Senior Business Operations Lead
airbnb – London

<div class="content-intro"><p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.</span></p></div><h2><strong>The Community You Will Join</strong></h2> <p>The Chief Business Officer organization drives company-wide growth and global expansion.&nbsp;</p> <p>This is the role that turns Airbnb's ambition for the UKI &amp; Nordics into a plan and holds the organisation to delivering it: shaping strategy, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving sustainable commercial growth across one of our most important regions.</p> <p>This includes recruiting and supporting high-quality Stays, Experiences, and Services, alongside executing Airbnb’s global market strategy. Shaping business approaches, quality supply sourcing, and international growth efforts are integral to the team’s success in connecting millions more hosts and guests to Airbnb's platform.</p> <h2><strong>The Difference You Will Make</strong></h2> <p>You will join the UKI, Nordics, Middle East and Africa team, covering one of Airbnb’s largest and most mature markets alongside five of Europe’s most digitally advanced, high-trust travel markets. The UK offers scale, brand strength, and a sophisticated regulatory environment; the Nordics offer strong domestic travel behaviour and significant headroom for growth. Together they make this one of the most commercially interesting regions in EMEA to build in.</p> <h2><strong>A Typical Day</strong></h2> <p>You will own the business operations agenda for the UKI and Nordics. Airbnb’s most established European market alongside five high-potential Nordic markets (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland). Partnering closely with the Country Manager, you will set the regional growth strategy, translate it into a plan cross-functional teams can execute against, and run the operating rhythm that keeps it on track. This is a high-visibility role: your influence will come from the quality of your thinking and your ability to mobilise teams to grow further.</p> <h3><strong>Regional growth strategy</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own the UKI &amp; Nordics growth strategy end to end: define where the region should compete, what it should stop doing, and the handful of bets that will move guest nights, supply growth, and revenue.</li> <li>Build the annual and quarterly plan with the Country Manager, sizing opportunities and making explicit recommendations on where to deploy marketing spend, supply investment, and partnership effort.</li> <li>Set and pressure-test the region’s targets, translating global goals into market-level commitments that supply, marketing, partnerships, policy, and product teams can own.</li> <li>Run deep-dive analyses on demand and supply dynamics, competitive movements, pricing, and seasonality, turning each into a clear recommendation, not just a read-out.</li> <li>Identify and stand up new growth initiatives, using the UK as a test market for offerings that can then scale across EMEA, and the Nordics as a proving ground for high-penetration, low-friction market plays.</li> <li>Build the case for investment in the region: sizing, business case, and the socialisation needed to win resource in global planning cycles.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Operating rhythm and execution</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own the region’s operating cadence: weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, so leadership has a single, trusted view of performance and the story behind it.</li> <li>Convert strategy into sequenced execution plans with named owners, milestones, and success measures across supply, marketing, partnerships, policy, and product.</li> <li>Track delivery against the plan, surfacing risks and bottlenecks early and driving them to resolution rather than escalating them.</li> <li>Design and continuously improve the operating processes the region runs on, raising the bar on efficiency, transparency, and decision speed.</li> <li>Lead the region’s input into global planning and resource allocation cycles.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Cross-functional leadership</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Act as the connective tissue between the UKI &amp; Nordics team and global functions such as Product, Marketing, Communications, Policy, Finance, Data Science, Legal, and Community Support.</li> <li>Be the go-to decision partner alongside the Country Manager: the person other teams come to for the region’s position, context, and priorities.</li> <li>Build alignment on high-priority projects, market launches, and product tests, brokering trade-offs between global consistency and local market reality.</li> <li>Represent UKI &amp; Nordics in NEMEA and global business operations forums, and bring the best of what other markets are doing back into the region.</li> <li>Partner with Public Policy on the regulatory landscape, including short-term let rules in the UKI and Nordic city regulation so commercial plans account for policy risk and opportunity.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Insights and storytelling</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Turn complex data into clear narratives that help leadership decide with a recommendation attached.</li> <li>Build the reporting layer the region relies on: dashboards, performance packs, and executive materials, working with a dedicated analyst.</li> <li>Establish the metrics that matter for the region and hold the team to a shared definition of success.</li> <li>Champion data-driven decision-making, and use AI tooling to compress the time from question to insight. Automating recurring analysis and reporting so the team spends its time on judgement, not assembly.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Your Expertise</strong></h2> <p>To deliver in this role, Airbnb is seeking candidates with:</p> <ul> <li>12+ years in business operations, strategy, consulting, or commercial leadership, with a track record of owning outcomes in a market or business unit</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to set strategy and drive it through to execution&nbsp;</li> <li>Deep experience influencing without authority across a global matrixed organisation</li> <li>Strong analytical toolkit; comfortable working with finance and data science partners and interrogating the numbers yourself</li> <li>Exceptional written and verbal communication, with executive presence in front of senior leadership</li> <li>Comfort with ambiguity, and a strong bias toward action and ownership</li> <li>Practical fluency with AI tools and a view on where they change how a team operates</li> <li>Familiarity with the UKI and/or Nordic markets, or comparable mature-market experience</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Additional</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience in a two-sided marketplace, travel/hospitality, or consumer tech</li> <li>Experience launching or scaling new products or lines of business in-market</li> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>This role will require to be in the London office 3 days per week.&nbsp;</strong></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><strong>Our Commitment To Inclusion &amp; Belonging:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;">Airbnb is committed to working with the broadest talent pool possible. We believe diverse ideas foster innovation and engagement, and allow us to attract creatively-led people, and to develop the best products, services and solutions. Our recruiters will never ask for your Social Security number, bank account details, passport, or payment app information while you are interviewing.&nbsp; We’ll also never ask you to pay a fee, send money, deposit or cash a check, or purchase work-related equipment (such as a company laptop) during the interview process. We encourage candidates to remain vigilant of these recruiting scams and not share sensitive information if you do not believe an individual is actually affiliated with Airbnb.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div>

Senior/Staff Software Engineer - AI
Flow Engineering – London

About Flow

Flow Engineering is an AI-native requirements platform for modern engineering organizations, enabling hardware teams to collaborate with AI agents to design, validate, and evolve complex systems with speed and rigor.

About the role

Flow is seeking software engineers to build AI-powered capabilities that help teams author, review, and manage requirements more effectively. You will work on agentic systems engineer and agentic domain engineer workflows—bringing AI into the center of how teams reason about their systems.

This role sits at the intersection of AI, product, and full-stack engineering: you will take ideas from prototype all the way to stable, observable features in production.

What you’ll do

  • Design and ship AI-powered features such as assisted requirement drafting, consistency checks, impact analysis, and intelligent suggestions for systems and domain engineers.

  • Build agentic workflows that help “agentic systems engineers” and “agentic domain engineers” explore designs, simulate changes, and validate requirements.

  • Evaluate and integrate language models and related tooling, optimizing for reliability, latency, cost, and debuggability in production.

  • Build and maintain the surrounding infrastructure: data pipelines, evaluation harnesses, prompt and model management, observability, and safety/guardrails.

  • Work across the stack—from backend integrations and APIs to simple UI hooks—to deliver complete AI features, not just model endpoints.

  • Partner with product and customers to identify high-value workflows, run experiments, and iterate quickly based on usage.

About you

  • 5+ years developing production software, including designing, testing, and operating services at scale in a cloud environment.

  • Hands-on experience with modern LLM providers and tooling (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, vector stores, RAG patterns).

  • Familiarity with prompt design, retrieval-augmented systems, evaluation methods, and safety/guardrail approaches.

  • Ability to reason about tradeoffs between different models, architectures, and deployment patterns and make pragmatic decisions.

  • Comfortable working in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment where experiments and iteration are the norm.

  • TypeScript/Node.js and Python for AI and backend services.

  • Modern LLM APIs and orchestration libraries for building agentic workflows.

  • Postgres and other managed cloud services for data and state.

How we work & values

  • Speed over everything: prototype AI workflows quickly, then harden what works.

  • Own, downscope, ship, iterate: one clear owner per feature, from prototype to production.

  • Fundamentals done well: evaluation, observability, and safety are part of the first version, not an afterthought.

  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity.

  • Health, dental, and vision coverage.

  • Flexible time off and support for experimentation, learning, and staying current with the AI ecosystem.

RL Engineer | Humanoid
Hirehire – London

Role: Reinforcement Learning Engineer – Manipulation
Company: Humanoid
Location: London, UK (King’s Cross) – on-site, five days a week
Job Type: Full-time

About Humanoid

Humanoid is building the world’s most capable, commercially scalable and safe humanoid robots. Its platform, HMND-01, is already deployed in real industrial environments, which makes Humanoid the most serious humanoid robotics company in Europe.

  • 300+ people, 34+ nationalities, flat structure: your decisions ship directly into real robots.

  • Offices in London (HQ, King’s Cross), Boston, Vancouver and San Diego.

  • Values: Speed, Ambition, Passion, Trust.

About the role

The VLA Core team builds the base vision-language-action model the whole company runs on, covering pre-training, world models and RL. In this role you use reinforcement learning, in simulation and on real hardware, to turn that model into high-performing, robust manipulation policies.

This is a senior individual contributor role with no management track. Robotics experience is not required: very few people have done RL on real robots, so strong RL in any domain is what matters. The team is research-adjacent, but the output is policies that work on the robot. Results are shared as blog posts, not papers.

What you are expected to do

  • Train language- and vision-conditioned manipulation policies with RL, in simulation and in the real world.

  • Build challenging and diverse suites of manipulation tasks in simulation.

  • Work with Teleoperations to collect trajectories in simulation for behaviour cloning.

  • Work with Testing and Operations to set up real-world RL training pipelines.

  • Find ways to bring policies trained in simulation to the real world (sim-to-real).

What you need to succeed

  • 3+ years building deep learning systems in industry or research, with shipped models or published work to show for it.

  • You have solved real problems with RL and deep neural networks, in any domain.

  • You have trained models yourself (architecture, training and inference) on at least one of: LLMs, VLMs, image or video generative models. Agent building or LLM integration work alone is not enough.

  • Strong Python and PyTorch or JAX. You can profile, debug numerics and write maintainable research code.

  • Strong coding fundamentals. The process includes a LeetCode-style coding round, so come prepared.

  • You are proactive: you can take an open, messy problem and drive it without waiting for a spec. You document experiments clearly and explain trade-offs crisply.

  • Working English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with robotics simulators (Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, etc.).

  • Experience applying RL to robotics.

  • Experience building infrastructure for large-scale RL (e.g. Ray).

  • Publications at ICLR, ICML, NeurIPS or equivalent open-source contributions.

  • Familiarity with OpenVLA, Physical Intelligence (π) models or similar open VLA frameworks.

Interview process

  • Intro call with Igor, hirehire’s AI researcher.

  • HR screen with Humanoid.

  • Coding round (LeetCode-style).

  • RL specialization interview.

  • Technical execution interview: how you work, collaborate and drive problems.

  • Optional chat with a tech leader.

What you get

  • Salary: a wide range, set by the level you show in the interviews.

  • Equity: stock options with meaningful upside as Humanoid scales.

  • 30+ paid days off: 23 days annual leave, all UK bank holidays and a company shutdown between Christmas and New Year.

  • Private healthcare: fully funded, including virtual and in-person care.

  • Pension: 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.

  • Daily food: free breakfast, catered lunch and snacks in the office.

  • Real ownership: direct access to founding leadership, real input on product direction and room to drive key initiatives from day one.

  • Visa sponsorship and relocation to London.

Robot Learning Engineer | Humanoid
Hirehire – London

Role: Robot Learning Engineer

  • Backed by serious funding, growing fast and deliberately.

  • Values: Speed, Ambition, Passion, Trust.

About the role

The Manipulation team sits at the center of everything Humanoid does. In their own words, they are the bottleneck: the work is intense, the impact is immediate, and from day one you get access to prototype hardware worth hundreds of thousands of pounds. The team works on whole-body locomotion and manipulation, using imitation learning and RL on real robots.

This is a senior or staff individual contributor role with no management track, and the team is hiring for several openings. It is not a research role: the goal is policies that work on the robot, and results are shared as blog posts, not papers.

What you are expected to do

  • Post-train manipulation policies with behaviour cloning and RL, and own the full loop from raw data to deployment on a real robot.

  • Work with the simulation team to set up RL training on a digital twin. Iterate on reward design and simulation quality to get reliable sim-to-real transfer.

  • Partner with the Data Collection org to drive collection: define what good data looks like, ensure diversity and coverage, iterate on operator instructions.

  • Design data preprocessing strategies that improve the quality of collected data.

  • Expand observation and action spaces to support new capabilities, and work with the Teleoperations team to expose them to robot operators.

  • Work with the Controls teams to improve motion smoothness and the teleoperation experience.

  • Feed what you learn about current hardware limits back into future hardware design cycles.

  • Work closely with the pre-training team to take advances from research and make them work reliably in real-world industrial demos.

What you need to succeed

  • 3+ years working on robots in industry or research, with shipped work to show for it: a track record, not just theory.

  • Hands-on experience with modern manipulation methods, ideally close to production deployment.

  • Solid understanding of modern teleoperation and low-level robot control stacks.

  • Experience with neural network post-training: behaviour cloning and RL applied to physical systems.

  • Familiarity with deep learning infrastructure: streaming datasets, checkpointing, distributed training, PyTorch or JAX. You can profile and debug numerics.

  • Strong software engineering and coding fundamentals: maintainable research code, clear experiment docs, crisp communication of trade-offs. The process includes a LeetCode-style coding round, so come prepared.

  • You are driven by getting things to work on the robot, not by writing the perfect algorithm in simulation. When something breaks, your instinct is to debug it, not publish it.

  • You are proactive: you can take an open problem and drive it without waiting for a spec.

  • Working English.

Slightly below the experience bar but current on modern manipulation methods? Apply anyway. Strong PhD students close to finishing and postdocs are welcome too.

Nice to have

  • Experience training VLA models for manipulation (autoregressive, diffusion or flow-matching based); familiarity with OpenVLA and Physical Intelligence (π) models.

  • Experience applying RL to robotic problems.

  • PhD or postdoc from a top robotics or ML program.

  • Publications at top-tier robotics or DL conferences, or equivalent open-source contributions.

Interview process

  • Intro call with Igor, hirehire’s AI researcher.

  • HR screen with Humanoid.

  • Coding round (LeetCode-style).

  • Robot learning specialization interview.

  • Private healthcare: fully funded, including virtual and in-person care and mental health support.

VLA Pre-training & World Models | Humanoid
Hirehire – London

Role: VLA Pre-training Engineer / Deep Learning Engineer – World Models (2 openings)

The VLA Core team builds the base vision-language-action model that the entire manipulation pipeline depends on. This is deep learning at scale: training models from scratch on multi-embodiment trajectory corpora and internet-scale video, with real deployment constraints. The model has to fit and run on a real robot.

Robotics experience is not required. If you come from LLMs, VLMs or video generation, be ready to get up to speed on a new domain quickly.

This is a senior individual contributor role with no management track. The team is research-adjacent, but the output is models that run on robots. Results are shared as blog posts, not papers.

There are two tracks in one team. They are the same role with a different focus, so you can lean into either.

Track 1: VLA Pre-training

  • Pre-train base models on a diverse multi-embodiment corpus of trajectories, fine-tune policies to excel at specific tasks and explore synthetic data.

  • Post-train policies with behaviour cloning and RL, and own the full loop from data to deployment.

  • Partner with the Data Collection team: specify what good data looks like, identify failure modes, ensure diversity and coverage.

  • Run pre-, mid- and post-training on the VLA stack; explore new modalities and architecture changes.

  • Build and maintain continuous pipelines: ingest synthetic data and teleop logs, version them, apply weak-supervision labelling, curate balanced datasets and automatically surface fresh failure cases into retraining.

  • Work with the MLOps and Data Platform teams to scale distributed training and optimize models for real-time edge inference on the robot.

Track 2: World Models

  • Design and train multimodal, action-conditioned world models (video, state, action and language) using diffusion-based and transformer architectures.

  • Build video prediction and dynamics models that stay physically consistent over long horizons, including contact-rich manipulation, and serve as pretrained priors for VLA policies.

  • Develop learned-simulator evaluation: score candidate policies offline, predict real-world success rates before deployment, roll out policy futures for safety review and planning.

  • Generate synthetic rollouts and counterfactual experience (rare events, cross-platform and sim-to-real transfer) and measure their effect on downstream task performance.

  • Build data pipelines that turn fleet telemetry, teleoperation logs and internet-scale video into training corpora.

  • Run scaling and ablation studies on architecture, data mixture and context length.

What you need to succeed

  • 3+ years building deep learning systems in industry or research, with shipped models or published work to show for it.

  • Deep hands-on experience with at least one of: LLMs, VLMs, image or video generative models (architecture, training and inference). For the World Models track: diffusion models, autoregressive transformers, latent-variable models or video prediction.

  • You have actually trained models yourself: pre-training runs, distributed infrastructure, the works. Connecting APIs, building agents or a quick fine-tune is not enough.

  • Experience with deep learning infrastructure: streaming datasets, checkpointing and state management, distributed training strategies, debugging numerics and training instabilities.

  • Strong Python and PyTorch or JAX. You can profile, optimize data loaders and write maintainable research code.

  • Strong coding fundamentals. The process includes a LeetCode-style coding round, so come prepared.

  • Empirical rigor: careful evaluations, honest baselines, clear experiment docs, crisp communication of trade-offs.

  • You are proactive: you can take an open, messy problem and drive it without waiting for a spec.

  • Working English.

Nice to have

  • Robotics or autonomous driving experience; familiarity with simulators (Isaac Sim, MuJoCo) and sim-to-real.

  • Experience applying RL to LLMs or robotics.

  • Experience with VLA models; familiarity with OpenVLA, Physical Intelligence (π) models or similar open-source frameworks.

  • Experience with world models for robotics or autonomous driving (action-conditioned video models, learned simulators, model-based RL).

  • Proven productization of deep nets: latency and throughput constraints, on-device optimization, fast inference for generative models.

  • Publications at top-tier DL conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CoRL, CVPR) or equivalent open-source contributions.

Interview process

  • Intro call with Igor, hirehire’s AI researcher.

  • HR screen with Humanoid.

  • Coding round (LeetCode-style).

  • Specialization interview (pre-training or world models).

GTM Engineer
Multiverse – London

Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption.

We have partnered with 1,500+ companies to deliver a new kind of learning that's transforming today’s workforce.

Our upskilling apprenticeships are designed for people of any age and career stage to build critical AI, data, and tech skills. Our learners have driven $2bn+ ROI for their employers, using the skills they’ve learned to improve productivity and measurable performance.

In April 2026, we announced $70 million in strategic funding, led by Schroders Capital, with participation from StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst. At an increased valuation of $2.1bn, the round makes us Europe’s first EdTech double unicorn.

But we aren’t stopping there. With a strong operational footprint and 800+ employees, we have ambitious plans to continue scaling. We’re building a world where tech skills unlock people’s potential and output.

Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era.

What You’ll Do

  • Build AI workflow automation. Design, build and ship AI-powered workflows that remove manual GTM work; from lead research and CRM enrichment to call analysis, personalised outreach and lifecycle automation. Own builds end to end, from problem definition through deployment, monitoring and iteration.

  • Bridge gaps between systems. Find creative ways to connect tools that do not natively integrate. Build the webhooks, middleware, scripts and glue that keep data flowing cleanly between Salesforce and the rest of the stack.

  • Solve multi-departmental integration challenges. Work across the boundaries of Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Data and Finance to turn tangled, cross-functional processes into reliable, automated systems.

  • Prototype, test and scale. Test new ideas at small scale, measure what works, and scale the versions that deliver. Bring a bias to ship a working prototype over a perfect specification.

  • Build with AI as the default. Use LLMs, agentic workflows, MCP builds and evals as everyday tools. Ask “how would AI do this?” before reaching for headcount or manual effort.

  • Own reliability. Treat what you build as production systems: instrument them, monitor them, handle failure gracefully, and reduce risk across the GTM tech stack.

  • Evaluate and recommend. Run structured pilots of new tools, assess capability, integration fit, reliability and ROI, and make clear build-versus-buy recommendations.

  • Set the standard. Document what you build, enable GTM teams to adopt it with confidence, and mentor others in the team on building with AI and automation.

What You’ll Bring

  • Significant hands-on experience in RevOps, GTM Systems, or Sales Operations within enterprise technology, ideally in a structured qualification environment such as MEDDPICC. You understand the full GTM engine and you know what good looks like when real revenue depends on the systems you own.

  • Solid data and systems fundamentals. You understand CRM data models, object relationships, data quality and reporting architecture, and you design builds that keep data clean and trustworthy at scale.

  • A track record of building for internal GTM teams. Your strongest work is systems and workflows used every day by sales, marketing or CS teams inside a business, not only side projects, single-client builds or customer-facing pre-sales work.

  • A builder’s mindset on top of that foundation. You have built things, not just configured them. You can point to workflows, automations, integrations or tools you shipped that moved a real metric, ideally things nobody explicitly asked you to build.

  • You learn systems fast. You pick up unfamiliar platforms quickly and reason about how they fit together. You are comfortable reading API documentation, handling authentication, respecting rate limits, and parsing JSON when a native connector does not exist.

  • Fluency with AI as a build material. Hands-on experience using LLMs, agentic workflows, prompt design and evals to build systems you can trust in production, not just as an end user.

  • Comfort across low-code and code. You build with whatever fits the problem, from orchestration tools and Salesforce Flows through to scripting in Python, JavaScript, SOQL or SQL where it earns its place.

  • Cross-functional range. You can interview a top rep to find the manual work that should not exist, translate a business problem into a technical build, and explain the result in plain language.

  • Bias to ship, balanced with judgement. You move fast and decisively, and you build things others can maintain rather than sticky-plaster fixes.

  • Deep CRM knowledge. Strong hands-on Salesforce experience, or deep expertise in a comparable enterprise CRM. Certifications are welcome but experience matters more.

Beneficial, But Not Required

  • Experience with traditional GTM third-party tooling such as Gong, LeanData, Lusha, Cognism, Clay, Floqer, Zapier, Tableau, Snowflake, Guru, or equivalents.

  • Evidence of experimenting with AI beyond your day job, such as side projects or personal builds that show how you think.

How You’ll Work: Our Operating Principles

  • Solve for Customer Value. Define the customer problem and the value of solving it before you build.

  • Drivers, Not Passengers. Take ownership and accountability, and bring others with you.

  • Be Decisive, Even in Ambiguity. Speed is the strategy. Act with velocity over total certainty.

  • AI to Deliver Outcomes. AI is our engine, not an add-on.

Benefits

  • Time off - 27 days holiday, plus 5 additional days off: 1 life event day, 2 volunteer days, 2 company-wide wellbeing days (M-Powered Weekend) and 8 bank holidays per year

  • Health & Wellness- private medical Insurance with Bupa, a medical cashback scheme, life insurance, gym membership & wellness resources through Wellhub and access to Spill - all in one mental health support

  • Hybrid work offering - for most roles we collaborate in the office three days per week with the exception of Coaches and Instructors who collaborate in the office once a month

  • Work-from-anywhere scheme - you'll have the opportunity to work from anywhere, up to 10 days per year

  • Space to connect: Beyond the desk, we make time for weekly catch-ups, seasonal celebrations, and have a kitchen that’s always stocked!

Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

We’re an equal opportunities employer. And proud of it. Every applicant and employee is afforded the same opportunities regardless of race, colour, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status. This will never change. Read our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion policy here.

Our Commitment to Safeguarding

Multiverse is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our learners. We expect all employees to share this commitment and adhere to our Safeguarding Policy, our Prevent Policy and all other Multiverse company policies. Successful applicants will be required to undertake at least a Basic check via the Disclosure Barring Service (DBS).

For roles that will involve a Regulated Activity, successful applicants must also undergo an Enhanced DBS check, including a Children’s Barred List check and a Prohibition Order check. Roles involving Regulated Activity may interact with vulnerable groups, therefore are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 meaning applicants are required to declare any convictions, cautions, reprimands, and final warnings.

Providing false information is an offence and could result in the application being rejected or summary dismissal if the applicant has been selected, and possible referral to the police and the DBS.

Voize – London

🎤 Why voize? Because we’re more than just a job!

At voize, we believe the greatest gift to frontline workers is time - time to care, connect, and be present. Today, that time is lost to busywork and complex systems that pull them away from what matters most: people.

Role: Senior Finance Analyst

Location: DFYNE HQ, 1 Forrest Gate, Uddingston, G71 5PG

Work Location: Onsite

About You:

Are you someone who loves getting into the detail while still seeing the bigger financial picture? Do you enjoy turning numbers into meaningful insight, spotting trends, strengthening controls, and ensuring everything balances exactly as it should? Are you equally comfortable preparing management accounts, analysing variances, managing fixed assets, and rolling up your sleeves to process invoices and reconcile supplier accounts?

About DFYNE:

A picture paints a thousand words… and we’re sure you don’t want to be sat here reading an essay of corporate “about us” spiel…. You'll be responsible for ensuring financial information is reliable, insightful, and delivered on time, whilst maintaining strong processes that keep the day-to-day finance operation running smoothly. You'll partner with teams across the business, challenge costs where appropriate, identify risks and opportunities, and support the continued growth of DFYNE through sound financial management.

  • Detail obsessed
  • Commercially curious
  • Problem solver
  • Calm under pressure
  • Continuous improvement mindset

Key Responsibilities

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and improvements to management reporting.
  • Ensure accurate cut-off, allocation of costs to departments and cost centres, and completeness of month-end liabilities.
  • Work with the Finance Team Lead on audit preparation, financial controls, and process improvements.

2. Fixed Assets & Right-of-Use (ROU) Asset Accounting:

  • Maintain and reconcile the Fixed Asset Register (FAR), ensuring accurate accounting for capital expenditure (CapEx), additions, disposals, and depreciation calculations.
  • Manage Right-of-Use (ROU) asset schedules and lease liabilities in accordance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS 16 / FRS 102), ensuring monthly lease interest and depreciation journals are accurately posted.
  • Review purchase invoices and CapEx requests to ensure correct capitalisation treatment versus operational expense (OpEx).
  • Perform periodic physical asset verifications/audits and reconcile asset register balances to general ledger control accounts.
  • Prepare lease schedules, impairment reviews, and disclosures for month-end and year-end statutory audit reporting.

3. Daily Finance Inbox & Invoice Control:

  • Manage and clear the finance inbox daily, with visible Processed/Actioned and pending categories to support seamless handovers.
  • Register 100% of incoming invoices in NetSuite within two working days and maintain visibility of future payment liabilities.
  • Verify supplier invoice details, dates, values, and UK VAT treatment; accurately code invoices to general ledger accounts and cost centres.
  • Assess expenditure for value for money; query unexpected charges with department heads and place unresolved invoices on hold.

4. Reconciliations & Financial Control:

  • Regularly review and cleanse the accounts payable ledger, resolving aged balances, unapplied payments, and debit notes.
  • Reconcile supplier statements, the AP sub-ledger, fixed asset registers, lease schedules, and the general ledger before month-end close.
  • Keep AP postings aligned with bank payment schedules and investigate discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready records and comply with applicable HMRC VAT and record-keeping requirements.

5. Specialist Logistics Accounting:

  • Process outbound shipping invoices weekly, clearing relevant inbox items before posting; post matching journals on the same day for accurate cost-centre reporting.
  • Register returns logistics invoices on receipt, complete checks using the available checker, and post required journals.

Experience Needed:

  • AAT-qualified, part-qualified ACCA/CIMA, or qualified by experience with substantial relevant responsibility.
  • Demonstrable hands-on experience preparing monthly management accounts and completing month-end close.
  • Practical experience in maintaining fixed asset registers, calculating depreciation, and managing capital expenditure accounting.
  • Strong practical accounts payable experience, including high-volume invoices, supplier reconciliations, and payment runs.
  • Experience with NetSuite or a comparable cloud ERP; sound Excel skills for reconciliations and reporting.

Skills:

  • Understanding of lease accounting principles and Right-of-Use (ROU) asset management under IFRS 16 or FRS 102.
  • Confident with journals, accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Good understanding of UK VAT, HMRC documentation requirements, general ledger coding, and financial controls.
  • Organised, accurate, and commercially aware; comfortable challenging costs and working independently to deadlines.
  • Able to communicate effectively with department heads, suppliers, and senior finance colleagues.

So, what’s in it for you?:

If you’ve made it this far down without being put off, brilliant, I’d love to hear from you. Besides a work family and a great place to work, you’ll have an opportunity to grow with the company, be a part of the journey, and have a vital input into helping continue the crazy growth we’ve already seen.
