are.
Experience working in or with remittance, fintech, or financial services products.
Proficiency in Urdu, Punjabi, or another language commonly spoken within the Pakistani diaspora community in the UK.
Love shouldn’t be expensive, yet those working hardest for their families often face predatory fees and banking exclusion. We're changing this.
At LemFi, you won’t be just a cog in a machine. Whether designing products, scaling operations, or telling our story, you’ll tackle complex challenges with real, immediate impact. Your work goes beyond metrics - it puts money back in families’ pockets and offers access to the previously excluded. Join us to make a meaningful difference, where high performance is a lifeline for millions.
You can connect with us on LinkedIn and Instagram and if you haven't already, download the app on the App Store or Google Play.
LemFi does not accept unsolicited CVs from recruitment agencies. We work only with agencies on our preferred supplier list, and only when we’ve asked them for their support. Any CVs sent to us outside this arrangement will not incur a fee.

What began as fast, affordable remittances is now evolving into a complete platform for multi-currency accounts, payments, credit, and long-term financial growth.
With millions of users across the globe, we process over $1B in monthly transactions to 30+ countries, proving that borders shouldn't limit financial opportunity.
As Senior Technical Accountant, reporting to the Head of Financial Control and Reporting, you will be LemFi's go-to authority on how we account for what we do. You will own the Group accounting policy manual, write the technical papers on every key judgement area, get ahead of new products before they launch, and be the main contact for auditors on complex technical questions.
You will partner closely with Global Finance Operations and Reconciliation and Strategic Finance, ensuring that US GAAP consolidated accounts and local entity statutory accounts are accurate from revenue recognition to balance sheet classification. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys hard accounting questions and explains the answers clearly. The role is based in London or Dublin, with dedicated time in either hub.
Own the Group accounting policy manual across US GAAP, FRS 102 and local frameworks, keeping it current as standards and the business evolve.
Write clear, defensible technical papers covering key judgement areas: revenue recognition on fees and FX, credit losses (CECL and IFRS 9), safeguarded customer funds and share-based payments.
Get ahead of new products - assess accounting treatment for new products, markets, partnerships and funding facilities before launch, working with Product, Legal, Tax and Treasury.
Lead on technical audit areas: be the auditors' main contact on judgement areas, close out findings related to accounting treatment, and ensure no material audit adjustments in your areas.
Set the rules for transaction accounting - define how fees, FX, chargebacks, settlements and processor flows are recorded, and work with Finance Transformation to build those rules into NetSuite posting logic and automated controls.
Bridge the frameworks: maintain the US GAAP to statutory reconciliation, support the consolidation with the Financial Reporting and Consolidation Manager, and keep intercompany recharges consistent across the Group.
Run a prioritised technical accounting log, reviewed monthly with the Financial Control and Finance Operations leads, so nothing falls through the cracks.
ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent qualification, with 7 or more years of post-qualification experience.
A background in Big 4 (or similar) audit, ideally in financial services, or in a technical accounting team in-house.
Direct experience in a remittance, payments, e-money or similarly regulated financial services business - as an auditor or in-house.
Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, and solid working knowledge of FRS 102 or IFRS.
Experience with credit loss accounting under CECL or IFRS 9.
Clear, concise technical writing and the confidence to defend a position with auditors and senior stakeholders.
A hands-on approach: as comfortable posting a complex journal as writing the policy paper that justifies it.
Experience in US GAAP consolidation for a multi-entity international group.
Experience designing accounting rules for ERP or automation projects, ideally in NetSuite.
Exposure to share-based payments, debt facilities or equity fundraising accounting.
Love shouldn’t be expensive, yet those working hardest for their families often face predatory fees and banking exclusion. We're changing this.

Messy spend management is tricky business. And tedious processes are a lose-lose situation for all involved, not just finance. At Pleo, we're changing that. We build spend solutions that make managing money seamless, empowering, and surprisingly effective for finance teams and employees alike - with a vision to help all businesses ‘go beyond’.
The word ‘Pleo’ actually means ‘more than you’d expect’, and living by that mantra has been the secret to our success over the last 10 years.
Now, we’re at a pivotal moment in our journey; every move we make has a direct impact on our 40,000+ customers, our business, and our collective success. We need people who take pride in uncovering customer needs, who turn complex problems into simple solutions, challenge the way things are done (respectfully), and always aim high. With great ambitions driving us forward, we can’t say we’ve got this whole thing figured out. And frankly, that’s half the fun! What we can say is that we’re a driven, progressive, and, importantly, a kind bunch of 850+ people from over 100 nationalities, all committed to delivering the future of business spending, together.
In this role, you will play a central part in assessing, questioning, and enhancing how customers experience Pleo. Drawing on deep regulatory knowledge, you will lead Consumer Duty initiatives, actively spot potential customer harm, examine what drives customer journeys, and ensure targeted remediation creates lasting, positive impact.
You'll need sharp analytical skills and the confidence to influence stakeholders, translating data and MI into decisive action. You will construct and manage dashboards and reporting mechanisms that illuminate emerging patterns, vulnerable customer risks, and key concerns, offering executive leadership clear visibility into operational gaps and necessary solutions.
Your contribution goes well beyond producing MI. You will conduct QA across complex complaint handling and sensitive customer interactions, manage Ombudsman cases, and speak up when evidence shows outcomes aren't meeting expectations. Collaborating across teams, you'll turn data-driven insights into practical improvements, drive projects to completion, and evaluate whether changes deliver real results for our users.
We're seeking someone who views Consumer Duty as a powerful driver of business improvement rather than a routine compliance exercise. You'll bring together technical understanding, rigorous analysis, and constructive challenge to investigate root causes, align key partners, deliver change, and prove that customer experiences are continuously getting better.
You'll work closely with teams across Customer Support, Complaints, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Product, Data, Technology, and other business functions.
The role will have broad exposure across the organisation, particularly when customer outcome risks or Consumer Duty-related remediation require cross-functional action.
You'll also work closely with senior stakeholders through Consumer Duty governance and reporting, helping translate detailed analysis into clear insights, risks, recommendations, and actions.
As a Consumer Duty Specialist, you will:
Turn data into customer outcome insight: Build and own MI, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting that give the business a clear view of customer outcomes, trends, risks, and emerging areas of concern.
Own Consumer Duty reporting: Produce monthly and quarterly Consumer Duty reporting, turning complex data into a clear story for senior leadership and Board-level audiences. You'll go beyond showing what happened to explain why it matters and what we should do about it.
Identify customer harm: Use complaints, QA findings, customer feedback, vulnerable customer data, Ombudsman cases, and MI to identify potential customer harm, emerging risks, and systemic issues.
Challenge the business: Where the evidence suggests customers aren't receiving good outcomes, you'll be expected to ask difficult questions, challenge assumptions, and ensure the issue is properly understood and addressed.
Drive remediation and change: Work with stakeholders across the business to agree remediation plans, establish clear owners and timelines, and help drive Consumer Duty-related projects and improvements through to completion.
Provide complaints QA: Conduct weekly quality reviews of complaints handled by the Complaints Manager, using findings to identify quality issues, customer risks, and wider trends.
Manage Ombudsman activity: Act as the primary operational contact with the UK Ombudsman, managing referred complaints, responses, remedies, compensation, invoices, and related communications.
Leverage AI and smart automation: Spot opportunities to apply automated tools and AI to scale and streamline Consumer Duty analytics, monitoring, and workflows. You will feel empowered to test emerging tech and eliminate repetitive manual work, maintaining proper critical evaluation and human governance whenever compliance risks or customer impacts are involved.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
Strong Consumer Duty knowledge: You understand the principles of Consumer Duty and how they translate into practical customer outcomes, particularly across complaints, customer support, vulnerable customers, and customer journeys.
Strong data and MI experience: You know how to take complex data, build meaningful dashboards and reporting, and identify the insights that actually matter. You're comfortable working with data rather than simply consuming reports created by others.
A customer outcome mindset: You're naturally curious about how customers are experiencing the business and are able to connect data, customer feedback, complaints, and operational activity to real customer outcomes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: You can spot trends, anomalies, and patterns, investigate root causes, and determine whether an issue is isolated or potentially systemic.
The confidence to challenge: You're comfortable questioning decisions, processes, and assumptions when the evidence suggests customers may be experiencing poor outcomes. You can challenge constructively and build relationships at the same time.
A bias towards action: You don't believe reporting is the end of the process. You want to understand what needs to change, bring people together, and help make it happen.
Project and remediation experience: You're comfortable managing actions, timelines, dependencies, stakeholders, and risks across cross-functional projects, particularly where there is a regulatory, customer, or operational outcome to deliver.
An AI and automation mindset: You're naturally curious about how AI and automation can make processes more efficient, improve analysis, and free up time for higher-value work. You look for sensible opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and use AI to augment your thinking, while maintaining appropriate human oversight, critical judgement, and accountability — particularly where customer outcomes or regulatory decisions are involved.
This role is a good fit for you if:
You love using data to uncover things that others might not see.
You want your analysis to drive real change, rather than sit in a report or dashboard.
You enjoy asking "why?" and getting to the root cause of customer problems.
You're comfortable challenging the business when the evidence tells you something isn't working.
This role is not a good fit for you if:
You prefer to produce reporting without being involved in what happens afterwards.
You're uncomfortable challenging stakeholders or having difficult conversations when customer outcomes aren't where they should be.
You prefer working within a narrow functional remit rather than across multiple teams.
In your first 6 months at Pleo, you'll:
Build a deep understanding of our customer outcome data, existing Consumer Duty MI, complaints, vulnerable customer journeys, and current areas of risk.
Take ownership of key Consumer Duty dashboards and reporting, developing a clear view of the metrics and insights that matter most.
Establish strong relationships with stakeholders across Customer Support, Complaints, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Product, Data, and Technology.
Lead the analysis behind Consumer Duty reporting and help shape how customer outcomes are presented to senior stakeholders and the Board.
Over time, you'll have the opportunity to shape how Pleo measures, understands, and improves customer outcomes, helping move Consumer Duty from a regulatory obligation into a genuine driver of better customer experiences and better business decisions.
Your own Pleo card (no more out-of-pocket spending!)

Intro call: A 30-minute chat with our Talent Partner to discuss the role and your background.
Meet the Hiring Manager: 1hr going through role in more depth.
Pleo Challenge: A case study were you talk us through how you'd solve a work appropriate challenge.
Transparency is important to us so we also wanted to share some insights about what we’re looking for in applications to ensure you can set yourself up for success!
Last time we advertised this role, we received a really high volume of applications but could only select so many. Some of the key reasons why previous candidates didn’t make it past the application screening stage include:
CV writing and content: we receive a lot of CVs, and many of them are AI-generated. We love seeing people leverage AI—it’s a big focus for us internally too—but without human intervention, these CVs can sometimes become generic and fail to show a candidate in the best light. What we're really looking for is the specific details of real impact that only you know from your previous experience. A top tip from us is to use the “Achieved X, as measured by Y, by doing Z” formula (credit: Laszlo Bock, ~2014) to give a really clear picture of what you’ve worked on. A final note: including links to your previous companies' websites is a huge help and allows us to truly understand your background!
Application care: every single application we receive is reviewed by a human (yes, hundreds of them) because we believe that candidates' efforts should be matched by an equal level of human care. This means that we expect a similar level of attention put into your application. Read and answer the application questions carefully, they make a huge difference in our decision-making process.
Profile to role fit: highlight most important aspects of the role, points that might get misunderstood, any specific industry requirements etc.
English first. Since it's our company language, please submit your application in English. You’ll be using it a lot if you join us.
A fair look for everyone. Our talent team reads every single application to ensure the process is fair. To keep things running smoothly, we only accept applications through our system—our support team can’t pass on calls or emails.
Diversity drives us. We can only reach our goals if our team reflects the world around us. That starts with you hitting apply, even if you don't tick every single box. We encourage people from all backgrounds and experiences to join us.
Interview at your best. We want you to feel comfortable throughout the process. If you have any accessibility requirements or need a specific format, email ----- We’ll design a process that works for you.
Your data is safe. When you apply, we process your personal data as a data processor. For more information on how Pleo processes personal data, read our Privacy Policy here.
Applying for multiple roles? Nothing is stopping you, and we assess every role independently. However, we do look for alignment, so make sure you can explain why your interest and experience are right for each specific role.
Reapplying. If you’re applying for the same role again, please wait six months from your last decision before hitting submit.

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
2,100+ customers across 80+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $200M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI, Graceview, Cadastral, and Wexler.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
We grow together: as a team and with our customers.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
About the Role
The way legal work gets done is changing, and Engagement is at the centre of that transformation. We're looking for an experienced Engagement Manager to own Legora's global relationship with one of the Big 4, one of our most significant partnerships, and to fundamentally change the way that firm works with Legora.
This is a role for someone who has led change inside large, complex organisations and knows that real transformation is designed and managed. You will own the adoption and long-term success of this client globally: building the relationships, defining the outcomes and serving as the trusted adviser and orchestrator who turns Legora into an embedded part of how their teams operate.
Global means global. You will set the strategy for how the firm adopts Legora worldwide, and Engagement Managers in other regions will run their local programmes against the direction and decisions you set. Day to day, you will be the point of contact for the firm's UK and Ireland practice from our London office, and you will travel regularly to other
member firms in the network to build those relationships and land the programme on the ground. Expect to be travelling around 25% of the time.
At the heart of the role is designing the client's adoption playbook and delivering a multi-year change-management programme that transforms how they work. You will build the roadmap, sequence initiatives from initial rollout through firm-wide scaled adoption, define measurable outcomes and ROI and evolve the programme as new AI capabilities and use cases emerge.
You will be critical as we continue to build a best-in-class adoption programme at Legora, helping the client realise measurable ROI, expand successful use cases and transform the way their teams work.
What You'll Do
You'll own the global relationship end to end, leading the post-sale experience across every member firm we work with. Specifically, you will:
● Set the global adoption strategy for the account and lead its execution across regions. Engagement Managers in other markets will deliver their local programmes against the strategy and decisions you set, and you will be accountable for coherence and outcomes globally.
● Act as the primary point of contact for the firm's UK and Ireland practice, while travelling frequently to other member firms to build senior relationships and support local delivery in person.
● Design the client's adoption playbook: the tailored change-management approach, stakeholder map and target outcomes for how the firm adopts Legora and transforms the way it works.
● Execute against that playbook, sequencing initiatives from initial rollout to enterprise-wide scaled adoption and adapting as the client's needs and Legora's capabilities evolve.
● Act as a strategic adviser who deeply understands the client's goals and legal and professional services workflows, surfaces high-impact opportunities and guides teams towards maximum value from Legora.
● Drive sustained value through a structured operating cadence: success plans, enablement, stakeholder check-ins, training and value reviews.
● Orchestrate engagement from cross-functional teams to accelerate client success (GTM, Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Marketing, Support), maintaining end-to-end account context and coordination globally.
● Partner with GTM on key commercial moments to ensure seamless transitions, continuity and exceptional customer experience, and to identify and realise expansion opportunities across the account.
● Translate customer feedback into action by collaborating closely with Product, Engineering and Marketing to inform roadmap, positioning and enablement.
What You Bring
You care deeply about customer outcomes and you know that transformation has to be designed and led. You're proactive, strategic and comfortable steering demanding, senior stakeholders through significant change. You take pride in being the reason customers adopt, grow and succeed.
We're looking for:
● 5+ years experience in management consulting, legal, LegalTech or customer success in an AI-native B2B vertical.
● Extensive experience working with or inside a Big 4 firm is highly desirable, we want someone who already understands how these firms are structured, how decisions get made and how change actually lands across member firms.
● A consulting or transformation background, with a demonstrated track record of designing and delivering change-management programmes inside large, complex organisations.
● Experience building tailored transformation roadmaps and adoption plans and steering them to measurable outcomes.
● A track record of driving adoption, retention and satisfaction with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
● Experience leading through influence rather than direct authority. You will set the direction that colleagues in other regions deliver against, so you need to be able to bring people with you.
● Experience working with legal, compliance or other regulated and complex industries or the ability to learn a complex domain exceptionally fast.
● Strong programme and project management skills; you keep multi-workstream initiatives moving and your clients confident.
● Excellent communication skills — written, verbal and interpersonal. You can lead boardroom conversations with legal and professional services leaders and roll up your sleeves with hands-on teams.
● High EQ: you know when to listen, when to advise and when to act.
● A love of fast-paced, early-stage environments where you help build the playbook, not just follow it.
● Fluency with metrics and driven by data, customer health and outcomes over process.
● Willingness to travel internationally around 25% of the time.
Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer
At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

Powering Great Work
We started as the place to find a trusted trade. Now, as we shape the future of home improvement, we're building the tech to transform that landscape for everyone - better products, smarter data, AI where it actually helps - so trades can spend less time on admin and consumers can find someone they trust, first time. That's Powering Great Work, and it's why every team here exists:
🔧 Trades spend less time on admin and more on winning work and growing their business
🏠 Homeowners get a trusted trade, first time, every time
🚀 We get to build products that change homes and lives across the country
As Programme Manager (Trade) in Retention, you'll turn strategy into delivery that actually sticks. You won't manage the teams, but you'll shape how they work, what they work on, and whether the initiatives our Head of Operations is driving make it into everyday practice. You'll sit across the whole of Trade Lifecycle, working with Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales and CRM so the right things get built, rolled out and embedded, not just kicked off.
The job, unfiltered:
Own the delivery of Trade Lifecycle's most critical initiatives end to end, from scoping and planning through to execution and review.
Lead tooling and systems changes across Retention, Credit Control and Trade Support: define requirements, manage timelines and make sure the teams can use the new systems well.
Spot where processes are inconsistent, undocumented or breaking under scale, and fix them.
Run the change management side: stakeholder communication, rollout sequencing, training and adoption tracking, so new ideas don't fade after launch.
Be the senior point of coordination between Trade Lifecycle and Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales and CRM.
Build and maintain the reporting that shows whether strategic initiatives are working, and own the KPI framework for transformation delivery.
The fit:
Depth of experience in a programme, operations or strategy delivery role, ideally in a high-growth tech or marketplace business.
A track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives from design to measurable outcome. Not just managing the plan, but owning the result.
Strong project management instincts: you hold several workstreams at once, spot dependencies before they become blockers and keep senior stakeholders informed without overwhelming them.
Experience leading tooling or systems rollouts in an operational environment, and you understand the change management challenge as well as the technical one.
Confidence with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday or similar) and reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, or advanced Sheets/Excel).
(Don't self-select out because you don't tick every box. We'd rather meet you.)
What you get
💰 Competitive salary, annual bonus & equity scheme
🩺 Health, wellbeing and learning support
🚲 Gym membership, Smart Tech Scheme, Cycle Scheme
🎂 Birthday/special day leave, buy & sell holiday scheme
❤️ 1 week's paid charity leave, and more
How this goes
Screening call with one of our Talent Acquisition Partners
First stage: interview with Head of Operations
Second stage interview with our Operations Manager
Final stage: panel interview including case study
Not this one? Stay close anyway. Join the Talent Community and we'll ping you the second something better fits.

Experience with both high-touch and self-serve enablement models.
Financial services, wealth management, or regulated industry experience.
Background in automating customer training journeys.

Talent Team Screen (30 minutes)
Pair Programming Interview (90 minutes)

A note on AI: we're happy for you to use it for research and interview prep, but please don't use it to generate answers during live interviews. We also use an AI note-taker (Metaview) in interviews so interviewers can stay present (which you can opt out of just let us know,) and every application is reviewed by a human, never decided by AI.

UK | Full-Time
Our founders spent over a decade at Google shaping the Android operating systems - building and shipping the software that now runs on billions of devices. They didn't just use Android; they led teams responsible for the Android Virtualization Framework, Security, and the Android Runtime (ART).
Through that journey, they saw a quiet but massive crisis: as device software grew in complexity, the tools used to build it remained stuck in the past. Today, a standard Android checkout exceeds 200GB of code, and builds can take hours. This "wait time" is the single biggest tax on innovation.
Source.dev was founded to reimagine software development workflows for device makers. We’re building a new generation of software tools that make building complex device software feel as simple as building a webpage - starting with SourceFS.
SourceFS is a high-performance virtual filesystem designed to turn multi-hour workflows into minutes.
10x Faster Builds: Intelligent caching and virtualization that only materializes files when they are actually needed.
10x Lower Costs: Enabling a standard 16-vCPU machine to outperform even a 128-vCPU machine.
True Engineering Productivity: Replaying hundreds of thousands of build steps instantly when inputs match.
We operate with a high degree of trust and a shared value of End-to-End Ownership:
"We own our work end-to-end, from spark to finish. It’s about more than just tasks; it’s the dedication to see things through, staying curious to solve problems, thinking from first principles and ensuring we fix our customer’s problems in the best possible way.”
We are looking for a Performance / Systems Engineer to join us at Source.dev. In this role, your primary metric of success is speed. You will dissect execution paths, eliminate kernel-space context-switching costs, optimize memory layouts, and ensure SourceFS runs as close to the hardware limits as physically possible.
System Bottleneck Hunting: Profile, trace, and eliminate latency across CPU, memory, and disk I/O bottlenecks in Rust systems code using tools like perf, eBPF, valgrind, and custom microbenchmarks.
Kernel & File System Tuning: Deep dive into Linux kernel interactions, optimizing FUSE drivers, VFS caches, asynchronous I/O (io_uring), memory-mapped execution, and thread scheduling.
Memory & Cache Efficiency: Optimize data structures for cache locality, minimize allocation overhead, and eliminate unnecessary memory copies across boundary transitions.
Benchmarking Infrastructure: Design robust, reproducible benchmarking suites to measure micro- and macro-performance regression in high-concurrency environments.
Scaling Build Primitives: Squeeze peak performance out of massive build graphs (Android, Yocto, and more) running on high-core hardware configurations.
The Performance Systems Mindset: You have a deep understanding of computer architecture (CPU caches, memory barriers, SIMD, system calls) and proven experience writing hyper-optimized code in Rust or C/C++.(or other). No prior experience with Rust required, just a willingness to learn is all we are looking for.
Scale-Obsessed: You have experience with (or a burning desire to fix) large-scale build systems and developer tooling.
Impact-Driven: You embody the "Own It" mentality - you see a friction point in the developer journey and you don’t stop until it’s gone.
Curious & Collaborative: You enjoy translating real-world customer problems into robust, production-grade solutions.
Low Ego, High Impact: Beyond being a brilliant coder, you are a thoughtful and empathetic teammate - someone who leads with kindness
Feedback Culture Champion: You embrace feedback and provide it thoughtfully; you see open, honest communication as the foundation of great teamwork.
We are looking for the best talent, wherever it may be. If you’re on the fence about whether you’re a perfect fit, please do apply - we value diverse backgrounds and unique problem-solving approaches.
AI-Native Infrastructure: We merge deep systems expertise with AI to solve the "impossible" - using AI to automate complex merges and conflict resolution for the next generation of devices.
Architect the Future: Have a direct, visible impact on the infrastructure used to build the world’s most advanced hardware.
Early-Stage Ownership: You’ll have a seat at the table to shape our technical roadmap, product direction, and culture from day one.
Tier-One Partnerships: Work side-by-side with world-class customers, from global automotive giants to leading cloud providers.
Elite Engineering Culture: Join a high-trust & passionate team of engineers

We’re looking for a passionate Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team at STRATOS – someone eager to sit at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and real-world impact.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with industry leaders to embed our platform deep into their operations – transforming strategic intent into live systems that drive measurable results. In today’s world, where the last mile of implementation creates the competitive moat, you’ll be the catalyst turning software into scale.
About Us
At STRATOS Technologies, we are transforming how companies make data-driven decisions with our innovative Strategy Operating System. Our software integrates complex datasets into a unified solution, enabling businesses to strengthen their long-term strategies through clear and actionable insights.
Our founders, former business and tech executives who led a $1B division at a Fortune 500 industrial company, originally built a digital twin of their enterprise to drive synchronized planning and execution. Seeing the market’s lack of such a system, they launched STRATOS in 2022 with a bold mission: to build the world’s first strategy operating system that unifies all internal and external data into a single platform.
Today, STRATOS is a category-defining, rapidly growing startup funded extensively by high-profile investors (e.g., Accel) and trusted by nearly a dozen global industrial leaders and Fortune 500 customers. Our software integrates complex datasets into a unified solution, combining deep data integration, best-in-class workflows, and cutting-edge generative AI.
From commercial AI agents to embedded intelligence that supercharges lean teams, STRATOS enables businesses to achieve 10x productivity and strengthen long-term strategies through actionable insights. We are now expanding our team to accelerate our growth even further and help our customers outperform their competition.
Why Forward Deployed Engineering
While we have a scalable technology backbone, we believe that Forward Deployed Engineering is the future of differentiated B2B SaaS in the GenAI age. Rather than shipping static tools, we partner closely with customers to deliver dynamic, tailored solutions where value is created in the implementation layer – not just the codebase.
Ensure client implementations are working successfully
Solve our customers’ hardest business challenges by adapting and deploying the STRATOS platform to their needs
Design and implement scalable generative AI workflows using platforms like Palantir AIP
Execute complex data integration using PySpark and other distributed technologies
Collaborate directly with clients to understand context, priorities, and key outcome
0-4 years of solid experience in data engineering or analytics.
Experience at start-up companies and/or an excitement to experience first-hand the adventure that comes with a fast-scaling tech company, alternatively experience at a top-tier consultancy.
The ability to translate complex and sometimes ambiguous business requirements into clean and maintainable data pipelines
Excellent knowledge of PySpark, Python and SQL fundamentals
The ability to get to grips with new technologies quickly
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Experience in dashboarding tools, Typescript and API development
Familiarity with Airflow, DBT, Databricks
Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (e.g. Oracle, SAP) and CRM systems
Equity through our stock option programme, so you share in the long-term success and growth of the company
A highly competitive salary
Direct access to Fortune 500 executives from your first months, at a level most people wait a decade for
Work alongside former MBB consultants and Fortune 500 executives who will teach you directly — our team is small enough that this happens in person, not through a training curriculum
Private healthcare
Pension scheme
25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays
Work from abroad — up to four weeks a year, and up to two weeks at a time
Hybrid office policy, with visa sponsorship available
A company committed to social and environmental responsibility — we pledge to be a net-zero CO₂ company and donate 1% of our revenue to social causes
Practicalities
London-based, 3 days a week in our Farringdon office
