This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can connect deep technical understanding with positioning, distribution and commercial results. The title will reflect the experience and scope of the person we hire.</p> <p>A good product story matters, but a story alone isn't enough. The person in this role needs to turn our infrastructure into clear customer problems we solve, compelling reasons to choose Telnyx and practical ways to try it. A great sample application, integration or reference architecture can do more than another 30-slide deck. So can a precise message that reaches a developer at the moment they are deciding how to build.</p> <p>You'll work across Product, Engineering, Developer Relations, Sales and Marketing to bring those pieces together. You'll help shape what we launch, how we explain it, how buyers discover it and how our field teams take it to market.</p> <h2><strong>What you'll build</strong></h2> <ul> <li>A coherent product story. Own positioning, segmentation and competitive differentiation across AI inference, Voice AI, agent and edge infrastructure, communications, networking and wireless. Make the full platform understandable without flattening the technical details that make it valuable.</li> <li>Solutions people can actually use. Drive the packaging of sample apps, reference architectures, integrations, templates and working demos that prove what the infrastructure makes possible. Build repeatable plays for use cases such as contact centers, agent assist and industry-specific workflows. These should accelerate adoption and enterprise sales, not become disconnected software products.</li> <li>Distribution that reaches technical buyers. Shape how we win discovery through product pages, developer content, SEO, answer engine optimization (AEO), technical communities and paid acquisition. You won't necessarily operate every campaign, but you must understand the mechanics deeply enough to direct them: search and answer-engine visibility, technical site structure, intent, targeting, conversion paths, attribution and economics.</li> <li>A field-ready commercial engine. Give enterprise sellers, FDEs and solutions teams the pitches, discovery frameworks, architecture diagrams, competitive proof, demos and ROI narratives they need to generate and advance opportunities. Translate platform capabilities into buying reasons for developers, technical executives and enterprise decision-makers.</li> <li>Launches that translate into adoption. Work with Product and Engineering early, not after something ships. Choose the audience, packaging and launch strategy, then measure activation, qualified demand, field utilization and downstream pipeline. Build an operating cadence that keeps pace with a rapidly changing roadmap.</li> <li>An AI-native PMM team. Use AI research tools, coding assistants, agents and automation as part of everyday work to accelerate market research, competitive analysis, messaging tests, content production, demo development and go-to-market execution. Know when to trust those tools, how to evaluate outputs and where human technical judgment still matters. Lead the team to operate the same way.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>How we'll measure success</strong></h2> <p>The ultimate measure is pipeline. Not the number of launches, assets, impressions or campaigns. We expect this leader to partner closely with Demand Generation and Sales to create measurable, qualified pipeline, improve conversion and accelerate opportunities. Product marketing should be able to show how specific product narratives, solutions, integrations and programs contribute to commercial results.</p> <p>Early wins will look like a dramatically clearer platform story; a small number of flagship use cases with runnable demos and integrations; sellers using consistent, technically credible plays; stronger discovery and conversion from search, AEO and paid channels; and a repeatable link from product launches to adoption and pipeline. We care about what works and scales, not activity for its own sake.</p> <h2><strong>What we're looking for</strong></h2> <ul> <li>You've led product marketing for a complex B2B technical platform, ideally in AI infrastructure, developer tools, APIs, cloud, networking or communications. You can be strategic without becoming removed from the work.</li> <li>You are technically fluent. You can understand architecture, work with APIs or SDKs, interrogate a latency or cost claim and talk comfortably with engineers. You don't have to be a production engineer, but you need to know when a demo is real and when it's just a pitch.</li> <li>You understand modern technical acquisition. You're credible directing AEO, SEO, paid programs and developer-focused content, and can connect channel-level metrics to funnel economics and qualified pipeline.</li> <li>You're already effective with AI tools and agents in your own work. You experiment, build workflows and use the technology to move faster. Familiarity with the limitations and evaluation of AI-generated outputs is as important as enthusiasm for the tools.</li> <li>You write exceptionally well, have strong instincts for enterprise sales, and know how to turn a complex product advantage into a clear reason to buy.</li> <li>You've built or led strong teams, can prioritize across competing launches and products, and enjoy working directly with product leaders and technical builders.</li> </ul> <p>Telecom experience is not required. Technical curiosity, taste, speed and a track record of generating commercial impact matter more.</p> <h2><strong>Why Telnyx</strong></h2> <p>This is a chance to shape the market narrative for a company that owns the underlying network, communications and compute infrastructure it sells. The platform is real, customers are deploying it in production, and the commercial opportunity is substantial. You'll have direct access to senior leadership and the ability to build a PMM function measured by its contribution to growth.</p> <h4><strong>Equal opportunity</strong></h4> <p>Telnyx is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants from different backgrounds and evaluate candidates based on the skills and experience relevant to the role.</p> <h3><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 14px;">#LI-RH1</span></h3><div class="content-conclusion"><p> </p> <p> </p></div>

This is distinct from our ISV and platform sales motion. The mandate is to win major European enterprises, create a focused regional playbook and build the organization to scale it. We'll calibrate the title to the leader's experience and scope.</p> <p>Europe's largest enterprises are moving more communications and customer workflows into software and AI, but they face real constraints around data residency, telecom requirements, legacy systems, procurement and cross-border operations. They need partners that understand where infrastructure runs, how it connects, what it costs and how to deploy reliably in production.</p> <p>Telnyx has an unusual platform for those conversations: its own network and communications stack, integrated with AI and inference capabilities. The opportunity is to make that technical differentiation relevant to the buying priorities of European multinationals, prove it in initial deployments and expand into durable enterprise relationships.</p> <h4>What you'll build</h4> <ul> <li>A European enterprise organization. Build an initial team of eight enterprise account executives, paired one-to-one with field development engineers (FDEs). Establish the pod model, hiring bar, management cadence and shared technical-sales accountability. Scale toward 16 sellers only when repeatable performance supports it.</li> <li>A deliberate country and account plan. Prioritize markets and industries based on addressable revenue, readiness to buy, competitive advantage and our ability to serve customers well. Start with a named-account strategy then segment for scale across Europe.</li> <li>A disciplined multinational sales motion. Build relationships with country operators and central buying groups, navigate local and global stakeholders, and manage complex security, legal and procurement processes. Know when a local use case can become an enterprise-wide standard.</li> <li>Technically credible solution selling. Lead with the customer's operational and economic problem, then prove the architecture with FDEs through demos, technical validation, integrations and production pilots. Be precise about network performance, AI inference, data handling, security and deployment requirements.</li> <li>Repeatable commercial plays. Package wins in customer engagement, contact centers, AI agents, programmable voice and messaging, real-time network services and AI infrastructure into examples the team can take across similar European accounts. Work with Product and Marketing on localized customer proof and industry narratives where they matter.</li> <li>An operating system for profitable growth. Own pipeline generation, forecasting, territory design, conversion, rep productivity, hiring, coaching and deal inspection. Partner closely with Marketing, Product, RevOps and Customer Success, and coordinate with our other regional and ISV teams on account ownership and expansion.</li> </ul> <h4>How we'll measure success</h4> <p>The ultimate scorecard is revenue. We will measure net-new European enterprise ARR, qualified pipeline, win rates, sales cycles, forecast accuracy and AE/FDE pod productivity. A healthy pipeline consists of real buyers, clearly defined use cases, executable deployment paths and credible deal economics. Expansion should follow initial production success, not just an impressive proof of concept.</p> <p>Early success means building an exceptional initial team, identifying a defensible set of priority markets and named accounts, personally helping progress lighthouse deals and establishing replicable wins. Longer term, we want a European enterprise organization that can forecast reliably and grow without requiring bespoke execution on every account.</p> <h4>Who you are</h4> <ul> <li>You've built and led enterprise sales teams across multiple European markets and personally helped close substantial, complex B2B technology deals with large regional or multinational customers.</li> <li>You understand how European enterprises buy, including regional differences in procurement, security, data handling and decision-making. You can distinguish a real requirement from a sales objection and won't make unsupported compliance claims.</li> <li>You have technical fluency in areas such as cloud infrastructure, AI, networking, developer platforms or communications. You can work directly with FDEs and customer architects to turn a demanding evaluation into a production deployment.</li> <li>You know how to allocate coverage across countries and industries, recruit strong local talent and run a distributed organization with a consistent performance standard.</li> <li>You bring rigorous forecasting, genuine pipeline discipline, strong executive presence and a record of turning initial deployments into larger, multi-year relationships.</li> <li>You're a builder who still enjoys customers, recruiting and deals. You don't need a fully formed regional machine before you can produce results.</li> </ul> <h4>Why Telnyx</h4> <p>You will build a direct enterprise business across one of the world's most demanding markets, with meaningful ownership of regional strategy, team design and major customer relationships. The underlying technology is real, the company has scale and momentum, and you will work closely with senior technical and go-to-market leadership.</p> <h4>Equal opportunity</h4> <p>Telnyx is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants from different backgrounds and evaluate candidates based on the skills and experience relevant to the role.</p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">#LI-RH1</span></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p> </p> <p> </p></div>

Join BLP and help make the world’s business processes autonomous!
Our agentic platform helps finance and operations teams worldwide remove manual work from their core business processes, so work runs end-to-end with greater control and significant productivity gains.
Today, over 550 enterprise customers use BLP across 1,300+ deployed projects. In the processes we automate, customers achieve productivity improvements of 5 to 10 times.
To date, BLP remains majority employee-owned, with Goldman Sachs holding a minority stake as a growth investor. Our success is driven by deep expertise in technology and business processes, a superior product with strong product-market fit, reflected in an expanding customer base that includes Fortune 500 companies.
BLP is one of Switzerland's fastest-growing SaaS scale-ups; we are now entering our next phase of growth. From our headquarters on Zürich's Bahnhofstrasse, we're expanding globally, with a growing presence across Europe and North America.
Join us and help make autonomous operations the new standard.
This is a build job.
When you join, BLP has no UK pipeline, no UK case studies, and no local playbook. It’s not the well-oiled machine with sophisticated processes for everything. What you get instead: an experienced Account Executive sitting next to you, a reporting line to the VP of Business Development and a strong DACH SDR team behind you. You get a winning product and a market nobody here has sold into yet. All of that comes with strong support from the Switzerland HQ.
Your first job is to work out who buys, why, and what makes them pick up the phone. You will hear no far more often than yes. The yes is a 30-minute discovery call with a CFO, COO, or Head of Finance at a large UK manufacturer or industrial business, where you run the meeting, present the value, and map the stakeholders live.
If you want a finished machine to plug into, this is the wrong role. If you want to help build the machine, read on.
As our Founding SDR in London, you own outbound into UK enterprise accounts. You will prospect and open relationships with Finance and Procurement leaders (CFO, COO, Head of Shared Services, Process Excellence, AP) and generate qualified opportunities for our agentic AI platform automating Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash. Don’t expect inbounds to carry you from day one.
You are one of the first commercial hires on the ground in a new market. You prospect, you run the connect calls, and you help write the playbook the next UK hires will use. You report directly to the VP of Business Development for now, work day to day with the UK Account Executive as a tag-team, and lean on the DACH SDR team for what already works.
You will monitor the UK market with regards to procurement and finance processes, ERP transformation announcements and buying triggers, and turn what you learn into better targeting. We need you to flag what is not working early and bring it to the team, so we fix the approach fast instead of grinding on a broken one.
Once the UK team reaches critical mass and shows initial success, we hire a local team lead (internally or externally).
You will work with a sharp outbound stack: HubSpot as our CRM and source of truth, Clay for enrichment and signal-based prospecting, Claude for AI assisted tasks and research, and LinkMatch to keep LinkedIn and HubSpot in sync without manual logging. That said, the work has a strong outbound and calling focus. You will help decide what to add as the motion matures.
You have roughly 2 to 5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS SDR or BDR role, most of it outbound, and you have built or helped build an outbound motion rather than only working an established one.
You know the UK market and can navigate UK enterprise buyers, ideally with experience selling to Finance, Procurement, or Operations.
You can run a discovery call with a senior stakeholder: you hold the room, communicate clearly, adapt to a CFO or a Head of Procurement, and understand the buying center.
You are comfortable with ambiguity. No inbound, no case studies, no script on day one does not rattle you, it interests you. You see opportunity.
You enjoy problem-solving and have a natural curiosity that drives you to find creative solutions.
You are looking for a role that comes with key responsibility beyond the typical SDR scope.
You take ownership, ask for help when you are stuck, act on feedback, and pass on what you learn to the people who join after you.
Bonus points
You have been a founding or first SDR in a new market, or helped stand up a new territory.
You know the ERP domain, or have sold Finance, Procurement, or industrial software and are familiar with P2P/O2C processes.
You are familiar with HubSpot as a CRM and Clay.
You speak another European language.
London Office. This role is based in our London office, You will spend regular time with your DACH peers in our HQ in Zurich and are invited over for onboarding.
Onboarding built for a founding rep. There is onboarding material that trains you on our product, you get a buddy from the DACH SDR team and direct support from the VP Business Development.
High earning potential. Uncapped commission and potential for a 6-figure package.
Equal OTEs. As we share the same incentives, you'll be comped as the Account Executives.
Opportunities to grow. You're controlling your personal development and career trajectory in a rapidly growing, internationally expanding startup.
Exceptional colleagues. You'll be growing alongside individuals from exceptional academic backgrounds and careers.

About Kernel
Agents are starting to sell, buy and operate on behalf of companies. But before an agent can close a deal, qualify an account, route a lead or assess risk, it has to answer a basic question: which company is this?
Today, that answer is messy, and no one answers it reliably. Business identity lives across CRMs, ERPs and third-party datasets full of duplicates, missing parent companies, stale addresses and incorrect enrichment. The cost shows up across the enterprise: sales teams miss revenue opportunities because they lack the right account context; operations teams take on avoidable exposure because risk signals are fragmented or wrong; and finance teams end up chasing, writing off, or defaulting on bad debt that should have been caught earlier.
Humans have worked around that mess for years. Agents cannot. They need a reliable business identity layer they can trust.
Kernel is building that layer: the business registry for agents. We issue a permanent KERN ID for every business, plus the context an agent needs to act on it. Ops, data and revenue teams at Gong, Legora, Mistral, Canva and Checkout already use Kernel on their own systems. Agents are next, and there will be far more of them.
We have raised $14M from top VCs and operators at Plaid, OpenAI, Slack and others, and we are growing 5x YoY.
The Role
We have strong product market fit. In 2025 we grew ~5x with world class net dollar retention, mostly from founder-led sales, and now have AEs hitting quota with an emerging playbook.
We're looking for another BDR Manager to accelerate our outbound engine as we scale in 2026. You'll own a team of ~10 BDRs and be responsible for the pipeline that fuels our growth.
You will report to Dave Bentham (Head of Sales) and work closely with our AEs, marketing, and leadership team to make sure the top of funnel is consistently feeding high-quality pipeline.
What You’ll Be Doing
Set the strategy
Work with Dave and the rest of leadership to define ICP, targeting, and outbound messaging.
Translate company targets into clear, measurable BDR goals and ensure pipeline expectations are distributed strategically across the team.
Continuously iterate on outbound plays, channels, and sequences to improve conversion at every stage.
Develop the BDR team to be a talent pool for the rest of the organisation through a culture of constant learning
Set your team
Manage and develop a team of ~10 BDRs across inbound and outbound.
Work alongside our recruiters to grow the team as we scale.
Be accountable for team performance. Coach underperformers, promote top performers, and set a high bar across the board.
Our BDR team is the talent engine for the entire GTM team. Nurturing the best people and helping them be ready for the next role is crucial.
Set the operating cadence
Define qualification criteria and handoff processes that set AEs up to close.
Build repeatable outbound plays that convert, and partner with marketing where needed.
Establish pipeline generation rigor: activity metrics, and predictable output.
Run weekly team reviews, call coaching sessions, and continuous improvement loops.
What You Bring:
4+ years in business development and/or outbound sales, with at least some time managing a BDR or SDR team.
Experience scaling a BDR team (e.g. growing from a handful of reps to 10+) or managing a team of that size.
Strong instincts for messaging, targeting, and what makes outbound actually work.
Comfort operating in ambiguity: you can build process, playbooks, and territory strategy.
Bonus: the deeper your knowledge of RevOps, data, and GTM tools the better.
⚠️ This role may not be for you if you:
Need lots of structure or polished specs.
You like spending weeks agonizing on a single initiative, or don’t want to rapidly iterate and run experiments.
Require detailed instructions.
❌ This role is definitely not for you if you:
Prefer remote or hybrid work (requires 4+ days in London office) and/or can’t travel to clients (US+Europe)
Don’t enjoy the pace of an early-stage startup.
Want to carry your own deals instead of building and coaching a team.
What We Offer
We will do our best to offer you the ride of a lifetime. It will not be easy, but it will be thrilling.
💰 Salary: £80-120k OTE + equity
🗓️ 24 days holiday per year + bank holidays
🥕 £450 Monthly Office Dinner Allowance
✈️ 2 weeks work-from-anywhere
🍼 Generous parental leave policy
💼 Pension plan
💻 Top-spec equipment and central London office
🎉 Team events and dinners

bunch is building the backbone of private markets. We are enabling next-gen fund operations with one integrated system that combines secure data infrastructure, AI-powered workflows and expert fund services. If you value ownership, growth through real responsibility, and working with a thoughtful, ambitious team, this role might be for you.
As Marketing Lead, you turn marketing into a reliable source of qualified pipeline across the UK, Luxembourg and Germany. You report to the Co-Founder and own the marketing plan, budget and team.
Our buyers are GPs, CFOs, COOs and fund operations teams at VC and PE managers. Trust in this market comes from expertise, references and the institutions they already rely on, and almost nobody speaks to the CFO and operations team directly. We will. The founders set the company narrative; you build the engine that carries it to market.
Set marketing’s pipeline target by market with the CEO and own the result: qualified pipeline in euros across the UK, Luxembourg and Germany.
Define and run the marketing plan and budget for each market, and decide which programmes to scale and which to stop.
Grow our presence beyond our current client base and build our position with larger fund managers.
Content and credibility: a weekly publishing cadence built on what our fund specialists, founders and clients know (operational deep dives, migration and capital-call guides, case studies with named clients), co-publications and webinars with the institutions and voices our buyers trust, and the data and insights lane: bunch as the source the market and journalists call about European private markets operations. You orchestrate; you run the writer.
Field: an events programme you produce in-house for fund CFOs and COOs, who rarely attend the investor events, built as a ladder: a 10-person series per market, seller-owned events, partner events with law firms, auditors and banks, and from there larger flagship formats, eventually a bunch conference.
Growth and online: with our Growth Marketing Manager and our sales ops and data team, the digital channels, pooled audiences and the HubSpot attribution and MQL→SQL layer that turn attention into qualified pipeline.
Positioning and messaging by tier, release go-to-market, and sales enablement (one-pagers, battlecards, demo narratives). Product owns the roadmap and release notes; you own how the market hears about them.
Become an expert in our product: sit with client onboarding and the fund specialists until you can demo and explain the platform yourself.
Run the marketing surround on named target accounts in HubSpot and hand engagement signals on to the sales team, so their next touch lands warm. Sellers own their accounts; marketing never emails a prospect one-to-one.
Bring market insight back to the commercial team: what our buyers read, discuss and care about, in a weekly market brief you own.
Set up the marketing scoreboard (attribution, shared definitions of MQL, SQL and sourced vs influenced pipeline, reporting) with our sales ops and data team.
Lead and grow the team: a Growth Marketing Manager today, a writer on retainer, an events coordinator as the series scales; manage agencies and freelancers.
5+ years in total, including 2+ in growth or marketing at a B2B scale-up selling to expert or regulated buyers (fintech, financial services, legal, insurance). You have built a marketing function or content programme from near zero: hired for it, set its budget, chose its agencies, and it kept running when you stepped back. Consulting or GTM-practice years count; private markets experience puts you at the top of our list.
You have built or run attribution and steer on pipeline in euros, not MQL counts, with a number you moved to show for it. Hands-on in HubSpot, and you build your own workflows and agents (automations, LLM pipelines for content and signals), not just prompts.
Player-coach. You ship before you delegate, turn subject-matter experts into a publishing engine, and learn a market by sitting in its sales calls and reading what its buyers read.
Fewer things, done brilliantly. You cut what you can't measure, automate prep but never relationship touches, and know that sellers own their accounts.
Full professional English; German is a plus. Comfortable spending regular time in the UK, Luxembourg and Germany.
About bunch
bunch is building the operating infrastructure for the next generation of private markets. We combine AI-powered automation with deep regulatory expertise to replace fragmented spreadsheets and manual processes with one integrated platform across the fund lifecycle, purpose-built for private markets heading toward $32 trillion in Assets Under Management.
We've 4x our ARR in 2025, crossed 150 fund managers and 12,000 LPs on the platform, and just closed our $35M Series B in May 2026. We're looking for ambitious people who want real ownership of hard problems, and who care about building infrastructure that actually matters to the people using it.
____
At bunch, we're committed to an inclusive environment where diversity is valued and celebrated. We provide equal opportunities to all qualified applicants.
We process personal data in line with applicable laws (including GDPR). See our Privacy Policy for details on your rights and how to reach us.

ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
Music is becoming a first-class part of ElevenLabs Creative. You’ll own the UI that lets creators make it, working closely with Research to turn new music models into products people use the next day.
The open question is what the best interface for AI music creation looks like. Creators come for video, dubbing or ads, and music is part of that flow. Making a song from scratch, scoring a video and localising a track into other languages each need a different flow. You’ll form a view on the right experience, build it end to end, and make it easy to adopt each new model as it lands.
You’ll take an ambiguous problem, decompose it, and carry it through legal, design, engineering and launch with Growth. You’ll work in a small, high-ownership team across product, research and go-to-market.
Requirements
Strong Frontend experience: you’ve shipped complex, production UIs (React/TypeScript or equivalent) and are comfortable on the backend when the work needs it
You’ve owned ambiguous, zero-to-one product work from problem definition to launch, without a PM or a prescriptive backlog
You’ve worked closely with designers (Figma) and have taste and opinions about UX
You’ve worked across functions such as legal, safety, growth and design to ship, and keep stakeholders updated without prompting
You weigh trade-offs and make pragmatic decisions with no single right answer, and build so that new models can be swapped in as they land
Bonus
Music, audio or creative-tools experience, or music as a hobby (singing, an instrument, production)
Experience building media-heavy interfaces such as audio, video or timeline editors
Experience working with ML models or research teams
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe or on the US East Coast, with the ability to operate in Central European timezones required. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Dublin, London, New York and Warsaw.

We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

DeepL is a global AI product and research company focused on building secure, intelligent solutions to complex business problems. Over 200,000 business customers and millions of individuals across 228 global markets today trust DeepL's Language AI platform for human-like translation, improved writing and real-time voice translation.
Founded in 2017 by CEO Jaroslaw “Jarek” Kutylowski, DeepL now has around 1,000 passionate employees and is supported by world-renowned investors including Benchmark, IVP, and Index Ventures.
Our goal is to become the global leader in trusted, intelligent AI technology, building products that drive better communication, foster connections, and create a meaningful impact. To achieve this, we need talented people like you to join our journey. If you’re ready to shape the future of AI and grow your career in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment, DeepL is your next destination.
What sets us apart is our blend of cutting-edge AI technology, meaningful work, and a culture where people truly thrive. We’re a team of innovators, researchers, and creators driven by a shared purpose to unlock human potential by making work simpler, smarter, and more connected.
When we share what it’s like to work at DeepL, the reactions are overwhelmingly positive. This might be because of our technology that helps millions of people and businesses communicate and work better every day, or because of the trust, curiosity, and care that shape our culture.
What we know for sure is this: being part of DeepL means joining a team dedicated to innovation, growth, and well-being. Discover more about life at DeepL onLinkedIn,Instagram, and our Blog.
You will lead the Production Inference team — the group responsible for the systems that serve DeepL's language AI models reliably and efficiently at scale. We sit at the intersection of research-grade technical ambition and production-grade operational discipline: our work determines whether DeepL's models reach users with the latency, reliability, and cost profile that makes commercial deployment viable. The team owns the full model serving stack — from GPU-resident inference runtimes and deployment infrastructure through to the developer platform that enables every other research team to bring their models to production. We operate within the Research organisation, with close ties to DeepL's infrastructure and platform functions, and our architectural decisions affect every product DeepL ships. The broader Research organisation publishes regularly at ACL, NeurIPS, and EMNLP, and the Production Inference team brings that same culture of rigour and innovation to the systems layer of AI.
As Engineering Manager for the Production Inference team, you will own both people leadership and technical direction for a team of research scientists and ML engineers working on performance-critical model serving systems. While this is not a hands-on coding role, you will be deeply involved in technical reviews, architecture decisions, and research direction for the inference stack.
You will:
Lead and develop a high-performing team of research scientists and ML engineers, building strong development plans, fostering a candid and non-retaliatory feedback culture, and maintaining high standards of technical rigour and delivery.
Own the team's research and development roadmap for production inference systems, in close collaboration with senior ICs and cross-functional stakeholders, balancing near-term reliability commitments with longer-horizon research bets on inference efficiency and architecture.
Act as the primary technical interface between the Production Inference team and adjacent functions — including foundational models research, voice research, applied research, infrastructure, and product — ensuring research output is well-scoped, well-communicated, and delivered without creating downstream bottlenecks.
Drive the reliability, efficiency, and cost performance of DeepL's model serving stack, including strategic decisions around serving infrastructure evolution (load balancing, autoscaling, runtime selection, and hardware utilisation).
Operate with a high degree of autonomy, defining the team's direction and pushing for results in an environment where requirements from product or commercial stakeholders can be ambiguous or evolving.
Play an active role in identifying, assessing, and recruiting research and engineering talent as the team continues to develop.
You have proven experience leading a team of researchers or ML engineers, with a track record of developing talent, maintaining delivery rigour, and holding the balance between research quality and production reliability.
You have a strong background Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable quantitative discipline, or possess a strong ML/systems background with equivalent research depth.
You have a strong foundation in production ML systems, inference optimisation, or model serving at scale — direct experience with LLM inference, speculative decoding, quantisation, or serving infrastructure is a meaningful differentiator.
You are comfortable operating across the full model lifecycle — from training handoff through to production deployment, monitoring, and efficiency improvement — and understand infrastructure and compute constraints without needing to own them directly.
You have excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical direction into clear goals for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You are solution-oriented and decisive, able to define direction and drive outcomes without waiting for direction from above.

We’re looking for a passionate Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team at STRATOS – someone eager to sit at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and real-world impact.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with industry leaders to embed our platform deep into their operations – transforming strategic intent into live systems that drive measurable results. In today’s world, where the last mile of implementation creates the competitive moat, you’ll be the catalyst turning software into scale.
About Us
At STRATOS Technologies, we are transforming how companies make data-driven decisions with our innovative Strategy Operating System. Our software integrates complex datasets into a unified solution, enabling businesses to strengthen their long-term strategies through clear and actionable insights.
Our founders, former business and tech executives who led a $1B division at a Fortune 500 industrial company, originally built a digital twin of their enterprise to drive synchronized planning and execution. Seeing the market’s lack of such a system, they launched STRATOS in 2022 with a bold mission: to build the world’s first strategy operating system that unifies all internal and external data into a single platform.
Today, STRATOS is a category-defining, rapidly growing startup funded extensively by high-profile investors (e.g., Accel) and trusted by nearly a dozen global industrial leaders and Fortune 500 customers. Our software integrates complex datasets into a unified solution, combining deep data integration, best-in-class workflows, and cutting-edge generative AI.
From commercial AI agents to embedded intelligence that supercharges lean teams, STRATOS enables businesses to achieve 10x productivity and strengthen long-term strategies through actionable insights. We are now expanding our team to accelerate our growth even further and help our customers outperform their competition.
Why Forward Deployed Engineering
While we have a scalable technology backbone, we believe that Forward Deployed Engineering is the future of differentiated B2B SaaS in the GenAI age. Rather than shipping static tools, we partner closely with customers to deliver dynamic, tailored solutions where value is created in the implementation layer – not just the codebase.
Ensure client implementations are working successfully
Solve our customers’ hardest business challenges by adapting and deploying the STRATOS platform to their needs
Design and implement scalable generative AI workflows using platforms like Palantir AIP
Execute complex data integration using PySpark and other distributed technologies
Collaborate directly with clients to understand context, priorities, and key outcome
0-4 years of solid experience in data engineering or analytics.
Experience at start-up companies and/or an excitement to experience first-hand the adventure that comes with a fast-scaling tech company, alternatively experience at a top-tier consultancy.
The ability to translate complex and sometimes ambiguous business requirements into clean and maintainable data pipelines
Excellent knowledge of PySpark, Python and SQL fundamentals
The ability to get to grips with new technologies quickly
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Experience in dashboarding tools, Typescript and API development
Familiarity with Airflow, DBT, Databricks
Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (e.g. Oracle, SAP) and CRM systems
Equity through our stock option programme, so you share in the long-term success and growth of the company
A highly competitive salary
Direct access to Fortune 500 executives from your first months, at a level most people wait a decade for
Work alongside former MBB consultants and Fortune 500 executives who will teach you directly — our team is small enough that this happens in person, not through a training curriculum

Pension scheme
25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays

Hybrid office policy, with visa sponsorship available
A company committed to social and environmental responsibility — we pledge to be a net-zero CO₂ company and donate 1% of our revenue to social causes
Practicalities
