Granola is the AI notepad for people in back-to-back meetings. We're growing fast and looking for a hands-on affiliate / influencer / creator marketer to help us scale our partnership programmes across evergreen and launch campaigns. This is an individual contributor role.
We are looking for an affiliate and influencer marketer to join our team at Granola. We work with hundreds of creators and publishers to support acquiring new users through partnerships (sponsorships, affiliation and hybrid models).
You'll sit at the intersection of branding and growth, making sure we’re proud of the online narratives around Granola and checking the performance of our influencer marketing efforts at a channel and partner level.
Own a creator portfolio : Be responsible for growing and looking after a large portfolio of key accounts (sponsored, affiliates or hybrid) and regularly keeping in touch with them to increase Granola’s presence on their different channels
Newsletter sponsorships : You'll own this channel end to end, from partner onboarding and booking through live-date tracking, invoicing, and performance reporting.
Influencer partnerships : Sourcing and onboarding great creators for authentic collaborations. Instead of an ad placement, you’ll do demos of granola, find ideas and creative briefs for the influencers that would bring new user acquisitions too
YouTube collaborations : Running campaigns with youtube creators to meet internal priorities through integrations, dedicated videos and editorial projects.
Newsletter creatives : draft launch announcements and evergreen copy, and work with our design and copywriting team to get assets for our ads placements. Review editorial pieces for accuracy and brand safety.
AEO portfolio. Increase the amount of citations on LLM through YouTube partnerships and listicle sponsorships, measuring the impact on citations from your work
Account management : being the point of contact for a portfolio of affiliates / creators with large audiences, building win-win deals and generating authentic content.
3 years in influencer / affiliate marketing, brand-side or agency side. You’ve worked on significant creator collaborations that had tangible business impact (we’ll ask for example of campaigns you’ve run or a portfolio)
A track record of managing a large portfolio of accounts and co-building the systems to support working with hundreds of vendors and deals at once, without sacrificing the quality of deliverables
Experience working at a startup or scale up, preferably in tech, AI or B2B SaaS space. You understand the future of work and Granola’s ICP (enterprise and self-serve)
Have high-agency and business acumen. You’re able to autonomously allocate budget, negotiate with creators, unstuck collaborations including at-risk accounts
Are AI-native but know when to use it and when it is an overkill
Are extremely good at prioritizing - picking what will really move the needles with goals and saying no to what is just busy work
Have deep interest, curiosity and understanding around the creator economy and brand partnerships. You know that the playbooks get constantly re-written and you proactively keep up with the industry.
Are chronically online and already know partners that would be a great fit for Granola. Bonus if you have existing relationships with creators, publishers and key opinion leaders that would be a great fit for Granola.
Are creative and can select creators who have a tasteful editorial line and content style. You’d be able to scout the partners we’d be proud to collaborate with not only through data but also by instincts. Your experience helps you tell who can build trust and influence.
This is the opportunity to come shape the narrative of Granola with creators while generating measurable growth, on the branding and user acquisition side, and create business impact at one of the fastest growing AI company in London.
We work primarily together in London (office-first). You can find more about the team, how we work and our benefits on our careers page.
If this sounds like work you’d love doing, we’d like to hear from you—even if your experience doesn’t match every point above.
Our compensation philosophy is to hire the best people in the market and pay them accordingly with salary, variable, and equity.

We are the creators of Flipper Zero — a portable device for tech enthusiasts and engineers. It’s a gadget with an awesome community that brings together millions of people around the world.
We’re building a new product — Flipper One. It’s a full-featured ARM-based computer running Linux in a compact form factor, powered by the Rockchip RK3576 SoC.
We’ve decided to make the entire development process completely open and public. That’s why we’re looking for a Developer Portal & Community Manager to own and manage the entire Flipper One Developer Portal: maintaining the wiki, collecting tasks from all development teams, managing all GitHub projects and repositories, and proactively communicating with the community.
This role is perfect for you if you want to be close to the product, see firsthand how it’s built, and help turn that process into a clear and valuable entry point for the community. This is not a “content manager” role — you’ll need to fully understand the development process, track all ongoing tasks, and connect the team with the community to make things happen.
What is the Developer Portal?
The Developer Portal is a public wiki + a set of GitHub projects built around Flipper One. It documents how the project works as a whole, explains the architecture of its major subsystems, and provides contribution guides for the community — showing how people can contribute to each sub-project.
Anyone reading the Developer Portal wiki should come away with a complete understanding of the project structure, each feature, and what exactly we are building.
Requirements:
You write clearly, concisely, and without fluff, and can show examples of your work: guides, instructions, READMEs, how-tos, or similar materials
Basic understanding of hardware, software, and development workflows (Git, commits, branches, pull requests)
Able to explain complex technical topics in simple language and visualize them with flowchart sketches
Strong verbal communication skills; you know how to listen, ask precise questions, and quickly extract the key points from chaotic discussions
Keep communication with the community productive — without toxicity, unnecessary softness, or bureaucracy
Comfortable collaborating closely with engineers and navigating technical contexts
Discern useful feedback and constructive disagreement from noise and spam
Value structure, logic, clarity, and information quality
Genuinely interested in developer-facing products, hardware, documentation, open communities, and the build-in-public approach
Proficiency in Russian and English for communication with other departments in the company and the external community
Nice-to-have:
Experience in DevRel, technical writing, community operations, or an editorial role
Experience working with documentation, wikis, knowledge bases, or developer portals
Understanding of the culture of technical communities, open-source, and hardware projects
Ability to work across topics at the intersection of interfaces, electronics, product architecture, and internal development
Responsibilites:
Own and develop the Flipper One Developer Portal
Turn the team’s internal context into clear public documentation, notes, updates, and explanations
Join team calls to understand what’s actually happening in the project and maintain a complete picture of it
Translate technical discussions into clear, human language without losing meaning or accuracy
Moderate community comments, pull requests, and contributions
Filter out spam, reduce noise, and keep discussions productive
Help users understand how the portal works and how to provide useful feedback
Collect signals from the community and bring them back to the team
Make sure the portal stays structured, up to date, and genuinely useful
What we offer:
Fully remote from anywhere in the world
You will be provided with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable working environment
Benefits such as VHI, corporate sports, foreign language courses, and therapy sessions
A five-day workweek with a flexible start of the working day

Fractile was founded in 2022 on the bet that, eventually, the world’s most capable AI systems would be limited in their impact by the time taken to produce useful outputs. We bet everything on the logical conclusion: that the only way to truly unlock this latent value, to make speed viable at scale, was to radically re-invent the hardware that we run our frontier AI models on. Ever since, we have been building chips and systems that tackle this problem: how to efficiently generate output at thousands of tokens per second, while handling the complexity and capacity challenges of operating large models at very long contexts.
The workloads that push to the limits of the current frontier are already transformational; it is the technical and economic limits on inference speed that are constraining progress. The defining work of the 21st century will be marked by the engine of inference delivering immense and diffuse chains of intellectual inquiry, in drug discovery, in software engineering, in materials discovery, in any field where progress is driven by deep reasoning and intelligence to resolve complex problems.

Experience deploying ML models to edge devices or constrained compute environments.
Familiarity with UK Defence procurement, technical assurance or the national security landscape.
Experience leading technical workstreams or working as a technical lead on customer-facing ML projects.
___________________________________________________________________________
In your first three months, we would expect you to:
Become the technical lead for a major applied Defence ML programme, with responsibility for its day-to-day technical progress.
Build strong working relationships with Cosine's ML researchers, engineers and key Defence customer stakeholders.
Develop a clear understanding of the existing models, datasets, technical architecture and operational objectives.
Establish a focused delivery plan with clear priorities, milestones, ownership and success measures.

Identify and begin addressing the most important technical and operational blockers.
Demonstrate tangible progress to customer stakeholders and build confidence in Cosine's ability to deliver.
Longer term, you'll help take advanced ML capabilities from promising prototypes into operational use, while shaping how Cosine builds and delivers applied AI for Defence and other mission-critical organisations.
___________________________________________________________________________
Some of the most important applications of AI won't be found in consumer products. They'll be in environments where information is incomplete, systems are complex, security matters and the consequences of getting things wrong are significant.
Cosine is working to bring frontier machine learning into those environments.
Doing that requires more than good models. It requires people who can understand an operational problem, build something that works, make good technical decisions, coordinate the work needed to deliver it and stay close to the customer until it creates real value.
You'll have unusual proximity to cutting-edge ML research, senior Defence stakeholders and the operational challenges that will shape the next generation of AI capabilities.
This role will suit someone who is technically strong enough to build, organised enough to lead technical delivery and curious enough to engage directly with the people using the technology.
If you enjoy being close to the research, close to customers and personally accountable for turning ambitious technology into something real, come and work with us.
Come help make frontier AI useful where it matters most.

Job title: Machine Learning Engineer – Lumen Enterprise Models (SWE-focused LLMs)
Location: London; full in-office working as default
Start date: ASAP
Reports to: CEO
Compensation: Salary and Equity options available for discussion
Application deadline: 08/11/26 at 23:59 UK time
___________________________________________________________________________
Cosine is building autonomous software-engineering systems for organisations where reliability, security and control matter most.
Our Lumen Enterprise models are designed to work across real codebases. They need to understand unfamiliar architectures, make changes across multiple files, use tools, run tests and produce software that engineers can maintain and trust.
We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to help train and improve these models.
You’ll work across the full training stack, including pre-training, supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning. This is a truly unique role that will provide exposure across all areas of the model training lifecycle. WE’re looking for someone who is just as happy to profile the training loop, identifying performance bottlenecks and memory leaks, as implementing new RL algorithms.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working close to the model and cares about the quality of the software it produces.
___________________________________________________________________________
You’ll work closely with research, infrastructure and product to answer questions such as:
What should Lumen learn next?
Which data and environments will teach it most effectively?
How should we reward correct, maintainable and useful software?
How do we train models to work across large repositories and long contexts?
How do we know when a model is genuinely better for engineers?
The models you train will write code, use development tools, run tests and receive feedback from real software-engineering environments. Your work will directly influence how Lumen reasons about code, navigates unfamiliar systems and improves through experience.
___________________________________________________________________________
The best coding models are not simply the ones that generate plausible code.
They need to understand context, respect existing architecture, use tools effectively, test their work and recover when their first attempt fails. They need to produce changes that work in the real world, not just on a benchmark.
That behaviour has to be trained.
You’ll work directly on the data, environments, rewards and evaluations that shape Lumen’s capabilities. Your work will influence the models used by engineers and enterprise teams working on complex and security-sensitive software systems.
This is an opportunity to work on frontier model training while staying close to a concrete, high-value outcome: building AI that can genuinely do software engineering.
___________________________________________________________________________
Work across the full training lifecycle, running pre-training, supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement-learning experiments.
Optimize training methods at scale on frontier models.
Diagnose and fix performance bottlenecks and communication overhead in distributed training environments.
Train models on long-context, multi-file and repository-level tasks.
Develop RL and RLVR loops using signals from execution, tests, linters, static analysis and other engineering feedback, turning fresh ideas into scalable, reproducible code.
Investigate model failure modes such as poor planning, brittle fixes, reward hacking and regressions.
Collaborate with infrastructure, platform and data teams.
___________________________________________________________________________
You may come from machine learning research, applied ML, model training or a closely related engineering background.
You should have:
Strong experience training deep-learning models in a production or research environment.
Deep practical experience with PyTorch or a comparable framework.
Experience with distributed training and multi-GPU systems (FSDP, Deepspeed, …)
Strong software-engineering fundamentals and a high bar for correctness and maintainability.
Clear communication and the ability to explain technical trade-offs.
Experience with large language models is important. You should have worked meaningfully on at least one of, pre-training, SFT, preference optimisation, RLHF or RLVR.
We care more about depth of understanding and evidence of strong technical judgement than about having used every tool listed. Even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
Experience with mixture-of-experts (MoE) architectures.
Experience with CUDA.
Familiarity with vLLM, SGLang or other high-performance inference systems.
Experience running jobs on SLURM, Kubernetes or managed GPU platforms.
Experience with code-model benchmarks such as SWE-bench, HumanEval or internal repository-level evaluations.
Contributions to open-source model-training, RL or evaluation tools.
___________________________________________________________________________
Direct impact: Your work directly shapes the next generations of Lumen Enterprise SWE models that engineers use every day.
Real scale: You’ll work with large, modern open-source models, long context lengths, and multi-node training runs.
Full-stack ML engineering: From custom PyTorch code and distributed systems to data curation, RL design and MLOps.
Research + pragmatism: You’ll stay close to the latest literature in SFT, and code LLMs, but you’ll be judged by shipped improvements, not just ideas.
If this sounds like a fit, this is a role where you can meaningfully push the frontier of open-source–based software engineering models.
___________________________________________________________________________
We value diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and ways of thinking, and we’re committed to creating an inclusive and respectful workplace.
We encourage applications from anyone who meets the role requirements, even if you don’t meet every single qualification. If you need reasonable adjustments at any stage of the hiring process, we’re happy to discuss them.

Radiant exists to redefine how AI infrastructure is built and operated at scale. We are creating a vertically integrated AI platform that brings together physical infrastructure, control planes, and cloud-native software to deliver abundance, control, and sovereignty in a world constrained by traditional hyperscaler models.
Our vision is to enable organisations to build, train, and deploy AI at national and global scale without surrendering control over performance, cost, or locality. This requires engineering systems that operate across software, hardware, and physical environments, and that remain reliable as scale and complexity increase.
We are scaling our engineering organisation now. Most of our engineering manager seats are open. You join, shape how the teams work, and grow with them.
As an Engineering Manager, you lead a team building and operating core parts of Radiant's cloud platform. You combine people leadership, technical judgement, delivery ownership and cross-functional collaboration. You work closely with product, infrastructure, SRE, security and other engineering teams.
This is a hands-on leadership role. It focuses on building strong teams, delivering reliable platform capabilities, and creating an environment where engineers do their best work.
We run engineering as ten streams in three groups. Each stream is a full team of about nine people: principal, senior and mid-level software engineers, an SDET, a DevOps engineer and a platform engineer. Each stream has its own engineering manager.
Infrastructure: Compute, Network, Storage, Cluster
Platform: Cloud, Infra, Observability, Security
AI: Training, Inference
You do not apply for a single stream. We hire strong managers first. Then we agree your stream with you, based on your strengths and interests. Your first stream is a starting point, not a fixed track. Moves between streams are normal here.
You lead one stream end to end: people, delivery and production.
Lead, coach and develop a team of about nine engineers across platform, infrastructure and distributed systems.
Own team execution across planning, prioritisation, delivery, quality and operational readiness.
Partner with product to turn priorities into clear technical plans and achievable milestones.
Provide technical leadership on architecture, reliability, scalability and engineering trade-offs.
Set strong engineering practices for design, testing, observability, documentation and incident learning.
Improve team effectiveness through clear ownership, healthy processes and strong cross-team collaboration.
Hire, onboard and retain high-performing engineers. Hiring is a large part of the first year. Expect around two hours a day on it.

At Omnea, we’re reinventing how enterprise businesses operate, starting with the most painful parts: procurement – where a single purchase can drag on for months, trigger 50+ emails, and pull in Finance, Legal, Security, and IT just to get something approved.
We’ve raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel to change that. Our AI-native platform connects every person, step, and system so buying is fast, safe, and efficient – one place to request, automated approvals and renewals, real-time supplier risk, and complete spend visibility.
The opportunity is massive. Every enterprise on the planet has this problem and nobody has solved it. We’ve 10x’d ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and are trusted by global enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. We’re now the 4th fastest growing startup in Europe & the Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company To Work for.
Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team includes ex-founders operators who’ve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. You’ll work alongside leaders like Ben, Abs, Sabrina, and Rebe.
As an AI Deployment Lead / Applied AI Consultant, you'll work directly with our most strategic customers to understand their objectives and key challenges, identify high-impact AI opportunities, and translate them into measurable business value.
You'll be building AI solutions on Omnea's procurement automation platform, combining the structured data flowing through requests, approvals, contracts, and supplier records with AI. Omnea gives AI the operational context of how a business actually buys, so it can move past answering questions and start taking action inside procurement itself: routing requests, flagging risk, drafting contract terms, negotiating with suppliers. There is no AI without that context.
You'll prototype these solutions, demonstrate their value to executives, and ensure successful implementation, adoption, and value realisation, growing Omnea's footprint at those customers as you go.
This customer-facing role is ideal for people who enjoy working directly with customers and turning complex business challenges into practical AI solutions. The focus is on problem framing, solution design, and business impact rather than pure implementation. While you will prototype AI solutions, the primary goal is to deliver meaningful business value to customers.
Identify High-Impact AI Opportunities: Work closely with enterprise customers to understand their strategic priorities and operational challenges, identifying where AI can deliver measurable business value.
Design AI-Powered Solutions: Translate complex business problems into scalable solution architectures, using Omnea's AI to eliminate manual work across procurement.
Prototype and Demonstrate Value: Rapidly build prototypes and proof-of-value solutions that demonstrate tangible outcomes to business and technical stakeholders.
Lead AI Innovation with Customers: Facilitate workshops, hackathons, and innovation sessions with customers to explore new ways AI can transform their operations.
Drive Adoption and Business Impact: Partner with customer teams to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and realisation of measurable value from AI deployments.
Develop Domain Expertise: Build deep expertise in specific industries or business domains (e.g., supply chain, finance) and help scale that knowledge across the organisation.
You'll spend more time on problem framing and validation than on hand-building every proof of value. AI can generate a working prototype fast; your job is deciding whether it actually solves the customer's problem.
Writing a sharp brief for what you want AI to build is now core to the role, not a side skill.
Judgment on business impact matters more than raw build speed: which use case actually moves the metric the customer cares about, and which is just an impressive demo.
You'll keep pushing on what's possible as Omnea's AI tooling evolves, and bring what you learn back to the rest of the team.
You might be a great fit if you…
have 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, data / AI consulting, technical pre-sales, sales engineering, value engineering, or customer-facing solution-architecture or AI roles
enjoy translating business challenges into technical solutions
can communicate complex technical concepts to business and executive stakeholders
have a good understanding of business processes across procurement, finance, and supply chain, with the ability to translate high-level business needs into specific AI use cases
demonstrate strong presentation skills to both internal and external stakeholders (including executives), whether whiteboarding sessions or formal readouts and demos
know how to measure the business impact of what you've delivered, and can turn that into a clear story for stakeholders - time saved, error rates down, adoption up, whatever the metric that actually matters to that customer
have hands-on experience identifying, designing, and building automations or AI-driven solutions for repeatable processes, not just scoping them on paper
At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't quite match the full job spec! And regardless of your race, religion, colour, gender, or anything else! If you think you could be a good fit for Omnea, please reach out.
We offer competitive geo-localised benefits, and you can check out our UK Benefits Package here and our US Benefits Package here.
We work Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays in-person at our offices. At this early stage of our company life-cycle it's important to us that we get this together-time, and you can read more about why we believe this is a winning move here
We're commercial, ambitious and we don't pretend otherwise! We're actively seeking folks looking to make the most of a career-defining opportunity, with the hunger to be part of building something really impressive. You can see our values here and our Omnea Future Founder's fund here!
We sometimes use AI note-takers to help us transcribe interview notes, so we can be more present in your interview. If you'd like to opt out of us using automatic transcribers, please note this in the free text field in your application, otherwise we'll take your application as confirmation that you're happy for us to use notetakers (whether added to video calls or in the background).
We are proud to be recognised for both our culture and product, and we are just getting started. Join us as we grow!

AI is changing what it means to deploy enterprise software. Configuring a customer's procurement workflows used to mean weeks of manual setup, integration by integration, edge case by edge case. Increasingly, that first-draft build work can be directed rather than done by hand: AI agents can generate workflow configurations, draft integration mappings, and produce the initial pass on a customer's setup.
The job shifts with it. Instead of building every workflow yourself, you specify exactly what needs to exist, direct AI to build it, and apply the judgment AI can't: is this the right configuration for this customer's approval policy, will Legal and Finance actually sign off on it, does it hold up once real spend starts flowing through it. In practice, that might mean catching that the approval chain AI just drafted works perfectly for HQ, but misses a regional delegation-of-authority rule that would fail an audit in the customer's APAC entity.
As Omnea's AI Solutions Lead, you own deployment of the Omnea platform end to end - typically running 3-5 enterprise deployments concurrently - for some of Europe's most recognisable companies. You advise customers on the best-fit configuration, direct AI-assisted build work to get there fast, and validate every output against what the customer actually needs. You'll also deal with the politics that come with every enterprise rollout: the Legal team wanting one more sign-off, the Finance stakeholder who doesn't trust the new approval flow, the exec sponsor who's gone quiet. You become the internal voice of the customer, and you're judged on outcomes you can point to: time to launch, post-go-live CSAT, and whether that customer becomes a case study or reference.
This is an early hire on Omnea's customer team, working directly with our sales, customer, product, and engineering leadership. The future shape of the role is yours to define!
Run discovery with customer stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT, and translate their process into an Omnea configuration
Design the target workflow: approval chains, routing logic, integrations, and the edge cases that make procurement hard
On a deployment with a dozen-plus integrations, you own the sequencing - what has to land first, what blocks what - and the harder calls underneath it: which system is the source of truth for a given entity, and how records reconcile when two systems key that entity differently
Define success criteria and a realistic path to go-live with the customer's project sponsor
You're not just directing AI to draft your own deliverables faster - you're configuring the specialized agents Omnea's customers rely on every day: an intake agent that knows how to ask a procurement analyst the right follow-up question, a risk agent that flags what actually matters to this customer's Legal team
The real leverage comes from chaining agents together - an intake agent that hands clean, structured requests to a risk agent, which in turn routes into approvals with the right context already attached. You design how those agents work as a system, not just individually
Writing a spec for one agent is a skill. Writing one that holds up across a chain of agents - where one agent's output becomes another's input - is the actual bar here
Validate every AI-generated output against the customer's actual process, policy, and edge cases before anything ships
Handle what AI can't: judgment calls on ambiguous requirements, custom logic, and anything that needs a human read on internal politics
Present configured workflows to stakeholders, from procurement analysts to CFOs, working through the pushback and internal politics that come with any enterprise rollout, and win their buy-in
Run multi-day onsite workshops with customers, coordinating dozens of stakeholders across multiple workstreams at once - a different muscle than a single stakeholder meeting
Project-manage the deployment: timelines, blockers, stakeholder alignment, and a clear path to launch, acting as an extension of the customer's team
Track adoption after go-live and keep the configuration working as the customer's process evolves
Work with Product and Engineering during the design phase, not just after something breaks in the field - you're often the earliest signal on whether a new module will hold up for an enterprise customer, and that shapes what gets built next
You'll spend more time specifying and validating than building from scratch. AI produces the first draft; you make sure it's right for this customer
Writing instructions AI can act on precisely is a skill you'll build fast here. Vague requests produce vague configurations
Judgment matters more, not less. AI speeds up the build, but you decide whether the output is right for this contract, this Board, this customer
You'll keep experimenting as our AI tooling evolves, and share what works with the rest of the team
We don't expect you to know how to do all of this on day one. TL;DR: you're ambitious and hard-working, as comfortable directing an AI agent through a tricky configuration as you are presenting a project plan to an exec. You make up for any gap in experience with hunger and a genuine growth mindset. You derive energy from building relationships, shipping projects, and making customers succeed.
4-8 years in a fast-paced, high-bar environment: a startup, scale-up, consulting, banking, or something you built yourself
Less experience? Check out our Solutions Associate role
Comfortable directing AI tools to produce first-draft work, and confident enough in your own judgment to catch what's wrong. Prior use of tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor is a strong plus. What matters most is your ability to write clear, specific instructions and evaluate what comes back
Client-facing experience, or the natural gravitas to be excellent at it. You can point to a time you went well beyond what a client expected
A track record of doing something exceptionally well, whether that's work, academia, sport, or anything else you've put your mind to
Comfortable reasoning about system architecture - how data models, primary keys, and integration sequencing interact across a dozen enterprise systems. You don't need to write the integration code, but you need to know why it breaks and be able to reason with the people who do, and you'll need to become an Omnea product expert
You build real relationships with people at any level, from a junior procurement analyst to a CFO, and know how to handle pushback and stakeholder politics, not just build rapport
Comfortable running rooms of stakeholders across a genuinely cross-functional tool - on a single project you'll interface with the CPO, Legal, Finance, AP, InfoSec, and Compliance, plus each of their technical resources, often all with competing priorities on the same decision
Comfortable moving between the detail and the big picture: configuring a workflow in the morning, presenting a project plan to an exec in the afternoon
Entrepreneurial, have high ownership, and want to be part of building something. We've signed up to the Future Founder Promise
An excellent communicator: clear and concise, verbal and written, even when the subject is complicated
Highly organised: comfortable running 3-5 enterprise deployments concurrently, each at a different stage, without dropping any of them
At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't quite match the full job spec! And regardless of your race, religion, colour, gender, or anything else!
We're looking for a Frontend Lead Engineer to own the front end at Omnea.
Our design system is growing fast, our front-end architecture is becoming more complex, and right now ownership of these things is distributed. You'd be the person who takes this to the next level.
You'll work across every product team. You'll own the design system, own the front-end architecture, and set the standard for how we build interfaces. We're a tight-knit group of ambitious builders who hold the bar high. It took over 10,000 interviews to hire our first 50 Omneans. Over the next year, our engineering team will double in size, our enterprise customer base will grow from ~180 to 300+, and revenue will triple. The front end has to scale with it.
This is a craft role with real leverage. Almost every engineer at Omnea ships front end. What you build determines how well they do it.
Procurement is a harder interface problem than it sounds. Approval workflows that branch and re-route, dense tables people live in all day, intake forms that adapt to what someone is buying. Getting this right is the difference between software people tolerate and software people actually like using.
Join a Skilled Team. Become part of one of Europe's fastest-growing software companies, working alongside experienced full-stack product engineers and product designers from top technology businesses and startups.
Own the Design System. You'll own our design system outright: components, patterns, tokens, documentation, and adoption. You'll partner closely with Design to turn intent into reusable, high-quality primitives.
Own the Front-End Architecture. Deployment strategy, performance, build tooling, and the conventions everyone else follows. You'll set the direction rather than inherit it, working alongside the engineers and designers closest to each surface rather than owning it in isolation.
Leverage Across Every Team. You'll work with all of our engineering teams on their most front-end-heavy projects. The work you do multiplies across the whole org.
A Real Design Partnership. Every cross-functional team at Omnea has a dedicated Product Manager and Product Designer. You'll be the connective tissue between design intent and what actually ships, and the person designers come to when they want to know what's possible.
Work with Modern Technology. TypeScript everywhere, React and Next.js on the front end, and Meticulous for automated visual regression testing, so you can refactor the design system without fear. Behind it sits Postgres and AWS serverless infrastructure (Lambda, DynamoDB, and EventBridge), managed through Pulumi and deployed via GitHub Actions, with Datadog for observability.
AI-Native Development. AI is core to how we build. Engineers use Claude Code and agentic workflows every day to write, review, and ship code faster, and our product is itself built on AI agents that automate complex procurement workflows.
Continuous Delivery. We deploy small, incremental changes to production multiple times per day, enabling rapid iteration and fast customer feedback loops.
Collaboration and Autonomy. We operate as a high-trust team where individuals are expected to take ownership while collaborating closely to solve difficult problems.
Customers at the Center. We regularly engage directly with customers to understand their problems, gather feedback, and ensure we're building products that create genuine value.
You're deep in React. You've built complex, production React applications and you understand the framework properly, not just the API surface. Rendering behaviour, state, performance, and where things break at scale.
You've owned front-end infrastructure. Rendering strategies, build tooling, bundle performance, and the architectural decisions underneath a large application.
You've built or owned a design system. Not just consumed one. You've made the calls on component APIs, driven adoption across teams, and dealt with the messy reality of migration and versioning.
You have taste. You care how things look and feel, you notice when something is only 90% right, and you can hold a genuine conversation with designers rather than just implementing tickets.
You know CSS deeply. Layout, styling architecture, and building interfaces that hold up across breakpoints, themes, and edge cases. You treat accessibility and motion as part of the craft rather than a checklist at the end.
You're a strong engineer first. Your depth and your interest sit in the front end, and that's the point of this role. But you're fluent in TypeScript generally and comfortable working beyond the browser when a problem calls for it.
You're motivated by impact. You care about what your work actually achieves, not just how it's built. You thrive with the autonomy to make meaningful decisions and take real ownership of outcomes.
You're a team builder. You're excited by maximising team performance, whether that means learning from others or taking the time to explain, give feedback, and level up those around you.
You're comfortable with ambiguity. This role is new. Its shape will be partly yours to define, and you're happy tackling problems without a predefined solution, backed by an experienced team.
You've worked at design-led companies or somewhere with a genuinely high bar for interface quality.
You've performed exceptionally at something else, be it academics, sport, or work. You've gone above and beyond the norm.
You love engineering. It's more than a job. You've contributed to open source or worked on side projects just because you enjoy it.
Before applying, we strongly encourage you to spend a few minutes in our R&D Candidate Hub. It covers our engineering culture, ways of working, interview process, tech environment, and what it's like to build at Omnea.
>> R&D Candidate Hub: https://omnea.notion.site/R-D-Candidate-Hub-2f688cce658780f1b942c81cd3a032d4
While this is a front-end specialist role, we expect a core level understanding of TypeScript beyond the browser, so you should be comfortable writing general TypeScript in an exercise that will feel more full-stack than front-end. We assess this as part of our pair programming stage, which is the same standard exercise we run for every engineer. Beyond that baseline, we're looking for genuine depth in React, front-end architecture, and design systems.
The process varies slightly by level but generally includes:
Initial screening call with the Talent team (30 mins - remote)
Pair programming interview in TypeScript (1 hour - remote)
Onsite Interviews: front-end system design , engineering culture, engineering leadership interviews (3 hours - in-person)
Final interview with our CEO - meet Ben Freeman (CEO & Founder) - 45 mins remote
We'll assess level throughout and align interview stages accordingly.
We're proud to support visa sponsorship for candidates who need it.

As an International Sales Recruiter, you'll own high-priority searches across EMEA and beyond — Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and broader business roles — partnering closely with hiring managers and Talent leadership to define strategy, map regional markets, engage passive candidates, and drive high-quality hiring decisions with speed and precision.
Your success is measured by the quality, velocity, and business impact of the hires you make across TRM's international business functions.
The impact you'll have:
Own full-cycle recruiting for international roles across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and other functions.
Act as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers, including advising on market dynamics, candidate calibration, sourcing strategy, and close approach.
Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies that identify, engage, and close exceptional talent across EMEA and other global markets.
Develop regional talent maps across priority markets that include high-performing companies, competitive talent, referral networks, and specialized candidate communities.
Create an exceptional candidate experience where every touchpoint reflects TRM's talent bar, mission, and operating principles.
Use data, market insight, and funnel conversion metrics to diagnose search health, influence hiring teams, and adjust strategy in real time.
Drive urgency and decision quality through clear calibration, structured feedback, and timely hiring decisions.
Continuously improve international recruiting including intake quality, scorecard alignment, sourcing strategy, debrief rigor, and offer execution.
Partner cross-functionally with Talent, People, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to navigate international hiring considerations and keep searches moving.
What we're looking for:
7+ years of recruiting experience, with strong experience supporting international sales hiring in high-growth technology companies.
Proven success hiring across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and other business functions.
Strong knowledge of EMEA talent markets, with the ability to adapt strategy by region, function, and candidate profile.
Strong search fundamentals including market mapping, talent intelligence, passive candidate engagement, candidate assessment, and closing.
The ability to quickly understand complex business roles across GTM, compliance, marketing, and operations.
Strong analytical ability to interpret recruiting metrics, funnel health, conversion rates, and pipeline quality and translate them into action.
Exceptional stakeholder management that includes building trust, influencing hiring managers, pushing back thoughtfully, and operating as a strategic advisor.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including synthesizing market insight, candidate tradeoffs, and search progress clearly for stakeholders.
High ownership, autonomy, persistence, and judgment in navigating ambiguous, specialized, business-critical searches.
The ability to operate effectively in a remote, globally distributed environment with strong overlap across EMEA and U.S. business hours.
About the team:
Our talent team is fully remote and async-first. We keep work moving across time zones through Slack, thorough documentation, and proactive updates.
We stay tightly aligned through weekly hiring syncs, team sourcing syncs, and bi-weekly team meetings where we solve challenges together.
We care deeply about our craft: we continuously refine best practices and data quality to deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike, backed by precise, reliable reporting.
We're globally distributed but most of us overlap between 7am–12pm PST for real-time collaboration.
Every team member, wherever they're based, maintains at least a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours.
Learn about TRM Speed in this position:

AI fluency is a baseline expectation at TRM.
We believe AI meaningfully changes how top performers operate. We expect every team member to use AI to accelerate and reimagine their craft, not just automate surface tasks.
At TRM, AI fluency means you are among the top 10 percent of operators in your function in how you apply AI to:
Accelerate repeatable workflows
Structure and solve problems
Improve output quality
Increase speed and leverage
You will be evaluated on applied AI fluency during the interview process.
We are building a safer world. That promise shows up in how we work every day.
TRM moves FAST. We are a high-velocity, high-ownership team that expects clarity, follow-through, and impact. People who thrive here are energized by hard problems, experimentation, and continuous feedback. If something takes months elsewhere, it will ship here in days.
Our work sits at the intersection of AI, national security, and fighting crime. The problems are complex, the stakes are real, and the environment evolves quickly. The pace and intensity of the work reflect the importance of the mission. As a result, the way we operate requires a high level of ownership, adaptability, collaboration, and creative problem-solving.
At TRM, you should expect:
Priorities and targets to change quickly
Operating with a high degree of ambiguity
A high level of personal ownership and accountability
Close collaboration across teams and functions
Frequent, high-touch communication
Creative problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking
A pace that rewards urgency, adaptability, and outcomes
This environment is energizing for people who enjoy building, solving hard problems, and making progress in situations that are not always fully defined. It also requires thriving in ambiguity, adjusting course as new information emerges, and maintaining focus and positivity in a fast-moving and intense environment.
We also recognize that this style of operating is not for everyone. If you are primarily optimizing for predictability or a consistently balanced workload, we encourage you to use the interview process to pressure-test whether this environment is truly the right fit. We want teammates who thrive here, not just survive here.
If you are excited by meaningful problems, motivated by ambitious goals, and energized by working alongside mission-driven colleagues, there is a good chance you will find TRM to be an exceptional place to grow and contribute.
We hire and grow against three leadership principles. They’re the standards for how we operate, treat each other, and make decisions.
Impact-Oriented Trailblazer: We put customers first and move with speed, focus, and adaptability. We treat every plan like an experiment – test, ship, measure, and iterate quickly.
Master Craftsperson: We care deeply about our craft. We balance speed with high standards, own outcomes end‑to‑end, and invest in getting better everyday.
Inspiring Colleague: We add clarity and energy, not noise. We bring humility, candor, and a one‑team mindset — giving and receiving feedback to make the team stronger.
At TRM, we care deeply about our craft. We are looking for individuals who want their work to matter, who experiment with speed and rigor, and who take pride in building a safer world for billions of people. If you’re excited by TRM’s mission but don’t check every box, we encourage you to apply — we hire for slope, judgment, and the will to learn fast.

Siena is the Agent of Record for CX, built for consumer brands like Spanx, FIGS, Brooklinen, and Grüns.
It runs as a connected multi-agent stack on top of a shared intelligence layer: agents that sell, support, listen, handle social and voice across the entire customer journey, turning every conversation into signal you can act on.
We are a small, fully distributed, global team. We have built leverage into how we work, which is what lets a team this size move at the speed we do.
We hire athletes. Everyone here owns real outcomes, defaults to writing over meetings, communicates with directness, and acts the moment they see something worth acting on. Low ego, high standards, fast clock.
If you want to set the bar rather than follow one, keep reading.
You own the commercial relationship for Siena's highest-value brands: renewals, expansion, executive trust, and knowing your accounts better than anyone. A deployment strategist owns product outcomes for the same accounts, and together you're the Siena pod.
You're accountable for net dollar retention, expansion quota attainment, and executive relationship health across your book. You own our Growth and Strategic segment accounts, not the full customer book, working at the intersection of customer, sales, and your deployment strategist. Expect moderate travel for in-person workshops, account visits, and QBRs.
Own the commercial relationship end to end for a portfolio of Growth and Strategic accounts, from post-onboarding through long-term growth: build concrete account plans, track impact with data, and hold customers and internal teams accountable when progress stalls
Map every account and build executive trust: maintain a living stakeholder map, build relationships with decision-makers beyond day-to-day contacts, and own the executive cadence so leadership sees Siena's value before renewal conversations start
Drive commercial outcomes: own renewal negotiations, independently identify and close expansion opportunities, and quantify customer ROI in cost savings, efficiency, or revenue impact
Bring product depth to the relationship: understand how Siena's agents work together, explain capabilities confidently, and guide customers on the best strategic use cases
Lead cross-functional execution: turn vague customer problems into clear problem statements and execution plans, partnering with other teams as needed
The Bar: If you're missing any of these, this isn't the role for you.
3+ years in account management with technical, complex software, including at least one independently negotiated $100k+ deal
Startup background: comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, wearing many hats
E-commerce or CX industry experience: customers respond better to AMs who speak their language
Your customers and your pod are US-based: this role requires overlap with the East Coast
Strong Signal: Not dealbreakers, but what separates a good hire from a great one.
Hands-on AI experience: you've built an agent, automated a workflow, or created a tool, not just used ChatGPT for email
Enterprise experience: managed complex orgs, sold to multiple stakeholders
Close collaboration experience with product and engineering teams
Self-directed: brings solutions, not just problems
Balances empathy with commercial impact, willing to challenge the status quo when it blocks results
Nice to Have: Bonus, not required.
Experience at a native AI technology company
Comfort with API integrations, conversation flow design, and business intelligence tools
You want a fixed playbook and clear SOPs before you start
You'd rather support the commercial conversation than own it
You need close oversight rather than working independently with your deployment strategist as your main partner
Real ownership. You will own problems, not tasks, with the autonomy to solve them your way and the trust to do it without a manager in your inbox.
Work that ships and matters. What you build reaches real consumer brands fast.
A category we are creating. The Agent of Record is new ground, with unsolved problems and cutting-edge models, not a crowded field to compete in.
A team that respects your judgment. Globally distributed, async-first, low bureaucracy. We hire adults and treat you like one.
Great salary plus equity or stock grants. Own a piece of what you build.
Learning budget. If you are growing, so are we.
AI-fluency by default. Few places will push your work with production AI further or faster.
The people who thrive here are curious, customer-obsessed, and take ownership without being asked. They fix problems first and explain later. They're direct about feedback - both giving and receiving it - because they care more about getting things right than being polite.
They maintain high standards while moving at startup speed, and they build real relationships with teammates because they know that's how great work gets done. When things get tough, they adapt and keep pushing forward.
The people who thrive here treat AI like a natural extension of themselves. They've built their own ecosystem of agents - some for research, others for debugging, writing, analysis, or writing code. They know which AI works best for what problem.
Everyone gets premium accounts (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity Pro, Cursor, Lovable) plus a quarterly budget for new tools. But the magic happens in how we share knowledge. Demo days where someone shows off a clever workflows. Slack threads about which model handles a specific use case better. Learning from each other's AI workflows.
At Siena, we're not just looking for people who can do a job. We're looking for people who want to break boundaries, create the future, and reshape industries. If that's you, we look forward to your application.
We use AI-assisted screening tools as part of our hiring process. All decisions are made by humans. You can request a human-only review at Siena provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce and welcome people from all backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, and abilities.

Customer-facing chops, with the ability to drive conversations with executives
Semi-technical - comfortable using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, etc to build lightweight systems, and understands core concepts of system design

What makes a strong candidate:
Experience in the AI industry, especially in AI Strategy and Operations or Product Operations roles
A track record of going out of your way to get things done proactively
Builds lightweight systems autonomously
Detail-oriented under volume; maintains attention to detail even with large volume of tasks
Credible in front of GTM teams and customers without needing a lead in the room

🚢 We ship fast. All of our work is novel and cutting edge, and execution speed is paramount. We have a high bar, and we don’t sacrifice quality or design along the way.

We’re looking for a passionate Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team at STRATOS – someone eager to sit at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and real-world impact.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with industry leaders to embed our platform deep into their operations – transforming strategic intent into live systems that drive measurable results. In today’s world, where the last mile of implementation creates the competitive moat, you’ll be the catalyst turning software into scale.
About Us
At STRATOS Technologies, we are transforming how companies make data-driven decisions with our innovative Strategy Operating System. Our software integrates complex datasets into a unified solution, enabling businesses to strengthen their long-term strategies through clear and actionable insights.
Our founders, former business and tech executives who led a $1B division at a Fortune 500 industrial company, originally built a digital twin of their enterprise to drive synchronized planning and execution. Seeing the market’s lack of such a system, they launched STRATOS in 2022 with a bold mission: to build the world’s first strategy operating system that unifies all internal and external data into a single platform.
Today, STRATOS is a category-defining, rapidly growing startup funded extensively by high-profile investors (e.g., Accel) and trusted by nearly a dozen global industrial leaders and Fortune 500 customers. Our software integrates complex datasets into a unified solution, combining deep data integration, best-in-class workflows, and cutting-edge generative AI.
From commercial AI agents to embedded intelligence that supercharges lean teams, STRATOS enables businesses to achieve 10x productivity and strengthen long-term strategies through actionable insights. We are now expanding our team to accelerate our growth even further and help our customers outperform their competition.
Why Forward Deployed Engineering
While we have a scalable technology backbone, we believe that Forward Deployed Engineering is the future of differentiated B2B SaaS in the GenAI age. Rather than shipping static tools, we partner closely with customers to deliver dynamic, tailored solutions where value is created in the implementation layer – not just the codebase.
Ensure client implementations are working successfully
Solve our customers’ hardest business challenges by adapting and deploying the STRATOS platform to their needs
Design and implement scalable generative AI workflows using platforms like Palantir AIP
Execute complex data integration using PySpark and other distributed technologies
Collaborate directly with clients to understand context, priorities, and key outcome
0-4 years of solid experience in data engineering or analytics.
Experience at start-up companies and/or an excitement to experience first-hand the adventure that comes with a fast-scaling tech company, alternatively experience at a top-tier consultancy.
The ability to translate complex and sometimes ambiguous business requirements into clean and maintainable data pipelines
Excellent knowledge of PySpark, Python and SQL fundamentals
The ability to get to grips with new technologies quickly
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Experience in dashboarding tools, Typescript and API development
Familiarity with Airflow, DBT, Databricks
Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (e.g. Oracle, SAP) and CRM systems
