<p>At JetBrains, code is our passion. Ever since we started, back in 2000, we have strived to make the strongest, most effective developer tools on earth. By automating routine checks and corrections, our tools speed up production, freeing developers to grow, discover, and create.</p> <p>We just unveiled JetBrains Central, a platform for agent-driven software development that connects tools, agents, and infrastructure. It enables automated AI workflows to run, be monitored, and be managed across teams – with clear visibility into results, costs, and performance.</p> <p>JetBrains Central provides three core capabilities:<br><strong>Governance and control: </strong>Policy enforcement, identity and access management, observability, auditability, and cost attribution for agent-driven work. Some of these functionalities are already available via the <a href="http://console.jetbrains.cloud/">JetBrains Central Console</a>.<br><strong>Agent execution infrastructure: </strong>Cloud agent runtimes and computation provisioning that allow agents to run reliably across development environments.<br><strong>Agent optimization and context:</strong> Shared semantic context across repositories and projects, enabling agents to access relevant knowledge, and task routing to the most appropriate models or tools.</p> <p>Inside the Professional Services department, we are building a team of Forward Deployed Engineers to help our customers adopt AI-native development with JetBrains Central and enable JetBrains consulting partners to transform their customers’ AI-native software development lifecycle.</p> <h2><strong>About the role</strong></h2> <p>As a Principal Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work directly with early adopter customers to deploy JetBrains Central platform into complex enterprise environments and help them move from experimental AI usage to governed, scalable AI-native development.</p> <p>You will act as a trusted advisor to customer engineering teams and consulting partners, while also mentoring other Forward Deployed Engineers and helping with complex deployments. In this role, you will help establish best practices for enterprise AI adoption and influence how organizations implement AI-driven software development.</p> <p>This role is often a strong fit for engineers who have previously served as Principal or Staff Engineers, Heads of Engineering, CTOs, or Solutions Architects and who enjoy working directly with customers while staying deeply involved with complex technical systems.</p> <p>This role combines consulting, architecture, and hands-on engineering. Your work in the field will directly influence how our platform evolves and how enterprises adopt AI-driven development.</p> <p>You will work directly with the world’s most innovative companies — our client base includes 420 of the Fortune 500 — ensuring they maximize the value of their JetBrains investments.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Deploy JetBrains Central platform into enterprise development environments, CI/CD systems, and internal developer platforms.</li> <li>Help organizations transition from ad-hoc AI experimentation to governed AI-native development workflows.</li> <li>Implement enterprise AI governance, including security policies, access management, and data privacy controls.</li> <li>Enable observability for AI-driven development to help organizations understand their AI usage and its impact on productivity, as well as their code-generation patterns.</li> <li>Design sustainable AI adoption strategies, including usage controls and cost visibility across multiple model providers.</li> <li>Integrate our cloud-based agent execution layer, allowing AI agents to run securely and at scale.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with JetBrains product teams to shape the platform based on real-world deployments and customer feedback.</li> <li>Create delivery frameworks and train JetBrains partners to deliver the desired scope of service.</li> <li>Mentor and support other Forward Deployed Engineers, sharing architectural expertise and helping to scale the team’s deployment practices.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>You will thrive in this role if you are</strong></h2> <ul> <li>A consultant at heart who can communicate effectively with both engineers and technical leadership.</li> <li>Able to see the whole picture of the software development lifecycle across developer tools, infrastructure, APIs, and cloud systems.</li> <li>Experienced at integrating complex software systems into enterprise environments.</li> <li>Curious about the future of AI agents and AI-native software development.</li> <li>Comfortable working with early adopters and overcoming ambiguous technical challenges.</li> <li>Motivated to mentor other engineers and contribute to building a new technical discipline.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What you will bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Experience in software-related projects, ideally in a customer-facing or consulting environment.</li> <li>Familiarity with Java or Python.</li> <li>Experience building or integrating developer platforms, infrastructure systems, or software solutions.</li> <li>Familiarity with modern development workflows (CI/CD, developer environments, internal developer platforms, etc.).</li> <li>Experience working directly with customers or technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in fast-evolving technical environments.</li> <li>Ability and desire to travel to meet customers.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>These would be a plus, but are not blockers</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Experience with industry-specific solutions (fintech, telco, retail, etc.)</li> <li>Experience with AI/LLM platforms, agent frameworks, or AI-assisted development tools.<br>Experience in solutions engineering, consulting, or forward-deployed engineering roles.</li> <li>Familiarity with the JetBrains ecosystem or developer productivity tooling.</li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">#LI-KP1</span></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>We are an equal opportunity employer</strong><br><br>We know great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere. Attio is the CRM for agentic revenue. Designed for the most ambitious go-to-market teams, it gives companies the power to understand every customer, automate at scale, and build their go-to-market motion exactly as they need. We've raised $116M from some of the world's best investors: GV (Google Ventures), Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A.
We hire builders who thrive on complex technical challenges, hold themselves to a high bar, and genuinely care about delighting the people who use what they build. The team here brings sharp judgement, real craft, and the drive to do exceptional work. We're obsessed about the details and energized by the frontier.
If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place.
Our Engineering team tackles the toughest challenges, so our users never have to. Real-time infrastructure, AI-native architecture, and a frontend that feels effortless - all powered by a team that moves fast, thinks rigorously, and holds an exceptionally high bar for quality.
We're looking for Platform Engineers who treat the platform as a product, with every engineer at Attio as its customer. You'll own the infrastructure, tooling and pipelines that let the rest of engineering ship quickly and safely, and you'll be accountable for keeping all of it reliable, fast and cost-effective as we scale.
Build and evolve our platform infrastructure as code (Terraform, Kubernetes, GCP), so every environment is reproducible, version-controlled and auditable.
Own our CI/CD pipelines end-to-end, making builds, tests and deploys fast, reliable and secure for every engineer at Attio.
Own our observability stack - metrics, logging and distributed tracing - as the foundation of an exceptional reliability culture.
Define and hold SLOs for latency, availability and error rates, and manage capacity to stay comfortably inside them.
Lead incident response: triage and resolve complex production issues, then run blameless post-mortems and ship the fixes as code.
Partner with product engineering teams to remove manual toil and shorten the path from writing code to running it in production.
Hands-on experience operating production systems with an SRE mindset: SLOs, error budgets, toil reduction and blameless post-mortems.
Excellent knowledge of modern cloud architectures (either GCP or AWS), including networking, IAM and managed services.
Demonstrable deep expertise with Docker and Kubernetes at scale, covering cluster design, networking, storage and security.
Proficiency in a modern language such as Typescript, Go, Python or Rust, and a track record of writing well-tested automation.
Experience owning mission-critical operational tooling, including centralised logging or APM (e.g. Datadog, Splunk).
Ability to communicate technical ideas to the wider team and influence how other engineers build and operate their services.
Competitive salary of £105,000 to £125,000
Equity in an early-stage tech company on an incredible trajectory
25 days holiday plus local public holidays
Apple hardware
Private medical insurance through AXA
Pension contribution through Hargreaves Lansdown
Enhanced family leave
Team off-site in fun places! (We've been to Barcelona, Lisbon, Malta, and Split so far)
Compensation: £105K – £125K • Offers Equity

Hybrid in London, UK
We’re looking for a Tech Lead.
You'll lead the engineering behind how new businesses become iwoca customers – the application they fill in, the checks they go through, and the offer they get.
The company
Small businesses move fast. Opportunities often don’t wait, and cash flow pressures can appear overnight. To keep going, and growing, SMEs need finance that’s as flexible and responsive as they are.
That's why we built iwoca. Our smart technology, data science and five-star customer service ensures business owners can act with the speed, confidence and control they need, exactly when it's needed.
We’ve already cleared the way for 100,000 businesses with more than £4 billion in funding. Our passionate team is driven to help even more SMEs succeed, through access to better finance and other services that make running a business easier. Our ultimate mission is to support one million SMEs in their defining moments, creating lasting impact for the communities and economies they drive.
The team
The New Customers team owns everything from a business's first application to a funded loan: the application flow, the logic that routes each application, the documents we ask customers for, and the models that set loan amounts and pricing. Its measure of success is the customer lifetime value it adds between sign-up and first loan.
The team sets its own goals and direction. It brings together engineers, data scientists, and product and strategy people. It partners closely with credit risk on the trade-offs behind every lending decision. Knowledge sharing is central to how the team works, supported by regular forums to share findings, and dedicated research and development time.
You'll lead two engineers and report to the head of engineering for iwoca's customer journey, from first application to repeat lending.
The role
As the Tech Lead, you'll spend most of your time building. The team is moving its offer logic out of a legacy monolith into multiple services.. The next phase is yours to lead.
Autonomy and ownership. You'll shape what the team builds, decide how to build it, and own what goes live. You'll set its engineering roadmap, including what to pull out of the monolith, what to rewrite, and in what order.
Technical depth. You'll design the services that turn the team's models and rules into a lending decision for each application. You'll keep them reliable in production and easy to change as the models evolve.
Experimentation and learning. You'll build the systems that let data scientists test new models on live applications. Some experiments run for years, until each loan reaches the end of its term. You'll see the long-term results of the team's lending decisions.
Leadership and growth. You'll line-manage and coach the team's engineers, setting context and helping them own projects end to end. As the team grows, you'll decide the skills and make-up it needs, and hire the engineers to match.
The requirements
Essential:
Technical leadership. You've led a team of engineers for at least two years, including line management, while still remaining hands on.
Backend engineering. You have deep expertise in at least one object-oriented language. You've designed, built, and run customer-facing backend systems in production.
Commercial or product thinking. You take a business goal, get to the root of what's needed and why, and turn it into a technical plan. You can explain a trade-off in terms of what it means for customers and the business.
AI leverage. You've built agentic workflows, or used AI to deliver engineering work you couldn't have done alone. You help your team do the same. You judge where it's useful. You check its output before it reaches production.
Communication. You write and speak clearly, directly, and concisely. You adapt technical detail to your audience.
Bonus:
Lending or payments experience. You've worked in lending, payments, or another domain where engineering decisions carry financial risk.
Experimentation. You've built systems that run controlled experiments, especially long-running ones.
Legacy migration. You've moved business-critical logic out of a complex legacy monolith and kept everything that depends on it working.
Working with data scientists. You've worked with data scientists from prototype to production, and know their work well enough to challenge it.
Python stack. You've worked with Python, Django, and PostgreSQL.
Frontend. You've built frontend features as well as backend services.
The salary
We expect to pay from £90,000 to £120,000 for this role. But, we're open-minded, so definitely include your salary goals with your application. We routinely benchmark salaries against market rates, and run quarterly performance and salary reviews.
The culture
At iwoca, the best idea wins. We model our culture on independent thinking, challenging untested logic, and evidence-based decisions. We prioritise learning and growth, and give people the autonomy to develop in the direction that makes them most effective.
We're a tech company and believe in the power of AI to help us work faster and better. We provide the infrastructure where every iwocan always has access to the best models and where those models have access to all of our data. We will help our people to learn how to use and grow with the new tools available to them.
The offices
We put a lot of effort into making iwoca a great place to work:
Offices in London, Leeds, Berlin, and Frankfurt with plenty of drinks and snacks.
Events and community-led groups, including running groups, padel, and monthly ping-pong and pool competitions.
The benefits
Flexible working hours.
Medical insurance from Vitality, including discounted gym membership.
A private GP service (separate from Vitality) for you, your partner, and your dependents.
25 days’ holiday per year, an extra day off for your birthday, the option to buy or sell an additional five days of annual leave, and unlimited unpaid leave.
A one-month, fully paid sabbatical after four years.
Instant access to external counselling and therapy sessions for team members that need emotional or mental health support.
3% Pension contributions on total earnings.
An employee equity incentive scheme.
Generous parental leave and a nursery tax benefit scheme to help you save money.
Electric car scheme and cycle to work scheme.
Two company retreats a year: we’ve been to France, Italy, Spain, and further afield.

Hybrid in London, UK
We’re looking for a software engineer
iwoca’s operational tools and processes are a competitive advantage, allowing us to give great customer service, manage risk, and get money into our customers’ hands as quickly as possible.
You’ll join our growing Customer Operations Platform team to help improve the systems that power these processes, building tailored flows for our Operations teams, automating processes using AI, using ML models to make smarter decisions, and improving the reliability of our communication services.
You’ll work closely with our Operations teams, getting user feedback and input on requirements from users working in the same building, and seeing the impact of your changes on the people you work with.
The role
As an engineer you’d take whole projects end to end, work out what' s actually needed, design it, build it and look after it in production.
Responsibility and Autonomy:
Take on complex projects that span many systems and many stakeholders — e.g. CRM, telephony, contact, and task management
Build a strong understanding of the business context: how our ops teams actually work, how the processes you're automating are supposed to run, and what the people relying on your systems need from them.
Do the detailed technical scoping and prototyping that tells us whether an idea is feasible before it reaches the roadmap.
Delivery and Collaboration
Take on complex coding and architecture problems with a high level of ambiguity and technical complexity.
Write fluent technical documents and developer tickets distilling product requirements into clear and actionable technical work.
Build relationships with key stakeholders including Operations Strategy, Credit Analysts, Account Managers, and Collections teams.
Learning and Growth:
Embody our growth mindset mentality by sharing new technologies and best practices within the team as well as more broadly across the company.
The projects
Here are some of the most recent problems we are solving:
iwocaChat. Operations staff spend a large share of their day assembling context from multiple systems before they can help a customer. iwocaChat uses Claude to answer those questions directly, so staff spend their time on the customer rather than the lookup.
Migrating the monolith. We are incrementally moving business logic out of our Django monolith into smaller, independently deployable services. Because it cuts across every domain, you'd be shaping service boundaries and ownership models that stick around long after the monolith is gone.
Inbox messaging reworking. We are replacing our third party email inbox application with an inhouse solution, utilising AI to enable operations staff to automate the actions of our most frequent customer service enquiries.
The requirements
Essential:
Experience developing and owning shared back end services that other engineering teams contribute to and depend on - being the trusted reviewer for their contributions and shaping how they build on top of your work.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, TypeScript) and browser debugging.
Experience building and shaping distributed systems in complex business domains.
Ability to translate complex operational needs into technical architecture.
Strong capability using AI tools to automate routine tasks and research, enabling greater focus on complex system architecture and critical technical decision-making.
Bonus:
Commercial experience with Python frameworks like Django.
Experience with complex data architectures, including event-sourced data models.
The salary
We expect to pay from £70,000 - £90,000 for this role. But, we’re open-minded, so definitely include your salary goals with your application.
The offices
We put a lot of effort into making iwoca a brilliant place to work:
Offices in London, Leeds, Frankfurt, and Berlin with plenty of drinks and snacks.
Events and clubs, like bingo, comedy nights, yoga classes, football, etc.
The benefits
Flexible working.
Medical insurance from Vitality, including discounted gym membership.
A private GP service (separate from Vitality) for you, your partner, and your dependents.
25 days’ holiday, an extra day off for your birthday, the option to buy or sell an additional five days of annual leave, and unlimited unpaid leave.
Two company retreats a year, we’ve been to France, Italy, Spain, and further afield.
And to make sure we all keep learning, we offer:
A learning and development budget for everyone.
Company-wide talks with internal and external speakers.
Access to learning platforms like Treehouse.

Teton is redefining the role of healthcare workers through cutting-edge AI technology and a great product experience. As populations get older and staff shortages grow, healthcare systems are under pressure. Our mission is to decrease the cost of healthcare while improving the quality of care.
Our product enables care teams to intervene, prevent and operate more efficiently. Our ambient sensors in resident rooms capture activity, sleep, respiration, gait and more. These signals are used both to react fast to risk events, like falls, and for long-term health analysis that care teams can act on.
Teton is scaling fast, operating in the Nordics, UK, DACH and US. We raised a $20M Series A. Expect travel to the US to meet users and team members.
We focus relentlessly on product excellence and user experience, deploying solutions at speed that make a tangible difference for carers. We are an aspiring meritocracy biased towards action, always striving to raise the bar. If you are driven by impact, speed and leveling up, this might be the place for you.
If you are looking for a 9-17 job, perform best with structure and struggle dealing with unknowns, this is not for you. We believe close collaboration between a hard-working, high-agency team enables the fastest and most efficient iteration cycles, helping us build an impactful product that healthcare professionals truly love to use.
We're looking for a talented and driven Product Engineer to own customer-facing features from the first conversation with a care team to the feature running in production. Care workers rely on our product during every shift and care managers use it to follow up on their residents, on mobile and on the web. This isn't a ticket-taking role. You'll talk to users, cut scope, build across the whole stack, and check afterwards whether what you shipped actually made a shift easier. Your goal is to shrink the time from a customer request to a deployed solution, without cutting corners on reliability or on the privacy of residents' health data.
In this role, you will focus on:
Feature Development: Own features end-to-end, from design discussions through implementation to production rollout across multiple markets and languages, on the web app, the mobile app and the APIs behind them.
Customer Insight: Talk to care staff and our customer success team every week, visit care facilities, and turn what you hear into clearly scoped product changes. Come with ideas, sketch the solution, and push it forward.
Fast Iteration: Break large designs and features into small shippable pieces. Get MVPs in front of users quickly, measure how they're used, and iterate or kill them.
Backend & APIs: Design and build the APIs, data models and services your features need. You will not just consume APIs, you will help shape, improve and fix the systems behind them.
Quality, Privacy & Safety: Ship with care for health data: sensible access control, auditability and privacy by default. Build test coverage and use staged rollouts so new features never get in the way of the alerts care teams depend on.
Strong TypeScript skills: this is the language for everything we build.
Solid production experience with React on the web and/or React Native.
Comfortable working across the stack: you've built backend APIs and worked with relational databases (e.g. Postgres), not just UI.
Great product taste and a keen eye for UX. You work well with designers and can make sensible design decisions yourself when needed.
Comfortable talking directly with non-technical users and turning messy feedback into concrete decisions.
Previous startup experience and/or shipping a product where you owned the outcome, from idea to adoption.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
Experience with React Native and Expo in production.
AWS or equivalent cloud platform experience.
Familiarity with TanStack, real-time systems or push notifications.
Experience with health data or other regulated, privacy-sensitive domains (e.g. GDPR).
Experience shipping products across multiple markets and languages.
Participation in our warrant program (stock options).
A small team where your decisions directly shape the product.
Work on software that healthcare workers depend on every day, the impact is tangible and immediate.
We're looking for individuals who share our vision and value ownership and entrepreneurship over a conventional job.
At Teton, you'll have the chance to make a real impact with your work.
If you're ready for more than just a job, come aboard and be part of our mission to transform healthcare.

We are looking for a strong backend engineer to help scale the core infrastructure powering Teton’s platform.
Our systems ingest and process continuous streams of real-time data from thousands of deployed edge devices across care facilities. These systems power critical alerts and operational workflows used by healthcare staff around the clock.
You will work across:
Distributed data ingestion systems
Real-time event pipelines
APIs and backend services
Databases and storage systems
MQTT infrastructure and edge communication
Reliability, observability, and system performance
Cloud infrastructure and deployment architecture
We care more about engineering ability and ownership than specific credentials, but strong candidates will likely have experience with several of the following:
Building and operating large-scale backend or distributed systems
Designing reliable real-time data pipelines
Working with event-driven architectures and asynchronous systems

At Teton, we are redefining the role of healthcare workers through cutting-edge AI technology. Facing a global nursing shortage, our solutions offer vital support to overburdened health systems. With thousands of patient rooms across 4 countries already benefiting from our technology, we are aiming to expand to much more. We distinguish ourselves by focusing relentlessly on product excellence and user experience, rapidly deploying solutions that make a real difference.
Every patient room we deploy into puts another device on infrastructure we don't control, in a building we can't easily visit, running software that has to keep working. We're looking for an Engineer to own that problem: the systems, tooling, and infrastructure that let us ship to thousands of edge devices confidently and understand what they're doing once they're out there.
In this role, you will focus on the following areas of interest:
Fleet Management: Build and run the systems that provision, monitor, and manage our devices in the field, from first boot in a hospital room to end of life.
OTA & Release Engineering: Own how software gets onto devices: staged rollouts, health checks, automatic rollback, and the confidence that a bad release won't take down a ward.
Observability: Design the telemetry, logging, and alerting that tell us a device is degrading before a nurse notices. Make remote debugging possible so we don't fly to fix things.
Device Bring-Up & Debugging: Work with our hardware and firmware teams on new hardware revisions, reproduce field issues on the bench, and get to the bottom of problems that span kernel, driver, network, and application.
Infrastructure & Tooling: Build the CI/CD, image builds, and internal tools that let the whole engineering team ship to hardware quickly and safely.
Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of your work to ensure easy collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
Solid experience running Linux systems in production: ideally embedded or edge Linux, not just cloud VMs.
Proficiency in Rust and/or Javascript/Typescript and/or Python
Experience with device fleets at scale: provisioning, OTA update mechanisms (Mender, RAUC, balena, or something you built yourself), and remote access to constrained devices.
Familiarity with Linux internals: systemd, kernel modules, device tree, networking stack, containers.
Experience with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or similar) and designing what to measure, not just wiring up dashboards.
Comfortable with hardware debugging: serial consoles, working alongside hardware engineers
Understanding of communication protocols and how devices talk to each other and to us: I2C, SPI, UART, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, MQTT.
Pragmatism about networks you don't control: restrictive hospital IT, VLANs, proxies, flaky Wi-Fi, and long offline periods.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience with the NVIDIA Jetson platform and Linux for Tegra is a big plus.
Experience with Yocto, Debian packaging, or custom image builds is a plus.
Experience in the medical device or healthcare technology field is a plus.
Participation in our warrant program (stock options).
Work with state-of-the-art technology in a pioneering field.
A vibrant, learning-focused work environment.
A role where you can make a significant impact on healthcare delivery.
We're looking for individuals who share our vision and value ownership and entrepreneurship over a conventional job. At Teton, you'll have the chance to make a real impact with your work. If you're ready for more than just a job, come aboard and be part of our mission to transform healthcare.

This is not your typical customer service role. It requires patience, empathy, resilience and exceptional attention to detail. You will need to be comfortable managing challenging conversations, working under pressure and taking ownership of queries in a highly regulated healthcare environment.
Previous healthcare experience would be an advantage, but what matters most is your ability to communicate with compassion, remain calm under pressure and genuinely care about the difference you can make.
As a Patient Support Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients with pharmacy and medication-related queries, ensuring they receive clear, accurate and timely information.
You will work closely with our Pharmacy, Clinical and wider Patient Support teams to resolve issues, provide updates and help ensure patients receive their medication safely and efficiently.
This is a telephone-heavy role where you will manage a high volume of patient enquiries, often involving sensitive or complex situations. You will need to balance empathy with efficiency, ensuring every patient feels listened to while maintaining the accuracy and standards expected within a regulated healthcare environment.
Location and working pattern
Hybrid working from our Winnersh Triangle office, with three days on site and two days working from home following completion of training.
Full-time position, working five days per week.
Weekend working is required as part of the five-day working week.
Shifts are 7:30am to 4:30pm or 9:30am to 6:30pm, including a one-hour lunch break.
Acting as the first point of contact for patients, primarily over the telephone, providing professional, compassionate and accurate support.
Managing patient enquiries relating to prescriptions, medication availability, deliveries and potential delays.
Taking ownership of patient queries, working proactively to resolve issues and keeping patients informed throughout.
Working closely with our Pharmacy team to investigate and resolve medication-related concerns.
Liaising with Pharmacy Dispensers regarding stock availability, prescription processing and dispensing queries.
Supporting communication between patients, Pharmacy, Clinical teams and healthcare professionals to ensure information is shared accurately and efficiently.
Providing appropriate guidance on prescription processes and medication-related queries, escalating clinical questions to qualified healthcare professionals.
Recognising when patients require additional support and escalating complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate teams, including Clinical Governance.
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, ensuring all information is documented in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborating with remote colleagues to support tasks that require action on site.
Working collaboratively across teams to improve the patient experience and support the safe and timely delivery of medication.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys supporting people, takes pride in delivering excellent service and understands the importance of getting the details right.
Essential skills and experience
A minimum of two years' experience in a customer service or patient-facing environment.
Experience handling a high volume of telephone enquiries and managing challenging conversations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy, patience and professionalism.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Confidence using multiple IT systems and the ability to learn new processes quickly.
The ability to prioritise competing demands, manage a busy workload and remain calm under pressure.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to take ownership of issues through to resolution.
An understanding of the importance of following policies, procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs), particularly within a regulated environment.
The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams.
Desirable
Previous experience working within healthcare, pharmacy or another highly regulated environment.
Experience supporting patients or customers with sensitive, complex or time-critical enquiries.
Competitive salary
25 days' annual leave, increasing to 27 days after one year and 30 days after two years, plus bank holidays
5% matched pension contribution
Cycle-to-work scheme
Opportunities for professional development and career progression
A supportive and collaborative working environment
