About SINGU
At SINGU, we’re redefining how the world’s most ambitious real estate companies run their operations. Our mission is to become Europe’s leading platform for managing warehouse, logistics, retail, and multi-site commercial real estate portfolios — empowering our Clients to protect revenue, boost efficiency, and unlock new value across every aspect of their business.
Our unified CAFM platform already powers the daily operations of over 250 million m² of real estate worldwide, supporting more than 500,000 professionals. Following our union with the UK’s Micad and Germany’s net-haus, we now help manage 100,000+ buildings across 35+ countries — and we’re just getting started.
Backed by a leading growth equity investor, we’re scaling rapidly and partnering with global leaders such as Prologis, ECE, CTP, Hillwood, Logicor, GLP, and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. As we continue to grow through strategic acquisitions and bold innovation, we stay true to our core values: adaptability, collaboration, and client focus.
If you’re ready to help build Europe’s leading platform for property operations — and make a tangible impact on how the real estate industry works — join SINGU and be part of this transformation.
SINGU provides property and facilities management technology for organisations operating complex, multi-site estates. Retail is a strategically important market for the business, spanning shopping centres, retail parks, high-street portfolios, supermarkets, hospitality and other distributed consumer environments.
We are seeking an experienced retail property, facilities or operations leader to become SINGU's senior market authority for retail and help build a differentiated, commercially successful position in the sector.
The Retail Market Principal will combine deep industry expertise, executive credibility and market leadership with clear commercial accountability. The role will help SINGU determine where it has the strongest right to win, create access to senior decision-makers, originate strategic opportunities, accelerate priority deals and strengthen SINGU's relevance across the retail property and facilities ecosystem.
This is not a conventional sales, pre-sales, product marketing or communications role. It is a senior, market-facing position for someone who understands retail property and operations at practitioner level and can translate that experience, credibility and network into measurable commercial impact.
Success will be measured not simply through market visibility or activity, but through SINGU's ability to create qualified pipeline, win strategic customers, expand existing relationships and establish a repeatable position within priority retail segments.
Within the first 12 months, you will have established a clear and credible retail go-to-market strategy, identifying the segments and use cases where SINGU can win disproportionately and building meaningful executive relationships across priority retail accounts.
You will have originated and influenced significant qualified pipeline, contributed demonstrably to both new-logo and expansion revenue, and developed repeatable retail propositions supported by clear customer evidence.
You will also have strengthened SINGU's network of retail customers and advocates, while materially increasing our credibility, relevance and market position within the retail property and facilities sector.
Retail Market Strategy:
Define where SINGU has the strongest right to win across retail.
Shape our retail go-to-market strategy, priority segments, use cases and target accounts.
Maintain a strong point of view on the operational, regulatory and technology issues shaping retail estates.
Translate market insight into clear commercial and product priorities.
Executive Access and Market Development:
Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across retail property, facilities, operations, asset management and transformation.
Use your network and industry credibility to create access to strategic prospects and originate new opportunities.
Represent SINGU in executive forums, customer meetings, roundtables and selected industry events.
Build relationships across the wider retail ecosystem, including advisers, FM providers, managing agents and partners.
Strategic Accounts and Commercial Impact:
Work with Sales and Customer Success on a focused portfolio of priority retail accounts.
Help uncover strategic priorities, strengthen business cases and improve executive engagement.
Support selected opportunities where your involvement can materially increase SINGU's probability of winning.
Identify expansion opportunities across customers, countries, sites, modules and use cases.
Contribute directly to qualified pipeline and revenue growth, without replacing the accountable salesperson.
Customer and Market Insight:
Build a strong community of retail customers, advocates and industry influencers.
Bring structured market insight into Product, Product Marketing and Commercial Strategy.
Identify repeatable customer needs, emerging opportunities and gaps in SINGU's proposition.
Help ensure SINGU invests in problems that customers are willing to pay to solve.
Commercial Accountability:
This is not a conventional quota-carrying role, but it has clear commercial accountability. Performance will be measured against:
qualified pipeline originated and materially influenced;
revenue contribution from strategic retail opportunities;
progression and penetration of priority accounts;
executive relationships created within target organisations;
development of repeatable retail propositions and use cases;
customer advocacy and market influence.
Specific commercial targets will be agreed annually.
Significant senior experience in retail property, facilities management, estates, operations or asset management.
First-hand understanding of complex, multi-site retail estates.
Strong credibility and an established network with senior retail stakeholders.
Evidence of turning industry relationships and insight into commercial opportunities or strategic outcomes.
Strong commercial judgement and the ability to connect operational challenges to financial value, risk and business outcomes.
Executive presence, strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively.
The ability to identify what is genuinely scalable and commercially valuable, rather than simply interesting.
Experience in software or technology is helpful but not essential; deep retail credibility and commercial instinct matter more.
Business-fluent English; Polish and/or German language is an advantage
Competitive base salary, calibrated to experience and location.
Performance-related bonus linked to strategic-account engagement, market influence and measurable commercial contribution.
Direct sponsorship from the CRO and access to SINGU's executive leadership.
Support from Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Product and Pre-Sales.
The opportunity to shape SINGU's retail market position across Europe.
Progression into broader market leadership, strategic growth or industry-led go-to-market responsibility.
If this role sounds like a good fit, we’d love to hear from you. Apply and help us build technology that supports critical operations every day.

This is a dual role, split between approximately 60% AI-assisted development and agent orchestration, and 40% SQL Server development supporting large-scale data migration. You’ll work within the development team and report to the Software Manager, combining practical AI skills with strong SQL expertise to deliver reliable, efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Assisted Development & Agent Orchestration (c. 60%)
Use AI coding assistants, such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot, across the development lifecycle, including code generation, refactoring, testing, documentation and review.
Build and maintain effective prompts, system instructions, reusable skills and context to produce consistent, reliable AI outputs.
Design and orchestrate agents and multi-agent workflows, including task decomposition, tool use, agent hand-offs and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
Connect agents to internal systems, databases and APIs, for example through MCP or function calling.
Evaluate AI output for accuracy, regression, cost and latency, and refine workflows based on results.
Apply appropriate safeguards for data privacy, security and hallucination risk, particularly when customer or school data is involved.
Identify and prototype opportunities to apply AI to development and data migration, and share best practice by supporting and coaching colleagues.
SQL Server & Data Migration (c. 40%)
Design, develop and maintain scalable SQL Server T-SQL solutions and related tools for data cleansing, migration and reconciliation.
Provide database performance-tuning expertise for internal and third-party systems, using AI tooling where appropriate.
Define technical requirements with non-technical colleagues in the Data Migration Team, and work with third parties to understand their software and support migration projects.
Manage SQL Server database environments used for data migration, including backup and recovery in test environments.
Prepare and expose data safely for agents and AI workflows, using AI to support SQL query generation, code review and optimisation.
Plan and prioritise work independently, managing tasks against project timelines and requirements.
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll combine hands-on AI-assisted development skills with substantial SQL Server experience. You’ll be curious and adaptable, communicate clearly, and use good judgement to assess AI-generated output rather than accepting it uncritically.
Demonstrable experience using AI coding tools and writing effective prompts, with practical examples of workflows or agents you have built.
Substantial SQL programming experience and strong knowledge of the techniques and capabilities of Microsoft SQL Server 2017 or later.
A strong grounding in data modelling, data management and data manipulation, alongside Git, version control and attention to detail.
The ability to investigate problems independently, collaborate with colleagues and communicate clearly in writing and in person.
Essential Skills
Practical experience with AI coding assistants and strong prompting skills, supported by examples.
Strong SQL Server T-SQL development and performance tuning, including experience supporting SQL Server in a large-scale environment.
Experience with Git and version control.
Excellent teamwork, communication and documentation skills.
Desirable Skills
Experience building agents or multi-agent workflows using Claude Code, MCP or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with LLM APIs, evaluation approaches and prompt testing.
Scripting or programming experience in Python or a similar language.
Awareness of AI data protection and security considerations.
A reasonable understanding of operating systems, infrastructure and networking.

Are you ready to be part of the future?
About the job
We are looking for Fullstack Engineer to help QVAC application teams develop, review, test, and deliver reliable software with less friction. Your focus will be our desktop and mobile applications and their shared runtime, AI harness, and skills packages. You will build and maintain developer tools, integrate AI agents into engineering workflows, and improve code quality and delivery automation.
This is a hands-on engineering role with room to shape the tooling roadmap. You will work with engineers to identify useful improvements and own them from implementation through adoption and ongoing support. Success means shorter feedback loops, dependable automation, and tools that developers trust and use.
Responsibilities
Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents, including the repository guidance and integrations they need to work effectively.
Build and operate agents in CI and scheduled workflows that investigate failures, propose fixes, and give engineers evidence they can act on.
Improve automated pull request reviews, evaluating finding accuracy and reducing noise for reviewers.
Develop code quality scripts and checks for complexity, function and file size, dependency cycles, and performance regressions. Work with package owners on practical thresholds and targeted refactoring.
Improve development environments, testing, and build and release workflows so engineers and agents can verify changes reliably.
Prioritize improvements with engineering teams, support adoption through documentation and onboarding, and measure effectiveness, reliability, and operating costs.
Example projects include agents that investigate CI failures, diagnose compatibility and performance regressions, and flag changes that affect package interfaces or architecture. You will choose and refine these workflows with the engineers who use them.
Experience building and maintaining developer tools or engineering automation used by others, with strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js skills.
Hands-on experience using and integrating AI coding tools or agents, with sound judgment about their limitations, output validation, and human review.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and systematic debugging of build, test, or integration failures.
A strong approach to code quality: maintainable code, useful automated checks, and refactoring that preserves behavior.
Ability to work independently, collaborate with engineers, and communicate clearly in English within a remote, globally distributed team.

Before the detail, here's the challenge you'd help us solve.
We build the embodied intelligence that moves real vehicles safely, and the ecosystem a billion machines will run on in the future. Very few people in AI can say this. Every role here, whatever the team, plugs into that.
Here’s what this particular role covers.
🛠️ About our ADAS Team
Wayve's ADAS engineering teams build the perception and intelligence that power driver assistance in real-world driving. We work end-to-end, from creating high-quality training data, to developing and evaluating CV/3D perception models, to iterating quickly based on performance gaps. The team mixes "online" (on-car, latency/compute constrained) and "offline" (heavier, large-scale data generation) work, with a strong focus on measurable impact and shipping.
🧠 Your day-to-day
Train, debug, and improve computer vision and 3D perception models, iterating based on clear evaluation signals
Work across the full ML lifecycle: data, training, evaluation, and iteration
Partner with the team to decide what to tackle next, based on where the system is underperforming
Build scalable data pipelines, including auto-labelling and pseudo-labelling, to accelerate model development
🧩 What you'll be working on:
Core ADAS perception capabilities such as detection, classification, and instance segmentation, spanning lanes, objects, traffic signs, and traffic lights
End-to-end approaches that let the model act on the world directly, rather than relying on a chain of hand-coded intermediate steps (lane assist without ever explicitly detecting lane lines is the kind of outcome we're after)
Online perception that runs fast in-car as part of our production stack
Offline perception work using additional inputs not viable for on-road production, including extra sensors like lidar, future frames, maps, and extra compute, to improve data quality and coverage at scale
Building the "data flywheel": using offline models and 3D tracking/reconstruction to auto-generate labels and accelerate iteration across perception tasks
👤 You should apply if:
Built and shipped CV-focused deep learning systems, with strong applied ML engineering rather than research-only work
Experience with 3D perception concepts or pipelines, such as LiDAR, multi-view geometry, tracking, or 3D reconstruction
Comfortable owning work end-to-end, including evaluation and large-scale dataset generation
Enjoy pragmatic problem-solving under real product constraints
Excited to improve real-world driving performance through better perception
Automotive domain experience is a bonus, but not a blocker if your perception background comes from elsewhere
🌱 Not ticking every box? That's totally okay! If you're passionate about autonomy and keen to learn, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every requirement.
More about Wayve:
🚗 Wayve is building the leading AI platform for autonomous driving. We are pioneering an end to end AI approach that enables vehicles to learn directly from real world experience, developing the ability to adapt, generalise and improve at scale. Instead of relying on hand coded rules or pre mapped environments, our AI Driver learns to drive by understanding the world around it. The result is technology that navigates complex urban environments with intelligence, precision and natural flow, unlocking meaningful advances in both safety and efficiency. We believe autonomy represents a once in a generation transformation in how people and goods move, comparable to the shift from horses to cars, and from human driven vehicles to intelligent machines.
Our ambition is to make autonomy universal. Wayve's mapless and hardware agnostic AI platform integrates with global OEM partners, enabling continuous software evolution and unlocking advanced levels of automation from L2 plus through to L4 as our core AI model scales. In a race increasingly defined by intelligence and real world learning, Wayve is taking a distinct approach, building a generalisable driving intelligence that can power any vehicle, anywhere. By combining embodied AI with scalable deployment, we are creating technology that can be shaped to each OEM brand and driver experience, accelerating the transition to a safer, more intelligent future of mobility.

🩺 Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, dental, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, retirement or pension where applicable, access to therapists, wellbeing partner discounts and more
A quick, honest note before you apply.
Wayve is not a mature, fully-structured place with the playbook already written. Much of how we work is still being written, and if you join, you’ll help write it. That suits people who want real ownership more than people who need a settled structure from day one.
If that sounds like the kind of problem you want to spend your time on, we’d really like to hear from you.
At Wayve we're committed to creating a diverse, fair and respectful culture that is inclusive of everyone based on their unique skills and perspectives, and regardless of sex, race, religion or belief, ethnic or national origin, disability, age, citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, pregnancy or related condition (including breastfeeding) or any other basis as protected by applicable law.

DISCLAIMER: We will not ask about marriage or pregnancy, care responsibilities or disabilities in any of our job adverts or interviews. However, we do look to capture information about care responsibilities, and disabilities among other diversity information as part of an optional DEI Monitoring form to help us identify areas of improvement in our hiring process and ensure that the process is inclusive and non-discriminatory.

Our almost 1,000-person team builds tools that make work better for the three billion frontline workers who keep the world moving. We've got big tech scale, without the sign-off layers or corporate theatre. This next chapter is about scaling smart, powered by AI, a clear vision and real ownership.
Big tech impact, without the big tech ick.
Role Purpose
This role exists to unlock technical value for Mitti’s customers, designing and implementing solutions that ensure customers integrate deeply with the platform and realise measurable operational outcomes, while bridging the gap between Go-to-Market (GTM) teams and Product, Design & Engineering (PDE). They own end-to-end delivery of integration offerings within defined scope, timeline, and budget, escalating only where customer requirements exceed standard package boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
Drive customer success and stickiness
Own technical solution design for select customers: from scoping integrations and data workflows through to working implementations that enable full platform value.
Deliver the standard Integration/Automation packages end-to-end: scope confirmation, project delivery, build, testing, and handoff within the defined timeline and effort budget.
Advise customers and partners on integration architecture: how to connect Mitti to their existing systems effectively and sustainably.
Partner with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to build implementation plans that accelerate time-to-value for managed accounts.
Work alongside Account Executives (AEs) during pre-sales to communicate technical platform capabilities (APIs, security architecture, and cloud integrations) and resolve technical blockers in the sales cycle.
Act as a technical bridge between GTM and PDE, capturing and routing customer integration feedback that shapes the product roadmap.
Partner with the API and Integrations Engineering team to resolve complex customer requirements and advocate for platform improvements that benefit the broader customer base.
Improve how we deliver
Identify recurring technical patterns across customer integrations, propose and participate in standardisation efforts: new packaged offerings, reusable automation, or templated solutions that reduce delivery effort across the customer base, not just for one account.
Build and maintain technical automations (scripts, workflows, tooling) that reduce manual effort in the standard delivery motion, contributing them back to the shared Customer Solution & Implementation toolkit rather than keeping them account-specific.
Flag when the same "out of scope" request appears repeatedly across customers, as a signal the package boundary itself needs to move, not just that this customer needs an exception.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
Proven ability to design and implement data solutions: writing SQL queries, modelling relational databases, and translating raw data into business-relevant insights.
Comfortable building across scripting or programming languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Golang) to automate workflows or extend platform capabilities for specific customer use cases.
Able to navigate a wide variety of enterprise system architectures, data models, and integration patterns.
Confident reading API documentation and building or troubleshooting API integrations in enterprise environments.
Background spanning software development and data analytics; comfortable moving between building solutions and communicating data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Behavioural Skills
Translates fluently between technical and non-technical audiences: equally credible in an engineering deep-dive and a customer-facing session with business stakeholders.
Stays organised across a high-volume, concurrent workload; switches context quickly without losing quality or missing detail.
Customer-first problem solver: listens to understand the real need before proposing a solution, and brings options rather than just problems.
Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity; exercises sound judgment on edge cases while operating within a defined delivery methodology.
Team-first mindset: invests in the success of CSMs, AEs, and engineering partners, not just their own outcomes.
Distinguishes clearly between solving a customer's immediate problem and identifying a systemic delivery improvement worth productising, and routes each appropriately.
AI Skills
Uses AI tools to accelerate integration work, drafting technical specs and documentation, analysing customer data to surface insights, and building automations faster.
Applies AI coding assistants fluently in day-to-day work; evaluates AI-generated code for quality, correctness, and security before deploying.
Proficient with AI tools: independently identifies where AI adds leverage in their workflows and adopts new capabilities without direction.
Benefits
At Mitti, we care about people and growing the team, through:
Equity with high growth potential, and a competitive salary,
Hybrid working arrangements with flexibility,
Access to professional and personal training and development opportunities; Hackathons, Workshops, Lunch & Learns;
We encourage involvement in the community, open source work, attending talks and events, and experimenting with new technologies.
You'll also receive other perks such as:
Remote flexible working arrangements
Wellbeing initiatives such as subsidised fitness programs, EAP services and generous parental leave policy
Quarterly celebrations and team events
Table tennis, board games, gym sessions, book club, and pet-friendly offices.

We seek to make reasonable adjustments throughout our recruitment process to create an even playing field for all candidates. Thanks to the tireless efforts of the entire Mitti team we’ve built an incredible culture which has seen us recognised as a Best Place to Work in Australia , the US and the UK .

Cloudscaler | London | People Team | Reports to the Chief People Officer | £55,000–£75,000
Someone has to own the People initiative that doesn’t fit neatly into anyone’s week and the case nobody else should be handling. That someone is you — not as an escalation point, but as the person who runs the day-to-day of this function.
Cloudscaler is 130 people today. We’ll be 170 by the end of this year, and roughly double again in 2027. The People function is being built in real time alongside that growth, rather than inherited from someone who left years ago.
You’ll be the first hire into the People team. For roughly your first year you’ll be the only People professional alongside the CPO, which means running the whole day-to-day of the function: the hardest casework and initiatives, and the operational core that keeps everything moving. A People Partner is planned to join later in 2027, and at that point the operational administration moves to them.
This is also a role built with room to grow. As the team expands beyond that second hire, we expect this role to take on day-to-day operational leadership of the People Partner practice, but that isn’t the shape of it on day one.
In most People teams, the senior generalist is just a People Partner with a harder case queue. Here, the difference is ownership, not just difficulty.
Complex casework: Rather than simply handling harder cases, you’ll own the most complex cases end to end, with no hand back.
People initiatives: Rather than contributing to initiatives someone else drives, you’ll own them from design through to embedding.
Decision-making: Rather than escalating ambiguity upward, you’ll make the sensible call and document your reasoning.
CPO partnership: Rather than acting in a support role to the CPO, you’ll be an operational partner they can confidently delegate to.
To be clear about the level: The CPO still designs the People strategy and the systems architecture. You own how it runs day to day, and you’re trusted to run a whole initiative, not just a case. That is a different job to People Partner, not a bigger version of the same one.
You’ll sit in the People team reporting to the Chief People Officer. Three strands make up the job:
Casework: The employee relations situations with the most complexity or sensitivity land with you, start to finish.
Initiatives: When the CPO needs a piece of work owned (a policy rollout, a wellbeing programme, a piece of the reward or benefits agenda), you take it from design through to something that runs.
Operations: Until the People Partner joins, you’ll own payroll and benefits administration, onboarding, screening and security clearances, and keeping Rippling accurate.
When the People Partner joins, they’ll report to the CPO. You won’t manage them formally, but you’ll lead their handover, you’ll be the person they come to first, and your judgement will set the standard for how this function operates day to day.
New roles get vague, so here is the boundary as we see it today.
Yours
The most complex and sensitive employee relations casework, end to end.
Full ownership of People initiatives, from design to embedding.
Acting as the CPO’s operational partner on ambiguous or cross-cutting problems.
Until the People Partner joins (planned for later in 2027):
Payroll and benefits administration, including the monthly payroll cycle in Rippling and Mintago.
Pre-onboarding, onboarding and probation.
Background screening in Zinc.
Security clearance coordination.
Rippling data quality, workflows and reporting.
Our working groups and committees.
Once the People Partner joins:
A structured handover of the operational core.
Day-to-day guidance for the People Partner.
Shared
Ashby, which Talent Acquisition owns. You’ll work in it from offer through to start date on every hire until the People Partner joins, and on senior hires after that.
Mentoring and supporting the People Partner on their casework and initiatives, once they join.
Not yours
Recruitment delivery, which sits with Talent Acquisition.
The design of the People strategy, the operating model and the systems architecture, which sit with the CPO.
Formal line management of the People Partner, who will report to the CPO.
Rippling: Our single source of truth. Until the People Partner joins you’ll run it day to day, including the monthly payroll cycle, data quality and workflows, and you’ll use its reporting at a level that supports whole initiatives.
Zinc: Background screening. You’ll run checks for every new joiner until the People Partner joins, and stay close to the senior and sensitive hires after that.
Ashby: Owned by Talent Acquisition. You’ll work in it from offer through to start date on the hires you’re responsible for.
Claude: A daily tool here. You’ll use it for casework preparation, drafting policy and communications, and pulling together the analysis behind an initiative.
Mintago: Our employee benefits and financial wellbeing platform (pensions, salary sacrifice and financial advice). You’ll administer it and keep enrolment accurate until the People Partner takes it on.
Own the hardest casework. You’ll run our most complex and sensitive employee relations cases end to end, with the CPO there to sense-check rather than take over.
Own initiatives, not tasks. You’ll take a People initiative from a rough brief to something that’s running and embedded, rather than handing it back once the interesting part is done.
Run the operational core. Until the People Partner joins, you’ll own the monthly payroll cycle in Rippling, benefits administration including Mintago, onboarding, background screening and security clearances. Accurate, on time, and documented as you go.
Hand it over well. When the People Partner arrives, you’ll give them a working system and a clear handover, then stay the person they come to first and the judgement others in the function measure themselves against.
Partner with senior leaders. You’ll be credible with leaders on the most difficult conversations: complex change, capability, and situations without a clean playbook.
Use AI properly. You’ll use Claude daily to take time out of your own week, checking anything that touches a decision about a person and owning the outcome.
Improve what you find. You’ll spot the gaps in policy, process or practice before anyone else does, and bring the CPO a considered view on the fix, not just the problem.
You’re running the most complex ER cases with confidence, and the CPO isn’t being pulled into them.
At least one or two People initiatives have gone from a rough brief to something genuinely embedded, owned by you.
Payroll, benefits, onboarding and clearances run accurately and on time, and every process is documented well enough to hand over.
You’ve helped shape the People Partner hire, so the handover is ready when they land.
Senior leaders treat you as a credible operational partner, not an escalation point.
You’ve made and documented sensible calls in genuinely ambiguous situations, and they’ve held up.
The CPO can hand you an ambiguous problem and trust it gets shaped properly.
Deep employee relations experience. You’ve run complex disciplinaries, grievances and change situations yourself, and you know exactly when to escalate and when not to. CIPD qualification, or solid progress towards it, is welcome.
A track record of owning initiatives. You can point to work you took from a brief to something that actually ran, not just a project you contributed to.
Hands-on with the operational detail. You’ve owned or closely supported a payroll cycle, benefits administration and onboarding, and you’re comfortable being accountable for their accuracy while also carrying the senior work.
Credible with senior leaders. You can hold your own in a difficult conversation with someone under real pressure and be listened to.
Comfortable operating near-autonomously. You don’t need a playbook for everything. You make a sensible call, write it down, and check it with the CPO afterwards.
Ready to grow into people leadership. You won’t formally manage anyone at the start, but you’ll induct and guide the People Partner when they join, and you should want to lead a team as the structure catches up.
Discreet and organised at volume. Complex casework and live initiatives, often at the same time. You’ll need a system, and it can’t be your memory.
This role sits in an odd space for now: senior in scope and judgement, without a team underneath it yet. Until the People Partner joins later in 2027, you’ll also be the whole operational team, so a payroll deadline and a complex grievance can land in the same week. That eases as the function grows, but it means the authority you carry day to day has to come from the quality of your work, not a job title.
You are not designing the People strategy or the systems architecture. The CPO does that. What you get instead is real ownership of the hardest cases and the initiatives that matter, a close working relationship with the CPO, and a genuine path toward leading the People Partner practice as it grows.
This probably isn’t for you if you want a formal team from day one, or if you’d rather leave payroll and onboarding to someone else. It probably is for you if you want to prove you can run this function well enough, top to bottom, that a team gets built around you.
If that sounds like the challenge you’ve been looking for, let’s talk.
Cloudscaler are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to equal opportunities regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ancestry, age, marital status, disability, parental status, religion or medical history.
If you require reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process or within the workplace, please let us know when you speak to our Talent Acquisition team or contact

Airwallex is the AI-native financial operating system for a real-time, intelligent economy. More than 675,000 businesses, including McLaren Racing, Qantas, SHEIN, and TikTok, use us, directly or through our platform partners, to run their financial operations or build and monetize financial products of their own.
We started in Melbourne in 2015 to build the infrastructure global commerce runs on. We're the regulated backbone behind global payments: not by accident, but by design. A decade plus, 85+ licenses, and a financial infrastructure spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
We're co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore, with more than 2,300 people across 27 offices. We hire builders with founder-level energy, people who move fast with good judgment, dig in with real curiosity, and make calls from first principles rather than waiting to be told what to do. Read our operating principles to see it in full.
About the team
The Credit Risk team is part of Airwallex’s Second Line of Defence and helps the company grow responsibly as a global financial platform.
We work at the intersection of credit, FX, and counterparty risk, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Operations, Treasury, Finance, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal to enable commercial growth while protecting Airwallex from financial loss and excessive risk exposure. This is a team for analytical, commercially minded risk leaders who are energized by building scalable frameworks and practical controls across a fast-moving, multi-currency global network.
What you'll do
As a Senior Manager, Credit Risk, you will lead Airwallex's global second-line oversight of credit, FX, and counterparty risk. You will set the risk guardrails that allow the business to grow safely across merchant acquiring, charge cards, FX, treasury, settlement, and banking-partner activities. Reporting to the Senior Director, Financial Risk, you will own the global framework, risk appetite, limits, governance, and portfolio oversight for these risk areas. You will provide independent challenge to first-line decisions and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the business.
This role is based in London.
Responsibilities
Credit risk framework and risk appetite: Define, implement, and continuously enhance the global second-line credit risk framework, including policies, risk appetite thresholds, limits, escalation protocols, and governance standards across Airwallex’s products and legal entities.
Credit portfolio oversight: Oversee credit exposures across merchant acquiring, charge cards, B2B and commercial activities, FX pre-funding, treasury-related exposures, settlement flows, and other relevant products.
Underwriting and limit governance: Review and challenge first-line underwriting strategies, customer and merchant risk policies, credit assessments, limit-setting methodologies, and exception processes. Act as a senior escalation point for complex or high-value credit decisions.
FX risk oversight: Establish and monitor appropriate second-line guardrails for FX exposures arising from pre-funding, settlement, customer activity, treasury flows, and other multi-currency activities. Challenge controls, limits, escalation triggers, and risk reporting to ensure exposures remain within approved tolerances.
Counterparty risk management: Set and oversee counterparty risk standards for banking partners, payment partners, merchants, customers, and other material counterparties. Establish appropriate exposure limits, concentration thresholds, monitoring requirements, and escalation processes.
Portfolio monitoring and early warning indicators: Lead proactive monitoring of credit, FX, and counterparty portfolios, including exposure, concentration, delinquency, default, chargeback, loss, settlement, liquidity-of-counterparty, and other relevant risk indicators. Identify emerging trends and escalate material issues before they become systemic.
Loss mitigation and remediation: Review and challenge first-line monitoring, collections, collateral, prefunding, reserves, chargeback, and other mitigation strategies. Ensure deteriorating counterparties, customers, merchants, or exposures are identified and addressed promptly.
New products and market expansion: Partner with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Treasury, Finance, and Operations to assess and challenge the risk design of new products, features, markets, currencies, and partner arrangements before launch.
Risk approvals and governance: Lead or support risk committee decisions, material risk approvals, limit exceptions, breach assessments, and remediation plans. Ensure decisions are documented clearly and aligned with approved risk appetite.
Regulatory and partner engagement: Represent Credit Risk during regulatory examinations, internal and external audits, and reviews with banking and strategic partners. Prepare clear, decision-useful materials for senior management, risk committees, and the Board where appropriate.
Who you are
We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications
10–15 years of progressively senior experience across credit risk, counterparty risk, FX risk, treasury risk, or related financial risk disciplines within banking, payments, fintech, or another highly regulated financial services environment.
Deep experience designing, implementing, and governing second-line credit risk frameworks in a complex, multi-jurisdictional organization.
Strong understanding of credit risk identification, measurement, underwriting, limit management, monitoring, mitigation, provisioning, loss recognition, and capital implications.
Demonstrated experience managing risk across multiple product lines, such as merchant acquiring, commercial or charge cards, B2B lending, payment processing, FX, treasury, settlement, or banking-partner activities.
Practical experience overseeing FX and counterparty risk, including exposure measurement, concentration risk, limits, settlement risk, prefunding, collateral or other mitigants, and escalation governance.
Proven ability to challenge first-line decisions and communicate clear risk positions to senior executives, commercial leaders, product and operations teams, banking partners, auditors, and regulators.
Preferred qualifications
Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master's in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
Professional certification such as FRM, PRM, CFA, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience with automated decisioning engines, credit scoring models, portfolio analytics, or alternative data used in underwriting and monitoring.
Familiarity with IFRS 9, expected credit loss methodologies, stress testing, or other relevant prudential and accounting frameworks.
Strong data literacy and familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar tools used to analyze portfolio, exposure, and loss trends.
Experience working in a regulated payments fintech, digital bank, or financial institution with multiple licenses and banking partnerships.
Comfort operating in a high-growth environment with evolving priorities and a bias for practical, scalable execution.
To protect you from recruitment scams, please be aware that Airwallex will not ask for bank details, sensitive ID numbers (i.e. passport), or any form of payment during the application or interview process. All official communication will come from an @airwallex.com email address. Please apply only through careers.airwallex.com or our official LinkedIn page.
Airwallex does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms/recruiters. Airwallex will not pay any fees to search firms/recruiters if a candidate is submitted by a search firm/recruiter unless an agreement has been entered into with respect to specific open position(s). Search firms/recruiters submitting resumes to Airwallex on an unsolicited basis shall be deemed to accept this condition, regardless of any other provision to the contrary.
Airwallex is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We value diversity and anyone seeking employment at Airwallex is considered based on merit, qualifications, competence and talent. We don’t regard color, religion, race, national origin, sexual orientation, ancestry, citizenship, sex, marital or family status, disability, gender, or any other legally protected status when making our hiring decisions. Waracle are looking for a Lead Devops Engineer for an exciting new role joining our world-class digital technology consultancy and home to a diverse, smart, curious and ambitious community of specialists in technology-driven transformation.
We work with ambitious clients to help them solve their biggest business and customer challenges. We help our clients to innovate and create intelligent digital products and services. We thrive on complex challenges and deliver business-critical IT transformation projects, moving seamlessly from strategy, design and delivery to operations.
This is a Hybrid role working from our Glasgow, Dundee or London office 2 days a week.
As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you’ll serve as an empathetic leader, strategic advisor, and technical authority across our engineering squads. Bringing a broad, generalist mindset across platform engineering and modern infrastructure, you will lead the integration of AI-driven delivery practices, intelligent automation, and Generative AI tooling into everyday workflows. You will define project-level technical architecture, mentor and lift up growing engineers, and nurture a collaborative, psychologically safe environment where everyone feels empowered to innovate. Balancing short-term delivery with long-term maintainability, you will play a key role in de-escalating conflicts, aligning client stakeholders, and driving high-impact technical strategy aligned with human-centric business goals.
Technical Strategy & AI Integration: Defining technical architecture across squads, anticipating system scaling risks, and driving the adoption of modern AI tooling, MLOps, and intelligent automation within cloud environments.
Broad Generalist Leadership: Leveraging your breadth of engineering knowledge to bridge gaps between software delivery, platform operations, and data infrastructure, making complex trade-offs clear and explicit for clients.
People & Culture: Creating an inclusive, psychologically safe team environment, regularly coaching team members with constructive feedback, and balancing delivery pace with overall team wellbeing.
Standards & Compliance: Guiding teams on performance strategies, proactive optimisation, and security standards (such as OWASP, GDPR, SOC2), ensuring responsible AI practices, clean architecture, and secure code execution.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitating workshops to discover requirements, managing project scope and expectations, and translating client priorities into actionable technical strategy.
Innovation & Influence: Evaluating emerging AI tools and technical approaches through tech spikes, shaping go-to-market strategies for new offerings, driving delivery tooling improvements, and representing Waracle at external tech events.
Research shows that underrepresented groups tend to only apply for roles that they believe they meet 100% of the criteria for. At Waracle, we want to buck that trend! We hire for passion, potential and mindset as much as credentials. If you think you'd be incredible in the role, then apply - even if you don't think you tick every box.
A versatile, generalist engineering background with broad knowledge across cloud platforms, CI/CD, containerisation, and infrastructure-as-code.
Practical exposure to or enthusiasm for integrating Generative AI, AI-assisted development tools, or modern MLOps pipelines into delivery streams.
Proven experience guiding technical direction and architecture for cloud and platform solutions.
A passion for mentorship, coaching, and creating supportive pathways for engineers at all career stages.
Commitment to fostering inclusive, collaborative team dynamics that prioritise wellbeing alongside quality outcomes.
Strong understanding of security, accessibility, and compliance standards (OWASP, GDPR, SOC2) in modern cloud architectures.
Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for breaking down complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with tracking key engineering metrics (such as DORA) to guide continuous, data-informed improvement.
What to expect from our hiring process
1. First Hello: An informal chat with your dedicated Talent Attraction Partner to talk about Waracle, what you want out of your next move, salary, benefits, and office hybrid working model.
2. Talking Impact: A collaborative deep dive into how you solve problems, work with others, and raise the bar, guided by our core values and competency framework.
3. Craft Showcase: A chance to demonstrate your real-world expertise. Depending on the role, this will be a practical presentation.
Your Talent Attraction Partner will be in your corner through every step right up to your Welcome Ritual on day one

Health & Wellness: Our Medicash Health Cash Plans help cover everyday healthcare costs, complemented by an Employee Assistance Programme for confidential support, and Group Sickness Cover for peace of mind.
Flexible Working: We champion hybrid working, providing a home office setup budget to ensure you're comfortable and productive wherever you are.
Learning & Development: Invest in yourself with access to Udemy Business and a dedicated learning and development budget for continuous growth.

Waracle are looking for a Senior Client Partner for an exciting new role joining our world-class digital technology consultancy and home to a diverse, smart, curious and ambitious community of specialists in technology-driven transformation.
We work with ambitious clients to help them solve their biggest business and customer challenges. We help our clients to innovate and create intelligent digital products and services. We thrive on complex challenges and deliver business-critical IT transformation projects, moving seamlessly from strategy, design and delivery to operations.
This is a Hybrid role working from our London or Edinburgh office 2 days a week
As a Senior Client Partner (New Business), you are accountable for identifying, shaping, and closing net-new client relationships to grow Waracle’s client portfolio. You will work closely with our wider demand, technology, product, design, and delivery teams to originate and win new opportunities.
Whilst this role presents an opportunity to think strategically, build teams, and flex commercial and operational muscles, ultimate success will be measured in net-new revenue terms. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying role. You will personally lead and contribute to pitches and proposals, direct cross-functional pursuit teams, and proactively generate demand through outbound prospecting, partner channels, referrals, events, and networking. You will cultivate strong relationships with senior enterprise client stakeholders, positioning Waracle effectively to help solve their digital and commercial challenges.
Each pursuit is supported by a cross-functional deal team spanning Delivery, Technology, Product, and Design specialists. You will lead these teams through the pursuit cycle, aligning subject matter experts to craft compelling propositions and deliver winning bids.
You’ll join a very high-functioning and successful demand team spanning client growth, new business, and marketing. It’s a small, cross-functional team. Whilst everybody has a clear mission, people are expected to collaborate, support each other, and when required step into each other’s domains.
Key aspects of the role include
• Driving Demand & Strategic Outreach: Collaborating on campaigns, VIP pursuits, and partnership channels to open doors and credibly position Waracle as a trusted digital partner.
• Uncovering & Shaping Opportunities: Taking a thoughtful, proactive approach to understanding client needs, qualifying prospects, and building momentum through meaningful dialogue.
• Leading Pitches & Proposals: Crafting end-to-end proposal narratives and commercial offers, and acting as a confident, engaging lead presenter during client pitches and workshops.
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Directing and inspiring multidisciplinary deal teams across Delivery, Technology, Product, and Design to craft winning propositions.
• Nurturing Executive Relationships: Building enduring, trust-based relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders, challenging decision-makers constructively, and expanding our market reach.
• Commercial Stewardship: Optimising margins, designing creative commercial structures, managing pipeline forecasting, and negotiating closing terms with integrity
Research shows that underrepresented groups tend to only apply for roles that they believe they meet 100% of the criteria for. At Waracle, we want to buck that trend! We hire for passion, potential and mindset as much as credentials. If you think you'd be incredible in the role, then apply - even if you don't think you tick every box
What you'll bring
A proven track record of finding, shaping, and winning new client engagements within a digital technology consultancy or professional services environment.
• Strong proposal and pitch presentation craft, with a flair for translating complex tech capabilities into engaging narratives and clear commercial value.
• Outstanding senior stakeholder management skills, with the empathy and confidence to challenge, influence, and build trust with executive decision-makers.
• Demonstrated experience bringing together and leading cross-functional teams (tech, product, design, delivery) in a supportive, deadline-focused environment.
• Sound commercial acumen, including pipeline forecasting, margin optimisation, and negotiating win-win commercial agreements.
• A collaborative, courage-driven mindset—bringing energy, integrity, and conviction to every decision, along with excellent communication skills

1. First Hello: An informal chat with your dedicated Talent Attraction Partner to talk about Waracle, what you want out of your next move, salary, benefits, and office hybrid working model.
2. Craft Showcase: A chance to demonstrate your real-world expertise. This will be a practical presentation.
3. Talking Impact: A collaborative deep dive into how you solve problems, work with others, and raise the bar, guided by our core values and competency framework.

Creandum's edge has always been people: the network, the judgment, the hustle. To sharpen our edge, we need to make everything those people learn compound: every meeting, every diligence process, every founder relationship feeding a shared foundation instead of evaporating into inboxes and individual heads.
You will build and own that foundation: the firm's data platform, the intelligence layer on top of it, and the governance that makes partners willing to trust it with their most sensitive work.
This is a new function, and you are its first hire. You'll start hands-on-keyboard and stay that way for the time being; but you're building an estate the firm will run on, and the mandate grows with what you prove.
You report to the Operating Partner, but work directly and independently with every member of the firm.
We believe different viewpoints drive our growth, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
The data platform. The firm's data architecture end to end: warehouse, ingestion from core systems (CRM, meeting transcripts, documents, email/calendar), entity resolution, and data quality. One person, one company, one deal – consistent across every source. This is foundational; everything else flows from it.
The intelligence layer. Retrieval, search & agent tooling that give everyone's AI real firm context, serving both individual workflows (bottom-up) and firm-wide platforms (top-down). Built for passive compounding: the system gets better as people work and as models improve, without depending on anyone's discipline.
Access, trust, and AI risk. The access model as structural enforcement, not instructions: who sees what, with identity, provenance, and audit. Sensitive fund and partner data protected to a standard the partnership will trust, plus the AI-specific risk judgment (injection containment, egress, tool guardrails) for everything the function ships, in collaboration with legal/regulatory counsel.
Technology strategy and the tool estate. Accountability for whether the firm's tools are the right ones: evaluation, integration, and replacement of the systems and data sources the firm runs on, in close partnership with the stakeholders who use them. Buy when buying is better; build when building is better. You have the mandate to choose, and then execute on your decision. Make sure security, compliance and budget are part of the equation.
First 6 months. A complete map of the firm's data and systems. The foundational data platform stood up. Two or three lightweight tools shipped that visibly improve how a team works. A clear, prioritized 12–18 month roadmap, authored by you and agreed with the partnership.
By 12 months. V1 of the firm's shared intelligence layer live and in daily use. The diligence process made genuinely multiplayer; firm knowledge and meeting history informing live deals instead of sitting unused. Measurable adoption, reported honestly, with failures killed as quickly as the wins are shipped.
Beyond. The roadmap is yours to define. Candidates for the frontier: productizing how the firm wins deals, network intelligence that answers "who do we know" in seconds, platform tools founders can self-serve, and operational automation across finance, events, and admin.
Builder first. You ship personally. This is not a role for someone who wants a team of ten doing the building.
Co-creation, not solo genius. Stakeholders across the firm (investment, platform, marketing, operations, etc.) steer, test, and tune what you build. Within a year, everyone at the firm should be able to point at something they had a hand in shaping.
Product discipline. Prototype, validate with real users, kill what doesn't get adopted. Usage is the metric; expect and budget for churn.
Scale deliberately. You start solo. As the foundation proves out, you'll orchestrate internal or external build resources and potentially grow the function. You are prepared to identify, leverage and lead exceptional talent to help achieve results.
You've shipped a real data or AI product end to end (pipelines, retrieval, and the product surface) and people actually used it.
Deep, hands-on command of data architecture, warehousing, and governance. Fluent with embeddings, retrieval, and agents that act, not just answer.
You treat access control and provenance as product features, not compliance chores.
Low ego, high agency, energized by a blank page. Excited to tackle the unglamorous work (entity resolution, data hygiene, permissions) that everything depends on.
You can sit with an investor, an EA, and a founder in the same week and design for all of them. Venture experience isn't required, but you'll need to earn a front-line view of the work fast.
You can say "no" and "not yet" to smart, senior people and make them glad you did.
Not IT operations: endpoint, device & office infrastructure are handled by our managed IT partner.
Not reg compliance: policy & DORA workstreams are owned by legal, with your input on anything AI.
Not a reporting function: you build systems that answer questions, not dashboards on request.
You'll have a blank page, real budget influence, direct partnership access, and a firm small enough that what you build touches everyone within weeks. The firms that figure this out will compound differently from the ones that don't. This is the seat where that happens.

We help companies get compensation right.
What we get paid at work has a massive impact on our lives, and it’s one of the biggest factors in hiring and retaining talent - and yet so many companies struggle to get it right. They simply have no choice but to rely on poor data and unsophisticated tools for their pay decisions. That’s why we created Ravio.
We help many of the world’s most innovative and ambitious companies build stronger teams and reach their goals through better compensation. Our real-time data platform brings compensation into the modern age with clarity and transparency. We’re passionate about ensuring everyone is paid what they deserve, no matter their background or circumstances. We believe that when compensation is done right, everyone wins.
Ravio is growing fast, which means you can too. We’ve established ourselves as the European leader in our space serving more than 1,200 clients, and now have our sights set on becoming the global go to place for compensation data and tools for managing compensation.
Joining a startup and scaling it into a global product is one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences a career can offer. If that sounds exciting to you, you’re in the right place.
The Role

What we’re looking for:
Managing a scale portfolio. You’ll be responsible for a large and growing portfolio of SMB customers, using tech-touch tools (automation, segmentation, one-to-many outreach) alongside a hands-on approach for the accounts that need it, so you can prioritise your time where it has the most impact.
Customer relationship building / empathy. You can build rapport fast, and gain customer’s trust, while understanding and empathising with their challenges.
Commercial acumen. You’re comfortable negotiating and selling (this role includes revenue and renewal targets)
Attention to detail, and able to leverage data to make decisions for individual customers and at scale across your portfolio.
Teamwork. We work closely as a team, and we work cross functionally with ops, marketing, support and product team
Sales / account management experience. Including prospecting and multi-threading, applied efficiently across a high-volume portfolio.
Nice to have: Experience in HR tech / Reward / HR
Nice to have, Language skills, with a preference for German or French
What you’ll get:
The opportunity to be part of the early team of a category-defining company backed by a strong roster of world-class investors
An inclusive work environment characterised by a high degree of trust, respect and integrity
The ability to work closely with and learn from the company’s founders as well as a highly ambitious team of smart, mission-driven individuals
A high degree of autonomy and the opportunity for fast-tracked professional growth
While we’re very focused at work, we also know how to have fun in the process and don’t take ourselves too seriously
Competitive compensation (and we know what we’re talking about!) with significant upside potential for high performance. And company equity, of course.
An amazing benefits package for everyone, regardless of their role or level, including generous paid time off allowances as well as enhanced parental leave benefits

Have prior experience working on engineering for high-severity harms
Bring intuition for the pain points and workflows of operations and investigative teams, and curiosity about solving complex investigations
Bonus: prior knowledge of child-safety-specific challenges such as secure handling of quarantined content and reporting to NCMEC

Messy spend management is tricky business. And tedious processes are a lose-lose situation for all involved, not just finance. At Pleo, we're changing that. We build spend solutions that make managing money seamless, empowering, and surprisingly effective for finance teams and employees alike - with a vision to help all businesses ‘go beyond’.
The word ‘Pleo’ actually means ‘more than you’d expect’, and living by that mantra has been the secret to our success over the last 10 years.
Now, we’re at a pivotal moment in our journey; every move we make has a direct impact on our 40,000+ customers, our business, and our collective success. We need people who take pride in uncovering customer needs, who turn complex problems into simple solutions, challenge the way things are done (respectfully), and always aim high. With great ambitions driving us forward, we can’t say we’ve got this whole thing figured out. And frankly, that’s half the fun! What we can say is that we’re a driven, progressive, and, importantly, a kind bunch of 850+ people from over 100 nationalities, all committed to delivering the future of business spending, together.
We're looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Experience team at Pleo. In this role, you'll help our high-touch, Mid Market customers achieve success and maximise the value of Pleo’s solutions and be part of a dynamic and collaborative team as we scale our innovative expense management platform across the UK & Ireland
If you're excited about solving customer challenges, and driving growth through exceptional service and are passionate about Customer Success in the SaaS industry, then this is the opportunity for you!
You’ll report to our Director of CX and work closely with teams in CX, Onboarding, AM, Sales and Product. Our team of 30 is highly collaborative and dedicated to Customer Experience.
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, your main markets will be UKI customers. You will:
Nurture, support and process expansion for any opportunity from the customer base
As a customer's trusted product advisor and business consultant advise them on how to create their ideal processes with the tool to optimise their value-add
Own the adoption journey of your customer portfolio (after the onboarding phase)
Collaborate across teams with different internal stakeholders such as product management, services & solutions, marketing, customer support, etc. to improve the entire customer experience
Receive, qualify and triage all inbound communication from all communication channels; email, Intercom (web chat), and/or other performance marketing channels
Cultivate key customers to become advocates of Pleo and the Fintech community
Manage day-to-day operations and long-term business relationships with our customers
Do everything in your power to prevent customers from leaving Pleo through measuring health scores, and product/feature adoption and acting proactively on those
Optimise the product-market-fit by building the bridge between the customer's feedback and our product team
You’ll thrive in this role if:
You have 7+ years of prior experience in account management or sales or customer success roles
You have an open mindset that always looks for the positive. Your customers and colleagues find your energy contagious
You truly enjoy helping others move and improve. You love helping your customers scale and grow
You love goals and objectives. You don't always need to be given tasks – you create your own tasks while chasing your targets, and it motivates you to reach them
You love a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you have different kinds of tasks - from customer calls to meetings with our product team
This is a high volume, high velocity role. Being able to think and do things at scale is a huge plus
You are a trustworthy person who always ensures that deadlines are reached, promises are kept, and you do what is expected of you
You are empathetic. You have a strong ability to feel how others are doing. You are also able to communicate in a very empathetic way and touch people's emotions
You are fluent in English
This role is a good fit for you if:
You enjoy building long-term relationships with high-touch, Mid Market customers and taking ownership of their success from adoption through expansion.
You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and feel energised by balancing customer conversations, internal collaboration, and proactive problem-solving.
You’re motivated by impact and outcomes — helping customers grow, spotting expansion opportunities, and turning feedback into meaningful product improvements excites you.
This role is not a good fit for you if:
You’re not motivated by customer-facing work or influencing customer outcomes through proactive engagement and collaboration.
You’re uncomfortable with project management or coordinating multiple initiatives at the same time.
You’re not motivated by upselling, cross-selling, or optimising the long-term value of your customers’ accounts.
In your first 6 months at Pleo, you’ll:
Lead customer adoption projects to drive impact in helping high-touch, Mid Market clients maximise the value of Pleo’s solutions.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to improve customer experience processes and feedback loops.
Grow your skills in relationship management and upselling strategies, taking on new challenges as the company continues to scale.
We’re committed to helping you develop your career, whether that means taking on bigger projects, stepping into leadership, or acquiring new skills in customer success.
London, UK
Your own Pleo card (no more out-of-pocket spending!)
Lunch is on us for your work days - enjoy catered meals or receive a lunch allowance based on your local office
Comprehensive private healthcare - depending on your location, coverage options include Vitality, Alan or Médis
We offer 25 days of holiday + your public holidays
For our Team, we offer both hybrid and fully remote working options
Option to purchase 5 additional days of holiday through a salary sacrifice
We use MyndUp to give our employees access to free mental health and well-being support with great success so far
Paid parental leave - we want to make sure that we're supportive of families and help you feel that you don't have to compromise your family due to work
We want to ensure you are set-up for success and understand what will be expected of you. If your application is successful, our interview process is as follows:
Intro call: A 30-minute chat with our Talent Partner to discuss the role and your background.
A 30-45 minute call with the Hiring Manager
Our Pleo Challenge - an opportunity for you to showcase your ability in the form of a presentation and how you would approach the task at hand
Final Interview - Our Bar Raiser meeting - how would you raise the bar for us?
Transparency is important to us so we also wanted to share some insights about what we’re looking for in applications to ensure you can set yourself up for success!
Last time we hired a CSM, we received many applications but only a few were selected for an intro call. Some of the key reasons why previous candidates didn’t make it past the application screening stage include:
CV writing and content: we receive a lot of CVs, and many of them are AI-generated. We love seeing people leverage AI—it’s a big focus for us internally too—but without human intervention, these CVs can sometimes become generic and fail to show a candidate in the best light. What we're really looking for is the specific details of real impact that only you know from your previous experience. A top tip from us is to use the “Achieved X, as measured by Y, by doing Z” formula (credit: Laszlo Bock, ~2014) to give a really clear picture of what you’ve worked on. A final note: including links to your previous companies' websites is a huge help and allows us to truly understand your background!
Application care: every single application we receive is reviewed by a human (yes, hundreds of them) because we believe that candidates' efforts should be matched by an equal level of human care. This means that we expect a similar level of attention put into your application. Read and answer the application questions carefully, they make a huge difference in our decision-making process.
Profile to role fit: highlight most important aspects of the role, points that might get misunderstood, any specific industry requirements etc.
English first. Since it's our company language, please submit your application in English. You’ll be using it a lot if you join us.
A fair look for everyone. Our talent team reads every single application to ensure the process is fair. To keep things running smoothly, we only accept applications through our system—our support team can’t pass on calls or emails.
Diversity drives us. We can only reach our goals if our team reflects the world around us. That starts with you hitting apply, even if you don't tick every single box. We encourage people from all backgrounds and experiences to join us.
Interview at your best. We want you to feel comfortable throughout the process. If you have any accessibility requirements or need a specific format, email ----- We’ll design a process that works for you.
Your data is safe. When you apply, we process your personal data as a data processor. For more information on how Pleo processes personal data, read our Privacy Policy here.
Applying for multiple roles? Nothing is stopping you, and we assess every role independently. However, we do look for alignment, so make sure you can explain why your interest and experience are right for each specific role.
Reapplying. If you’re applying for the same role again, please wait six months from your last decision before hitting submit.

What we can say is that we’re a driven, progressive, and, importantly, a kind bunch of 850+ people from over 100 nationalities, all committed to delivering the future of business spending, together.
About the role
Pleo's Intelligence function covers the full analytical picture - product behaviour, GTM performance, commercial data science, financial reporting, and operational intelligence. The Analytics Engineers who serve these teams own the data modelling layer that all of it runs on: dbt models, metric definitions, and semantic layer contributions that analysts, product teams, and AI tools depend on to get consistent, trustworthy answers.
You'll be embedded in the Product Intelligence team, building the tracking, experimentation, and data modelling foundations that make product data trustworthy and self-serve. You'll join a close-knit team actively migrating our analytics stack onto a new Analytics Warehouse and Omni, moving off legacy tools like Looker and Hippocampus. If you want to build the infrastructure that other people's product decisions run on rather than just report on what exists, this is the opportunity for you.
Who you'll work with and reporting to
You will report to an Analytics Manager leading Product Intelligence and Growth Intelligence. You'll partner closely with Product Managers, Product Analysts, and Engineering to get tracking, experimentation, and metric definitions right from the ground up. You'll also engage with the broader Analytics Engineering community across Pleo to drive shared standards, especially around the semantic layer that keeps metrics consistent across the organization.
What you'll be doing
Build and maintain dbt models in our new Analytics Warehouse, using a clean, layered architecture and migrating logic off legacy tools as you go.
Own tracking plan implementation and QA directly in Segment and Amplitude in close partnership with Product and Engineering.
Support experimentation by modelling assignment and outcome data into structured formats that analysts and PMs can query directly.
Define and document metrics in our semantic layer, ensuring a single authoritative definition so downstream BI tools and AI applications yield consistent answers.
Apply AI-augmented data modelling practices as a standard part of how you write, review, and migrate code.
Partner with Product Managers and Analysts to turn one-off questions into durable, reusable data models.
Maintain data quality in your domain through dbt tests, freshness SLAs, and proactive monitoring.
What you bring
Solid SQL and dbt experience, with a clear comfort owning models end to end.
Working knowledge of event-based tracking tools like Segment or Amplitude.
Experience with Git-based development workflows, including opening and reviewing pull requests.
Clear communication skills to explain data definitions and structures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Genuine day-to-day use of AI tooling as part of your standard coding and workflow routine.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and untangling legacy logic to build modern foundations.
This role is NOT a good fit if
You only want to write dashboards without touching or owning the underlying data models.
You require rigid processes and heavy upfront structure before taking initiative.
You prefer to avoid data migration, cleanup work, and legacy system refactoring.
Your first 6 months
Ramp up: Master our dbt project structure, tracking plans, and migration roadmap while shipping small, reviewed code changes early on.
Take ownership: Own a dedicated slice of the migration, such as an event domain or our core experimentation data models.
Drive consistency: Establish semantic layer definitions for your domain so analysts and PMs can self-serve accurate metrics without custom workarounds.
Our tech stack context
Data warehouse: GCP / BigQuery (new Analytics Warehouse)
Transformation: dbt
Orchestration: Airflow
Tracking and Oroduct Analytics: Segment, Amplitude
BI and Analytics: Omni (migrating off legacy Looker and Hippocampus)
Languages: SQL
Show me the benefits!
Your own Pleo card (no more out-of-pocket spending!)
Lunch is on us for your work days—enjoy catered meals or receive a lunch allowance based on your local office.
Comprehensive private healthcare depending on your location (coverage options include Vitality, Alan, or Médis).
25 days of annual holiday plus public holidays, with the option to purchase 5 additional days through salary sacrifice.
Flexible working options supporting both hybrid and fully remote setups.
Free mental health and well-being support through MyndUp.
Generous paid parental leave policies to support growing families.
The interview process
Intro Call: 30 minutes with our Talent Partner
SQL Test: Completed via CoderPad
Hiring Manager Interview: 45 minutes with our Data & Analytics Manager
Team Interview & Live Case: Data modelling case via CodeSignal
Final Interview: 30 minutes with our VP of Data & AI
Transparency is important to us so we also wanted to share some insights about what we’re looking for in applications to ensure you can set yourself up for success!
Last time we hired an Analytics Engineer, we received a total of 173 applications but only 10 were selected for an intro call. Some of the key reasons why previous candidates didn’t make it past the application screening stage include:
CV writing and content: it was very clear that many of the CVs we saw were very generic and AI generated. There is no issue with leveraging AI to help with CV writing, there was little indication of what real impact the candidates had in their previous experience. You might have heard of the “Achieved X, as measured by Y, by doing Z” formula (credit Laszlo Bock ~2014), this is a great way to give a clear picture of what you have actually worked on. Some link or quick description of the companies you’ve worked with is also a great help.
Profile to role fit: there was misunderstanding about the type of experience we expect from an Analytics Engineer and we received many applications from candidates who had never been exposed to a product-led environment or had been exclusively focused on SQL/dbt work when we’re looking for both technical and stakeholders management and team collaboration experience. To be perfectly clear, this is NOT a Data Engineer role or a Data Analyst role! This is a heavily-driven dbt modelling role, experience in this area is critical. We’ve taken great care in writing this role description to reflect the reality of the job as best as possible, please ensure you read it carefully and highlight on your CV the experience relevant to what we are looking for.
English first. Since it's our company language, please submit your application in English. You’ll be using it a lot if you join us.
A fair look for everyone. Our talent team reads every single application to ensure the process is fair. To keep things running smoothly, we only accept applications through our system—our support team can’t pass on calls or emails.

We’re looking for a passionate Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team at STRATOS – someone eager to sit at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and real-world impact.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with industry leaders to embed our platform deep into their operations – transforming strategic intent into live systems that drive measurable results. In today’s world, where the last mile of implementation creates the competitive moat, you’ll be the catalyst turning software into scale.
About Us
At STRATOS Technologies, we are transforming how companies make data-driven decisions with our innovative Strategy Operating System. Our software integrates complex datasets into a unified solution, enabling businesses to strengthen their long-term strategies through clear and actionable insights.
Our founders, former business and tech executives who led a $1B division at a Fortune 500 industrial company, originally built a digital twin of their enterprise to drive synchronized planning and execution. Seeing the market’s lack of such a system, they launched STRATOS in 2022 with a bold mission: to build the world’s first strategy operating system that unifies all internal and external data into a single platform.
Today, STRATOS is a category-defining, rapidly growing startup funded extensively by high-profile investors (e.g., Accel) and trusted by nearly a dozen global industrial leaders and Fortune 500 customers. Our software integrates complex datasets into a unified solution, combining deep data integration, best-in-class workflows, and cutting-edge generative AI.
From commercial AI agents to embedded intelligence that supercharges lean teams, STRATOS enables businesses to achieve 10x productivity and strengthen long-term strategies through actionable insights. We are now expanding our team to accelerate our growth even further and help our customers outperform their competition.
Why Forward Deployed Engineering
While we have a scalable technology backbone, we believe that Forward Deployed Engineering is the future of differentiated B2B SaaS in the GenAI age. Rather than shipping static tools, we partner closely with customers to deliver dynamic, tailored solutions where value is created in the implementation layer – not just the codebase.
Ensure client implementations are working successfully
Solve our customers’ hardest business challenges by adapting and deploying the STRATOS platform to their needs
Design and implement scalable generative AI workflows using platforms like Palantir AIP
Execute complex data integration using PySpark and other distributed technologies
Collaborate directly with clients to understand context, priorities, and key outcome
0-4 years of solid experience in data engineering or analytics.
Experience at start-up companies and/or an excitement to experience first-hand the adventure that comes with a fast-scaling tech company, alternatively experience at a top-tier consultancy.
The ability to translate complex and sometimes ambiguous business requirements into clean and maintainable data pipelines
Excellent knowledge of PySpark, Python and SQL fundamentals
The ability to get to grips with new technologies quickly
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Experience in dashboarding tools, Typescript and API development
Familiarity with Airflow, DBT, Databricks
Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (e.g. Oracle, SAP) and CRM systems
Equity through our stock option programme, so you share in the long-term success and growth of the company
A highly competitive salary
Direct access to Fortune 500 executives from your first months, at a level most people wait a decade for
Work alongside former MBB consultants and Fortune 500 executives who will teach you directly — our team is small enough that this happens in person, not through a training curriculum
Private healthcare
Pension scheme
25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays
Work from abroad — up to four weeks a year, and up to two weeks at a time
Hybrid office policy, with visa sponsorship available
A company committed to social and environmental responsibility — we pledge to be a net-zero CO₂ company and donate 1% of our revenue to social causes
Practicalities
London-based, 3 days a week in our Farringdon office
