We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
The Role
As part of Checkout.com’s #NextGen Early Careers Program, we are looking for an ambitious Finance Analyst Apprentice to join our fast-paced EU Finance department. Reporting directly to the Regional Finance Director, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience, and join a global community with technical training, mentorship, and regular networking opportunities to accelerate your growth.
Through a structured three-year program, you will balance real team deliverables with study towards your ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification, dedicating 20% of your time (around six hours per week) to your professional studies. Each placement will be supported by a dedicated Rotation Manager alongside guidance from senior Finance leadership.
You will gain broad exposure across six core finance pillars: Financial Control and Revenue & Billing in year one; Tax and Treasury in year two; and Strategic Finance and Finance Transformation in year three. Depending on business and ACCA requirements, you may also gain exposure to adjacent areas such as Product Control, Procurement, or Internal Audit.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Support accurate, timely finance operations across your rotations, contributing to processes such as month-end close, reconciliations, journals and variance analysis.
Help teams deliver invoicing, settlement, revenue recognition, tax compliance, cash management, budgeting and reporting activities.
Prepare and review information carefully, including supporting audit, compliance and management reporting requirements.
Work with colleagues across Finance to respond to queries, share information and deliver tasks to agreed deadlines.
Look for practical ways to improve processes, documentation and the use of finance systems and data.
Apply what you learn through ACCA study to real finance work, building technical, analytical and communication skills over time.
Eligibility Requirements
This role is offered as a government-funded Level 7 ACCA apprenticeship. Appointment is conditional on the successful candidate meeting the government’s apprenticeship funding and eligibility requirements at the start of training, as confirmed by our approved training provider. Under current England funding rules, Level 7 funding is generally available to applicants aged 16–21, with limited exceptions for eligible applicants aged 22–24 who have an EHCP or have been, or are, in care.
This role is offered as an early-careers opportunity and we are not able to offer this role on a privately funded basis. Further information about the Apprenticeship funding can be found here.
Academic Qualifications: You will have either:
A degree qualification
OR
You have completed a Level 4 AAT qualification before the September start date
+ 2 A Levels (or equivalent) and 3 GCSEs including a pass in English and Maths
Visa sponsorship: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
What We’re Looking For
Academic Ambition: You are eager to begin your journey toward becoming a Chartered Accountant via the ACCA pathway.
Analytical Mindset: You have a natural comfort with numbers and a high attention to detail.
Resilience: The ability to work toward tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Any prior exposure to accounting systems (like Workday) is a huge plus, but not a dealbreaker—we will train you!
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a "team player" attitude.
Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with finance systems such as Workday is helpful, but not essential.

It’s important we set you up for success and make our process as accessible as possible. So let us know in your application, or tell your recruiter directly, if you need anything to make your experience or working environment more comfortable.

Role Description
As a Real Estate Analyst at Checkout.com, you will provide dedicated administrative, data management, and operational support to the Head of Real Estate, focusing on mitigating risk and increasing efficiency across the global portfolio. This role is essential for managing high-risk operational tasks, such as lease event tracking, lease administration, budgeting and data reporting to ensure a structured approach and prevent critical errors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lease Administration & Governance
Proactively track, monitor, and manage critical dates for all lease events, including renewals and break clauses, acting as the primary conduit for populating and managing the tools that host our Real Estate data.
Support the execution of Real Estate contracts by coordinating with Brokers, Procurement, Legal etc. to finalise signing, updating project budgets, and archiving completed agreements.
Manage operational risk by ensuring all key details related to lease obligations are accurately recorded, tracked and action is taken.
For business case generation, gather comparable evidence, property valuations, and market data to drive strategic negotiations.
Liaise with regional, business and central teams to capture the justification and data necessary for business case approval.
Manage subleasing activities, including monitoring sub-tenant compliance, tracking sublease income and key milestones, and coordinating with legal and property management teams.
2. Financial and Procurement Reporting
Coordinate with Finance, Tax and Procurement teams for Real Estate budgets, including updating and managing the Real Estate OPEX and CAPEX budget tracking tools.
Act as the central point of contact for all property-related budget reporting, preparing quarterly reviews in a clear, digestible format that includes Real Estate and Workplace costs - giving an all inclusive cost per desk / square foot / head.
Assist in reporting refurbishment or new office delivery costs, against business as usual spend for operational office locations.
Support the coordination of financial and legal documentation required for transactions, such as preparing group structure charts and financials for external parties (e.g., landlords).
3. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Data Collation
Lead the coordination and collection of energy, water, and utility consumption data across the global portfolio to support future CSR reporting requirements.
Manage the challenge of obtaining utility data in co-working and serviced spaces where direct meter readings are complex, including liaising with local teams, operators and landlords to gather the necessary information.
Act as the conduit between the CEO Office and ESG/CSR teams to ensure our portfolio meets the needs of Sustainability policies and or regulatory requirements.
4. Departmental Administrative Support
Assist in due diligence and preparation of business cases by researching and reporting on regional office statistics (e.g., desk counts, utilisation, attendance, capacity & commercials).
Act as a key liaison for business case presentation and refinement.
Maintain dynamic headcount forecasts to ensure space planning aligns with evolving business needs, particularly for high-growth regions.
Monitor and document team shift patterns to inform workspace strategy (e.g., HVAC service requirements, after-hours access, and desk rotation models).
Monitor and manage utilisation reports for Serviced Offices, along with onboard and offboard leaves to locations where we do not directly manage access control.
Maintain the central digital repository for all property documentation (leases, contracts, floor plans, and insurance certificates), ensuring strict naming conventions, accessibility, and version control are met to ensure 100% audit-readiness.
Schedule and prepare agendas, collate pre-read materials, and document meeting minutes for key real estate governance forums, proactively tracking action items to ensure timely closure by stakeholders.
Managing the administrative aspects of the "joiner/leaver" process for office access where no assigned Workplace / People person is assigned.
Act as the primary administrator for processing property-related invoices, performing the initial "first-pass" review to flag discrepancies against purchase orders (POs) and ensuring all costs are accurately coded before final submission to Finance.
5. Health, Safety & Physical Security Management
Coordinate the global H&S audit schedule in partnership with SMEs, managing the central audit database, evidence library, action log, and training records to track progress and compliance.
Support the weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting framework to surface risk trends and audit completion status, allocating audits to regional teams for execution.
Own the scheduling, chasing, and evidence trail for the audit lifecycle, acting as the primary administrative point of contact to ensure smooth execution.
Drive the audit lifecycle by ensuring all actions are identified, triaged, and managed to resolution, proactively identifying blockers and managing overdue items.
Ensure regional teams interpret and apply the central H&S framework in accordance with local laws while maintaining the global baseline standards.
Manage the integration of the H&S framework with wider Real Estate RACI to ensure clear accountability and prevent overlaps in responsibilities.
Implement and maintain physical security policies and standards across all global office locations.
Instruct periodic physical security risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security protocols.
Oversee visitor management processes and physical security measures to safeguard personnel and assets.

Description
Are you a friendly, organised, and outgoing individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an exceptional Front of House Coordinator to be the first impression at our Checkout.com London office and the primary point of contact for our merchants and visitors.
In this pivotal role, you’ll set the tone from the moment someone walks through the door, creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere where every interaction reflects the quality of our brand.
This is not a traditional reception role. You’ll own the Front of House experience end-to-end — managing the reception area, coordinating meeting room schedules, and handling enquiries with confidence, while working closely with teams across the business to ensure smooth, seamless daily operations.
If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, take pride in presentation and organisation, and have a natural ability to multitask and anticipate needs before they arise, this role is made for you.
Responsibilities
Own the reception desk, managing incoming calls and directing enquiries efficiently and appropriately.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and schedules, ensuring spaces are prepared and utilised effectively.
Maintain a polished, organised Front of House and reception area, including oversight of office supplies and mail distribution.
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and courier requirements with accuracy and care.
Prepare, issue, and manage visitor access passes in line with company security procedures.
Respond to emails, service desk requests, and general correspondence promptly, professionally, and within agreed SLAs.
Manage the London office inbox and internal workplace calendar, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
Maintain and administer Visitor Management Systems, including Envoy and Brivo.
Provide administrative and operational support to teams across the business to enable smooth day-to-day office operations.
Support purchase order and invoice processes related to office and workplace operations.
Act as a trained First Aider and Fire Warden (training provided if required).
Maintain and continuously improve the Front of House playbook.
Respond to London based Slack queries in a timely, helpful, and professional manner.
Requirements
Full time, Onsite role 08.30-17.30 (Reception opening hours)
Proven experience in a front-of-house or reception role, preferably in a professional setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Friendly and approachable demeanour, with a passion for customer service.
Proficiency in Google Office Suite.
Previous experience utilising Visitor Management Software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

<div class="content-intro"><h4><strong>Help make the world more hospitable </strong></h4> <p>The hospitality industry is uniquely human, and it deserves technology that’s just as inspiring as the people behind it. At Mews, we’re transforming the industry with a platform that helps hotels run smarter, move faster and create better guest experiences.</p> <p>You’ll work with smart, curious people who care deeply about what they do. You’ll have autonomy and the trust to make good decisions and move quickly. And you’ll enjoy a real sense of purpose as you see the impact of what we’re building.</p> <p>If you’re motivated by ownership, curiosity and meaningful impact, and are driven to deliver consistent high performance, you’ll feel at home here.</p> <h4><strong>About the role</strong></h4> <p>Let's get into the specifics. It’s impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews – but if we had to distil it into a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this:</p></div><p>As a Senior Sales Manager at Mews, you will own a territory—and own it at scale. You have 3+ years of proven quota attainment, and you've demonstrated ambition to grow and take on increasingly complex challenges. You will close larger deals, build scalable playbooks, and serve as an ambassador for sales excellence across the team.</p> <p>Mews powers 15,000+ properties across 85 countries. In 2025, we processed nearly $20 billion in transactions. In 2026, we raised $300 million in Series D funding at a $2.5 billion valuation. We are approaching IPO. The market is global, the product is unmatched, and the territories are genuinely winnable at scale. This an Atlantic portfolio venture.
About the Venture
This early-stage venture is building a discovery engine for chemistry, comprising a platform for running end-to-end simulations of chemical reaction systems, and a world model + agent stack that uses the simulation platform to discover new chemistry.
Their goal is to build backend scientific data infrastructure to meet the demands of AI systems that can truly accelerate and automate the discovery layer of chemistry.
Both founders hold PhDs in Chemistry from the University of Oxford, and the venture has already secured pre-seed funding. They are now building out their founding team.
The Role
As a Computational Chemist, you will play a central role in shaping the scientific foundations of the venture's technology, helping develop the computational methods and workflows that underpin its end-to-end chemical reaction simulation platform.
You’ll work closely with researchers and engineers to integrate state-of-the-art computational chemistry methods with machine learning approaches, driving progress towards the venture's strategic and scientific objectives.
You’ll take ownership of developing, validating and optimising the computational chemistry components of the platform, with a particular focus on reaction mechanisms, reaction kinetics, molecular dynamics and the modelling of complex chemical environments.
You will design, implement and refine scalable scientific workflows for generating, processing and analysing chemical reaction data, improving the accuracy, reliability and computational efficiency of simulations.
Beyond your core scientific responsibilities, the team is looking for someone who can contribute to strategic research decisions, bring strong independent scientific judgement, and help shape the interdisciplinary research culture of the company at an early stage.
What You'll Work On
Foundation models for chemical reactivity: The team is building and training foundation models for chemical reactivity with a variety of data modalities. You'll help curate this foundational data corpus by developing cheminformatics and computational chemistry workflows for generating data from combinatorial enumeration, as well as robust data filtering, clustering and validation routines.
Computational methods: The team is working on efficient computational methods from which foundational data is generated and the platform is validated. You'll be responsible for developing protocols for estimating solvation and entropy factors in chemical reaction steps. This involves keeping up to date with published literature for ideas and inspiration.
Generative models: The venture is expanding its foundational data corpus beyond combinatorial workflows. You'll help design, validate and benchmark the generative model architectures that accomplish this.
Chemical reaction simulation: The team is building out an end-to-end chemical reaction simulation platform. You'll be involved in designing the architecture and assembling the platform, as well as developing benchmarks and validation protocols against computational and experimental methods.
World models and agents: The venture will be developing an agent + world model stack that operates on the simulation platform. You'll be responsible for formulating the action space in which the world model is trained and the agent explores new chemical reaction space.
What They're Looking For
The team is looking for someone who enjoys being given a blank canvas and the chance to create something spectacular with it. In particular, someone who brings:
A PhD in Computational Chemistry, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Intellectual curiosity: Someone who enjoys venturing outside their comfort zone, exploring new ideas and applying their knowledge and experience to unfamiliar domains.
An entrepreneurial mindset: Someone who thrives in an early-stage environment, enjoys building things from scratch and is excited to grow beyond the traditional boundaries of their role.
Independent thinking and scientific judgement: Someone who can take ownership of complex challenges, contribute new ideas and help shape the scientific direction of the venture.
A collaborative approach: Someone who can build strong relationships across the team and actively contribute to shaping and nurturing the company culture as it grows.
An instinct for building great working environments: Someone who understands the importance of the right tools, systems and ways of working to help themselves and the wider team do their best work.

We’re looking for a passionate Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team at STRATOS – someone eager to sit at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and real-world impact.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with industry leaders to embed our platform deep into their operations – transforming strategic intent into live systems that drive measurable results. In today’s world, where the last mile of implementation creates the competitive moat, you’ll be the catalyst turning software into scale.
About Us
At STRATOS Technologies, we are transforming how companies make data-driven decisions with our innovative Strategy Operating System. Our software integrates complex datasets into a unified solution, enabling businesses to strengthen their long-term strategies through clear and actionable insights.
Our founders, former business and tech executives who led a $1B division at a Fortune 500 industrial company, originally built a digital twin of their enterprise to drive synchronized planning and execution. Seeing the market’s lack of such a system, they launched STRATOS in 2022 with a bold mission: to build the world’s first strategy operating system that unifies all internal and external data into a single platform.
Today, STRATOS is a category-defining, rapidly growing startup funded extensively by high-profile investors (e.g., Accel) and trusted by nearly a dozen global industrial leaders and Fortune 500 customers. Our software integrates complex datasets into a unified solution, combining deep data integration, best-in-class workflows, and cutting-edge generative AI.
From commercial AI agents to embedded intelligence that supercharges lean teams, STRATOS enables businesses to achieve 10x productivity and strengthen long-term strategies through actionable insights. We are now expanding our team to accelerate our growth even further and help our customers outperform their competition.
Why Forward Deployed Engineering
While we have a scalable technology backbone, we believe that Forward Deployed Engineering is the future of differentiated B2B SaaS in the GenAI age. Rather than shipping static tools, we partner closely with customers to deliver dynamic, tailored solutions where value is created in the implementation layer – not just the codebase.

Solve our customers’ hardest business challenges by adapting and deploying the STRATOS platform to their needs
Design and implement scalable generative AI workflows using platforms like Palantir AIP
Execute complex data integration using PySpark and other distributed technologies
Collaborate directly with clients to understand context, priorities, and key outcome
0-4 years of solid experience in data engineering or analytics.

The ability to translate complex and sometimes ambiguous business requirements into clean and maintainable data pipelines
Excellent knowledge of PySpark, Python and SQL fundamentals
The ability to get to grips with new technologies quickly
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Experience in dashboarding tools, Typescript and API development
Familiarity with Airflow, DBT, Databricks
Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (e.g. Oracle, SAP) and CRM systems
Equity through our stock option programme, so you share in the long-term success and growth of the company
A highly competitive salary
Direct access to Fortune 500 executives from your first months, at a level most people wait a decade for
Work alongside former MBB consultants and Fortune 500 executives who will teach you directly — our team is small enough that this happens in person, not through a training curriculum
Private healthcare
Pension scheme
25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays
Work from abroad — up to four weeks a year, and up to two weeks at a time
Hybrid office policy, with visa sponsorship available
A company committed to social and environmental responsibility — we pledge to be a net-zero CO₂ company and donate 1% of our revenue to social causes
Practicalities
London-based, 3 days a week in our Farringdon office
