Mimica is an AI-powered process intelligence platform enabling enterprises and individuals to reclaim their most precious resource: time. We've all seen repetitive tasks and redundant processes quietly drain productivity and creativity. Not because companies don’t want to become more efficient, but because they don’t know where to start.
Mimica automatically analyzes your team’s work, then generates the AI agents to execute it. Our software turns everyday work into data-backed decisions, helping companies remove process bottlenecks, automate the right tasks, and upskill teams with precision and confidence.
We’ve raised $26 million in Series B financing and are scaling fast. Backed by investors including Khosla Ventures and Paladin Capital, our proprietary AI technology is trusted by Fortune 500 companies to accelerate transformation. Mimica is recognized as a Top 100 AI Start-up by Accel and an industry Leader by the Everest Group.
Our team
Behind our platform is a team of exceptionally talented people, remote-first and globally distributed across 16+ countries. We're looking for curious, collaborative people excited to solve complex problems. You'll join a fast-paced environment built on high ownership, bottom-up thinking, and transparent, open communication – helping some of the world's leading organizations transform the way work gets done with AI.
Mimica is growing fast, and so is the demand on our Platform Team. As Head of Platform, you will lead a lean but highly capable team that is the backbone of every engineering squad in the company, and you will own the infrastructure strategy, including all AI infrastructure, as we scale.
The Platform team services the entire engineering organisation: keeping environments healthy, unblocking teams, building the infrastructure that lets everyone else move faster, and working with teams regarding SRE topics and developer experience too. As you work with us, the role will develop into designing Mimica’s infrastructure strategy at scale. The team has 4 engineers today, around 6 by the end of the year, and 10+ in 2027, so the role has the potential to grow into a “manager of managers” level as the company grows.
This is a role with real scope: expanding to multi-region and physically separated database environments, supporting Mimica’s first installable infrastructure component for enterprise, and owning FinOps. One day you are defining the standard menu of deployment options for enterprise customers, the next you are in a security review or an architecture decision on AI infrastructure.
We are looking for leaders with either an application development or a systems/infrastructure background.
What matters more than your origin story is your hands-on credibility with Kubernetes, IaC, and cloud platforms, your ability to lead engineers and other leaders, and your ability to collaborate closely with Product, ML, Security, Sales and Customer Success. If you want to work in a place where your contributions are visible, your scope is broad, and the problems are real, this is the role for you.
Own Mimica's infrastructure strategy and the platform roadmap across all products, with the final call on cloud architecture, deployment models, infra vendors and platform standards.
Lead and grow the Platform team: Manage existing Platform and SREs, plan headcount, set goals and metrics, and design the sub-team split (Cloud & Developer Platform, Reliability & SRE, AI Infrastructure) as the team grows.
Own all AI infrastructure, including training and serving infra, MLOps tooling, Vertex and model access.
Maintain Mimica’s DevEx culture - improve agency for product teams without compromising on compliance, create paved roads for deployments, and identify pain points as they arise.
Own the infra and LLM budget, forecast and unit economics, including cost attribution by product and customer and the GCP relationship.
Own reliability across engineering: SLOs, on-call model, incident process, postmortems, DR testing and capacity planning.
Own the CI/CD and developer platform, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, ArgoCD, Crossplane) and observability standards (Honeycomb, Grafana, Loki).
Work with the Platform PM, your peer, to define client needs and turn them into the platform roadmap.
Act as the named technical owner for infrastructure in enterprise deals and security reviews, joining high-stakes sales and client calls and coaching your team to take the rest.
Guide the craft mentors for infrastructure, MLOps and Python engineering, and set engineering-wide standards for reliability, on-call, CI/CD and craft.
Report monthly platform health and costs to leadership, and lead the infrastructure part of technical due diligence.
Proven experience leading engineers, ideally including managing a team lead or other managers, and growing a team through hiring and sub-team design.
Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes, whether on GKE (preferred), EKS, OnPrem, or another managed Kubernetes service, across multiple regions.
Proven experience with infrastructure-as-code as a core part of your platform, such as Terraform, and with ArgoCD or a comparable GitOps tool.
A track record in owning reliability: setting SLOs and SLAs, running on-call, leading incident response and postmortems, and testing disaster recovery.
Observability experience with at least one major platform: Honeycomb, Datadog, Grafana, or New Relic.
Comfortable with code, and able to review architecture and prototypes hands-on.
Experience owning an infrastructure budget, including cloud cost attribution, forecasting and cloud-provider relationships.
Experience designing deployment models for enterprise customers (single tenant, regional, data residency) and supporting security reviews and contracted SLAs.
Background in startups or scale-ups: you are used to ambiguity, moving fast, and wearing multiple hats.
Strong communication and collaboration skills: you can translate infrastructure complexity into clear language for engineers, executives and clients, and you know when to say no to bespoke requests.
Familiarity with Crossplane, or a similar product like Config Connector.
Experience with Temporal for workflow orchestration.
Security and compliance experience, particularly supporting SOC 2.
Experience supporting a funding round, including technical due diligence.
💰 Generous compensation + stock options - aligned with our internal framework, market data, and individual skills.
🏢 Distributed work: Work from anywhere - fully remote, in our hubs, or a mix.
💻 Company-issued laptop, remote setup stipend, and co-working budget
📍 Flexible schedules and location
☀️ Ample paid time off, in addition to local public holidays
🍼 Enhanced parental leave
🧘♀️ Health & retirement benefits
📖 Annual learning & development budget
🌴 Annual workaways and regular virtual & in-person socials
🌍 Opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking projects that shape the future of work
Note: Some benefits may vary depending on location and role

About KIRA
Our mission is to make money smart, reliable and within reach for everyone.
In 2019, we built the first mobile-first, insurance platform, enabling insurance to be accessible online by millions in the region. Today, it's the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia.
Today, we are expanding ways to help people in Asia and it includes spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and more. Our objective is to build tools that will help people get more from their money and at ease and self reliance, become an expert. We believe AI will help us achieve this in our generation.

We have teams working around the world, with over 20 nationalities and growing from our offices and remotely. Join us and build a better future.
If you're this person, we'd love to talk to you.
KIRA is building a AI Finance Superapp for Southeast Asia across payments, remittance, insurance, wealth, and trading.
These products move real money. Reliability, regulatory requirements, and third-party financial rails are fundamental to the product - not considerations around the edges.
The Technical Product Manager owns a product vertical end-to-end, from strategy and outcomes through technical design, delivery, and launch.
We are AI-native by default, but AI is a means, not the goal. The bar is knowing where AI genuinely improves an outcome, where deterministic systems must remain in control, and how to build products that are reliable, auditable, and trusted.
Owning a product vertical end-to-end, including strategy, metrics, roadmap, priorities and delivery.
Shaping technical design with engineering across APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, failure handling, security and scalability.
Driving trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulatory requirements and user experience.
Building regulatory requirements into the product across KYC, transaction monitoring, limits, privacy and licensing.
Applying AI where it improves outcomes, with clear evaluation, safeguards, human oversight and failure handling.
Shipping products around external dependencies, including regulatory approvals, financial rails and third-party partners.
Aligning Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury and Finance around clear product decisions and launch requirements.
5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex technical products from strategy through production.
Strong technical foundation across system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, failure modes and distributed systems.
Experience working closely with engineers and ability to review, challenge and contribute to technical designs.
Experience in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading or another regulated, high-consequence product domain.
Strong product judgment and ability to make difficult trade-offs under technical, regulatory and operational constraints.
Experience building with LLMs or AI products, including evaluation, reliability and understanding when AI should not be used.
Engineering or highly technical product background.
Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products.
Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products.
Clear vertical strategy and legible roadmap
Ships fast and clears the gates that actually block launch
Money is correct and users are never misled about the state of their funds
AI features are valuable, predictable and trusted
Trade-offs made deliberately under uncertainty and hold up when challenged
Engineering, design, compliance, and operations are aligned with minimal friction
This is a hybrid role. You are expected to work from our local office at least 3 days per week, with the remaining days offering flexibility to work remotely.

You’re joining manda, iwoca’s M&A platform, at a pivotal moment. After early success working with existing iwoca customers, we’re now turning to the open market to help more business owners exit.
That’s why we’re looking for a Growth Associate to join the team. This is a 6-month fixed-term role for someone smart, hungry and entrepreneurial. With the right traction the role will convert into a permanent role at the forefront of manda’s growth efforts.
Selling a small business is hard. Only one in five UK SME owners has a formal exit plan, yet half are counting on their business to fund their retirement. Below £10m in enterprise value, most M&A advisers can't make the economics work, so a generation of owner-managers is getting ready to step back with no realistic route to a sale.
manda exists to fix that. We match owners with serious buyers, from search funds to private equity, and handle the whole process in one place, including financial due diligence and acquisition finance. Our first sale is done, and we're now opening manda up beyond iwoca's own customers.
manda is part of iwoca, one of Europe's leading fintech lenders, which has provided more than £4 billion in funding to over 150,000 businesses since 2012. That gives us what a traditional adviser doesn't have: a deep footprint in the SME economy, a lender's data and infrastructure, and deals run on clean, automated processes rather than spreadsheets.
You'll report to manda's Venture Lead and work day to day with our Transaction Managers, the dealmakers who run each sale, and our Partnerships Manager, who builds our referral network with accountants, solicitors and wealth managers. You'll also work with iwoca's marketing & sales team and have access to their tools and know-how.
Your mission is to grow the number of businesses manda takes to market, by finding owners who are serious about selling and bringing them into a first meeting with one of our Transaction Managers.
With an ethos of smarter, not louder, you’ll build on iwoca’s existing models to work out which owners are getting ready to sell and which businesses will attract a buyer, then reach them personally by email, LinkedIn and phone. We'd rather approach the right few hundred owners well than the wrong ten thousand badly.
Decide who we contact. Own the target lists and the logic behind them, and keep sharpening them on what actually predicts a seller and a strong business.
Convert interest. Write and send the outreach yourself, follow up with owners who respond, and book them in with a Transaction Manager.
Find what works. Run several experiments at once, back what produces meetings and drop what doesn't. Letters, events and ideas of your own can all earn a place.
Make manda credible. Owners look us up before they reply. Help make sure what they find, from our website to LinkedIn, gives them a reason to get in touch.
You don't need to be a marketer or have years of experience. You need to be smart, resourceful and quick to learn from what isn't working, and to want ownership of something real.
You're entrepreneurial. You've started, sold or built something, even if it was small, and you don't wait for a plan before getting going.
You write well. Your messages are short, clear and human, the kind a busy owner actually answers, and you're just as at ease on the phone with someone who has spent thirty years building their business.
You follow through. A reply that never becomes a meeting is a lead lost.
You're honest about results. You'd rather report a bad week than dress it up.
You're AI-savvy. You use AI to research, personalise and write at a scale one person couldn't otherwise reach, and you automate whatever you find yourself doing twice.
Essential:
Some experience in outreach, sales or growth, whether in an SDR or BDR role, marketing, a startup or a project of your own. Evidence of initiative matters more than a polished CV.
Numerate and analytical. Working out who to contact is as much of this job as contacting them.
Comfortable with rejection. Most owners won't reply, and plenty who do won't be ready yet.
A genuine interest in SMEs, M&A or how businesses change hands.
Based in London and available full-time.
Bonus:
Hands-on with outbound tools such as HubSpot or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
You've worked to a meetings or pipeline target, and hit it.
Experience building a targeting or lead-scoring model.
This is initially a 6-month fixed-term contract, with a salary of £30,000–£40,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience.
While we're starting with a fixed-term contract, our intention is for this to develop into a permanent position. The company
Small businesses move fast. Opportunities often don’t wait, and cash flow pressures can appear overnight. To keep going, and growing, SMEs need finance that’s as flexible and responsive as they are.
That's why we built iwoca. Our smart technology, data science and five-star customer service ensures business owners can act with the speed, confidence and control they need, exactly when it's needed.
We’ve already cleared the way for 100,000 businesses with more than £4 billion in funding. Our passionate team is driven to help even more SMEs succeed, through access to better finance and other services that make running a business easier. Our ultimate mission is to support one million SMEs in their defining moments, creating lasting impact for the communities and economies they drive.
We’re looking for a Junior Technical Integration Manager in our Partnerships team (Hybrid in London, UK).
Partners send us thousands of small businesses each month looking for finance, using our Lending API embedded in the apps those businesses already use. You’ll be the person who makes those integrations work: guiding partners’ developers through the build, fixing what breaks, and turning what partners need — and what we learn from them — into what we build next. You don’t need to arrive with extensive experience of debugging API’s, but you do need to be curious and open to learning whatever it takes to help partners.
The team
The Partnerships team puts iwoca’s lending inside the platforms small businesses already use — banking apps, accounting software, payment providers and comparison sites— through our Lending API. Partners range from recognisable global names to one-person businesses, and each one needs its integration to work differently. The team’s job is to grow those partnerships and to keep the journey from a partner’s app to a funded loan as short as it can be. You will also work very closely with our Partner Flow team, who build and maintain the Lending API and any features partners need.
The role
You’ll be the main contact for partners’ developers, helping them with all things API. You’ll need to be curious, meticulous, and happy working under your own steam.
Mastery: become the person who knows the Lending API best
Learn the Lending API end to end — every endpoint, webhook and failure mode.
Guide a partner’s engineers from sandbox, to live and any ongoing optimisations. Shaping the integration they build along the way.
Review partner customer journeys and tell them what to change to get more businesses funded.
Triage live integration issues, trace them through the logs and code, and work with Partner Flow engineers on the fix.
Influence: turn what partners tell you into what we build
Own the technical relationship with each partner, from their engineers to their commercial leads.
Pitch new API features to partners alongside our commercial team, and make the case for why they’d move the numbers.
Be the partners’ voice inside iwoca — collect what they need and push it onto the roadmap.
Ownership: run the systems the whole partner channel depends on
Build the monitoring that tells us an integration is degrading before a partner has to tell us, then analyse and investigate what’s going wrong.
Dig into integration performance data to find the problems nobody has reported yet.
Own our public API documentation and make it the reason partners choose to build with us.
The requirements
Essential:
A degree in a technical or scientific subject — computer science, engineering, maths, physics or similar
An understanding and interest in how APIs work — enough to follow the logic in a partner’s integration.
Clear, concise communication with technical and non-technical audiences alike, and the credibility to manage a partner’s expectations.
An analytical approach that gets to the root of a problem, not just the symptom.
Commercial sense to judge which problems, and which partners, are worth your time first.
Comfortable using AI tools to investigate, analyse and get to answers faster.
Bonus:
Experience in a partner-facing or customer-facing technical role.
Experience reading API documentation or debugging an integration yourself, even on a side project.
Basic coding experience.
The salary
We expect to pay £32,500 - £37,500 (+20% quarterly OTE bonus) for this role. But, we’re open-minded, so definitely include your salary goals with your application. We routinely benchmark salaries against market rates, and run quarterly performance and salary reviews.
The culture
At iwoca, we prioritise a culture of learning, growth, and support, and invest in the development of our team members. We value thought and skill diversity, and encourage people to explore new areas of interest, adopt better tools – including AI – and apply sound judgement so our products and decisions improve over time.

We’re looking for a passionate Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team at STRATOS – someone eager to sit at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and real-world impact.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with industry leaders to embed our platform deep into their operations – transforming strategic intent into live systems that drive measurable results. In today’s world, where the last mile of implementation creates the competitive moat, you’ll be the catalyst turning software into scale.
About Us
At STRATOS Technologies, we are transforming how companies make data-driven decisions with our innovative Strategy Operating System. Our software integrates complex datasets into a unified solution, enabling businesses to strengthen their long-term strategies through clear and actionable insights.
Our founders, former business and tech executives who led a $1B division at a Fortune 500 industrial company, originally built a digital twin of their enterprise to drive synchronized planning and execution. Seeing the market’s lack of such a system, they launched STRATOS in 2022 with a bold mission: to build the world’s first strategy operating system that unifies all internal and external data into a single platform.
Today, STRATOS is a category-defining, rapidly growing startup funded extensively by high-profile investors (e.g., Accel) and trusted by nearly a dozen global industrial leaders and Fortune 500 customers. Our software integrates complex datasets into a unified solution, combining deep data integration, best-in-class workflows, and cutting-edge generative AI.
From commercial AI agents to embedded intelligence that supercharges lean teams, STRATOS enables businesses to achieve 10x productivity and strengthen long-term strategies through actionable insights. We are now expanding our team to accelerate our growth even further and help our customers outperform their competition.
Why Forward Deployed Engineering
While we have a scalable technology backbone, we believe that Forward Deployed Engineering is the future of differentiated B2B SaaS in the GenAI age. Rather than shipping static tools, we partner closely with customers to deliver dynamic, tailored solutions where value is created in the implementation layer – not just the codebase.
Ensure client implementations are working successfully
Solve our customers’ hardest business challenges by adapting and deploying the STRATOS platform to their needs
Design and implement scalable generative AI workflows using platforms like Palantir AIP
Execute complex data integration using PySpark and other distributed technologies
Collaborate directly with clients to understand context, priorities, and key outcome
0-4 years of solid experience in data engineering or analytics.
Experience at start-up companies and/or an excitement to experience first-hand the adventure that comes with a fast-scaling tech company, alternatively experience at a top-tier consultancy.
The ability to translate complex and sometimes ambiguous business requirements into clean and maintainable data pipelines
Excellent knowledge of PySpark, Python and SQL fundamentals
The ability to get to grips with new technologies quickly
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Experience in dashboarding tools, Typescript and API development
Familiarity with Airflow, DBT, Databricks
Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (e.g. Oracle, SAP) and CRM systems
Equity through our stock option programme, so you share in the long-term success and growth of the company
A highly competitive salary
Direct access to Fortune 500 executives from your first months, at a level most people wait a decade for
Work alongside former MBB consultants and Fortune 500 executives who will teach you directly — our team is small enough that this happens in person, not through a training curriculum
Private healthcare
Pension scheme
25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays
Work from abroad — up to four weeks a year, and up to two weeks at a time
Hybrid office policy, with visa sponsorship available
A company committed to social and environmental responsibility — we pledge to be a net-zero CO₂ company and donate 1% of our revenue to social causes
Practicalities
London-based, 3 days a week in our Farringdon office
