At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.
This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We have strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. We’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.
Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you.
At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.
As a Technical Customer Experience (CX) Specialist, you will be frontline support within our global support team, reporting to a CX Manager. You’ll help legal, tax, and finance professionals at some of the world’s largest firms get the most out of Harvey, and you’ll own technical issues from first response through root cause. This isn’t a typical SaaS support role: Harvey moves fast, priorities shift often, and you’ll wear multiple hats as the product and team scale. We’re looking for someone who loves problem-solving, thrives with ambiguity, and pairs strong technical instincts with real empathy for enterprise customers.
Shift schedules are being finalized and may include hours outside standard local business hours to support our global customers. Specific working hours will be discussed during the interview process and confirmed before an offer is accepted.
Serve as the first point of contact for customer support inquiries, delivering empathetic, accurate, and timely resolutions.
Juggle multiple competing priorities and tasks, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
Own technical issues across topics like AI output quality, login and SSO, authentication and tokens, REST API integrations, and error logs, working each to root cause by confirming scope, ruling out configuration and environment, and knowing why a fix will work before sending it.
Investigate with Datadog (including RUM session replay), Omni, Snowflake, and Auth0, and use Claude Code and the Datadog MCP integration to get to answers faster.
Maintain a high standard of reliability and accountability, ensuring consistent coverage and follow-through during assigned shifts.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues, escalating them appropriately when needed.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide knowledgeable support.
Document customer interactions and feedback to aid in continuous improvement of our services.
Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and contribute to the overall customer experience.
Collaborate effectively as part of a team while confidently owning and executing tasks independently.
Stay informed of new product features and updates to provide accurate and current support.
Contribute to the development and refinement of support processes and materials, such as FAQs and knowledge base articles.
3+ years proven experience in a technical support role, in a fast-paced environment providing “white glove” or “premium support” to large enterprise customers for AI-driven products
Exceptional empathy and a genuine desire to help and connect with customers.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and resolve complex issues.
Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment, with a track record of taking ownership
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
Understanding of APIs, and ability to explain complex API concepts to both technical and non-technical customers.
Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems; experience with Zendesk, Salesforce is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive working relationships across departments.
A passion for learning and personal growth, with a commitment to staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
#LI-SH1

Management Accountant
🌟 Position: Management Accountant (Qualified / Nearly Qualified)
📍 Location: Hybrid – London office and home working
💼 Type: Full-time
📅 Start Date: Immediate
💰 Salary: £45k to £60k
About Cooper Moss Rutland
Cooper Moss Rutland (CMR) is an independent, award-winning project controls consultancy supporting some of the UK's most complex construction and infrastructure programmes.
We provide specialist expertise across project controls, planning, cost, risk, change, reporting and data, working across rail, highways, aviation, defence, nuclear, energy and water.
We are a growing business with an ambitious outlook. Our culture is collaborative, entrepreneurial and focused on delivering high-quality work for our clients, while creating an environment where our people can develop and make a genuine impact.
The Role
We are looking for a Management Accountant to take ownership of the core financial processes that underpin our growing business.
This is a hands-on role covering the mechanics of our finance function: month-end close, accruals, reconciliations, VAT, the timesheet-to-invoice process and the production of accurate, timely management accounts.
You would be joining a function that has grown quickly and has room to improve. We want someone who will run the core processes reliably and then make them better, rather than accepting them as they are. You would be the in-house finance lead, working with our external accountants and, where needed, senior finance support.
This would suit someone who is qualified or nearly qualified, has strong technical accounting fundamentals and enjoys being close to the detail while also understanding the wider commercial picture.
Key Responsibilities
Month-End & Management Accounts
Own and manage the month-end close process from start to finish.
Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
Prepare and post month-end journals, including accruals, prepayments and other adjustments.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Provide clear financial information and commentary to the leadership team.
Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and support the annual budgeting cycle.
Revenue, Billing & WIP
Own the timesheet-to-invoice process, from approved timesheets through to invoices issued.
Raise client invoices in line with each client's billing arrangements, which vary considerably by client and by platform.
Maintain revenue accruals and monitor unbilled work, keeping WIP and the cash conversion cycle under control.
Run credit control and follow up overdue balances.
Monitor timesheet submissions and chase employees for missing or incomplete timesheets ahead of each month-end.
Accounts Payable, Payments & Cash
Manage the accounts payable process, ensuring supplier invoices are accurately recorded and appropriately authorised.
Maintain accurate supplier records and resolve supplier queries and invoice discrepancies.
Process employee expenses and company credit card transactions, checking them against policy and chasing missing receipts.
Prepare and process supplier payment runs.
Support cash flow management and ensure key payment obligations are met on time.
VAT & Compliance
Prepare and submit VAT returns accurately and on time.
Ensure VAT treatment is applied correctly across transactions.
Support the year-end accounts process and CMR's external accountants.
Work with the external accountants (and any fractional senior finance support) on year-end, tax and technical accounting matters, escalating judgement calls rather than deciding them alone.
Financial Control & Reporting
Perform regular bank, control account and balance sheet reconciliations.
Identify errors, inconsistencies and control issues and take ownership of resolving them.
Support the development and maintenance of appropriate financial controls and processes.
What We're Looking For
Essential
Qualified or nearly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and double-entry bookkeeping.
Practical experience of month-end accounting and preparation of management accounts.
Experience with accruals, prepayments, journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
Experience preparing or supporting VAT returns.
Strong Excel skills and experience with Xero or a similar accounting system.
A proactive approach, with the confidence to investigate issues rather than simply flagging them.
At least two years' experience working in industry rather than solely in practice.
Experience of timesheet-based, multi-client billing and credit control.
Experience working as the sole or lead finance person, or the confidence to do so.
Desirable
Experience within professional services, consultancy, construction or another project-based business.
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting.
Previous experience working in a growing SME environment.
The Person
We're looking for someone who is hands-on, organised and commercially aware.
You'll be comfortable getting into the detail, but you won't lose sight of the bigger picture. You will take pride in getting the numbers right, meeting deadlines and maintaining a finance function that the wider business can rely on.
You'll be comfortable in a growing business where not everything is perfectly established, and willing to say when something isn't working rather than quietly working around it.
Most importantly, you'll be someone people can trust with the numbers.
What You'll Get at CMR
The opportunity to play a key role in the finance function of a growing consultancy.
Exposure to the wider commercial and operational side of the business.
Support for your continued professional development and qualification.
A flexible/hybrid working environment.
About You
If you're a qualified or nearly qualified accountant looking for a role where you can take genuine ownership, work closely with senior stakeholders and play an important part in a growing business, we'd love to hear from you.
Come and help us build the finance function that supports the next stage of Cooper Moss Rutland's growth.

🌟 Position: Finance Manager / Financial Controller
📍 Location: Hybrid – London office and home working
💼 Type: Part-time
📅 Start Date: Immediate
💰 Salary: £50k to 85K DOE
About Cooper Moss Rutland
Cooper Moss Rutland (CMR) is an independent, award-winning Project Controls consultancy specialising in helping clients overcome complex challenges across major construction and infrastructure programmes.
Our expertise spans planning and scheduling, cost, risk, change, reporting and data, and we work on some of the UK's most complex programmes across rail, nuclear, defence, energy, aviation and water.
As the business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager / Financial Controller to take ownership of the finance function and play a key role in supporting the continued development of the business.
The Opportunity
This is a key appointment and a chance to take genuine ownership of the finance function in a growing consultancy. We are looking for someone who can bring structure, control and insight to the business while staying comfortable in a hands-on environment.
Depending on experience, the role could sit at Finance Manager or Financial Controller level. This is a part-time role, typically two to three days a week, with fixed days agreed in advance and including the month-end close.
At Finance Manager level, you would own the day-to-day finance function, month-end close, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.
At Financial Controller level, you would take broader responsibility for the control environment, processes and the external accountant relationship, with junior support handling the transactional workload.
This is not simply a reporting role. We are looking for someone who can build and improve the finance function as CMR continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
Own the month-end close process from end to end.
Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts and reporting packs.
Present the monthly numbers to the Partners with clear commentary, flagging what matters and what does not.
Monitor business performance against budget, forecast and prior periods.
Bring the month-end close timetable down and hold it there, so the Partners have management information early in the following month rather than at the end of it.
Track actuals against budget and forecast each month, and investigate the variances rather than simply reporting them.
Run a monthly finance meeting with the Partners, setting the agenda for what they should be looking at and where the business needs to pay attention.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow
Lead the annual budgeting and planning cycle.
Develop and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts.
Manage reforecasting and scenario analysis to support decisions on hiring, new clients and investment.
Controls and Process
Own CMR's financial control environment, along with the finance policies and procedures behind it.
Identify opportunities to automate and streamline finance processes, particularly the timesheet, invoicing and reporting chain, and shape how finance works with CMR's wider business systems.
Ensure appropriate controls are in place across revenue, expenditure, purchasing, payments, cash and reporting.
Own VAT compliance, including review and submission of VAT returns and ensuring the correct VAT treatment is applied across transactions.
Year End and External Accountants
Coordinate the preparation of statutory accounts.
Manage the relationship with CMR's external accountants.
Coordinate year-end activities, and help prepare the business for statutory audit as CMR approaches the turnover threshold.
Transactional Finance
Oversee day-to-day transactional finance: purchase and sales ledger, invoicing, expenses, credit cards, payments, bank reconciliations and the timesheet-to-invoice process.
Take ownership of client billing, which varies considerably by client and by platform, along with unbilled work and revenue accruals.
Supervise, review and develop the Finance Assistant, who runs the day-to-day purchase ledger, sales invoicing, reconciliations, expenses and timesheet chasing.
Oversee credit control and cash collection, including the debtor position and follow-up of overdue balances.
Agree clear escalation routes with the Finance Assistant and the Partners for urgent queries and approvals on the days you are not working.
At Finance Manager level, remain comfortable being hands-on with transactional finance where required.
At Financial Controller level, provide appropriate oversight while using junior finance support to manage the transactional workload.
What We're Looking For
Essential
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with at least two to three years post-qualification experience, or strong equivalent experience.
Strong experience across month-end, management accounts and financial reporting.
Experience owning budgets, forecasts and cash flow.
A background in industry rather than practice. We are not looking for someone moving straight from an accountancy firm.
Comfortable being hands-on. This is a small finance function, but day-to-day transactional processing is handled by the Finance Assistant.
Experience improving finance processes, systems and controls.
Strong Excel skills and experience with Xero or a similar accounting system.
The ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues, and the confidence to challenge them on it.
Experience running a disciplined month-end timetable, and a track record of improving reporting turnaround.
Experience acting as a sounding board to non-finance business owners, guiding what they should be looking at rather than waiting to be asked.
Experience supervising or mentoring junior finance staff.
Comfortable working a fixed part-time pattern, with clear priorities and handovers between working days.
Desirable
Experience within professional services, consultancy, construction or another project-based business.
Experience preparing a business for its first statutory audit.
The Person
The successful candidate will be someone who wants to take ownership rather than simply manage a process.
You will be comfortable getting into the detail when required, but equally able to step back and provide the leadership team with clear financial insight and challenge.
Why Join CMR?
Join a growing, independent consultancy operating across the UK and internationally.
Have genuine ownership and influence over the finance function.
Work directly with the Partners and senior leadership team.
Join a collaborative, people-focused culture built around innovation, development and continuous improvement.

Hands-on experience of at least one of purchase ledger, sales invoicing or bank reconciliations.
Confident with Excel, and with an accounting system such as Xero.
Good communication skills and the confidence to follow up with colleagues when information is missing.
A proactive approach to resolving issues rather than simply highlighting them.
Able to work independently on day-to-day processes, and to prioritise and batch queries for the Finance Manager / Financial Controller for the days they are in.
Desirable
Experience processing expenses and company credit cards.
Experience working with timesheet-based billing.

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
UiPath’s Intelligence Document Processing drives understanding of the documents and messages on which a business runs: invoices, claims, contracts, customer emails. We use frontier LLMs to turn all of that into structured data that automations and AI agents can act on. You'll be building the product that does it: the ingestion and extraction pipelines, the APIs customers build their operations on top of, and the systems that make those models useful, fast and trustworthy at enterprise scale.
Increasingly that work is agentic. What you build is what lets AI agents ingest, understand, retrieve and reason over enterprise documents at volume, without giving up accuracy, security or governance.
It's a product engineering role with complex systems and LLM-in-production problems underneath it. The same service handles a customer's first ten documents and another's ten million, runs in our cloud and inside a bank's own air-gapped datacentre, and has to be good enough that a business will act on its output. Knowing how well the models are actually doing, and what to do when the answer is "not well enough", is a large part of the job.
You'll write in several languages here, and pick up new ones as the problem demands. We care much more about how you think than about what you've written it in. We're looking for someone who loves building things, learns fast, and wants to own product outcomes rather than tickets.
Work with engineers, product managers and customers to design, build and operate the AI systems behind UiPath's document processing products.
Build across the pipeline: ingestion, parsing and extraction, indexing and retrieval, and the evaluation that tells us any of it is working.
Take features from idea to production and stay with them, measuring whether they actually worked, and improving them when they didn't.
Solve genuinely hard problems in concurrency, latency and distributed systems, so the platform holds up under high-volume production workloads.
Build for environments we don't control: multi-cloud, on-premises, air-gapped, and under strict security and compliance requirements.
Use coding agents as a serious part of your toolkit, and help the team get better at it. Where to trust them, where not to, and how to keep quality high as the tooling changes underneath us.
Work with teams across UiPath and across locations to innovate and build best-in-class document processing, and occasionally with customers directly. Because the fastest way to understand a product is to watch someone use it.
Contribute to our engineering culture: mentor, review, hire, and push back when something isn't good enough.
A solid track record (7+ years) building and operating large-scale commercial services that real customers depend on.
Strong programming ability and the confidence to pick up whatever language a problem calls for. You'll meet Python, Rust and C# here, but we don't expect you to arrive knowing them all.
Real-world experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and containerised deployment on Kubernetes. You understand how production systems get shipped, monitored and scaled, not just written.
Comfort with data at scale: SQL, and the trade-offs between different storage and search systems.
Experience working with coding agents, and opinions about them, What responsible use looks like, where they earn their keep and where they cost you, and how you keep evaluating them in an ecosystem that changes every few months.
An appreciation for tools that catch bugs before runtime — type systems, tests, and designs that make bad states unrepresentable. Especially in the age of coding agents.
A pragmatic grasp of computer science fundamentals. We care about solving real problems with the right data structure, not reciting one from a textbook.
Experience shipping LLM-backed products to production is a strong plus: prompting, evaluation, and everything else that turns a model into a feature people will trust.
Familiarity with document processing is a plus: OCR, layout, and the messy reality of documents as they actually arrive.
An opinion on what makes good code and good architecture, and the ability to argue it, including against us.
You're a builder and a problem-solver at heart.
Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
Many of our roles allow for flexibility in when and where work gets done. Depending on the needs of the business and the role, the number of hybrid, office-based, and remote workers will vary from team to team. Applications are assessed on a rolling basis and there is no fixed deadline for this requisition. The application window may change depending on the volume of applications received or may close immediately if a qualified candidate is selected.
We value a range of diverse backgrounds, experiences and ideas. We pride ourselves on our diversity and inclusive workplace that provides equal opportunities to all persons regardless of age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression, national origin, disability, neurodiversity, military and/or veteran status, or any other protected classes. Additionally, UiPath provides reasonable accommodations for candidates on request and respects applicants' privacy rights. To review these and other legal disclosures, visit our privacy policy.

Hybrid in London, United Kingdom (one day per week in office requirement)
We're looking for a Data Scientist to join the iwocaPay Risk Squad.
You'll own credit models that decide who iwocaPay can safely fund, on what terms, and how far the product can grow. You'll help shape how risk modelling develops.
The company
Small businesses move fast. Opportunities often don't wait, and cash flow pressures can appear overnight. To keep going, and growing, SMEs need finance that's as flexible and responsive as they are.
That's why we built iwoca. Our smart technology, data science and five-star customer service ensures business owners can act with the speed, confidence and control they need, exactly when it's needed.
We've already cleared the way for 100,000 businesses with more than £4 billion in funding. Our passionate team is driven to help even more SMEs succeed, through access to better finance and other services that make running a business easier. Our ultimate mission is to support one million SMEs in their defining moments, creating lasting impact for the communities and economies they drive.
The team
The Risk Squad owns credit risk and fraud for iwocaPay, iwoca's Buy Now Pay Later product for businesses. The aim is to lend to every business likely to repay, and to spot the ones that aren't.
The squad works across three areas:
Lending decisions. Building and improving the automated credit model.
The portfolio. Tracking losses, chargebacks, and seller performance, and deciding which segments to grow or pull back from.
New products. Designing the risk side of each one before it launches.
The squad is small and new – two data scientists, a risk analyst and a risk lead.
The role
As a Data Scientist in the Risk Squad, you'll co-own every credit model with the other data scientist and review one another's work. The job is mostly supervised ML on tabular data, with a fair amount of data engineering as the squad moves onto its own pipelines. You'll start on the automated credit model and take on the invoice financing models over time. You can also test ideas with iwoca's other lending data science teams, who work on similar credit problems.
You'll choose what to work on and write the plans you deliver. Much of the squad's work happens in iwocaPay's product and strategy meetings, so your models shape the roadmap. You'll also help set up how the squad works – what it monitors, and the guidelines it follows.
Live project examples:
Model architecture. Rethinking the model around how iwocaPay actually lends: overlapping facilities, short terms, and a growing set of products a customer can use.
Blending datasets. Bringing more iwocaPay-specific data into the models while still drawing on iwoca's larger core lending dataset, through methods such as transfer learning.
Invoice financing. Building a credit risk model from scratch for a new product on a segment iwoca hasn’t lent to before. Plus finding the modelling opportunities elsewhere in the funnel, like in our offers...
The requirements
Essential:
Statistical foundations. You have a background in probability and statistics from a quantitative field – typically a degree or Master's in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or similar. You reason about uncertainty and calibration as first-order concerns.
Production ML. You have built supervised ML models on tabular data end to end – exploration, training, deployment, and monitoring.
Ownership. You work well in a small, early-stage team where priorities move quickly. You build what you need as you go, and take loosely defined problems from framing to a landed decision.
Judgement. You know when a model is good enough to go live, and when it needs more work. You critically evaluate model output – yours, a colleague's, or an LLM's – and can explain why a choice is right.
AI leverage. You've used AI to produce work you couldn't have delivered without it – a modelling pipeline, a prototype, or a tool others use. You judge where it helps and where it doesn't.
Communication. You write and speak clearly, directly, and concisely. You adapt technical detail for non-technical colleagues in product, risk, and leadership.
Bonus:
Domain experience. You have worked in credit risk modelling or lending.
Non-linear methods. You have used gradient boosting or neural networks on tabular data in production.
Combining datasets. You have used transfer learning, domain adaptation, or similar methods on data sources of different size and relevance.
Data engineering. You have built data pipelines and managed datasets alongside your modelling work.
Coding. You can write code for analysis. The squad works in Python.
The salary
We expect to pay from £60,000 to £80,000 for this role. But, we’re open-minded, so definitely include your salary goals with your application. We routinely benchmark salaries against market rates, and run quarterly performance and salary reviews.
The culture
At iwoca, the best idea wins. We model our culture on independent thinking, challenging untested logic, and evidence-based decisions. We prioritise learning and growth, and give people the autonomy to develop in the direction that makes them most effective.
We're a tech company and believe in the power of AI to help us work faster and better. We provide the infrastructure where every iwocan always has access to the best models and where those models have access to all of our data. We will help our people to learn how to use and grow with the new tools available to them.
The offices
We put a lot of effort into making iwoca a great place to work:
Offices in London, Leeds, Berlin, and Frankfurt with plenty of drinks and snacks.
Events and community-led groups, including running groups, padel, and monthly ping-pong and pool competitions.
The benefits
Flexible working hours.
Medical insurance from Vitality, including discounted gym membership.
A private GP service (separate from Vitality) for you, your partner, and your dependents.
25 days’ holiday per year, an extra day off for your birthday, the option to buy or sell an additional five days of annual leave, and unlimited unpaid leave.
A one-month, fully paid sabbatical after four years.
Instant access to external counselling and therapy sessions for team members that need emotional or mental health support.
3% Pension contributions on total earnings.
An employee equity incentive scheme.
Generous parental leave and a nursery tax benefit scheme to help you save money.
Electric car scheme and cycle to work scheme.
Two company retreats a year: we’ve been to France, Italy, Spain, and further afield.
And to make sure we all keep learning, we offer:
A learning and development budget for everyone.
Company-wide talks with internal and external speakers.
Access to learning platforms like Treehouse.

About Us
Since 2003, Luzern eCommerce has been helping leading global brands grow their online business. We partner with brands including Panasonic, Reebok, Stokke, KIKO, Next, Twining's, Canon, Bondi Sands and Philips, helping them accelerate growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences across major marketplaces including Amazon and Zalando, branded webstores and social platforms.
Backed by significant investment, Luzern is an international, technology-led eCommerce business with anambitious growth strategy. Our AI-enabled Channel Optimizer platform, combined with our eCommerce expertise, helps brands manage and grow their presence across increasingly complex digital channels.
As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for talented people who enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and want to play an active role in the next stage of Luzern's development.
The Senior eCommerce Content Strategist owns content strategy and execution across Amazon and the wider commerce ecosystem for Luzern's enterprise brand clients. Amazon is the primary focus — listings, A+/Premium A+ Content, Brand Store and related content — but the role is deliberately platform-agnostic in outlook, extending strategy and content guidance to other marketplaces, retailer sites (e.g. Tesco, Zalando,Otto) and D2C.
The role is audit-led: content strategy is built from a structured read of customer and platform signals — reviews, search terms, AI-generated summaries, and the queries customers put to AI assistants and platform agents — combined with a quality assessment of current content (using a framework such as IDQ or equivalent) against Best-in-Class competitors and audience requirements. Strategy, messaging and content requirements follow from that evidence base, rather than from assumption.
A defining part of the role is thinking beyond traditional platform search: strategies must consider how content needs to be structured and prepared to be discovered and surfaced by generative AI assistants (e.g ChatGPT) and in-platform shopping agents (e.g. Amazon's Rufus), alongside conventional marketplace and retailer search algorithms.
The role sits as the senior content specialist within a small delivery pod, working alongside an SEO Executive and Designers. It carries direct client-facing responsibility: estimating, briefing, managing feedback and contributing to proposals and is responsible for reviewing the pod's output before it reaches the client. It does not carry resourcing, project management or formal line management responsibility.
What You’ll Be Doing
Content Audits & Quality Assessment
● Signal analysis: analyse customer reviews, search terms, AI-generated summaries, and the queries customers and AI agents put to platforms (e.g. Rufus prompts), to understand what content needs to do and where current content falls short.
● Quality benchmarking — review current platform content and score it against a content quality framework (e.g. IDQ or equivalent), benchmarking against Best-in-Class competitors and audience requirements.
● Findings to action — translate audit findings into a clear, prioritised view of content requirements that feeds directly into strategy.
Content Strategy Development
● Amazon content ownership- develop and own content strategy and execution for listings, A+/Premium A+ Content, Brand Store and related Amazon content, as the role's primary focus.
● Cross-platform extension — extend strategy and content recommendations to other marketplaces, retailer sites (e.g. Tesco, Zalando, Otto) and D2C storefronts, adapting to each platform's content rules, algorithm and customer behaviour.
● Strategic framework - from audit findings, develop comms objectives, key messages and a messaging hierarchy for each client or category.
● Content requirements - define the content requirements, imagery and copy needed to deliverthe strategy, and the frameworks/guidelines the team and client can act on.
● Wireframes & mock-ups - develop A+ and Brand Store wireframes and mock-ups in collaborationwith the Designer, turning strategy into an executable creative direction.
AI & Agentic Discoverability
● AI-ready content — build content strategies that account for how product and brand content is read, ranked and surfaced by generative AI assistants (e.g. ChatGPT) and in-platform shopping agents (e.g Rufus), alongside traditional search.
● Point of view — keep Luzern's thinking on AI/agentic discoverability current, and translate emerging platform and LLM behaviour into practical, sellable content recommendations.
● Alignment with SEO — partner with the SEO Executive so keyword and search strategy and content structure are aligned across traditional and AI-mediated discovery.
Testing & Performance Monitoring
● A/B testing — recommend and run A/B tests (e.g. on A+ Content, Brand Store, imagery and messaging) to determine the most effective executional approach, rather than relying on opinion or precedent.
● Monitoring set-up - set up monitoring using Compass (or equivalent) to measure content effectiveness and implementation.
● Reporting on impact — track and report on content performance against strategy objectives, feeding learnings back into future audits and strategy.
Creative Briefing & Review
● Strategic foundation - develop the strategy and messaging that underpins paid social, display and
marketplace advertising content.
● Creative briefs - write and own briefs for Designers producing static and video ad assets, translating strategy into clear creative direction.
● Creative review - review creative output against the brief, brand guidelines and platform requirements before client delivery.
Client Management
● Client-facing delivery - present content strategy, recommendations and audit findings directly to client stakeholders.
● Estimates & scoping - prepare estimates and scopes of work for content workstreams.
● Briefs — shape and write content and creative briefs in response to client requirements.
● Feedback management — manage client feedback through to resolution, balancing client expectations against strategy and platform best practice.
● Proposals — contribute to and help prepare proposals and pitch content for new and existing client business.
Quality & Output Review
● Senior review — review the SEO Executive's and Designers' work before it is sent to the client, checking it against strategy, brand guidelines and platform requirements.
● Direction — give feedback and direction to keep output consistent and on-strategy.
AI-Enabled Working
● AI as a working method — use AI tools proficiently for content and competitive audits, for generating recommendations, and for producing or accelerating creative and written content — not only as a subject of strategy.
● Continuous improvement — identify and recommend where AI tools can improve the speed or quality of content production and audit work across the team.
What You Bring to the Role
● Proven experience in Amazon content strategy and execution (listings, A+/Premium A+ Content, Brand Store, Amazon Posts), ideally within an agency or managed services environment.
● Working knowledge of content requirements across at least one other marketplace or major retailer platform (e.g. Tesco, Zalando, Otto) and D2C.
● Experience running content audits — analysing reviews, search terms, AI-generated summaries and customer/AI-agent queries — and scoring content quality (e.g. IDQ or equivalent) against best-in-Class standards.
● Experience translating audit findings into content strategy: comms objectives, key messaging, messaging hierarchy, and content requirements for imagery and copy.
● Experience developing or briefing A+ and Brand Store wireframes and mock-ups, working closely with designers.
● Experience designing and running A/B tests to determine the most effective executional approach, and setting up performance monitoring (e.g. Amazon Compass or equivalent) to track results.
● Strong understanding of how AI assistants and platform shopping agents (e.g. ChatGPT, Rufus)surface and rank product content, and how content should be structured to support this.
● Confident, credible client-facing communicator — comfortable presenting strategy, leading feedback conversations, and owning estimates and proposals.
● Experience briefing creative teams for paid social/display advertising, across both static and video formats.
● Demonstrable, hands-on use of AI tools for research, auditing and content production, not just familiarity in principle.
● Strong copywriting and content editing skills, with a close eye for brand and platform compliance.
● Comfortable reviewing and giving constructive feedback on the work of SEO and design peers.
Desirable
● Experience across multiple international marketplaces or retail media platforms.
● Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, to collaborate effectively with the SEO Executive.
● Experience contributing to new business pitches or proposals.
● Category experience relevant to Luzern's enterprise brand client base.
What We Offer
● Competitive salary and benefits
● Hybrid Working Model
● Great working environment with a passionate, collaborative team
● Continuous learning & career development
● The opportunity to work with some of the world's leading brands across the most exciting marketplaces
