What you'll do

Suitcase is Perk's design system, supporting 25+ designers and the engineers who build with them across web and mobile. Our ambition is for it to be a complete, consumer-grade, accessible and distributable system, so Perk feels like one consistent product on every surface our customers use, including AI agents and assistants. As a Senior Design Systems Designer you'll own the craft and visual direction of Suitcase, and work with front-end engineers, content designers and product designers to make high quality design the default standard. You will:

  • Set the direction for Suitcase with design and engineering leadership, turn the vision into a roadmap with named resources, and report progress against it.

  • Own the visual language, token architecture, and foundations of Suitcase: typography, colour, space, motion, and interaction states.

  • Work with content design and localisation on content tokens, so components carry their language requirements.

  • Design, document, and refine components with complete states, variants, platform coverage and usage guidance.

  • Write component specs that AI prototyping tools can read, so generated prototypes use real Suitcase components and tokens.

  • Bring components to WCAG 2.2 AA, and make conformance part of how new components are built and reviewed.

  • Define adoption, component health, accessibility, and Figma-to-code parity measures with engineering, and report against them.

  • Run the contribution governance model, with defined routes for components between an experimental layer and the core system.

  • Champion Suitcase across Builders, explain the reasoning behind decisions, and coach designers and engineers on using and contributing to the system.

What you'll need

  • Strong product design experience, including time spent designing and scaling design systems for a fast-growing product on web and mobile.

  • A deep grasp of typography, colour, layout, motion, and micro-interactions.

  • Judgement on when the system needs a new component and when an existing one should be used.

  • Experience designing and maintaining token systems, including naming, theming, documentation, and Figma-to-code workflows, and working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

  • Practical experience designing components for WCAG 2.2 AA standards, including keyboard and screen-reader behaviour.

  • Experience prototyping with AI tools and with Storybook, Code Connect and MCP tooling, and an understanding of how they connect design systems to code and AI tools.

  • The ability to take non-designers from the problem to the decision to the outcome and build adoption by persuasion.

  • A clear opinion of what good looks like, and the ability to make trade-off decisions and defend them.

  • Experience using customer insight from research, support and sales as well as team data, and taking ownership of business outcomes.

  • A clear voice in shaping roadmap, sequencing and scope, and the ability to push back, including when the system is being bypassed, without damaging the relationship.

  • Experience integrating or consolidating design systems.

  • Familiarity with content and localisation considerations in components.

Staff Frontend Engineer
Trading212 – London

Our mission is to enable everyone to build wealth

We reinvent how trading and investing work by creating exceptional products people love.

That takes high standards, high velocity and engineers who own what they ship.

Today, we serve over 6 million clients, with more than €38 billion in assets under management. At that scale, frontend architecture, performance and product quality have material business consequences.

Our frontend platform spans web and mobile: TypeScript, React, React Native and React Native Web in an Nx and pnpm monorepo, with TanStack Query, Zustand, Playwright, Detox and Jest. Around 95% of our code is reused across web and mobile.

About the role

Staff Frontend Engineers shape architecture and engineering direction across product teams while remaining close to the code. Your scope will include shared libraries, platform capabilities, developer tooling and difficult product-system problems.

This is not a people-management role. Its leverage comes from technical judgement, credible execution and making other engineers and teams more effective.

What you’ll do

  • Set direction for frontend architecture across React, React Native and the shared monorepo.

  • Own cross-team problems in platform capabilities, shared libraries, design-system foundations, tooling and developer experience.

  • Lead decisions on boundaries, abstractions, state and data flow, performance, testing and migration strategy.

  • Diagnose systemic rendering, bundle, runtime and release-quality problems and create durable fixes.

  • Remain hands-on where implementation, prototyping or technical investigation is the fastest way to create clarity.

  • Partner with product, backend engineering and QA on risks and decisions that cross team boundaries.

  • Mentor senior engineers, raise review quality and make sound frontend judgement easier to reproduce across teams.

  • Balance standardisation with team autonomy, avoiding platform work that creates more friction than leverage.

What you need to have

  • Evidence of architectural or platform impact across multiple frontend teams.

  • Deep ownership of complex production systems built with React or React Native and TypeScript.

  • Strong judgement in application boundaries, shared libraries, state management, performance and migration design.

  • A track record of improving developer effectiveness, reliability or product quality through durable mechanisms.

  • Practical experience diagnosing performance and correctness problems across web or mobile systems.

  • The ability to influence technical direction through evidence, clarity and trusted execution rather than title.

  • Clear communication that helps teams act on complex technical decisions.

  • Strong engineering and product judgement, including knowing when not to introduce a new abstraction.

Staff scope is assessed through ownership, judgement and sustained organisational impact—not years of experience or familiarity with every technology listed.

What to expect

  • Recruiter conversation

  • Code Review

  • Experience Deep Dive

  • Managerial interview

Your recruiter will explain each stage clearly and follow up after every conversation.

About the role

Senior Frontend Engineers work across our product domains. Your team match will reflect your strengths, interests and where you can contribute most.

That takes high standards, high velocity and engineers who own what they ship.

What you’ll do

  • Own high-consequence backend problems that span services, teams or product domains.

  • Establish clear system boundaries and architectural direction without creating unnecessary central control.

  • Lead technical decisions by making constraints, alternatives, risks and trade-offs explicit.

Staff Backend Software Engineer - GO & Python
Physicsx – London

<div class="content-intro"><h2>About us</h2> <div><strong>Re-architecting Engineering for the Age of Intelligence<br></strong><br>PhysicsX is the physics AI company for industrials. The company’s mission is to accelerate hardware innovation by overhauling what industrial engineering and manufacturing look like today. PhysicsX is building a new simulation software stack to deliver deep physics AI enablement across the entire engineering lifecycle. The company partners with leading organisations in aerospace &amp; defence, automotive, semiconductors, materials, and energy &amp; renewables, supporting them on some of their most critical and complex challenges. PhysicsX is headquartered in the United Kingdom, with offices in London, New York, and Singapore and an expanding presence in the Bay Area.</div></div><h2>The Role</h2> <p>PhysicsX is building a platform that enables Data Scientists and Simulation Engineers to build, train, and deploy Deep Physics Models. The platform handles massive volumes of complex simulation data and enables high fidelity multi physics simulation through AI inference.</p> <p>We are looking for a Senior (potentially Staff level, depending on the candidate) Software Engineer to join the AI Workbench platform team. This is a software engineering role, not an ML research role. You do not need to be a practising ML engineer, but you do need to be fluent in the language of ML and data platforms, ideally through prior hands on experience with ML platforms or data science work.</p> <p>The team sits in a highly infrastructure heavy domain without being an infrastructure team itself. A large part of the role is building strong working relationships with the infrastructure team and owning the work that falls in the space between the two, where ownership is not always clearly defined. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing engineers across the team, some of whom are early career and some mid career.</p> <p>Note for candidates: PhysicsX is currently going through a team reorganisation. The scope of this role may evolve as team structures settle, and we have kept this description intentionally broad rather than narrowly tailored to today's team shape.</p> <h2>What You Will Do</h2> <ul> <li>Design and build distributed systems, services, and APIs for high dimensional simulation data across the machine learning lifecycle, from data processing and model training to inference services.</li> <li>Own work end to end in a domain where responsibilities often sit between the AIWB platform team and the wider infrastructure team, and proactively build the relationships needed to manage that ambiguity well.</li> <li>Build tools that enable data scientists and engineers to create automated, robust pipelines for data ingestion and processing, powering active learning loops.</li> <li>Architect and integrate storage solutions, data warehouses, and data lakes to handle the demands of complex simulations, multimodal data, and deep learning workloads.</li> <li>Deploy and support services across more than one production environment, including cloud and on premises or air gapped customer environments.</li> <li>Define system architecture for new capabilities, making trade offs across performance, reliability, cost, and developer experience.</li> <li>Author and review Technical Decision Records and contribute to Technology Radar reviews.</li> <li>Mentor and support the growth of engineers across the team, including those earlier in their careers, and act as a technical role model.</li> <li>Remain genuinely hands on. Writing code stays part of the job at every level, this is not a purely managerial track.</li> <li>Communicate clearly and confidently with a wide range of stakeholders and personalities across engineering, delivery, and customer facing teams.</li> </ul> <h2>What You Bring to the Table</h2> <ul> <li>A passion for the craft. You are driven by engineering excellence and enjoy building things properly, not just shipping quickly.</li> <li>Strong Kubernetes experience. This is a must have, including comfort with CRDs, Operators, and infrastructure configuration tools such as Helm or ArgoCD.</li> <li>Strong command of Go, plus working knowledge of Python. Comfort with Rust is also valued. Experience across Kubernetes, Go, Python, and Rust is ideal.</li> <li>Experience deploying and supporting services in more than one production environment, not just a single deployment target.</li> <li>An ML platform background or prior data science experience, even if you have since moved into pure software engineering. You understand how ML practitioners and researchers think and talk about problems.</li> <li>Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach. You do not need to be told what to do next.</li> <li>Strong communication and organisational skills, with experience operating at a senior or staff level, or equivalent people leadership experience, in a comparable engineering organisation.</li> <li>Comfort with ambiguity and an adaptable, startup minded approach. PhysicsX moves quickly and priorities shift, and we are looking for people who thrive in that environment rather than finding it difficult.</li> <li>Prior experience mentoring or developing other engineers.</li> </ul> <h3>Ideally</h3> <ul> <li>Experience at an ML focused startup or platform company, or a strong infrastructure background from a larger organisation such as a bank, provided you can demonstrate adaptability to a smaller, faster moving environment</li> <li>Side projects, open source contributions, or things you have built for their own sake. Not a requirement, but a nice signal of genuine engineering passion.</li> <li>Understanding of what it takes to build and support software across cloud, on premises, and air gapped environments.</li> <li>Experience with big data systems and analytics at scale in production.</li> </ul> <h2>What We Offer</h2> <ul> <li>Equity options, share in our success and growth.</li> <li>10% employer pension contribution, invest in your future.</li> <li>Free office lunches, great food to fuel your workdays.</li> <li>Flexible working, balance your work and life in a way that works for you.</li> <li>Hybrid setup, enjoy our new Shoreditch office while keeping remote flexibility.</li> <li>Enhanced parental leave, support for life's biggest milestones.</li> <li>Private healthcare, comprehensive coverage.</li> <li>Personal development, access learning and training to help you grow.</li> <li>Work from anywhere, extend your remote setup to enjoy the sun or reconnect with loved ones.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><div>&nbsp;</div> <div>We value diversity and are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of sex, race, religion, ethnicity, nationality, disability, age, sexual orientation or gender identity. We strongly encourage individuals from groups traditionally underrepresented in tech to apply. To help make a change, we sponsor bright women from disadvantaged backgrounds through their university degrees in science and mathematics.&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>We collect diversity and inclusion data solely for the purpose of monitoring the effectiveness of our equal opportunities policies and ensuring compliance with employment and equality legislation. This information is confidential, used only in aggregate form, and will not influence the outcome of your application.&nbsp;</div> <div> <div class="body body__secondary"> <div id="question_7460024101-description" class="question-description"></div> </div> </div> <div> <div class="select">&nbsp;</div> </div></div>

Principal Software Engineer
Cytix – Manchester

You’ll be a Technical Leader, unblock the engineering team by resolving complex technical impasses, standardising engineering practices, and owning cross-functional initiatives.

You'll still be a highly hands-on engineer, responsible for rapidly prototyping, shipping MVPs, and turning product ideas into polished user experiences. You’ll work across the stack, collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams while operating with a high degree of independence.

What you'll do

  • Build and ship new product features end-to-end

  • Lead rapid prototyping and MVP development

  • Develop modern frontend applications using TypeScript, Vue 3 Composition API, and Tailwind

  • Contribute to backend services using Node, Bun, Koa, PostgreSQL, Prisma, and AWS

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape product direction

  • Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience across the platfor

  • Support on hiring, performance and technical roadmaps.

What you'll need

  • Extensive experience building modern frontend applications with TypeScript and Vue3

  • Solid backend experience with Node-based services and relational databases

  • Experience working with PostgreSQL, Prisma, AWS, and REST APIs

  • Comfortable moving quickly, making pragmatic decisions, and shipping iteratively

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Able to work independently in a hybrid environment

  • Ideally have been in early stage start-ups going through growth and technical challenges

What you'll get:

  • Share options - If Cytix wins, you should too.

  • Unlimited Holidays!

  • Enhanced maternity and paternity pay.

  • Pension - 8% (3% employer, 5% employee)

  • Private Healthcare through Vitality including dental, optical and hearing

  • Work from anywhere (WFA)

  • Claude Tokens

  • Celebrate your birthday with a day off work

  • Octopus car scheme - Drive an electric car through salary sacrifice

  • Inclusivity as standard - A team where you can do your best work as yourself, no asterisks.
    About Cytix

  • Software never stops changing. Teams ship new code every day, through tickets, pull requests, releases, and increasingly with AI in the mix, but the way security keeps up with all that change hasn't really moved on.

  • That's the problem we're solving. Cytix helps organisations understand which software changes actually matter, what should happen next, and how to prove the right call was made. Security understood, in other words.

We're a small team with big plans, so every person we hire genuinely shapes what Cytix becomes. That's why we're upfront about our five values: we interview for all of them, and they matter to us more than a perfect CV. They're things you do, not things you are, so have a read and see if they sound like you.

Make the first move. When the goal is clear but the path isn't, you get moving rather than waiting for perfect instructions. If you're blocked, you make a sensible call, say what you're assuming, and explain how you'd course-correct. We'd rather you act and be slightly wrong than sit still.

Find the smarter path. You ask why before how. You dig into what the real problem is instead of just building what the spec says, and you're happy to question 'that's how it's always been done' when the reason behind it has gone stale.

See it through. When something's yours, it lands. No loose ends, no surprises for whoever picks it up next. You keep people posted when things change, and if something falls between roles, you catch it.

Raise the bar. You do the best job possible in the time you've got, whether that's a day or a month. Sometimes that means deep craft; sometimes the smartest move is quick and scrappy. It's about good judgement, and we hold each other to it without blame or politics.

Play to win. You care about the mission but don't take yourself too seriously. You say 'I' when things go wrong and 'we' when they go right, trust teammates to do things their own way, and bring a bit of humour when the pressure's on.

Sound like you on a normal working day? We'd love to meet you.

Compensation: £100K – £120K • + Equity

We're looking for a Application Security Engineer to join our Manchester-based application security business as a member of the AppSec Engineering team

Cytix is a platform that threat models development tickets and creates security testing plans that include both manual and automated testing.

In this role, you won't be confined to traditional 4+1 web applications. We're breaking away from the constraints of CHECK or CE+ standards, and we're not interested in producing lengthy PDF reports. Collaborating closely with both our in-house development team and clients, you'll play in pivotal role in driving penetration testing.

Having recently secured Series A funding this opportunity is genuinely one-of-a-kind for the right individual!

What you'll do

Operating as a Security Consultant specialising in Application Security (AppSec) Testing.

  • Penetration Testing web applications, APIs, mobile applications, etc for our clients across a range of industries.

  • Working with stakeholders of both a technical and non-technical nature to assist in vulnerability identification and remediations.

  • Performing risk reviews of application changes as part of our continuous security testing process.

  • You are comfortable collaborating with developers and external customers.

What you'll bring

  • 2+ years in Penetration Testing, Application Security Engineering, or a similar offensive security role.

  • Work from anywhere (WFA - within the UK)

  • Celebrate your birthday with a day off work

  • Claude Tokens

  • Octopus car scheme - Drive an electric car through salary sacrifice

  • Inclusivity as standard - A team where you can do your best work as yourself, no asterisks.

MLOps Engineer
Checkatrade – Moorgate London

Powering Great Work

We started as the place to find a trusted trade. Now, as we shape the future of home improvement, we're building the tech to transform that landscape for everyone - better products, smarter data, AI where it actually helps - so trades can spend less time on admin and consumers can find someone they trust, first time. 🔧 Trades spend less time on admin and more on winning work and growing their business

🏠 Homeowners get a trusted trade, first time, every time

🚀 We get to build products that change homes and lives across the country

As our next MLOps Engineer, you'll own how machine learning and AI run in production at Checkatrade. You'll turn our Data Scientists' models into live, reliable services, and build the secure foundations that let AI tools and agents use our data. You'll report to the Head of Data Engineering, in Barcelona (on-site) or London (hybrid).

The job, unfiltered:

  • Deploy, automate, monitor and retrain ML models, moving refresh frequency towards real-time where it adds value.

  • Set the MLOps standards for the Data Science team: CI/CD, model versioning and reusable patterns that save everyone reinventing the wheel.

  • Build the infrastructure that lets AI tools and agents (including Claude, MCP services and knowledge bases) access Checkatrade data securely.

  • Help keep our GCP-based data platform (with some infrastructure in AWS) reliable and secure, and chip away at legacy and technical debt.

  • Watch models, pipelines, AI usage and platform services, so drift, reliability and cost issues get caught early.

  • Apply the right controls to ML and AI workloads, including sensitive-data access, lineage and reproducibility.

The fit:

  • Strong Python, with proven experience deploying, serving and monitoring ML models in production.

  • Hands-on experience with GCP and its ML and data services.

  • Docker and Kubernetes, plus CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code.

  • Experience building observability for ML or data systems: metrics, alerting and cost monitoring.

  • A security-minded approach to data access and secrets management.

  • You take ownership of production systems and care about them long after launch, and you work well with Data Scientists and engineers alike.

  • You favour simple, maintainable solutions and raise the engineering bar around you.

Nice to have:

  • Streaming or event-driven systems for real-time inference.

  • LLM and agent infrastructure (MCP, retrieval-augmented generation, vector stores).

  • Feature stores, model registries and drift detection.

  • AWS experience, particularly managed Airflow (MWAA).

Senior People Partner
Street Group – Manchester

Senior People Partner

📍 Manchester, UK (Hybrid 4 days WFH) | 💰 £60,000 - £70,000

Street Group is a fast moving B2B SaaS business - grown in Manchester but on a UK wide mission to make moving house as easy as buying a car. We’ve recently raised strategic growth investment, and are scaling fast toward an ambitious growth plan - and we’re looking for a Senior People Partner to ensure we get there.

Over the past 6 years, our People team has designed, built, and implemented the people processes that have scaled Street Group from 30 - 230 people. But we know that systems that work at 200 people can break when growth accelerates - and we want to get ahead of that.

This is an opportunity for someone who has been through that scaling journey before to have an oversized impact on a small but ambitious People team to become best in class.

If you know what can impact culture both positively and negatively as a company grows; have experience building systems that both set people up to do their best work AND that scale alongside the business; and embrace AI and the positive impact it can have on employee experience - we think you might do great work here.

Why this role exists now

Our People team is lean - and as we mature as a business, there’s limited capacity to ensure we’re constantly innovating and improving the mechanisms that enable people to do their best work. We have ambitious goals to achieve - now is the time to fine-tune our People function to ensure the business hits those goals.

The role

In 2026, over half of the business told us they don't know what excellence looks like in their role, or how excellence is rewarded. This is the crux of this role; to build the systems, processes and reward that sets people up for success and ensure we reward and retain our best people.

Over the next 12-18 months, this will mean you'll be working with our Head of People and People Partner on initiatives that clarify excellence and reward - our internal levels framework, compensation & reward, embedding our excellence standard throughout the business, coaching senior managers and leaders, and building manager capability at scale.

Who we're looking for

  • A Senior People Partner with experience operating at this level: you’ve designed people systems built for growth, coached senior managers and leaders, are curious about how technology and innovation is changing the People landscape, and are constantly looking for more impactful ways to support the business.

  • A commercial mindset - e.g. you measure your results on impact on business and team performance rather than work shipped.

  • An AI-native mindset: you treat AI as leverage and are keen to learn from our team, and share what’s been working for you - but understand the nuances of where AI can never replace genuine People Partnering.

  • The credibility and communication skills to bring busy managers on the journey with you.

  • Someone who makes the team better on purpose, not by accident: you share what you know and help develop the people around you.

Why you might not want to apply

We'd rather be honest up front, because this role won’t be for everyone.

  • If you want to move into people management. This is a senior IC role. You'll coach, share knowledge, and set standards, but you won't have direct reports. If a management title is what you're chasing now or in the imminent future, this isn’t the job for you.

  • If you haven't been through a similar scaling journey in SaaS businesses before. Our People team is home grown; we're specifically looking for the experience and knowledge that comes from having been there/done that before, and can prevent us from making common mistakes.

  • If AI feels like a threat rather than a tool. We love Claude Cowork, and have both built and used multiple other tools to improve and speed up our ways of working. We have a company-wide expectation that AI is utilised, so it will be a large part of this role.

  • If you want a role where you'll be spending a lot of time on pastoral employee interactions. This isn't going to be the main part of this role - you'll be spending most of your time building a culture of excellence.

If that list sounds like your kind of role, please apply and let us know why!

We recognise that women and people from underrepresented groups often apply for jobs only when they meet every single requirement listed. If you fall into that category and are about to rule yourself out based on the above criteria, please consider applying anyway. We'd love to see your application!

A note on using AI in your job application

As a fast-moving and rapidly evolving tech company, we embrace the advantages of AI and encourage its use throughout our application process. However, our goal is to get to know and hire the authentic you - your skills, experience, and values. We don’t want to hire an AI-generated version of you. We consider AI to be a valuable tool, not something that should overshadow you as an individual.

How we use AI in the hiring process

Candidate experience is really important to us, and our Talent team use AI notetakers during interviews so they can focus purely on their conversation with you. All hiring decisions are made by humans - not AI. Let us know if you have any questions!

Senior Product Designer - L5
Street Group – Manchester

Senior Product Designer
📍 Manchester (Hybrid, up to 4 days WFH)

💰 £50k-£65k DOE

Street Group is one of the fastest-growing PropTech companies in the UK, building the technology estate and letting agents use to run their businesses.

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own onboarding for Street.co.uk, our sales and lettings CRM. Switching CRM is a big decision for an estate agency. It means moving years of data, setting up branches, roles and permissions, and getting every agent confident from day one. That makes onboarding one of the most important areas for our growth, and we're rethinking all of it.

You'll own the end-to-end journey, from the moment an agency signs to the point their team is running their business on Street.co.uk. You won't be handed a brief. You'll find the problems, decide what matters most, and work with our onboarding team, PMs, engineers, support and commercial to fix them.

How we work:

  • Our users rely on us to run their businesses, so they love talking to us. You can spin up a call and test a prototype the same day. We don't guess; we ask.

  • We don't believe in rigid, box-ticking processes. Sometimes you need a deep discovery phase; sometimes you just need to trust your intuition and ship. We trust you to know the difference.

Here's what you can expect to be working on as an L5 Senior Product Designer at Street Group

  • Partner with PMs and Engineers to shape the roadmap and decide what we build next. You'll identify problem areas worth solving and propose them - not wait for them to land in your queue.

  • Define what success looks like before you ship. Measure how it performs after release using analytics, support data and customer feedback. Adjust.

  • Jump on calls with users or visit them in-branch to understand pain points and test new workflows.

  • Move from low-fi sketches to high-fidelity prototypes - picking the right tool and fidelity for the job, whether that's Figma, paper, or a Claude Code prototype.

  • Leverage an AI-native, code-first workflow: use tools like Claude Code to "vibe code" small UI tweaks directly in the live product, get instant answers on technical constraints without waiting on engineers, and iterate your designs in the actual browser to drastically speed up feedback loops.

  • Bring AI thinking to what we build, not just how we build it - design AI experiences in the product where they genuinely help users, and call them out where they'd be gimmicks.

Why you should (and shouldn't) apply

You should apply if:

  • You want to own design end-to-end for significant work in your area - research through to shipping and measuring impact.

  • You think from first principles and don't apply "standard" patterns blindly. You ask questions that narrow down the solution space and aren't afraid to challenge the status quo when you've got the evidence to back it up.

  • You want to ship work that is polished, intuitive, and sets a new standard for the industry.

  • You're commercially fluent - you understand that the user-optimal design isn't always the commercially right one, and you can make that trade-off without losing sleep.

  • You've designed for complex products, and you care about the whole service, not just the screens.

You probably shouldn't apply if:

  • You prefer a strict, repetitive rhythm or a linear process without ambiguity, as you will find our pace stressful.

  • You prefer to design in a silo. We challenge each other constantly to get the best result, so if you don't like engineers or PMs questioning your process, this isn't the place.

  • You need to be told exactly what to do. We provide support, but we need people who see a problem and proactively chase the solution.

  • You ship and move on. We expect you to define success upfront and check how the work performed after release.

A bit about you

  • Experience: Roughly 5+ years of Product/UX Design experience (SaaS or complex product experience is a bonus).

  • Tooling: Fluent in Figma and confident with modern design systems. Comfortable using AI tools across your workflow, including for shipping small changes directly to production.

  • Research: You plan and run your own user research - picking the right method for the question, knowing how much research is enough to make a decision.

  • Measuring success: You define what success looks like before you ship, and you check what actually happened after.

  • Communication: You can articulate why you made a design decision to an engineer, a PM, or a commercial stakeholder - and adjust how you communicate depending on who's listening.

Research has shown that women tend to rule themselves out of applying for jobs unless they meet 100% of the requirements. If you fall into that category and are about to rule yourself out based on the above criteria, please consider applying anyway. We'd love to see your application.

Product Manager — Kits and Integrated Workflows
Oni – Oxford (On-site)

At ONI, we are driven by a profound mission: to propel scientific discovery and combat diseases by granting everyone the ability to visualize, comprehend, and share the intricate microscopic details of life. Our revolutionary Nanoimager and Aplo Platform stand at the forefront of advancing cellular studies on a molecular level, making substantial contributions to the evolution of scientific knowledge.

We’re looking for a product manager to own our kits and workflows, including EV Profiler and LNP Profiler, now that the concept is proven. You’ll make sure sample preparation, fluid handling, imaging, analysis and reporting software work together as one system, and your responsibility is the complete customer experience, from sample to scientifically meaningful result. The job is making that system rock solid: hardening what’s already on the market, making sure it works the same way at every site, and getting more customers on it without support load growing at the same rate.

The Role

As part of the Product team, you’ll own the product management of our kits and end-to-end workflows, including the Discovery Kit, EV Profiler and LNP Profiler and their future revisions. You will ensure these work together with automated sample preparation and fluid handling, imaging, analysis and reporting software to deliver reliable, reproducible and intuitive solutions for our customers.

The initial products have launched, and the work now is making them dependable, repeatable, and scalable for our customers. You’ll create clarity and momentum for the R&D teams by understanding which problems matter, turning customer and market evidence into priorities, and removing barriers to delivering a coherent solution. You’ll grow adoption to routine use across many sites, including bioprocessing and QC settings where results must be reproducible and defensible, and you’ll work with Marketing on positioning and the product story as the portfolio evolves. You will play a critical role in bringing these quality improvements to the market and ensuring that current and future kits maintain their quality over time, and you’ll help define the roadmap for next iterations of existing and future kits and workflows. As a product manager, you’ll be the connective tissue between software, hardware, bioware, support, and the field, acting as the voice of the customer to help internal teams better understand our customers’ needs and problems.

The role is ideal for a technically curious, commercially aware individual who loves getting hands-on with products, takes ownership of outcomes and thrives on complex, cross-functional challenges. You will work broadly across our platform and alongside US colleagues; the position is based in Oxford and involves occasional travel to customers and our US team (typically 10-20%).

What you’ll do
  • Understand scientists and their complete workflows first-hand. Work with customers and field teams, study usage and support data, and synthesize their sometimes conflicting inputs into the problems worth solving.

  • Drive evidence-led product direction and priorities across our solutions with R&D and commercial leaders, balancing customer outcomes, differentiation, adoption, reliability, margin and technical feasibility.

  • Own the roadmap for our kits (including the Discovery Kit and the EV and LNP Profiler kits) and workflows, balancing quality, reliability, usability and new features.

  • Build and refine market and product requirements (MRD/PRD) across workflows, from sample preparation (Aplo Flow) through acquisition (Aplo Scope) to analysis (CODI), according to our Product Development Process.

  • Own validation for each kit and workflow: define acceptance criteria, performance specifications and validation plans, including reference samples and reproducibility across instruments, operators and sites. Work with R&D, who own development and verification.

  • Drive coherence across our end-to-end solutions, ensuring kits, reagents, lab automation, instruments and software evolve together rather than as disconnected products. Champion reproducibility, usability and reliable results across the complete workflow.

  • Connect R&D, operations, quality, service, field applications, sales, marketing and customers. Establish feedback loops, clear ownership and effective cross-team decisions.

  • Own pricing and packaging for our kits and workflows, balancing customer value, competitiveness and margin targets.

  • Work with Marketing throughout a product's life to shape positioning, the value proposition and the product story as the portfolio evolves, not only at launch.

  • Lead launch and release planning with R&D, Marketing and the field: set readiness criteria, make go/no-go decisions, and coordinate documentation, release notes and training for each launch or revision.

  • Create and run webinars and internal training for the field application and sales teams on new products and revisions, and keep an accurate record of what each kit, instrument and software version can deliver.

  • Track post-launch performance, including adoption, kit reorders, time to first result, reproducibility, support burden, customer feedback and commercial results, and use it to set priorities.

  • Analyze support tickets, logs and customer feedback to identify recurring failure modes, and prioritize root-cause fixes into the roadmap.

  • Work with Quality and Operations on manufacturing transfer, life cycle support and end of life, so our kits and workflows maintain quality over time.

What you’ll bring
  • A life-science background, ideally EVs, LNPs, nanoparticle characterization, imaging or biophysics. Being able to speak the language of our customers is critical. An MSc/PhD or equivalent hands-on experience is a real plus.

  • Fluency across software, instruments, laboratory workflows and multidisciplinary R&D; comfortable investigating issues hands-on and understanding how the system fits together.

  • Experience working with empowered, cross-functional development teams: knowing when to provide context, decide on a trade-off and leave the solution to specialists.

  • Product management (or product owner) experience in life-science tools or instrumentation, ideally taking something from first release to a scaled, supported product.

  • Experience planning and running launches with Marketing, R&D and the field, from development through adoption.

  • Commercial and pricing judgement: You can weigh customer value, competitiveness and margin when setting price and packaging.

  • A quality mindset: You’re comfortable writing acceptance criteria and test plans, and you think about risk, reproducibility and traceability. Exposure to a quality system (ISO 9001 or 13485) is a plus.

  • Comfort with data: logs, tickets, precision and method-comparison numbers (CVs, site to site). Evidence sets priorities, not the loudest voice.

  • The ability to lead across software, hardware, bioware, support and field without owning any of them, and to prioritize when everything feels urgent.

  • Clear writing and organization skills. Requirements, release notes and docs that other people can act on.

Nice to have
  • Super-resolution or single-molecule imaging experience (dSTORM, PALM, DNA-PAINT), or general microscopy experience (TIRF, widefield, confocal, spinning-disk).

  • Hands-on EV or LNP work in research, biopharma, gene therapy or drug delivery.

  • Laboratory automation, automated liquid handling, sample preparation, consumable kits, workflow integration, scientific software or data analysis.

  • Integrating instruments, software, consumables and automated lab workflows; exposure to verification, validation, quality systems or lifecycle support.

  • Commercialization, pricing, segmentation, product positioning or product marketing in technically sophisticated markets.

    Data Enablement Officer
    Efficioconsulting – London

At Efficio, we're not just a consulting firm; we're a team of dedicated experts committed to transforming procurement and supply chain functions. Our mission is to drive sustainable, measurable value for our clients through innovative solutions and deep industry insights. Join us and be part of a dynamic environment where your skills and ideas make a real impact.
Efficio is the world’s largest specialist procurement and supply chain consultancy, with offices across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. We’re a diverse team of over 1,000 individuals, representing more than 60 different nationalities and speaking 40+ languages – and we’re continuing to grow rapidly!

    Data Enablement Officer

Help shape how Efficio uses data responsibly, securely and effectively.

We are looking for a Data Enablement Officer to establish and lead Efficio’s data governance framework, helping us protect client data while enabling its responsible use across our services, analytics, products and AI capabilities.

This is a highly visible role at the intersection of data, technology, AI, risk and client delivery. You will work across the business to turn complex contractual, regulatory, privacy and security requirements into practical guidance that enables teams to innovate with confidence.

Initially, the role will have a strong advisory and enablement focus: helping teams understand client requirements, assess new uses of data and make proportionate, risk-based decisions. As our governance model matures, the role is expected to take greater ownership of the framework and delegated authority for lower-risk decisions.

    What you'll be doing

    Establish our data governance framework

You will assess our current data-handling practices and develop a practical, scalable governance framework covering the lifecycle of client data – from collection and classification through to access, use, sharing, storage, retention and secure deletion.

You will develop and maintain policies and standards covering areas including:

    • Client data handling and classification

    • Data reuse and fair usage

    • Use of client data within Efficio products

    • Use of data with AI tools, including third-party and self-hosted solutions

    • Data access and security

    • Retention, archiving and secure disposal

    • Anonymisation and aggregation

    • Third-party data sharing

    • Policy exceptions and escalation

You will also help establish and maintain our information asset inventories, data flows and AI asset registers.

Enable responsible use of data and AI

A key part of the role will be helping teams determine what we can do with data, under what conditions, and with what safeguards.

You will establish a consistent approach for assessing new and changing data use cases, considering factors such as:

    • Why the data was originally obtained

    • Client and contractual restrictions

    • Data sensitivity and classification

    • The proposed use and intended recipients

    • Security and access controls

    • Retention requirements

    • Legal, client and reputational considerations

For AI use cases, you will help define which activities are permitted, restricted, require additional review or are prohibited. This will include the use of prompts, uploaded files and connected data sources, as well as expectations around human oversight, output validation and accountability.

    Govern products, platforms and technology

You will define the conditions under which client data can be stored or processed using Efficio products, SaaS platforms, cloud services and AI tools.

Working closely with Technology, Information Security, Legal and Privacy teams, you will assess areas including:

    • Data residency and international transfers

    • Encryption, access controls and logging

    • Supplier and subcontractor access

    • Data retention, backups and deletion

    • Exit and data-export arrangements

    • Use of customer data for AI model training, product improvement or other secondary purposes

You will help ensure that unapproved platforms are not used for client data without appropriate assessment and documented approval.

    Support new solutions and innovation

You will work alongside teams designing and deploying new data, software, analytics and AI solutions, providing governance input from an early stage.

Ahead of launch, you will help confirm that the appropriate governance, legal, privacy and security reviews have taken place and that material risks have been appropriately addressed.

Where issues remain, you will recommend practical remediation, escalation or, where necessary, a delay to rollout. Acceptance of significant residual risk will remain with the appropriate executive or governance committee.

Build governance that works in practice

This role isn't simply about writing policies. We want to create a governance model that teams can understand and use.

    You will help develop:

    • A clear data governance operating model and decision-rights framework

    • Practical data, AI, security, reuse and retention policies

    • Data and AI use-case assessment processes

    • Risk-classification and escalation models

    • Policy exception processes and decision registers

    • Product and AI platform assessment standards

    • Solution launch-readiness checklists

    • Training, guidance and supporting materials

    • Governance reporting for senior leadership and relevant committees

You will coordinate, advise and constructively challenge stakeholders across the organisation while recognising that responsibility for managing data risk is shared across business owners, data owners, Legal and Privacy, Information Security, Technology and senior governance forums.

    Client engagement

This will also be an important client-facing role.

You will participate in client discussions where required, confidently explaining Efficio's approach to data governance, security and responsible data use.

You should be comfortable responding to questions about how client data is accessed, used, stored, shared, retained and protected, translating technical or governance concepts into clear, credible explanations for different audiences.

    What we're looking for

We are looking for someone with experience across one or more of the following areas:

    • Data governance or data management

    • Data privacy

    • Information security

    • Technology or operational risk

    • AI governance or responsible AI

You will also bring a practical understanding of modern technology environments, including SaaS, cloud, analytics and AI platforms.

You'll be someone who can operate comfortably between policy and practice – able to understand complex requirements while recognising the commercial and operational realities of a consulting and technology-enabled business.

In particular, you will be able to:

    • Translate complex regulatory, contractual and security requirements into practical business guidance

    • Apply proportionate, risk-based judgement rather than relying on a purely rules-based approach

    • Influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively

    • Work effectively across Technology, Security, Legal, Privacy and business teams

    • Balance commercial objectives and innovation with appropriate governance

    • Communicate confidently with clients and senior internal stakeholders

    • Build processes and frameworks that are robust without creating unnecessary bureaucracy

    • Navigate emerging areas where the answer may not always be immediately clear

    What success looks like

Success in this role will mean that teams understand how to use data appropriately rather than simply being told what they cannot do.

We will look at measures including adoption of priority policies, review turnaround times, reduction in unapproved tool usage, effective management of exceptions, quality of governance reporting, stakeholder feedback and a reduction in recurring governance issues.

Ultimately, the role will be judged on its ability to achieve both sides of our data ambition: protecting our clients and Efficio while enabling appropriate, secure and innovative use of data and AI.

Director Product Management - Identity & Activation
    Samba TV – London

Samba is a media intelligence company. We know what the world is watching, reading, and thinking about — in real time, at scale, across every screen. Our data exists with the consent of over a billion people, organized into the most complete picture of consumer attention ever built. The biggest brands in the world use that picture to make smarter decisions. We think it’s the most interesting data asset on the planet, because it’s the most culturally relevant.

    The role

We are looking for a Director Product Manager to advance our identity resolution capabilities and build future-proof identity and activation solutions. You will own product strategy and roadmap across both identity and activation, bring a clear point of view on where the market is heading, and turn that into products customers want to buy.

This is a senior role for someone who can operate at two altitudes. You set direction and vision, and you are also hands-on: close to customers, close to engineering, and comfortable making the calls on what gets built and in what order. You will play a meaningful part in expanding our client base, which means you understand the market, the buyers, and what it takes to win them.

    What You'll Do:
    • Own the product vision and roadmap for identity resolution and activation, and make the prioritization calls that keep the team focused on what matters most.

    • Advance our identity resolution product: graph building and enrichment, cross-device and cross-identifier linking, and interoperability.

    • Own the activation side with equal weight: audience activation, data orchestration, and delivery across a broad and growing set of destinations, including platforms and DSPs, in cloud-native environments.

    • Develop a clear understanding of the market and competitive landscape, and translate it into product positioning and roadmap decisions that expand the client base.

    • Partner directly with customers and commercial teams to understand what they need, and translate commercial requirements into clear, buildable specifications for engineering.

    • Work hands-on with engineering day to day to deliver, unblock decisions quickly, and keep the roadmap moving.

    • Own privacy and data governance considerations across the product, so that identity and activation are built to a privacy-first standard from the start.

    • Define the success metrics for the products you own, and use them to guide investment and iteration.

    Who You Are:

    • Significant product management experience in AdTech, MarTech, or B2B data platforms, with a track record of owning products end to end.

    • Deep domain expertise in identity resolution and device/identity graphs: how graphs are built, enriched, maintained, and measured.

    • Strong experience in the activation and data movement domain: audience activation, destination integrations, and cloud-native or composable data architectures.

    • A clear, informed point of view on where the identity and activation market is heading, and the commercial judgment to know which customers and use cases to build for.

    • A demonstrated record of helping expand a product's customer base, ideally with platforms, DSPs, media networks, or similar AdTech customers.

    • Proven ability to work directly with customers and commercial teams and translate their requirements into specifications engineering can build against without a long back-and-forth.

    • Hands-on delivery experience: writing specs, prioritizing ruthlessly, and shipping alongside engineering in a fast-moving environment.

    • Comfort setting direction and operating with ambiguity in an early-stage environment.

    • Working knowledge of the privacy and consent landscape and how it shapes data products.

    • Curiosity about how AI is changing product configuration, data discovery, and activation workflows.

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Samba is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.  We strive to empower connection with one another, reflect the communities we serve, and tackle meaningful projects that make a real impact.   Samba may collect personal information directly from you, as a job applicant, Samba may also receive personal information from third parties, for example, in connection with a background, employment or reference check, in accordance with the applicable law. Staff Frontend Engineer
    Aavelabs – London, England

About us   Aave Labs began with a simple question: how do we make financial services like borrowing, saving, and earning more accessible globally?   We built the Aave Protocol, now the world’s largest and most trusted onchain lending market, connecting decentralized finance with individuals, traditional finance, and fintech.   Today, we build trusted, high-quality products that expand access to lending, credit, and savings globally   Our culture   We build trusted products that help people access and discover economic opportunities.   We hold a high bar for quality and craftsmanship. No detail is too small. Trust depends on it.   We’re a global team building products people can actually use, turning complex technology into something simple and reliable.   We stay aligned, move quickly, and think long term, while keeping teams lean and focused on impact.   About the Role

We're looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer who operates across the full picture - someone who deeply understands how great web interfaces are built and how they perform, works autonomously, and translates that knowledge into exceptional web products and design systems.

Financial products are complex. Our users range from first-timers to power users, and the challenge of making that experience clear, fast, and trustworthy is one we take seriously. At this level, you're not just executing - you're bringing product intuition to the work, identifying where things break down, and making calls that shape the direction of what we build.

How you can make an impact:
  • Work autonomously across our web products, building high-quality UI with a strong point of view on how it should feel, function, and perform
  • Own and evolve complex, reusable components within the Aave design system - setting the standard for quality and consistency
  • Set the bar for frontend performance, from data loading, fetching and caching patterns through to server rendering and streaming
  • Bring product-level thinking to everything you work on - understanding user needs, business context, and technical constraints, whilst balancing them well
  • Collaborate with our talented designers, engineers, and product leads to bring clarity to ambiguous problems
  • Help raise the bar for the team through the quality of your work and the way you approach problems

  • Let's connect if you have:
  • Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, CSS and system design and architecture
  • Deep experience with frontend performance engineering - measuring it, diagnosing it, and fixing it
  • Strong command of Next.js patterns for data loading, fetching and caching, and experience handling server rendering and streaming data to the frontend
  • Deep experience with component-driven design systems and component design patterns, and building for consistency at scale
  • The product sense to work without a detailed brief - you can identify what needs to be solved, not just how to solve it
  • A demonstrated ability to take complex UX problems - information-dense interfaces, multi-step flows, edge cases - and make them feel resolved and clear

  • Nice to haves:
  • An understanding of backend data handling
  • A feel for animation best practices when data is updating, and how that plays out in re-renders across a UI
  • Curiosity about web3 and DeFi is a plus; you don't need to be an expert, but genuine interest in the space goes a long way
  • Curiosity about AI and its use in product engineering and daily workflows
  • Haven’t quite met all the criteria? Let’s not miss out on the chance to speak. Whilst you might not meet every single requirement, you might bring other, more exciting skills to the companies!   Equal opportunities statement:   Aave Labs celebrates diversity and views each and every team member as a separate individual with their own unique identity. No matter your race, religion, gender, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation or even the wallet you use, we welcome you at Aave Labs. As an equal opportunities employer, we take accountability and believe in everyone's potential to build, create and inspire changes. With a mission to build a diverse workforce, we are proud to foster a working environment in which everyone can feel safe and valued for who they are.

    Senior Paraplanner - (Remote)
    Moneybox – Remote

The Senior Paraplanner is the technical engine room of our advice service. You take the output of the advice engine, the fact find data, and the rest of the case context, and you make sure that when an Advisor speaks to the customer — or when a plan is released — everything is in order, suitability is clearly evidenced, and the documentation tells a coherent story.

You are the senior practitioner in the Paraplanning team, working closely with the Head of Proposition who owns the advice policy and proposition. You set the day-to-day quality bar for suitability writing, lead on the most complex cases, coaching less experienced Paraplanners, and acting as the technical bridge between the Paraplanning team, the Advisors and the engine team.

    What you'll be doing

    Case work and suitability

    • Lead on complex cases — particularly those involving pension consolidation, drawdown and multiple pots — preparing the case before the advice is presented to the customer.

    • Take the engine-generated plan and ensure the suitability report supporting it is accurate, complete and reads well for the customer — clear on objectives, recommendations, risks, costs and the rationale.

    • Run pre-meeting case reviews with Advisors, flagging anything in the fact find or plan that needs attention before the customer call.

    • Support Advisors during the QA review of engine-generated plans, particularly on cases flagged for a higher level of review.

    • Standards, templates and tooling

      • Develop and maintain the suitability report templates and suitability wording required by the advice engine for each customer circumstance.   Being clear what disclosures should be generated and when these should be presented, in line with the House Rules.  Ensuring any changes or template developments are signed off by the Head of Proposition and follow governance protocols.

      • Own the day-to-day quality of suitability reports against the standards set by the Head of Proposition — and feed back where standards need to evolve based on what you see in real cases.

      • Work with the Head of Proposition and the Advisor Management System product team on improvements to workflows, fact find prompts, and the way evidence is captured and surfaced.

      • Translate findings from QA, audit and compliance monitoring into Paraplanner team training and case-level coaching.

      • Team leadership

        • Coach and develop less experienced Paraplanners — running case studies, providing feedback on suitability reports, and supporting their progression and qualifications.

        • Set the bar for what good paraplanning looks like in a digital-first model — this is new territory and you'll help define it.

        • Triage work into the Paraplanner team alongside the Head of Proposition, balancing case complexity against SLAs and capacity.

        • Working across the service

          • Contribute to advice policy and House Rules discussions — bringing the paraplanner's eye on what is clear, fair and not misleading for the customer.

          • Support Risk & Compliance on monitoring activities, root cause analysis and remediation, recognising that paraplanning acts as a first-line risk control in our model.

          • Be the go-to technical voice for Money Guides and Financial Advisers on complex queries, helping them stay clearly on the right side of the guidance/advice boundary.

    What we're looking for

    Essential

    • Substantial paraplanning experience in a regulated advice firm, ideally including pension consolidation and drawdown cases.

    • Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4), with appetite to keep building qualifications.

    • Strong technical knowledge of UK pensions, ISAs, investment products, and the tax treatment of each.

    • A genuinely high bar for written quality — your suitability reports should be the kind that customers can read and understand.

    • Experience coaching, mentoring or leading other paraplanners.

    • Comfortable working with structured data, advice software and a digital case file — this is not a paper-based practice.

    • Desirable

      • AF7 or equivalent advanced pension qualifications.

      • Chartered or working towards Chartered status.

      • Experience of contribution to or owning templates, checklists or advice logic in a scaled-advice or robo environment.

    How you'll work
You will work closely with Advisors on cases and post-meeting documentation, and with the engine and AMS product teams on tooling. Expect a regular cadence of QA huddles, suitability report workshops and team learning sessions.
    What’s in it for you?
    • Opportunity to join a fast-growing, award-winning and super ambitious company

    • Work with a friendly team of highly motivated individuals

    • Be in an environment where you are listened to and can actually have an impact

    • Thriving collaborative and inclusive company culture

    • Company pension scheme

    • Company bonus scheme

    • Home office furniture allowance
    • Personal Annual Learning and Development budget

    • Private Medical Insurance

    • Health Cash Plan – cashback on everyday healthcare like dental and opticians

    • Cycle to work scheme – spread the cost of a new bike and accessories

    • CycleSaver – save on bike-share subscriptions and have a more sustainable commute

    • Wellhub subscription to a variety of gyms and wellbeing apps

    • Enhanced parental pay & leave
    • 25 days holiday + bank holidays with additional days added with length of service.
    •   This is a remote position

    Senior Financial Advisor - (Remote)
    Moneybox – Remote

    About Moneybox:

At Moneybox, our mission is to give everyone the means to get more out of life. We’re guided by our belief that wealth isn’t about the money, it’s about the means to more: more freedom, opportunities, possibilities, and peace of mind.

Moneybox is an award-winning wealth management platform, helping nearly two million people build wealth throughout their lives, whether they're saving and investing, buying their first home, or planning for retirement.

And now Moneybox is building the means to help more people in more ways - through personal financial advice. We believe that great advice should be available to everyone, at every stage of life, and that technology can help us deliver it with the care, clarity and accountability people deserve.

We're building a new kind of advice service from the ground up, and the people who join us now will help shape how millions of people plan for their future.

The Senior Financial Advisor is one of the most experienced practitioners in the advice team. You are the technical anchor for complex cases — particularly pension consolidation and drawdown — and you carry significant accountability for the quality and suitability of advice we deliver to customers.

You will work alongside the Advice Engine rather than replacing it: the engine generates the plan, and you ensure it is right for the customer. You will also play a leading role in shaping the House Rules that govern advice outputs.  You will coach less experienced Advisers and Money Guides, and be the senior point of escalation for the team to deliver good advice outcomes.  You may have line manager responsibility for a team of Financial Advisers.

    What you'll be doing

    Customer-facing advice

    • Running video consultations, collecting information & establishing customer goals, walking customers through their plan, answering questions and helping them feel confident about their next steps.

    • Handle the most complex escalations from the support team — vulnerable customers, customers with multiple pension pots, customers where suitability needs to be carefully assessed, and customers who need to be off-boarded with care.

    • Make final calls on whether a customer should be off-ramped from the service, documenting the rationale clearly and ensuring the customer leaves the interaction with a good outcome and a clear next step.

    • Respond to customers flagged as insistent, doing the right thing for the customer while protecting them and the firm.

    • Quality assurance and oversight

      • Review engine-generated plans against our suitability standards within the agreed SLAs, signing off plans for release.

      • Review flagged customer cases before their plan is released, deciding whether to further fact find, off-ramp or release the plan.

      • Carry out QA checks on advice given and calls delivered by other Advisors and on customer interactions handled by the support team, feeding findings into the T&C scheme.

      • Own a portfolio of QA themes (e.g. drawdown suitability, vulnerable customer handling) and report findings into governance forums.

      • Shaping the service

        • Provide expert input into the House Rules — the restrictions and parameters that govern what the advice engine can and cannot recommend.

        • Work with the Risk & Compliance team on stress testing the advice model, including operational and technological stresses, not just market scenarios.

        • Partner with Product on improvements to the fact find, suitability report and Advisor Management System based on what you see in real customer cases.

        • Contribute to compliance monitoring activities and represent the advice team in governance and audit meetings as required.

        • Leadership and development

          • Act as the senior technical reference point for Advisors, Paraplanners and Money Guides — the person the team turns to on hard cases.

          • Coach and develop less experienced Advisers, including supporting their T&C progression, observing customer calls and providing structured feedback.

          • In specific circumstances, the role will include direct line management of 1 or more Financial advisers

          • Help shape recruitment, onboarding and ongoing competence frameworks as the team scales.

    What we're looking for

    Essential

    • Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (QCF Level 4) or equivalent, with significant additional qualifications in pensions — (AF7) or equivalent is required given the drawdown remit.

    • Substantial post-qualification experience as a regulated advisor, with a strong track record of delivering retirement and at-retirement advice.

    • Deep technical knowledge of UK pensions, drawdown, tax-free cash sequencing, ISAs and the tax treatment of investments and pensions.

    • Demonstrable experience of QA, file checking or T&C supervision — you've reviewed other people's advice and can articulate what good looks like.

    • Comfortable operating in a restricted advice environment and explaining the boundary between advice and guidance clearly to customers and colleagues.

    • Fluent with the Consumer Duty regime and able to evidence good customer outcomes in your day-to-day work.

    • Desirable

      • Chartered or working towards Chartered Financial Planner status.

      • Experience working in or alongside an automated or robo-advice environment, or in a hybrid advice service.

      • Experience contributing to House Rules, advice models or other forms of advice logic.

    How you'll work
The advice service runs in standard UK business hours at launch, with video calls bookable by customers via Calendly and customer chat handled through Intercom. QA huddles, team learning sessions and case discussions.
    What’s in it for you?
    • Opportunity to join a fast-growing, award-winning and super ambitious company

Senior Coaching & Advice Service Manager - (Remote)

The Senior Coaching & Advice Service Manager leads Moneybox's team of Financial Coaches and Advice Coaches — the shared service that gives customers a human relationship alongside our digital capability, whether they're being coached through a non-advised decision or guided through our regulated advice journey.

This is a deliberately shared service. Coaches provide non-advised coaching to customers on behalf of Digital Moneybox Limited, segmented by conversation complexity and qualification level; Advice Coaches support customers through our regulated advice journey, and can flex into coaching activity based on capacity.

You'll own the team, its competence and quality standards, and how technology — including video calls and AI — supports every customer conversation, before, during and after the call.

You will report directly to the Director of Advice, working closely with the Senior Financial Advisers and the Head of Proposition across the wider Advice leadership team.

    What you'll be doing

You'll lead and grow the Coaches and Advice Coaches team end-to-end — from day-to-day people leadership and competence, through to the technology and processes that shape the customer experience they deliver.

    Team leadership & competence

    • Line manage the Coaches and Advice Coaches team, providing day-to-day leadership, coaching and support to a growing group of customer-facing colleagues.

    • Build and own the T&C scheme for the Coaches and Advice Coaches team — training standards, sign-off criteria and record-keeping — working in partnership with the Director of Advice, who holds overall T&C oversight, so every Coach and Advice Coach is signed off for the conversations they're qualified to have.

    • Design and build out development pathways and onboarding plans as the team scales, giving new joiners a fast, confident ramp and existing team members a clear route to progress.

    • Manage performance against KPIs, coaching individuals and the team as a whole to consistently strong outcomes.

    • Support team development plans and career conversations, including the natural progression from Financial Coach through Advice Coach towards a Financial Adviser pathway.

    • Customer outcomes & quality

      • Own service quality across both the coaching and advice-service experience — the standards the team is held to, and how consistently they're delivered.

      • Ensure the team delivers good customer outcomes consistent with Consumer Duty, across both non-advised coaching and advice-service support.

      • Monitor and report against agreed SLAs and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT), identifying trends early and acting on them.

      • Feed insight from customer interactions back to the wider Moneybox team — Product, Risk & Compliance, Investment and the Advice leadership team — to drive continuous improvement.

      • Growing the team

        • Own recruitment for the Coaches and Advice Coaches team, building the pipeline and capability needed as Moneybox's coaching and advice services scale.

        • Build out the Adviser & Coach Academy — a structured development and progression route from Coach to Advice Coach to Financial Adviser — so a growing share of our future Adviser recruits are homegrown from our own coaching pool.

        • Forecast and plan headcount and segmentation — by qualification level and conversation complexity — against demand.

        • Optimising the experience with technology

          • Own the end-to-end customer experience delivered by the team, and evolve it using technology — including video calls, Intercom and AI — to support customers before, during and after their conversations.

          • Identify where AI and automation can improve pre-call preparation, on-call support (e.g. real-time prompts, next-best-action) and post-call follow-up, working with Product and Technology to implement them.

          • Test and iterate new tools and ways of working, sharing what works — and what doesn't — with the wider team.

    What we're looking for

    Essential

    • Proven experience leading a customer-facing team in financial services or a similarly regulated environment.

    • Track record of managing to KPIs, SLAs and customer satisfaction metrics, with a data-driven approach to improving them.

    • Experience building training, competence and development frameworks for a growing team, including onboarding.

    • Experience recruiting and scaling a team, including workforce planning and segmentation by skill level.

    • Comfortable using technology — including video calling, CRM and AI tools — to improve customer experience, and confident identifying where new tools should be introduced.

    • Level 3 certificate in Financial Services (or equivalent), or RO1 & RO4, with a genuine commitment to working towards a Level 4 qualification if not already attained.

    • Strong understanding of Consumer Duty and a genuine instinct for good customer outcomes.

    • Desirable

      • Level 4 qualification in Financial Planning (or equivalent) already attained.

      • Experience operating in a digital-first advice or coaching model.

      • Experience partnering with Product or Technology teams to design AI-supported customer journeys.

      • Background working alongside, or within, a regulated advice team (Financial Advisers, Paraplanners).

    How you'll work

Team leadership, coaching huddles, T&C reviews and cross-functional work with the wider Advice team.

Expect a regular cadence of 1:1s, coaching huddles and QA reviews with your team, alongside cross-functional work with Product and Technology on the tools that shape the customer experience.

    What’s in it for you?
    • Opportunity to join a fast-growing, award-winning and super ambitious company

    • Work with a friendly team of highly motivated individuals

    • Be in an environment where you are listened to and can actually have an impact

    • Thriving collaborative and inclusive company culture

    • Company pension scheme

    • Company bonus scheme

    • Home office furniture allowance

    • Personal Annual Learning and Development budget

    • Private Medical Insurance

    • Health Cash Plan – cashback on everyday healthcare like dental and opticians

This role would suit someone who is customer-focused, structured, analytical, and comfortable working with complex financial products. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain problems, decisions, risks, and recommendations clearly to different audiences.

  • Good judgement in a regulated or complex environment, with an understanding of the importance of customer trust, risk management, and good customer outcomes.

Head of AI Platforms & Deployment
    Moneybox – London Office

About Moneybox   At Moneybox, our mission is to give everyone the means to get more out of life. We're guided by our belief that wealth isn't about the money, it's about the means to more - more freedom, opportunities, possibilities, and peace of mind. Moneybox is an award-winning wealth management platform, helping over one and a half million people build wealth throughout their lives, whether they’re saving and investing, buying their first home, or planning for retirement.   Job Brief

Moneybox engineering serves more than 2M customers and runs a live service handling over 20M API requests a day. We have agreed a company-wide AI Platforms strategy, backed by a business case, and we are now building the team to deliver it. This is a newly created function and you will be its first hire.

The Head of AI Platforms & Deployment is a player-manager role reporting to the Engineering Director, owning both sides of that strategy: the AI Platforms capability pillars (control, monitoring and sandboxing; agentic workflow orchestration; knowledge capture) and the AI Deployment team of forward-deployed engineers who put AI to work on real business problems. You will be hands-on from day one - enabling business deployment of AI with the tools we have today - whilst also building and delivering a business-driven, multi-year AI platforms strategy and hiring and managing the team that executes it.

    Why now:

    • AI offers Moneybox significant opportunities, and unlocking them safely means managing the risks that come with it. The controls and capabilities that make that possible (gateways, sandboxing, guardrails, monitoring, perimeter defence) need dedicated leadership to build.
    • Demand for AI-enabled business systems is real and, without a safe path, goes underground. Someone must own the graduation ladder from "works for me" to owned, reviewed business system.
    • We are hosting customer-facing AI models as part of our Aurora financial guidance service. Serving these safely, securely and at scale needs a dedicated engineering owner.
    • We need to evolve our current Claude, Gemini and other frontier LLM deployments into a coherent, safe and effective strategic deployment platform.
You are not coming in to write a strategy deck. Pace and learning are key: we expect you to run two tracks in parallel from day one - enable the do-ers, helping the business use AI safely with what we have today rather than gating everything behind platform build, and build the strategic platform. Key decisions should be made within your first two to three months and material platform improvements live within six. You will hire further engineers before the end of the year, growing the team as the benefits compound.
    What You'll Do

Own the AI platform strategy. Risk management, horizon scanning, supplier selection and vendor management, business case ownership, and benefits realisation through a coherent, business-driven delivery roadmap that is trusted by stakeholders across Moneybox.

Build and lead the AI Deployment team. Hire, line-manage and set the engagement priorities and delivery standards for a team of forward-deployed AI engineers, working alongside embedded specialists while we hire. Grow into managing both the platform and deployment sub-teams as the function expands.

Own perimeter safety in an AI-native world. Set and own our defensive AI strategy, with execution carried out in collaboration with Tech Ops. Our Principal Cloud Architect, who owns overall cloud strategy, is a key partner.

Own AI platforms and costs. Harnesses, tooling, cost management, forecasting and optimisation (including usage-based pricing shifts), and the staff access model. This includes:

  • AI safety for internal use: sandboxing, policy, integrations, MCP governance, usage guardrails and monitoring expectations.
  • The three platform pillars: control, monitoring and sandboxing (LLM and MCP gateway, anonymisation, local hardening, sandboxed cloud agent hosting); agentic workflow orchestration (a "software factory" in the cloud with hybrid self-serve and engineering-managed workflows); and knowledge capture and organisation.
  • AI workflow tooling and the tiered graduation ladder from personal tool, to shared tool, to business system.
  • Evolving existing deployments: tactical enhancement of what we run today so it aligns with the strategic direction.
  • Own model hosting and scaling. Hosting and scaling for AI and model workloads, including the customer-facing models behind our Aurora financial guidance service, with execution in collaboration with Tech Ops. Model safety and performance for customer-facing AI is shared with our Decisioning and Data Science teams: they own what happens inside the model, you own everything surrounding it.

Enable the do-ers. Give departments a working answer for using AI today - clear guardrails on what is allowed now and fast risk assessment rather than blanket restriction - and make sure demand arrives through the front door.

This role is explicitly not ML model development or data science, general cloud infrastructure ownership, or general engineering delivery - although our squads and engineering leads are customers of the platforms you build.

    Who You Are
  • A proven engineering leader who has gone deep on AI. You have managed engineers and managers, run programmes, owned budgets and supplier relationships, and in the last two to three years you have owned an AI platform or enablement capability in a real organisation. Not a spectator or strategist-only.
  • A player-manager. You are comfortable getting hands-on in the early months and equally comfortable stepping back as the team you have hired takes it on.
  • Strategic and accountable. You build and deliver a 12-18 month strategy aligned to company objectives, make well-informed and timely decisions, and take full ownership of your function's performance and commitments.
  • Unusually cross-functional. Every department is your stakeholder and customer. You will be recognised as the AI platforms expert at Moneybox, influencing exec and departmental leaders and resolving boundaries with Tech Ops and Decisioning through shared goals rather than turf.
  • A team builder. You will build this team from scratch rather than inherit one, establishing a performance culture, developing your people, and running a team that itself models AI-enabled productivity.
  • Commercially literate. You can express platform investment in ROI and EBITDA terms to a non-technical exec, and defend a risk position - on a connector approval, a token-versus-agent permission gap, a vendor - with clear reasoning.

  • Experience & Skill

    Essential

  • Proven engineering leadership: has managed engineers and managers, run programmes, owned budgets and supplier relationships.
  • Has owned an AI platform or enablement capability in a real organisation in the last 2-3 years: deployed AI tooling company-wide, set governance, managed cost at scale.
  • Has built or significantly scaled a team.
  • Current, hands-on fluency with the modern AI stack: frontier model platforms, agentic tooling and harnesses, MCP and integration patterns, evals, prompt and context engineering.
  • AI security and governance: sandboxing, gateways (LLM, MCP, AI), DLP, guardrail enforcement and data-boundary reasoning; able to form and defend risk positions.
  • Cost engineering: usage-based pricing models, forecasting and optimisation levers.
  • Enough software and cloud architecture depth to hold your own with Architects, Tech Ops and Decisioning, and to get hands-on with the platform in the early months. Our core stack is .NET on Azure and Python is the standard for AI, so we need polyglot pragmatism over allegiance to any single stack.
  • Vendor and supplier evaluation and management in a fast-moving market.
  • Evidence of business-case thinking: can express platform investment in ROI and EBITDA terms to a non-technical exec.
  • Desirable

  • Experience in financial services or another regulated industry, or a comparable risk-context environment.
  • Hands-on experience selecting or implementing LLM/MCP gateways, sandboxed agent hosting or agentic workflow orchestration platforms.
  • Experience serving customer-facing AI models in production and partnering with data science teams on model safety and performance.

    Forward Deployed Engineer
    Moneybox – London Office

About Moneybox   At Moneybox, our mission is to give everyone the means to get more out of life. We're guided by our belief that wealth isn't about the money, it's about the means to more - more freedom, opportunities, possibilities, and peace of mind. Moneybox is an award-winning wealth management platform, helping over one and a half million people build wealth throughout their lives, whether they’re saving and investing, buying their first home, or planning for retirement.   Job Brief

Moneybox serves more than 2M customers and runs a live service handling over 20M API requests a day. We have agreed a company-wide AI Platforms strategy and are building a new AI Deployment team to deliver on it. This is the first of several Senior AI Deployment Engineer hires, reporting to the Head of AI Platforms & Deployment.

You will be a forward-deployed senior engineer who unlocks AI-driven solutions to business problems: an expert in deploying AI and using it safely, not an ML modeller. The work is mainly Python across the modern AI engineering stack - harness engineering, skills and tool building, agent workflows and orchestration, agent hosting and sandboxing, guardrails, evals, RAG and context engineering, and tokenomics (cost, latency, model selection). Production-grade LLM system experience is the core requirement.

You will work on three types of project:

    • Departmental engagements. Embed with departments to AI-enable tasks and processes in a more sophisticated way than "just ask Claude" - for example, Python pipelines where one step is an LLM API call - delivering real incremental value with each engagement and transforming working patterns into load-bearing, AI-enabled business processes.
    • Customer-facing AI deployment. Deploy and integrate AI components built by our ML and Decisioning teams into production: the engineering implementation layer between a working model and a live customer feature.
    • AI platform capabilities. Work with the AI Platforms team to turn engagement patterns into safe, increasingly self-serve company-wide tooling.

Departments across Moneybox are already building AI tools themselves - we want to provide them with a safe path to load-bearing use at scale. This role catches that demand and matures it properly.

    What You'll Do
  • Own engagement delivery end to end. Scope with the department, design the solution, build it, deploy it, and agree the handover and ownership model - from prototype through to stable production. Engagements arrive as vague pain; you define the problem, not just the solution.
  • Engineer AI solutions properly. Pipelines, LLM API integration, evals, guardrails, monitoring, and cost and accuracy optimisation for the systems you build. Know when a step must be deterministic and when an LLM is the right tool.
  • Graduate tools into business systems. Take shared, team-load-bearing tools that people have built for themselves and rebuild them as owned business systems under a full SDLC where the value justifies it.
  • Deploy ML-built components into production. Serving, integration with the Moneybox platform, and everything surrounding the model, in partnership with Decisioning and Data Science teams (who own what happens inside the model) and our engineering squads.
  • Build reusable capability. Convert engagement learnings into shared tooling, templates, playbooks and self-serve workflows on the AI Platforms stack. Building out platform components including guardrails, sandboxing, workflows, and gateways.
  • Raise the bar. Work alongside embedded specialists during the team's ramp-up, absorbing and internalising their output so the capability stays with Moneybox.
  • In your first three months we expect your first departmental engagements to be selected on feasibility and delivered with measurable business value - time saved, cost avoided, risk removed - and at least one ML-built capability deployed to production with proper evals, monitoring and cost controls.

This role is explicitly not ML model training or data science, and it is not a chatbot-prompting generalist: this is production software engineering with AI at its core.

    Who You Are
  • A production engineer with AI at the core. You have built and shipped LLM-powered systems that ran in production and can talk concretely about evals, failure modes, cost curves, and what you would do differently.
  • Comfortable in ambiguity. You can walk into a department with a vague problem and leave with a scoped, deliverable system, and you are managed by exception rather than by direction.
  • A strong partner to non-technical owners. Embedding, scoping and communicating with people who own a business process but not the technology is the job, not a distraction from it.
  • A platform thinker. You have turned one-off solutions into reusable tools or platforms before and you look for the pattern in every engagement.
  • Operationally minded. You care about monitoring, cost and reliability of what you ship, and about making a prototype into a system someone can rely on.
  • Safety-conscious by habit. PII handling, data-boundary discipline, prompt-injection awareness, human-in-the-loop design and graceful failure are how you build, not a checklist you apply afterwards.

  • Skills & Experience

    Essential

  • 5+ years of software engineering with meaningful production ownership.
  • Has built and shipped LLM-powered systems that ran in production.
  • Production-grade Python as your primary language.
  • LLM-powered systems in production: real-world experience working with models via APIs - harnesses, orchestration, structured output, tool use and agents, RAG where appropriate.
  • Evals and quality: designing evaluation sets, measuring accuracy, recall and precision for LLM steps, regression-testing prompts and workflows.
  • Safety and guardrails in practice: PII handling, data-boundary discipline, prompt-injection awareness, human-in-the-loop design.
  • Cost and performance optimisation: model selection, caching, batching, token economics, latency budgets.
  • Deployment and operations: CI/CD, containerisation, monitoring and alerting for AI workloads.
  • Data processing fundamentals: pipelines, transformation, validation, anomaly handling.
  • Customer- or stakeholder-facing delivery experience: consultancy, forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or embedded or platform roles serving non-engineering users.
  • Desirable

  • Experience with Azure and/or .NET. We host on Azure and our core stack is .NET, so willingness to integrate with both is required; existing expertise is a bonus rather than a requirement.
  • Experience with agent hosting and sandboxing platforms, LLM or MCP gateways, or agentic workflow orchestration tooling.
  • Experience in financial services or another regulated environment.
  • Experience deploying models built by a data science team into customer-facing production systems.
