We help energy companies overcome today's challenges while accelerating the shift to a clean, electrified future. Leveraging Data, AI, and real-time decision-making we turn energy complexity into growth opportunities for our partners.&nbsp;</p> <p>By combining predictive algorithms with human-centred design, Kaluza makes clean energy dependable and affordable.</p> <p>With teams across Europe, North America, Asia and Australia, and a joint venture with Mitsubishi Corporation in Japan, we power leading companies including OVO, AGL and ENGIE, as well as innovators like Volvo and Volkswagen.</p> <p>You'll lead the French localisation of Device Data Management — one of the core product areas within the Kaluza platform that brings together data on supplies, meters, registers, reads and consumption. This area also covers the journeys around managing this data (like updating a meter's configuration), the APIs that expose it, the frontend pages that surface it to users, and the calculations behind consumption projection and forecasting. This is a hands-on, full-stack product role — you'll work across the whole product area, from the data model through to what users see on screen.</p> <ul> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="27:1-27:280;1959-2238"><strong>Translate French market requirements into clear specifications</strong> — turn the rules of the French energy market (including how device and meter data flows between grid operators and suppliers) into detailed product requirements covering compliance, data flows and data quality.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="28:1-28:289;2239-2527"><strong>Build close working relationships</strong> — work hand in hand with key partners in the French market to understand their needs, shape requirements together, and build the kind of trusted relationship where they come to you first, using that closeness to steer what we build next for France.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="29:1-29:286;2528-2813"><strong>Build, don't just specify.</strong> Go from idea to working prototype yourself — query data, sketch API contracts, and stand up proofs of concept. Mobile Developer - L5
Street Group – Manchester

📍Manchester (Hybrid, up to 4 days WFH) | 💰 £75,000

Street Group is one of the fastest-growing PropTech companies in the UK. We want to be the leading creator of delightful experiences for everybody involved in buying, selling, renting and letting property, regardless of their involvement, to improve the industry for everybody by elevating UK Estate Agencies through world-class technology.

Our products, Street.co.uk and Spectre form a powerful duo, working harmoniously together to transform an agent's job. From securing more leads and winning new instructions to streamlining business operations and growing market share, our products are supercharging 1,000s of agencies across the UK.

How we work in 2026

Engineering at Street Group has changed. Most of us don't write code by hand day-to-day anymore - agents do; we direct. For our mobile team, that shifts where the value is: when AI handles more of the code, what matters most is how the app looks, how it feels, what it does for the user and the ideas you bring to it. Understanding the product and the people using it sits at the heart of the role: we expect engineers to know why they're building something, not just how.

Being genuinely tuned into AI tooling is core to the role here, not a side skill and if you'd rather not work this way, that's fair but we're probably not the place for you. Equally, if you see mobile engineering as getting code onto a screen and calling it "good enough", this probably isn't the role for you either.

We're a small, autonomous mobile team working on what we think is the best PropTech app on the market. There's no micromanagement and no fixed sprint rituals: when a new project kicks off we get together as a "three amigos" with product and design, get the first tickets out, then keep the conversation going as the work develops. You'll have dedicated backend, design and product colleagues alongside you, and full freedom over how you work.

If you love autonomy, are naturally curious, and want to have a genuine impact within a growing company, we think you'd fit right in!

Here's what you can expect to be working on as a Mobile Developer (L5) at Street Group

  • Owning the end-to-end delivery of significant features in our React Native app: scoping the problem, directing the build, testing, shipping and iterating based on what you learn.

  • Directing agent sessions to deliver work, while your own attention goes on the user experience, platform feel and the decisions where your judgement is required.

  • Making every experience feel natural on both iOS and Android - understanding what users on each platform expect, and building for it.

  • Looking after the live app: monitoring, stability and our weekly releases across the App Store and Google Play.

  • Defining what success looks like before you build, analysing how features perform after release, and proactively bringing the results - good or bad, backed by data - to product and design.

  • Being a regular voice in product discussions: taking a loose "what if we..." idea and turning it into a strong first version.

  • Picking up tech debt and spotting improvements alongside your main feature, keeping the app maintainable and extendable.

  • Helping to shape new mobile work as it expands across more of the business, including consumer monetisation and lettings.

A bit about you

  • You have commercial experience building and shipping production apps with React Native and TypeScript, on both iOS and Android.

  • You work AI-natively as a default, using tools like Claude Code fluently - and you understand what the AI produces well enough to explain and own it. If your current employer doesn't allow AI tools, we'd expect you've been exploring them in your own time.

  • You have strong product and design sense: you're user-focused and care about how something feels to use, not just whether it works.

  • You take quality seriously - your work is tested, solid and thought through before it ships.

  • You've looked after a live app and see its stability, monitoring and releases as part of your job.

  • You're comfortable working independently with loose guidelines, and you're a confident communicator who'll share ideas and challenge in discussions.

  • Experience using analytics to measure features and inform what comes next is a bonus.

Interview Process

We want to make our interviews as inclusive as possible, so if you need any adjustments made, or if there's anything you think we should be aware of during the interview process, please do let us know.

A note on using AI in your job application

As a fast-moving and rapidly evolving tech company, we embrace the advantages of AI and encourage its use throughout our application process. However, our goal is to get to know and hire the authentic you - your skills, experience, and values. We don't want to hire an AI-generated version of you. We consider AI to be a valuable tool, not something that should overshadow you as an individual.

How we use AI in the hiring process

Candidate experience is really important to us, and our Talent team use AI notetakers during interviews so they can focus purely on their conversation with you. All hiring decisions are made by humans - not AI. Let us know if you have any questions!

Compensation: £60K – £75K

Revenue Operations Analyst (London)
Deepgram – London, UK

Company Overview

Deepgram is the leading platform underpinning the emerging trillion-dollar Voice AI economy, providing real-time APIs for speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and building production-grade voice agents at scale. More than 200,000 developers and 1,300+ organizations build voice offerings that are ‘Powered by Deepgram’, including Twilio, Cloudflare, Sierra, Decagon, Vapi, Daily, Cresta, Granola, and Jack in the Box. Deepgram’s voice-native foundation models are accessed through cloud APIs or as self-hosted and on-premises software, with unmatched accuracy, low latency, and cost efficiency. Backed by a recent Series C led by leading global investors and strategic partners, Deepgram has processed over 50,000 years of audio and transcribed more than 1 trillion words. There is no organization in the world that understands voice better than Deepgram.

Company Operating Rhythm

At Deepgram, we expect an AI-first mindset—AI use and comfort aren’t optional, they’re core to how we operate, innovate, and measure performance.

Every team member who works at Deepgram is expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, and even build your own into your everyday work. We measure how effectively AI is applied to deliver results, and consistent, creative use of the latest AI capabilities is key to success here. Candidates should be comfortable adopting new models and modes quickly, integrating AI into their workflows, and continuously pushing the boundaries of what these technologies can do.

Additionally, we move at the pace of AI. Change is rapid, and you can expect your day-to-day work to evolve just as quickly. This may not be the right role if you’re not excited to experiment, adapt, think on your feet, and learn constantly, or if you’re seeking something highly prescriptive with a traditional 9-to-5.

Note: this role is based remotely out of London, UK.

Regional Expectations

  • Based in London with strong overlap to customer business hours.

  • Excellent written and spoken English. Additional European languages are a plus.

The Opportunity

Deepgram is hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to help build and operate the systems, data, and workflows that power our GTM organization.

This is a hands-on role for someone who likes getting into the details: fixing broken workflows, improving data quality, supporting quote-to-cash and usage-based billing processes, and finding ways to automate repetitive work. You’ll work closely with GTM Engineering, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Renewals to make our commercial systems more reliable, scalable, and efficient.

What You’ll Do

  • Support and improve quote-to-cash workflows, including CPQ, order forms, contract changes, subscriptions, entitlements, and downstream system updates.

Senior Data Scientist - Product
Legora – London

About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.

Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.

2,100+ customers across 80+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $200M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI, Graceview, Cadastral, and Wexler.

We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.

Joining Legora means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.

  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.

  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

The role
As a Senior Data Scientist for Product at Legora you will turn data into decisions. You'll sit close to the business, taking questions end-to-end: shaping the metric, modelling the data in dbt, running the analysis, and making the recommendation. You'll pull in new data sources when you need to. Insights are useful; impact is what we hire for.

We're an AI-first data team. We believe the data function should be redesigned around what AI now makes possible, not retrofitted with it, and we want someone excited to help define what that looks like in practice.

There's no single profile we hire for. Some of us are strongest at data modelling and analytics engineering, some at experimentation and causal inference, some at machine learning, some at stakeholder influence. You'll likely be excellent at one or two of these and competent across the rest. That's the bar.

We're a small, centralised team supporting the whole company, hiring for the person, not the seat. Depending on your strengths and where we have the biggest gap when you join, you could be embedded primarily with:

  • Product: instrumentation, feature adoption, user behaviour, A/B testing, shaping the roadmap with PMs and designers.

  • Finance & RevOps: ARR, NRR, forecasting, board reporting, pricing analytics across a 40-country footprint, and unit economics for an AI-native product.

  • Growth & Marketing: acquisition funnels, attribution, campaign measurement, lifecycle analytics, and what actually moves enterprise legal buyers.

  • GTM & Customer Success: pipeline analytics, customer health, expansion signals, and retention drivers in a category that didn't exist three years ago.

You'll partner directly with leaders across Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM, most of whom are unusually data-fluent and will happily open a SQL editor with you. Your work will directly influence how we prioritise, how we sell, how we price, and how we build.

What you will be doing

  • Partner with stakeholders across Product, Finance, GTM, Growth, and beyond to translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations.

  • Define the metrics that matter, design the experiments or analyses that test them, and measure the impact of what we ship.

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on the questions that move the business, and proactively surface the questions nobody is asking yet.

  • Model the data you need for your work in dbt, pulling in new sources when necessary, and partner closely with data engineering on anything that needs to scale beyond your immediate use case.

  • Build dashboards and reporting that scale beyond you, so the company can answer its own questions where possible.

  • Help shape how the data team operates as we scale: standards, tooling, ways of working.

What you'll need

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.

  • Solid grasp of data modelling and what it takes to build analytical work that is reliable and trusted.

  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence decisions through data storytelling, including pushing back when the data doesn't support what someone wants to do.

  • Genuine depth in at least one of the following, with competence across the rest and curiosity to grow:

    • Data modelling and analytics engineering (dbt, dimensional modelling, semantic layers, self-service)

    • Experimentation and causal inference (A/B test design, quasi-experiments, statistical rigour)

    • Machine learning and applied data science (forecasting, prediction, segmentation, evaluation)

    • Product analytics and metric design (funnels, cohorts, adoption frameworks, North Star metrics)

Nice to have

  • Experience in a product-led or SaaS environment, ideally B2B.

  • Hands-on experience with our stack: Snowflake, dbt, Hex, Dagster.

  • Prior experience as an early data hire at a fast-growing company, i.e. you've built the muscle, not inherited it.

Most importantly, you are someone who

  • "Gets stuff done" and understands building a $10bn company isn't always glamorous and takes hard work and long hours.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment where the answers aren't always clear and processes are few.

  • Is genuinely domain-curious. You don't need to have worked on every part of a business, but you should be excited to.

Member of Scientific Staff, Cell Culture and Functional Assays
Substrate Bio – London

LOCATION: King's Cross, London · PATTERN: Lab-based, full-time

The opportunity

We're a stealth startup in AI and bio, building infrastructure for data generation. The team is small and elite, the problems are hard, and the foundations are being laid right now. You'd help write them from the first line, with real ownership and a direct line to the founders.

This role covers the cell side of our protein characterisation work. You would keep the cell lines healthy and run the assays that show how a designed protein behaves on a living cell, week after week, to the same standard.

About us

AI for biology has a data problem. The data that matters most doesn't exist yet, so we're building the infrastructure to produce it, with quality and traceability built in from day one.

We're in stealth and heads-down on execution. We'll share more about what we're building once you've spoken with the team.

The role

You will run cell culture and the cell-based assays for our protein characterisation work. That means the mammalian lines the assays depend on, from thaw through routine passage to a banked and documented stock, and the weekly rhythm of seeding, treating, reading and reporting plates.

Most of it runs in 384-well plates with imaging-based or flow cytometry readouts. You will run those assays as designed, with the controls and replicates that make a curve defensible, and you will be the person who notices when a plate, a line or a reagent lot has started to drift.

Assay design and the shape of the cascade sit with the scientist who leads this work today, so you are not being asked to invent the panel. You are being asked to make it run the same way every week, to record what you did in a form the rest of the system can read, and to tighten the protocols as they settle, including moving them towards the plate formats our automation will take on.

Your first 90 days

FIRST 30 DAYS

◆ Take over routine culture and banking for the protein cell lines, working to the protocols we already run.

◆ Learn the panel end to end by running each assay alongside the scientist who owns it.

DAYS 30 TO 60

◆ Run at least one assay in the panel independently, including its controls and acceptance criteria.

◆ Revise one culture or assay protocol so that someone else could follow it without asking you.

DAYS 60 TO 90

◆ Hold the weekly assay schedule on your own and return results on the agreed turnaround.

◆ Bring one protocol to a tighter precision bar, or into a plate format ready for automation.

Who you are

You are a hands-on cell biologist who takes assay variability personally. You have run the same assay often enough to tell a real effect from a bad plate, and you would rather find the cause than repeat the run.

The week has a rhythm in this job: cells to feed, plates to seed, runs to finish, numbers to return. You are happy with that, you keep records someone else can pick up, and you say early when something looks wrong rather than at the end of the week.

We do not hire people into boxes. The team is small, and early hires here end up owning work beyond the job they joined for. Nobody arrives with every part of this role. If you are strong in most of it and quick to learn the rest, we want to hear from you.

MUST HAVE

◆ Strong hands-on mammalian cell culture: adherent and suspension lines, aseptic technique, and thawing, passaging and banking to a high and consistent standard.

◆ Experience running cell-based assays end to end, including relevant controls, replicates and dose-response curves behind a reported number.

◆ Comfort with plate-based work and the arithmetic that goes with it, such as dilution series, plate maps and normalisation.

◆ Careful, traceable record-keeping that someone else can follow without asking you.

◆ A PhD in cell biology, pharmacology, immunology or a related field, or an MSc and two to three years of relevant lab experience.

NICE TO HAVE

◆ Reporter cell line bioassays for binding or blockade.

◆ Receptor internalisation, lysosomal trafficking or cytotoxicity assays.

◆ High-content or fluorescence imaging, and the image analysis behind it.

◆ 384-well formats, liquid handlers or other plate-based automation.

◆ Flow cytometry, for example for surface receptor quantification.

Why this is unusual

Most cell-based assay roles sit inside a discovery project. You build an assay, you answer a question with it, and the assay goes quiet. This one is closer to running an instrument. The same assays run every week against a stream of new molecules, and the number that comes out is the product.

That changes what good looks like. Precision matters more than novelty, a protocol is only finished when someone else can run it and get your answer, and every passage, plate and reagent lot is captured as structured data, because a result is only as trustworthy as the cells behind it.

Some people find that energising; some find it outside their lane. Worth knowing in advance which one you are.

How we work

This is a lab-based role at our site in King's Cross, London. The cells are in the lab, so most of your week will be too, with room for writing and analysis away from the bench. The wider team is distributed and travels, so you will work with people who are not always in the building.

We work in the open. Decisions are written down, work happens centrally rather than scattered across tools, and the week opens with a session the whole company attends. There is a quarterly offsite. Each person owns their area and makes the call inside it, and we will expect that of you early rather than late.

UK benefits are 30 days of annual leave plus public holidays, a pension with a 10% employer contribution, and top-tier Bupa private health cover. More is added as the team grows.

The team you will join

You will join the protein characterisation team and report to its lead. Day to day you will work with the scientist who designs the assay cascade, with the protein production and molecular characterisation scientists upstream of you, with the functional genomics team who share the cell culture suite, and with the engineers building the software and automation the lab runs on.

We are a small, elite team, and this is the first seat given entirely to the cell-based side of the work.

Our process

Our process has four stages. A short screening call about the role and the practicalities. A behavioural interview about how you work, run from the same template for every candidate, before anything technical. A technical stage with the protein characterisation team, built around real work rather than a puzzle, including time with us in person at the lab. Then references, aimed at whatever we still want to understand.

If you are not sure whether you match every line above, apply anyway. We would rather read it and decide.

We are an equal opportunity employer. We make hiring decisions on merit, scope-fit, and the strength of the working relationship we expect to build with each hire. Applications welcome from candidates of any background.

Member of Scientific Staff, Protein Production
Substrate Bio – London

LOCATION: King's Cross, London · PATTERN: Lab-based, full-time

The opportunity

We're a stealth startup in AI and bio, building infrastructure for data generation. The team is small and elite, the problems are hard, and the foundations are being laid right now. You'd help write them from the first line, with real ownership and a direct line to the founders.

This role sits at the start of our protein work. Every measurement we make depends on the protein in the well being the right one, made the same way every time, and you would be one of the people making it.

About us

AI for biology has a data problem. The data that matters most doesn't exist yet, so we're

building the infrastructure to produce it, with quality and traceability built in from day one.

We're in stealth and heads-down on execution. We'll share more about what we're building once you've spoken with the team.

The role

You will make proteins, many of them at once. The work runs from DNA through to purified, quality-checked protein in 96-well format, ready for the binding and biophysical assays downstream of you.

On the DNA side you will prepare expression templates from synthetic gene fragments, by PCR and by Golden Gate or Gibson assembly, and check them before they go forward. You will express proteins in cell-free systems first, with E. coli and mammalian (HEK293) expression following as the menu grows. You will purify them by affinity capture, mostly on magnetic beads in plates, and confirm what you made with quantification, CE-SDS and SEC.

Every step is recorded as you go: what went in, which lot, which conditions, what came out, and what failed. Failed expressions and poor yields are kept as data, so they get the same care as the successes.

As protocols settle you will help move them from the bench onto liquid handlers and our automated platform, working with the engineers who build it. This is a hands-on bench role, and in a small team you will also support the work either side of production when it needs doing. Downstream, that means molecular characterisation runs. Alongside, it means the cell culture behind our cell-based assays, from routine passage and banking to seeding assay plates.

Your first 90 days

FIRST 30 DAYS

◆ Run our core DNA preparation, cell-free expression and purification protocols to a

consistent standard.

◆ Learn how a sample is tracked, from DNA order to purified protein, and what gets

recorded at each step.

DAYS 30 TO 60

◆ Take a full plate of constructs from DNA through expression, purification and QC with

minimal support.

◆ Support on one step beyond production, such as a downstream characterisation

readout, a mammalian expression run or routine culture for the cell-based assay panel.

◆ Revise one protocol, including how its failures are captured.

DAYS 60 TO 90

◆ Run production week to week as part of the team, with QC results others can rely on

without checking.

◆ Own and routinely execute a downstream characterisation readout, a mammalian

expression route or maintenance of cell lines for a cell-based assay.

Who you are

You are a hands-on protein scientist who likes the bench and cares about doing the same thing well many times over. You have expressed and purified proteins yourself, you know what a failed prep looks like and why it failed, and you are comfortable working in plates rather than one tube at a time.

You keep records someone else could follow without asking you. You say early when something is not working, and you are happy with a plan that changes as we learn.

We do not hire people into boxes. The team is small, and early hires end up owning work beyond the job they joined for. Nobody arrives with every part of this role. If you are strong in most of it and quick to learn the rest, we want to hear from you.

MUST HAVE

◆ A PhD in biochemistry, protein science, molecular biology or a related field (recent graduates welcome), or a BSc or MSc with two to three years of hands-on lab experience. Industry experience in a high-throughput setting is preferred.

◆ Molecular biology for expression: PCR, cloning by Golden Gate or Gibson assembly, and checking constructs by gel, fragment analysis or sequencing.

◆ Recombinant protein expression and purification you have run yourself, in at least one of cell-free, E. coli or mammalian systems, with affinity capture such as His, Strep or Protein A.

◆ Protein QC: quantification, SDS-PAGE or CE-SDS, and reading the results critically.

◆ Working in 96-well or 384-well plate formats, with careful, traceable record-keeping.

◆ Mammalian cell culture with good aseptic technique: adherent and suspension lines,

thawing, passaging and banking, and transient transfection of HEK293 or CHO cells for expression.

NICE TO HAVE

◆ Protein characterisation: binding kinetics by SPR or BLI, or biophysical assays such as nanoDSF, DLS or analytical SEC.

◆ Cell-based assays such as reporter bioassays for binding or blockade, receptor internalisation or cytotoxicity, with imaging or flow cytometry readouts.

◆ Liquid handlers, magnetic-bead purification systems or other lab automation.

◆ Experience with antibodies, nanobodies or other binder formats.

Why this is unusual

Most protein production roles make a handful of proteins well for one project. This one makes many, in plates, for a lab built around the quality of its data, and that changes the job in two ways.

The record is part of the product. Every construct, lot, condition and QC result is captured as structured data, including the proteins that did not express, because a result is only as trustworthy as the material behind it. And the protocols you write become the starting point for automated workflows, so they have to be precise enough for a liquid handler to follow.

That means more documentation and more standardisation than most research labs ask for.

Some people find that energising; some find it outside their lane. Worth knowing in advance which one you are.

How we work

This is a lab-based role at our site in King's Cross, London. The proteins are made in the lab, so most of your week will be too, with room for writing and analysis away from the bench.

The wider team is distributed and travels, so you will work with people who are not always in the building.

We work in the open. Decisions are written down, work happens in Slack rather than scattered across tools, and the week opens with a session the whole company attends.

You will join the protein science team and report to a senior member of its scientific staff. Day to day you will work with the scientists running DNA supply, molecular characterisation and the cell-based assays downstream of you, with the functional genomics team who share the cell culture suite, and with the engineers building the software and automation the lab runs on.

We are a small, elite team, and the people in it make the calls in their own areas.

Our process

Our process has four stages. A short screening call about the role and the practicalities. A behavioural interview about how you work, run from the same template for every candidate, before anything technical. A technical stage with the protein science team, built on real work from our lab rather than a puzzle, in person at the lab.

Head of SEO
Quantum – London

Our Company
At Quantum, we connect global brands with high-intent consumers. We turn intent into action and complexity into clarity.

Our Mission is clear, to help smarter, faster buying decisions. Our vision, to be the world’s most used digital comparison service, delivering value and simplicity to millions.

We drive growth through data-driven affiliate marketing built for performance from day one. Every campaign is measurable, optimised in real time, and designed to scale.

With in-house tech, full-stack analytics, and a compliance-first mindset, we give our partners an edge. We drive confident decisions and growth in regulated and high-growth sectors. We’ve helped ambitious brands grow faster, smarter, and globally.

The Role

We're hiring for a Head of SEO to own organic search presence across our iGaming and Rewards propositions in the UK and US. This is a build role: you'll set the strategy, hire the team and put the tooling and processes in place to execute.

You'll turn organic search into a predictable, compliant growth channel measured on commercial outcomes, not just rankings. That means registrations, FTDs and revenue for iGaming, and sign-ups and active members for Rewards.

You'll look after four sites: cashback.co.uk, joincustard.co.uk, strikewild.co.uk and slotswise.com.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and ownership

  • Set and own the organic search strategy for iGaming and Rewards across the UK and US, with clear targets and a 12-month roadmap

  • Prioritise by commercial value: focus effort on the verticals, states, merchants and page types that drive FTDs, revenue and member growth

  • Own the SEO budget and make the case for investment in people, tools, content and links

  • Work closely with commercial, paid, CRM, brand and compliance teams so SEO priorities match merchant deals and launch plans

Building the team

  • Hire and lead a team from scratch, starting with the roles the roadmap needs most (for example, technical SEO, content SEO, outreach)

  • Decide what to build in-house and what to outsource, and manage agencies and freelancers where it makes sense

  • Set the processes, playbooks and tooling the team runs on

Technical SEO

  • Own site health across our properties: crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data and internal linking

  • Work with product and engineering to put SEO into templates, releases and migrations from the start

  • Build scalable page frameworks for reviews, comparisons, offers and state or market landing pages

Content and authority

  • Set the content strategy and editorial standards, with E-E-A-T and YMYL expectations built in

  • Lead a safe, sustainable approach to digital PR and link acquisition in competitive, closely watched SERPs

  • Shape our approach to AI-powered search, AI Overviews and generative engine optimisation (GEO) so our brands are cited and trusted

Markets and compliance

  • Run distinct UK and US plans that reflect each market's regulation, search behaviour and competition

  • Plan US state launches so content and authority are ready ahead of go-live

  • Make sure every page meets UKGC, ASA/CAP, US state and responsible gambling requirements

Measurement

  • Build reporting that links organic traffic to clickouts, registrations, FTDs and revenue

  • Track rankings, share of voice and competitor movement, and act on what the data shows

  • Report performance and forecasts to the leadership team

About You

Essential

  • 8+ years in SEO, with at least 3 years leading SEO strategy and people

  • A track record of growing organic revenue in iGaming, affiliate or another highly competitive, regulated vertical

  • Hands-on depth in technical SEO, and the credibility to work as a peer with engineering

  • Experience hiring and building a team, or a clear plan for how you'd do it

  • Working knowledge of UK and US gambling regulation and what it means for content and marketing

  • Deep understanding and practical application of AI, GEO and the impact on organic search visibility

  • Commercial sense: you can forecast, build a business case and tie your work to revenue

  • Strong command of the core toolset, for example Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or Semrush, Screaming Frog, and BigQuery or SQL

  • Clear communication with senior, commercial and technical audiences

Nice to have

  • Experience launching in newly regulated US states

  • Background in rewards, cashback, loyalty or comparison sites

  • Experience with programmatic or templated SEO at scale

  • Experience running site migrations or consolidations

What You’ll Get

  • Private Health Care (Bupa)

  • Hybrid Working (3 days in office)

  • Travel Insurance

  • Competitive Base Salary

  • Company Bonus Scheme

  • Paid for AI Subscription (Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini)

  • Market-Leading Training Programme

  • Recognition & Reward Scheme

  • Annual Company Conference

  • Regular Happy Hours & Team Lunches

  • Free Coffee, Drinks & Snacks

What’s the next step?

Our hiring process ensures we're recruiting the right people for the role. We ensure that people are as suitable for us as we are for them.

CRM & Lifecycle Senior Manager
Better Collective A/S – London, England, United Kingdom

Better Collective is looking for an experienced CRM & Lifecycle Senior Manager to establish and lead a group-wide approach to customer relationship management across our portfolio of global sports media brands.

This is a senior role combining CRM strategy, customer lifecycle management, technology, data, commercial thinking and operational leadership.

The successful candidate will move CRM beyond campaign execution and develop it as a strategic capability that helps Better Collective build deeper, more valuable relationships with its audiences.

Working across Product, Audience, Data, Commercial, Editorial, Technology and local brand teams, the CRM & Lifecycle Senior Manager will create the frameworks, programmes and operating model required to turn first- and zero-party audience data into personalised customer experiences and measurable business value.

The Opportunity

Better Collective reaches millions of sports fans across a diverse portfolio of digital brands.

The next stage of our audience strategy is to develop stronger direct relationships with those users — moving from anonymous audiences → known users → understood customers → engaged and valuable relationships.

CRM will be central to that transformation.

The CRM & Lifecycle Senior Manager will establish the strategy, capabilities and standards that allow Better Collective brands to acquire, activate, engage, retain and monetise audiences across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop Better Collective's group-wide CRM and lifecycle strategy.

  • Establish CRM principles, standards and best practices across brands.

  • Create a scalable operating model balancing central CRM expertise with local brand execution.

  • Identify where CRM can deliver the greatest audience and commercial impact.

  • Build CRM roadmaps for priority Better Collective brands.

  • Act as the senior CRM subject-matter expert across the organisation.

Customer Lifecycle Management

Design lifecycle strategies covering:

Acquisition → Registration → Onboarding → Engagement → Conversion → Retention → Reactivation

Develop automated programmes including:

  • Welcome and onboarding journeys

  • Profile completion

  • Content discovery

  • Personalised sports and player updates

  • Newsletter engagement

  • Subscription conversion

  • Premium product promotion

  • Renewal

  • Retention

  • Churn prevention

  • Lapsed-user reactivation

  • Win-back programmes

The objective is to create relevant, personalised experiences rather than simply increase communication volume.

First & Zero-Party Data Activation

Work closely with Audience, Product and Data teams to translate Better Collective's growing first- and zero-party data capabilities into meaningful customer experiences.

Use behavioural, declared and transactional data to improve:

  • Audience segmentation

  • Personalisation

  • Content recommendations

  • Lifecycle triggers

  • Subscription propensity

  • Retention

  • Cross-sell opportunities

  • Audience insight

Help establish the connection between data capture, customer understanding and CRM activation.

Multi-Channel CRM

Develop a coordinated CRM approach across:

  • Email

  • Newsletters

  • App push

  • Web push

  • In-app messaging

  • On-site messaging

  • Emerging direct audience channels

Establish channel roles, contact strategies, frequency management and customer communication principles.

Ensure customers receive coordinated experiences rather than disconnected messages from individual channels.

CRM Technology & Automation

Partner with Product and Technology teams to maximise Better Collective's CRM technology stack.

Responsibilities include:

  • Marketing automation

  • Journey orchestration

  • Audience segmentation

  • Triggered communications

  • Dynamic content

  • Personalisation

  • CRM/CDP integration

  • Data flows

  • Preference management

  • Testing frameworks

  • Reporting requirements

Help translate business and customer requirements into practical technology capabilities.

Measurement & Optimisation

Create a consistent CRM measurement framework across Better Collective.

Core metrics should include:

  • Known-user growth

  • Registration conversion

  • Newsletter acquisition

  • Email engagement

  • Push engagement

  • Active-user frequency

  • Subscription conversion

  • Renewal

  • Retention

  • Reactivation

  • Revenue per known user

  • Customer lifetime value

Move CRM measurement beyond opens and clicks toward customer behaviour and commercial outcomes.

Experimentation

Establish a structured CRM experimentation programme covering:

  • A/B testing

  • Send frequency

  • Timing

  • Content

  • Segmentation

  • Personalisation

  • Offers

  • Lifecycle triggers

  • Channel combinations

Create mechanisms for successful experiments to be documented and scaled across Better Collective brands.

Stakeholder Leadership

CRM at Better Collective sits across multiple disciplines.

The CRM & Lifecycle Senior Manager will therefore work closely with:

Audience — audience strategy, segmentation and zero/first-party data

Product — registration, logged-in experiences and product journeys

Data & BI — customer data, segmentation and measurement

Technology — CRM platforms, integrations and automation

Editorial — content propositions and newsletters

Commercial — monetisation and customer value

Subscription Teams — acquisition, renewal and retention

Compliance — consent, GDPR, PECR and data governance

Strong stakeholder leadership will be critical to the success of the role.

We are looking for an experienced CRM leader who combines strategic thinking with the ability to turn strategy into operational programmes.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Significant experience leading CRM, lifecycle or customer engagement programmes.

  • Strong knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation.

  • Experience developing sophisticated customer lifecycle strategies.

  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and personalisation.

  • Experience working with large customer databases.

  • Experience using behavioural and transactional data to improve communications.

  • Strong understanding of CRM technology and platform capabilities.

  • Experience working across Product, Data, Technology, Marketing and Commercial teams.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience managing CRM teams, agencies or specialist partners.

  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset.

  • Demonstrable experience connecting CRM activity to measurable business outcomes.

Experience within digital media, subscriptions, publishing, sports, gaming or high-frequency digital consumer products would be particularly valuable.

Leadership Profile

The role requires someone who can operate at both strategic and practical levels.

You should be comfortable moving between:

Strategy ↔ Execution

Customer ↔ Commercial

Data ↔ Communications

Technology ↔ Marketing

Central Strategy ↔ Local Brand Requirements

You will need to influence senior stakeholders while also being comfortable working directly with teams responsible for delivering CRM programmes.

What Success Looks Like

First 3 Months

  • Audit CRM capabilities across priority Better Collective brands.

  • Establish baseline CRM KPIs.

  • Map existing lifecycle communications.

  • Identify immediate optimisation opportunities.

  • Define the group CRM strategy and operating principles.

  • Prioritise brands and lifecycle use cases.

3–6 Months

  • Launch priority automated lifecycle programmes.

  • Establish group segmentation principles.

  • Introduce a structured CRM experimentation framework.

  • Establish CRM dashboards and commercial measurement.

  • Develop CRM playbooks that can be reused across brands.

6–12 Months

Better Collective has a scalable CRM capability connecting:

Audience Data → Customer Insight → Segmentation → Personalisation → Activation → Measurement → Commercial Value

CRM becomes a measurable growth engine supporting:

Audience Engagement | Registration | Subscription | Retention | Revenue | Customer Lifetime Value

Why This Role Matters

Better Collective already has significant global audience scale.

The opportunity is to build stronger direct relationships with those audiences.

This role will help Better Collective transition from primarily understanding what audiences consume to understanding who our customers are, what they value and how we can build longer-lasting relationships with them.
