The Account SA owns the opportunity; you own your product group's success within it. You'll work directly with Product and Engineering, bringing customer needs and field insights into roadmap discussions. You'll also help the wider Solutions Architecture team build expertise through reusable assets, enablement, and coaching.</p> <p>You'll specialize in one product group, not all four. In Security &amp; Compliance, you'll focus on GitLab Ultimate, application security, Dependency Firewall, software supply chain security, compliance, and artificial intelligence (AI) governance. In Platform, you'll focus on GitLab Dedicated, self-managed deployments, bring your own model, and cloud and hybrid architecture. In Core DevSecOps, you'll focus on GitLab Premium, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), source code management, Orbit, Artifact Central, and migrations. DevSecOps brings development, security, and operations together across software delivery. In AI &amp; Competitive, you'll focus on GitLab Duo Agent Platform, agentic workflows, AI-native development, competitive displacement including GitHub, and migrations.</p> <p>Your success will be measured by technical win rate and bookings on SME-engaged opportunities, product-category commit attainment and consumption growth in your region, and Proof of Value (PoV) conversion rate, evaluation cycle time, and time from technical win to production use. We'll also measure how often Account SAs reuse your assets, their confidence in handling your product group without escalation, and the quality and impact of your feedback to Product.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Act as the technical authority for your product group on prioritized opportunities, from discovery and architecture through trials and PoV evaluations.</li> <li>Lead technical deep dives, workshops, and executive briefings that connect product capabilities to business outcomes and explain how GitLab differs from competing solutions.</li> <li>Design and improve standardized PoV templates with clear, repeatable success criteria. Account SAs own the customer PoV; you'll contribute product-specific content and expertise while keeping the evaluation connected to the broader GitLab platform.</li> <li>Equip account teams for product launches with Product Management and Product Marketing. Build demos and talk tracks, and turn early customer wins into reference stories.</li> <li>Serve as the escalation point for Account SAs and Post-Sales Solutions Architects (Post-Sales SAs) on complex product questions, integrations, and objections.</li> <li>Hand off PoV success criteria and architecture decisions to the Post-Sales SA with the account team when an opportunity closes. Stay involved until the customer's first production workload uses the product, and support complex accounts when Post-Sales SAs bring you in to drive adoption and consumption.</li> <li>Bring structured field feedback, competitive insights, and customer requirements to Product Management and Engineering with the wider SME team. Help manage early-access and design-partner programs, and represent GitLab through customer events, conferences, industry working groups, and published content.</li> <li>Build reference architectures, demo environments, competitive battlecards, PoV playbooks, and enablement content so account teams can handle more opportunities without your direct involvement. Mentor Account SAs and contribute to GitLab's global SME community of practice.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Substantial experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, consulting, or software engineering, with deep, hands-on expertise in one domain: application security testing, supply chain security, and compliance; scalable cloud and hybrid platforms; large CI/CD environments and source code migrations; or production AI-assisted development, working prototypes, and competitive evaluations.</li> <li>Practical expertise in agentic and AI-assisted development workflows across planning, coding, testing, security, and delivery, applied in a customer-facing, pre-sales context.</li> <li>Experience winning technical decisions on large, complex enterprise opportunities through structured Proof of Concept (PoC) or PoV evaluations with defined success criteria and executive sign-off.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud provider.</li> <li>The ability to lead a whiteboard session with engineers and present the business case to executives in the same meeting.</li> <li>Strong written communication, including the ability to turn complex topics into clear playbooks that others use.</li> <li>Comfort working asynchronously across time zones with Sales, Product, and Engineering.</li> <li>Optional: public speaking, published technical content, open source contributions, or relevant certifications in Kubernetes, cloud architecture, or security.</li> </ul> <p>If you bring transferable experience in an adjacent domain, we encourage you to apply.</p> <h2><strong>About the team</strong></h2> <p>We're building our SME organization within GitLab's Solutions Architecture team, and we're distributed and all-remote.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><h4><strong>How GitLab Supports Full-Time Employees</strong></h4> <ul> <li><a href="https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/total-rewards/benefits/general-and-entity-benefits/">Benefits to support your health, finances, and well-being</a></li> <li><a href="https://handbook.gitlab.com/handbook/people-group/time-off-and-absence/time-off-types/#flexible-paid-time-off-pto">Flexible Paid Time Off&nbsp;</a></li> <li><a href="https://handbook.gitlab.com/handbook/company/culture/inclusion/tmrg-tmag/">Team Member Resource Groups</a></li> <li><a href="https://handbook.gitlab.com/handbook/total-rewards/stock-options/">Equity Compensation &amp; Employee Stock Purchase Plan</a></li> <li><a href="https://handbook.gitlab.com/handbook/people-group/learning-and-development/growth-and-development/">Growth and Development Fund</a></li> <li><a href="https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/total-rewards/benefits/general-and-entity-benefits/#parental-leave">Parental Leave</a>&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Please note that we welcome interest from candidates with varying levels of experience; many successful candidates do not meet every single requirement. Forward Deployed Engineer
Hsogroupbv

<p></p> <h1 data-pm-slice="1 1 []">Forward Deployed Engineer</h1> <h2>About HSO</h2> <p>HSO is a global Business Transformation Partner with deep industry expertise and a long standing strategic relationship with Microsoft. We help organisations unlock the full potential of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, Data and AI technologies to modernise operations, accelerate innovation and deliver meaningful business outcomes.</p> <p>In 2026, HSO achieved Microsoft Frontier Partner status, recognising our advanced capabilities across Microsoft Cloud and AI and our ability to help customers move beyond AI experimentation into secure, governed, enterprise scale production.</p> <p>With operations across Europe, North America and Asia, we combine industry knowledge, technical excellence and a practical, people first approach to transformation.</p> <p>As we continue to expand our AI capabilities, we’re building a new generation of customer facing engineering talent to help organisations turn the potential of AI and agentic technologies into real, measurable value.</p> <h2>About the Role</h2> <p>HSO is building a new generation of customer facing engineers who will help our customers create the operating model of the future using the latest AI, data and cloud capabilities.</p> <p>Forward Deployed Engineers combine consulting judgement, production software engineering, data platform expertise, AI delivery capability and business transformation skills.</p> <p>You will embed with strategic customers, understand their most important business challenges and rapidly turn those challenges into working, production ready AI applications, agentic workflows, automation solutions and data driven platforms.</p> <p>This is a hands on, outcome led role embedded within customer environments. You’ll move quickly from discovery to working software and take accountability for delivering measurable business outcomes.</p> <p>You’ll work across business processes, data platforms, integrations, AI, cloud and security, designing solutions that make effective use of Microsoft technologies while integrating with the customer’s wider technology estate.</p> <p>A strong understanding of modern enterprise data platforms is fundamental to the role. You will need to understand how data is structured, governed, integrated, transformed and made available to AI and application workloads, and how data platform decisions affect the quality, scalability and reliability of the solutions you build.</p> <p>Forward Deployed Engineers work closely with Deployment Strategists. The Deployment Strategist focuses on identifying where AI can create the greatest customer value and defining the desired outcome. The FDE takes ownership of how that outcome is delivered technically.</p> <p>From discovery through to go live, both roles work side by side. The FDE owns the technical solution and delivery, while the Deployment Strategist ensures the solution remains aligned to the business problem and measurable value.</p> <p>The role does not end at first deployment. You’ll stay close to solutions through hardening, adoption and handover before moving on to the next value opportunity. You’ll also turn what you learn into reusable HSO assets, reference architectures and delivery patterns that help future engagements move faster.</p> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <h3>Own Customer Outcomes</h3> <p>• Embed rapidly within customer teams and develop a strong understanding of their priorities, operating processes, systems, data and constraints.</p> <p>• Translate ambiguous business problems and defined customer outcomes into clear technical delivery plans.</p> <p>• Act as the technical lead throughout an engagement, guiding customer sponsors, business users, technical teams and HSO colleagues towards successful delivery.</p> <p>• Build trusted relationships with senior operational and technical stakeholders, including CTO and CIO level leaders.</p> <p>• Take ownership for delivering solutions that create measurable customer value rather than simply completing technical tasks.</p> <h3>Lead Discovery and Solution Design</h3> <p>• Lead technical discovery workshops to understand customer challenges and identify high value AI, data and automation opportunities.</p> <p>• Assess business processes, data readiness, data architecture, integration points, security requirements, technical risks and operational constraints.</p> <p>• Understand the customer’s existing data platform landscape and identify how data needs to be accessed, transformed, governed or modernised to support the required solution.</p> <p>• Apply a problem first approach to identify the smallest valuable solution that can be built and proven quickly.</p> <p>• Design end to end solution architectures that balance speed, scalability, maintainability, security and responsible AI.</p> <p>• Turn discovery into a pragmatic roadmap from prototype through to production.</p> <h3>Build and Ship Production Solutions</h3> <p>• Design, build, integrate, test and deploy enterprise grade solutions using modern cloud, data and AI technologies.</p> <p>• Develop AI powered applications, copilots, agents, automations, integrations and workflow solutions.</p> <p>• Build solutions that make effective use of modern enterprise data platforms and ensure AI applications are supported by reliable, governed and accessible data.</p> <p>• Integrate solutions with platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow and customer owned systems, APIs and data platforms.</p> <p>• Apply modern engineering practices including source control, CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure as code, observability and secure development.</p> <p>• Work iteratively. Deliver value quickly, learn from real world usage and progressively harden solutions for enterprise production.</p> <h3>Engineer AI and Agentic Solutions</h3> <p>• Design and implement robust agentic workflows, human in the loop processes and, where appropriate, multi agent architectures.</p> <p>• Apply modern techniques across retrieval, grounding, orchestration, tool integration, context engineering and evaluation.</p> <p>• Build evaluation frameworks and guardrails to test AI behaviour, reliability and quality before and after deployment.</p> <p>• Implement appropriate responsible AI, security, monitoring and governance controls.</p> <p>• Ensure data quality, lineage, governance and availability are considered as fundamental components of AI solution design.</p> <p>• Use operational data and user feedback to continuously improve solution quality and performance.</p> <h3>Create Reusable HSO Capability</h3> <p>• Reuse existing HSO assets, accelerators and delivery patterns wherever they improve speed and quality.</p> <p>• Turn lessons from customer engagements into reusable assets, reference architectures, engineering patterns and playbooks.</p> <p>• Contribute actively to HSO’s AI, Data, Frontier and Horizon engineering communities.</p> <p>• Share practical knowledge across regions, practices and delivery teams.</p> <p>• Support and mentor other engineers as the Forward Deployed Engineering capability grows.</p> <h2>What We’re Looking For</h2> <p>We’re looking for experienced engineers who combine strong technical depth with commercial awareness and the ability to operate confidently with customers.</p> <p>You’ll ideally bring:</p> <p>• Significant experience across software engineering, cloud engineering, data engineering, solution development, technical consulting or enterprise technology delivery, with senior level ownership of complex solutions.</p> <p>• Strong hands on experience building and operating production grade solutions on at least one major cloud platform.</p> <p>• Strong understanding and practical experience of modern enterprise data platforms, including data architecture, integration, transformation, governance and the role data plays in enabling AI and application workloads.</p> <p>• Experience with Microsoft data technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, OneLake or comparable enterprise data platforms would be highly valuable.</p> <p>• Excellent coding capability in a modern language such as Python, C#, TypeScript, JavaScript or Java, with a track record of producing maintainable, production quality software.</p> <p>• Practical experience designing, building and deploying AI powered applications using platforms such as Azure AI, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Anthropic or comparable technologies.</p> <p>• Hands on experience with large language models, prompting, retrieval augmented generation, evaluation and agent orchestration.</p> <p>• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data platforms and modern distributed application architectures.</p> <p>• Experience with modern engineering and DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated testing, source control and infrastructure as code.</p> <p>• Strong customer facing experience in consulting, transformation, delivery or technical leadership.</p> <p>• The ability to work effectively where requirements are incomplete, priorities evolve quickly and the right answer is not immediately obvious.</p> <p>• The judgement to balance engineering excellence with speed, practicality and customer value.</p> <p>You do not need to be an expert in every technology we use. More important is the ability to learn quickly, understand unfamiliar environments and apply strong engineering and data fundamentals to new problems.</p> <h2>Nice to Have</h2> <p>• Certifications across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, AWS, Google Cloud or leading AI platforms.</p> <p>• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow or similar.</p> <p>• Experience implementing responsible AI, AI governance, evaluation frameworks or model monitoring in enterprise environments.</p> <p>• Experience designing or delivering modern data platforms that support analytics, operational applications or AI workloads.</p> <p>• Experience across industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services, Public Sector or Professional Services.</p> <p>• A track record of turning successful customer solutions into reusable patterns or accelerators.</p> <p>• Experience leading small, highly capable engineering teams from discovery through to production.</p> <h2>Why Join HSO?</h2> <p>AI is changing how organisations operate, but most businesses do not need more demonstrations or isolated pilots. They need people who can identify where AI will genuinely create value, ensure the underlying data foundations are fit for purpose and then build something that works in production.</p> <p>That is what this role is designed to do.</p> <p>As a Forward Deployed Engineer at HSO, you’ll work directly with strategic customers at the point where emerging AI, data and cloud capabilities meet real business problems.</p> <p>You’ll have the opportunity to:</p> <p>• Build real AI products and solutions rather than proof of concepts that never reach production.</p> <p>• Work across AI, cloud and data platforms to solve complex customer problems end to end.</p> <p>• Work directly with senior customer stakeholders and see the impact of what you build.</p> <p>• Operate at the forefront of Microsoft’s evolving AI and Data ecosystem as part of a Microsoft Frontier Partner.</p> <p>• Work across technologies, industries and business problems rather than being confined to a single product or platform.</p> <p>• Help shape a new engineering capability within HSO rather than stepping into a narrowly defined existing model.</p> <p>• Turn successful customer work into reusable technology and approaches that can scale across HSO globally.</p> <p>You’ll join a senior, practical and customer focused team that values ownership, curiosity, engineering quality, speed and measurable impact.</p> <h2>Compensation and Benefits</h2> <p>We offer a competitive base salary alongside HSO’s standard employee benefits.</p> <p>The role will also include a performance related element designed to recognise both individual contribution and the value created through successful customer delivery. Further details on the compensation structure and performance measures will be discussed during the recruitment process.</p> <p></p>

Forward Deployed Consultant
Monday.com – London

monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organisations work and outpace their competition.

Our team is growing and we are looking for a Forward Deployed Consultant to join our Professional Services team! In this role, you will train, advise and consult, and build with customers to optimize their use of the monday.com AI work platform during the course of an AI transformation, implementation, or ongoing managed services engagement. You will design and build the AI-native solutions that get them there, from intelligent workflows and agents to the automations and reporting their business relies on. You will run engagements both independently and as a part of a delivery team collaborating with deployment strategists and engineers.

Please note that this is a hybrid position with three days/week in our London office.

About the Role

  • Lead AI transformation and implementation engagements for monday.com customers, designing and building tailored solutions using agents, vibe-coded applications, and other advanced capabilities of the monday AI work platform.

  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, running the discovery that uncovers their desired business outcomes, and ensure successful adoption of the solutions you deliver across their organization.

  • Consult on business process design, mapping how work moves through a customer's organization and recommending the process changes that should be made before the solution is built.

  • Design sophisticated workflows and relational data structures within the monday.com platform to solve complex business cases, partnering with technical resources for data conversions, integrations, and agentic engineering.

  • Actively leverage monday AI and external Generative/Agentic AI tools to accelerate solution design, automate complex business logic, and deliver intelligent workflows for our customers.

  • Act as the project manager on standalone engagements, building and executing on project plans that ensure deliverables stay on-time and on-budget, and delivering defined scope alongside a deployment strategist on larger ones.

  • Run online webinars, training sessions, consultations, and one-on-one demos that show customers how our product capabilities translate into business value.

  • Produce the documentation, walkthroughs, and exit artifacts for your engagements that allow customers to operate, maintain, and extend what you built independently.

  • Represent the voice of the customer by advocating for their needs and influencing the product development roadmap.

  • Contribute the patterns and reusable assets you develop in the field back to our shared asset library.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a forward-deployed consultant, implementation consultant, solutions consultant, or technical project manager in enterprise software.

  • Experience leading software implementation or managed services projects that required hands-on build and system configuration in project management, CRM, service desk, or collaborative work management software.

  • Fluency in Generative and Agentic AI tools, with a strong understanding of how to leverage AI in streamlining work productivity and building intelligent workflows and agents.

  • Familiarity with what keeps AI reliable in production, including human review, checking outputs, and knowing when a deterministic automation is the better answer.

  • Strong problem solving skills, rooted in computational thinking, systems design, and an understanding of relational data structures.

  • Business process design and consulting experience, with the business acumen to frame an engagement around customer outcomes, and the judgment to read the implicit problem behind an explicit request.

  • Working knowledge of integration platforms (make.com, Zapier) sufficient to configure lightweight integrations yourself, with foundational knowledge of APIs (GraphQL) and MCP a plus.

  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with client stakeholders and executives, and to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience.

  • Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies across a changing set of customers and industries.

  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills, comfortable running engagements independently and working across several at once.

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills, with a positive attitude, empathy, high energy, and the ability to take initiative and adapt.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

  • BA or BS degree preferred.

Please note that this role is hybrid.

Visa sponsorship for this role is currently not available.

Account Executive UK
Peripass – London, England, United Kingdom

Are you prepared to fuel the growth of an exciting scale-up that's transforming the logistics industry? Do you thrive on building strategic relationships and creating new opportunities and closing complex deals? If so, we might have the perfect opportunity for you!

Logistics? Maybe not what you dreamed of as a kid. But building a fast-growing international SaaS scale-up that's transforming how some of the world's largest industrial companies operate? That's a different story.

Peripass is a tech company at heart. We build software that digitises and automates complex logistics environments for companies like Bridgestone, Kellanova/Kellogg’s and ArcelorMittal. These companies have hundreds of trucks loading and unloading every month, and our SaaS platform helps them orchestrate that whole process. Peripass is a high-impact SaaS platform used in international enterprise environments.

Want to be part of this adventure? As an Account Executive UK within the Sales Team, you will have a front-row seat to the growth of an international SaaS scale-up and play a key role in expanding our presence in the UK market.

  • Own the full sales cycle: You will be responsible for selling our SaaS solution and independently managing qualified sales opportunities from initial engagement through signed contract. This includes identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting discovery conversations, developing business cases, managing stakeholders, negotiating and closing deals.

  • Build our presence in the UK: Identify target accounts and create new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and personalised outreach across relevant industries. Work closely with our BDR team to open conversations with new prospects and build awareness of Peripass in the UK market.

  • Pipeline momentum and sales velocity: Proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders and customer champions to maintain momentum, reduce sales cycles, and improve win rates. This involves consistent follow-ups, addressing blockers, and aligning on goals.

  • Existing customer growth: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and selling to additional sites within existing customer accounts, in close collaboration with Customer Success and other relevant teams.

  • Deal negotiation and closing: Take commercial leadership in deal negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with the prospect's needs while achieving company revenue and margin goals. This includes handling objections and finalising contracts.

  • Travel across the UK: The role involves travelling approximately two to three days per week within the UK to meet prospects and customers.

  • Work from our new London office: We are opening a new office in London, located in the area around St Pancras International.

  • Visit our Ghent HQ approximately every six weeks to connect with your colleagues. To get you fully acquainted with your colleagues, you'll also get an in-depth onboarding at our HQ during your first two weeks.

  • You will report directly to Guillaume, our GTM Lead UK, who is looking forward to coaching you extensively as you build the UK market and grow your career at Peripass.

What we offer

  • Front-row seat to scale-up growth: Be part of the next growth phase of Peripass in the UK and have a direct impact on building our market presence.

  • Opportunity in a growing market: Be part of a fast-scaling SaaS company revolutionising yard management in logistics, with the opportunity to make an impact in the UK.

  • Uncapped earning potential: A competitive salary with a commission plan that truly rewards success. The more you close, the more you earn.

  • Ownership and freedom: Take charge of your pipeline and strategy. We trust you to drive results, with the flexibility to work how and where you perform best.

  • Backed by a strong team: From BDR and marketing to pre-sales and Customer Success, you'll have a strong team behind you, helping you create, close and grow opportunities.

  • A role with real impact: Help shape our UK sales approach, market strategy and way of working as the team and market continue to grow.

  • Awesome office in the heart of London with a dedicated team, combined with travel to clients and the option to work from home.

What you’ll bring:

  • At least five years of work experience, including two years of relevant experience owning a full sales cycle.

  • Experience working in a high-growth environment, preferably in SaaS or a similar context.

  • Experience managing complex decision-making units and closing deals of a comparable size.

  • Hunter mindset: You are not afraid of outbound sales or creating opportunities from scratch. Working in a scale-up means that you are willing to hunt, generate leads and actively open doors with new prospects. Of course, you will be supported by our BDR team, but mindset is key!

  • Strong stakeholder management skills for multi-stakeholder sales processes and sales processes in international corporate environments.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • A perfect command of written and spoken English.

As an equal opportunity employer, we encourage and welcome people of all backgrounds to apply.

About Vanta

We started in 2018, in the wake of several high-profile data breaches. Online security was only becoming more important, but we knew firsthand how hard it could be for fast-growing companies to invest the time and manpower it takes to build a solid security foundation. Vanta was inspired by a vision to restore trust in internet businesses by enabling companies to improve and prove their security. From our early days automating security monitoring for compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 to creating the world's leading Trust Management Platform, our vision remains unchanged.

Now more than ever, making security continuous—not just a point-in-time check— is essential. Thousands of companies rely on Vanta to build, maintain and demonstrate their trust— all in a way that's real-time and transparent.

Managing Director, UK
Everfield – UK - Remote

Location: United Kingdom

Type: Full-time | Hybrid-flexible | Based near one of our portfolio company locations

Note: This is an ongoing opportunity for future Managing Directors across the Everfield ecosystem. As we continue to grow our portfolio, we are proactively engaging with candidates who have the leadership experience and operational expertise to step into Managing Director roles within our vertical market software companies.

About Everfield

Everfield buys, builds, and grows European vertical market and specialist software companies, providing them with the tools they need to move to the next level. Our mission is to foster ambition, fuel growth, and unlock opportunities for Europe’s software ecosystem.

Companies in the Everfield ecosystem follow a decentralised model, maintaining their team, brand, and offices while focusing on what they do best—building products and supporting customers. Everfield provides support in talent acquisition, HR, and access to a team of experts in building and growing European B2B SaaS companies who consult on financial and operational topics.

Founded in 2022, Everfield has an ecosystem presence in 7 countries—and growing.

The Role

As Managing Director (MD), you will lead one of Everfield’s portfolio companies and assume full ownership of its strategy, execution, and performance. This role is designed for operationally strong leaders with deep experience in software businesses who are ready to take end-to-end responsibility for a growing company.

You will work closely with Everfield’s central teams but operate independently, with the autonomy to shape the future of the business. This role is especially suited to individuals with prior experience running software companies in a standalone or platform model, particularly in the €2M–€10M recurring revenue range.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Vision & Growth

  • Define and execute long-term strategy, aligned with scalable growth

  • Identify new market opportunities, product innovations, and partnerships

  • Monitor competitive trends to position the business effectively

Leadership & Influence

  • Lead, develop, and retain high-performing cross-functional teams

  • Inspire cultural alignment and ownership across the organization

  • Champion team effectiveness and collaboration while serving as a coach and decision-maker

Financial Acumen

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting

  • Manage full P&L and own key performance metrics (EBITDA, ARR, MRR)

  • Drive revenue growth and cost optimization to achieve financial targets

Commercial Execution

  • Shape the go-to-market model, including sales, marketing, and pricing

  • Establish clear KPIs and performance systems to track revenue and funnel efficiency

  • Drive customer retention and recurring revenue growth

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Represent the company externally and internally with investors, partners, and customers

  • Report to Everfield’s central team with strategic and financial updates

  • Serve as the face of the business while cultivating lasting external relationships

Operational Excellence

  • Continuously improve internal operations, product delivery, and support

  • Implement systems and processes for scalable growth

  • Drive a culture of operational discipline and innovation

Candidate Profile

We are especially interested in individuals with:

  • Prior experience as a Managing Director, General Manager, or CEO in a B2B software or SaaS environment

  • Proven success leading a business with €2M–€10M in recurring revenue

  • Full accountability for business performance, including P&L, headcount, and strategy

  • Familiarity with multi-site or multi-entity software company structures

  • Experience operating within decentralised models or working with shared-service or platform support functions

  • A hands-on leadership style, grounded in operational excellence, clear communication, and cultural stewardship

Who Should Apply

We welcome interest from experienced software leaders who understand the dynamics of buy-and-hold environments and portfolio-driven growth—particularly those who have thrived in aggregator, accumulator, or roll-up software organizations.

While we review each application carefully, we are currently focused on candidates who bring:

  • First-hand experience scaling vertical or niche software businesses

  • Familiarity with decentralized ownership and platform-based acquisition models

  • A desire to take full accountability for a business and build for the long term

If this context resonates and your experience aligns, we’d love to hear from you.

What We Offer

  • Impact: Lead and grow a business with full strategic and operational ownership

  • Support: Access to Everfield’s network of functional experts and peers

  • Growth: Potential to take on broader leadership within Everfield over time

  • Community: Be part of a long-term, values-driven ecosystem of software entrepreneurs

  • Flexibility: Hybrid working across key European markets with in-person collaboration

Note on Timing

While we may not have an immediate opening in your geography or vertical, we maintain a high-touch pipeline of senior candidates aligned with our investment roadmap.

Candidates with the experience outlined above will be contacted for follow-up discussions.

We are an equal opportunity employer and ensure that no applicant is subject to less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, gender identity, marital status, race, colour, nationality, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic, responsibilities for dependants, physical or mental disability. Any hiring decision are made on the basis of skills, qualifications and experiences.

Member Experience Training & Quality Specialist - UK
Neko Health – London

Mission

Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear.

In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.

Role Purpose

The Member Experience Training & Quality Specialist makes the Neko member experience standard real on the ground. You deliver our member experience training to teams across the business, primarily clinic teams and centralised support teams, and you run the quality assurance activity that tells us whether the standard is actually landing in practice.

This is a delivery role at the heart of a live culture change programme. You will facilitate training that shifts mindset, not just process, run experience audits against CARE and the Member First Manifesto, and turn what you see into coaching and improvement. As markets scale, you keep the standard consistent across every site and cohort, and rising over time.

You own the coordination and logistics that keep training and quality assurance running: scheduling sessions and audits, and organising the people, spaces and materials each one needs. You report to the Hospitality Programme Lead and support the wider rollout, so you will also play a hands-on part in projects and launch activity as new clinics and teams come online.

What You’ll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months

  • Stage 1 and Stage 2 member experience training delivered consistently to every new clinic cohort in your market, with 30-day reviews showing the mindset shift is landing, not just attendance being logged. (Member First, always)

  • A regular quality assurance rhythm is live: experience audits across clinic and support teams, scored consistently against CARE and the Member First Manifesto, with clear findings shared back to the teams and their leads. (Impact, not activity)

  • Audit insight turned into action: recurring friction points named early and at least two concrete experience improvements implemented with clinic and support leads. (Optimistic truth-seeking)

  • Support team training built out and delivered alongside clinic training, so centralised member support holds the same standard as the clinic floor. (Chase 10X, not 10%)

  • The ongoing learning ecosystem running smoothly, including the monthly AI role play and quiz, with completion tracked and shared with Clinic Leads as a coaching tool, not a performance measure. (Tech-enabled, human-centred)

  • A training and audit calendar owned end to end: sessions scheduled around clinic rotas and cohort timing, facilitators, rooms, materials and joining details arranged, and audits planned on a set cadence so every site and team is covered without gaps. (Impact, not activity)

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years in training delivery, learning and development, hospitality, or member and customer experience, ideally in a high-touch service, hospitality, or premium retail environment.

  • A confident facilitator, comfortable leading a room of clinicians and operators and holding attention and energy across a full-day session.

  • Hands-on experience running quality assurance or experience audits, mystery shopping, or service standard reviews, with the ability to score consistently and give feedback that changes behaviour.

  • A sharp eye for service detail and what separates a good experience from an exceptional one, drawn from service design and hospitality thinking rather than process alone.

  • Organised and self-directed, able to run a training and audit calendar across multiple sites and cohorts without dropping the standard.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and the credibility to influence teams and leads who do not report to you.

  • Willingness to travel regularly between clinic sites, and occasionally between markets.

  • Experience supporting a multi-site clinic, hospitality, or retail rollout as it scales.

  • Experience with digital learning tools, an LMS, or AI-enabled training and assessment.

  • Confident with everyday workplace tools, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, to build training materials, track audits and report findings.

Hiring Process

Candidates progress from application and structured screening through thoughtfully designed interviews culminating in a formal offer and final pre-employment checks before joining the team.

Equal Opportunity & Inclusion Statement

Neko Health is committed to inclusive hiring and member-first care. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and encourage you to request reasonable adjustments to support your application.

Staff AI Deployment Strategist - UK & Nordics
Mistral.ai – London

About Mistral

Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.

We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.

The Role

As Staff AI Deployment Strategist, you will shape how some of the most ambitious enterprises in the UK & Nordics region adopt frontier AI at scale.

This is a senior, high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. You will work directly on Mistral’s most strategic opportunities and largest deliveries, helping customers move from ambition to measurable business outcomes. You will frame complex AI transformation programs, turn executive priorities into actionable roadmaps, and ensure that Mistral delivers systems that are valuable, scalable, and trusted.

You will also act as a senior sponsor on our most critical customer programs, bringing judgment, structure, and delivery excellence to high-stakes engagements. Your mandate is to raise the ambition and quality of AI adoption: helping customers identify where AI can create step-change value, making the right trade-offs, and ensuring that execution matches the strategic promise.

This role is ideal for an experienced strategy consultant, transformation leader, or senior operator who wants to move from advising on change to building it directly with frontier AI technology.

What You Will Do

  • Shape high-impact AI transformations

    • Partner closely with Mistral’s Sales leadership in the UK & Nordics to qualify opportunities, align on account strategy, and drive executive engagement.

    • Work with senior customer stakeholders to identify where frontier AI can create material business value.

    • Structure complex opportunities into clear, credible, and executable transformation programs.

    • Translate strategic ambition into delivery roadmaps, success metrics, and operating plans.

    • Help customers make the right trade-offs between ambition, feasibility, speed, and long-term scalability.

  • Sponsor Mistral’s most strategic deliveries

    • Act as a senior sponsor on the largest and most complex customer programs, primarily in the UK & Nordics and potentially cross-region as priorities evolve.

    • Ensure delivery quality, executive alignment, and measurable business impact.

    • Anticipate risks, unblock decisions, and help teams navigate ambiguity in high-stakes environments.

    • Bring senior judgment to moments where scope, resources, timelines, or expected value need to be clarified.

  • Build repeatable deployment excellence

    • Turn lessons from strategic engagements into reusable approaches, playbooks, and patterns.

    • Raise the bar for how AI programs are qualified, framed, delivered, and scaled.

    • Act as a senior relay for the Solutions organization in the region, helping teams adopt shared best practices, adapt them thoughtfully to local market specificities when needed, and strengthen the quality of execution.

    • Work hand in hand with Solutions leadership to connect customer realities, delivery patterns, and field feedback into practical ways of improving how Mistral deploys AI.

    • Help codify what great enterprise AI deployment looks like across industries and use cases.

    • Contribute to a Solutions culture that combines strategic clarity, technical depth, and strong execution.

  • Develop and multiply senior DS impact

    • Coach Deployment Strategists on strategic problem-solving, executive communication, and delivery leadership.

    • Help teams raise the quality of their work on the highest-impact opportunities.

    • Identify capability gaps and contribute to hiring, staffing, and development priorities.

    • Act as a force multiplier across accounts, teams, and regions where your experience can have the highest leverage.

What We're Looking For

You are a senior, highly capable professional with strong executive presence, excellent business judgment, and a track record of leading complex strategic or transformation work.

Typical indicators we’re looking for include:

  • 8–10+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, digital transformation, AI, enterprise technology, or a similarly demanding environment.

  • Experience operating at Partner, Principal, Engagement Manager, Director, or equivalent level in a top-tier strategy consulting or transformation context.

  • A strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, identify value, and turn strategy into execution.

  • Experience leading large accounts, complex programs, or senior customer relationships.

  • The credibility to engage with executives and C-level stakeholders on business priorities, trade-offs, and impact.

  • Strong analytical and commercial judgment, with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively.

  • Comfort working at the frontier of technology, even when solutions are evolving quickly and the path is not fully defined.

  • A low-ego, high-ownership mindset and a desire to build with customers and teams, not just advise from a distance.

  • Fluency in English; German is a strong plus.

Hiring Process

• Talent Acquisition screening call

• 30min Hiring Manager Interview

• 45min Business Acumen Interview

• 60min Technical Deep Dive on LLMs

• Panel (Home Prep & Restitution)

• 30min Value Talk

• Reference check

Account Executive Enterprise UK
Aikido Security – London, Greater London, United Kingdom

🌍 We’re making security suck less for developers.

Security tools haven’t kept up with how software is built today. They interrupt teams, slow releases, and turn security into a bottleneck instead of a capability. We built Aikido to change that. Aikido builds developer-first security products that reduce real risk without getting in the way of shipping software. We focus on what actually matters and automate the rest.

We’re taking on legacy security tools teams have been stuck with, and we’re winning. If you want to help us take market share and build products developers actually enjoy using, you’re in the right place.

Founded in 2022 by third-time founders, Aikido has $85M in the bank and a long runway ahead. We’re building toward self-securing software. Join an all-star team. Take real ownership. Push boundaries. Build things that matter.

As our Account Executive ENT you’ll drive new enterprise business, expand existing relationships, and secure long-term partnerships across engineering, DevOps, and security teams.

You’ll prospect the right companies, run the deal end-to-end, and expand the relationship once they’re customers. You’ll sell directly to engineering, DevOps, and security teams and make sure Aikido becomes their default security platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full cycle for a defined list of enterprise targets from first touch to close.

  • Build and deepen relationships with senior engineering, platform, and security leaders.

  • Drive expansion within existing accounts in tight partnership with Customer Success and Product.

  • Build tailored presentations and demos that show clear technical and business value.

  • Align with marketing and alliances on account-based programs and partner-led motions.

  • Maintain an accurate forecast and disciplined pipeline management in HubSpot.

  • Represent Aikido in the field at industry and partner events.

  • 6 to 10 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or developer tools.

  • Consistent record of closing complex 6 and 7 figure deals.

  • Experience owning multiple strategic accounts with a long-term, relationship-driven approach.

  • Comfortable leading technical product conversations and mapping depth to business outcomes.

  • Effective in both direct enterprise sales and partner-assisted deals.

  • Strong communicator, detail oriented, commercially sharp, and able to operate cross-functionally.

What you can expect

  • Short decision lines. Big ownership. Shape the projects that matter and ship fast.

  • Grow as fast as we do. Take on more, own more, and carve out your own path.

  • Top-tier tech pay and equity.

  • High trust, strong values, zero corporate BS.

  • Flexibility in working hours.

  • A company that sticks to its values in an open and informal atmosphere.

We hire for talent, drive, and potential. Everything else is noise.

Account Executive London

We're looking for an all-round salesperson in London to join us as we enter our next phase of growth. As we rapidly expand, you’ll take on a dynamic, high-impact role and partner on key commercial initiatives across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales opportunities

  • Follow up on inbound leads

  • Outbound and prospect

  • Help with, and execute growth initiatives

  • Medior/Senior profile

  • Experience with CRM, outbounding, prospecting, sequences, (cold) calling, ...

  • Very tech-savvy

  • Hungry and 'get stuff done' mentality

  • Self-starter and independent

  • Commutable to London

What you can expect

  • Short decision lines. Big ownership. Shape the projects that matter and ship fast.

  • Grow as fast as we do. Take on more, own more, and carve out your own path.

  • Top-tier tech pay and equity.

  • High trust, strong values, zero corporate BS.

  • Flexibility in working hours.

  • A company that sticks to its values in an open and informal atmosphere.

Senior AI Engineer
BALLY’S INTRALOT SA – Manchester, Manchester, United Kingdom

Bally’s Intralot is a newly formed company established through the combination of Intralot and Bally’s International Interactive, positioning the group as a top iGaming operator and a leading global provider of lottery solutions.

Bally’s Intralot is uniquely positioned across digital online gaming markets, lottery, iLottery, and sports betting. Operating at the intersection of technology, regulation, and entertainment. We are optimally positioned to capitalise on strong global growth trends driven by digital adoption and regulatory expansion across lottery and iGaming markets.

Well, what about the team?

Join our AI Transformation team to create new capabilities and rethink how teams across Product and Technology work. Our programme aims to help teams ship faster, improve quality, reduce the effort and cost of delivery, build products that strengthen our competitive position, and develop our people’s skills. We turn promising ideas into working products and practices that teams can adopt and reuse across the business.

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be empowered to identify opportunities, propose ideas and build new products, tools and ways of working. You will take ownership of your own initiatives, from a clear hypothesis and agreed success measures through experimentation, production delivery and learning. Alongside this, you will work with engineering teams to turn their prototypes into reliable production products, own shared transformation tooling, and showcase new approaches through demos, tech talks, workshops and pairing. This role combines the creativity to see what could be different with the engineering judgement and drive to make it happen.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Originate and build new capabilities: Proactively identify opportunities across Product and Technology, turn them into practical proposals, and build products, internal tools, automations and agents that create value. Own selected initiatives from discovery through delivery, working with stakeholders to connect each idea to a clear programme outcome.

  • Run experiments that lead to decisions: State the opportunity and hypothesis, then agree the success measure and threshold before building. Create the smallest useful experiment, use a feature flag or controlled rollout where appropriate, and measure against a control or baseline at an agreed review date. Use the evidence to scale, change or stop the work.

  • Take prototypes into production: Deliver your own successful experiments and partner with engineering teams to productionise theirs. Resolve architecture, integration, testing, security and operational gaps, agree production-readiness criteria, and work through release and handover with the teams that will own and operate the resulting products.

  • Improve how teams build software: Redesign planning, development, testing, review and delivery around the capabilities of AI. Build and trial approaches such as specification-driven development and agent-assisted workflows, then turn successful work into reusable skills, reference implementations, connectors and engineering patterns that teams can adapt.

  • Own shared transformation tooling: Build and maintain the programme’s shared applications, APIs, integrations and analytics on AWS, including the Radar and Tracker and connections to engineering and collaboration systems. Keep these services reliable, maintainable and useful to activity owners and programme leaders.

  • Champion practical AI engineering: Showcase emerging approaches and techniques through regular demos, tech talks, workshops, pairing and clear written guides. Share working examples, explain trade-offs and limitations, and turn successful experiments into practices that other teams can use.

  • Evaluate tools and approaches: Keep up with developments in AI engineering, test them against real team needs, and recommend adoption based on evidence. Consider quality, cost, security and portability, helping teams retain flexibility as tools, models and pricing change.

  • Embed quality and responsible use: Work with Platform, SRE, Cyber and governance colleagues to build evaluation, observability, access controls and appropriate human oversight into AI-enabled services and workflows. Help teams understand failure modes and make support, recovery and ownership arrangements clear.

  • Develop capability in others: Mentor graduate and less experienced engineers, and work with learning and enablement colleagues to address practical skills gaps. Build teams’ confidence and ability to maintain what they adopt.

And what will you need?

  • Software engineering and delivery: Strong Python or TypeScript skills and experience taking prototypes into production, including APIs, cloud deployment (preferably AWS), automated testing, CI/CD and observability.

  • Practical AI engineering: Experience building LLM applications, agents or automations, using AI coding tools effectively, and improving results through evals and error analysis. Familiarity with context, reusable skills and integrations through APIs or MCP.

  • Initiative and product judgement: Evidence of spotting opportunities, creating useful solutions without a fully defined brief, and owning delivery from idea to outcome.

  • Experimentation and evaluation: Ability to define hypotheses and success measures before building, run focused experiments against a baseline or control, and use evidence to decide what happens next.

  • Sound engineering judgement: Ability to balance quality, reliability, security and cost, evaluate AI behaviour, and choose maintainable solutions with appropriate data access and human oversight.

  • Technical evangelism and collaboration: Clear communication through demos, tech talks, workshops and written guides. Experience partnering with teams, mentoring engineers and helping others adopt effective practices.

What benefits will you get?

  • 25 days annual leave, plus the bank holiday allowance.

  • Health insurance.

  • Volunteering days.

  • Home office allowance.

  • Wellness or Gym allowance.

  • Flexi-block policy allowing you to work abroad for up to four weeks a year.

Lead AI Engineer

You'll lead a new AI Engineering function that runs in two halves under one team: R&D proves what's possible in personalisation, recommendation, search and agents; a delivery layer ships it into the live product for real players.

This is a founding leadership role. You'll build density around an established AI R&D nucleus, drive its technical execution, grow the engineers in it, and stay close enough to the work to lead from the front across the lobby and discovery experience and the content pipelines behind it: recommendation, contextual bandits, dynamic categorisation, advanced search, agents, and automatic content generation.

It's a hands-on leadership role: you own the technical bar and the how, line-manage and grow the team, and carry enough technical weight to make the hard calls and be trusted on them.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Drive the technical execution of the AI R&D agenda: decide how problems get approached, which technical and architectural bets are worth making, and how capability gets proven across personalisation, recommendation, search and agents.

  • Lead one team spanning R&D and delivery: line-manage, grow, and unblock the engineers, and be accountable for both proving capability and shipping it into the live product.

  • Set the production bar and standards for AI features end to end — how experimental work crosses into hardened, observable, maintainable systems without losing its edge.

  • Stay hands-on where it counts: lead from the front on the hard problems, pressure test the technical bets, and be credible in the code without owning delivery of every feature yourself.

  • Own the path from validated prototype to live: real-time personalisation, recommendation, search and ranking against live traffic, within real latency budgets and reliability realities.

  • Hold a high engineering bar on AWS and TypeScript — clean CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, testing, and LLMOps for running model-backed systems in production.

  • Shape delivery against the roadmap with the VP, product managers, data analysts and Staff Engineers, and make the capability compound across brands rather than be rebuilt per brand.

  • Work within Responsible Gambling and UKGC requirements, in a regulated, real money, real-time domain.

And what will you need?

  • Significant commercial software engineering experience, including experience leading technical teams or engineering functions.

  • Strong expertise in TypeScript and Python, with a proven track record of delivering AI, machine learning or data-driven solutions into production, including recommendation engines, intelligent search, ranking systems or LLM-powered applications.

  • Extensive experience building and operating cloud-native applications on AWS, with strong knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability and modern engineering practices.

  • Experience delivering high-performance, real-time systems that operate reliably at scale with demanding latency requirements.

  • Demonstrated experience leading the successful transition of AI solutions from research or proof of concept into robust, production-ready services.

  • Experience establishing technical standards, driving engineering excellence and mentoring or developing engineers within high-performing teams.

Skills & Behaviours:

  • A technical leader who enjoys building, mentoring and developing engineering teams while creating an environment where innovation can thrive.

  • Able to balance experimentation with engineering discipline, making sound technical decisions that deliver long-term value.

  • Confident leading technical discussions, influencing architecture and making complex decisions across multiple stakeholders.

  • Passionate about building scalable, maintainable and observable AI systems using modern engineering best practices.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, product, data and leadership teams.

  • Comfortable remaining hands-on with technology while providing strategic technical leadership and direction.

Our values ✨

Our values guide our approach to work and are at the heart of our recruitment process. To join our team, we look for individuals who value:

  • Excellence: We think that every detail counts, and we place great importance on the quality of our deliverables.

  • Trust: We are passionate, committed, and free to act with autonomy.

  • Happiness at work: We enjoy looking on the bright side and we share our enthusiasm with our colleagues and clients.

The team 🧑‍🤝‍🧑

UpSlide is a productivity platform for Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) built for financial professionals in investment banking, private equity, asset management and advisory. Product Marketing sits at the centre of Product, Sales and Marketing: we decide how UpSlide is positioned, priced and sold.

You'll join as our Head of Product Marketing, reporting directly to Matteo Bordin, our Chief Product Officer.

You'll manage one PMM and over time grow your team.

Day-to-day, you'll work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set direction and still get into the work.

Team goals 🎯

Product Marketing's job is to make UpSlide easy to understand, easy to sell, and priced right. Concretely, that means:

  • Sharpen positioning and messaging so prospects grasp the value fast.

  • Arm Sales to win, especially against direct competitors.

  • Own pricing and packaging decisions and the reasoning behind them.

  • Run customer communications that drive adoption and expansion.

The impact on the business is direct: higher win rates, stronger pricing power, shorter sales cycles.

Your responsibilities 🖋️

Positioning & narrative (25%)

  • Own UpSlide's positioning and messaging across segments and personas.

  • Turn product capabilities into a clear story that resonates with financial professionals.

  • Keep messaging consistent across the website, sales materials and campaigns.

Sales enablement & competitive intelligence (25%)

  • Build the enablement that helps Sales qualify, pitch and close: decks, battlecards, objection handling and one-pagers.

  • Own competitive intelligence: track competitors, brief the business, keep our differentiation sharp.

  • Partner with Sales leadership on win/loss analysis and act on what it tells you.

Pricing & packaging (20%)

  • Own pricing and packaging: structure, tiers, and the logic behind them.

  • Run the analysis and make clear recommendations to the exec team.

  • Support Sales on deal-level pricing and commercial strategy.

Customer communications (15%)

  • Own how we communicate with customers: launches, releases and lifecycle comms.

  • Drive adoption and expansion through clear, well-timed messaging.

Team leadership (15%)

  • Lead, coach, and grow the PMM you’ll manage.

  • Set priorities and hold a high bar on output.

Your goals ⚡

First 3 months: Learn the product, customers and competitors in depth. Build relationships with Sales and Product. Audit our current positioning, pricing and enablement, and tell us where the gaps are.

By 6 months: Ship a refreshed positioning and messaging framework. Stand up a repeatable competitive intelligence rhythm. Deliver a first pricing and packaging recommendation.

By 9 months: Have an enablement program running that measurably improves win rates, pricing changes live or in flight, and a customer communications cadence the business relies on.

As UpSlide grows, this role can grow into broader marketing leadership. We'll back you to get there.

You are a great fit if you have:

  • Significant experience in enterprise B2B sales: you've either carried a quota in complex, high-value deals or worked hand in hand with sellers who do. This is a must.

  • A proven product marketing track record: positioning, messaging and sales enablement that moved the needle.

  • Experience owning or heavily influencing pricing and packaging decisions.

  • People leadership experience: you've managed and developed marketers.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, and the judgement to write for an exec audience.

We'd love it if:

  • You've worked in or sold to financial services: investment banking, private equity, asset management, or advisory.

  • You know the Microsoft 365 / productivity software space.

  • You speak French (not mandatory)

✨ If you don't tick all the boxes but you think you'd be a great fit, please apply and tell us why.

Recruitment process

  • First screening with our Talent Acquisition team (30 to 45 min, phone or video): mutual fit and motivation.

  • Manager interview with Matteo Bordin, CPO (45 min to 1h30, video or in person): product thinking and experience.

  • Peer interview with a peer from Product, Marketing, and Sales (~45 min).

  • Case study with Matteo and a Product peer (45 min to 1h30): a deeper problem worked through together.

🚀 We'll conduct a reference check to learn how to help you thrive!
